I finally decided to invest in solar and I was a bit overwhelmed at all of the choices in this oversaturated market. I got a business card from the owner at a farmer's market and chatted with him a bit. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did take a bit of a chance as he had no reviews on Yelp yet or much of an online presence. However, I did feel confident in moving forward. Securing the permits and working with the power company did take a few months before we could actually do the install. The process and install did take a bit longer than expected, but the fair pricing and overall experience was worth it. The panels themselves are very sleek looking as well. There is definitely an upfront cost and investment, but it will pay for its self in time.

I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! Highly recommend Divine Solutions if you're thinking about buying solar for your home!

We gave been trying to contact Suntria who have taken over Premier Solar and our inverter is not reporting our production to our Electrical District 3 and so we are only showing the minimum of what we produce and being billed for a high usage whereas in January and February when the grids are producing the lowest of all months shows higher production than what we are producing now during the hottest months of the year. We tried to reach on every phone number for Suntria and SolarEdge and since SolarEdge advised to contact our installers which is Premier Solar (Now Suntria) we have left several messages, emails and every means of contacting yet no body from Suntria is contacting us back to resolve the issue. We are told we have to upgrade to a 5G Inverter and we have to pay for that, we agreed to pay for that as well but we are yet to get a call back from Suntria. Calls goes straight to voicemail. Our last option would be to contact the TV Chanel to air our grieve over the news so people should know what type of service we are getting from these Solar Companies. If this is happening now, we don't know what will be their warranty service since our units have 25 years warranty on them. SolarEdge also is of no help here. No live agent to help.

Warning to all those looking into the solar investment and dealing with Arizona Base Elite Solar concepts, Titan Solar and Corporate Sun Power.  Yes they may have the highest efficient Solar panel product on the market but their Sales and Customer support has been nothing but a nightmare.  Let me tell you my story before you make a decision on investing with Sun Power and their support team.  My nightmare all started shortly have both parties signed a lease contract on Oct'17.  A few weeks after the lease contract was signed, I received a call from Elite Solar Concepts stating that Sun Power accidently cancelled my contract, so we had to resign a new one.  Well when they sent me a new contract I noticed that my monthly lease payment had increase and only after multiple phone calls did they finally get the contract payment back to the original agreement.  Now we are in late Nov'17.  Then I waited and when Jan'18 came around I finally had to make multiple calls to all three companies to finally find out that there was some issue with the drawings that the city had, and Elite Solar Concepts and Titan Solar had to redo and resubmit.  They stated that this was going to be walk thru and everything should be back on track.  Well again I waited to hear from Elite Solar/Titan Solar/ Sunpower on a installation date but nothing.  So again, I had to make multiple calls to Elite Solar/Titan Solar/Sunpower to find out that there was some internal drawing issues and they had to do another Shade report.  Well they came out the next day to do their shade report then once again every went quiet.  Then the final hammer came down.  I received and email from Sunpower and Elite Solar Concept stating I had to sign an amendment to the original signed contract because they overestimated the amount their system annual kWh could produce.  After reviewing the drop in kWh from the original contract agreement I was still OK however I noticed that my Price Pre kW went up and my monthly Lease payment stayed the same.  So I contracted Elite Solar Concept/Titan Solar/Sunpower stating I was OK with the drop in the annual kWh however I would think that my monthly Least payment would also go down.  To my extreme shock they told me that Sunpower has gone thru price changes since my original Contract signing (Both partied agreed) and if I sign the amendment that I now have to pay the price difference.  I challenged this response stating the I should be honor the original contract Price pre kw and my payment should lower due to their miss-calculation in what they original agree too in the signed contract.  However, after venting my frustration with this, they answer was "Sorry, your out of luck".  Well it is now 6 months from the start of this whole project and I have no solar panel.  My final message to anyone reading this is I only warning you of the potential frustration and head that you may encounter when dealing with Elite Solar Concepts, Titan Solar and Sunpower.

I would Warn ALL Homeowners that if anyone from this company comes to your home and you choose Not to talk with them, they will not only grossly throw their cards on your driveway, in your yard, etc, they will also go above and beyond to Falsify Information about you, place Fake Craigslist Adds about your home and your personal belongings and even go as far as Slamming your Small Business if you own one, even if they've never used your service or inquired about such. Stay Far Far Away from this Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Company. Would NOT Recommend Ever!
