I wanted to have recessed lights installed in the kitchen and hallway area, as well as have the current track lights, sconce, and chandelier removed. I called Bjelde Electric to schedule a consultation, and they sent Chad out the next day to inspect the area and provide a quote. Their fee was the most competitive so I contacted their office to schedule the work. The admin, Mel, was very friendly & helpful in answering my questions and set a date for the job. On the scheduled day, Chad & Dante (?) arrived on time and got the job done efficiently and professionally.  They removed all the existing lighting and installed 8 recessed lights within 2 hours. They also cleaned up after completion. Best of all, Bjelde accepts credit card payment without the extra fees that other companies charge. I strongly recommend Bjelde for all your electric works.

Fast response, even though I messaged them on a Sunday night.  Good communication with scheduling.  They had someone out the next morning.  Mike went  above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of even though it wasn't an easy fix.  He and his helper were excellent.

Made a friend out of Bob.  He was the lead contractor.  We opened up our kitchen to the living area.  We did it right by getting an engineer to verify the load bearing beam.  We redid all of our bathrooms.  He finished all of the items up until the end.  Love working with VETS!  Hope he posts pictures of our renovation.

Called Tuesday and scheduled for 7:00 - 8:00am Wednesday AM.  Right on the dot, Trip (not what the circuit was doing but the electrician) was very friendly, fast, efficient, informative, and did exactly what we asked him to do.  Refreshing!

He fixed a pool light issues, checked and replaced a suspected faulty GFI, and installed an additional outlet in the house.  Didn't leave a bit of dust or evidence of his work other than expected.

Excellent service! I needed light fixtures installed and an outlet relocated but I live out of state and would only be in town for two days. They were able to fit me in and showed up on time! Great service, very professional.  We called them for a quick repair to a light via recommendations on a local neighborhood Web community, and later realized that the company had wired our whole house built 12 years ago.  These guys are stable, fair, and know what they are doing.

Garrett talks down to females. I would explain it to you but did not want to confuse you. Refused to take down  2 wall sconces, and said the painter could paint around them.
Went behind my back as he was going to install a transformer in my brand new cabinets. This was going against the knowledgeable lighting specialist's design. After the discussion with the lighting specialist, Garrett tells me Don't worry, I have your back.  
At the end of the visit, he said, ok give me $500. What for?

He was out once to assess the project, free of charge. He had another appointment after the second visit. Obviousl, he did not schedule enough time to complete the work.
According to the hours he worked the bill should have been $250. I gave him $300. He did not give me change. That electrician has no integrity. I hired a great electrician for the rest is the projects.

From the first call for an estimate to the final connection made at our home, the Castlegate team of professionals performed to the highest of standards.  It was no uncomplicated task upgrading our older home's electrical system to accommodate an 80 amp, 240 Hz circuit for our new charging station. Ted and the crew overcame an I-beam obstacle in our intended new wire's path and got the job done on time and in a very professional manner.  Both the crew and the estimator arrived on time and the team worked steadily for 7 hours until the job was completed.  They became the approved vendor in our household for our future electrical needs and we would recommend them highly.

Innovative Lighting installed our outdoor lighting a few years ago and did a great job, they even came by in the evening to adjust lights to ensure they were giving off the desired effect which I thought was great.
Recently I had to replace a couple of fixtures that were damaged so I called Aubree and sent her what information I could read off the damaged units and she suggested sending some pictures to save me a trip from bringing them down to match up. She ordered the lights and I was to pick them up the next time I came to town.  When I went to replace one of the lights the fixture was slightly different. I called Aubree and she apologized then figured out the problem and knowing I had limited time down here she offered to run out that day to go pick the light up from one of the suppliers. I picked
up the light the next day and it was no problem and a perfect match.
Aubree was also able to make suggestions for the proper bulb for the fixture.
I am a business owner in the service industry and know great customer service when I see it and Aubree is a classic example somebody who provides excellent customer service!

Victor was prompt and was able to get out to my house to help me install a couple of newer style lights into an older home. He was very helpful and helped me out with a couple of other projects as well.

Also he gave me a quote to get the job done where as other electricians gave an ambiguous price based on hourly rates. Will definitely use again.
