I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Michelle. She is a true professional. What I appreciated most about Michelle is she didn't try to upsell me unnecessary repairs. When I asked about getting additional electrical in my historic kitchen for a garbage disposal, she suggested most plumbers would not recommend installing a garbage disposal in old pipes. Rather than install a potentially unnecessary electrical upgrade, she provided a clear suggestion (check with your plumber!) before offering to provide her services. In addition, she walked me through my home to check that my current outlets were in good shape.

I only turn to Michelle for electric work.

I will not EVER use a different electrician. Michelle has reasonable prices and does quality work. The best way that I have found to get ahold of her is through text messaging. She came out an installed a new outlet in my laundry room, switched out a light fixture for me, and troubleshot an outlet that wasn't working.

This is my second time using Two Sparks, although my first time as a paying customer. The first time I called her, two years ago, she solved my problem with me over the phone for no charge. AMAZING! You won't get customer service this good elsewhere!

My neighbors have been recommending Two Sparks to everyone they know who need electrical work done. I run a Handyman business called House Husband Help LLC here in Phoenix, and I myself do small electrical tasks such as installing fixtures, ceiling fans, changing outlets, dimmer switches, landscape lighting etc. However, I never attempt to anything other than DIY stuff. If my clients require electrical work out of my wheelhouse, I always refer to a licensed contractor. I had tried a few others in the past, but found them to be unreliable and very expensive. I finally called Michelle at Two Sparks and I am so glad I did. We needed an old unused 220 exterior outlet converted to a 110, on our house, something I would never attempt myself. Michelle came by, assessed the work and we scheduled her appointment. She arrived on time and completed the work as discussed. She swapped out the necessary breakers and installed an excellent double outlet complete with weather cover and cord openings so things can be plugged in with the cover closed. Her price was more than fair. I will be using her for all my electrical needs moving forward and will be recommending her to all my House Husband Help LLC clients too. Thanks Two Sparks for helping me see the light on how a good contractor should conduct themselves. I'm a big fan!!

Had an excellent first experience with this company today! Michelle was prompt in responding to my questions and requests and it was very quick and easy to set up a time for an estimate. She was even able to accommodate doing our job the same day which made it so easy on our schedules. Michelle is a great electrician and absolutely honest. She clearly communicates the costs the job details.

She is clear on needs and timelines, if she cannot do the job within a reasonable cost or time frame she is more then willing offers alternatives or suggestions.

I have nothing but absolute positive things to say about Michelle and Two Sparks.

A funny side not I called her to put in an outlet for a TV on the wall and, apparently they filled the Wall with studs and was joking that she was being pranked, great sense of humor.

We had been in contact about scheduling a time for her to come and actually do the work but out of nowhere she stopped returning my texts and phone calls and now I am in the processing of finding another electrician. Michelle and Two Sparks Electric came really highly recommend, and this would have been a 5 star review if we hadn't just discovered what we discovered right now...

Unfortunately, while Michelle was in our attic, she broke the pipe connected to our air conditioner. This led to a slow leak in our attic, which we then discovered when we used our guest bathroom.

Now, in Michelle's defense, the pipe was old and fragile and easy to miss. It's inevitable it would have broken eventually on its own.

However, my boyfriend told Michelle about the air conditioner, and he let her know there was an alternate crawl space area she could have used that would have bypassed the A/C unit. She may have thought she was small enough to step over the A/C, but that's unfortunately not what happened.

Other than this, Michelle did do great work and was very reasonably priced. We had her wire for fans in our house.

Broken A/C pipe aside, I would recommend Michelle and Two Sparks Electric, and we would definitely use her services again. She's prompt, thorough, friendly and competent. You may just want to strongly advise her if you have an older house and older A/C unit. (Note: we fixed the pipe ourselves in under 2 hours. So, not a big deal, but the boyfriend is also fairly handy. Just something to keep in mind!)

Michelle from Two Sparks did some complicated work at our house that involved working closely with APS and the City of Phoenix to accomplish our goals. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. She finished the work on time and didn't go over her initial estimate. It's hard to find a careful electrician who will do things up to code, especially on an older home like ours. I highly recomend you call Two Sparks for any of your electrical problems or projects.

I had some work done years ago and was very pleased then--the ceiling fan in my room needed to be replaced and because it was over a waterbed, it was kind of tricky. Two Sparks saved me money by keeping the hole small enough so I wouldn't need to hire someone else to add drywall, etc. I wasn't disappointed this time either--no surprise there! Michele quoted a price on a lengthy job that she thought would take most of the morning. It turned out to be easier than she thought and I'll be darned if she didn't lower the price!! Who does that these days? No one I know. Guess it didn't hurt that I gave her coffee and a good breakfast, LOL. I would highly recommend Michele/Two Sparks. She is fair, does great work and on top of that, she's a very nice lady.

Used her once last year and it was quick service. We requested some additional work and she said she could do it in a couple days. Weeks go by no call. Tried to get additional work and she would call back to do it. Weeks ... months....a year goes by and still couldn't get her to come out. Kept saying she'll call back. The work wasn't urgent but after so long... it's annoying when you try to give business to someone locally referred and they won't take it and leave you hanging.

She replaced a main breaker panel, interfaced with the city and power company for permits, installed new wiring and hung 3 new fixtures, and added two new outlet plugs. Michelle was great. She installed three outlets in my garage and wiring for an additional outdoor light. Her quote was very reasonable and she had a better way of routing electricity from existing outlets in the garage than two other companies I had contacted. The light fixture that we bought for the outside came out of the box a little bent and she helped fix it so we could put it up the same day instead of having to send it back. She cleaned up after herself and we had a plesant conversation about encouraging my daughter to explore engineering, and my two zany dogs! I have to install more can lighting in my house and I'll be calling Michelle in the future!

