Showed up late as I waited for other potential handymen. Said he had to stop on way there with no apologies. Poor introduction and no way to start a relationship. Needless to say, the handyman who was punctual and respectful of my time and schedule was selected.

I recently purchased a fan from Lowe's-Tempe via online.  During that process, I had requested to have installation (via Handy Service/contractor).  That put me in contact with J & M Repairs.  A gentleman by the name of Jason contacted me on Sunday to schedule service, which ended up being 4/20.  He was very kind and I was surprised that he contacted me on a weekend, which was nice.  Day of installation, the electrician, Narciso arrived a little bit earlier than the schedule timeframe.  Once he was finished, he advised me of the features and operations.  He was professional, friendly and courteous.  In addition, he practiced Covid precautions by wearing a mask and kept his distance as appropriate.  I would definitely recommend this company for just their customer service.  I honestly can't judge their pricing since it was paid through Lowe's, but I'm sure they are comparable.  I plan on keeping their business card and will seek them out for any additional services they could provide in the future.  Thank you.

I spent two months looking for a good electrician, after my last experience with an electrician that overcharged me I was nervous about using the Yellow Pages.  Yelp didn't have any reviews on electricians so I did a ton of research on Google.  This company was not easy to find but once I did I discovered they had a clean ROC record with no complaints and I found some articles about the company's commercial work with favorable reviews.

They charge $65 and hour with a min of 1 1/2 hours for travel.  (Which is pretty competitive most Electricians have a flat fee of $85 - $95)  The Electrician Jonathan was great.  There was quite a bit of troubleshooting but he was able to locate the problem and fix my outlet.  He saved the day!  

I would highly recommend this company.  The price is fair and they were knowledgeable.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Hector was very respectful, honest and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I highly recommend thunder electric. A great electrician. They updated our 1970s vintage light switch dimmers. Professional and efficient. Very reasonable on cost. I would use them again and recommend them.

Know about another potential problem I may have, all for the service call rate! Very pleased...

I'm a single mid twenties woman and am buying an older home by myself. I called Core Electric to get an estimate on a complete rewire and scheduled a consultation. Not only were they exactly on time, the owner himself came out to meet me. He did a very thorough inspection and explained exactly what he saw in terms that I could understand.

He explained why a complete rewire would be unnecessary for what I'm looking to do, saving me $7000-$10,000. He recommended what he would like to do  to implement some safety features (a few hundred). I feel like I've struck gold with this company: reliable, honest, quality work, personable, and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend.

The pendent lights over our kitchen countertop were not properly installed by the previous owners. (Our house was a flip). The lights were actually pulling out of the ceiling and one was just dangling. We have very high ceilings (at least 12 ft high), so it wasn't something we could do ourselves. Our technician was Albert and he did a great job! Thank you, Mr Electric!

Dealing Steve and his company was a great experience. Constantly communicated with me and explained everything in great detail. Provided me documentation with EV charger tax credit and current packages with APS to help me save even more money by charging at home. I have used North Valley 2 times. Once years ago on my Amana Refrigerator and today on my Whirlpool Dryer. Roger does not waste your time, nor your money. Very reasonable price, plus he is quick. He is honest with you too.

We had Wires for Life install an EV charger in our garage. Jeremy was prompt, professional, and provided a reasonable quote. The finished product was great and the final cost was in-line with the quote. We will consider Wires for Life for any future electric or cable (Ethernet) needs.
