Established in 2000.
True View was founded in 2000 in Phoenix, AZ and has become a locally-owned leader in customer satisfaction and service. A few years ago we expanded into the Denver, CO area, and in both locations we have spent years proving that integrity and quality of service are our main objectives. Had one of their drivers on the road that was extremely aggressive driving ; even with a child in the backseat . Wouldn't want to do business with someone like that.

We used True View to do a replacement window. They did our original house and our guest house a did a fine job. This time it took 20 weeks to get 1 window. I get the supply chain so we waited. Once the window was installed they also performed a stucco patch. The patch is awful and doesn't match out existing stucco at all. We asked them to come back to fix and even sent them pictures. Jessica was fine to work and showed her managers the pictures. The managers said they reviewed the pictures and said there is nothing wrong with the patch!  Well according to the registrar of contractors, stucco patches must be feathered out to complete a smooth transition from existing to patch. They went out maybe 3-4 inches, no feather. and the patch immediately cracked and separated. We asked if we could have a proper patch performed on our end and have the window company give us a discount on the remainder of the window. They refused!  Long story short, we will never use them again a and will not recommend them to anyone.

I simply called to request service and ask a few basic questions. The woman who answered was rude and condescending and spoke to me like I was stupid. We have actually used this company before, but after this phone call, this company just lost a customer for life. Hope this company hires someone who will answer phones and not drive away business.

If I could leave a zero stars I would,this place has been out to my house three times to fix issues very disappointed in the value of their work.They were hired by a company called dreamstyle showers it's just been one horrible experience with the both of them.The first time they came out they had to add silicone to different areas of the shower door and it looked like they just slapped it on to fix the problem,but it didn't.It was still leaking water we're the silicone was  put on  very sloppy and poor quality so  i had to call them out again because the hardware was not done right screws were sticking out.I was ok with them coming back out to fix the issue,Which we thought they did.they sent a lead out this time to fix the leak and put new hardware in some areas of the shower and not only that our glass was Scratched.And here we are a couple weeks later with our shower  still leaking,I have reached out to them by text no response back it's been over a week now need advice what should I do next.

Recently had five windows retrofitted and the True View team made the process painless from the beginning to end. They were communitive while waiting for the window order to be received. Originally, True View Window & Glass (TVWG) installed new Low-E annealed glass replacements on 9/16/21 for $1,916. The first week of January 2022 they called to inquire about whether I wanted them to install another previously measured replacement. I rejected the possibility of the additional replacement, because I had seen glass/frame separation on one of the original 9/16/21 installs. 

I sent out pictures immediately, and on 2/8/22 TVWG told me they would be sending a tech to check it.  After one cancellation, Greg, a veteran tech, finally came on 2/22/22. He noted that both of the original replacements were bent - one concave and the other convex - and said he would discuss a second replacement of the glass with management. However, he never indicated that the vinyl frames were somehow compromised or involved in the bending.

Then TVWG informed me that there would be a delay in obtaining new glass. I said that wasn't a problem, given COVID and the internationally delayed supply chain. Still, never any mention about frame concerns were noted by TVWG. 

Subsequently, Mike, TVWG Tech, and his assistant came here on 4/19/22 to install new glass. When I told Mike of the problems with TVWG's 2 previous glass panels, he suddenly informed me that my vinyl frames might have issues with bending/deterioration leading to bending/warping. He suggested that fiberglass, clad wood or aluminum frames were better to prevent continued repetition of such problems. I told him I was perplexed, because no one from TVWG had so warned me before. I suggested he put a level on the frames to check them. He did not have a long level on the truck, so I loaned him my 4 footer to check the frames. He immediately noticed the bent/warped/sun damaged vinyl frames, which should have been a red flag for all previously involved TVWG techs.

If I had been given such a warning about the original damaged frames before September 16, 2021, I could have made a more informed choice to change the frames completely before wasting almost $2000 to install glass in bent/warped frames. Interestingly, my original south-facing glass unit actually had a crack in a corner before TVWG's first replacement glass install. I now realise this crack must have been prompted by the pressure of the bending frame. Someone from TVWG should immediately have realised it too, and warned me that merely replacing the glass was a bad plan.

In summary, I should have been made aware of the possibility of compromised frames by TVWG techs before I spent $1,916 to install the first glass replacements in 9/16/21, only to see glass/frame separation 3 months later. 

Next I Chad Carlson, TVWG residential frame/window install division, who quoted more than $3,100 for 2 Milgard Ultra-Series Picture Windows with dual-pane insulated Low-E Argon-filled glass.

Nice game if you can pull it off.  First charge $2K for new glass and 3 months later when the windows fail, bend/warp, try to sell the customer on complete frame replacements for another $3K. Stay away from TVWG

We couldn't be happier. At 32 years since new, it was time to replace our 20 windows with energy efficient Milgard windows. Everything went according to plan, cost, and quality of installation. From determining our needs and options with Chad and Vincent, to Troy doing the final measure, to the install, with Jeremy, Brandon, Matt and Jose, to the stucco repair with Hector and Juan, everyone was courteous, professional, and responsive. The windows came in ahead of schedule (everything else in our reno has been late), and the installation took four days. They were careful to mask off the inside to keep as much dust out as possible, and other than a few unfortunately placed plants that got a bit trampled, nothing was damaged. There wasn't even any drywall repair needed because the fit was perfect. The windows are so much easier to operate, look great, and let much less cold in. The stucco repairs blend in perfectly. We give them our highest recommendation.  One note is that the Sun Coat Max windows definitely have a greenish cast to them. They make our white shutters look a bit green from the outside. But they also were 10-20 degrees warmer on the inside of our house in winter than the old dual pane windows, so they're doing their job.

Dylan did an excellent job of resealing a window that was leaking after a storm.  He is very friendly.  Before he did the work, he took his time to explain the process.  After he completed the job, he had me look at the window to make sure everything looked good.  When he sealed the window, he paid close attention to detail to get the caulking line looking perfect.  Also, he left the working area very neat and clean.

If you want to gamble on which crew comes out and how many visits it will take to make it right try them, the prices were competitive.  But don't get your hopes up on the windows they sell you, when the final measurement happens the contractor will tell you the salesman over promised and the windows you wanted aren't available or will not work with your home design.  So that was a waste of time and if you want another appointment or he can just select the closest product.  After waiting the usual 10 weeks or so for windows to be manufactured and scheduling a 48hour window install.  Requiring someone to be home, meaning taking time off of work.  The contractors missed the time to start so 2 hours into that window a phone cal to the office revealed they had no crew due to personal reasons. Mind you I took a Monday and Tuesday to be available for install starting between 8-10a at 10a I called them to find out they had to reschedule for 2 weeks later in the month.   No confirmation email or follow up until the day of with a call from the installers that they are waiting for me at my house.  I was 5 minutes away so no big deal there.  The install seemed to go well, other than the caulk looking like they used a toothpaste tube or bubble gum, and stucco having missing chunks that pool water when it rains.  Seriously just squeezed in with no finishing or attention to finish details.  When questioned about it the installer took pictures and said he would send them to the office.  A week later I get a call asking for final payment.  When I questioned the finish work the office claims ignorant and never saw images.  I took images and sent them myself.  The following Sunday the salesman can by to look at it, he took pictures and committed to following up.  I got another call from the office stating that they deemed the damage and finish acceptable and needed payment.  I told them about the salesmen coming by and they had no idea or records of that visit.  Now they stated they would review it again.  A week later a random contractor looked like they took mud and filled a few of the stucco issues on the front of the house but not the rear, no appointment and no notes left in fact if I hadn't gone out front I wouldn't have known they came by at all.  2 weeks now and there is still no reconciliation.  We are going on 7 weeks since installation was originally scheduled.  

