Steve is the professional you want working in your home.  We have worked with him 2 times in 3 years to fill holes that naturally occur in highly trafficked areas.  He also cleans and polishes and makes your floors literally look brand new.  He is magic!  He is a perfectionist - the job is not finished until you, the homeowner, are happy.  Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a "WOW" you will find it here at Villagio. We recently decided to do a total makeover of our master bath and were helped by Lynne Parr. We had found a beautiful marble tile called "Statuary Spring". Lynne found a complementary accent tile called Petals which was scrumptious but we were not sure how we would use it. Lynne had many suggestions and spent hours with us helping us to see the different ways we could design our tile choices. I felt like I had a personal designer! Lynne was diligent and patient and made me feel like a special customer. She worked with our contractor on pricing and ordering and there were absolutely no surprises on cost or timeliness. I would HIGHLY recommend Villagio for the personal touch and the quality of the products. I LOVE everything about my new bathroom, but especially the tile we purchased here!

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

My rental house was burned in a fire.  The Other Brothers came out and restored it quickly.  I was able to re-rent it and my new tenants are very happy with how it looks.  I couldn't be more pleased.

It's worth notating that Matthew is no longer with the company and I'm guessing that's where the quality has and communication has suffered. Genuinely nice, hard working guys. They worked very long hours with no breaks. Price was better than any of the other bids I received for the job. Communication is really lacking. Upon accepting the bid I was asked to send KGB product/vendor info and to them so KGB which I did. As the project date approached I inquired if the product had been ordered and was told I should order it at this point we are only 4 days away from the project date and by the time I was told to order the product it was no longer available locally and would not be delivered by the project date. I did not want to leave KGB hanging with a canceled job I ran to big box flooring store and picked a product that was locally in stock. Caveat: stair nose pieces are special order and back ordered but at least I have all the flooring ready for the date I committed to. At trio member 1's recommendation I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO ORDER we just split the project into two separate jobs as to not cancel original project date. Long story short I knew my stairs would be a pain in the ass and I voiced my concerns and asked for trim details on original walk through as well as when I was left to order product.End result: Unfortunately after I paid them they pointed out where "***** got tired" on the stair cuts so now I have these stairs with trim that I need to either pay to get redone professionally or just look at them everyday as a reminder of where "***** got tired" .  After reaching out to the company they made excuses and told me they should have charged more and gave me a hard time because they had to "work with the "materials I made available" ie the materials they were suppose to order but never did which ended up being the exact materials they told me to order. They set the price I paid it, they sent a long letter itemizing what they should have charged and what they would charge to fix their poor workmanship.Moral of the story: you get what you pay for save the headache and just pay a professional team it's what you'll end up paying to fix their work in the end anyways  and their business model is "DO YOU THINK THAT IF WE HAD TO PULL OFF AGAIN, THE COST WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN QUITE A BIT MORE?" Because doing a good job in the first place isn't implied .

Derren did a beautiful job at tiling the walls of our living/kitchen. The pricing was fair and we would definitely hire him again to do other tiling work!

Okay here is a few of the reason we chose Lumby Concrete. First they called us back. I don't know about you but that is a good sign because some companies won't call you, if your job is two small. Thankfully that was not the case with Lumby.

In fact my call back was with the owner Travis Lumby, and that to me is a bonus. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with me via text, message because I was able to send him photos of the work I wanted done. Okay that is my Second reason of why you should choose Lumby Concrete.

Our third reason we chose Lumby Concrete was because we all want to save money, have the best bid, and have the dream of what you want to become a reality. We wanted a path way put in at our new home from our patio to our side gate. We also wanted the color and texture to match what was currently in place. In Choosing Lumby Concrete we got all of that. Travis was honest, and straight forward on the cost, which was affordable and reasonable for having our project done right.  

Travis and his crew where great to work with, and we would recommend them for any job BIG or SMALL that you may have.

A neighbor recommended this company.  I had them paint the exterior of my house 4 months ago.  They were professional and did a perfect job.  Mark was easy to talk to and made the whole experience very comfortable.  I can't compare them to other companies, but I will definitely use them again next time I get that dreaded HOA letter.

