I guess working with the power companies can sometimes be hard from what I've heard but this process was very smooth. Install is quick and hassle free!

I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! Shady company with shady selling tactics. They have been in my neighborhood for 3 weeks, constantly knocking on doors and refusing to leave the property until you threaten to call the police. Buyer beware, this company shows it's methods starting with their sales.

I currently have a solar system that is not connected to the grid.  All efforts to contact someone at the company gets me nowhere.  I have only received excuses and no return callbacks or answers. I contacted the City of OKC and they advised that Avvio has an issue with their electrical permit.  So I have been trying to contact Avvio to figure out how and when this will be corrected only voicemails and no reply to emails.  Seems like attorneys and new media to get the word out that this company is not reputable is where we are headed

This can be a great company, They can be one of the best! all they need to do is give you the best deal they can right from the beginning, and get rid all sub contractors, and treat you serious and not like fool. The customer service is almost perfect still needs work. If they do all of the above I guarantee you they can easily take over of being one of the  best Solar energy company anywhere. They don't need to hustle, all they need is to win their customer trust and be loyal and trust worthy. Hopefully this review can be turned around and be a five star in the future. is all up to them.