Mind you we had 3 houses done and the other 2 were reasonably done and their caulk and grout seem professionally done.  If you want to risk your home and your hard money, a bit like a lottery go with this company.  If you want communication and someone that stands behind their work keep scrolling.  

True View may have been a good local company at some point, right now they are short staffed, unprofessional and untrained.  

Maybe one day they will be back to the level that many reviewers have stated as of 2021 they are not to the standard.  And for the money you would be better served avoiding them or waiting until they train their new hires how to work a caulk gun.

Their technicians were friendly and professional. They were able to replace the rollers and the door lock on my sliding glass door so that it now works as it should.

They were also able to adjust my frameless glass shower door so that it closes properly.

I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've had True View do work in my home.  The glass and the installation service was excellent on both occasions, and the office staff very responsive and helpful!  The crew of three men who installed my very large pane of glass recently were especially good.  They were careful not to damage the plantings in the area near the installation and were pleasant to work with.  My little dog came out to meet them when they completed their work and they were especially nice to him, which I greatly appreciated!
I will be happy to have True View do any work I may need in the future!

Lowes recommended True View for a window repair instead of a replacement. They got back to us quickly, good price, great communicators.

They took the time to explain what happened and how to manage. Finally they saw our screen doors needed some tlc and they took care of it free of charge!

We hired True View for our windows. We had 20 windows and 6 door windows replaced. Chad was a pleasure to work with as we worked through our window design. He was always easy to reach and went the extra mile. He never pressured us to hurry and buy when we decided to live through a monsoon season at our new house before settling on new windows. Glad we did! Since our old windows were leaking bad, we decided to go for the full frame replacement over retrofit. The installation and stucco work was done to perfection. We could not be happier. We would highly recommend them to anyone (and already have) looking to redo their windows. Professional team from start to finish.

I had three windows with broken hardware and had a heck of a time finding a company to fix instead of replace; everyone just wanted to sell me a whole house full of new windows.  True View came out to look at the issue, gave me a reasonable estimate, ordered  the parts and did the repairs with no surprise charges and no hassle.

Exceeded my expectations and professional throughout. Initially inquired about replacing sliding patio door, ended up replacing all our home's windows as well. Everything was as promised: lead times, quality, install, support was all fantastic. Special thanks to Mike DeMore, and our install team Jacob and Robert. The difference from 60's single pane windows to these is just incredible. Worth every penny.

I would not hesitate to recommend True View Windows to anyone. The price was reasonable and the two windows were installed in just a few hours. They also diagnosed what was wrong with the old window (it leaked because the builder never put flashing around the window) and they really were professional. The next day they fixed the stucco around the window and it looks better than new. Very pleased!

Started off great!  Mike Came out measured the window and gave a price quote.  The field manager came put and re measured the window.  We ordered  the window and after 6 weeks trying to schedule the install.  They gave very little time ( NO notice) and a small window to do it or it would be another 6 weeks to have the crew back out in my neighborhood.  Ugh!  

Day of installation they tore out the window and the crew left for over 3 hours for supplies with a gapping hole in the wall and it was very cold that day!  They final returned and installed the window.  They had wrong measurements and the wrong grid pattern.  Ended up with a 5 inch beam right down the middle of our new picture window.   Called mike and the business office and no return calls from either one until the end of the week!  Long story Mike and the manger comes out 8 says after the install and agree that it is wrong.  They inform me that they have to order a new window and that will take up to 6 weeks!  4 weeks later they call me to schedule and install and it's another 8 weeks from now!  

We are now 4 months into the process asked for a manger to call me back and NO CALL no nothing and this will take 6 months to complete this process.

I actually called the window manufacturing plant in Phoenix to ask who they recommend for installation. They told me True View, so I reached out to schedule a quote. Vincent was our salesman and was very patient. He also never pressured me, which I really appreciated. There was a manufacturing delay with our windows, but the scheduling department kept me in mind and called me as soon as there was a cancellation so we could get our windows installed asap. Finally, on installation day, the team arrived on time (early, actually!) and got everything done in ONE DAY. I couldn't believe it. We were replacing 5 windows, 1 slider, and turning 1 bedroom window into a slider. The work they did looks absolutely beautiful and they left our home cleaner than they found it.

As a new homeowner, deciding which projects to tackle is tricky. New windows were 100% worth every penny. Our old windows were single pane and it felt like you could punch through them (if you could even open them...). Our new windows move easily, look beautiful, AND are energy efficient. It was eerie how quiet our house was after installation, too. Newer windows also reduce traffic noise.

True View was a great company to work with. 10/10 would do it again.

I needed the track on a sliding glass door replaced. True View (5280 Windows) was recommended to me by another company.  Everyone at True View was responsive, very courteous, and on time.  I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Called and received a quote over the phone for glass shelves to be made.  When I took the glass in they wanted to charge me $40 more for 2 less pieces than I was quoted.  Not a good way to do business.  No referrals coming from me when a company can't stand behind their word.

When I saw the referral on my Guy referrals I called for an estimate to put in a sliding glass door, because that's what they advertise

Their response was well we don't know, it's too busy right now we have too much work

I needed to replace several very large windows where the seal had warped. I found it almost impossible to find a company willing and able to do the work in a reasonable timeframe. Fortunately I came across True View Windows & Glass, and they were fantastic to work with. The glass has about a one month lead time, but their communication throughout was exceptional. And the crew that did the work was excellent! I highly recommend them!

Right from the get go....If you do not know much or anything about windows or window purchasing , I would steer clear of this company.  I have had the worst experience trying to get them to fix a window I purchased 4-5 years ago.  They have no customer service and maybe that's why they are competitive in pricing but don't be fooled and apparently with them windows only last about 4-5 years.  They sold me what might be the worst product and then switched the window manufacturer on me with the other windows (I guess they knew something was wrong with the window they sold me) but I can't get an explanation because they don't have one.  The window has the business name True View on it also?  Why would a business put their name on a piece of crap window......Maybe because there philosophy is once you pay them and the window is installed they're done with their obligation.  Again service is not their thing.  So I have been told many times by them they were to busy to assist and I had to contact the manufacturer myself.  So they sent me to the wrong manufacturer because to begin with (that I had to teach with many different phone numbers and time,) but remember you time doesn't matter to them, only how busy they are is what matters, as it was made perfectly clear to me per our conversations.  Now I have to contact the actual manufacturer and figure out how to get my window replaced as they didn't receive or care to get an answer from them (Cascade windows, garbage product) spoiler alert it's most likely because they intentionally sold me a bad window and or installed it incorrectly.  At this point they don't care about resolving the issue or taking care of a customer who spent their hard earned money with them.  FYI the window is crumbling.  This may be the only way to get them to honor there responsibilities as being a business in our community or maybe they will be exposed for the frauds they truly are, it's really up to them.  They best part is, I'm finishing up the windows in my home and they will not be a part of it, they're too busy anyway.......  the pictures of the windows crumbling with the name True View on it, is my window.  Slight update the manufacturer is saying it appears to be and installation and not warranty.      I'll keeping updating this post until I getsome resolution.

