As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's. He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! We had Victory Metal Works add a new front door to our home. I cannot say enough good things here. From the start, Todd was fantastic. No pressure and great detail. They delivered in the timeline they said it would be and the workmanship of the installation was absolutely amazing. The quality is good and their installation team was attentive to every detail. The two owners, Tod and Andrew, were hands-on for the entire door installation. The team did stucco drywall and baseboards to make this 100% turnkey.

Roderic was simply amazing. I sent out several estimate requests (RFP) via the Yelp tool, and Roderic responded quickly and concisely, providing a clear estimate for the two garage door opener models they had available (the 1/2 HP and the 3/4 HP versions), as well as his schedule availability. I had requested the appointment well in advance (about a month), and doublechecked again as the date got closer to confirm we were still on his schedule (we were). Compared to the other responses I received, Roderic's response to my RFP was the quickest and most thorough, and his price was competitive with the other bids I received.
The job itself was pretty straight forward - just changing out a very old garage door opener on a light, single small garage door. The older model did not contain the security feature of the safety sensors, so this was something I had specifically requested (and came with the package that Roderic had to offer). We set up the appointment and just waited for the install to occur, scheduled the day prior to my arrival (as this is a vacation property so we do not live here full time).
On the day of the install, we had a hiccup (my fault) with not having communicated to them the door access code. Plus, when they were able to enter the premises, the door into the garage was apparently locked by one of our previous guests (another hiccup). I was in meetings the entire morning so was not able to answer Roderic's calls immediately when they ran into these issues. Roderic was extremely calm and patient with us, and the team ended up being able to get in and install the product. They were finished in a matter of several hours. When we got in, everything worked perfectly and they left the space clean. They programmed in the code we wanted, and removed the old keypad and other equipment.
I am extremely pleased with the product, and the new openers even have a WIFI feature allowing us to use an app to control opening and closing the door from anywhere! Technology these days!
The biggest thumbs up to this company is Roderic's responsiveness. We had several Yelp message exchanges, and he responded fairly immediately (even when messages were sent fairly late at night). Kudos to Roderic for his great service. I highly recommend this company.

Are these people serious! How lazy are you that you can't take a net on and off. I have a KATCHAKID net on our pool and we swim usually twice a day in the summers. I am a 30 year old stay at home mom to a 2 and 3 year old who has NO PROBLEM getting my net on and off. I usually only take it half off because it is a bit time consuming to do the ENTIRE net but half of it takes me...hmm...two minutes to get off and maybe four to get back on. I LOVE this product and the company. I debated between a net or gate and I have major climbers so I needed a barrier instead of an obstacle. I feel totally safe with the katchakid net and I think the product is genius.
Don't listen to this other reviewer because all I can think of is how lazy these parents must be! The nets have a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY as well.

