My garage door stopped working on a Saturday afternoon due to broken torsion springs, I called UpRight and was surprised to have Rod pick up my call on a weekend afternoon. He quoted me $225.00 to repair the broken springs and I called back a few days later to schedule an appointment. Rod was very accommodating and friendly, Alex was my service technician at the appointment and he was just equally pleasant. He notified me that he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay for him to stop by before our appointment time. Alex performed the service without trying to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs and stuck to the quoted price. I highly recommend these guys for your garage repairs needs.

I stopped in on a whim and wasn't sure what to expect . First off let me say they waaaaaaaay under charged me yes I said under charged . I expected to pay $100+ and they only wanted $60 . Now keep in mind they spent 2 hours and not to mention they stopped working on a bigger project to squeeze me in since I was in a dire situation and traveling through . I can't believe what an awesome job they did and I know a little about welding and their mig welds actually looked like tig !! I was very impressed. Anyways I'm glad to see people still take pride in their craft . These guys are true welder craftsman. Please support this small business they deserve it and will work hard for you as they did for me. 5 stars !

We had been searching everywhere for a solution to cover our pool equipment. After receiving some really high quotes for custom solutions, a friend recommended we reach out to Nick to see if he had any ideas. He came out quickly and brought our vision to life but better. He was able to provide digital renderings so we knew exactly what we'd be getting and he got the job done far faster than expected. He stopped at nothing until the job was done perfectly. After trying to get our backyard done for a year we have worked with a lot of unreliable contractors and nick was a breath of fresh air, a hard worker who does high quality work. We will be recommending nick to everyone.

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

From start to finish Halverson Decor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be hiring Nate and his team for all our future renovations. The pergola was perfect as well as some other interior decor items they provided!

Our builder installed a beautiful Victory Metal Works front door in our home, and during the construction, our door got a few marks on it.  The repairs our builder attempted didn't quite match the outstanding quality of the door.

I contacted Todd, and he coordinated a trip to Havasu to take care of the necessary repairs. He and Andrew were extremely professional, clean and thorough in making our door look new again. He took the time to assess the entire door, and found a few minor issues that we hadn't even noticed before.

These guys are true professionals, and their products are outstanding,  a rare combination these days. I definitely recommend Victory Metal Works for any of your custom metal fabrication needs.

Had our garage door serviced by Triple B today.  Robert, who was polite and respectful, was in and out within an hour.  With 2 springs replaced and motor adjustments our Whisper Drive is whispering again.  Awesome job at a very fair price.  Thanks guys!

We had some damage to our back gate - Joel fixed several boards, re-stained them and put user-friendly latches on both doors. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with - fast response, a great communicator, even sent me video of the work he did (we live down in Phoenix and rent the house). Pricing was very reasonable - I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joel!!

Awesome company to work with that offers a great product. My wife and I wanted to increase the safety of our pool and decided a net made more sense than a fence for a few different reasons. With that being said, Pearl could not have been more helpful from the time I called to schedule an estimate until the project was completed. Her husband, Robert, came out to the house and provided the estimate after taking several measurements. Robert is a lot of fun and we had a great time chatting with him! Finally, Mike and Lavandis knocked-out the install and tutorial both in about an hour. Mike and Lavandis' work is perfect and we are very happy with the function and appearance of our net! Again, The owner shows his true colors. He has MANY reviews about his passive aggressiveness, angry remarks, threats towards POTENTIAL customers. Very nasty individual and very unprofessional. Of course I called to ask questions AKA do my research about the company, but you, Mr. Jonathon, were the worst person I've ever had to have a conversation with. It amazes me how you can run a business with that attitude. You talk very highly of your company, doesn't mean you have the right to treat others like scum on your shoes. I don't want a reply to this from you, i already have a very vague idea of what it will sound like, very guarded, defensive, and probably filled with smart ass replies and talking highly of your poorly managed business. Chow friend thanks for reading a little bit about yourself. I hope you do some deep self reflecting, because karma will come around. Word to mouth is a very powerful tool now a days, and your reviews sound horrible. Best of luck!

My first experience with this company was horrible. Within the first 5 seconds of talking to the owner on the phone, He was very rude, would not even here me out, and had a nasty sense of sarcasm. I do not recommend this company. very unfriendly, rude, unprofessional.