Update-
The manager at True View has stepped in, and is now assisting with the issue.  The have send a technician to my residence and have conveyed they are honoring the warranty and work.  Once communication opened with the manager the difference has been amazing with help and communication.  I have upgraded the rating to a 3 since they are assisting now, I will update and rerate again once this is resolved in full.  Thank you Rica for helping me with this issue!

Was told after my measurements were taken I would have my estimate back to possibly begin the process.  Someone dropped the ball.  I have heard nothing since they left my house.  The estimate guy Matt did his job at least I believe he did ,unless he didn't turn in the measurements to be further processed .  I feel like I've lost another week in progress regarding my bathroom project completion due to the competitive bid  process of getting 2 bids.

Not a credible or reliable company. Waited all day for a technician to come to my house for the scheduled appointment. No one showed up. No one at the office will take my call. Not actually a 24/7 service. Do not recommend them.

We had this company install 6 windows for us.  The salesman was kind and great to work with.  The install seemed to go well with no major issues.  Then we got heavy rains from the monsoons.  After the first major storm I noticed water damage on my wall and a basket I had with books in it was completely soaked.  After many delays the company sent out a crew that I was told would fix it but they squirt the window and then did nothing to fix it.  After they left my husband did his own water test  and got it to leak.  We took more pictures and still wait for a repair.  Save yourself a lot of stress and pass on this company!
Good news!  We finally got some help with our leak therefore I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3.

the crew that was sent was a great experience. Able, Josh and Robert were the crew that came to install. I appreciated that they came in masks and on time each day. They new what they were doing. The windows look great. There was one window that gave them a hard time but they figured it out and I'm extremely happy. Job well done!

We have used True View to install a dual pane window and didn't hesitate to call them when we needed a custom shower door installed. The entire staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The glass installers were awesome. They were very friendly with a great sense of humor. The price was very reasonable. I also recommended them to my sister who used them for her customer shower door install, and she was very pleased with their product and service. This is a five-star company, and I will call them for all of my glass needs.

We were contemplating getting a new glass sliding door as ours had a gap and the frame was separating. True View Windows & Glass come over to check it out. A very nice man named David came to our home and was able to fix it which saved us thousands of dollars instead of getting a new door. He also educated us on different types of windows. This is the business I will use for future window replacement as we've been checking around.

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with True View.  I guess the most important thing I want to share is that if you are purchasing a door through True View, and you are actually going to do the installing yourself, know that the door will come DISASSEMBLED.  That was not told to me, and I couldn't get my contractor to install because then Milgard wouldn't warranty.  Finally, after three weeks, their installer came and installed the door.  Not the most professional company to work with.  It also came with a failed promise from the Milgard rep, Tom Munoz, who said he would come help install, and guess what?  He ghosted me.  Contractor showed up, but not Tom. Response to Celina, whoever that is.  My contractor did know how to install, however, I was told by Milgard that it wouldn't be warranteed.  This company loves to argue and blame.  Not a professional company.

Just had 4 windows replaced by True View, and we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out.  From the initial price quote to the post-installation follow-up phone call they made to make sure we were happy, we couldn't have been more satisfied.  

Chad was great to work with on the front end.  He's very knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions without being pushy, and worked hard to make sure he beat competing quotes.  They were upfront about the extended wait times, so we were able to set out expectations appropriately.  And when it came time for delivery and install, communication was top notch.  Corey and Shawn showed up on time on the scheduled install day, and they worked efficiently to finish quicker than anticipated.  Most importantly, the windows were installed perfectly without any issues, and they cleaned up after themselves.  Two of the windows were in shower areas with tile running up against the old windows.  We were worried about having to repair some of the tile work afterward, but Corey and Shawn somehow got the old windows out and new windows in without any signs of disturbance.  I was amazed.  Awesome job all around, and highly recommended!

As the Listing Agent for a property we were representing, we needed to have two closet doors replaced. We've used True View before (and have recommended them!), and we have no complaints about installation, but it was unfortunate to encounter such terse replies to our email communications by an obviously annoyed True View employee. We'll go with another company next time.

I'm so glad I found True View to fix the window in our master bedroom, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I received an estimate from them just hours after submitting my information, and was able to get an appointment for their team to come take a look at our window the same week. Based on what I saw online, the estimate was really reasonable, and after their team looked in person, our actual price was $200 less! Very affordable.

And, when they came to look at the window, they even cleaned up the glass outside and gave us a temporary window for free. This was life-saving since the weather finally got cold right after that, and we had a ton of rain. True View always came in the time window they provided ahead of time, and were always super quick. I think they installed our new window in 20 minutes or less.

Can't recommend this company enough!

On 12/21/2021, the company came out to my home and replaced a single window after calling them a day ahead of time (fantastic). The replacement was swift, less than 20 minutes, and left. The price was $275, agreed to, and services completed. As of 1/8/2022, I noticed that the same exact window had a long, single crack in it that extended from the corner of the bottom to the top of the window. I contacted them same day, didn't get a call back until Monday, 1/10 (it was the weekend so that was understandable) and they asked for me to send them a picture of the window. I did so and their response was we cannot determine what caused the crack and single pane windows are not warrantied. However we could look into getting you a discount. I would caution anyone on this company due to this fact. Otherwise, their communication was a positive aspect, just the quality of the service work and/or quality of the glass used is highly questionable.

True View recently installed our glass shower enclosure and it turned out beautiful.  I was going to go with a chrome frame but decided to do oil rubbed bronze (which is more like espresso) to match our cabinets and so glad I did.  The installers were professional and left no mess.  True View is competitive with pricing as well.  Highly recommend True View!!

Their repair truck leaked oil or some kind of auto fluid onto my driveway pavers.  I called and asked them to come and clean or repair it.  They asked for a photo which I sent. They refused to take responsibility for this, saying I should have reported it the next day.  After a nearly $900 bill which I paid, I now must dispute it through my credit card.  Very poor customer relations.  I'd recommend you use another company.

I spent over $25,000 with this company on a product not worth half that amount.  Their delay on 30 days caused a backlog in every other aspect of my job.  Sales is full of promises and operations cannot fill them.  Most importantly, their poor installation job has my poor quality windows leaking and they are extremely poor at coming back to repair.  I finally gave up and hired another company to fix their mistakes.  The new company pointed out shortcuts they took that caused damage,

On March 31st I sent an inquiry through True View's website asking if they do diagnostic tests on glass windows.  My son's second floor bedroom is hot even in Arizona winter months.  They responded that they do for $59.95 and my appointment was scheduled for April 12th.  The tech came and tested the windows, not providing any feedback on what he was doing or the results.  Instead he said everything was fine and it would all be in his report.  He left before the homeowner was even downstairs.  The check for $59.95 sat on the kitchen counter and was later voided.  No report from Ben's visit was ever received.  This is a very unethical corporation.  I recommend using a professional and honest company where integrity matters.

