It took me forever to finally find a solar company that I trusted completely and I KNEW was the real deal. AVAVA has been so fantastic since the start, especially because I really don't know a lot about solar. They helped me understand the process and put me at ease with how things worked! Everyone in their office is kind and polite and easy to work with. I'm glad I've had such a positive experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! Highly recommend Divine Solutions if you're thinking about buying solar for your home!

Customer Service is terrible.  I will not recommend Suntria to anyone.  One of my Enphase battery packs has failed due to a short circuit on August 9th 2022.  We had a small fire after the short circuit with lots of smoke in my garage.  I was not able to get through to any Customer Service personnel at Suntria to find out how to shut down the solar electricity feed to the batteries.  I was afraid that we could get another fire.   I finally got a hold of someone who could instruct me on how to shut down the power to the batteries.  About two weeks later a Tech showed up to determine what needed to be done to get my batteries up and running again.  It was determined a new battery pack would be ordered and installed.  I was told we should have a new battery pack in a week to 10 days.  That was over 2 1/2 weeks ago.   Called today to find out the status of the replacement battery pack...no answer on the main phone number.  NO ANSWER!   Terrible service.  I will not be giving any friends a recommendation for Suntria.

The process was very well organized and the sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable.  I have to say anyone living in Arizona should go green and utilize as much solar power as possible.

I currently have a solar system that is not connected to the grid.  All efforts to contact someone at the company gets me nowhere.  I have only received excuses and no return callbacks or answers. I contacted the City of OKC and they advised that Avvio has an issue with their electrical permit.  So I have been trying to contact Avvio to figure out how and when this will be corrected only voicemails and no reply to emails.  Seems like attorneys and new media to get the word out that this company is not reputable is where we are headed

Buyer beware. This company is a fraud. They use inferior products and refuse to pay their employees after they've completed the work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Dream Energy Solutions LLC!!!!
