Amazing Gates!

We found Hector's Iron on OfferUp where provided us with a reasonable quote, installation included. A few days later he stopped by to take measurements and gave the final quote with deadbolts and handles. It was absolutely worth every penny! The outcome was three beautiful solid composite material and iron gates.

Alfonso came out, identified what needed to be fixed.  Took the time to propose ways to make it better than the original installation by the builders such that it would last longer.  Cut out the rusted parts, welded in new metal parts and painted those and also did concrete repairs for anchors that had ripped out..  At end of project decided needed to have a little more support than was originally designed so added it at no additional cost.

Alden contacted me immediately and we were able to talk through the issue I was having with my gate hinge. He came out at the next available day and fixed the gate hinge quickly. He's very friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. If you need a local gate repairman, I would definitely recommend Alden's Gate!

Two businesses responded to my need for repair of a side gate where dependable locking is critical for pet protection (a third responded with an exorbitant price range for a small job). One indicated his equipment was being repaired, so he identified a list of people who could do the work. I thanked him for his thoughtful response. One on his list got back to me the same day with a request for a photo showing the problem: Atwood Metal Works. Three days later, the job was done expertly at a very reasonable cost.

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

Needed a Dalton tube spring repair and ended up with upgrade/replacement to a newer torque spring. Everything was explained thoroughly, lots of mechanics and history described. They were courteous, timely, ended up being less expensive than we had thought with searches on line about the Dalton hardware. No hidden costs or fees.
Would definitely recommend and plan to call again for maintenance/upkeep.

Oscar provided us different options for our gate replacement and pool gate repair in a timely manner, as well as at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them for future projects!!

Let's back up two months...

Took afternoon off from work to meet Steve for a quote. Sounded professional on the phone and I was happy for an appointment (hey, Western Fence and others - return calls to potential customers).  He showed up on time and we reviewed what I was wanting to have fenced.  Promised an email quote in a few days. That night, I sent him a few questions and no response.  Not the next day, not the next week, not ever.  Zip, zero, zilch.  No contact, even after four written requests to Steve and his office asking when I'd get a quote.  Here we are, two months later.  Nada.

Should've known something was up when Steve pulled in front of my house with, get this, the obligatory big plastic scrotum dangling from his back bumper.  I got truck nuts, but no quote.

Horrible gate, doesn't close all the way, no cement hole for the poles to go into so the gate swings back and forth when it's windy. Called 2 tell this company about the problems and Chris was NOT nice saying that I was trying to scam money out of them when all I wanted was my $1200 dollar gate to be fixed RIGHT. Go with a different gate company!!!!