We went to True View because of the great reviews, but our experience was not what we expected. Our original order was done wrong, crew showed up with partial delivery of windows with no notification that one was damaged and found prior to bringing it out. Then come to find out the order was missing a window! It was measured but never put into the estimate....so after several weeks windows are done. Crew not as tidy as I would have liked, left trail of debris in house, windows not cleaned and goo left on window ledges. Enough said....

Avoid tru view unless you want to be treated with total disregard after you pay the 50% deposit they require on each order. They promised one week service and it ended up taking nearly three times that for a simple window repair. I made repeated calls that were met with rude responses or with disinterest. I finally called the general manager, Selina. Her assistant promised I'd receive a call back within two days. She never called. I guess my business wasn't important to her. The treatment I received from her staff reflected Selina's lack of concern.

I have rarely experienced worse customer service.  Do business with tru view at your own risk.

Bob and Leon showed up earlier than expected which was very welcome to me.  Bob immediately resolved  the mask or no mask issue as we were all vaccinated.  They were honest, fair, explained the work they had done, and then vacuumed their work area my patio floor. I was a repeat customer after having True View replace the windows in my previous house in 2012. This time around (2020), I had True View replace 9 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in my house. I worked with Vincent by email who was quick to answer questions and after a little bit of back and forth we got almost everything worked out. I also visited the showroom and while there isn't a whole lot to look at, having the display models to touch was helpful. Importantly, even though some of the same brand names are found at big box stores, the displays at big box stores are so beat up that it isn't really a fair comparison as to what to really expect. As a default they include the right features which provide excellent function and value without going overboard. (I think nowadays some of the energy-saving features are less expensive and more common than in 2012 as well)

As for the job, Troy showed up to do the final measure and corrected a couple outstanding issues. He was great at making sure everything was right before finalizing the order, making notes for the installers, etc.

Finally we scheduled the install (about 8 weeks from when I had first reached out by email and 4 weeks from the order). Install went great. The entire job was planned to go over 2 days but they actually finished the entire job in a single day. Corey from the install crew was particularly helpful. After the job there were a couple minor issues remaining like a trim piece being short, and Corey came out about a week later to get everything perfect. So far everything is performing great and we're really happy with the quality of the doors and windows as well as the quality of the service we got from True View. I would highly recommend considering them for replacement windows and sliding glass doors.

This is an update to the previous review!
After the initial drama, we finally got to talk reasonably and my order was restarted. I was promised that the installation will happen within the estimated 2 weeks. The process went as promised and the screen doors were installed sooner than expected. Since my original dissatisfaction was with the process, I am comfortable rating their recovery with 5 stars. However, the product is a bit flimsy and I would rate it with 3 stars. The reason for that is the rubber part that comes on the back side of the sliding door. It separates from the door and prevents a smooth slide of the door. The door also does not slide straight ( leveled). All in all, it looks, feels, and operates a bit rough. I will be happy if it lasts 6 months.
This also might be due to the fact that I did not ask for quality but only the price. To be fair, I was not offered upgrades in any way. However, to be honest, even if I was offered an upgrade, I would not have gone for it ( i guess I did not know any better).
So, in summary, I would give these guys business again. Everyone does make mistake, and I was very impressed with the way True View handled it. I will, however, ensure to speak with them about the quality of installed product as well as price.

Another wonderful service experience with True View Windows & Glass.  The lock on our sliding glass door to our patio quit working and Adam came out to assess the problem.  He quickly knew what we needed, and at the same time recommended new rollers for the door.  (We thought it was just dirty!)  In a relatively short time Adam was back to make the necessary repairs and did a great job.  He showed us the old rollers and they indeed were really bad.  His advice was greatly appreciated and he's a great guy: professional, personable and knowledgeable.  Excellent!
    We have used True View several times in the past both for new windows and repairs to windows installed by others.  We have always found the company to be responsive and helpful, from the folks in the office to the employees who come to the house.  Phone calls are returned, communication is great, and they do what they say they will -- including the call 30 minutes before they arrive which I really appreciate.  I would recommend True View very strongly.

After being measured by this company's own technicians, the manufactured and delivered bug screens for our patio were mismatched-- there was a gap in the closure, they did not latch, and the manager stated the manufacturer has been subpar and the company was looking for a new supplier.  Subsequent customer service was negligible, and after being promised a full refund, to date, we have only received one-half of our total cost.   Calls are only are met with I can't explain how that happened, it's our accounting department's fault, and the check will be in the mail so expect it next week.  That has been weeks ago.  Yuk!

True View is a very difficult company to work with. I needed windows repaired on the house I was flipping. To date, the work is still not complete. So far they have come to the house seven times, the next visit will be eight. Plain and simple I need all the windows repaired for new a buyer. The closing was three weeks away, calling them they said it takes 7-10 days to order materials. The house closed on 4-10-2019. Each time I called and asked for assistance I got the same reply, it takes 7-10 days to order windows. Then I got an email stating the windows would be installed on April 4th, well when the technician came out it was only to measure a window. They want you to work within there policy and procedures; your needs and requests are secondary. Save yourself the grief and headaches go to another company.

WARNING DO NOT USE TRUE VIEW, THEY ARE CRIMINALS! 2 months later our frameless shower job is still not done...

We hired True View to do 4 bathrooms for us. The fist 3 went off without a hitch so we didn't hesitate to hire them for the 4th. WORST MISTAKE WE EVER MADE. 2 different service techs gave out to take our shower measurements and promised us a frameless shower as we ripped out our other shower because we did not line the framed enclosure. After a month when they came out to install the shower they realized the way they designed the shower was not correct and the piece of glass were not staying in place and bending into one another. They drilled multiple holes into a our brand new tile to put in a support bar hoping it would fix the issue. It did not so they came out to put in a bigger support bar. They drilled even more holes in our beautiful brand new tile to put in the bigger support bar only to determine that wasn't going to work. After speaking with their Tech he said the drawings were not done up properly and they should have mounted the door to the left wall in our bathroom to support the shower door (It's currently hanging off another piece of glass that's supported by the opposite wall). The service tech Matt said he didn't have the authority to redesign the glass because that would mean they would have to redo the entire shower so he send his manager Jeff out. Jeff immediately took no accountability for the issue that came up and said there is no way they came make this a frameless shower.

I've spoken with 2 service techs from True View saying that was absolutely not true and that Jeff simply didn't want to have to eat the cost of remaking the glass so he gave us too options, install a header or take the shower out. Since it had now been 2 months we agreed to have them install a header with the understanding that if we didn't like it they would come out take the shower out, repair our wall and refund out money.

Well, the liner got installed and we were not happy. It looks AWFUL. The shower is EXACTLY like the one we just ripped out!!! Why would we spend months redoing our entire bathroom just to get the exact same shower we just pulled out?? It makes zero sense. Now Jeff and the girl that works in the office Casandra are taking NO accountability for the issue. Are telling us they will not refund our money, remove the awful shower they installed, and then told us to repair the tiles THEY BROKE ourselves. They actually said on the phone JUST NOW if you have a problem with us report us to the contractors board association or sue us. So funny how kind, respectful, and great True View was BEFORE they had our money. Now that they have it they could care less! The owner Jamie was supposed to call us back days ago, do you think he ever called? Not at all. Instead we had to follow up with THEM before they for lack of a better term told us to take a hike and stuck us with a shower we did not want, are not happy with, and which they are taking no accountability for.

