*** Update ***
To their credit, OWE kept their promise to cover my loan payments until the system was active.  There was one more failed inspection, but as of the 7.5 month mark, my system is online and producing energy.  It's performing great-- output is up to spec. There were still some miscommunications over the course of the last month and a half, but the owner was forthcoming about them. The company seems to be having growing pains.
Except for the delays, I'm happy with the final result.

It's just a few days shy of six months since I signed the paperwork for my install, and there's still no hard date for getting things working.  The actual installation of the solar panels on my roof was quick-- I think about 2 weeks after getting the process started.  But since then it's been blunders and inspection limbo.  I had been holding off writing this review until things were all worked out, but I finally hit the last straw today.  As with so many times before, a technician failed to show, and I'm getting silence from the company on when to expect him.  I *think* that his visit would be the last touch necessary to get back in line with SRP for the final inspection again.  At which point there's no telling how long I'll be waiting-- the last time was, I think, about a month.  In the mean time, I've been making payments on the loan, and getting absolutely no benefit.  I'm a patient person, but I have my limits.

do not use this company.  they will severly delay the installation and make several excuses and you will end up paying more for your electric and they won't reimburse you for that which is caused by their inability to provide their service.
they should be closed down and investigated. they are taking advantage of senior citizens.
if there was an option to leave a negative 1000 stars i would. read these bad reviews!!!!!!!

Our World Energy has been a wonderful company to work with. From my sales representative, to my assigned project manager, Charlotte, to the installers, the technicians, and even the customer service team! Such a wonderful experience so far. I am so happy that I went solar with OWE.

Solar is something I've always wanted, especially living in Arizona but it always seemed like such a big task, but our world energy has made my whole experience very enjoyable. The company is efficient, always willing to help with any questions I have, and the install process is going well, couldn't recommend this company more

If you're interest in solar definitely use OWE. They have personnel who are very knowledgeable & passionate about solar! Customer service is also very friendly & helpful, even if they don't know the answer to some question right away they always do their research & call back with more information! I really enjoyed my experience with OWE. They were with me each step of the way and it was a hands off experience for me. They completed the work in a timely manner and it was all quality. The electrical team answered all of my questions and I love my new panel. Solar has been a big blessing for my household. When you go solar, I definitely recommend going with them.

"Reps" read my no soliciting sign, made a big show of leaving their trash on patio furniture.

Talked obnoxiously and loitered putting on a show.

Very disrespectful.

Disrupted a work call.

Trashy behavior = trashy company.

Trespass again and charges will be filed.

8/18/22 - FINALLY turned on and running.  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.  When their representative came for the final inspection/activation with an SRP representative he couldn't answer any questions because he was so new he didn't know anything.  You have to learn but why was he alone?!?

SRP said the system can turn it on but ideally we would need to have OWE swap out one of thing but after hearing our nightmare story he activated it as is.

As I said before - save yourself and find a company with actual customer service skills!!

Against my better judgement I decided to purchase panels from this company.  The panels have been installed for about three  months and still the work has not passed inspections. No communication even after multiple attempts from me to get anyone on either text message, email or call. The customer service is horrible and slow to respond. I want answers, why doesn't the panels pass inspection, how much longer before the panels can start producing energy.  I decided to write this review in the hopes the company would see the review and attempt to contact me to rectify the issues.  Is it too late to cancel the purchase.  Beware they get you to sign and after that it's all down hill from that point.

When our system was installed, it took four months to activate the system.  Afterword I noticed the system wasn't working properly and had a difficult time getting OWE to look at the problem.   When they did finally come to fix the problem the technician damaged pigeon proofing I had installed to which they informed me that by doing that it should have voided my solar warranty and the guy who installed the pigeon proofing should warranty OWE's damages which is ridiculous.   I was never told that doing something most people do to protect their roof would void a warranty and they didn't offer that service.  
At this point they are refusing to pay for damages the incurred.
Also, at this point the system (in my opinion) is NOT working as I was told it would.   Yes, we are saving money on our APS bill, but we are not getting the returns we were told we would get.

DO NOT do business with this company, you will probably regret it.  If I knew then what I know now I would NOT invest in solar.  Unfortunately, I'm stuck with it.

Their people have illegally entered our private gated community and came
to my house on three separate occasions trespassing and soliciting.
This occurs usually after hours when it is dark. I don't like people coming to my house trespassing at dark around dinner time. I don't know if the badges they flash are real or fabricated and they are not permitted in a posted gated community that prohibits soliciting and trespassing on community and home owner's property. They claim to be doing nothing illegal but they are breaking several laws and invading my right to privacy.

