Garage Door repair is something I know ZERO about. It is comforting when something you own is repaired and you feel like you received honest, fair, pricing and work.
Rod & Josh are on-top-of-it!! They return calls promptly, offer fast service, and you aren't going to feel like you got hosed in the deal. I highly recommend 'Upright Garage Door & Gate.

After a horrible experience with T&S's Mobile Welding (see my review) I found Doctor Welded based on another review.  This company is OUTSTANDING!!  He was quick to respond and showed up exactly when he said he would.  Additionally, he was professional, polite, had a fair price, and did great work.  There is nothing more I could ask for.

I wish this guy did more than just welding. I'd hire him to do anything.  in a time where customer servers seem to be a thing of the past Doctor Welded stands heads and shoulders above the competition.

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

From start to finish Halverson Decor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be hiring Nate and his team for all our future renovations. The pergola was perfect as well as some other interior decor items they provided!

Spring broke in my garage door around 8 am, called at 8:30 after getting multiple recommendations through a community FB group and Roderic was at my house by 9:40 to fix it! Joel was fantastic. He was meticulous, careful, comprehensive, and absolutely honest. Our back decking in Flagstaff was in need of refurbishment. Instead of trying to talk us into a full redo, he was able to find the structural issues with our railing and steps, walkthrough a repair of a concrete pillar, showed us where there were opportunities for small restructurings for reinforcement, and gave us a dead honest estimate. When we looked to add a few things, his add-ons were priced fairly, and he also discovered a few issues which he repaired without extra cost. He came when he said he would, he completed the work when he said he would, he documented with photos and videos and sent them to us. We paid him ahead for materials, we paid him at the end for labor. I was absolutely pleased with his work, and would definitely call him again should the need arise.

Chris came out and installed the net he was nice at first but after he installed the net  he started ignoring us I had to call the manager to help us that's when it got to his attention. We installed the pool net and we hate it no pool service will service your pool when they know you have the net and it's very complicated to remove the net. And neither Chris or the company informed us that not a lot of pool service would work on the pool.  we brought 4 pool service and all 4 of did not want to service because of the net.  I had no choice but to remove the net and install a new fence so it costed me more than double of the price. Would not recommend this company.

This company is great at: not returning phone calls about obtaining a quote, answering the phone (in general), or responding to emails about quotes.

The construction part of the job was great, however communication was difficult and probably due to it being the holidays. The quality of work was top notch and we were very happy with how the gate and wall looked.

There was a discrepancy with the contract where when I initially requested the gate that was installed to match our other gate, they took that to mean the wall color and not the gate color. So I contacted the Project manager Tucson who came out on his own time to finish the paint. Really appriciate him going the extra bit to make us happy.

My fiancée and I decided to use USA Fence when other fencing companies didn't show up to scheduled appointment at our house.
USA fencing was affordable and came out the next day after calling. They did the fencing in a quick couple of hours and it looks perfect! Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the North Phoenix area.

Fence is nice looking but installation does not last more than 3 years. After one year no warranty for shotty workmanship. Repairs at owners expense. Horrible company!!!

Please consider this review.  The rating is only this good because the final product and employee, Oscar.  I would only recommend them if you a) don't know what exactly what you want; and b) do not care about timeline variability.  I agree with the other reviews written at time of this one.  Dan/owner was referred to me through my network for a new staircase railing.  He is indeed friendly and knowledgeable as others stated.  Where I believe he added incremental value vs. the incumbent vendor is that he helped me create a custom design to my taste vs. I needed to submit a picture of what I wanted to the incumbent.  He was also less expensive than the incumbent.  However, they took almost double the timeline offered and he did not communicate there would be a delay and/or the reason for the delay.  Dan knew the timeline was important to us because we had a safety concern.  Additionally, Dan denied being the owner when we called to complain; I can only assume he does not like conflict, but this is obviously concerning.  We had no choice but to wait for their timeline, which we wouldn't even have known when we were on the schedule had we not called to complain.

From the start with Brad our salesman great guy knows the product well! Jacob who designed our beautiful entry gate door did exactly what I wanted. Come installation day Alex and Tim & crew were absolutely the best!customer service is prompt and thorough thank you Kathyrn and Debbie for keeping us updated! We highly recommend Native Sun

Brian arrived first thing in the morning to fix my gate and did an excellent job.  He was super friendly and prompt.  The price was lower than other companies had charged me and the service was amazing.  I would definitely recommend this company.

This company, nor it's owner, does not have a valid licence listed in the registrar of contractors website of AZ. This person company scammed me for over 5,000 dollars as a result of their illegal contracting  activities. The job I stupidly hired him for was never completed and the little bit of work he did do has since fallen down repeatedly because he did not secure the fence panels, put in new posts, use new hardware and hinges. It is the worst fence job I've ever seen. Protect yourself from contractors fraud, look up anyone you intend to hire on the az registrar of  contractors website and check for complaints and check for a valid liscense.

We had some wrought iron fence installed by Associated Fence.  Jaime and Guillermo were the crew that installed it.  They did an excellent job of installation.  However, equally important was that Jaime communicated with me at each step of the way.  He told me what he was going to do, and showed me the work after placing the line, locating the posts, tacking the rails, etc.  This was of enormous help in obtaining the fence that we wanted.  They completed the project in two days.
