The hinge on our RV gate rusted and broke off. We had a different company come out for an estimate and told us we had to change the whole gate for over $1,225. We only needed the hinge rewelded back together. Ron was prompt to answering all of my messages through Yelp and over the phone. He was able to get Alex out to us the same afternoon. Alex was exceptional! Honest, prompt, and professional! He went above and beyond to reinforce the other latches too. These guy will be my go to for repairs! Rewelding the hinge only cost $150.

I needed a bracket modified for my classic car. Richard did a fast, perfect job. I'd recommend him for your welding needs.

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

Thank you, Triple B Garage Doors for living up to the hype! Our spring broke on a Sunday and not being in a super hurry we searched around for a company. Many people spoke highly of them on a facebook sight and Yelp confirmed. When I called at 7am Monday morning, I told them we had another car that wasn't in the garage so we weren't in a hurry to get it fixed. This didn't matter to them - they arrived 30 minutes later and replaced the spring and freed my other vehicle. Roderic was super professional - even shared some knowledge with our young son who was captivated by the work. We will definitely call them again if needed and pass their name along. Price was great, too!

We are very happy with our Katchakid mesh pool fence. We originally intended to with another company, but Katchakid's responsiveness and professionalism won us over.

We used Jonathan for my N Central home at Central and Missouri in 2006, and it was not even a question who to use for our Sun City residence.  He is always fairly priced and performs the project on schedule. A hands on contractor/ entrepreneur who pays attention to details from permitting to end of project clean up.  He also has a gate partner for driveway and pedestrian gates for your block wall project.

Excellent choice for prompt, professional work. Hire them to rebuild a brick wall. Excellent experience.

Called them for a bid. They showed up and had a Trump sticker on their truck. I did not say anything but tossed the bid as soon as they drove away. This is the second business that I've done this with. Why would you alienate over half of your customer base?

The salesman was pleasant and worked to get me what I wanted. They had a wait before could begin the construction but they got me in as promised. It was done efficiently by a great duo of workmen and I am very pleased at the result plus they cleaned up area and it looked pristine! I would encourage you to use this company for your fencing needs!

Dan was wonderful to work with and made the perfect security gate for us at a fair cost and with excellent quality! We prefer to shop local whenever possible and highly recommend this company!

This company is an excellent choice for attractive high quality screen doors! From showroom(Helen) to measuring(Brad) to delivery and installation(John), they were pleasant, prompt, and professional. Oh, and their prices were better than their larger competitors. I can't recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Update:  you were not going to fit me in anywhere.  I'll attach the correspondence now to my review.

Scheduled to have a gate repaired.  Scheduled for a Saturday.  They reached out to me to reschedule 4 times.  I told them I would not allow another reschedule.  They reach out to me one last time and cancelled my repair.  Waste of time.

This company, nor it's owner, does not have a valid licence listed in the registrar of contractors website of AZ. This person company scammed me for over 5,000 dollars as a result of their illegal contracting  activities. The job I stupidly hired him for was never completed and the little bit of work he did do has since fallen down repeatedly because he did not secure the fence panels, put in new posts, use new hardware and hinges. It is the worst fence job I've ever seen. Protect yourself from contractors fraud, look up anyone you intend to hire on the az registrar of  contractors website and check for complaints and check for a valid liscense.

We had some wrought iron fence installed by Associated Fence.  Jaime and Guillermo were the crew that installed it.  They did an excellent job of installation.  However, equally important was that Jaime communicated with me at each step of the way.  He told me what he was going to do, and showed me the work after placing the line, locating the posts, tacking the rails, etc.  This was of enormous help in obtaining the fence that we wanted.  They completed the project in two days.
