I reached out to multiple places and Super Electric was the only company able to accommodate a same-day appointment. Service was prompt as promised and professional. Thankful for Cherrie who worked her magic that day to find an electrition for me.

Robert was my electrition and he was able to perform the work quickly without any problems. He also provided some recommendations on future work I should consider but was not pushy at all.

I needed to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage to charge my EV, so I reached out to three different companies. One was less expensive and one was more expensive than Super Electric. But I chose Super Electric because they were very professional and responsive.  I was not in any rush, but scheduling the estimate was easy and they were able to send someone within a couple of days. I also really appreciated being asked if I wanted them to wear a mask when they came over.

Joe came and did my estimate. He was very professional and friendly. I know for professionals, installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet is not complicated, but Joe explained the process very well and made sure all of my questions were answered. We played a little bit of phone tag to schedule the actual install, but when he came out again, he was just as friendly and professional. He had someone with him who I believe is named Bill. He was also very friendly, funny, and professional.

They finished the job and cleaned up and vacuumed the debris they had made when drilling the hole which I appreciated.  As I mentioned, Super Electric was not the cheapest of my options, but I am extremely satisfied with their workers and the job they did. I will definitely use them again for any electrical needs.

I hired Super Electric to install a ceiling fan. Super Electric advised ceiling fan installs start at $183. I sent the fan webpage and installation manual approximately a week before the install. The spot was wired for a fan and had a mount. Shortly after arriving I was initially quoted $600, plus a $99 membership that would give me 10% off. After advising how outlandish the charge was when compared to the initial quote of $183, I was told the fan had special wiring because it was a smart fan, and larger. The fan is not some massive 90 fan: it was 62, so ten inches larger than a standard fan. I have also installed three smart fans myself, there is absolutely ZERO extra wiring involved. That is a complete lie.
I recognized that the fan is a bit larger, so I told the installer to leave my property and call his owner, because I would pay no more than $250, which is still more than $70 more than the initial quote, give the increased size and weight of the fan. I also told him I would absolutely not pay a service call fee, which was not even mentioned in the chat. After about five minutes, Super Electric agreed to install it for $250. After installing it, the fan made a loud knocking sound, which the installer could have probably heard if he removed his headphones and turned the fan on to full speed.
After one day of use at a low speed, the knocking sound returned. I got up on a ladder, something I was trying to avoid by hiring them, and noticed that 4-5 screws were not even remotely flush. I contacted the manufacturer with pictures, who confirmed the mistakes. Total waste of $250.
I contacted Super Electric on 5/10 via email and will give them a business day to remedy the mistake, or I will be forced to charge back via my credit card. Do not trust a single quote you get from them.

I needed a quick response when my kitchen light switch stopped working, and they were able to squeeze me in next-business-day. Cherri was great about communicating information for the appointment. The electrician, Abigail, was very helpful (and has a great sense of humor... because no matter how many times I tried turning the light on-and-off the night it died, it wouldn't come on, but of course when SHE flipped the switch, the light finally came on!!) But she didn't write me off as a crazy person, took the time to investigate, and heard the same popping noise it made when it went out on me, suggesting the switch was dying. The cost was totally normal for a service call of this nature. I'm definitely saving their number for next time I need an electrician.

(I won't even discuss the OTHER light fixture I had her look at, because that one WAS because I'm a crazy person, and I'm so glad she could laugh about it... Who knew that wall sconce had a SWITCH?! And how did it get turned off after 10 yrs of never even knowing it was there?! It's sabotage, I tell you, sabotage!)

Guillermo came out early in the morning and helped us with multiple issues at our new home. He was also able to offer us estimates on future services we would need. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. He was also upfront about the coats and was charged exactly what he said we would be. They had all of the needed tools and equipment upon arrival and will be using them again for two upcoming larger projects.

My extensive outdoor lighting system, older and sporadically maintained, had reached a point where it was basically inoperative.
  Through Yelp, I identified and contacted Super Electric. The results were everything I had been hoping for.
   The final 2 days of the project showed 2 trucks and a team of 6 highly qualified, communicative diligently working professionals completing, testing, and starting up the totally revamped and rewired system.
    Excellent company.whom I would not hesitate to contact for any future electric needs.

Great precautions for COVID, and great workmanship.  We had 2 new ceiling fixtures installed, plus moved 3 other chandeliers to different locations in our house.  The electrician was patient, and made sure he understood our complicated plan :) and he was also able to advise us on some other electrical issues in our 100 year old house.  More expensive than we anticipated, but the service was excellent.  No issues with any of the lighting he installed and it's been a few months. We would absolutely use them again.

Fast response and were able to get someone out same day, but they are grossly overpriced.  Wanted $184 to mount 1 ceiling fan and quoted $700+ for some minor electrical.  Every other company I spoke to charged between $50-$75 for ceiling fan(s) and the electricla i needed for 2nd job was quoted at $200.  The tech explained their pricing was higher becuase they are a big company, with lots of trucks and employees, & higher overhead, but i should use them instead of the small local family owned businesses.  Maybe the worst sales pitch I've ever heard

It was a warm June morning when Guillermo Campos with Super Electric came to ruin my day...

