Cannot recommend Michele and George enough! George's work on our new kitchen cabinets was absolutely top-notch, and Michele was extremely helpful throughout our kitchen remodel. We really, really liked them both -- they were extremely reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly and understanding throughout a complicated project. Writing a long overdue review of the amazing services I received from the team at Michele's Master Handymen. After some prior electrical and plumbing work on our home, we had several large rectangular openings in the drywall, as the electricians and plumbers were quite reckless in cutting them out. Additionally, I had a large attic access opening (3' L x 2' H) with no secure door nor insulation from the attic heat. Finally, some miscellaneous outdoor lights required drilling into the brick to hang.

Out of all the handymen services I contacted, Michele was the most responsive and carefully gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone, explaining in detail some of the challenges and processes to fix those areas, based on pictures I sent her. George, who came out to do the work, was courteous, friendly, and did an amazing job of fixing each of the issues needing fixing. I could really see the craftsmanship in his work. These folks are amazing!

I had a long list of jobs that needed to be done at my town home that I had been putting off for months. I sent the list to Michele along with photos of the cabinets that needed mounting, drywall that needed repair, a very heavy standing desk that needed assembly along with some charming (but somewhat warped and flimsy) swiss-chalet style cupboards.

As we got closer to the date I had a few extra jobs that I also needed help with and she was so good about just letting me add to the list.

My handyman, George was on time and immediately hit the ground running on all the jobs. When I was struggling with how to solve a problem he seemed to come up with just the right solution.

I would definitely recommend Michele's Master Handymen for your next project. I'm already putting the next list together for mine!

We had a break-in where our assailant thoroughly messed up an exterior door frame.  This left us with a hole in the side of our house.  Kinda needed fixing, like, now-ish.

-Insurance company - it'll be a couple days before we can come out to look at it.   To...LOOK...At...It!
-Other companies - how's Tuesday for you?  Door was broken on Thursday...
-Michele's Master Handymen - We'll be there this afternoon.  

George came out and got that sucker swapped out in about 2 hours.  Workmanship was excellent and it was waaay under our deductible.

My husband contacted Michele this morning. We had been looking for someone to replace the door trim and flooring due to water damage. Michele was super friendly and she even was able to send someone out the same day in less than 2 hours. We struggled a lot to find a reliable person because everyone that we would call would either not show up or just say they were too busy to do the job. Even though we were not in the area serviced Michele still took us on and George came even a few minutes early before the time scheduled. He fixed our door and replaced our flooring and it now looks excellent. We will definitely be using them again in the future and we highly recommend them! Thank you!

Contracted this company for hanging new coach lights. Not one complaint. From scheduling all the way through install it went smooth and as promised. We even added one light that we had forgot about. No complaints just looked at it as part of the job. Sorry I forgot the installers name, but he did a complete and thorough job. Will use again and I do recommend.

Great service from start to finish!

After providing information on what we needed and requesting a quote via their website, I received outreach extremely quickly. Not only did I get a quick response, but Michele provided validation on what we needed (as I was a little embarrassed for needing help with what felt like a simple task).

They got us scheduled quickly and had wonderful communication. George K came and got the job done quick and with quality. He also helped us out with some other odd jobs to ensure we got our full hours worth of services, which was awesome! George was very patient in answering our questions and explaining things to us (everyone is always in a rush these days, so that felt refreshing).

Overall we felt good after using this service and feel they are truly a good company all around. We recommend Michele's Master Handymen for anyone needing a hand!

While I haven't had a chance to use Michele's Master Handyman yet, I got an idea of the level of service. I reached out via email about getting an estimate to lay down tile in several rooms of my house. Michele called me in less than 10 minutes and told me that it was, unfortunately, too big of a project for her team. But then, she spent about five minutes giving me smart and practical advice about what to look for in a floor installer and things to look for as they do the job. You have to appreciate someone taking the time to be that helpful. Nonetheless, while I won't be able to work with Michele today, she will be the first person I call next time I have a handyman need.

Great customer service and quality workmanship.
A full day of various projects ranging from umbrella set up and installation,  two ceiling fans. Fixed skylight leak. Installed pet screen protector, fixed cabinet door hinges in the living room, kitchen, and all bathrooms. Rehung hardware for drapes in the bedroom. Adjusted drape cords to work. George was fast and worked nonstop. He is a great handyman with many skills.
I will use them again. They have a full schedule. I advise you to get on their calendar. They are worth the wait.

I have high praise for Michele's Master Handyman! Michele is extremely professional and helpful. This company is tech savvy and I appreciate that because I am dealing with an Arizona rental property from California. Being long distance I was happy to find a company that would help with all the different items I needed fixed, leaky faucets, new ceiling fan, and new garbage disposal. George called me with updates and took pictures of the completed work. Michele went above and beyond setting me up with her vetted contractors for jobs she doesn't handle. She even picked up a lockbox for my key. The price was very fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I will be using Michele's company for all future repairs. Thank you Michele, I feel like I have a trusted friend in Arizona to help me with future repair needs.

