I had 2 carpeted rooms steamed cleaned (1 including pet treatment), 2 travertine tiled rooms cleaned, as well as my sofa cleaned recently.

Our Technician was Raul who was absolutely fabulous!! He arrived before estimated time and was friendly and professional. I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification.

BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying.

End results exceeded my expectations as my house was so sparkling clean and smelled so crisp!! Shade of my carpet was much lighter after treatment; indication of how filthy they actually were!!

I highly recommend utilizing Starr Cleaning - you won't be disappointed at all! We'll definitely be using them again in the future and requesting Raul upon his availability. Great job!!

Hard to believe I had a hard time getting companies to respond to my request for upholstery cleaning. When they did, the prices and information they wanted ran the gamut. I had to send pictures and tag info to one company! Starr was well rated so I gave them a call. I was quoted a price, no fuss, and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The tech was on time, informed me every step about what he was going and did a great job cleaning my furniture all for the quoted, reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

We use Starr Cleaning for the first time in our home. Austin's quote was very reasonable. Zane cleaned the family room area rug and stairway carpet. He was on time, did an outstanding job, not only on the cleaning but ensuring that our tile left no marks with his hoses. We will be using Starr Cleaning again. We highly recommend them.

Starr cleaning was extremely responsive. I contacted them on Sunday and they responded same day and were cleaning my couch on Tuesday. They did a great job, arrived on time and even cleaned the small area around the couch when it wasn't even expected or quoted. Their prices were extremely fair. I will use them again.

We just moved to Mesa and I had called several carpet cleaning companies with no luck. The prices i was quoted were outrageous. Others were unresponsive until I called Starr Cleaning they were local and allowed us to drop off the carpets to get cleaned and very reasonably priced. Would use again and I do recommend them.

Highly recommend! This was the second time I had my floor tile cleaned by Starr Cleaning, and they exceeded expectations on both occasions. I called and was able to get floors cleaned the next day. Technician was prompt, professional, courteous, and my floor looks fantastic!

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Following up on my last review. This awful cleaning company ruined my viscose rug ($3,400 rug). They cleaned it with the wrong cleaning solution and soaked the rug leaving it yellow, crusty, and with brown marks everywhere. The owner Jake asked me to give him a chance to fix it, so I allowed the owner to take it to a shop and fix it even though viscose is one of the most sensitive fabrics and should NEVER be soaked because it weakens the fibers. The owner Jake said he would have it back to me in about a week. It took him three weeks to get it back to me. I had an email exchange with the owner, and he said if I am not satisfied with the rug, he will replace it with a new one. I gave him a chance. Three weeks later, Jake didn't allow me to come to his warehouse, and he said he would come to my house with another guy and see if it was to my standards. He wouldn't even send me a photo of the rug before coming over because he didn't feel like unrolling it. Two men show up at my condo, Jake and another worker. The second they started unrolling the rug in my living room, I saw the damage caused, and I said I am not accepting this rug. The material was shedding EVERYWHERE, and the edges looked incredibly worn. Jake started to gaslight me, saying it looked great, and I said this looked nothing like the rug I had. He continued to gaslight me, even saying it was an old rug (HE NEVER EVEN SAW IT IN PERSON BEFORE THE CLEANING, so he was utterly gaslighting me). Side note I am a woman, and I was home alone, and he was taking advantage of me being alone and fighting for myself. He refused to listen to me, so I told him to leave with the rug and replace it. He laughed at me and said he was not replacing it and kept unrolling it, so I can now see even more damage to the rug. It's piling ALL over and looks like an old sweater that has been washed 100 times. I am furious at this point, and he did not do what he promised, "I will replace your rug if it's not to your standards." I told the men to leave my home, or I will call the police. It was a horrible experience. After they went, the rug was unrolled completely, and I just started crying. The shape was destroyed too. The edges are no longer straight (due to the shrinking of the rug from being soaked). And I noticed the viscose was much lighter than it used to be, and later I found out that soaking a viscose rug with remove the dye. There are still yellow/brown spots on the rug. The owner took ZERO responsibility for ruining my rug. And the worst part is that all the damage has been done, and the fabric is now SUPER weak. I can never clean the rug again because each time, the fibers just fall apart. I am so upset about how I was treated by this owner, Jake. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and sent them photo evidence and our email exchanges, but the owner, Jake, has not responded to the Attorney General yet. I gave a couple of weeks for him to respond before I wrote this review, but now since he is ignoring the Attorney General's emails and letters, I want to warn everyone not to use this company. Save your rugs and stay away from this company!!!!!