Terrible company with terrible follow through. Our system has been active for 8 months and doesn't work correctly. It is not producing the energy we were promised and we still have an electric bill in addition to a loan payment every month. They said they "audited" our system and that we just need to use less electric. They claimed to have "audited" our system when all they did was look at our electric bills from APS. Another reputable solar company pointed out that we were supposed to have access to an online system that lets us see our solar energy production daily. OWE never told us and never added our system to the program so there was no way to know if the system was producing the electric promised. Once we FINALLY got them to add our system to the program, it was clear the system isn't producing the electric promised. OWE still hasn't acknowledged the problem. This was in addition to breaking a water bib during their install and not telling us. Instead they just shut the water off to our house and left. My husband had to fix the break.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! sales guys are amazing and so professional and nice! the instillation went super fast and well, no issues with that either. FASTFORWARD a couple months and we keep getting electric bills and having issues with out panels. Office staff says they'll have the right people call me back. a couple weeks go by and no call back. I call them and the same thing. it takes a minimum of 2 months to get any single issue resolved. managers tell you, oh I understand why you are frustrated and yet NOTHING changes or gets fixed. everyone in the office seems to drop the ball all the time and then apologize and tell you they understand why you are so upset but nothing gets fixed. still waiting for an issue we called about on Dec 5 to get fixed. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! honestly wish I hadn't gone to solar.

This company has the worst customer service in the industry! They have shown up to my home with no notice. I was traveling and tried to call them and get do not answer their phones. When I leave a message they never call back. They text and say they are coming and then don't show up. They system still is not on. They installed my system over a month ago and I can't get anyone to talk to me. DO NOT USE Our World Energy!

Worst company I have ever dealt with lots of lies and blame on the power company took 5 months to finally get it to work they go silent when things don't work double booked install very poor customer service

I would give zero stars if I could.  They got the panals up but almost 2 months later system still not working.  Didn't pass city inspection.
They didn't hook up electral boxes for 5 weeks and this only happened after I complained about it getting done.
They now have to move their electral panal, no idea what damage that will do to my new home, then get reinspected, than submit to APS for approval.  Could be another 6 months before I get any benefits  of solar power.  
I now understand why they give you a year before you have to start paying for the equipment.
Getting Solar?  Use another company

I received a phone call the day before to schedule a date and time for the installers to come and install the solar panels on our roof. The installers ( Luis team 20) arrived on time and due to the rainy weather inquired if I wanted them to go ahead with the install. After some discussion, it was decided that the installation would be done that day. The installers were very polite and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and it appeared that the team worked very well together. Luis had me come out and check the completed job and answered any questions that I had about his portion of the installation.

Our sales rep Virgel is the best. He always answers his phone or calls you right back with any questions you may have. He is honest about how many panels you need, what the cost will be in the long run and what the cost will be each month. He explains everything so you can understand it. And he always follows through with every detail so you know exactly what is happening and when. I trust Virgel completely.

This company sold us on a solar system in Lake Havasu City, AZ.  We paid a deposit and after 6 months of texts saying they would install on a certain date and not showing up, or installers showing up and saying that they couldn't install because they didn't have the parts, we told them to cancel and return our refund.  Of course no refund and no contact since.  These people should have their licenses pulled.  SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

There customer service is TERRIBLE. It's been 3 months since my panels were installed and the still aren't connected. They kept saying they were waiting on the city and at their mercy which when I called the city the said they never received any request from them. When I told my salesperson this he refused to correspond with me anymore. They keep dropping the ball.

The company is amazing, I got Solar out of town up north and they went over and beyond for me as I rent my place out as a vacation home and they had to coordinate around my guests and their communication was remarkable. I highly recommend this company and my Salesman's, Brent and Scott were extremely professional and explained everything to me and all the benefits of getting solar!

OWE is a genuinely great solar company.  Their products are the best you can find on the market and they are service-oriented.  It has been a pleasure working with them.

Our World Energy claims they have special deals and favors they can call into the electric company (in my case ED3) to get your application approved faster. They apparently don't have enough connections or don't know all electric company requirements and time frames for solar approval though because the application that they said would be approved in a couple days with them ended up being scheduled for 8 months out.  By the time you figure out they cannot fulfill their verbal promises your 3 day cancellation period is up and you're stuck in a contract with them. The representatives within the company don't know what is happening at any given time; each one you speak to gives different information. They make it incredibly hard to cancel. They transferred me to 3 different agents over the course of an hour phone call with them, only to never get me to a representative who could actually cancel my contract. It has been badmouthing other companies, telling you what you want to hear so you'll sign, and now 2 weeks of playing cat and mouse trying to cancel the contract. They only want to talk over the phone, then ask if you have proof of the things they told you. If you decide to go with this company please for your sake, verify everything they promise you with your electric company, loan company, and anyone else who could possibly affect the installation of your panels before you sign a contract with them.

Working with Our World Energy over the past 2 years has been a great experience. Not the lowest pricing out there but depending on your consultant they go the extra mile to your solar experience the best one.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We signed up at the home show with this company and have had regrets every since. The salesman John was nice and did a great job but that is where any goodness stops. This company will show up randomly without doing the descent thing and make an appointment to come out. The plans they submitted were not the same as the work they completed, so we failed inspection. Called for 3 weeks to find out when they were going to come fix their mistake and we always got "the team isn't responding". Asked to talk to a supervisor and nobody ever called back. The lady that answers the phone will tell you she will call you back and then she doesn't. Finally someone showed up the other day and instead of fixing the work they did wrong, they just replaced the permits with new ones for the wrong work they did. This company has got to be the worst example of customer service I have seen. We were told we would get a "promotional rebate" once the work was done and well the work is done and no rebate so far. But you bet they turned in everything to the finance company for their payment. Just made my first payment on solar panels I'm not even able to use. Look elsewhere!!!

