Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Green Muscle Solar is a small business operation, owned by two individuals, Brent and Jim. However, due to their reputation for the quality of work and overall excellence, their business is growing rapidly.

Selecting a solar company for my residential project was not an easy undertaking for me. It took me several weeks to finalize my selection down to Green Muscle Solar. I had heard horror stories from friends and family members about the service they received from their solar company and I wanted to avoid that.

In addition to getting quotes from several other solar companies through EnergySage, I also separately obtained quotes from some of the big solar players in the industry. Just wanted to compare pricing. I am here to tell you the big guys wanted as much as $5000 - $7000 more to provide the same installation/equipment. Therefore, it became a no-brainer to go with one of the companies EnergySage provided me with. The quotes from them were very much alike, maybe a difference of a few hundred dollars each, but not $5K - $7K.

Once I had settled on them, going back and forth with Green Muscle Solar went on for about a week. They were quick to answer my questions and provide me with solutions. Unlike the big companies, they do not use high-priced, salespeople. Therefore, there was no pressure from them to get me to commit and sign a contract right away.

The solar system installation process on the roof of my house took about 6 hours and the electrical work about 8 hours. Both completed the same day. The installation crew was very professional in getting their work done and cleaning debris resulting from their work. The Electrician was like the Michaelangelo of electrical work. He was very meticulous as he went about, installing the conduit and electrical boxes, taking his time, and making sure everything was leveled correctly.

As for Brent and Jim, those guys are the real deal. Whenever I approached them with a problem they were quick to answer and make corrections where needed.

You will not get the level of service from the big solar companies you get from those guys. They have a very high level of integrity and want nothing more than to know the customer is completely satisfied with the project, once APS gives the go-ahead to operate the system and Green Muscle Solar comes to your house and throws the switch on.

Yesterday I had Affordable Energy Solutions replace my old aluminum framed Single-pane windows. I just purchased the house about 2 months ago, and as soon as I moved in I knew those had to be the first things I got rid of. I called up these guys and they came out and provided me an incredibly good quote on the window replacement, and also mentioned some other areas of the home that could use improvement for the sake of energy efficiency. There were a lot of other areas that I would never known to look at for saving money.

The crew that they sent out to replace the windows were top-notch and I imagine are among the best in the field. This was my first time ever having windows replaced, so I'm no expert, but I just can't imagine the friendliness and professionalism getting any better than it was. I took the day off of work to be home while the windows were installed. Mind you, I had 6 very large custom windows and a typical sliding glass door that all were replaced. NONE of it looked like an easy task, and I never would have considered installing any of the items myself. They certainly knew what they were doing, and worked their butts off to get the job done right.

The crew cleaned up after themselves as they went along, and were very methodical. Half the day I could sit there and not even realize that there were workers in my house doing so much work, because they were that efficient. All of the work was completed in one day, which I am sure was a hard day of work for those guys but it was no sweat off my back.

So glad I didn't wait until it was 110 degrees outside before doing this.

In addition to the excellent workmanship, the quality of the windows that I got installed was better than I expected. The window frames have a sort of design, or style to them that I don't know how to describe. I guess I can say that they just look "Better" than expected. My windows look way better than my neighbors, who look like they had theirs replaced with the run-of-the-mill quality from Home Depot, which would be what you would expect. I like the fact that the windows are made locally here in Arizona, at least the kind I received, and that I supported local business instead of a big box store.

Had Fenix come out to do the maintenance on our system and did another AMAZING job!  Thank you guys!!

Vincent is first rate.  He was here when he said he would be.  Fixed a very bad situation to 100% satisfaction.  He has a customer for life.

I am so happy I found Septic Technologies. I was referred to them by quite a few people and they did not disappoint. Our septic over flowed and they were there within 2 hours from when I called. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also maintenance going forward. The price was cheaper than anyone else I had found and the quality of work was great. I look forward to using them going forward on all of my septic needs.

Today was the second time we used AZ Septic.  Their service, quality and pride if workmanship is outstanding.  Our Service Tech, named Able S., was very professional and efficient. He had everything on his truck he needed and was even equipped for a few unexpected fixes. I highly recommend them.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Everyone knows that a septic back up is not any ones idea of a good time.  That being said, Jay from Best Way Sewer and Drain made the situation a bit more bearable.  He was here as promised, efficient and very knowledgeable.  He gave us the ability to use our facilities with a minimum of disruption.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

My septic backed up and I called East Valley first thing the next morning. He was here by noon and found my tank was not full, I just had a blockage. He cleared it and charged me for one hour labor.
That is exceptional service and honesty.
I highly recommend them.

I don't think I've ever been so unimpressed by a company rated 4 stars overall on yelp.  This is the only company that refused to give any kind of numbers without a face to face meeting.  I agreed to meet and they didn't have the proposal ready to share until the meeting was already half over, even though I had shared all the information and photos they had requested ahead of time.  Very unorganized and spent a significant amount of time sharing how their company was different from others, all the while talking about things that in my experience getting quotes just this week don't actually differentiate them--what they state other companies don't offer were actually offered by every other company I've spoken with. Seems they haven't redone their market research to see how they are different from their competitors very recently.

If you are going to require that customers meet with you to get information, please have enough respect for their time to have your proposal ready in advance of the meeting.

Update: Within 5 minutes of posting this review I received a call from Chris, who Seth the sales rep I met with reports to, threatening to get an attorney involved.  He had no interest in getting more information to see how his team could learn from the experience and ensure future customers don't go through the same thing and have the same frustration.  I think that says a lot! I will not be changing my review even though he has threatened me as nothing I have stated is untrue and I personally rely heavily on yelp reviews to make decisions when choosing companies to do business with, and I think it is very important for potential clients to read about all experiences, both positive and negative to inform their decisions.

Reply to Val: I appreciate your response and reaction to my review as it is far more professional than what I received from Chris. In regards to the proposal, I did request it via email in an attempt to save everyone a bit of time if it wasn't in the ballpark, but I was not upset that a meeting was required.  My exact reply was "Alrighty, how about 11?" Not sure how he interpreted that as "very upset." There was never a timeframe put on the meeting, but regardless of if it was supposed to be a 30 minutes or an hour, everything should have been ready prior to the start of it. And there is ZERO excuse for a manager to have called me making threats.

Working with Our World Energy over the past 2 years has been a great experience. Not the lowest pricing out there but depending on your consultant they go the extra mile to your solar experience the best one.

DO NOT USE SUNRUN! The reps that come to the house lie to you and they rope you into an insane contract.  Less than a year after call system was installed, we found out through a home inspection and that our roof needed to be replaced. Sunrun stated they do a roof inspection before installation of the panels but they do not, that is a lie. It's a scam. They now we're trying to charge us nearly $10,000 to have the panels taken down and then reinstalled so that we can repair our roof. They also damaged over 50 tiles during the installation and did not tell us, further damaging the roof.  Terrible customer service.  They also lie that you won't have an additional APS bill and you definitely will!
