I wanted to have recessed lights installed in the kitchen and hallway area, as well as have the current track lights, sconce, and chandelier removed. I called Bjelde Electric to schedule a consultation, and they sent Chad out the next day to inspect the area and provide a quote. Their fee was the most competitive so I contacted their office to schedule the work. The admin, Mel, was very friendly & helpful in answering my questions and set a date for the job. On the scheduled day, Chad & Dante (?) arrived on time and got the job done efficiently and professionally.  They removed all the existing lighting and installed 8 recessed lights within 2 hours. They also cleaned up after completion. Best of all, Bjelde accepts credit card payment without the extra fees that other companies charge. I strongly recommend Bjelde for all your electric works.

I have no idea how this place has any good reviews. I rented a commercial space and my property manager only uses Mason. When I rented the place the AC units would turn on but hardly cool. They came to do a check up and I explained to them if I turn on both units it takes all day to get to 85 degrees. They went up on the roof for an hour and came back saying they have everything working perfectly now but to let the units run over night to cool off the walls and ceilings so that the space can get acclimated to being cooled off again. I left the units on for 3 days. It never gets below 85 degrees. I put in a work order with the property manager and they sent the company out again. This time they changed the filters (something I could have done in 5 mins). The kid tells me again ok sir this should get you cooled off now. I left the units on overnight and came back the next day and it was still 85 degrees. The flooring company came in to put about 500 sq ft of flooring in. They complained the whole time. They couldn't believe how hot it was. They said they do all the warehouses for this particular owner and they had never did a floor in a warehouse that was so hot. I felt bad for these guys because they looked miserable sweating all over their work trying to put the floors in. Maintenance came by and I explained to him that it was too hot. Maintenance agreed and told me to go online and request a work order. I did this again. Masons called and set an appointment. It was 1 to 3pm on Friday. Friday rolls around and at 3:30pm a lady calls to tell me that the guy is running late and it will be closer to 5pm before he will arrive. The guy finally shows up at 5:30pm. He comes in and I have the thermostats set on 77. The building is 81 degrees. He looks at me like I am crazy and asks well how cold do you want it in here?. Wtf! I wanted to snatch him up and throw him out on the freeway. Instead I said I want it to cool off like a normal AC unit should. I then reminded him that the sun was on the other side of the building now and that it will get as low as 81 but tomorrow when the sun is on this side it will only get between 85 and 89. This turkey looks at me and says well this is Arizona so I don't know what you expect but that is probably as cool as you will get it. I told him I am calling B.S. on that because the building I just moved from cools off faster and colder with more windows and direct sunlight beaming on the unit. So... This guy goes and changes the filters. I say to him dude you guys just changed them a week ago. He says in Arizona it is recommended that you change your filters once a week. Wtf! These guys will say anything! After this he climbs up on the roof and is up there about 20 mins. He comes down and says he turned the fan speed up on one of the units because it was turned on low. He says that should do the trick. He turns to look at the thermostat and its getting hotter!!!!! It climbs 2 degress in about 1 min. This dude I swear to God... He looks at me and says the thermostat is climbing because he was standing by the thermostat and giving off body heat. No lie! He really said this to me. His body heat made the building go from 81 to 83!!!! As he is sitting here giving me excuse after excuse he tells me that he keeps his apartment set to 85 degrees and that feels cool to him. I tell him we're 2 different people and I am not ok with 85. Then he proceeds to tell me about how he keeps his windows open when he gets home and it gets up to 89 in his apartment and it still feels good but that it starts to feel muggy around 95. What a bunch of bull! People like this shouldn't be allowed to walk around and make the earth a dumber place. I tell him I don't care what his house or apartment temp is that my units aren't working properly and they need to be fixed! He tells me he will call management and get authorization to perform and air flow test. Here it is Tuesday and I have had this AC units running 24/7 for 3 weeks just to enjoy 85 degrees in the day time, I called the property manager today to ask when the AC company would be coming back to fix the AC. She tells me she has never heard from them but that now that she is aware she will reach out to them. So the guy even lied to me about getting authorization to perform the air flow test. Wow! Horrible company and worse techs (I have worked with 3 different ones). If I was the property management company I would go with a different AC company. My bill is going to be a thousand bux thanks to these liars!