I've got 3 other companies lined up to do the job the EXACT way they want it FOR LESS than True View charged, go figure! Whatever you do DO NOT USE TRUE VIEW GLASS, they will be sweet as pie UNTIL something goes wrong to which at that point they will pass the buck until they don't have anyone else to pass it to. We are sick to our stomaches about how we were treated. I've never spent so much money with a company (literally tens of thousands of dollars now) to have them blow us off like this. Great service!!! We had a window break in our bedroom on a Saturday evening. I found this company online and texted them with the number they had listed for texting. Someone got back with me Monday morning and I was able to schedule the repair man the same day!! (I ended up scheduling for the following day, but repair on Monday was an option). To be honest I was too busy to bid out shower guys and went with True View based on yelp.  Being new to AZ we are finding it very difficult to find anyone to work on the house or the pool.  The ones we have, horrible.

However our experience with True was fantastic. They were very attentive, respectful and the custom door looks fantastic!  They even cleaned up after the install - something our other contractors fail to do.

I've had them do sun screens on two houses now, and so far so good in both cases and we're happy with the screens.  I believe they offer 80% or 90% darkness.  The 90% is pretty dark (but also obviously blocks more light).  Knowing what I know now, I would use these on windows that you don't plan to look out of much, but for view windows that still get a lot of sun I would go with 80% so you can see out more.

I called True View after my storm door glass shattered into a rain of shards due to a rock that got kicked up during mowing.  I called and scheduled an appointment.  The installer showed up on time, took the measurements, cleaned up some of the excess glass that I had missed.  The office took 50% down payment over the phone to order the glass, it was in their office 10 business days later, they showed up, installed and life is good again.  Simple, fast, responsive, on time, and services as promised.  It doesn't get easier than this!  Cross posted to Google.

I had True View give me a quote to repair a main picture window on the 3rd floor of a condo complex.  The service man was great and I received a quote of about $1700.00 which I thought was fair.  I received a call from Debbie with the quote and I she said I needed to give a 50% deposit to schedule to job.  In our conversation I told here I than I was  from out-of-town and I needed a repair date of a Friday or a Monday.  See call me back and said it was scheduled for a Friday August 25 between 7 and 8 am which worked for me so I gave her my $850.00 deposit, which was non-refundable.  Than I receive a call from the scheduling department stating the job was schedule for Thursday August 24 not Friday as I was told. I was told I had to take the Thursday and Debbie did not have the authority to schedule the job with out the scheduling department.  So I needed the window repaired for safety reasons so I hade to take the Thursday date.  So Thursday morning I receive a call from the scheduling department state that the bum truck was delivered to the wrong address and they could not doe the repairs.   I requested to talk to the manager and I did receive a call back and it was explained the problem and she stated that the truck would get to my location and job would be completed and it was later that day.
My advice it to  talk to scheduling department before you give any deposit because it is non-refundable.

My husband and I had a major glass crack on our kitchen/family room window.  We called for an estimate, which was very reasonable for a double pane window and within a week was installed.  The installers were courteous, prompt and effect.  They explained upon installation what made the glass cracked in the first place.  The house settled and shifted the framework and put pressure on the glass.  They made the appropriate modification to the frame so that this wouldn't occur again.  The phone staff was also very courteous and was willing to work with our schedule for installation.  

We were very pleased with this company and would highly recommend to anyone with any type of window/glass problems.

Hands down one of the best experiences working with these guys. It's not easy finding honest, reliable people who pride themselves on clean workmanship. Their sales department took the time to go through their products and listened to what fit MY needs, not what products lined their pockets. They were up front of estimated lead times and the expected install time frame. They made the process easy! Just remember, these guys are the real deal so don't expect Lowes type windows; these are custom made and professionally installed so be patient as it takes 4-6 weeks to get your beautiful windows. So the actual work this company provided was good, but communication left something to be desired. I called, made an appointment for a time to have someone come out and measure my windows. Then a week goes by with no word, so I called again. They said they needed a deposit. No problem at all,I paid the whole balance up front. Then I called again...they said they were waiting for the window to come in. Again not a horrible thing, but would it kill someone to keep me in the loop as to what was going on? Other than that it was good...

We just had to have a very large picture window replaced (70 x 60) because it cracked.  This company was extremely responsive.  Their quote was reasonable ($500 less than one quote and only $100 more than another), and we hired them because they said it would take 3 people and the other quotes said it would only take two.  They sent me a written quote the same day they came out to measure, so I could submit it to my insurance company.  We agreed that it would be best if 3 people did the install (high up, scaffolding and ladder required, etc.), and it definitely took 3 people to replace the glass in this window.  I will use them again, if needed.  I am very pleased with the outcome.

I had previously called another company to fix my kitchen window that cracked. I was given a quote and told it would take a week for them to get out to replace it. Toward the end of the week, I reached out a few times and didn't receive a response. Finally they stated they were having phone trouble and that I should try another, more local company. This company is absolutely horrible! Let me share my awful experience with Truview. We needed two new fiberglass windows. We ordered them through Truview and it took 8 weeks to arrive.Then install happened and they started ripping out our preexisting windows and realized they had measured wrong! They damaged our trim and seal when they had to put them back in due to their huge mistake. We were not impressed but against our better judgement decided to reorder  in the right size and we waited another 8 weeks. Well, 8 weeks rolls around and they make another giant mistake! They never reordered our windows due to the excuse of a glitch in the system. They tell us we must wait another 8 weeks... totaling 6 months! Please do not go with this company. They have proven to be completely incompetent and have zero respect for their customers. They refused to offer a rush on the order and they refused to give any reasonable discount! They damaged our home and wasted our time!

We had 3 Invisible Screen Doors installed.  All were great and look fantastic!  The front door however is truly special.  It is an oversized double door.  The frame of door was built extremely crooked.  I also special ordered the framing material to match the wood on my door which is a knotty alderwood.   The installers did a fantastic job of installing the screen door and the frame matches my doors exactly!! When the screen is open, you can't even tell I have a screen door.  These guys are the best.   I highly recommend True View Windows. They were real professionals all the way.  (I posted 3 photos to show how well they matched the door.)

I received a quote from Stephanie to install a replacement outside window trim on my home. I was told by Stephanie that, if during the installation, the technician broke the glass, I would be responsible for it. I thought to myself that if you do not have technicians who are competent enough to install a simple window trim with a few screws without breaking the glass..at my expense..I should look elsewhere. I received a follow up email and explained my reasoning for not selecting them and did not hear back until I received a phone call today. I once again explained this to Stephanie and she became highly agitated. She said that if the technician breaks the glass in the process of an installation, they are not accountable...REALLY? I asked Stephanie to place herself in my position and asked how she would feel. She would not reply...instead she sarcastically said..If you'd like us to remove the quote from our system I would be happy to do so and you have a good day. I wished her the same.

Could you see yourself having a repair done by them, they break the glass and then tell you that it is not their responsibility?

