What a breath of fresh air to deal with an operation which makes it easy to get things done! Professional throughout the entire project. I was replacing a pool heater that had intermittent compressor issues that became a permanent issue. I needed an electrician to look over the requirements for the larger pool heater I would be installing. I also needed the electrician to troubleshoot an issue where a breaker was tripping. They arrived on time, got to work right away, cleaned up when were finished and explained everything when I had questions. I spoke with Gabe at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning about fixing a light on a dimmer switch that suddenly would not turn on. He was at another job but assured me he would call as soon as he knew what time he could come to me. He called around 11:30 and was at my home in 15 minutes. He did a fabulous job trouble-shooting what I had thought would be a simple fix. It took time and determination and I'm thrilled that my light is fixed at a very reasonable price for all the time and effort that was involved. I found Gabe through Yelp and once again am thrilled with the results. His business card details so many things that he is able to repair and/or replace. I will certainly call him with any future electrical, phone or internet needs that I may have.

I had a spa removed from my yard and I need to make sure that the wiring was safely disconnected and the conduit removed.  Firefly was very quick to quote and schedule a time.  Their quote wasn't the cheapest but it was by no means out of line.  I saw other reviews and felt confident that they were doing good work.  Communication was good and Diontae Jackson showed up on time and got right to work.  Diontae's job was made harder because I didn't realize how difficult removing the conduit would be and left many obstacles in his path (yikes).  He was really nice about it and got it all done.  He explained to me what he had done in the breaker box.  Before he left he was able to discuss some more work that I'm thinking  of having done.  An official quote came the same day.  I really appreciate the professionalism and would use this company again.

I contacted Felicia and booked an appointment through her.  Matt who was my technician was polite and persistent.  He found the root cause of my laundry room light and vents not working and obviously repaired it.  During the entire troubleshooting process he was very polite and answered my questions.  Thanks for fixing the light and vent electrical problems in my laundry room Bolt Electric!

We have used Zimmerman Electric several times over the years and have always had excellent results from them.  Today, on a Saturday, we heard a strange noise that sounded like electrical arcing coming from either the top of a wall in our bathroom or the attic.  My wife called Zimmerman Electric and Sean came out within the time quoted time frame.

Unfortunately, by the time Sean got here, the strange noise had stopped. We described the issue as best we could to Sean and he checked both the exhaust fan in the bathroom and the attic above it.  I could tell he was very thorough since the poor guy was covered in insulation and sweat when he came back down.  He checked everything and gave us peace of mind that all was well and there was not a bad wire ready to burn our house down somewhere in the attic.

I needed an outlet converted ASAP.  This place certainly delivered.  They were the only electrical services place that not only answered their phone on a Monday morning (a normal business day), but had a guy come out and give me an estimate.  He was able to do a 4 hour job in 2 hours and take my payment over the phone.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
