As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

While looking for an entrance gate I mentioned to Andrew i had problems with a door made by another metal shop.  He had the parts I needed, painted them up and gave them to me.  Needless to say, I was leaning toward his gate as it was the best looking, but with this kind of service, I am happy to be a customer.

We had some damage to our back gate - Joel fixed several boards, re-stained them and put user-friendly latches on both doors. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with - fast response, a great communicator, even sent me video of the work he did (we live down in Phoenix and rent the house). Pricing was very reasonable - I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joel!!

When we purchased our home, it came with a pool net for the pool, but no instruction on how to use it (not to mention no indication of how old the net was! We are certain it was from KatchAKid, but it's older than their digital records so we know that is too old to use!). We didn't have any kids at the time, but now that we do, we knew we needed a way to keep our daughter and her friends safe in our yard. Bobby measured our pool and gave us a quote, and the ordering process was smooth. Lavandis and Mike came by to install it this morning (a longer process than I thought, but not much can be done about that), and the net looks fantastic. We recently added a block wall and some gates to our property. Jonathan and Progressive Fence Co are great! I had received multiple estimates from other block companies small and large. We decided to go with progressive fence for multiple reasons. Both my neighbors and myself couldn't be happier. Last minute we added some gates to the project.  He got the job done when promised, as promised, and even went above and beyond what had originally been discussed to make sure my gates last a life time.

I requested a Quote for a back yard fence - they quoted so high that I got the feeling that they did not want my business. I may not be living in a rich neighborhood but $10000 is a bit much for a 78-foot block wall

I had reached out to Dave months ago regarding a fencing project. We knew we wanted a fence, but didn't know where to start.

In my discussions with Dave, he came up with several fantastic fencing options. In the end we did a mix of corrugated steel and wrought iron.

Although I did meet with a couple of other fencing companies, Dave really stood out for his knowledge of building fence in this challenging desert terrain. I could not be more happy with the final effect and how professional it looks. I'm thrilled with the amazing welding job of the custom steel doors, there's definitely a high level of craftsmanship here. Pricing is fair for the quality of the finished product.

We LOVE the end result. We have new found privacy, and the fence even provides a little sound buffer. You never realize how important a fence is until you don't have one.

Fence is nice looking but installation does not last more than 3 years. After one year no warranty for shotty workmanship. Repairs at owners expense. Horrible company!!!

In 2016 We contacted Eaglewings after our friends used them to build an iron patio railing. It was beautiful. We wanted an iron railing for our new staircase...it's actually the one pictured...as you can see Dan and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. From the design, to the fabrication, to installation and follow up...we even had an issue with one of the bolts needing adjusting and they came out right away. It turned out sooo beautiful and we couldn't have been more happier...it was the centerpiece of the whole house, we unfortunately sold the house, but are planning on using them for our new house.

Where to start about my experience with Native Sun? This place is a treasure and well worth the two hour drive round trip to get what is needed by quality service. To start the customer service was superb. Helen was extremely patient helping us find the correct door handle needed. Dale was truly skilled in his knowledge and work. Both very pleasant, reliable, affordable and screams quality. If you have any needs that they could cover, I'd suggest making the trip.

Brian gave me an estimate on Yelp between $800 and $1900 for my job.
I asked him if he needed to come to the house to give me an accurate estimate. I sent him pictures of both sides of both gates. He said: (his text)

He set a date of 11-9 he came after 11:30
He took measurements then just left, I contacted him by text after dark and he said he was working up an estimate for me and would send it to me for 1/3 deposit before set up start date.
 Told him I would pay in full when job was done since he has no Yelp reviews and no BBB rating under this company name. He said not enough time open to have BBB review when his web site says 15 years .....
 Then he said he didn't want the work.
I was more than a little apprehensive when a fence contractor shows up in a small Mercedes car. 1/3 down before set start date is a fool.
 Brian just called me and left a voice message telling me I don't know how business works and nobody will do a job without down payment. I just had a pool filter put in at my house and paid in full when it was in. I've been an Optical Consultant for over 30 years now. I know how business works. You told me before you had 3 stellar reviews but Yelp says mine is the first. Sorry you don't know that if you give an exact price that the customer would not expect another estimate later. He will take your money and leave! He won't finish the job, says he will come tomorrow, make promise after promise and always has an excuse for no-show (cut his finger, water issues, loss of family member, daughter scored a soccer goal and had to celebrate...those are just a few). Horrible work that needs to be professionally fixed now. We begged for 3 months to finish the job and never did.  DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!

Most unprofessional, unkind, threatening, emotionally charged, inept, business that I've encountered to date. I'm glad that I had a chance to verify this in-person. Word of mouth is powerful. The dozens of different businesses that I engage with daily. I'm glad to make this company an example at every talk, and conference that I attend throughout Arizona. We need to ensure to keep the good businesses open, and let fade out the ones who don't treat their neighbor with human decency.
