Best Windows Installations in United States

We purchased a 20 year old home in north Scottsdale in Sept. the windows were all in need of replacement. We called Desert King and made an appointment. Jim P. Came out on time . He made a very thorough presentation, was not pushy at all. He gave us a very fair estimate to replace all our windows including a sliding door. We replaced all the windows over a 5 month period.  James who was in charge of measuring and scheduling was a pleasure to deal with. All three crews were hardworking and cleaned up afterwards. We had an issue with one of the larger windows and James had someone out to reinstall it with no issues. All in all we are very satisfied with this company. And would recommend them without hesitation. Oh and they didn't charge a dime until after the windows were installed and we were satisfied..

Mike was very knowledgeable about my sliding door issue. Was on time for the appointment and helped choose the right replacement door. The price was in line with what I thought it should cost and was about 75% of what others were wanting for the same product and installation cost

Contacted them because of the stellar reviews. He wanted me to text him, which was great at first. Said he'd contact me to set up an appointment and it's been over a week and I haven't heard back. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Really disappointed because so many good things were said here on yelp.

I got quotes from 4 companies and the K & J quote was the best by far. In fact, at first I thought there had to be a mistake.  Cody took the time to come back over to walk me through every detail and showed me where the other companies were assuming upgrades for me that I didn't want or need.  I appreciate Cody's no nonsense, cut to the chase approach. It took me few months to pull the trigger.  Cody kept himself top of mind in my emails, but was never pushy or over the top..for that I'm grateful.  He came back over AGAIN to refresh my understanding on everything and it was a go.  The next guy in the process was the dude who came for final measurements.  I don't remember his name, but he was courteous and ALSO took the time to make sure my expectations were in line.  The wait for the product wasn't too bad and then came the day of installation. So, by this time, I'm working from home due to Covid & I'm stressing because I'm imagining that its going to loud and dusty and distracting.  Boy, was I wrong.  They installed every window in my house and 3 sliders in a matter of one day. Nick and the guys (Solo, Carlos, Scott & Gary) we so professional and efficient.  With my headphones on working, I hardly knew there were there until they got to my office window, and there seemed to be no mess during the process and they left my house cleaner than when they started!  Nick walked me through every room and we tested and discussed each window before heading out.  Guys, can I just say, my windows are beautiful compared!  I had no idea what i was missing with those old 1980's windows.  These block out the sound and the heat.  Total upgrade.  The only thing they could improve would be to provide ACH payment online.  Otherwise...solid products & service. Imperial Windows did such a great job, from the moment I called them to the end of the job. Ken Griggs from Imperial worked with me from the beginning, and he was great. Imperial Windows gave us the lowest price for a great product. The installation crew was great and only took the 1.5 days to install 14 windows. Really happy customer!

Ended up going with a different company due to a lower quote, but let's hope it doesn't nip me in the bud. Anyways, DunRite would've been my second choice. The quote/estimate process was simple and quick, Jan, the consultant, was cordial and honest during the whole process. No frills, no pushy upsell tactics, just straight to the point to meet your needs. Major pro was that I was able to get a same-day estimate. I'd recommend everyone to at least get a quote from DunRite if you are in the market for new windows to be installed.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Can't say enough about C.J., James & Ricky from Dependable Glass.  We were having an issue with our Glass Slider and the were honest friendly, nice, did a great job and came in UNDER their original quote.
We are already having them give us a quote for a separate issue with a different window.  Thank you!

I needed glass repair done before the week and they fit me in during the exact day and time I needed and did an excellent job replacing my windows! Would recommend 100%

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone came and completed the cut down of my mirrors.  It was truly a joy working with him.  Not only is he extremely efficient, and professional, he is so friendly.  While he was at the house, I had him measure and provide me a quote to replace my existing windows with more energy efficient ones.  Can't wait to work with him again.

I had cabinet glass replaced with etched glass on 4 doors.  Very knowledgable and friendly staff!  They had lots of options for patterns and levels of transparency on site to look at.  Completed the work in less than a week.

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

EDIT: How very sad that this business decides to argue with people online instead of provide good customer service. Yes, I had a problem with my ceilings. Yes, I did start a new job. Those are not reasons why I did not go with your company, but they were reasons my door project was delayed. Which I told your representative the last time we spoke. I'm not sure how that somehow makes it ok to call me over and over every day for a week less than a month later, which I am now assuming was done spitefully. You guys must have a lot of time on your hands. I uploaded screenshots of every call to this post, although they seem to be out of order. But it's very visible that you harassed me, apparently because I postponed my project or because I may have used someone else. At no point did I ASK anyone to call me in this manner.

We purchased all new windows and patio sliding door as well as a front door. The salesman was very polite and professional. The wait was a bit long for the windows but what isn't nowadays. When the windows came in the schedules and installed the windows very quickly and did a great job. The front door came a few months later. The door was installed crooked and was told the hinge was bent and they had to order a new one. Weeks later they installed the hinge and the door was still crooked. They had to send someone else out. He couldn't fix it. They said it needed a new door. The screws were too small and they stripped the holes. 5 visits later still no door and this one almost fell off. I had to put longer screws in to keep the door from falling off. We have to pull up on the door just to open it when we can actually get it unlocked. Started this in August and now it's March. In the mean time we're making payments on a door that barley opens. I guess that's why it's not called door world. Very disappointed!

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
