I made a purchase for window replacement on Jan5th. Typical 50% down and the rest on install .  The lead time is 8-10 weeks. I'm now close to the lead time and reached out to the window company for an install update. I cant seem to contact them. Have a bad feeling that maybe they are not in business anymore.

Would recommend Mark and his team for any window needs. He was quick, responsive, courteous and super helpful with two panes we needed replaced.

We used Yelp to select who would be installing our windows. K & J Windows had the most and best rated Yelp reviews for 2016 so we called them for a quote.  Tony came out and provided a review of windows and installation.  The frames of the old windows would be covered with new channel frames minimizing damage to the existing window openings and keeping the mess to a minimum.  That sounded great and we had all windows quoted (11 total) at a cost of $11,000+. We decided to begin with the six most critical reducing the cost to $6,000+.   We were advised to remove anything breakable and the crew would provide any other protection needed. A two man crew arrived late due to traffic and began to tear out a large bay window in the master bedroom. They laid down some tarps and proceeded to tear out the old window frame back to the drywall. Much more extensive demo than we were led to believe but John, the lead installer, made a comment that you never know what you are going to find until you tear into a window made sense and at this point we were committed to get the old window out and the new, Simonton, window in. Six windows took the entire day (actually four windows and two sliding doors).  The window box in the kitchen was a real mess.  At one point John was outside using a sawsall while his helper stood in the kitchen with a leaf blower blowing the dust and debris out the window.  Man, what a mess that made.  Finish work around the frames was left to last so it was very late when the finish work began.  The finish work reflected a 10+ hour work day. Given the hour and the mess, we did not do a thorough inspection until the following morning. Finish work is at best a 3 and dust was in every nook and cranny throughout the house.  We love the windows but the mess it left was very upsetting to my wife. She is a fastidious housekeeper and will not let anyone clean other than herself. It took her a good week to go through every dish, pot, pan, drawer, books and bookcases, picture frames and floor in every room of the house to get the mess cleaned up. When we called to authorize payment we expressed out dissatisfaction with not having been provided fair warning of the mess this undertaking would require and offer fair warning here to anyone who is considering window replacement. Simonton windows are very nice and we believe the investment was worth it but be prepared for some serious clean up once they are in.

We decided to go with Imperial Windows and Screens to replace the aged sunscreens on our home.  John Uptegrove (the owner) came to our home to give us an estimate for the sunscreens and a replacement patio door.  John took his time as he explained the options available to us as well as the cost - including the estimated SRP rebate.  

The screens were installed approximately 2 weeks after they were ordered and they look great and are a really nice quality.  Bob the installer was very pleasant and professional and John showed up during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly.  Bob left the  SRP rebate paperwork with Imperial Windows and Screens portion filled out and explained exactly what needed to be done to submit the rebate forms.

I would highly recommended Imperial Windows and Screens.  John obviously takes great pride in the quality of his product and work and was a pleasure to do business with.  Honest, reliable and fairly priced.  I was also very pleased with the professionalism of Bob who did the install.  Thanks again Imperial!

I can't say enough good things about the company and their personnel. From our salesman Tony to Sal the project manager to JJ and Doug the installers all A-1 plus people. Got to joke around with installers while they were here (on time may I add) it was one of. No the best experience I have had with contractors since moving to AZ.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

The front window in our house needed to be replaced asap due to damage. Tyrone responded very quickly  to my request for a quote. His prices were extremely reasonable. He showed up when he said he was going to and was very personable. Our window was ordered and replaced in 4 days. I highly recommend Apple High Glass Repair.

Very pleased with the results. They replaced a large dual pain window in an upstairs family room. It was a tricky install with them having to walk on a clay tile roof. I was nervous about lots of tiles being cracked. They sent a crew of 3 to do the install and were extremely careful on the tile roof. Only 1 tile was broken and that's not bad at all! These guys did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend them.

Great company!  Outstanding service from Carrie on the phone, to Jason the estimator and the crew of Jose and Dan.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely and professional  manner.  It was a pleasure to work with this company.  If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that both my husband and I need to be at home which is fine because I work from home anyways. Made our appointment at 11am on a Friday and the guy shows up 10 mins early. I'm in a meeting but I can hear him. I figured I should be done by 11. I come out and my husband told me that the guy left because I wasn't available. Are you kidding me? He couldn't wait 10 mins to do it at the time he was suppose to do it at? I was literally just at my desk taking a call. My husband said the rep looked like he didn't want to be there anyways. Fine. Guess we'll just go with another company.

We also later realized that another rep from the same company showed up at our door on Christmas eve trying to sell windows and tried to look around our house which made us feel uncomfortable. Who does that on Christmas eve anyways. If I had known it was this company, I wouldn't have scheduled in the first place.

Waited 6 months for 2 windows.  They installed one of them with broken glass, and the other is missing a screen.  Poorly painted, looks bad. No ETA can be provided and they already billed me in full!  Look elsewhere

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