Guillermo showed up on time which was pleasant.  He explained that if he couldn't immediately diagnose the issue there would be a $205 extensive diagnostic that he would have to run to identify the issue with my light switch that wasn't working...

After flipping the switches and asking about them for a few minutes it was determined that this extensive diagnostic evaluation was necessary.

Guillermo interrupted me during a work meeting (hey we're all work from home now) I asked if he could give me 5 minutes and the inconvenienced look on his face told me everything, my house was in dire straights and I needed to hop off this important meeting to hear him out

After vaguely providing me very ambiguous details around this pretty expensive troubleshooting process Guillermo started beeping around my house for about 15 minutes with his voltage tester, flipping on and off switches with the precision of a true expert.

After this rigorous examination of my homes electrical blue print he came to the conclusion that my switch was putting out low voltage at the lights and likely there was an issue with the neautral wire that was going to set me back $530, but fortunately Guillermo was gonna do me a solid and give me a $105 credit from the diagnostic process which would result in my paying the low low price of $635 to fix my switch.

After explaining the concept of inflation to me I argueed the fee for the troubleshooting should be rolled into the cost of the fix and being condescendingly told that I should fix it myself I asked Guillermo to kindly leave my home.

The kicker is that Guillermo got the leg up on me here, I actually have less lighting fixtures working after he left my house than before he came. I now have a ceiling fan and light that no longer works after he conducted his thorough diagnostic process...

What a fantastic team! When booking the appointment, the lady on the phone thoughtfully asked about our masking preferences and they were respected. A team of two came out, both true professionals, and identified the source of the issue (which also happened to be a fire hazard). They were able to replace the fuse box, as well as identify a few other issues so we could plan for them. When we are ready to fix them, we will be calling Super Electric again.

Was having a legit electrical emergency on Memorial Day no less.  Was going down the list in both google and Yelp and had a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone. The dispatch was great and plugged me in the schedule.   Travis came out (and was earlier than expected thanks to someone else cancelling) and got me back up and running.  Phew, thanks so much!

I found Super Electric through Yelp by requesting a quote from electricians. The owner was the first person to respond and connect with me right away. I had a service person at my home the next business day. No pressure or obligation Geoff was the service professional who was assigned. I was provided a text message that gave me an overview and bio about him. He called me 30 mins prior to my appointment and was right on time. Super friendly with a smile. He did a full safety inspection of my home. Identified a few areas of concern and installed a ceiling fan. He kept my house nice and clean. Geoff as a tech is truly reliable and someone I would trust in my home. Once he left I received a call from the service team to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions. I am defiantly happy and would use their services again.

I am a fairly critical person at times and can be hard to please. That being said, I am absolutely blown away by the team over at Super Electric. These professionals are incredibly knowledgeable and experts in their field. I recently bought a house which had some sub par electrical work done by the prior owners and Joe at Super Electric was able to diagnose all issues and provide a quote to repair and replace on the spot. I had a separate Super Electric team come by to install an exhaust fan in our master bathroom a month later and they arrived 10 minutes early to our scheduled time and were able to complete the entire project which included wiring, cutting into our ceiling, installing the fan while working from the bathroom/attic (attic work in the hot AZ summer is no easy task), and clean up all in about 2 hours time. Electrical work can require a certain level of finesse and these guys make it look easy.

Well done Super Electric, you have gained a long-term customer and I look forward to working with you again on additional projects.

Guillermo and team did an awesome job 2 weeks ago at our home.  We had DIY-installed spotlights in our backyard for many years that we decided should be checked by a professional to determine if within code.  Guillermo had his code book with him and was able to show us the code.  Our lights were not even close to being within code.  Because of the proximity of our pool to our home, there was no way to install spotlights in our backyard within code to light the areas we wanted lit.  Guillermo understood our problem and need to light up the area behind our pool (where we couldn't put spotlights) and offered another solution that we had never considered; LED recessed lighting underneath our backyard patio.  He was confident the lighting underneath our patio would be enough to light up the pool area and reach the back wall behind the pool.  He put together a plan and quote and we decided to move forward.  We were on the schedule for the following Wednesday.  

Over the weekend we thought of several other questions and or ideas.  I didn't want to bother Guillermo on his days off so I texted him letting him know to please get back only when on the clock next.  He called me that Saturday afternoon and changed up the project a little to include two switches instead of one so the spotlights (the ones we could keep) would be on one switch and the led lights on a different switch with a dimmer.  On Sunday we had one more question and he responded promptly (I'm certain it was his day off).  

