Best Windows Installations in United States

I had them replace the windows in my home. What a great experience  right from the start. The gentleman who did the quote was great to deal with and gave us a fair price. They were installed ahead of schedule, and the installers exceeded my expectations in every way. How can one company have so many good people. Way to GO Arizona window and Door

See some people talking about fraud, maybe they were just impatient?  The Windows looked great.  They were definitely on the cheaper side I'd say, but pricewise they were around 30% the cost of what Andersson wanted to extort, and about 75% the cost of the same exact model offered from another door-to-door salesman even AFTER the stupid exercise of haggling.

Lead time is really long due to supply chain issues, welcome to the new world for the time being.

It isn't too good to be true, it's just a really messed up marketplace and Windowz4less seems to be an actual honest broker.

Don't waste your time. Two appointments schedule. First, no call no show. Second, no call no show. At least have the decency to let your customers know you aren't coming.

My husband and I decided our home needed a window update our home had the original windows from back in the 70's when it was built.
We have 3 sliders, a 5ft, 6 ft, and an 8 ft plus 6 windows of various sizes.
Tony came out to do our estimate and was very knowledgable and very nice to deal with, He sent us our estimate via email within a day or two and it was very detailed with the window measurements as well as the cost of each window. We did ask him to make a change and it as done right away.
We did get 3 other estimates one from the big box stores and 2 other independent companies. I will say the women from the big box store was very nice but the estimate was beyond high..
The one independent I did not like at all his estimate sheet was very unprofessional and when we told him his estimate was more than another company he asked who it was and when we told him he began bad mouthing  that company. Right than and there we asked him to leave, a professional does not do that. I can't remember the other.
We decided on k and J not because they were the cheapest but because they were the most professional , they have a quality product for a good price. Our windows were ordered and and put in when they said they would be. It takes about 3-4 was for the order to arrive. Our windows  were put in this past November. Our home looks so much better and is a lot quieter now that we no longer have single pane windows.
I would highly recommend them if you are looking for window and doors.

I recently used DunRite for a home I am completely renovating in Scottsdale, so I needed quite a few new windows and doors. Sal was incredibly easy to work with and super efficient. Very quick response time, and great customer service from the office team and also the team that did the install. DunRite was more reasonable than several other quotes I had received for the same product, and had a faster turn around time! Will absolutely be using them again in the future!

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! Steve did a wonderful job on my new bathroom mirrors!! He had the best quote by far, called me back, & made the mirrors quickly over the Christmas/ New year holiday! One of the best parts of our bathroom remodel. ( Also nice to see him working with his Dad). I will call him again if I need glass, mirrors......

What an experience.
- I originally took my removable window there myself as they quoted me a really good price just to have the glass replaced. They said they would call me once its done in a week or so.
- A week or so goes by, no contact. I had to phone them and they said that there technician 'misplaced' the window, they will call me back once they find it. A few days go by, I phone again and they have 'lost' my window. They said they will contact me to arrange a new window replacement.
- Another weeks goes by, I again had to contact them to see what the hold up is. They said they will have someone come out to measure the window frame and replace the whole thing, all I pay is labor.....fair enough i'm okay with that. Guy comes and measures window, he said they will call me with ETA of delivery dates/times.
- 4 weeks go past and they finally call, frame will be here Monday we will come and replace that day. Monday rolls around, no one shows up, no phone call, nothing. I call at 1500 and they say the window was damaged in delivery, 'we will call once we receive another new frame'.
- Another 4 weeks go by, nothing. I decided to go there myself and talk with them. Supposedly distributer didn't have any materials in stock to build the window so they couldn't give an estimated date when it was done. I suggested trying a different one as this has gone on for way longer than it needed to.
- The next day the called and scheduled it to be fitted. The came and fitted the frame, done quite a bit of damage to the wall but that was slightly expected. The next day a guy came out and filled in the damage with wall repair, which it cracked later when it dried so I had to fix it myself.

Overall view....this is the snippet version of what I went through, the customer service I received was very up and down. I had to do all the hassling and phoning them when it should be the other way around. How/why did they lose the window in the 1st place is beyond me. But, they sensed that and they helped by not charging for the frame.
But would I recommend using them on my experience? No.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Very happy with the work, Tyrone was on time, very hard worker. The price was very reasonable. The turn around time was fast.

The guys who put in my shower glass were amazing. They were super sweet to my dogs and went above and beyond when installing my shower wall. I wasn't fully prepared for the install and they offered to help in order to get the glass installed that day. It went super fast, I was so grateful.

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! I love my rain gutters and i appreciate the hard work! Thank you

Absolutely Fantastic,   The only company to deal with.  James was a complete professional, price was right and service was great. Up front and very honest people to work with

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

The salesman for Kraisva windows and doors was very knowledgeable on their products and explained in detail all our options for window replacements.  The workers who installed our windows were also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  All work was done with skill and on time. My new windows look great and really change the appearance of my living room and bedrooms, inside and out.   We are happy with the quality of windows installed.   Thanks Kraisva for a job well done.

I called last Tuesday to make an appointment to get an estimate for 15 new windows. I guess my business didn't matter to them. I had my appointment at 5:30pm today (a week later)and the sales person didn't show up. I knew it was a bad idea to cancel my evening and get off work early since they said they were going to call me an email me with confirmation. I didn't call them because I wanted to see the type of company it was especially if they were going to do my windows. If this was a missed estimate... I can only imagine the hassle it would have been if I actually needed warranty from here. Thank you I'll take my business elsewhere.

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