Our experience with VETSBuilt was nothing short of excellent. Bob, our contractor, stayed right on top of things and was responsive to our concerns as well as keeping us informed as to issues, and schedules. We are experienced remodelers ourselves so appreciated the level of skill demonstrated by the crews and the attention to detail. The lead carpenter, Craig, was nothing short of amazing.

This was, unfortunately, not a typically remodel.  We started with fixing the floor that was an inch higher than the rest of the house, along with enlarging a window, ripping out a closet and adding cabinets. When we started with the floor the persons who had remodeled the room before caused us to have to remove everything they had previously done and start all over again. We wanted it done correctly. But even though we started from scratch Bob, kept the job running smoothly.

The subcontractors he hired were amazing.  We had to pour a new cement floor.  The cement masons were excellent. Roger the tile guy, did everything we asked him to do. The cabinet maker was very concern about what we wanted, again the cabinets are beautiful. The room we call an office/craft room is everything we wanted. They did an excellent job. We will hire them again if we ever need help again.

Our heating went down during the holiday season. I called a number of places, but no one was available to come and fix it. Chino Valley Heating and Cooling gave me Wade's number. Wade answered the call and he was able to come and assess the issue I was having with my heating the same day. It turned out that the motor and switch in my HVAC needed to be replaced.
Wade is a great communicator, he gave me updates until the project was completed.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. My heating is now restored and my house is now warm and comfy. Thanks to Wade and Bill for coming to the rescue.

I had a underground line chewed up by a stump grinder. It powered the pool pump and with the hot weekend i needed this done ASAP to avoid a green pool.

I found Johnson Power Solutions on Yelp. I used the Yelp feature where they send you project request out to 10 vendors.

Being 4 pm on a Friday afternoon, I wasn't sure how many vendors would get back to me. Kristin was the first to contact me. She was able to schedule me in Saturday afternoon. Perfect!

Next day, Jacob showed up on time. Went over the project, he gave me a very fair price and was able to fix it that afternoon.

Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service and the great job itself. Highly recommended

MarkC is fantastic!  I have had the pleasure of having him work on many projects-- from my surf park, to most recently a simple add of a 220 line for a add on HVAC unit.  Each time, he has been early, under budget, and exceptional quality and service.  For any of your electrical needs, you need only call him, and you will have timely, quality service without any qualms.

I was referred this company from the person I bought some LED bulbs from so I didn't bother to ask the cost to install the new LEDs.  I had 9 lights converted over to LED and they charged me $550.  The person I purchased the LEDs agreed that was too much to pay.  The guy installing the lights spoke to me (owner of the business) in a very condescending manner, and seemed to be bothered that he had to install the lights.  I feel like I got ripped off and spoken to in a disrespectful manner.  I will not use them again.  I already let the person who referred me to Desert Mountain Electric, and they will no longer be referring this company as well.

A couple panel change jobs. More to come. Jason and company is ready for the job. Will not disappoint.

MK Electric does work under OneGuard Home Warranty. I had a nice sounding fellow call me from MK Electric to inquire about a service order that I had with OneGuard.

He called and we spoke for 30 seconds to one minute. He was certain that OneGuard had called him in error, and that they should have contacted a mechanical contractor as his company doesn't work on mechanical aspects of broken equipment, only electrical.

But in calling OneGuard, he led them to believe that he had diagnosed the issue. He hadn't. He'd only spoken to the homeowner briefly, and the coverage we had on this broken item was cancelled due to his call and the phony diagnosis he left with the insurance company.

I don't need headaches like this-- I'd find another electrical contractor if I were you. The contractor should be on the side of the end customer, supporting that person and their repair. I guess the big bucks they get from OneGuard put him into that corner and the sneaky way we were dealt with did not leave a positive impression.

I have been volunteering at the Market of Dreams, a non-profit that helps businesses owners own a business.  

They had moved locations and needed an electrician.  No one could help, was too expensive, or outright unwilling.  

Colter Electric stepped up.  Wow!  The knowledge and professionalism brought to the sight was a miracle.  Renovations will continue to be made and the community of Sunnyside will have a place to feature art, goods, services, and food!  

His team collaborated with the other professionals on sire, thoroughly explained the process so a four-year-old could understand, and was awesome to work with.  Things such as safety were brought to the attention of the site manager which impressed me.  He didn't suggest the minimum protection, but maximum for long terms safety even if it was an a higher cost.  Our health was his priority every step of the way.