On Wednesday Guillermo and team (Dillon, Andrea, and Oscar) showed up on time and ready to go.  They were very considerate of how I wanted to mark out with tape where the lights would go and made suggestions on where to place the lights to get the job done but also look aesthetically pleasing.  They carefully put shoe covers on before coming into the home, asked for feedback throughout the day.  They recognized I was working from home and asked if a good time to vacuum the floor before turning the vacuum on (to make sure it wouldn't disturb a conference call).  They did a great job cleaning up AND took extra time and effort to get the lights installed without cutting drywall that would require repair.

Guillermo offered a safety inspection of our electrical system which we declined.  However, he did mention that we were due soon to refresh our electrical box and if we wait too long it could require a box replacement which is more expensive.  He was very communicative about what to expect, what he could and couldn't do within code (and why), and took the time to explain pros/cons to different ideas to solve our problem.  The team worked great together, gave input, and legitimately really enjoyed working together and what they do.  

We plan to ask Guillermo to come out again to help us with the electrical box refresh along with taking him up on the safety inspection he offered.  It was a great experience and our finished project WAY exceeded expectations.  Not only do the lights solve our problem of illuminating our backyard but the lights are absolutely beautiful and are a very unexpected upgrade to our backyard experience.  They knocked this project out of the ballpark... grand slam.

Bait and switch BS, appointment setter sets appointment for today says there is no charge for estimate. Day of, another person calls says I am outside their area and it's $79. I'm five minutes off the 101, kick rocks.

The ceiling fan in my master bedroom wasn't working, I knew it was able to work, because it was brand new, so I called Super Electric. They were super fast and efficient. They got me scheduled in for the very next day and they informed me that it was completely free to have a technician come out and look at it. Brady sent me a text and called when he was nearby and was extremely professional and very friendly. He figured out the problem pretty easily and quoted me on a price right away to fix it. The whole process took less than an hour and now my ceiling fan works and the whole experience was a breeze. I'll definitely call Super Electric in the future for all of my electrical needs.

**BEWARE OF DIAGNOSTIC FEE'S.  I scheduled them to come out and take a look at some outside lights that were not working.  When they got here,  I was told there was a $411 diagnostic fee - but if they found something simple (like a burned out light bulb or minor wiring), they would fix it for that fee.  After being here an hour, they came in to go over ALL the issues we had with our outside electric and gave a quote to repair.  I paid them but after they left, I realized they did not remove any covers on the outside lights to even see if it was a burned out light bulb.... so now I feel I paid them $411 to just get an exuberant quote.

What a great experience!  I needed an electrician to solve a wiring problem I was having on a WiFi Light Switch. I was made aware of JD's arrival with an informative text message that Included his picture, a bio, and a brief description of his experience. JD arrived right on time and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my light switch, he took the time to teach me what I did wrong, and while he was here showed me how to install new light fixtures on my exterior landscaping low-voltage lighting and fixed my doorbell (including walking me through how to install a Ring), all for no extra cost. I would and will recommend JD and Super Electric to any and all looking for an electrician.

awful service and customer care. firstly i was not happy that i had to babysit the crew. secondly, they ran into an issue installing the fan. thank god one of the crew members insisted that there was a way to fix the issue or else they would have left me with an incomplete fan installation. lastly and worst off all was the installation of the blind tracks. after the installation of the brackets i tested one off the blinds to make sure we had the measurements correct. unfortunately select blinds had the wrong measurements listed. instead of trying to figure out  a way to correct the issue i was told that this was not their problem and they rushed out of my unit.

I was very cautious about calling an electrician during these sensitive times. However, I was reassured by the very informative text message I received from Super Electric . Within the text message I received my electrician Robert's photo & work experience. I thought this was a great touch given these circumstances . They showed up in half an hour and fixed everything right away. They gave good recommendations. I had a call in to Parker and Sons by 7:30am and didn't hear back till after 5pm. Abigail got the call around 2:30, showed up around 3pm, and had the fridge on by 3:30. Thanks for being fast so I did not lose a full fridge of food. It was greatly appreciated!

I used Super Electric do update lights in my bathrooms and dining room as well as installing ceiling fans in my bedrooms. Joe, the service tech was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with and clean and meticulous in his work, and clean up. When I ran it to a glitch with needing a wall repaired before a lighting fixture could be completely installed, these folks worked with my timeline and rescheduled at no additional cost to come out and finish after the repair happened. I like the membership option that will help remind me about bi-annual system check-ups. All in all wildly impressed with this company and will use again.

I scheduled a quote to have 2 lights installed (we have high ceilings).  When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that the technicians have scaffolding to do this type of job.  When the technician came out, he told me he would have to RENT scaffolding, it's a 2-man job and they would have to schedule another time.  The price was ridiculous as companies pass on the price of renting the scaffolding to the consumer.  I knew this up front because I have already contacted several other electricians.  I didn't have an issue with the technician, he was very nice and professional, and showed up on time as scheduled.  What I do have an issue with is poor communication between the schedulers and the technicians.  I waited close to 2 weeks for this appointment, and it was a waste of my time.
