We recently had our arcadia door replaced. Every step of this transaction was smooth. The estimator gave us options, and was quick at responding to our questions. The estimated time of arrival for the door was as expected and there was continuous communication at each step- order received, door order, ETD of door, reminder of installation, and even call after to ensure we were happy.  They had estimated stucco repair that was not needed, and the price was promptly removed before last payment.  We are very happy with the door.

We recently got two west facing windows and an east facing sliding door installed by Desert King Windows, and are very happy with the results! The company was professional and a pleasure to work with, from the initial visit to receive a quote all the way through to the installation process. They were easy to communicate with, always showed up on time (we had three visits: quote, final measurements, and installation), and we received a very fair and competitive price.

And let me tell you about the window quality! One of the windows we replaced was for my 2 year old's room. The first night after the installation, he slept until 9:45 in the morning. 9:45!!! I can only assume it was because his room was finally comfortable and quiet! If finally getting to sleep in on the weekend isn't instant gratification, I don't know what is.

Getting new windows from Windowz4less was a great experience. Mike was very responsive to e-mails/texts and was able to give me a competitive price on some high-end windows, even though I only needed to replace four total. He honored the original quote even though I had to wait several months to get HOA approval. The new windows have an excellent build quality and reflect the majority of the incoming sunlight. So far this summer, the west-facing rooms in my house have been several degrees cooler. I wish I had gotten these windows earlier. Highly recommended!

Mark helped me out of a jam. When nobody would even think of coming out Sunday, even after my window was broken during a burglary Saturday night, Mark was there.
I have old school, mid-century crank windows that aren't exactly standard, but Mark was super nice and a total pro. He even have me words of encouragement on my rough day. I should have paid him extra for doubling as a therapist.
Overall, great work at an extremely reasonable price, especially considering the general pain in the a** prices anyone else would have charged for a weekend evening on no notice. Mark is a thoroughly good dude, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

We had all the windows (13) and patio door replaced last week by K & J Windows. Love our new windows and door! It was a pleasant and professional experience with the K & J sales team. We were kept informed and install date on time. The installation team (Jose and Scott) were the best! They were professional, skilled with attention to detail, spot on with cleanup, and friendly. Good window installation companies are hard to come by. Other have very high pressure sales tactics and use third parties to do the actual install. These windows were installed right on schedule, without making any false promises. The crew took their time to make sure the install was perfect. We will be using them in the future.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone and team did a great job sealing our windows and replacing one window as well.  He was on time and communicated well throughout the process.  Would definitely recommend!

I had these guys out to install shower glass and they only used silicon around the whole glass panel, no hardware was used and I even explained to Nicky that safety should come before looks and hardware should be used! Nicky basically told me I was an idiot and he knew all the codes and laws for my area and that silicon would be just fine. Wouldn't you know it about 3 days later my grandma slipped and fell right into the glass and boom the whole panel fell and shattered everywhere, I contacted Nicky and all he did was block me! Very very disappointed with this company, filed a complaint with the BBB and everything, please steer clear of them and spend your money elsewhere!

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Krasiva did a beautiful job for us: we needed to replace a double front entry door, 3 French patio doors and windows in 3 bedrooms (hung and sliding styles).

First: we were looking specifically for Weathershield doors and windows, and Krasiva is the only company in the valley that installs these! After initial consults with the usual big name windows and doors companies, I discovered WeatherShield in a friend's home and decided these were what I was looking for.

The Owner: Greg Strickland is fantastic. Always able to answer questions, even about minutiae. Responds quickly to voicemail or email. Really believes in quality craftsmanship. Diligent in delivering a final product that satisfies the customer. Fair, HONEST, and conscientious businessman.

Consultation went well--2 meetings to discuss exactly what we wanted. Apparently the specific French patio doors with side vents we had were not standard, so Krasiva (with Weathershield, the company that makes the patio doors) custom designed the doors and added casement windows on the sides so we could still have the ventilation we were used to, while retaining the door style we wanted.

They were very detailed when it came to measurements. Each of our patio doors, though identical in appearance, were actually all different in dimensions because of the openings! (Our house was built in 1953 with several additions in the 90's.)

Cost: for an order that included 3 custom-built French patio doors with side casement windows, the total STILL came in several thousand dollars LESS than the big name competitors from whom we regularly receive ads in our mailbox! (I had gotten quotes on 2 separate occasions from 2 of these companies and the numbers just don't compare.)

Timing: we finalized the order in late November and installation occurred in early February. Considering all the normal production delays expected during the holidays, we thought the timing was fairly quick!

We can already tell the difference between our new doors/windows and old ones (which are only 6 years old, but do NOT have the ability to repel heat/cold and block 95-97% of UV from entering the house, like our new ones do). One whole side of the house is cooler than the other, as the temps outside have been rising. SO happy we got these installed before summer arrives! May now need to look into replacing the others...to maximize energy effiency! Greg had told me that I'd probably feel that way once our new doors and windows went in!

So happy to have found a local company to help with this large project!!

I walk into their office it wa informed that they can't give me a price on windows. In the middle of a show Room standing there 2 people working and they can't give me numbers because their sales guy needs to call me. This is unbelievable I guess they really don't want business. I will have to call Dave Ramsey and explain to him the level of customer service he's advertising Is not what hes portraying it to be. I made a special trip down here So I can speak to somebody in person. Shame on window world

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
