First of all,  I am from Chicago and thought a screen is a screen!  I called to get 2 windows re-screened and was told there was a 4 screen minimum which was fine because I had 1 more window that could use a screen and another needed a frame and screen.  And was quoted 4 screens re-screened for $40 each which I thought was expensive but there were coming to me.  When the technician showed up, he said that price was for a bug screen not a sun screen which was $60 each and I thought it was a bait and switch!  I did have him make a new patio screen door $280 and re-screen the patio door $170 plus 3 more windows.  

And the total bill all of the sudden was $725.   I did ask for the other windows to get done and not till he left I just felt like I was ripped off consider he was at my place just over an hour!

If I had to do it again I would have taken my screens to a place that could do it then have them come to me!

A sun screen is a sun screen!

I can't say enough about the efficiency and professionalism of this company.  They installed my solar hot water heater and it is neat and they left their work space completely clean.  My hot water is great and I am saving money!

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! Working with Michelle was awesome! She answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressured to buy. I got a few other quotes but Rooftop Solar seemed the the most honest and I really liked their 30 year warranty. I'm excited to finally get solar and to see the offset to my AC bills this summer!

We were extremely impressed with this company! Our first experience was calling the office. Isabella was polite and very informative. She answered all our questions and invited us to their office to see the product. We were able to see not only the shop, but the manufacturing warehouse. It was all so neat, organized, and professional! Jovane was very informative and patient with all of our questions.
The installation process was quick, neat and very well done. We love the difference that was made in our laundry room. It was completely dark in there, and now it's bright all day long and has a pleasant blue glow at night. We're able to walk into the room and then turn on the light. We absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a tubular skylight!

We had our roof fully replaced in 2021 and Doni, our roof guy, talked to us about solar and we haven't looked back. The process though took a little longer (due to production of parts out of control of the solar company) it was such a smooth and easy process and we understood everything as it all was happening. They are in contact with you consistently every 2 weeks throughout the process even if there is no update, they let you know that. That's also not to say they wouldn't gladly take your calls in between then because they did for me and always with such grace and kindness. Austin Orso was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process and always answering my calls and emails. When our subpanel was installed, our ac tripped accidentally on the panel, and he sat on the phone with me 2-3 times to help me figure out why the ac wasn't working (before we knew it was just the tripped panel). He checked in and made sure we were good to go and it was even like 10 minutes to closing of the office. The Install team was very professional and respectful of my property and the foreman made a few trips back to ensure our inspection went smoothly. THIS place is your solar company, great incentives when we signed up, but more so, the customer service driven kind of attitude is so refreshing.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! I was completely lied to by my sales rep about the way the Lease would work. (buyouts, transfers). Install was late and when it was installed it was not set back as we requested to allow us to add on a patio and when we called to have it adjusted they wanted to charge us for their mistake. Every time I have called to talk to a supervisor or to the transfers department I have had my call "dropped" and have had to start over from the beginning. The customer service is AWFUL and the sales reps are liars looking for commission. If you see this company coming RUN.
