This company was very happy to give quote. Came out right away to measure the windows. Not all the information made it to the technician.  They repeatedly said 10 to 12 weeks. They knew  very early on it would be longer. They had my money and no longer had to communicate.  Interestingly,  when they re looked at 6 weeks later it got scheduled.  The day the salesman accidentally found the order. I got a call that day for scheduling.  Obviously it was lost.  Or hugh consequence.  They will not be doing the other 9 windows.  Yes I am stuck but in less you care about time I would not recommend them.

The installation experience was very satisfactory. I did have to wait way longer than expected to get them installed. It took three and a half months from the time I signed the contract to have them installed. That being said, I'm very happy to have them done - and they did a great job.

Windows seem to be good quality and pricing is competitive, however- pretty negative experience from the time we signed the contract. No quality checks before arriving, so came twice with windows incorrectly manufactured. Quoted 2-3 weeks to get correct ones installed each time. Each time, we had to call 4 weeks later. One window was installed and unfinished- with insulation exposed- for 4 weeks. All in all it took over 3 months to get all correct windows installed. Delays would've been tolerable if we'd been treated better. Our salesman violated the contract, and his satisfaction guarantee, by charging us 2 months before the work was completed. When we brought up any of our concerns, he vacillated between saying he wanted to make it right and talking down to us/being passive aggressive/justifying poor service. It was strange and unsettling. I recommend giving your money to a company with a longer history and many more positive reviews (which illustrate customer experience as a key focus).

These folks are fantastic. Thank you so much for coming out on a Saturday at the last minute and fixing a very broken window for me. I would recommend these folks to all my friends and family they are affordable and very kind. Thank you again for all your help

Great service from start to finish!!!  Everyone involved brought their A game. We ordered four sliding glass doors for our 1970's home in North Central Phoenix. The quality of the doors and insulation was beyond our expectations.  Our home is so quiet now. We can't wait to realize the energy savings this summer.

Do NOT shop any further. I shopped and received quotes from 5 other window businesses and was frustrated with the variance in price and quality. The really scary thing was reading the reviews on those companies, some good and a lot not so good. I just couldn't commit to any of them. Then I found Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. I met with Ken in sales and was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. The product was quality but that was not what sold me. The reviews for this business are top of the stars. And so many people can't be wrong. John the owner called twice to confirm the install date. His install staff was top notch.  I can't thank installer John, Roy, Corey and Chris for a meticulous and respectful installation. I was impressed with the cleanliness that they left. This crew is the best and so appreciated. In fact, after this project, I met with Bob their blinds manager and ordered 5 blinds to compliment my new windows. Because my experience with this company was so outstanding, I am giving them the most stars available. Please give them call.

When I requested a bid I was sure to add specific notes about what we were looking for AND asked the scheduler that the estimator was aware of our request so that we maximized our appt and he would be prepared. After I left a voicemail for the estimator making sure that he'd read the notes, so that we were on the same page, and ten minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time, Sal called to tell me it wasn't going to work for them. I don't know which is worse, the lack of professionalism and arrogance in that statement or the lack of consideration for our time and the needs that were clearly stated two weeks ago. No doubt they will rationalize their bad behavior and try to flip it on me... Buyer beware. By the way, we did find an excellent custom installer with great communication and fair pricing. After getting several quotes for a new window, many that were 3x more expensive than Apodaca's I have to say for the value and price it's well worth it. There were some office issues in terms of scheduling. On my appointment day there was no record of it and it eventually got sorted out but they also went above and beyond and came back after the installation to make sure the window install was to my liking and clean as I wasn't aware of how I could do so and it's 20 feet up. Definitely give them a call for a quote.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I have an all tinted glass front photography studio in central phoenix. We had someone broke window glass the other night, quite frustrating as a shop owner. Tyrone the owner of apple high glass came and barricaded the area same day, gave me a quote and secured with glass manufacturer. Competitive rate, clean work all around. When other glass companies were playing cat and mouse with me and give me all kinds of dates and wrong information, Tyrone have us peace of mind. He was communicative daily. Put our glass up in days ( including weekend). Much appreciated service. Highly recommended.

Both the measurement and installation appointments were on time. Technicians were polite and courteous and the job was completed on time and on budget. I work for a very successful and customer service oriented contractor so I know how to deliver good service. AZ Xtreme did not disappoint.

We've had these guys come out to help n us with a core c of problem areas with our gutters. They were very responsive and did a great job. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Waited 5 months for new patio door for my Phoenix home.  First four months after Perry telling me it would be 10-12 weeks.  No real explanation.  After four months, installers arrived only to determine after half an hour that the wrong frame had been sent.  Yes, Derrick said manufacturer issue, but I had to wait another month for a frame from California.  Joe and Chris did a great installation job - put a barrier to keep dust out of house and cleaned up pretty well.  I do love the door.  Was a little disappointed in lack of finish work.  They did install new trim work on interior, but did not fill nail holes or caulk around the outside of the trim.  Apparently, the only had black caulk to match door.  Also, they cut my tile rather badly in a couple of places, but used my grout to cover the issue.

Only 4 stars because 5 months is too long to wait for a door from California, charge extra to use credit cards, completion work not up to my expectations, and paperwork using actual carbon (like from the 1970's).  

You guys need to move into the 21st century.  Last company I worked with used email for estimates and ongoing communications, used tablets to sign off on installation and accepted credit card payments.  Installers should not be collecting paper checks and getting blue/black fingers from carbon paper.

Jesu's and his team were amazing!  They were here nearly 10 hours and installed 26 new windows and 3 sliding glass doors!  They were very tidy, cleaned up whatever mess they made. We absolutely love our new windows and would highly recommend this company!

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