Michelle is excellent. The first time I talked to her she told me it would be a couple of weeks before she could get to me but have me suggestions for trouble shooting the problem. Several weeks (and 2 electrians later), when I still couldn't fix it I called her back. She came out and had it fixed in an hour. She went through the problem step by set with me and gave me options. Not only did she save me money, I know my house and how to take care of its issues better now. I will definitely use 2 Sparks for my electrical needs.

I'm not sure what happened exactly. I spoke to Michelle, she came out to my house within a couple days and provided a written estimate the following day. I responded to her estimate saying I needed one other thing done and that was the last I heard from her. I have tried emailing, texting and left a voice mail, but no response what so ever. It's been nearly 2 weeks. You would think that would be enough time for some sort of response.

There are so many positive things I could write about my experience with Two Sparks.

I contacted them to do the following:
- Remove existing pendant lights and replace with recessed lights
- Finish off two open junction boxes to recessed lights (in closet) and florescent light (garage)
- Secure some loose outlets
- Troubleshoot 3 mystery switches that seemed to do nothing
- Swap a ceiling fan from one room with a light fixture from another.

Booking the appointment was dead easy. Michelle arrived on time and ready to work. She really knows her stuff. As other reviewers have noted, she's knowledgeable, thorough, she takes her time and explains things to you in a way that is educational, not condescending. She also offers alternatives and suggestions.

The job took about 3+ hours but everything was completed successfully, with very high quality and at a very, very reasonable price - she even ran our vacuum cleaner to clean up some drywall dust - amazing! Whether I needed to change a light bulb or re-wire my entire house, I would totally trust Michelle & Two Sparks to do it.

They are AWESOME!

These ladies are AWESOME! They came over a few months ago to re-wire my ceiling fans and were so professional. They were polite, clean and very knowledgeable. It was a day of contractor chaos. While remodeling my own home, my tenant at a rental property in Phoenix needed emergency repairs. I was now dealing with multiple contractors at two homes. Contractors everywhere! (landscapers, plumbers, appliance repair people, painters). I needed an electrician at the
rental property, and after looking on Yelp, I began calling around. After finally
deciding on an electrician, I called them, only to find out it would be weeks before they could get to me. However, they recommended Michelle at Two Sparks Electric.
Michelle worked us into her schedule, and gave me the best estimate of ALL the electricians I had called that day. Michelle was very professional and did an
EXCELLENT job. Not only was she best electrician I have ever dealt with,
she is the one of the best CONTRACTORS I have ever dealt with. Professional, extremely competent, HONEST, fair prices, didn't try to sell me on other items.
Michelle will be my electrician for all of my future electrical needs.

I LOVE Two Sparks! I live in an old house (built in 1935), and before we found Two Sparks, we used several different electricians, many of whom complained about working in an old house. Boo hoo for them!

Michelle and Brigid own and operate Two Sparks and they do all the work themselves. They know what they are doing, and they are terrific to work with. We've had them do big and small jobs at our house, and all their work is top-notch. They don't talk down to you, they explain what they are doing and why they are doing it, their work is excellent, and their prices are competitive. Frankly, I won't use anyone else ever again. They are that good.

We love Two Sparks Electric at (602)778-9191. They have replaced complete panels and relocated electrical lines for us in two houses. In one case, our old panel had caught on fire during the coldest night of the year. We had no electricity and our daughter was in bed with a 103 fever. Two sparks was amazing and on extremely short notice came out to our house, pulled permits, worked hard, arranged an inspection, and had electricity restored in a new panel on a new side of the house by the end of the day, so we could have heat for the night. They came back the next day and finished the job, tying up all loose ends. We were so thankful they were so responsive and cared about our situation trying to care for a sick child without electricity. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Michelle was a lifesaver. My house in Scottsdale is for sale, but I live in Ohio. After my real estate agent told me that my power was off at the house I reached out to Two Sparks to get it resolved prior to my open house this weekend. Two other companies were unable to help me out, but the second company recommended that I call Michelle, and it was for good reason. She was able to go to the house the very next morning, call me in Ohio, explain my options very clearly, and get my power back on. I can't say enough about this business. They really know their stuff, professional and also social. As a homeowner, I occasionally have need for an electrician, a job too big for me to tackle on my own for instance. In the summer of 2008 I'd completed an exterior remodel and obtained a jacuzzi that required 220. I also wanted to equip the same patio with three ceiling fans and a couple extra outlets. After talking with them in person on the patio, checking out the job, I knew I'd be in good hands. Shortly after, I received a thank you email and thereafter, a very professional bid, and we scheduled the job shortly after. In no time at all, my jacuzzi was bubbling and heating, and my j-boxes were ready to receive ceiling fans. I could say so much more about this company, they're really well put together and I'd recommend them to any home-owner. Their reviews on the ROC websites enforce the fact that this is a company worthy of a bid.

I was going to give a shout out to my 2 favorite girls over at 2 sparks, but once i got here I saw there was no need. I've never seen someone with all 5 stars from people who used them and not one complaint about them or their work or anything. I can totally believe that. I've used them numerous times and was always pleased. I've used them in a non profit i worked for, in 3 commercial buildings i have, 2 apartments complexes i manage and also some rental condos i manage. Every time I was nothing less than happy with their work and their rates. Never had a problem, never will. These girls are the best... hands down, none better. I wouldnt even bother to call anyone else. Even if they are booked and you have to wait a day or two, as long as it's not an emergency, you will be glad you waited for the best. I guarantee it.
