I had an issue with my kitchen outlets and all my master bedroom outlets were no longer working. I had a short in the toaster which caused the kitchen issue and I compounded the problem by testing the toaster in the bedroom Everything else in the house was fine

I called Matt, described the issue, he told me to go out to the panel and turn on off all the breakers which I had in the dark the night of the incident. So I turned off and on all the breakers and reset the GFCI outlets in the kitchen and viola all was well. Thanks Matt for your assistance. Total charge, zero.

I apologize this is three months late, my wife Ceci already wrote a review about our kitchen upgrade. Not only did Troy install  four recessed lights and two pendants, he also re-wired an existing switch for a dimmer switch for the pendants. Rob called within a few minutes to my inquiry on needing assistance evaluating the voltage at a sub-panel and either correcting it or install a new 240v line in order to connect a mini-split AC unit I was having installed. He was able to fit me in to his schedule on short notice to take a look at the panel and provided information about what had previously been done incorrectly as well as what needed to be done to support the AC system. He was then able to come back a day and a half later to complete the fix. Glad to know that the wiring is safe now and able to support our needs. Rob kept in connect through text and phone throughout the project and provided up front pricing at each stage of the project before moving forward. Would recommend Rob for your electrical needs.

We had Clarence come out and do some work for us.  he was fast,  professional, did good work, cleaned up after himself, and was very reasonably priced.  In additionan, he took the time to understand enough the work we were asking for to recognize that one of the things two other electricians had told us was a $400 fix actually required actually no work on his part or cost to us to resolve, and was completely code-compliant.  So if you want an electrician that actually engages his brain when determining how resolve your issues in a cost-effective manner, Clarence is the guy for you.  I'd recommend him anytime and antiipcate using him again in the future for my electrical needs.

Romel answered our desperate call for help and came within the hour. He was able to diagnose our problem and repair within an hr and a half. He also was able to fix the problem without having to get too invasive. He worked late that day to help us and we are ever so grateful he rescued us. Thank you again!

My mother in law just closed on her home in Sun City. Long story short my husband turned off the main thinking it's like normal panels to remove a light fixture.

Well apparently in Sun City you can't just be flipping your main breaker off.

After having another electrician come by telling us we need permits, replace panel or breaker (if the breaker was even available) we could be $2000-$4000.

John came by coordinated with APS and has electric restored SAME DAY for way less!

His integrity and prompt response was a blessing to us.

Castle Electrical installed my Tesla wall connector today.  Did an excellent job.  The electricians were friendly and professional.  They showed up when they said they would, completed the job quickly and even cleaned up any debris that resulted from having to drill through drywall, etc.  Price was very fair as well compared to other quotes.   This is the second time that I've utilized Castle Electrical and would recommend them for electric car charger installs or any electrical work you need.

Excellent service, Larry responded quickly and showed up on time diagnosed ans fixed the problem in less than an hour, and he charged exactly what he quoted. Very satisfied and highly recommend his services.

I can't believe how incredibly inappropriate the owner of this business is. All I wanted was his services...I have a lot of things that need to be done around the house. He was very rude over the phone and I can't figure out for the life of me why. Anyways, I can't speak on behalf of his work, but I will tell you his customer service skills are subpar (and that's being kind). I'm updating this status because he contacted me in reference to my first review and was very inappropriate.

Thom and his wife came over to assess my needs with no charge and determined that I didn't need to change my electrical outlet. When I had another issue arise, they came promptly and did the repair within 30 mins. Excellent responsiveness and service!  I highly recommend.