Starr cleaning went above and beyond all expectations when cleaning our carpets. From the moment I scheduled I received strong communication, punctuality, great customer service and our carpets look brand new. This was the best service we've ever received and we've lived here for 50 years so have worked with many companies. Starr can't be beat.

Our house had a leak and flooded our carpet. We needed someone to extract it ASAP and they responded and was on site in one hour! Won't use anyone else.

Zane from Starr carpet cleaning was terrific.  He was polite and professional and arrived on schedule.  I had four area rugs cleaned and they look great.  I would highly recommend Starr for your carpets, upholstery or tile floor.

Starr is my go-to cleaning service! I've booked them twice before, both times because my dog had an accident in two carpeted rooms of mine. The first time, Raul came and used Starr's special pet stain formula, which completely eliminated the pet odor. It smelled fresher than when I first got the carpets put in !! The second time, Brandon came and the service was just as great. He even showed up early for our meeting appointment. The whole Starr Cleaning Staff is very professional, friendly, and they do an amazing job each time. I would recommend to anyone who needs carpets / tiles cleaned in the area.

I searched for a small business locally owned who is licensed, insured and bonded.  We wanted out tile and grout cleaned and sealed as well as our kitchen chairs cleaned. I text Jake (the owner) through Yelp.  He gave me a quote and it was spot on.  No price gouging, add ons at the end.  Zane arrived promptly on time.  He was very efficient but didn't rush.  We talked and walked through the job and he got underway.  
These pictures of before/after don't do justice but our floors and chairs look amazing!!  I'm extremely happy with the work, communication, promptness, and that we can support a small local business.

I bought a sectional sofa from a consignment store. It is a high end sofa but was very dirty. I was able to make an appointment in a very reasonable period of time and Starr Cleaning did a great job. It turned out that there were a couple of spots still on the arms. They came back right away and now the sofa is magnificent. I will definitely use them again!

Purchased home, after getting into our home we found the tile was is really rough condition. The tile that had been previously under carpet looked as though thin set had been left on tile not cleaned properly.  STARR cleaning was able to get it cleaned.  Tile looks great, looks better than I originally hoped for. I am so pleased. Great job, STARR saved my flooring.

Start Cleaning is the best! They clean my carpets so thoroughly, stains that I thought for sure were never going to come out, they get right up! I contacted Starr cleaning through Facebook to request a quote after reading a great review of the company on my community page. They were prompt with information, quotes and answered all questions I needed. We had a bad situation with a contractor that led to us needing to get the floors and grout cleaned in the first place and I was super impressed with Starr. They followed up to confirm our appointment and Austin arrived ahead of schedule this morning. He was helpful and really gave some great insight for our timelines. I was so impressed with this company - 10/10 would recommend.

Starr Cleaning is the absolute best!! Jake cleans my carpets regularly and he does an AMAZING job every time. He's done my carpets, tile, and furniture and I've had the best experience with it all! He's also super affordable compared to several other carpet cleaning places that I've called, so that's always a plus. And he's just a really nice, easy going guy, so I'd recommend him to anyone!

Jake and his team were so great to work with. They did a move in deep house cleaning as well as a carpet clean on our new home right after we closed escrow and I felt so much better moving into a clean home. I requested quotes from at least 6 companies and Jake was the first to respond (9pm on a Friday night). He had great customer service and an even better price quote for us. I will definitely be saving their number for the next time I am in need and I recommend you call them as well.