True View Glass is horrible to work with - We have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past 2-3 years and we will not use them again - We had a major delay in our remodeling project which we never expected - The only person that was nice and accommodating was Nicole and too bad she left over two years - The staff they have in place of Nicole are incompetent and immoral - The rest of the people within this company lack customer service skills and they could care less about their clients - I used to refer them at one point - But will never refer them again - Treating your customer's wrong is going to weigh heavily on True View losing business, no doubt - People will talk more about their bad experiences than their good ones - Secondly, check your invoice because they cannot use a calculator and attempted to overcharge us by simply not adding the items up correctly - Do you think the staff at True View checks their figures for accuracy? I wonder whether they do that purposely in the event the customers never catch their mistakes - My suggestion is go somewhere else for your glass and window needs.

Another problem!  Chatted online requesting warranty coverage for my retractable screen door mesh that isn't tight enough so it's wavy when open.  They said the warranty didn't cover a person or animal going through it or damage from high winds.  I told them none of that happened and the perfectly good mesh shows I didn't damage it.

They said their LIFETIME limited warranty doesn't cover this even though it's due to the construction of their product.  They quoted me $195.00 to have it fixed or $49.00 for me to pay for them to look at their product problem.  I said I wouldn't pay to have them come out and they again threatened me by saying if I had someone else fix it the LIFETIME limited warranty would be voided.

UNBELIEVABLE!  This company does NOT stand behind their products in any way, warranty or not!

I could not be any happier with True View. Will not hesitate to call them for any other glass needs. I have a sliding glass patio door that has been a nightmare for years. It repeatedly came off track and was almost impossible to open or close. Many people had the answer but it was only True View who solved the problem! They came out and measured and gave me an estimate very quickly after my request. The installer was professional and efficient. They have responded when I had a couple of very minor problems. They stand behind their work. This is a professional, experienced company.

We purchased a home a few months ago that needed 10 dual pane panels replaced.  True View completed an inspection and replaced the glass.  There was one window that the glass didn't fit correctly but they reordered and that work was completed.  We were very happy with their work and in fact just had two beautiful new sliding glass doors installed.  Everyone I've dealt with has been very responsive to my calls and questions.  The men that completed the installations were friendly and quick!

These people are amazing.  Melita in the office started us out with getting us in before closing on the sale of my house, and Carl came as scheduled with a call first.  We called about one of the 5 feet tall windows in the master bedroom was hard to close and the buyer wanted it fixed.  Carl opened and closed it a number of times and said that since it was such a tall window, and dual pane, it is just very heavy, but opening properly and locking well.  He cleaned out the track and adjusted the rollers but said it was OK.  That was great, since most contractors we called about issues seemed to be all about finding something wrong.  Then on top of it all, they did not charge us for the call.  How often has that ever happened to you?  Omigosh.  Honest, fast, efficient work. I will definitely call again.

I had a negative customer service experience in dealing with True View Windows & Glass. A small component (locking-latch) on my sliding glass door that True View installed for me a few years ago broke.
First issue: When contacting True View, they directed me to the manufacturer, even though I have no relationship with the manufacturer, and set manufacturer has been purchased by another company. Upon calling the manufacturer, they referred me back to True View as they were the company I bought the product from. True View opened a warranty claim, and referred me back to manufacturer. Manufacturer referred me back to True View. Back and forth, fun...

Second issue: While the part (and labor) is covered via Warranty, True View neglected to tell me that it would be 3+ weeks for a repair. True View blamed the manufacturer of the door for this delay, even though True View boasts a 24-hour service on their website.

Third issue: When asking True View to have their technicians perform the repair themselves, and me saying that it was a security issue for me to be unable to lock my door, they said that I would have to wait for the manufacturer. I asked them to fix by a set date as a final deadline, and if they did not, that I would be sharing my frustrations. I also asked to speak to the owner or manager, and the agent took my name/phone, but I never got a call back. Instead, I got an email from someone telling me to not threaten me, my co-workers or this company with what you will do if you don't get your way in the time frame that you feel is reasonable NOTE: I never threatened anyone, I simply wanted to give True View a chance to resolve an EASY customer service issue, and probably a 10 min repair job. Instead, they turned around and made me feel like I was to blame for True View's lack of service.

I originally bought from True View, at a higher cost, based on the service that I expected to get. Instead, I got no service, I simply got the run-around, and a 3+ week delayed service (from a 3rd party) for a simple repair job. Be aware before you buy.

I am please to report that after filing a complaint with the Contractor's Board and the inspector's visit, True View agreed to reimbursed us $370 for the cost of the drywall work to close the 5/8 gap around the windows.

It is a shame that escalation was necessary.  It is a bigger shame that we were unable to count on their professionalism to solve a problem that they created.

Of note: The windows will remain installed on the front side of the house.  The rest of the windows in the house will have to come from another vendor.

I got new windows about a year ago. I really enjoyed working with this company. They were timely, gave a great quote and the windows arrived earlier than their estimated time. They were installed in one day and look great. And I've notice a great decrease to my electricity bill now that I have dual pained windows. I waited a year to make sure there were no issues that came up, but I can say that I probably love them even more now. I will be getting the remaining windows replaced soon, as I only had the bedrooms replaced originally.

They get 2 stars instead of 1 for being the lowest quote I received. You get what you pay for! I had problem after problem with True View when replacing all of the windows and sliding doors on my newly purchased house. They left broken glass all over the yard. They did such a bad job on install that they had to send a crew out to re-do some of the work. The biggest issue is that they did not even come close to the timeline relayed to me by the sales guy. I was told by sales that the windows would be installed before Christmas. I approved the purchase order on November 29th. (Thank goodness I pay attention. The first purchase order they wanted me to agree to was completely wrong.) They didn't even start the install until mid January and it was February 20th by the time the job was finally completed to a respectable standard. Because the windows ended up being installed in 2017 instead of 2016, I was unable to claim the now expired tax credit.

Maybe there was just one bad apple?  I had a great experience with True View.  The phone customer service, follow-up, follow-through and on-the-spot estimates within just a few minutes of calling.  

The person showed up on time to measure, was friendly and quick (must not have been Troy!) The installation went smooth.  The price was good.  Easy does it for us.  My only disappointment was that I wished they had color selections to view on their website or in-person.

We had a pretty large crack in our dining room window so we called True View. I gave them the measurements of the glass that was damaged and they gave me a rough estimate over the phone. The next day they sent their tech over to measure and give me an exact cost for repair. He was very polite and answered all of my questions and explained the replacement process. We went ahead and ordered the replacement glass and within a week it was in and they came out and replaced it. It looks flawless. Same tech came and installed very quickly and cleaned up any mess from the work. Hope we never need to replace glass again but if we do we wont hesitate to call True View again. A+

I contacted Chad for a quote on replacing all our home's original single-pane windows and glass slider. Chad was very quick to respond and scheduled an onsite visit for measurements. He provided us quote with a few different options of brands & styles and answered all our questions around their differences. The office team was also very nice and scheduled us with Mario for installation. Mario was great and worked meticulously to ensure everything was installed properly. Without the proper installation of the window/slider, you will not reap the benefits of their energy savings. The windows and slider look amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Great staff and great price.

I had a glass pane replaced on my sliding glass door.  I spoke with the office twice to give measurements and get a quote.  Each time the quote was $760.  This was on the low end compared to other quotes I had received so I went with them.   The work was fine as far as I can tell.  They did leave quite a bit of broken glass around but not a big deal as I am sure there was quite a mess when they shattered it.  

