I must give kudos where it's due with contractors! I'm usually skeptical & very cautious with dealings. I HATE chasing down people & getting stabby with them but I will. My water heater had a slow leak & caused some sweet water damage to my garage drywall & inside my master closet wall/carpet! Edge Restoration dried it out & sent Gurr Brothers Construction to repair my drywall & replace the carpet. It was a seamless process throughout. Sam from Gurr Brothers showed up, kept me in the loop of when & who to expect @ my house & stayed in constant communication of plumbing, drywall & carpet people that were dropping by. Although a bit of a nightmare to have your houses gutted for a while?!? I couldn't be more impressed with the way it was handled & for them to deal with my Homeowner's Insurance too. If you want your project drawn out over a long period of time. If you want poor workmanship. If you want a person to show you pictures of what caused damage into your condo, then tell the HOA something completely different so he's not responsible. Well, then this is your guy. Our Condo flooded, and this came out and was completely unprofessional. Was on his phone, didn't try to fix the problem, and while he was in our home he called his friend who was close by "an off duty security guard to come over, and talked to him outside of our house, talking loud and cussing." The next day he showed up and showed my wife pictures of a broken sprinkler caught in a lateral pipe and said that is what causes black water to come up through our kitchen sink and flood our home. He is the person responsible for the damage, so of course he said it was roots that cause the blockage. Not a single one of my neighbors in our Condo community approves of the work he does, if it weren't for a power hungry board member, this guy wouldn't even be allowed on our property. This guy, is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and is about to be sued by people at our property. Please stay away.

Have been working with Honor Contracting for close to two years, been a pleasure doing business. Quality is great, always hits deadlines, and professionalism is always there. Would recommend to anyone!

Ruben will not rest until you are satisfied.  Hands down will work his ass off to make sure you are totally happy with the end result.  Had Ruben and his crew remodel a guest bathroom, update my patio (support beam an roof), and create for me a brand new pool gate for me.  At a very affordable price with finishes that look absolutely beautiful, Ruben will make sure he gets the job done to your satisfaction.  One night he worked until 11pm to get the project done!!!  Who does that?  Who goes above and beyond?  Well, that's Ruben for you.  Thanks Ruben and crew for all the hard work and professionalism!

I came to Mark with a handful of ideas and a dream to make my place my sanctuary. He and his team delivered so much more. He was so amazing to work with and went above and beyond through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their home. He answered all of questions, was always available and kept me up to date on the progress of my project every step of the way. He found ways to cut costs when needed while still giving me exactly what I wanted. I can't thank them enough!

J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

Great service, great people, great prices, great work!  James is just the definition of an all around good guy.  He was very patient and responsive to all of our questions and concerns.  Doug, the mechanic who came out, was also very professional and did a great job.  There is no doubt who to call for everything and anything pools!

I reached out to a couple of companies to get a quote.  Brad responded quickly and set up a time to come out.  We needed to get an exterior door to our garage replaced and he provided a very fair quote to replace/install.  Brad communicated well with us.  He was very friendly and professional.  His work was excellent and looked great upon completion.  I will absolutely do business with him again and would highly recommend you do the same.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Update:

The owner Brett Buckner told me on the phone he would personally come out to get to the bottom of the "miscommunication" by his "designer" Colton and put me on the phone w/ a girl to make an appointment. Not only did he fail to show up, he failed to even make the professional courtesy to call and let us know. He failed to respond to multiple calls that we were told would be returned. Now we are even 4 more weeds behind schedule and have to move in to an uncompleted home. Not even the courage to call or the decency to explain. Very disappointing and huge waste of time and resources.

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Tintas Granite & Flooring performed a superb job in our master bedroom, along with a few other areas in our house.  They have the absolute best inventory of marble, granite and quartzite in their slab yard that we have seen in the greater Phoenix area.  Bill Tintas (owner) took us through the slab yard and explained each type of stone and brought out each slab we liked so that we could carefully inspect them before making a decision.  It would have been so much easier (cooler) in January rather than August, but that was our choosing.  We chose Quartzite -Fascination.

Alisseo and David fabricated and installed the quartzite slabs in our large shower, master bath vanities and tub area.  They are master fabricators!  One of the slabs in our shower area must have weighed 700-800 lbs!  These slabs were carefully delivered and perfectly installed.  

Joe did a fantastic job in preparing the shower floor, beveling it so the drain now works perfectly.  Tibby installed the natural stone on the shower floor and it looks beautiful.  We purchased all the plumbing from Central Arizona Supply.  They have a sizable showroom and Bryan Gover spent a good deal of time going through all the fixtures and best options.  Daniel is the plumbing master who installed everything and we can't say enough about his expertise.

Bill actively supervised the construction to our satisfaction and takes a great deal of pride in his company and employees.  Kat was our office coordinator, is super sweet on the phone, very accommodating and very prompt at returning our calls.

This company is absolutely amazing! The designers, dean, and the entire crew are professional and all around great to work with.  Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early...yes early! The whole process went so smooth. The app they use was really helpful for seeing the calendar, making payments, and sending messages. The crew worked so hard everyday and kept the area clean when they left. I would recommend Kitchen By Good Guys to everyone you wants to do a remodel, they are the best!

My shower is shown on her webpage and it looks beautiful  Kris has great talent and vision but unfortunately it was a horrible experience and therefore cannot recommend her. I could've gotten this same shower with much more professional contractors. She is much more interested in control and being right than doing what the customer wants and is paying for. I was even insulted, called names, sworn at and when I approached her about that, I was told to go f*** myself!!
