I called 5+ places, not only was he the most polite but the most knowledgeable. I needed my street bike rekeyed because someone had lost the last set I had. I had to have the locks changed on multiple entry doors of my rental property.  I selected Collins Locksmith Inc. from positive reviews I saw online.  I too, had a very positive experience with John Collins services, not once, but twice.  On the second occasion, John made the effort to adjust his busy schedule to help me in a last minute urgent situation.  He also honored a special rate for me that he had ran with Angie's List, and gave me additional advice about homeowner security.  Additionally, I live out of state and he promptly mailed me the new key to my property.  Collins Locksmith Inc. is very professional, responsive and trustworthy.  This is my "go to" locksmith for all my future needs.

Needed a key / fob for my Toyota RAV4.. Paul the owner called me back within 10 mins, we  scheduled a time and he told the total price (fair price compared to the dealership). Paul showed up to my house on time, honored his price, took a look at my broken fob offered to fix that as well. So I have two keys now! He was very professional, friendly and fast. Highly recommend this local business.

I was recommended Rocky by a good friend of mine, called him around 4 pm since my truck key got wet and I couldn't start my truck. Lucky I was at home, so not a huge rush. He showed up around 6:30, cut my key, programmed it. Price was fair and service was good! Will absolutely be using him again in the future! Thanks Señor Rocky!

My garage door wouldn't open due to outlet being flooded so could not get in my house. Called H and S locksmith and asked for a quote and was told about $80.00 but technician would let me know when he got to my house. He charged me $165.00 to open my garage door by pulling handle with coat hanger about 15 minutes work. Needless to say I was upset but would not reduce the cost. Don't use this company , the quote was a lie. More than double the price. I am a 74 year old senior in a retirement community so will certainly spread the word in this area.

Take the money and run a Steve Miller song has been ruined for me. This guy shows up to remove my busted house dead bolt then tells me to run to ace hardware to get a replacement and that he would screw it in but before this he demands my $75 payment when I get back 12 minutes later he is gone and now has me on call text block. My house is unsecured for the night until I get someone to finish this job. Unacceptable

Locked myself out of my car, and called dollar locksmith. They had a technician come out to me in a short amount of time after I called them. Our technician was super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend their service!

I called to get an estimate on duplicating my car key. I was told by dispatch that it should be $19 call fee and $65 key fee. I clarified with the dispatcher that my key was an alarm/chip key and gave her the make/model/year of my car. She said that "yes, $85 was the estimate". I clarified again the type of key it was and asked if there was an additional fee to program it. She assured me it was part of the cost. When the technician arrive he asked for my license and credit card prior to doing anything. He then told me he had to charge me first, then make the key. I wasn't comfortable with this in case the key didn't work. However, I agreed.  He walked away to charge me before telling me any fee  and thank goodness I clarified it was the $85 fee. He said  "no, it is a computer key, it will be $140". I told him no I was given an estimate of $85. He went on to explain it was an expensive key and this was a "good deal". When I said no again, he proceeded to try to convince me it was a good deal. When that didn't work for him he tried to guilt me by saying he "drove all the way from Phoenix". I agreed to pay his call fee only. He was very upset with me. An estimate is supposed to be close to the real cost not 75% more. When I complained to the office they stated that the $65 is the lowest cost for a key not an estimate. I was VERY clear with the original person about my key and they never stated the $65 was the lowest possible key. They are acting without integrity. Even if I do have to pay $140 for a very expensive key it will not be from them. They were misleading and deceitful. I will be watching my card statement closely.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scam artist.
I got lock out of my house. They said it would be $15.00 trip charge, $35.00 service fee and could go up from there depending on complexity. They were suppose to be here in 15 minutes, it was over a half hour. They told me that they would help me reprogram my garage door, he was too busy after I paid him, he had to get to another job.
He was here a total of 10 minutes. The only thing he did was push a gap at the top of my garage door and hooked the cord and open the door. No locks were removed.

Of course they have you over a barrel you either have to pay them or you can't get into your house. He charged me $200.00. I called the office to speak to the owner to have him justify the cost to me. He said he'd check into it and call me the next day, never did. I tried calling the number I called before and kept getting a recording that I couldn't reach this number from my calling area. Strange since I had gotten through twice before. I had to call ATT and have them patch me through, they had my number blocked.

First time owner wasn't there. I left my name and number he never called back. I called again via ATT and got him. Every time I try to get an answer out of him he said just a minute and put me on hold. I asked what his mailing address was he said 7502 Main St. and put me on hold. I waited on hold for over a half hour he never came back. That address is not the same as the one their phone number is with 623-209-8934 that address is 17650 Elliot Rd Goodyear. This phone number also goes by the name of Goodyear Lock & Key, yet the name on my bill said A1 24 hour Locksmith.
These are awful people to work with, no customer service, and their charges are ridiculous.
So, beware never call 623-209-8934 if you are locked out. My only regret is I wished I had paid by credit card so I could have stopped the payment over the original $55.00 quote.