We had a fantastic experience working with Alen (Farris Electric) and his team. We had to upgrade our electrical panel, which was decades old 100Amp panel to a 200Amp, solar ready panel. This involved the identification of mystery wiring throughout the house (a failed DIY by the previous home owner), a new riser, new grounding, and even a new cable running from the main power supplier to box. This was a coordinated effect between Farris Electric, the Phoenix city inspector, and APS. Our experience was that Alen will gave a fair price (he was better priced then other quotes), that the work was impeccably timely, professional, communicative, clean, and that everything was left in perfect order. He and his crew even went the extra mile to correctly wire incomplete electrical work that was left in our attic by the previous home owner, for free. Alen coordinated all the appointments from APS and the Phoenix city inspector without any extra effort from us.

A very successful, well-priced, professional, and expedient job done on a batty old house (built 1922). We will definitely call him for future work.

We just bought a house that needed quite a lot of electrical work. Byler Electric was recommended to me. Dan is super nice and I totally recommend his company, and his crew they were awesome. This company,and Dan for sure, will be my go to electrician.

I need a outlet put in my garage. I called Micor and Ronnie called me back a little while later. He came to give me an estimate very quickly and were reasonable. After my esitimate, he did the work immediately. If you mention yelp, you get a little discount. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was Fantastic, I called on Christmas Eve to come out  to fix a breaker or find the problem as to why our water heater wasn't getting power. I talked to Rex (this was only after our Terrible Home Warranty company Landmark couldn't get anyone out here for 4 more days) Rex was helpful and told me that if he couldn't get someone out in a few hours he would come himself. Ethan came out, and texted me that he was on his way, he stayed until the issue was resolved on Christmas Eve. God Bless you Ethan and Rex and the rest of your team! We now have Hot water again and can enjoy having our kids here and Hot showers!

Met Garret of Winn Electric Services during the inspection process for my new home.  An inspector had suggested wiring may have been aluminum and would need remediation.   I contacted with Garrett about the potential problem and he responded rapidly and was willing to talk with me about potential remediation.  After purchase of the home we found out the wiring was NOT in need of changes, but we liked Garrett so much from our prior interaction we asked him to install numerous new lights and electric outlets in our new home.  He was a real positive can do person with all our requests.  He even did several tasks that were non electrical such as removing blinds from a very tall living room entry way window.  He arrived on time for installation, did the word accurately and rapidly and was very neat.  He was professional and very affordable.  After he left we developed problems in a ventilation fan that was NOT a part of any work he did.  When we contacted him by text for advice he again responded immediately and came out to the house first thing in the morning to remedy the problem.  His work and work ethic are fabulous.  We are so happy to have a great electrician we can count on.  We highly recommend him

I purchased a Tesla Model X in 2016 and went to Tesla's website right after I ordered it to see what I needed to do to install a charger in my garage. I contacted Castle Gate Electric since it was one of the recommended electrical contractors and was highly rated in Yelp. My home was built in 1952 and had had several remodels, including several electrical patches.  Tyler came to my house and inspected all of the equipment.  He told me that I needed to upgrade the electrical service and I agreed. Well it turned into a long term project due to a lot of things beyond Castle Gate's control.  However, they persisted through the many requirements mandated by APS and finished the installation yesterday. I am pleased with the result and in particular, their attention to detail. I highly recommend Castle Gate Electric.

This is a great company. Our landscape lighting was installed years ago and We had some problems with some fixtures shorting out after the many rain storms we had this winter. The electrician, Patrick, took care of it all. Very courteous too!

I called this company for a bathroom vent install.  I have no attic or crawl space so the job wasn't easy (plus my nephew had already removed the old unit so there was just a hole in the ceiling).  Two men from the company responded the same day I called, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.  And the price was very reasonable.  I had previously received a quote for $1,100 and one for $1,200 and Hope Refrigeration did the job for $150.00.  

I can't find the words to tell you how pleased I was with their help.  As a single woman, I've had bad luck with contractors, but HOPE REFRIGERATION is truly a five star company and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company.  They are very knowledgeable and from the start of request of service till finish they are so very professional.
I had a technician Mike Bernard come to fix hot water heater.  He fixed it, flushed it, and added a quick heater so the far side gets hot water within seconds!! Love it!  He also fixed a tub faucet that two other plumbers said couldn't be fixed,  it would have to be replaced,  cutting wall or removing the marble wall in the tub area, extremely costly.   He fixed it easily.  Kudos to him and to George Brazil
