Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

These guys really know what they're doing and were an absolute pleasure to work with. We needed our existing solar panels removed and then replaced to facilitate a re-roofing project. We obtained a quick quote from them which was better the quote we had received from the company that had originally installed our panels. They also went way above and beyond by recommending and designing a new layout for our solar panels that would maximize power generation. They interfaced meticulously with the roofing contractor so that everything was in place and properly sealed. The end result was a beautifully orchestrated project that concluded with my family getting more than what we had expected and a solar system more efficient than what we started with. Very impressive service. They contacted us right away to schedule a visit for an in- person quote. Quote process was thorough and Rob was a real pleasure to work with. Quoted price was reasonable and the company is vet friendly. Installation occurred within mere days due to a cancellation, but expect about two weeks. The crew, including James and Eddie were great! Very friendly and Eddie's 20 years of pool experience was evident in the careful and meticulous work he did, even improving the current pump manifold configuration. They spent the entire day and checked and rechecked their work thoroughly. Our pool is already warming up and it was a true pleasure to work with this fine company and superb employees. Even the company founder, Jamie came by to meet us and check on the progress. Felix has my top endorsement!

Septic Technologies is the best septic company out there! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly. They can be trusted with the small jobs and the big jobs. Definitely a go to company for all of your septic needs. Keep their number handy because when your septic system repair, they are the ones to fix it!

Absolutely outstanding customer service and evaluation of the situation.  Able was great at explaining the issue and describing the needed follow up.  He came late in the day although it would have been easy to say he didn't have time.  Reasonably priced. Our hero!  Jasmine from the office was also extremely helpful to get service to us.  Won't use anyone else in the future!

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

Cannot thank Jay and his crew enough!!  We needed an emergency septic pump and he came out the same day, despite having his entire day booked. It's so nice to know that there are still companies out there that know the true definition of customer service. Not only did he come out immediately to clean the filter and remove the sludge, so we were able to use our toilets right away, but he came back a second time to empty and thoroughly clean the septic tank when his truck was done servicing others. Do NOT hesitate to hire them. Your tank will be the cleanest it's ever been. Thanks so much, guys!!!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

This is the go to outfit for septic in Cave Creek. They've been servicing systems here for years. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

I was in a bad spot the other day, my septic tank was backed up and I needed to get it pumped right away. I called 6 or 7 other businesses and no one could get anyone out for 4 to 7 days, they didn't seem to care. I called East Valley Septic and asked when they could someone out, one of their first questions was is your system backed up. When I told them yes they made provisions in their schedule to get someone out that day, he was out a few hours later. On top of that they had one of the best prices.
Fast, Friendly, Efficient, and Affordable! I highly recommend this company.

A bit overdue but here is my 2018 July trophy bill. These guys are experts in system design.

No APS bills since I've gotten my solar turned on! APS owes ME money!

Sunrun did a fantastic job with our install, our power bills were wiped away almost immediately.  I would recommend them!