We had Michele's Handymen do a few odd jobs and the work was excellent. George arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. We need a toilet repaired, a frame on a side door redone and a few other things. We would recommend Michele's without hesitation.

The handyman that I had used in the past retired, so I was in the market for a new handyman service. I found Michele's Master Handymen on Yelp and decided to give them a call. I talked with Michele herself. She made me feel comfortable about the staff that she hires. She advised they all go through drug testing, background checks, and sex offender registry checks. Michele was very personable and I felt good about giving her company my business.

I needed someone to do some touch-up painting on the outside of my home. George got the job done in an hour. I already had the paint available, so it was a very reasonably priced job. Michele stated that they specialize in smaller jobs. I would definitely use this handyman service again.

Great craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Their hourly is a little higher than other companies but George, who we always work with, is super fast so it ends up being cheaper.

We've called them several times. Michele goes out of her way to make every customer feel like a VIP. She makes it so you can develop a relationship with your handyman and ask him questions so everything is teed up for the next project.

We've been renovating an older house and George and Michele have been a fabulous experience in the sea of subpar contractors we somehow always hire.

Scheduling is usually a ways out, but it's easy online and worth the wait

I just redid my master shower and needed some parts of flooring redone. This included new flooring near the base of the shower, around the toilet and to the walls, as well as adding trimming to transition to the wall.

Timeline:
I initially talked to Michele back in May I think to get a quote on a few things. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do and she gave me lots of ideas which was super helpful! I called a couple other people but no one really followed up, were willing to fulfill this small job, or were too expensive. I called Michele back about a month later after deciding to go with just redoing the floor for now and she actually quoted me for $480 (ended up only being $240) and then I was scheduled for July.

Pros:
- Super helpful advice/ideas from Michele during consultation! Definitely helpful if you aren't sure exactly what you want to do yet
- Price ended up only being $240 when it was originally quoted for $480 so that was definitely a plus!
- George was super nice! And he actually came earlier and stayed a little later than planned to get the job done. He also wore a mask and wore booties upon request :)
- George didn't end up using all the materials I bought, so I'll actually get to refund a lot of it which is nice!

Cons:
- Can't think of any actually! Will update if anything goes wrong but so far really happy with everything! :)

George came out about 2 weeks ago and installed a new toilet. Today, he came over and installed a brand new security door. Both repairs were a great experience and I'm so happy I found this service. George is nice, extremely knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. I plan to do some more repairs around the house and will definitely call them again. Would highly recommend!

Michelle couldn't have been more responsive in getting my job scheduled. There was continued communication with appreciated reminders until the day of the job.
Steve came at the scheduled time and did a meticulous, great job of painting 3 outer doors. He also answered my questions about other projects.
He was finished a little under the allotted time and the cost was adjusted accordingly. I couldn't have been happier with the results and I've already scheduled more work with them.

I contacted Michele's Master Handymen to repair a few things in my new home.  This company is very professional, experienced and communicates well thru texts, emails and phone calls.  I have used them twice now and I can say I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!  George is the one that came to my home.   What an incredible, knowledgeable person.  He did quite a few different things in my home (fencing, shelving, doors, hung pictures, etc) and did a beautiful job.  I believe he can do anything!!!  Thank you so much for the care you put into each task.  It's really nice to know there is a handyman company out there that I can trust!

Michele seriously has the best dudes ever working her her! I called her sort of last minute for some repairs on my condo and she answered herself and let me know which repairs could easily be done. There was a repairman named George who was super nice at my door the following Monday at 7:30 and he was able to quickly fix my door, some drywall and install new smoke detectors.

We will definitely use her company again!

I would highly recommend Michele's Master Handymen! George was phenomenal! Great work and very fast. He also fixed the poor work of previous handymen. He arrived exactly at the scheduled appointment time. Best handyman I have had. He did a range of work across the house. The price was very fair.  Michele made the process very easy. I would definitely use them again.

Our tenants had notified us about a running toilet. I told them they better catch it quick! Haha..just kidding. I called Michele and we booked an appointment no hassle at all. The service man George came and fixed/replaced all parts inside the toilet. I am told he was courteous and prompt. He also fixed up the front door on the way out that wouldn't latch. Prices are fair and had excellent communication. Will absolutely use them again!

Loved the service.  Great communication with Michelle and Steve during the entire job (I was not there).  Scheduling was easy and Steve talked with me before the job and then after.  He made some suggestions on other things he noticed in the house which was appreciated.  He helped me find the parts (searched and sent me the links) so I saved a little money.  Will definitely use again.

Michele was great to work with in setting up my handyman appointment. Fair pricing, great professionalism, reliable service. Steve arrived on time and got the job done in the agreed upon time of 1.5 hour. My globe string lights look wonderful on my balcony patio. This is the second time the same guy ( i wish i remembered his name) has come to our house and did a PHENOMENAL job! He first fixed our pocket door perfectly and quickly and today, he came and fixed a gap in our floors that we have been putting off for months, along with some drywall repair above our closet doors. He does amazing work, so kind, very reliable, thorough, quick, on time etc. I can't say enough nice things about him and the jobs he has done for us. Great service. Very professional. Completed all the jobs quickly and they only charged for the time on site.

