This company is amazing the I lost my key at a restaurant as they were closing. Needless to say it was never found. I applied on the site at 11:30 pm. I was answered promptly within 30 minutes. Stating they would be out first thing in the morning to meet me at car. The arrived exactly on time, wearing a mask. Got the job done in a prompt time frame. Technician was courteous friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable given the circumstance. Lifesaver! I will call this company anytime I need a locksmith! Their website is user friendly, easy to understand (if like me it's an after hour event) 5 stars!!!

We used this company for one of our properties this year and they did a great job. They were professional, fair, and prompt in communicating. I'd use them again.

Mohamed was great we locked ourselves out of the house and he came to my house and waited for me until I arrived since I was at work. He quickly got the door opened and saved the day. It only took him 2 minutes. He was so kind and professional. Very honest. If you are looking for a great locksmith he is your guy!

I called 5+ places, not only was he the most polite but the most knowledgeable. I needed my street bike rekeyed because someone had lost the last set I had. He was under five minutes and was a joy to be around. He complimented my art work, which is always awesome. He was great, fast, and very communicative. I really appreciated that, as sometimes, things happen and lack of communication makes the cir circumstance appear worse than it is- he was upfront and honest and made up for it right away! I had a great experience with Firebird Lock and Key. Paul made it easy by coming to my work, came early for our appointment, then cut a perfect key for my somewhat obscure car. He was very knowledgeable about cars in general and made the whole interaction easy.  I will definitely use Firebird for all of my keys and locks in the future.

I was recommended Rocky by a good friend of mine, called him around 4 pm since my truck key got wet and I couldn't start my truck. Lucky I was at home, so not a huge rush. He showed up around 6:30, cut my key, programmed it. Price was fair and service was good! Will absolutely be using him again in the future! Thanks Señor Rocky!

We are new to town and had no idea where to start in our search for a locksmith, so we put out a quote request on Yelp, and Phillip was very quick to reach out and get us a quote.

We felt his prices were fair, and someone was able to come out same day. They replaced and/or rekeyed 6 door locks for us along with a gate and programming a key fob for our truck.

The rep wore a mask the entire time during service. He was prompt, professional, and respectful of our time and our home. We definitely recommend this company for any of your locksmith needs.

Great response time and service, highly recommend. Was sitting on side of freeway with a flat and not great conditions for changing it. Plus it was dark! He did a great job.

Was locked out of my house on a Monday night. Called Dollar and Adam arrived within 10 minutes. He was professional and fast - even though he had to drill the lock, it was done within 10-15 min. I paid what I was quoted on the phone. Highly recommend.

This company is a scam. Phone budget was $50 and they made a 3 minute job and charged $200 !!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scam artist.
I got lock out of my house. They said it would be $15.00 trip charge, $35.00 service fee and could go up from there depending on complexity. They were suppose to be here in 15 minutes, it was over a half hour. They told me that they would help me reprogram my garage door, he was too busy after I paid him, he had to get to another job.
He was here a total of 10 minutes. The only thing he did was push a gap at the top of my garage door and hooked the cord and open the door. No locks were removed.

Of course they have you over a barrel you either have to pay them or you can't get into your house. He charged me $200.00. I called the office to speak to the owner to have him justify the cost to me. He said he'd check into it and call me the next day, never did. I tried calling the number I called before and kept getting a recording that I couldn't reach this number from my calling area. Strange since I had gotten through twice before. I had to call ATT and have them patch me through, they had my number blocked.

First time owner wasn't there. I left my name and number he never called back. I called again via ATT and got him. Every time I try to get an answer out of him he said just a minute and put me on hold. I asked what his mailing address was he said 7502 Main St. and put me on hold. I waited on hold for over a half hour he never came back. That address is not the same as the one their phone number is with 623-209-8934 that address is 17650 Elliot Rd Goodyear. This phone number also goes by the name of Goodyear Lock & Key, yet the name on my bill said A1 24 hour Locksmith.
These are awful people to work with, no customer service, and their charges are ridiculous.
So, beware never call 623-209-8934 if you are locked out. My only regret is I wished I had paid by credit card so I could have stopped the payment over the original $55.00 quote.
