I had an automated gate installed with Dezert Gates.  Not only did the gate installation go exactly as planned, the customer service was outstanding.The owner, himself came out for the installation, he was courteous, and very professional.  I was impressed with the amount of care he took with the job.  I would definitely use this company again.

We hired Atmostfear to fabricate a few trellises for our home and I can't speak highly enough of their workmanship and professionalism. They did the job when they said they would and to the specs that were described. They installed it quickly and with high quality work. I would recommend JP and Michael any day and do intend to use them again in the near future for some other projects we've thought about doing, but needed pros to do for us. Thanks guys!

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

There are still companies in the greater valley that show integrity in the way they do business,and most especially in how they handle not so everyday problems. This company has been here for decades,and by no accident I can assure you. Do not hesitate to use this very respected COMMUNITY aware company with complete assurance of their professionalism.

We used A&A Fence for vinyl fencing on a family members property in Northern Arizona. Austin and Sami were incredibly easy to work with and their knowledge helped us easily understand what our best options were and why. The end to end service left us completely satisfied and we will definitely use them again for similar situations. Also would highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for fencing professionals that make you feel like a truly valued customer.

It's been almost a week playing tag with this company.  They stopped by my house to look at my backyard fence that needed repair and give me an estimate.  They said they will email it to me.  They never did. I have not heard back from them since.  I called several times to follow up and they promised to get back to me, and they never did.  Now, they are not answering my phone calls.  I have to call them with a different phone number every time to make them pick up the phone.

I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but their customer service is really bad.

Very nice people that make you feel comfortable.  The work they did making my RV gate was amazing.  A custom support frame that wrapped around the column for extra strength is phenomenal.  The gates themselves are beautiful and super sturdy. They dont flex at all.  This is the 3rd gate I have had done and this company by far has done the best job of any of the 3.  I will be using them in the future again.  Thanks

Had a nice conversation about repairing a chain link fence post at the grandparents home. Estimate sounded within reason and an appointment was set. They waited all day and no call or show. Disappointed.

Bakkers did a great job on our 11.5 foot rv gate. They helped me from beginning to end. I was not familiar with the process or all the requirements to get a gate installed and built to spec. Argentina and Jesus made it simple and smooth. Gate works great! I'll be recommending Bakkers to friends and family and will hire them for additional work as well.

He stood us up and ghosted us for no reason

he is hard to get ahold of and does not return calls

Some of his guaranteed work is defective and I can't reach him. His rails are loose

He told me he is not a licensed contractor

The staff is amazing. Tammy is one of the most accommodating employees I have ever experienced. She is hard working and knowledgeable. The office gets along so well to the benefit of the customer. It really has great displays and whomever is the buyer is astute. I will say the appalling thing was a blatant display by ownership in support of the current president. I do not think that business should display their political preferences.

AVOID this company. Worst possible experience, difficult to contact as didn't respond to requests. When finally reached them for a quote, they refused because I had previously requested a quote 2 years ago and used a different company because they were the highest bid. Poor customer service and recommend you avoid.

Called them two times for separate jobs NEVER returned my call. Don't give them any business.

I sent photos to Joshua to see if he could repair a broken weld joint on my fence.  He stated that would not be a problem.  He attempted to weld the fence on October 5, 2020.  The weld joints failed that day when I returned home.  He already collected $175.00 dollars for the job.  I called him immediately and notified him that joint failed that he needed to correct the problem.  He agreed that he would come back on October 7, 2020 to repair the weld joint.   His second attempt also failed.  The pictures indicate his 1st and 2nd attempt to repair the weld joint.

He left the job site without contacting me telling me and telling me that he was not able to correct the problem.  I spent two days trying to reach him and he stated that I friend would repair the fence for him since he was working in the area.  His friend never contacted me.  Joshua also stated that his other machine to repair the fence was at another job site.  This statement turned out not to be true.  He did not have another machine.  In addition, he stated that the machine that he used was too small to do the job.  As a professional who does this a living you would think he should have known this prior to accepting the job.

Joshua never returned my phone calls or text.  I gave him an option to refund my money of $175.00 dollars or take a bad review on Yelp.  He chooses to take the money and the bad review.  He did honor his word or the warranty that he committed to.  I would not recommend them.
