Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

Green Muscle Solar was fantastic to work with! We needed our roof repaired and Brent was prompt with a quote to remove our solar panels, scheduled quickly to remove and to later replace the system on the roof! His team found a burnt out connection, fixed it and we're making solar energy again. They couldn't be nicer or more professional. We highly recommend their services!

We had FOR Energy come into our home to do an Energy Efficiency assessment. It was really nice to know that the improvements we had already done to our home were enough to make it quite efficient already. We did elect to have an attic penetration seal done as well as a solar water heater installed. The scheduling was very prompt, all the employees, office & crew, were very polite & respectful. Their service crews were very clean and left no mess behind. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with my representative Demi...she was so very sweet. Dan was here with Josh to go over our assesment and a few times throughout the installation process of the solar water heater.

I would highly recommend their Energy Efficiency assessment. We have electric so the solar water heater option was a great option for us, however if you have gas then it may not be the best option for you. They have so many other services they offer such as window tinting, insulation, aeroseal for your duct work, attic penetration seal, and solar energy and I'm sure I didn't mention it all so be sure to check out their website and call them. Tell them I (Patricia Jenkins) referred you please...I would love to earn a little and for you to save a lot.

UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS COMMENT:
1st, I have to say that I dropped their rating to 1 star because Jamie M. just wants to argue. I would have been happy to go the other way in my review, but it seems he would rather argue, so I took it to one star. Yes, he sent me a private message and I thought that was good. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I will always write the truth.
2nd. He says he never got my contact information or scheduled a day or time to meet. Well he is partially right. My contact information, as explained to his associate Nick, I chose to write to them from my personal email and told him what it was. That was to allow more space and it was easier. The yelp email actually says right on it " Reply on Yelp for a more convenient hiring experience or reply directly to this email". That is what I did. So no, it doesn't show in the Yelp communications as he says, because it was sent from my personal email. All this shows is that they don't go through their emails (or a lack of responsiveness). As to an appointment, in his email he wrote: " I have availability tomorrow afternoon or Thursday?" Sounds to me like he was offering an appointment. However, without a specific time, when I wrote through my personal email, I said I would need to have a time. I am posting the email with my personal info blacked out. HE NEVER WROTE BACK. Now let's just suppose that for some reason he didn't get my email. I don't know why he wouldn't since others get them, even other Yelp businesses. Again, more likely he thought it was spam or they just don't read email. But suppose... don't you think it would have been better to write back and say something like: " We are really looking forward to helping you, but unfortunately we haven't heard from you". That would have been far better than how he is handling this and I would have said, uh oh, the internet's version of the Bermuda Triangle struck again - and I would have sent it again or called. Simple solution! No argument, and likely a new customer. Not now.
3rd. He says that I wrote that if they didn't walk away, I would write another bad review. Wrong again, Jamie M. I would challenge him to post those words here from any email that I sent. He won't be able to do it, because I never said that. Again, I will be happy to post the email that I did write if needed... but I never said that.
4th. He talks about the yelp communication again as if repeating it will suddenly make it right. It won't because again, I didn't send through yelp, I used my personal email knowing it would be quicker and I would have more space. I did give his associate Nick my email, address ( with cross streets) and phone number. He had to have my phone number, because again, I didn't call Nick - HE CALLED ME! Hmmmm, now how would he get my phone number if I hadn't sent it? He actually called while I was on the phone with the solar company that said they worked directly with Fenix Pool and Solar. I am sure they could confirm that, but I will include a partial screen shot from my call log. It shows Fenix Pool calling me. When they called, it came up as unknown. I added the Fenix Pool logo when I expected to be working with them. Most people will recognize the green arrow coming in is an incoming call. I do that, just to show Jamie M is not being honest.
5th. He says I couldn't set an appt. Wrong again. I said I couldn't set on Thurs or Fri. due to doctor appts. I suggested other times or that they go to a search engine and view my property to see if there would be room for a non-roof placed system.
6th - He says "I called Thurs eve" and then 1 day later wrote a 2 star review.  My phone log clearly shows that their phone call to me was on 1/12 which in 2022 was on a Wed. NOT a Thurs.  My review wasn't written until Sat the 16th.  Yes, that is 4 days, what would you feel?  I did say that 4 days later I hadn't heard from them and that is true - so he only has his own company to blame.
7th -I copied this right from the private email he sent me ( where this would have been much better off handled), but he wrote: "I know Nick was working on your roof measurements and planning on send you your proposal this Monday." Again, I could post the whole email.  I wrote him back and said "I don't know why he was working on roof measurements, because I specifically said several times that I did not want a roof -based system." Others have explained to me, about the problem with a roof system since pool water is being pumped onto your roof and if there is ever a leak, you will have more than just a pool heat problem.  I said that over and over.  He said he understood.  Even if for some reason "he forgot", why not send a message or call after a few days " we didn't forget, should have it ready by next week."  THEY DIDN'T.  I heard nothing until I answered him back and in private where it belongs.  Since he chose to try to make things up here, I felt I had to respond here. My review stands - with a lower star rating

Vincent is first rate.  He was here when he said he would be.  Fixed a very bad situation to 100% satisfaction.  He has a customer for life.

A-Z Septic Pumping was contracted to service two septic systems on my property, as required, to close on the sale of my home.  They were four hours late each time, causing me to be late for work and causing an inconvenience to my realtor.  For the first septic, they didn't bring the proper equipment, a locator, as they promised, even though we explained that it was needed to do the job.  They couldn't find the manhole for the second septic, so we had to hire an additional crew to find it and dig out the 6 inches of topsoil covering it.  Then they contracted three days to clear that line, but misdiagnosed problem.  They asked for payment in advance, but didn't show up the first day, arrived late the second day, broke the line, repaired it and never showed up the last day to finish the job, as contracted.  In the end, we had to hire another qualified company to do the job.  We were never refunded the money and had to pay additional money for another company to do the job properly.  Beware of this company.  There are other qualified companies out there who can get your job done.

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

Can't be more pleased with the service.  Prompt call back,  up front honest pricing,  no surprises,  both the proprietors were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. On time almost to the minute

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I highly recommend this company. They took the time to educate me on the system I had, the potential causes and solutions for the issue I was facing, and even gave me recommendations for what could be done in terms of expanding the system. They were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service; I will use them again to be sure.

We had our septic backup and we called trying to find someone to help us out.  Know one could come for at least a week.  At first they didn't think they could come until the next day, but he came first thing this morning.  He was very professional, friendly and did an awesome job.  We highly recommend you give them a try.

When you are in the process of buying their product they tell you if birds become a problem under your panels they will put bird netting free of charge. My panels were installed in October 2021 and by January/February  I had pigeons using the space under my panels as their sleeping quarters. The pigeons are up there every night not occasionally. I have gone back and for with customer service and nothing. I am now preparing to get quotes from another company to do for me what Sunsolar Solutions said they would do but failed to do. If you decide to get solar from them force them as a condition to purchase that netting is done on installation otherwise you will never get it. In the alternative you can always skip this company and go elsewhere.

If you're interest in solar definitely use OWE. They have personnel who are very knowledgeable & passionate about solar! Customer service is also very friendly & helpful, even if they don't know the answer to some question right away they always do their research & call back with more information! Would definitely recommend to family & friends, ask for SR Jacob Henise!