Sorry to hear you not happy but when you start questioning if I was licensed and you got my phone number from somebody else without taking the time in making  your homework about the Company you were trying to get a price from it shows a lot , now days people are more informed , seems to me you  were sent by someone else but we will investigate. We hired Legacy to replace our pool fence 7/22. Come August, when I reached out to the PM, Ken, to see when our fence would be installed, he told me that I had requested 8/29 and that I was lucky to get that date - I never requested that date as we were sitting with a temporary fence around our hotel pool and couldn't open it to guests because it wasn't secure. 8/23 I text Ken asking what time their team would be arriving on Monday 8/29. Not until 8/28 at 8pm did he tell me that they would have to reschedule because materials had yet to arrive. 8/30 I get a text from Ken Ugh. I'll be calling you this afternoon. I asked if he could give me an idea what he would be sharing on our call - he didn't respond until 9/6 saying his fencing crew had been taken to work on another project and he was working on splitting a crew to get our job going. 9/8 I text Ken asking for an update and telling him we needed to figure out a way to at least get our main gate installed so we could open our pool to guests. He said to let him figure something out. I asked if this meant we were only waiting on an install team and that he had all of our materials - he said materials would be picked up Monday 9/12 and that an install team was the biggest problem. 9/14 I text him asking when we could get an install team on site. On 9/15, Dyneil text me saying she was picking up where Ken left off. I also received a call from Tucson letting me know that Ken was no longer with the company and that he had never even placed the order for our materials. Everything Ken had told me was a lie. As of 9/20, they finally got our main gate installed, but everything else was still temporary fencing. This same day, I emailed Tucson instructions for a plate that needed to be welded onto the main gate so that our lock could be installed by Onity. The Onity PM and Tucson had been in communication and Tucson had the pdf of what needed to be done. 10/3 I asked Dyneil for an update on when the rest of the fence would be installed, and asked if Tucson got the information he needed from the Onity contact as Tucson had told me he would be reaching out to Onity for clarification about the metal piece that needed to be welded. Dyneil responded saying she believes they have everything figured out and that they should be out on 10/6 for the rest of the install. 10/6 I reach out to Dyneil asking for a solid installation date and she tells me they have most of our items and the rest will be in on 10/17. 10/12 I asked Dyneil what they have us on the schedule for because I had never heard from her. She said on 10/12, because our 12 panels weren't set to arrive until on or before 10/19.  10/20 Dyneil confirms that all materials are in and they are picking them up with plans to start our install on 10/21. 10/24, one installer showed up and didn't complete the entirety of the job so I asked her when he would be done. She said their welder went out and they got a new one today and then asked me whether or not he had completed the job (he hadn't). 10/26 I receive a text from Dyneil saying he will be out next week to get it completed. 10/31 I text Dyneil asking when our install would be complete and told her I couldn't understand why this was taking so long unless our single installer was being pulled to work on other jobs. She apologized and said he is the only isntaller they have. She said she understood the job to be done until I told her otherwise. She said she had him scheduled to return to our site on 11/3. On 11/3 she spoke to Tucson and he said they are going to get their paint guy, Richard, out there ASAP to paint the main gate as that still had not been done. 11/11 I was told their gate guy would be out on 11/12 or 11/13 to take the main gate and refab it offsite. On 11/14 I'm told their gate employees work for the AF and their schedules changed but they would get it done before Thanksgiving. On 12/1 I text Dyneil asking for a status update and she said the lock company, Onity, gave him the date of 12/18 and that they were waiting on that. Keep in mind, this welded piece was supposed to be in place BEFORE our lock company arrived to install the new lock. There was zero reason for them to meet the lock company out there and do the welding the same day as the lock installation. 12/21 I asked Dyneil when they would be sending someone out to paint the piece that they had welded on so that it would match the rest of the gate. She said he's on vacation but that he can come do that for us on 1/2. 2/3/23 I text Tucson asking for the color so we could paint it ourselves - he never got that over to me. We need a new pool fence at one of our other hotels and I will be collecting quotes from other companies. This entire 5+ month experience for a basic pool gate was terrible.

My fiancée and I decided to use USA Fence when other fencing companies didn't show up to scheduled appointment at our house.
USA fencing was affordable and came out the next day after calling. They did the fencing in a quick couple of hours and it looks perfect! Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the North Phoenix area.

Fence is nice looking but installation does not last more than 3 years. After one year no warranty for shotty workmanship. Repairs at owners expense. Horrible company!!!

We placed the order on May 17 and were told it would be done in 10 to 12 weeks.  The 12 weeks are up and no gate.  I've called several times and keep getting the run around.  It's in powder coat. It's waiting on the screens. We'll call you back later with an install time frame.  Still nothing.

Our order seemed to start out just fine and their product appears to be top quality, however, confusion around delivery coordination will cripple satisfaction of customer. After Helen called to set an installation appointment within the 2-3 week promise of delivery, she called twice more to schedule the same appointment. She further argued that she had not previously called, forcing us to reschedule our set appointment.  This action put them beyond the 3 weeks in which they promised our door would be built and installed.   We would have been more than understanding if we were contacted with honesty being told something like, I'm sorry, but we overbooked and need to reschedule or we've had an issue with your order and need some time to correct it, but instead, we were simply lied too. I will not do business there again or recommend. Too bad, because I have neighbors that are looking at the end result and they own 6 homes around the valley.

After the storms we had last fall, our old wood gate got destroyed. I've been patching it back together for the last few months. We contacted Fountain Hills Gate and Fence for a replacement. So happy we chose them. They custom built a gate for us, we got to choose the color of the powder coated steel frame work and the composite slats. They are a small hard working company, so you have to be patient so they can work you into their busy schedule, but it's so worth the wait!

Ray was great!! He did a fantastic job solving our fence problems. He was beyond nice and helpful. He showed up when he said that he would. We would definitely use Ray again!!!!!!!

Supposed 6 week wait to do a minor repair and suggesting replacing an entire fence? Joke company. Pass.

Response to their response: I stand by my previous statement. Multiple other companies got the same info and responded in a logical, helpful manner.
