Tony did our parents outside steps with pavers and was very meticulous and is a huge improvement over the aged concrete.
They are using him for a second job to tile their back patio. They highly recommend his company.

Very timely, reasonable price and excellent work. What more could you ask for. Stan came out and installed a new smart sprinkler timer I got at an SRP seminar. Would highly recommend

Manny was awesome to work with. He helped me fixed a nasty leak on my roof and did full drywall work on my Garage ceiling. VERY FAIR Prices and super honest kinda guy. Hit him up!

Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home. Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

I had a really wonderful experience with BBG for my kitchen remodel. They were very attentive and willing to answer any questions I had.
I'd requested bids from a few other places and I felt like I was being pushed into the same cookie cutter design choices for nearly twice the cost. Jason understood my ideas and helped me find ways to acheive the look I wanted that fit within my budget. This kind of personalized professionalism is rare these days and I am so happy I found Built By Grace.
When they were in my home they were respectful, clean and trustworthy. They arrived on time and the project was completed on schedule. Don't know how else to say it, but I was more than impressed through and through.
Needless to say, when I am ready to tackle my master bathroom I will definitely be calling them again.

First off, I would like to say this review had nothing to do with the actual individual that did the work. Leon was amazing, professional and did quality work. As far as the company he was subcontracted through, Maxum Construction....all I can say is avoid them like the plague. Sales overpromised and under-delivered. It seemed that there was absolutely no communication between sales and the contractors. Apparently this company has a salesperson, they write up the contract (with lots of holes and vaguely I might add, make sure they include EVERYTHING. I requested a labor only job with me supplying the TILE only. I do not know anything about how to install tile, the material involved and I specifically stated to include the material to actually install it be part of the quote). Anyway, once the job is bid, they then hire out to contractor...which is pretty typical. However, this contractor then hires the job out to another contractor. So basically, there are 3 parties already involved.
The contractors had absolutely no clue what was going on with the job, the specifications, tile patterns, nothing. I asked for the contract to be revised more than once to fill in some of the holes I didnt like, always the "promises" to get another contract out but it never happened. Right from the start they wanted to charge me for backerboard, mortor, thinset, the works in addition to a "dumpster fee" which was never disclosed either. Apparently you need to specify that they will actually haul away the material they demo'd. I also asked them multiple times to give me the final measurements so I could purchase the tile, but I never actually got them. So I ended up having to run back to the tile shop an extra 2-3x due to shortages.
It also took them 8+weeks to get in touch with the shower door people (which ultimately, I ended up calling people on my own since I was never able to actually get a quote from anyone). My carpet was damaged so badly we actually had to get a steam cleaning company over to get all the dried thinset and other tile material out of the carpet. The owner even showed up once and told the project manager (Tony) to put down a quality barrier, but he never bothered coming back to do it. And dont get me started on the "construction supervisor". Tony showed up twice over the course of the 2 MONTHS it took them to do the job and never really supervised anything. The subcontractor stated he was supposed to be supplied with all the tools he needed to do the job. He called Tony multiple times in order to request certain tools but apparently he was too busy with other jobs to actually deliver them. I had to loan him tools in order to complete some of the work (air compressor, gun, driver etc. Long story short, look elsewhere for your contractor work. The contractor even told the subcontractor to actually stop coming to the job and don't bother finishing. Luckily, Leon was a very upstanding man and completed the work. I can recommend him all day long, but stay away from this company like the black plague.

My wife and I wanted to install a backsplash for our kitchen and heard Clover Home Services do a great job. We had them come out and gave a great estimate. They are a family business and they are the BEST! Our kitchen backsplash is truly amazing. Our next door neighbor used them to refinish their cabinets and do the backsplash and it is EVERYTHING they wanted and more..
If your want work done that exceeds your expectations then CLOVER HOME SERVICES is who you NEED TO CHOOSE.

Can't say anything about their quality of work because no one bothered to show up to our first appointment. When my husband called he was told that the man he initially talked to sometimes doesn't write his appointments down and we could call him directly. He was already 20 minutes late. No way am I calling him. It's his responsibility to inform me if he is running late.
Honestly, WHY would I spend 20-30 thousand dollars on a company that doesn't even show up to the first appointment? Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy in my eyes.

So disappointed in Re-Bath. They started work on a 4-5 day job on Jan 4th after we had met with salesman Adam Jones in October. We wanted to remodel master bathroom with new tile , cabinets, mirrors, lighting and double sinks. I had already converted tub to large walk-in shower and wanted cabinets to match with the gray and white. Salesman showed us sample piece of wood for cabinets in gray but when they installed cabinet was brown which was only reason I replaced flooring. After numerous calls to project mgr and salesman they brought out the original sample of cabinet color only to agree that color was waaaaay different color but tried to tell us the stain can look different on every piece of wood. I understand that but gray is not brown and it does match at all so after 6 days they left with no mirrors installed, wrong color cabinets and 2 holes in my walls where installer slipped and put holes in walls and just patched with me left to paint over. After another week I convinced them to at least hookup my water in bathroom but they said it might be another 6-8 weeks for them to reorder cabinets but they couldn't guarantee a new would still be correct color. They vowed to make it right but I guess we will see. I also noticed after water hooked up to sinks that faucet holes were drilled too far back as I can't even fit my hands under faucet with hitting side of sink as water comes down right against the back so most of sink not useable. Last week I went to their showroom on 75th Ave & Bell to view other options but no options mentioned by salesman were actually available and they have no pricing info. The showroom did take down my name and ph# and the list of issues with a promise it would be expedited to corp headquarters.
As you might have guessed I have not heard back from ANYONE so I don't even know if correct colors were ordered or will ever be received. Stay tuned because I will hopefully have an update in February or early March or if they ever actually come back to finish. I paid $7k up front in October and was to pay other 1/2 upon completion at end of first week of January but I don't know if I will even receive any satisfaction on re-model of bath.
I was going to look into remodel of kitchen later this year but you can bet it won't be thru Home Depot or Loews as they both use Re-Bath & Kitchen for all of these services

Tiana and Glen did amazing work on my kitchen remodel. They delivered on everything I requested for with quality workmanship. Their communication was top notch throughout the entire project and it really gave me a sense that they truly cared.
They put a lot of effort in getting into all the details of the project and we're thorough with all aspects. Because of of this, we did not encounter any major unexpected issues on the project.
They completed my full kitchen remodel along with replacing the flooring throughout most of the house in a month's time frame. They provide a neat schedule of all the different work to be done and dates of when that work is scheduled for. We followed this schedule almost exactly and they were even able to work in a change to the project without pushing the timeline further out.
I have been completely satisfied with their work and would without a doubt recommend them for home remodel projects. They are respectful, professional and charge very reasonable rates. I am looking forward to using their services again for a future bathroom remodel.

We have used Dustin for 3 jobs. Up until now I loved his work. However, this last time was highly disappointing. We had an $11,000 job, no small amount of cash for us, and rarely saw him. Mistakes were made that he said I should have caught and told him about and that he would have caught it eventually. When... if he never came?Subcontractors were the only ones at the job. I rarely heard from him. I refused to accept crooked barn doors and and now still waiting 7 weeks later to have the room completed with the doors remaining.
Beware that small ticket items like a 10k job you will be working with other people and not him. It's too "basic" and on the low end of his work.
