Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes. Elite did a fantastic job. They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done. I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.
Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

If you're considering solar, reach out to Chad at Green Muscle Solar. He is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and skillful. We got multiple quotes and Chad not only had the best price but also had options for purchase vs. lease. We are seeing the benefits already after just a few days. I would absolutely recommend Green Muscle Solar. You can reach Chad at 623-980-5811.

I had For Energy put installation in my attic. They put in 18 inches of cellulose in and foamed some areas to seal them and sealed the ducts. When all done I still had leaks in my condo and failed the energy star standards and paid $4000 for the work. It made NO difference in my energy bills and I was promised to see a $40 reduction every month. I called several times to reach Adam and had to leave a message. Trent usually answers the phone. The cost of film on the windows is high. I don't think I got anything for the money I put in and still waiting to get my green energy certificate to show I had my condo attic insulated.

I absolutely LOVE my Solar Pool system. My pool is at 95 degrees and has been for almost a month. Coupled with my whole house solar system, it has become a very affordable way of heating the pool. Installation was flawless and the people were amazing!!!!

I was very pleased with A-Z service and responsiveness. I called for a routine service and was scheduled right away on the day I requested. They acutally came a little earlier than scheduled but called before they came. Able the service man was very polite and got the job done quickly. I felt I was charged a resonable and fair amount. I highly reccomend A-Z Septic Service.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Everyone knows that a septic back up is not any ones idea of a good time. That being said, Jay from Best Way Sewer and Drain made the situation a bit more bearable. He was here as promised, efficient and very knowledgeable. He gave us the ability to use our facilities with a minimum of disruption. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball. Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I highly recommend this company. They took the time to educate me on the system I had, the potential causes and solutions for the issue I was facing, and even gave me recommendations for what could be done in terms of expanding the system. They were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service; I will use them again to be sure.

We had our septic backup and we called trying to find someone to help us out. Know one could come for at least a week. At first they didn't think they could come until the next day, but he came first thing this morning. He was very professional, friendly and did an awesome job. We highly recommend you give them a try.

Solar is something I've always wanted, especially living in Arizona but it always seemed like such a big task, but our world energy has made my whole experience very enjoyable. The company is efficient, always willing to help with any questions I have, and the install process is going well, couldn't recommend this company more

SUNRUN has fraudulent business practices. My husband decided to sign up for solar when he spoke to a a consultant stationed at Costco this past spring. A young man named Jake (who left the company shortly after selling to us) insisted there would be enough panels despite our repeated and steady concerns that the system needed to be bigger to be of benefit. They installed a very small number of panels and then we waited quite some time for them to "fix" an install problem. We assumed we'd see some benefit after a few months and especially after summer in Arizona ended. It is now 2 weeks before Christmas and there has been no reduction in our power bill. We have a useless system and an additional SunRun monthly utility bill. We spoke to a customer service rep. who kept repeating that we'd have to keep the unit running (and us paying) One FULL YEAR before SunRun would address anything. Jake NEVER told us this. He went on about some ironclad, industry leading performance guarantee--assuring us that not only would we see a HUGE improvement in our monthly power bill--we'd actually be making enough kilowatt hours in the fall and winter to store up "credit" for the coming Phoenix summers.
Complete and total lie. It seems to us that there was a push this past year for these companies to cash in on solar prior to the federal and state tax incentive deadlines. We get to pay monthly forever for a useless system, and they take the check from the government for solar install. We now have an electricity bill which is no better than before and possibly HIGHER--as well as a NEW, ADDITIONAL monthly utility bill from SunRun. We'd be happy to show our receipts and bills to any consumers out there who are considering using this company. It's a scam. We'll try to report this experience with our data and contracts to as many sites and agencies as possible. Our coworkers are thinking twice about solar especially with this company after seeing the proof. It's a shame, as we were gullible enough to believe this young salesman and trust that Costco wouldn't allow a scam business to look for customers inside their stores. We're two average people--a firefighter and a nurse--we work hard to earn our money, and live a modest lifestyle--just like so many other normal homeowners. We thought this SunRun idea would be good for our home as well as maybe a good thing for the environment.
Companies shouldn't be allowed to profit from families by lying to them. It's a question of integrity--SunRun execs.! If you or your family was stuck in a fire in one of your million dollar houses; or one of your loved ones was having a heart attack or suffered a trauma injury--we would help you without question or hesitation. Because that's OUR contract with our jobs and the public. We do what we promised and are expected to do. We would never stand around and wait to see if YOUR situation would improve "after a full year". Shame on you and your company. There is something called honesty and integrity. It's not always just about money for people with a conscience and a shred of self respect.
We hope this doesn't happen to another family.
