Established in 2017.
Discount Window and Door's principals have been building and remodeling homes for decades. Kris, the installer, has been installing windows and doors for Sears and Home Depot for many years. All of this experience and knowledge will be put to good use to upgrade your home.

Craig has been involved with residential construction here in the Valley for over 25 years. His business partner Kris has been installing windows and doors for about the same time for Sears and Home Depot. I would highly recommend Vision window and doors. I contacted this company and Craig, one the owners responded in a timely manner. Craig came over the same week, measured my windows, presented me the window type and brand in which they sell and had an estimate to me within a day. Craig did not rush me or present me with a hard sell. I was able to do my research. Loved that these were American made windows and that this was a small company.

I had looked at several companies, Vision windows and doors met all my requirements. For the quality of this window the price was very reasonable and fair based on my research.

Chris who installs the windows was nice enough to explain to me how the install works. I had lots of questions and Chris was very patient with me. He and his team did a wonderful job with the install. I especially loved that they employ a female installer who was awesome at her job.
We have had our windows a few weeks and it's amazing how quite it is now.... And I don't feel the cool air coming off the windows like I use too.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs windows.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They were the 6th company I called (I never get that many quotes for a job) because I just couldn't get on board with the other companies. Thank goodness I didn't give up and tried one last company. They're extremely responsive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable and offer great prices for their products, definitely not inflated like several of the other companies I talked to and the doors were ready to install in less than 4 weeks after ordering. They are not hard sellers but will any questions you have and offer advice if needed. They replaced 2 sets of very old French doors (one set included a sidelight) in my condo and I could not be happier. They also replaced door sweeps and weatherstripping on two other doors as well as fixed a sticky patio door just because Craig noticed it sticking as he opened it. Kris also left the place as clean as when he came. Craig and Kris are just genuinely nice people with fair prices, incredibly hard workers, and are very meticulous in what they do. I will go to them for all of my future door and window needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors. You will not regret it!

I'm so glad we went with Vision Windows & Doors for our new sliding glass patio door. Our old door was ready to be replaced, and I had reached out to three different companies for estimates. Vision Windows & Doors had the best quality door at the best price. They were friendly and very easy to work with. There still are waiting times for products, due to manufacturing issues, but we were patient, and the door came in right when the company said it would. We were pleased with the whole process. Gibe 'em a try if you're in need of a new door!

This company is amazing!! These guys really know what they are doing. Quick to answer and schedule a quote, as well as being very prompt in replies. They gave me a fair price too! The 2 double door installation they did on my home turned out beautiful and I could not expect any better. They installed both doors in 2 days back to back which was wonderful for me. I also had noticed there was a small gap in the weatherstripping and they were happy to come out and get it fixed up. All in all this is a great company with incredible people who can really get the job done. Huge shoutout to Paul who single handedly did both doors and came to fix them up. Such a kind man with great conversation and humor. Thank you Paul and Vision Doors for leaving me an exceptionally satisfied customer.

If you live in AZ you know how brutal the sun can be...the previous owner did nothing to protect an exterior door that is in direct sunlight all day. I called several replacement companies and Craig was by far the most knowledgeable. Took time to thoroughly explain options and provided our quote.
Our security screen door needed to be removed for the installation and then replaced. We had the door, jamb and frame replaced. Install took a few hours longer than thought due to the removing and replacing of the screen door but I was charged only what was quoted.
From the time we met until after the installation Craig was outstanding !!
Would highly recommend Craig for any job !!

Craig Hyatt visited my house last Thursday. Before he came out, he was informed that I was looking to replace several windows. He measured my windows and told me he would e-mail an estimate the next day. By Sunday, when I had not heard from him, I sent an email asking about my quote.
His reply thank you for your time yesterday. I am sorry, but due to some recent, unforeseen circumstances we are not able to help you with your window project. I wish you the best.

You might want to try Eddie Flores at Panoramic Window, 602-292-1098. They specialize in aluminum windows. I apologize again.

I did not understand his reasoning so I shot him an e-mail stating, simply, i don't understand. His reply I am very sorry, but we won't be able to help you with your project. Thank you. Well, that explains everything- NOT!
Don't waste your time, like I did, with this company. At the very least, a plausible explanation would have shown some integrity. My time is valuable, too. If you're looking for windows - skip this place! They deserve zero stars for customer service.

Before contacting Craig we had Home Depot come measure to replace the glass. They were unable to get a correct measurement, guessed the size, and estimate 4 weeks for delivered. Tired of the process I contacted Craig. He was fast to respond, gave us straight forward pricing, and everything installed in about a week. We're very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and we love our doors! We got a quote for double entry doors and security doors as well, checked a few other places and the quote was comparable to the others so decided to go with Vision. So glad we did! Every part of the process was excellent. From the estimate to the finished work. Another outfit came in a couple hundred less on their quote, but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

I got a recommendation to call Discount windows and Doors about an 8'x8' sliding glass door replacement. I am having trouble when it is wind driven rain and somehow water is seeping inside around the ends of the door.
Craig came out and easily could have said that I need to replace it. Instead he examined and attempted to seal all of the places that the water could get in. When it is dry, I will have to test it to see if it works but most importantly he listened and tried to help solve my problem. If it works... I am very happy. If not.. I will be asking Craig for a replacement door.
I am very pleased to find someone with integrity to work with. .

I needed to update our arched windows and wanted to make sure we hired the right person to do the job. Craig came out for the est and was very knowledgeable about the process of changing the arches. He is super professional and on time. His prices are reasonable for the scope of work and the quality of the window excellent! Even better than I thought I was going to get!
His team showed up at 8am and worked all day. They are professional, clean and hard working. It was nice to have a crew that I felt comfortable with coming in and out of my home. Highly recommend!!

I used Discount windows and doors on a recent fix & flip project. My numbers were tight and was thrilled with the pricing I got for the windows and 3 sliders I purchased. The service was excellent! Even with a slight issue of a damaged window frame, I would definitely call them again to bid on the next project. The damage on the window was replaced as soon as I pointed it out. If you need windows, def give them a call.

I used Discount Window & Door to replace one sliding glass door and two windows. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Craig, Kris, and the rest of their team. First and foremost, they're just good people - very down to earth, honest, and pleasant to deal with. Nice, wholesome, family men. Craig is very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of the windows is very high. Mostly, though, they stand behind their work and won't consider the job done until you're satisfied. There was an issue with the sliding glass door and one of the windows. Craig got replacements ordered and they were installed about a month after the original install date. So far, everything looks and works great. If I ever replace any more of my windows, these guys are the first ones I'll call.

This company did an fantastic job for me. They were everything you could want in a window company! They installed Milgard windows-made locally-on time and on budget. I would never pay the upcharge for that other window name! Trust these guys, you will not be disappointed!

We had a garage side door replaced and Craig did an amazing job. He took the time to ensure that the door was absolutely as tight as it could be. As mentioned in other reviews, he truly pays attention to the details. It wasn't a huge job - but, we could not have been more satisfied. We would work with Discount Window and Door again without hesitation...true professionals!
