Peak Window & Door Screen Service

Edit: I own up, the below message is a mistake on my behalf. A quote was sent to me nearly 2 weeks ago. Peak Windows reached out to me again after my negative review, and very kindly handled the situation politely (and re-sent their quote). THANK YOU for your quick communication! I'm sorry for my mistake and previous bad review.

Disregard my prior review:
Asked for a quote via email so that I could bill the insurance company from a delivery gone wrong.
They replied to my Yelp message, but ceased all communication after the initial response.
Not sure what happened, but it appears you will have poor communication through this company. Good luck!

This is the second time I've hired Peak Windows and they are 2 for 2 for excellent service at a fair price. Ralph was prompt and did very nice work on our sliding screen doors.  They are working like new and we could not be happier.  Quick, high-quality workmanship and a reasonable price--doesn't get any better than that!  Thank you.

I contacted 6 companies for a project and only Peak Window & Door Screen Service were willing to take on the project. They were very courteous, responsive, reliable, and professional with their quality of work. Will absolutely hire them again for these types of projects moving forward. A+!

I had 11 screens rescreened.  Three of them were fine but 8 did not fit the windows even though they used the original frames. I called and asked them to come fix the problem.  They made another appointment but never showed up. I called again and once again they did not respond.  Be careful, if they goof up, they do not correct it.  I will have to hire someone to come fix this problem.

We badly needed new sliding screen doors. Emailed Peak Windo & Door on Monday, they responded with a quote almost immediately. Three days later Tye shows up, builds the doors on site and within an hour we've got 2 new beautiful screen doors. I'd highly recommend their service.

after two attempts to replace a large window screen myself I called Peak and made an appointment.  Tye was on time, friendly and courteous, and got the job done in no time.  Highly recommend!

I called on Wednesday and Tye was able to come out on Friday to our Mesa, AZ home.   He called about an hour before he was to arrive at his scheduled time to let me know he was on his way.  Tye has the nicest set-up.  He is   attentive to the details and getting the job done right.   Felt very comfortable having Tye in my home.  Very pleased with his work and would recommend Tye and his company.
