As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

Our builder installed a beautiful Victory Metal Works front door in our home, and during the construction, our door got a few marks on it.  The repairs our builder attempted didn't quite match the outstanding quality of the door.

I contacted Todd, and he coordinated a trip to Havasu to take care of the necessary repairs. He and Andrew were extremely professional, clean and thorough in making our door look new again. He took the time to assess the entire door, and found a few minor issues that we hadn't even noticed before.

Just had Roderick replace the spring in my garage door. I had called a few places for quotes over the phone and triple B was the company for me. Roderick also lived up the doors gratis and was very helpful for info to do some reinforcing weak spots on the door to make it hold out till I buy a new one a few years down the road.
It was a great experience and he was very patient with all my questions  I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

Had my side yard gate removed and replaced, including resetting the concrete post. Joel took care of everything - materials, demo, haul away, assembly and prime/paint per HOA design and color. He came out quickly for a quote and did exactly what he promised to do. It is quality and will last. Process was really easy. Love his portfolio of other work too. Highly recommend!

This company is great at: not returning phone calls about obtaining a quote, answering the phone (in general), or responding to emails about quotes.

I requested a quote for paver installation in a portion of our backyard. Legacy Contracting was quick to respond and scheduled an appointment to stop by our home to assess what the project would consist of. Daelyn was professional and was able to explain the process and timeframe. Unfortunately, we did not go with Legacy Contracting as we received a better quote from another business; however, my husband and I appreciated the quick response from them.

Dave is amazing. He called me right away. Came out and gave me an estimate and my fences were installed within the week. He is GREAT!! I highly recommend.

Fence is nice looking but installation does not last more than 3 years. After one year no warranty for shotty workmanship. Repairs at owners expense. Horrible company!!!

Update:  you were not going to fit me in anywhere.  I'll attach the correspondence now to my review.

Scheduled to have a gate repaired.  Scheduled for a Saturday.  They reached out to me to reschedule 4 times.  I told them I would not allow another reschedule.  They reach out to me one last time and cancelled my repair.  Waste of time.

Update- The owner, Ray, did refund the deposit we gave to him. He was very apologetic and said he is going to work on doing better with his customers going forward.

Wasn't impressed.  We got a fair bid, and we needed to extend the fence length a bit longer.  I met with the gentleman from their company and showed him the change.  We were fine with paying the increase for the difference in length.  However, then they tried to state they only charged us for 1 fence panel in the initial bid, when we needed 8, and raised the price by more than double. It just felt really dishonest.