We had a great experience with Adrian from Our World Energy.  I first met him over a year ago when he came to our door. I NEVER talk to salespeople but he was very friendly and not pushy at all.  He was able to answer my questions and took down my information but I told him I wanted to wait a year since we just moved into our new house.  He respected that and did not bother us for an entire year!  When he came back the following year he remembered our conversation and was very personable.  Before signing I got 3 online quotes from different companies and did my research.  Everything he explained was exactly what I was able to find on my own.  We ended up going with Our World Energy because we trusted Adrian.  The process was very simple and fast! We are already saving money on our APS bills and love it!  Highly recommend !!!

Avoid this company at all costs. There is zero customer service; after they make the sale you are on your own. The call center is absolutely useless and there is no point of contact after the contract is signed besides the clueless call center employees. We were told it would take 3-4 weeks after signing the contract to have fully functioning panels. It has been 4 months and the panels are still not activated. We have had 4 commissioning and activation appointments that require an SRP tech and an OWE tech. At the first appointment, SRP discovered something that OWE had installed wrong and it took a while for OWE to come back to fix the issue. After it was finally fixed, we had 3 additional commissioning and activation appointments that OWE flat out didn't show up to. There is no phone number available other than the call center so we are stuck calling them several times to only be told some scripted response and that there was glitch in the scheduling system, and that they would reschedule. Except that every time they reschedule it's with the same tech that didn't show up to the prior appointments. How this tech is still employed with this company is beyond me. We have sent two formal complaints through SRP which is supposed to get the higher-ups attention, and nothing. This is the absolute worst customer service experience we have had. Zero accountability and awful communication.

No APS bills since I've gotten my solar turned on! APS owes ME money!

Worst Decision I've Made to Date: Initially OWE was great to work with. Friendly, prompt, and quick to respond to questions. Began working through the contract in November and they had my panels installed before Christmas 2020. Then the issues started. No more quick responses, in fact sometimes no response at all. Panels installed quickly, but then it came time for the meter and getting it turned on. Months go by and the only response is we are waiting on SRP. I of course had started paying for the unit at this point. Finally in April I sent a message to the sales rep demanding answers or for them to come remove the system and work the details out in court. Amazingly after talking with the owner I was up and running two days later. At this point I thought my system was completed. Until I questioned them when I noticed my electric bill had been larger year over year. They told me it was due to still waiting for a certain part that had been back ordered. I was told in December the part was in and we are waiting for an installer. Now here we are creeping up on March and zero communication. I've had this system installed for 1 year and 2 months and this company still isn't done. I'd recommend one of the MANY other options you have when going solar.

From the minute Scott came buy we were convinced this is the right Solar Company to use.
Scott was able to answer every single one of our questions.
He gave us options explain the process. outstanding customer service along with Incredible knowledge about his product and solar energy.A worker came  out and inspected our house prior to installation then a crew was scheduled to do the install which is a two-day process.
They were efficient answered more of our questions and extremely polite.
Later on in the evening the foreman came by to check his crew's work.
This process has been so easy and we are so excited to go solar with OurWorld energy solar.
If you're thinking of going solar please do your homework ask questions and make sure and make an appointment with this company. Thank you Scott.

There is simply too much bad to report in one post without giving you coffee to stay awake. We are at the end of the project and we are still being disappointed more and more with every visit they take. We are now over 30 trips and still have not seen the improvement we have been needing since day 1. Project took over 10 months. The office does what they can to make amends, but the field crews continue to show a lack of understanding of customer wants and needs. I am currently searching for others who have had a bad experience to understand their stories and to see what they had to do to fix the problem that OWE was unable to fix.

Tonight  as we were having dinner, the door bell rang - it was a representative from "Our World Energy".  WHY???

Just a hint for the future -- DO NOT COME TO THE DOOR AT DINNERTIME!  It's an intrusion and it makes us not EVER want to buy solar products - especially from your company!  If you must promote your business, leave the flier without ringing the door bell.

Very professional, We worked with Avi Landy to get solar panels on our home. He anwser all our questions and we got our panels installed on our roof in what felt like a couple weeks!! They went above and beyond! even dropped off a banana cream pie for our family to enjoy!!! if you are in the market for solar energy to lower bills call this company!! And call Avi!

I met with Byran and Zach and they were amazing. New the answer to every question, or knew how to get me the answer. Very professional young men. I'm excited about the amazing deal I got on solar and while I will be paying less per month (which is awesome), I'm excited to join with a company truly concerned with our environment.

Very impressed by the very friendly, punctual & knowledgeable sales reps, Bryon & Troy. Will be moving forward with this company and anticipated they will be as good as quality service I've received so far.