The problem was that when I reviewed my cc statement I noticed they charged $950.  This was on the high end of quotes I received and very different than what we discussed.  When I called to point out the discrepancy they advised me that they had emailed me a quote after the measurement.  They did and it showed the increased cost.  I was disappointed that such a large variance was not pointed out when I gave them my payment info over the phone.  I was busy focusing on my business and didn't have time to stop and pull up the email  Shame on me for not stopping and checking my email and verifying that everything was the same as we discussed multiple times but a $200 discrepancy is something I would have thought would be pointed out or mentioned.  At this price I would not have chosen True View.  My recommendation is that the work is fine but be aware of anything being discussed verbally and make sure to confirm everything in writing. Sadly this is just a necessity when doing business these days.

I had True View Windows & Glass replace a failed window and install a shower door which was not a problem.  I called back to have another window replaced.  I could hear the dispatcher call to explain to the person on the ground which window needed to be measured on the outside and his responses were very sarcastic.  I stated I would be at my residence in 10 minutes and called my husband who was within the area and he headed towards the residence.  He was there in two minutes.  The measure had already departed.  I called back to True View Windows and requested to speak to a manager.  The dispatcher stated she already called his manager and informed her of his behavior over the radio.  I requested the measurer to return so he could get an exact measurement from the inside (as was done before) and I heard him over the radio stating why would I do that? I told the dispatcher I no longer wanted to do business and she laughed and said it's ok.  The measurer returned, I guess after the dispatcher made him, and my husband answered the door and stated to my  husband guess your wife had a misunderstanding and chuckled. My husband stated we no longer want your business.  The experience wasted time and the companies personnel were unprofessional.  With so many businesses, why waste your time on why would I do that?

We live in a world of person-to-person communication in the form of reviews of services.  So I feel this review will help someone somewhere soon.

Yesterday I was maintaining the back grass area at my house -- bought a new weed-eater to do the job well.  It picked up a rock and hurled it into my sliding glass door opening to the patio.  One loud explosion and glass shards were everywhere in all directions.  I quickly contacted my maintenance company and they recommended True View -- I discovered their main office was nearby my location, and a I went to the office and arranged an almost immediate replacement appointment for the next morning, and Greg came out to assess the situation -- the glass needed was not standard, and he had to make a trip back to the warehouse for the correct glass -- then returned to find that re-fitting the door was a real challenge, but he was done with the job within an hour.  Thanks for the expertise and the promptness -- I am a Registered Piano Technician who is also in the service business, and I was glad to see such competent professionalism bya much needed service company.

Called to make an appointment for both glass repair and a quote on a replacement window on Friday, and the estimator called me to setup an appointment Monday evening.  

I was impressed because I got an email from them stating I had a window coordinator and reiterating who the estimator would be, including contact numbers.

Monday comes, and no one shows up.  No calls to indicate why.  I called them half an hour after the appointment just to find out if traffic was delaying him (although I had just driven 30 miles in traffic to make the appt time), but still no call.  No follow ups the next day or any kind of explanation

Thoroughly disappointed as this company seemed promising.  Maybe they are good when they show, but doubt I will ever give them the chance to find out now after the lousy service.

We were purchasing an investment property that had a cracked sliding glass door. The bank would not fund our loan until the crack was repaired so we were in a pinch to get the glass replaced within a few days in order to close escrow on time. I called 4 different companies and of the 3 that got back to me, I truly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness each time I called (maybe 3 times). True View was able to go out within 48 hours and replaced the glass quickly and as promised. They also had a competitive bid. One of our bid was nearly twice True View's.  Bobby was a great communicator and seemed to have sympathy for our particular situation. I could not be more appreciative and am so happy we decided to go with them.  When it comes time to change out the 35+ year old windows we know who to call.

First of all the installed product is great, no complaints and just as advertised. We had a rather large seamless shower enclosure needing new glass and we are very happy with the end results.

My complaints deal with scheduling and customer relations. When they came to measure they showed on time, but forgot to place the order after measuring. I had to call back and make sure the order was placed. Upon investigation it turned out the installer forgot to place the order. The glass was ordered a day late. We are on a tight schedule to have things ready for out of state visitors. Now for the real kicker. The morning of the install we had to call them after they were a no-show. After several calls between my wife and I, they stated that I called up that morning and cancelled the install. ME... I called them back and they said that I in fact called and cancelled. I told them it was impossible for me to have done that. The scheduler argued with me when I finally told him it's not my problem and how was he going to fix it. He said they could come back in a week, and once again I said that's not good enough. Finally they rescheduled with a 3 day delay. They did show up on the re-scheduled date and did an excellent job.

We had our sliding glass door broken and we needed emergency repairs especially with 2 toddlers in the house. Talked with Gina and she set us up for the same day emergency repair she  and was so nice and pleasant and told us the tech would be out by 7pm (the glass got broke at 3pm). Got a call from the tech Greg letting me know he was heading out of the shop but just gave me a heads up that he would be fighting rush hour traffic but he would try to be here by 7. I got a call about 6:40 and it was Greg just letting me know he was still in traffic but he would be here shortly.  I was just very impressed that he would call to give updates. It seems like most places give you a 4 hour window and the tech will show up late or not at all and will just leave you hanging but definitely not the case here. Greg was a delight to work with and he had a great sense of humor (you can learn a lot from YouTube videos). From start to finish this company was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend them for any of your glass repair needs. Thank you for the great service!

Very unorganized.  I had received multiple quotes and conflicting information regarding not only price, but time frame to have glass made and installed.   I will never use or refer anyone to this company.  Great customer service, poor execution.

A few weeks back I had to smash my window in my house because I locked my keys in my car.(this was a tuesday)  If it wasn't for the fact that I had to make a flight within an hour I would have called a locksmith.  Long story short, I made arrangements with several companies to come and do a estimate for window replacement.  They all informed me that there would be a 3-5 day wait for the window replacement.  I called True View Windows and they informed me that I would have same day service to include glass replacement.  WOW!  I canceled all the other companies that were scheduled come out.  
The next day (wed) I had a technician come to my house to measure the window, he informed me that it would have to be custom made.  So, obviously same day service was NOT an option. He told me 3-5 days.  While he was there I had him measure my windows for screens, I thought I was going to have it done anyways, why not kill two birds with one stone.  Jeff, the technician was very professional and friendly.  He measure all my windows and gave me samples of screening to play with.  We were talking about the 80% and 90% screens.  He informed me there would be no difference in the price if I chose either.  So, he did the measurements same day.  Again he was very professional and friendly.  
The next day (Thursday) I got a call from TRUE VIEW.  Got the time frame (3-5) business days for windows and an estimate for screens.  Screens were really highly priced 3 little block windows 1212 (approx 1 sq ft each)  were going to be over $350.  In addition to that they told me there was a difference in the price for 80% to 90%.  
I called on friday to get an idea of when my window was going to be ready.  When I called the woman told me 7-10 business days.  I had already left a deposit with the initial order.  I couldn't believe it.  I was hoping that window would be ready for installation for the following TUE- WED, I had cleared those two days.What happned to 3-5 business days? Well, those days weren't an option either.  Friday was the only day it could be done.  I told them I had a 5pm flight to catch on friday and if I could have an early morning appt.  They said it wasn't possible because the TECH has another apt that day.  Do they only have 1 technician?   My suggestion is get estimates and use another company.  As much as I appreciate great, friendly customer service, great service doesn't make up for my financial loss (rearranging schedule) or frustration

I learned of this company through an advertisement on ToFixIt. Having always received great referrals from Angie's List I believed I would get a similar quality of contractor that I had experienced with Angie's List. So, on 2/27/2015 I called the company (True View Windows in Phoenix) and asked for a quote to remove a vanity mirror in a bathroom - 4' x 8' from the wall. This is a job which takes between 30 - 60 minutes by a professional. The telephone quote I receive was $395.00--they apparently calculate their price by the square inch of the mirror. I told the receptionist I thought that was very high and that I would like to speak with the owner as there was probably a mistake in their pricing. I was told the owner was out of town and couldn't be reached. Then I asked to speak with a Supervisor--of course none was available and I asked for a return phone call--one week later--still no response. Of course, any company can charge what they want but every company should at the very least return phone calls they commit to make.  I gave them one star because there is nothing lower.

