First, these guys answer the phone on a Saturday night. Second they had a firm price, at a time that they could come out and fix it. Third they showed up on time got the work done, all for the agreed price. Alex was great as the tech. No surprises, great work, good price.

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

From start to finish Halverson Decor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be hiring Nate and his team for all our future renovations. The pergola was perfect as well as some other interior decor items they provided!

Our beautiful new front door by Victory Metal Works was installed yesterday, and my parents are so pleased.  We doggies are very happy too - not only is the door a work of art, but now we can see what we're barking at!

Andrew and his crew were incredible and very professional; everyone involved in the installation process arrived exactly on time or a few minutes early, and did an impeccable job.  The whole process went so smoothly, and by the end of the day everything looked perfect.  The door was also ready a week before the date we were given, which made it even better!

I called Triple B when my garage door finally just totally stopped opening after having issues for about 3 months. Roderick came out that very same day. I received a text and a call when he was in route, which was great. He had the problem addressed within the first 5 minutes and gave us several options ranging from repair, to a couple different replacement options. He never tried to upsell us and was completely forthcoming and honest in his opinion of each option. We ended up going with a full replacement and upgrading the unit. He was able to come out early afternoon the following day for the install. I again got a text letting me know when he was in-route. He had the install done neatly and quickly. My garage door works better than ever and now we have a system with many more options and comforts (automatic shutting , automatic lights, wifi garage door controller ect) with minimal additional cost. We are extremely happy and would recommend Roderick and Triple B highly.  Thank you again!

Joel was fantastic. He was meticulous, careful, comprehensive, and absolutely honest. Our back decking in Flagstaff was in need of refurbishment. Instead of trying to talk us into a full redo, he was able to find the structural issues with our railing and steps, walkthrough a repair of a concrete pillar, showed us where there were opportunities for small restructurings for reinforcement, and gave us a dead honest estimate. When we looked to add a few things, his add-ons were priced fairly, and he also discovered a few issues which he repaired without extra cost. He came when he said he would, he completed the work when he said he would, he documented with photos and videos and sent them to us. We paid him ahead for materials, we paid him at the end for labor. I was absolutely pleased with his work, and would definitely call him again should the need arise.

Awesome company to work with that offers a great product. My wife and I wanted to increase the safety of our pool and decided a net made more sense than a fence for a few different reasons. With that being said, Pearl could not have been more helpful from the time I called to schedule an estimate until the project was completed. Her husband, Robert, came out to the house and provided the estimate after taking several measurements. Robert is a lot of fun and we had a great time chatting with him! Finally, Mike and Lavandis knocked-out the install and tutorial both in about an hour. Mike and Lavandis' work is perfect and we are very happy with the function and appearance of our net! Just called Progressive Fence Co in Glendale, AZ because we have an anticipated fencing project coming up soon. We need a block fence installed.  Well, Progressive Fence Co was very rude ... refused to tell me when they would be available and just flat out refused to give a ball park estimate or anticipated starting point of what's involved.

...and from the reply below, you can see just how rude and passive aggressive angry this person Jonathan is. Good to know before making a mistake by hiring him.

The construction part of the job was great, however communication was difficult and probably due to it being the holidays. The quality of work was top notch and we were very happy with how the gate and wall looked.

There was a discrepancy with the contract where when I initially requested the gate that was installed to match our other gate, they took that to mean the wall color and not the gate color. So I contacted the Project manager Tucson who came out on his own time to finish the paint. Really appriciate him going the extra bit to make us happy.

Called them for a bid. They showed up and had a Trump sticker on their truck. I did not say anything but tossed the bid as soon as they drove away. This is the second business that I've done this with. Why would you alienate over half of your customer base?

The salesman was pleasant and worked to get me what I wanted. They had a wait before could begin the construction but they got me in as promised. It was done efficiently by a great duo of workmen and I am very pleased at the result plus they cleaned up area and it looked pristine! I would encourage you to use this company for your fencing needs!

After installing sunscreens on the majority of my house, we decided there were 3 windows missed that should have been done. We don't know how they were missed from the original quote... so ... We asked for pricing to get screens for these 3 windows.

It seems once they have the bulk of your order and payment, the pricing completely changes.

Original work was for 18 windows @ $1500. 14 windows were 2nd floor windows.

These additional 3 ground floor windows is being quoted now for over @ $500! Really???

Fairly typical of some vendors I've seen - once they have been paid, and there isn't much work left that might be available, they don't seem all that interested in your additional business - unless you're willing to let them pick your pocket while they're at it.

No - I won't ever use them again(Awning Works)or the parent company Eaglewings Iron Craft... ever.

I have another company that is now doing the additional 3 windows for hundreds less (yes, multiple hundreds!)

We met Brad Jennings, our sales rep , at Native Sun at the Phoenix Home Show in January. Brad took a lot of time with us and explained the benefits of doing business with his company. One of those benefits was that he used no sub contractors on any part of the process. We made an appointment and he arrived at our house the Monday after the show. We chose a beautiful door that had all the bells and whistles we wanted in our security door. He gave us a date of installation that was met. His office manager, Helen, was easy to speak to and called us back whenever we had a question. The day our door was delivered and installed was terrific. The company's installers Dale and Nick were pleasant, efficient and gave us a complete walk through on our new door.

The entire process was done in an efficient and professional manner. We would recommend that you always give Native Sun an opportunity to give you a quote. You will be happy you did.

Our side gate was replaced by them and looks great! Price was the best of the hand full of estimates I got.

Ray made an appointment at 10:00 AM on Monday with me on Sunday night.  One hour before the appointment, I texted Ray to confirm the appointment 1 hour before and he responded that he was busy with a customer and would call me in a little bit.  He never called and didn't text a time to meet.  It has been 4 hours without a response from Ray with Humble Fence LLC.

I would never count on anything he says.  He was a total waste of my time.  The fencing job was a fairly large project.;

Supposed 6 week wait to do a minor repair and suggesting replacing an entire fence? Joke company. Pass.

Response to their response: I stand by my previous statement. Multiple other companies got the same info and responded in a logical, helpful manner.