Michelle sent us George to fix our fascia board. While he was here, I asked if he could also fix my cracking stucco on our outdoor bbq island. He did a great job on both and was really pleasant to work with , a true professional. We will definitely use Michelle's services again!

After putting off a few things after my move, I finally tracked down Michele and her team on Yelp. George arrived and was masked and ready to get to work. He hung some large mirrors and helped get our bunk beds put back together. He was efficient, totally helpful! If I had had things pulled more together on my end, he would have been able to finish more tasks! That never happens. I am so grateful for the help and hope I can get Michele's help again soon! Although I did not use this service, the owner called me to confirm an appointment that was weeks in advanced. Michele gave me honest and professional advice as well as recommendations for my home repairs despite the fact that I could not use her service. However, when I do need work done, I will most definitely use Michele!

Came and replaced an interior door for us with about 3-4 days notice. Very organized in terms of confirming appointment times and letting me know about a reschedule for the next day. Showed up right on time and did an amazing job. Ran to Lowes got the right size door and cut the hinges in and was out the door in an hour.

Great service.  Would highly recommend and definitely will be using only them for all my handyman tasks.  Michele was wonderful. She took a huge weight off my shoulder handling the issues I was dealing with with my condo. Steve my handyman went above and beyond. He called me to explain the issue and offered me helpful solutions and sent me photos to see the work that had been done.  I recommend them for all your handyman needs.

We had Michele send out a handyman to repair some closet doors. The work was completed in a timely manner with good communication and at a very reasonable price. We will be using them again.

We had three ring video cameras and three separate solar panels to install around our house.  We found Michele's Master Handymen on Yelp and decided to give them a try. After leaving a message, Michelle called and help me book Steve for the job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and went in above and beyond. He had installed these types of cameras before and even put one of the solar panels on the roof instead of the wall of the house where I wasn't going to get enough light.  He finished the job in two hours even though he had been booked for three.

In the end, we were very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work performed.  They were a little expensive, but worth the peace of mind knowing that they are licensed and bonded and that the job would be done right.

Excellent service!  George finished my job within one hour and it was super-quality work. Will definitely use them again!

I own a rental in North Scottsdale that required all end-of-life smoke detector replacements.

It was easy to make an appointment. The handyman arrived on time and had one legitimate question. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize; therefore, my answer may have delayed them a bit as I wasn't on-site with the handyman and tenant and called back the handyman from a voice mail transcript with my answer.

The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time at the price I agreed to pay. I have several other projects I plan to schedule soon, and Michele's will be my first and only call.

Michele is in a class all by herself. She spent a good 20 minutes troubleshooting a major issue I was having with my doors. The handles were sagging and a previous fixit person and a locksmith attempted to remedy the issues to no avail. In the end Michele referred me to a speciality locksmith ... she knows her stuff. Her referral saved me time and money. Michele cared enough to to listen and offer her expert opinion. She did not make one cent today from me today.  but there will be only one Handyman company I call for my needs, Michele's Master Handyman. Excellent customer service and so incredibly knowledgeable. I feel blessed to now have someone to call with competency, skill, honor and integrity with all my fixit needs! Hope you all give this company a try.

Have you been burned by other handyman services? Yeah, me too. Michele's was the 6th handyman service I contacted, 5 others flaked out on me or stopped returning my calls.  Michele's Master Handyman just does things right. Michele was prompt to return my call, organized, efficient, and very honest. She guided me picking out the best tile for my new backsplash and got the job scheduled right away. The handyman George was fantastic, and got the job completed faster than I expected. I appreciate the little details too: Michele went over how all her employees are background checked and sex offender checked, and as an extra security measure, sent me the specific photo and info of the person coming to my house. (I don't think a male owned company would consider this extra security step--it's one I appreciate as a single female.) I would definitely hire again, I've already given out the info to several friends. Thanks again!

From start to finish, my experience with this company was top notch! Highly recommend and will be using again for future projects!

The covers for the two wall lights next to the stairway in my 24-year-old home were turning yellow. After years of manipulating the spring covers to replace bulbs, the covers were also too small for the cutouts containing the lights. Light escaped around the covers and my attempts at caulking were futile. The only solution was to purchase two new LED lights and covers, and of course that was going to require dry wall modification and a new installation. So yes, you guessed it, I called Michele at Michele's Master Handymen. Steve never ceases to amaze me! He removed the old lights, made precise measurements for the new cutouts, added wood supports for the new drywall, installed the lights and drywall, textured the drywall, and applied two coats of paint blending perfectly with the surrounding area. Steve is a meticulous professional! The lights are beautiful! I can always count on Steve and Michele at Michele's Master Handymen!
