Called Mason Mechanical two days ago after hours.  Kirt showed up within an hour, found a faulty fan condenser motor, and replaced it.  He stayed for a couple of more hours to do his due diligence.  He left at 10:30 at night, putting in more time than I expected.

Unfortunately, I had to call again the next day since the unit was still not performing optimally.  Troyer came to take a look and asked us to defrost the unit overnight so he could send out a co-worker in the morning to look at the unit.  I was not charged for this visit.

Kirt came back this morning and diagnosed an intermittent short circuit, not a simple feat.  He corrected the issue and stayed long enough to ensure that the fix was solid.  Unfortunately, we had more back luck and the unit stopped working a few hours later.  I called again and Kirt came back for the third time in two days.  As before, he arrived very promptly.  He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuse, another strange root cause given the circumstances.  We were not charged for this visit.  All the while, Kirt was very friendly and joked with us about our seemingly cursed AC unit upon completing the repairs.

The unit is now working fine.  As we have a small child, we are greatly appreciative.  We hope not to need Mason Mechanical anytime soon, but we won't hesitate to call on them or recommend them to someone else.

Needed a quote for a laundry room remodel, not sure if this was too small of a project for them, but after 3 messages left and no return call assume so. As a veteran this does not bode well for me or this company! On to a company that will acknowledge my attempt for them to make money!

They installed at Nema 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. Wade and Bill are fantastic! I highly recommend them!

On time, I really needed someone next day, and they had a slot for me.  Jacob came out and took a look at the box and explained that it had doubles and triples on circuits and the new box was not simple b/c of codes.  Needed the facts so we can make a fair decision.  I'm not an electrician and Jacob didn't make me feel like I needed to be one as he explained everything in layman's terms.  Super helpful and I am so glad we went with Johnson Power Solutions.  I'd use them again and it appears I will be in the future to knock this out.

MarkC is fantastic!  I have had the pleasure of having him work on many projects-- from my surf park, to most recently a simple add of a 220 line for a add on HVAC unit.  Each time, he has been early, under budget, and exceptional quality and service.  For any of your electrical needs, you need only call him, and you will have timely, quality service without any qualms.

I was quoted $85 to install a pendant light. It jumped to $240 to put in a $12 adapter to convert from Ceiling light can. i've done this myself and it takes about 15 minutes longer. Their prices are extremely high

Alen and his team showed up today and helped us troubleshoot power in a few different rooms in our home and installed some pendant lights over our kitchen island.  They did a nice job, cleaned up after they were done and the price was very reasonable. We just bought a house that needed quite a lot of electrical work. Byler Electric was recommended to me. Dan is super nice and I totally recommend his company, and his crew they were awesome. This company,and Dan for sure, will be my go to electrician.

It is no secret that I am not very handy around the house.  I like to tinker but when electricity is involved I tend to not deal with it.  So, when my backyard floodlights weren't working, I knew I needed professional help.

After a quick Yelp search I found Micor and decided to give them a call based solely on their reviews.  They sent a person out to my house within a half hour and had my lights working not long after.

The best part is that I wasn't even home.  I arranged it all from my workplace.  Sure it was a little bit sketchy having a stranger in my backyard doing god knows what because of a problem I probably described poorly.....but it all turned out ok.  I tested the light after I got home then called their office to pay.

I hope I don't have any electrical problems in the future, but if I do I will call Micor.

Rex and his crew are a rarity in this area.  Great communication, honest work, honest price.  Put the number in your address book and use it for future reference.   Looking forward to the next project, and would be the first call for the trouble calls.

Contacted Garrett on a Saturday morning. He texted back very promptly, letting me know that he was booked all day but also advising me to run some checks. His advice was spot on, and I was able to solve my problem. He certainly will be the electrician I will contact the next time I have any problem!

12-2017   Two service techs arrived on time.  Clean, professional install completed according to Building Code.  Very impressed. The fact that they actually pulled a permit for the job told me I was working with the right company.  Would recommend strongly....

Excellent company.  All concerned did a great job.  We had a whole house surge protector installed.  Price was very fair and it took the electrician only 30 minutes to install.  This is the only company I will use for electrical work on my house.

Victor was prompt and was able to get out to my house to help me install a couple of newer style lights into an older home. He was very helpful and helped me out with a couple of other projects as well.

Also he gave me a quote to get the job done where as other electricians gave an ambiguous price based on hourly rates. Will definitely use again.

I called them today about half of my house not having electricity they estimated the repairman will be there between two and four The Electrician did not show up until 745. After the repairman took all of my electrical outlets out damaging the paint on my walls he then told me that he could not find the problem and told me I would still have to pay the $120 fee for him coming out. Worst money ever wasted.

UPDATE: AUGUST 19TH 2014 I was contacted by a service manager today and was asked how it went when I told him about my experience he assured me that all problems will be resolved I will make another update to let you guys know if hes a man of his word or not

FINAL UPDATE: They did refund the money they charged me to not find the problem. After its all said and done im still out of the money to fix what they damaged. I would not use them again nor recommend  them to anyone.
