I made a purchase for window replacement on Jan5th. Typical 50% down and the rest on install .  The lead time is 8-10 weeks. I'm now close to the lead time and reached out to the window company for an install update. I cant seem to contact them. Have a bad feeling that maybe they are not in business anymore.

We had all our windows replaced by K&J. This is the second time we've worked with them and they did a great job both times. The crew of Nick, Solo, Scott and Gary did a fantastic job at our home. They were on time and professional. They kept us well informed of the progress and of any issues. Thanks K&J and the crew. We love our new windows!

Just an update: during the installation a window was broken. I was told at the time they would come back and fix the window with a replacement. Two weeks later we are still waiting for the repair. The repair is not done by K&J, but we are disappointed in how they are handling this situation. As their customer, we thought they would be more engaged to make sure we are satisfied. Up until now we have been very pleased, and even referred close friends to call Tony and they made a purchase from K&J. I hope their experience turns out better.

We love the windows, just disappointed in how this repair is being handled.

Great service, Great Product, Great Price.  When I started looking for sunscreens, Bob was the first to respond and schedule an appointment to give us an estimate.  He was friendly, professional and informative.  The price was competitive so we decided to go with them.  It took just a couple weeks to have the screens manufactured and schedule installation.  The job was completed professionally and the end result looks fantastic!  I can confidently recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about the company and their personnel. From our salesman Tony to Sal the project manager to JJ and Doug the installers all A-1 plus people. Got to joke around with installers while they were here (on time may I add) it was one of. No the best experience I have had with contractors since moving to AZ.

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

When we moved into our home the owners before us had windows installed incorrectly and the window in my daughters bedroom leaked every time it rained. I called Dependable Glass and they were awesome, they first came out to reseal the window to stop the leak. It stopped the leak but then a smell came the next time it rained, so we called them back out. James suggested that we put in a new weep hole because the window was sagging in the middle and collecting water. While he put in the weep hole he took the liberty of measuring the window just in case this didn't work and I wanted to replace it so they would have the measurements on hand and he wouldn't have to come back out just to measure. I really appreciated that! The weep hole kind of worked but it the smell remained when it rained so we decided to have it replaced. Since James already did the measurements it was a smooth and easy process to call and order the window.
On the day of install because of COVID I had asked if they would please wear masks. They were happy too! James and Johnny were AWESOME! They made a great team, they cleaned up everything and the window looked great when it was done! When I need to have more windows replaced I will absolutely call Dependable Glass. Their process is seamless and they have wonderful, respectful and kind people working there. Thank you to Kristen for setting everything up and to James and Johnny for replacing my daughters window!

Just wanted to update my review.   Tech did come out on scheduled day (was a little behind schedule but I don't care about that at all) and preformed work.  Both tech and office staff were super polite, professional and easy to work with.  Job well done in my opinion and I would use them again

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Called us back immediately, came out & measured everything to exact specifications, met at their showroom.  They helped with all pros and cons of all options.  They truly care about the long term impact of their products and installation.  Can't wait to see the finished product!  Customer service is alive and well with this company!

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I should have posted this review nearly a month ago as it is well deserved, but forgive me, I've been busy. I'll begin by describing the windows. To be brief, they are fantastic. This house is an older house in Central Phoenix that was built in 1959. The windows were those old timey steel casement crank out style windows. I didn't realize how bad those windows were until the new windows were installed. There used to be areas inside the house that were not functional or usable during the summer months because it was just too hot to be near one of these windows. When the sun came up, it was time to get up and out of bed because my bedroom heated up so rapidly it was impossible to be there. These windows have changed all of that. I won't pretend to understand what magic is happening with these windows, but it is a fact that the light comes through but the heat does not. This house is now a very different environment. There is an outside space, and an inside space, and these windows are the barrier between those two spaces.

As for the crew that showed up to install the windows, it would be impossible to ask for a better experience. There have been many projects at this house in the last few months and this window replacement project was the absolute best experience. These guys clearly knew what they were doing, and they did it quickly, efficiently and with a great deal of skill. It was a pleasure to have them here in my home, they were respectful and careful with my property, and we actually had fun. You really can't ask for more than that in a home renovation project.

Full disclosure, I was considering purchasing some standard Home Depot windows and hiring a contractor to install them. Greg somehow convinced me that was not the way to go. I was skeptical at first, but now that it is all said and done, he was correct. I am very happy and grateful that I invested in these windows. It ain't cheap, but it is worth it.

If Greg shows up at your house with his frames, panes, torches, and heat lamps to demonstrate his windows, stick with it to the end. It will be boring, unless you're a science geek, but in the end it gets interesting.

Saw an advertisement in House2home magazine for 6 premium windows for $3425.  I need to replace all the windows plus a patio door and kitchen door at a rental property, so I asked my husband to call to schedule a free estimate.  I liked that this is an AZ company and the windows are made here because I like to support AZ companies.  However, the person answering the phone, said she could not schedule an estimate unless I, the homeowner, would be there.  My husband said he could meet the estimator at the property, since I'm too busy, but the lady said I would have to be there.  I got on the phone and asked why I would have to be there if I'm sending a representative and she said she couldn't schedule an appointment if I wasn't going to be there but I could talk to a sales rep.  It always makes me suspicious about a hard sell if I have to be at the property just to get an estimate.  I don't like doing business with companies like this.  I always get a few estimates before deciding who to choose for the job.  Obviously, you don't want the business when making it difficult to get an estimate.  There are many window companies in the Valley, so I will be taking my business for this rental and my other properties elsewhere.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
