Greg and his team were fantastic to work with and quality of the windows and service were top notch. The installation of everything was efficient and quick, the guys were friendly and cleaned up nicely. As soon as our windows were put in we IMMEDIATELY felt the difference in insulation of heat/cold as well as SOUND (we didn't think about how much the windows helped with that). The installers were playing a radio that when sitting inside you could hear loud and clear and after window install, the radio noise was nearly silent. Totally recommend this company and the services they provide! Thanks Greg and team!

I had 10 windows replaced and 3 french doors (changed to custom sliding glass doors).  Daniel Gordon came out and educated me on the benefits of dual pane windows for heat, UV and sound protection.  James came to my house and spent hours getting accurate measurements for my house and answering my questions.  The installation team was excellent.  They explained what they would be doing over the next three days.  They covered all of the furniture, removed and re-installed the wood blinds and left my house cleaner that it was when they started!  I am so pleased with the work by Desert King Windows.  My house is brighter and cooler.  Thank you so much Daniel for your time and getting me to work with Desert King Windows.

Getting new windows from Windowz4less was a great experience. Mike was very responsive to e-mails/texts and was able to give me a competitive price on some high-end windows, even though I only needed to replace four total. He honored the original quote even though I had to wait several months to get HOA approval. The new windows have an excellent build quality and reflect the majority of the incoming sunlight. So far this summer, the west-facing rooms in my house have been several degrees cooler. I wish I had gotten these windows earlier. Highly recommended!

I also highly recommend Garcia's Window's.  I'm an out of state landlord and rely on the feedback I read in Yelp. After a little research I decided to call Garcia's Windows.  I was in the middle of an eviction and the tenant was not cooperating in scheduling the job.  

The same day the tenant was moving out, I called Mark and he came that morning as promised and replaced the two large windows: one upstairs and one downstairs.  He was in and out within an hour and did a great job! He was professional and did clean work. I also thought his emailed invoice was a nice touch. I would definitely call on them again.

It has been a year since the installation and my selection for K&J Windows installation.  Everything is as good as day one.  
Nice and easy to clean, cooler in summer, and a lot more quieter.

I have no regret for my selection.

Imperial Windows was extremely easy to work with, from the initial meeting about quotes and measurements to the installation sessions.  The installers were very clean and organized and the company was great at answering any questions I had in a very timely manner.

very Happy with the service from Dunrite.  they were the first to respond to our request for quote to replace all of our windows and a sliding door, and when one of their competitors came in with a lower quote they immediately matched it.  There was no high pressure sales pitch like with every other company, and the sales rep, Sean, was very pleasant to have in our home, we felt like we had known him for years.  The work crew who installed the new windows and door were not only on time, but a few minutes early!  They started immediately and were done in record time.  They laid drop clothes out to keep any materials off of carpet and flooring, and they cleaned up behind themselves as each room was completed. After 6 months of remodeling and dealing with contractors, I cannot express how absolutely amazing it was to have the experience we did with Dunrite from start to finish. Thank you Dunrite, I will be sure to tell everyone how awesome you guys are!

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

This company was great! They were responsive quickly to my request for a quote and were able to make the repair within several days. They said they would arrive between 8/830 and arrived at 7:55. Great punctuality! The representative who showed up to complete the work was friendly and productive. They were able to make my window repair in about an hour.

I will absolutely reach out to them again for any future needs.

10/28/22 Apodaca's glass gave me a quote for a window repair.
They charged me a deposit of 50% to set the appointment. On 11/17/22 they came out and completed the work... turns out they had given me an incomplete quote for the window. The tech they sent out didn't have the common sense to bring it up and instead installed brand new glass on a broken frame.
They called me the next day to ask for the rest of the payment and I explained that the work they did was not acceptable and they assured me they'd send someone out to quote me for the complete repair. We set an appointment for a few days later.
To no one's surprise, the tech did not show up to quote me. I decided it wasn't worth my time and left it at that.
MONTHS later, some dude calls me trying to collect the other half of the payment. I explain to him the whole situation, and he apologized and said they would have someone out to complete the quote this time, we set an appointment, and someone actually came out, but their terrible service doesn't stop there.
For the next few weeks, I had people from Apodacas calling me, asking me when I would like to schedule the appointment. I told every single person that called me that I never received a quote. Every single person I spoke to confirmed my email and phone number and then told me they would get it sent out.
The last person I spoke to was a lady a few weeks ago asking me the same exact thing. I once again reiterated that nobody has sent me a quote and explained to her the situation. she apologized and said that she was going to reach out to management and see if they could cover the work because of the inconvenience.
As I mentioned before this was weeks ago. I have had no email or phone communication and at this point, I never want to hear from them again.
I am only here to warn people not to waste their time and money on this company.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone was very helpful, had the best price and did an amazing job replacing the glass at our preschool. We appreciate his dedication to this work and will be recommending his business to others in need of glass repair!

Had to replace the glass in one of my patio doors.   First went to Home Depot,  and they said that they would have to replace the entire patio door,  for a price of close to $2300, which I agreed to.   They then called back, and said they made a mistake and instead it would be  closer to $2700 (due to quoting the wrong size of my doors).     I told them that was a little to much $ for me,  and went on-line to see if someone could just fix the glass that was broken (one of the panes broke on a two pane sliding door).  

Found AZ Xtreme Glass on line, and saw that they were located close to where I lived.   Sent them an e-mail and they got back to me right away,  with an estimate.   They then sent someone over the next day to take measurments and take a deposit.  Person who came over was courteous and knowledgeable.  They asked for a check for deposit,  and said it was to avoid the credit card fees.  At first I thought is was a little strange, and was worried that they could just cash the check and I would never hear from them again.  That was not the case at all,  as they ordered the glass, and did the install a few days later.  

Very happy with their work, and pricing. Extremely friendly and courteous.   Absolutely would use them again.  They saved me a lot of money!

I have had ECS Come out to my house for two different areas needing gutters. They are the nicest people, perfectionists in their work, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anybody.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Krasiva Windows did a great job on replacing our front and side windows. Our house was built in 1985 and still had the original single-pane windows.

Someone from Krasiva came to our door, introduced himself, and left a flyer last fall. They followed up via phone to set an appointment for the pitch. The pitch from Gary went well, we learned a lot, and we scheduled our window replacement. Someone else came to take final measurements and then we waited 6 weeks for the windows to be made. Everyone we dealt with at the company was professional and friendly.

As soon as they were ready - right after Christmas - they called and scheduled the team to do the work. A team of three came over in the morning and they were done by early afternoon. They were professional and worked fast - we barely knew they were there. Clean-up was a breeze.  And Gary came by in the morning and brought our dog a toy which was a great customer service touch!  

The only thing that keeps this from a five-star review is that one of the window parts had a problem with the coating from the factory. The foreman noticed the problem and filled out the warranty information. Another six weeks later, that one portion was ready and it took less than an hour to pop out the problem pane and drop in the new one. The warranty process was easy, so the review only loses a star because we had to wait longer for the project to be complete.

Our house gets more light, less heat and less outside sound -- our dog was happy that New Year's fireworks were muffled.  The only thing I wish is that we had our bedroom windows done too!

Regardless of the situation you didn't handle the situation properly you still left me behind I don't think you're a Marine... asking the spell respect I don't even think he knows the meaning of it.. I hope everybody there is legitimate from this side of the world... let's not forget what led up to that day the complete screw up from you your people and it screwed up salesperson named Richard

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
