Slider Door Guru repaired both my sliding glass door and my screen. My sliding glass door was a struggle to open due to old rollers that needed to be replaced. It now opens easily and smoothly! The screen was one that rolled up into a column attached to the door, and was so old that the screen gapped at both the top and the bottom, thus presenting a risk for flying insects to get into the house. Michael replaced the screen with a heavy duty locking screen and it's perfect. The repairs were quick and communication was excellent! I highly recommend Slider Door Guru.

Our very heavy sliding glass door was exceptionally hard to open. Mike was recommended by a competitor. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time. He put on new heavy duty rollers and made the additional necessary repairs. I highly recommend him.

Michael is indeed a guru.  Have a VERY old slider.  He replaced the screen and wheels on the glass.  Works with one finger!  Prompt, efficient and all around great experience.

I couldn't be happier with this company. They were super responsive, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled. I have an ancient (1957) steel Arcadia door that I'm not sure has ever had the rollers replaced - at least not in the last 25 years.  They just replaced the rollers and retrofit a new handle for me because the lock on my old one was worn out. The door now opens with one finger. I am amazed and inordinately excited about it (after having to lift the door two-handed to open and close it for the last couple of years), and it cost a 10th or a 15th of what it would cost to replace the door.  Not too many companies will work on the steel doors anymore, but Slider Door Guru does and they do a fantastic job. I am thrilled.

Michael was wonderful. Scheduled him out to replace wheels on a glass sliding door. We ended up having him do 2 sliding doors with wheel replacement snd found out he could also rescreen the sliding screens.  Then We thought to mention our broken latch on the front screen door and he new just what to do.
He did all those repairs and In a fast efficient way.  
Cleaned up after himself and was very friendly.  
We also ended up ordering 3 window screens for winter when I don't want the dark sun screens on.
I can't tell you how nice it is to have it all done within a few hours with one company. Everything looks and works great. Michael was wonderful and has pride in his work and his business. I would highly recommend!!!

Michael went above and beyond to make sure we had a new set of rollers and track quickly and were able to accommodate us within a week of us calling while the other four companies were at least 2-3 weeks out. He and the gentleman that assisted him were polite, wore masks, answered all our questions, were experienced, and were very friendly which we appreciate.

In order to understand my review, you must first understand me.  I am meticulous with details and am a perfectionist by nature.  I don't usually expect providers to be the same way but Michael at Slider Door Guru is!  Let me explain.  

Initially, my sliding door took: the might of Hercules, the will of the little train that could, and the courage of a firefighter, to open.  Over the years, the track had become seriously worn; as a result, we just expected to have to buy and replace the whole door and screen with a completely new one.  My whole family HATED having to open it because of the effort it took to get it open.  We knew we needed an expert to help us.  Luckily, we stumbled upon Slider Door Guru!  Michael assured me that a replacement wasn't necessary and that he could fix ours.  After wrestling with the stubborn slider for several months, I had my doubts!  Nevertheless, I had faith and Michael got to work on the repair.  

Michael, diligently worked to make the track and rollers right again.  First, he started with a standard track and replaced the rollers but he was not happy with doing a minimal job with average results.  He quickly realized he needed a heavy duty track replacement to do the job effectively.  He did just that and charged the same amount.  His attention to detail is impressive.  He fine-tuned the slider, ordered and installed a new screen, and always communicated the process with me. Now, the sliding glass door and screen work beautifully.  Gone are the days of nearly getting a hernia trying to open the door!  No longer do we have to pray to God for strength before we attempt to slide our door open.  

If your sliding door is giving you issues, call Sliding Door Guru to help you out.  However, my suggestion comes with a few caveats.  Only call Michael if you expect and appreciate:  Professional service, awesome communication, attention to detail, honesty, and fair pricing.  If you don't like these things, go elsewhere.

Came and measured windows before we ordered and then worked with me when window company gave us warped windows . He graciously came back to finish job and his customer service was excellent.

I have an older home and was worried that the windows were put in incorrectly by the previous owner. Slider door guru came to my home and inspected the windows thoroughly for defects. After determining that my windows were actually good quality and installed correctly, they gave me tips on how to maintain them. This was all done as a courtesy.

These guys were great. Fast response time and the guy doing the work was like a nascar pit stop for sliding doors. He changed the wheels out on our slider and got the screen door tuned up in 15 mins. I highly recommend these guys. Great service.

HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Do it now, they are excellent. I had a fairly commonplace problem with my sliding glass door; bumpy, hard to open, if you greased it up it would last maybe 2 days and then go back to needing the strength of Dwayne The Rock Johnson to open up again. I had enough and researched (YouTube) how I could fix this problem myself, considered getting a whole new door, then I thought I'd look into simply getting it repaired. Boy am I glad I did that.