Again, The owner shows his true colors. He has MANY reviews about his passive aggressiveness, angry remarks, threats towards POTENTIAL customers. Very nasty individual and very unprofessional. Of course I called to ask questions AKA do my research about the company, but you, Mr. Jonathon, were the worst person I've ever had to have a conversation with. It amazes me how you can run a business with that attitude. You talk very highly of your company, doesn't mean you have the right to treat others like scum on your shoes. I don't want a reply to this from you, i already have a very vague idea of what it will sound like, very guarded, defensive, and probably filled with smart ass replies and talking highly of your poorly managed business. We hired Legacy to replace our pool fence 7/22. Come August, when I reached out to the PM, Ken, to see when our fence would be installed, he told me that I had requested 8/29 and that I was lucky to get that date - I never requested that date as we were sitting with a temporary fence around our hotel pool and couldn't open it to guests because it wasn't secure. 8/23 I text Ken asking what time their team would be arriving on Monday 8/29. Not until 8/28 at 8pm did he tell me that they would have to reschedule because materials had yet to arrive. 8/30 I get a text from Ken Ugh. I'll be calling you this afternoon. I asked if he could give me an idea what he would be sharing on our call - he didn't respond until 9/6 saying his fencing crew had been taken to work on another project and he was working on splitting a crew to get our job going. 9/8 I text Ken asking for an update and telling him we needed to figure out a way to at least get our main gate installed so we could open our pool to guests. He said to let him figure something out. I asked if this meant we were only waiting on an install team and that he had all of our materials - he said materials would be picked up Monday 9/12 and that an install team was the biggest problem. 9/14 I text him asking when we could get an install team on site. On 9/15, Dyneil text me saying she was picking up where Ken left off. I also received a call from Tucson letting me know that Ken was no longer with the company and that he had never even placed the order for our materials. Everything Ken had told me was a lie. As of 9/20, they finally got our main gate installed, but everything else was still temporary fencing. This same day, I emailed Tucson instructions for a plate that needed to be welded onto the main gate so that our lock could be installed by Onity. The Onity PM and Tucson had been in communication and Tucson had the pdf of what needed to be done. 10/3 I asked Dyneil for an update on when the rest of the fence would be installed, and asked if Tucson got the information he needed from the Onity contact as Tucson had told me he would be reaching out to Onity for clarification about the metal piece that needed to be welded. Dyneil responded saying she believes they have everything figured out and that they should be out on 10/6 for the rest of the install. 10/6 I reach out to Dyneil asking for a solid installation date and she tells me they have most of our items and the rest will be in on 10/17. 10/12 I asked Dyneil what they have us on the schedule for because I had never heard from her. She said on 10/12, because our 12 panels weren't set to arrive until on or before 10/19. 10/20 Dyneil confirms that all materials are in and they are picking them up with plans to start our install on 10/21. 10/24, one installer showed up and didn't complete the entirety of the job so I asked her when he would be done. She said their welder went out and they got a new one today and then asked me whether or not he had completed the job (he hadn't). 10/26 I receive a text from Dyneil saying he will be out next week to get it completed. 10/31 I text Dyneil asking when our install would be complete and told her I couldn't understand why this was taking so long unless our single installer was being pulled to work on other jobs. She apologized and said he is the only isntaller they have. She said she understood the job to be done until I told her otherwise. She said she had him scheduled to return to our site on 11/3. On 11/3 she spoke to Tucson and he said they are going to get their paint guy, Richard, out there ASAP to paint the main gate as that still had not been done. 11/11 I was told their gate guy would be out on 11/12 or 11/13 to take the main gate and refab it offsite. On 11/14 I'm told their gate employees work for the AF and their schedules changed but they would get it done before Thanksgiving. On 12/1 I text Dyneil asking for a status update and she said the lock company, Onity, gave him the date of 12/18 and that they were waiting on that. Keep in mind, this welded piece was supposed to be in place BEFORE our lock company arrived to install the new lock. There was zero reason for them to meet the lock company out there and do the welding the same day as the lock installation. 12/21 I asked Dyneil when they would be sending someone out to paint the piece that they had welded on so that it would match the rest of the gate. She said he's on vacation but that he can come do that for us on 1/2. 2/3/23 I text Tucson asking for the color so we could paint it ourselves - he never got that over to me. We need a new pool fence at one of our other hotels and I will be collecting quotes from other companies. This entire 5+ month experience for a basic pool gate was terrible.

USA fencing was affordable and came out the next day after calling. They did the fencing in a quick couple of hours and it looks perfect! Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the North Phoenix area.

Where to start about my experience with Native Sun? This place is a treasure and well worth the two hour drive round trip to get what is needed by quality service. To start the customer service was superb. Helen was extremely patient helping us find the correct door handle needed. Dale was truly skilled in his knowledge and work. Both very pleasant, reliable, affordable and screams quality. If you have any needs that they could cover, I'd suggest making the trip.

Brian and, Crystal came out the next day, took a good look at the fence, and said it would take about an hour to repair.
They gave me a date and actually texted, me a few days, early and asked if they could, come by and fix it.
Sure enough, in an hour, the fence was back up, stronger than it had been.
The price was right, the quality of the work was excellent, and Brian and Crystal are wonderful to work with.
When I need one of my gates, repaired, I'm calling them back out here