Gilbert did excellent work. He repaired both our porches and the workmanship was done with quality.
He quoted me a price and did not go over it. I would have him do more work for us.

DANGER! Bought carpet at 32nd St. Phoenix store. Good price, good installers, timely install and paid to have furniture moved, even liked the carpet. BUT morning after install carpet began to smell and I mean bad! Burning eyes, headache, couldn't breathe, dizzy. Tried airing out home, baking soda, steam cleaning.  Long story short going on 3 weeks later smell still bad and salesmen washed his hands of the problem. Promptly slammed the phone down after my second call to store to complain about problem. Haven't been home since. Will have to pay to have someone rip it out. Be careful what you buy from this place.

I'm very grateful to have hired Irving for my kitchen remodel! As someone new to remodeling a rental property, Irving was extremely helpful not only in completing the kitchen remodel but also with several other odd jobs around my property. I needed a new closet built, a bi-fold door installed, outlets replaced, bathroom vanity and hardware installed, curtains installed, and more! Instead of taking advantage of a first timer like me, he went above and beyond in offering advice and his help. His pricing is very reasonable and his advice alone has saved me thousands of dollars. It was so convenient to have Irving pick up additional items (toilet, door, sink, etc.) that I would have otherwise had to leave work to get myself. It's not something all contractors provide and I appreciated it! Overall he did a quality job on everything and I will hire him again for my next unit's remodel.

I hired Infinity Pro services to complete a tiling job of our entire home located in San Tan Valley. The completed job came out as promised. I also referred the owner (Sean) to our neighbor, who had infinity pro redo their shower tile flooring. But before I hired this company to install our new flooring, I expressed to Sean that I was in need of a company that was willing to complete another full house of tiling which was located 6 miles down the street, which then turns into Florence. He said he would be willing to complete both of my tiling job. Fast forward a few months, we reached out to Sean for a quote, it took him weeks for a response. And in his text message he stated "my guys don't want to make the drive" meaning his workers. So just an FYI infinity pro services isn't willing to do work in San Tan Valley/Florence.

Kyle is an excellent handyman. He is professional and respectful. Kyle worked with us to remove the dirty old carpet from our used home, and replaced it with laminate flooring. He offers competitive prices and worked with us to find the best deal on material. He is efficient and flexible. I highly recommend him for any home repair jobs you may have. We will definitely call him with any future repairs we encounter.

Eclipse Flooring partnered with Lowes to install Mosaic Tile Backsplash in our kitchen.  Orlando, the installer did a great job (so much so that we gave him a $100.00 cash tip).  However, once he left we discovered that three of our electrical outlets along the backsplash no longer worked.  We called Eclipse Flooring office and they said they would send a Manager out.  He came out and inspected and that is where it ended.  No more help and false promises to fix it and broken appointments.  My brother, who is a General Contractor in New York, happened to be visiting us and fixed the issue.  Stay away from Eclipse Flooring.  I hope Orlando finds a job with a reputable company.

Why would a business come to your home, spend an hour measuring for new flooring throughout your home and not bother to send you a quote?
I'm wondering that myself. Even if they sent one after 9 days, they would not get my business. It makes you feel slighted. Can't trust them.

I found A2Z flooring online when I was looking for floor. Originally I was just looking to buy floor and install it myself but their prices were so reasonable we were able to have them install it. I was in contact with Mercedes and Jessica from November until Now (June). We have a new build home so we had a lot of set backs. Both Mercedes and Jessica were more then understanding and so patient with me when I changed my mine 100 times.  Jessica always responded to me right away and I love that I was able to always get in contact with her when needed. Fast forward to install day. They were able to have my flooring and come out on the exact day I wanted to start. Which in todays world is almost unheard of Johnny showed up and icing on the cake he is just as wonderful as the girls are. He ended up finishing our floors in 4 days and we get to move into our house a week earlier then planned. Johnny and his partner worked so hard and my floors look amazing. During our build process we had nothing but issues with contractors but A2Z flooring was a breath of fresh air! We had a great experience with everything!