True View has replaced most of the windows in my home.  I first had them replace windows on the North & East sides.  They did such a great job, I later had them replace the West & South side windows as well.  The crew arrived on time, were very professional, completed the jobs and cleaned up after the work had been completed (even picking up small pieces of dried putty that had fallen from the old windows.  Some time later, I thought I had an issue with one of the windows.  They sent a gentleman here to check it out.  It wasn't the window, but my lack of knowledge.  The gentleman educated me in a very professional manner.  If I ever have a broken or cracked window, this is the ONLY company I would call.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs window replacement or repair.

Movers had recently broken the glass top on my coffee table.  I kept putting off purchasing the replacement - why rush?  Before I knew it, I had a dinner party scheduled for the end of the week and I was staring at a gaping hole where the glass top should have been.  

True View to the rescue!!  Within 2 days (... yes, 2 days!) True View had placed the order, measured/cut the glass, and it had ready for pick up!  Even better - they did it with a smile and friendly customer service.  Everything was smooth, from the ordering process to the pickup.  I'm very happy that my coffee table has a new glass top - but even happier that I found such a great, local company!

Oh... and the party pulled off perfectly!

I called the company & the manger himself came out immediately diagnosed the problem & apologized profusely. It's an understatement to say he was not very happy with his employee, maybe even ex-employee. The job was done by the manager personally & satisfaction was guaranteed. Window has never leaked again. They also followed up to make sure all was perfect. Highly recommend this company who has excellent management that puts their customers 1st & expects their employees to do the same.

I had True View replace a large master bedroom window. After several quotes from other companies, I was referred to True View from a contractor that does mostly large businesses, and said he likes True View best for any residential work he had. I was so pleased with ever interaction I had with them.  True View was by far the lowest price and best product. The correspondence with the company was always easy and I received almost immediate response.   The initial quote was for a window that would not work, however they honored their price. The installation was done quick, however after a day the caulking looked warn and very cracked. I emailed True View and they sent out a crew this morning to fix it. They had a bad batch of caulk and apologized. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. The customer service was really fantastic.

So far taking four times to fix patio door that they just put new rollers on an had to cut a little off the top. Would not recommend these people unless you want to keep calling them back .

I am pleased to say that we have worked out any problems that existed with True  View windows and glass. Every company has that one account that just goes sour from the beginning, but it is how each company handles that problem that makes the difference between longevity and a short-term company. The owner of the company, Jamie, went out of his way to call me and work things out personally to my satisfaction, and that took a lot of fortitude on his part.

I  respect his decision and professionalism in resolving our differences. Over the last year we have come to trust each other and I have not only used True View Windows and Glass several times, but have recommended them to my contacts here in the area. These are honest people who care greatly about the company,the quality of work that they do, and customer service. They are prompt, considerate, professional, and reasonably priced and I would recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area.  They will be doing my new front doors in the near future.

I started a re-model job several months ago and just completed it due to some unfavorable companies that I dealt with. First delivery of a couple of windows and screens, produced a install that broke the window. The replacement window was delivered with a scratch that was covered up by a sticker. The third attempt was successful. Most of the problem I had was with the scheduling people who repeatedly set me up for 4-6pm on Friday afternoons. If they arrived at 6pm that would be at least 7pm or after for completion). I kept telling her each time that that was unacceptable as that was MY time. I finally found out that she was attempting to schedule me for late Fridays because their business is in the east valley and would like to have the installer end his days in the west valley and closer to home. I finally had to call the General Manager who made things happen according to the CUSTOMER'S wishes.

This company is ran so poorly, I would not recommend them to anyone. I arranged to have my fathers sliding glass door repaired and made specific arrangements that I would be paying for it, I did not want my father to know about it and thus he would be surprised after the work knowing it was already taken care of. I spoke with Christa to make these arrangements and provided her my CC to be placed on file. When the tech's came out to the house, they took payment from my father!!! I called Christa back to question why my arrangement was not followed, she only had the answer that when the paperwork came in she would call me to sort it out. 2 weeks later I had to call back to find out what was going on, she acted like she had no clue of our arrangement and further told me that if the job was scheduled on the same day, the paperwork goes to the accounting office, yet she was able to pull it up and confirm in fact that they did charge my fathers CC. I questioned in in detail on how they could make such a mistake, she soft spoken glazed over the issue, I asked for her supervisor and spoke with Selena. To my surprised, she acted like it was no big deal, did not apologize, said Christa was New. I asked how do they train their people, this is basic customer service. She quickly went to, we can credit your father's CC and I can get your CC, NOT!!! I was not going to provide this info in fears of they delinquent handling of the whole episode, they likely would have charged my CC and not got my fathers CC credited back. I then had to tell them to send the tech back out because the install cap was rising up 6 inches from the back of the door when the door was closed, even the initial install job of new wheels and cap cover was not done to satisfactory. This company is a joke and if they are going to treat a New Customer this way, PLEASE STAY AWAY, there are several other companies in the valley that will earn your trust and business.

The sales team and pricing were great, they always showed up on time and were very thorough and responsive with my questions. The lead time from when I ordered the windows to installation was minimal and just as they estimated. Unfortunately we just did not have a great experience with the installation. They cut the hardwires of our alarm system in the process of removing the windows, as opposed to just taking the extra 30 seconds to  remove the pads attached to the window frames. As a result we had to have the entire house rewired at the cost of $600. True View's response was to tell me that we were responsible for dealing with the alarm beforehand and that it was noted on the second page of the contract (which, for whatever reason, I never received a copy of after I signed, so never had a good chance to sit and read it thoroughly). I see their point and understand that it's probably something I should have thought to prepare for beforehand, but I just find it inexcusable that the installers never questioned it and hastily cut through wires to what was clearly a functioning system without asking me first, when I was there in the house. I also would have appreciated someone mentioning it to me during one of the earlier sales or measuring visits to my home, when I would have had weeks to prepare. On top of that, I was told during the measurement visit that the installers would be bringing insulating spray foam to fill in a nearly 4 gap that would be left around a patio door replacement. When I asked the installation crew, they said they didn't have it with them, and in fact never carried it on their truck as standard practice. So I had to drop everything and quickly run out to buy some myself before they left. I just expected a higher level of service and care from True View, and unfortunately I don't think I'll go back to them for the rest of my window replacement project.
