Our meeting with Daniel was eye opening to replacement windows. His explanation, and demonstration of these windows convinced us 100%. We were in, and extremely excited. Daniel was personable, pleasant, and knew his window business. He helped us with filing our HOA paperwork, and even came by the house, again, to assist us with the application.

As promised, the windows came in within the expected time, and the date for installation was set. The two installers, James and Briar, showed up on time, they remeasured all the windows before they started the installation, and work began. The first 8 windows were installed the first day, and they cleaned up before they left the site. They told us they would return at 8am the next morning, and they came back promptly at 8am. The second set of 6 windows went in without a hitched. These two men worked very well together, each knowing what the other needed to do. They were very conscientious, polite, personable, and pleasant. The windows are wonderful! They look great, and we are enjoying the fact that we can open our windows for fresh air without having to go to the gym to build up muscles to do so. Our neighbors have complimented on the looks of these windows. We are soooooo glad we invested in these windows.

Did the whole deal remotely for a rental I have in Mesa.  His price beat the pants off the competition plus Mike's customer service was second to none.  Installation went super smooth and he even went back to take pictures of the windows for me since I couldn't be there in person.  Financed the windows 18 months same as cash.  I even had questions after the install and Mike was quick to answer.  Excellent experience,  highly recommend them!

I have worked with Mark Garcia and his team for a couple of years now, and every experience has been positive. Mark is a very nice guy, and has provided me with really quality windows for an affordable price. I've even needed him on the fly when our dog has broken several panels. Mark has been super quick to respond and replace them - sometimes within hours. His communicative and his team really does a professional job. We got a second set of windows along with a new kitchen remodel, and our new windows are really the pièce de résistance of our project. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and OUTSTANDING communication and customer service.  My initial experience was with Tony in sales.  He showed up on time and was patient, professional, and explained to me the different products available and their benefits without pressure or trying to upsell or oversell me.  I was invited to their showroom to finalize my decision where I met Cody, Jessica, and Darin.  They are all great.  Once the order was placed Cody kept me in the loop on the progress and an installation date was set.  The windows and door I ordered came in on time and were installed as scheduled.  Patrick, the installer, did an absolutely fantastic job on the installation.  I could not be happier with the results and I would not hesitate to use them again.  I highly recommend K & J Windows!

We got sunscreens installed by John.  John was great, on time and professional. He even helped us fill out forms for the SRP sunscreen rebates. The sunscreens look awesome, John knows how to make them actually look good. Ours has a grid pattern on them to match the windows. Price was right too, comparable with other estimates from other companies (who probably would have given us an inferior product).

needed a new glass shower door for a bathroom remodel. These guys did a great job. They showed up on time to give me a quote, and explained  everything clearly. I bid three companies, they were the middle bid, but after talking with them I felt they really knew their stuff. The installers were courteous and neat and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone was very helpful, had the best price and did an amazing job replacing the glass at our preschool. We appreciate his dedication to this work and will be recommending his business to others in need of glass repair!

Very pleased with the results. They replaced a large dual pain window in an upstairs family room. It was a tricky install with them having to walk on a clay tile roof. I was nervous about lots of tiles being cracked. They sent a crew of 3 to do the install and were extremely careful on the tile roof. Only 1 tile was broken and that's not bad at all! These guys did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend them.

Great people to work with. Paul is professional, personable and on time.  Prices are very competitive. We had skylights and attic insulation installed. And they are completing a small 'Alumawood' pergola. Would definitely recommend!

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Only reason they get a 4 star is because they cant service me. The timely response and communication was on point. I can tell this is a good company to put your project in the hands of.

We purchased all new windows and patio sliding door as well as a front door. The salesman was very polite and professional. The wait was a bit long for the windows but what isn't nowadays. When the windows came in the schedules and installed the windows very quickly and did a great job. The front door came a few months later. The door was installed crooked and was told the hinge was bent and they had to order a new one. Weeks later they installed the hinge and the door was still crooked. They had to send someone else out. He couldn't fix it. They said it needed a new door. The screws were too small and they stripped the holes. 5 visits later still no door and this one almost fell off. I had to put longer screws in to keep the door from falling off. We have to pull up on the door just to open it when we can actually get it unlocked. Started this in August and now it's March. In the mean time we're making payments on a door that barley opens. I guess that's why it's not called door world. Very disappointed!

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
