We had three doors we wanted done and just some rather simple doors. One door we wanted a dog door for the back yard. I love how half the people we talked to refused to do it...Brandon and Greg said no problem with a smile. NO OTHER COMPANY WOULD PAINT...these guys...No problem. There was a little stucco damage...it wasn't even a question, Nate fixed it like it was never there, got perfect matching paint and did it. Install was very pleasant and they were very clean. The job was so well done we will have them do all the windows in the house no question about it. Thanks for doing such an awesome job!!!

The service, communication, and professionalism from Mark and the guys @ Garcia Windows is 2nd to NONE. We recently had our front window broken and where desperately looking for a company to replace in a timely manner. K&J Windows did an outstanding job for us from start to finish for an older condo project where the views mean everything - so windows are critical.  Darin was thorough and informative on our options, and made the pricing right.  The install team had to take on some unique logistical challenges just to reach the hill-top location, and they made it happen with no issues - or extra $.  They finished in two days, and the results are amazing.  If you want a company that will invest their time and energy to make sure you are thrilled with your results - then make sure and talk to K&J windows from the start.

Highly recommend Imperial for window replacement!  We replaced all of the windows in our house with Imperial, Jon Uptegrove.

We did it in 4 phases over a year period.  I wanted to pay cash and not finance or use credit.  Jon was great to work with.  He was very responsive and always on time.  The product is excellent.  The temperature improvement in my east exposure bedrooms is amazingly improved.
Jon gave the perfect recommendation to achieve the desired result in the various rooms with different exposures.

We don't need sunscreens!  The windows do it all.  And they give our 1980's home an updated look.  Couldn't be happier.

We work in a suite in the same building as DunRite and have watched them pleasantly come and go for years. Always thought we would get a bid from them if we ever needed windows.

Recently bought a house and it needed the locks changed. While the locksmith was repairing the locks we mentioned that we were also beginning to do window shopping. This 29 year-old house had inefficient single-pane windows.

Needless to say, we called Sal and he came right over to measure. Then an ad appeared about another company installing 7 new windows for an amazing low price. Guess Google got our thread because we had 4 bids in a couple days' time.

DunRite was not the low bid - we found out windows are not created equal. We are happy we got to see other products. They make DunRite's look great.

Not trying to set the bar for every DunRite customer, but the second best part was they installed all 14 windows in ONE SHORT DAY.

Dwayne was very professional, friendly, and communicative. Very fair rates and a great job in replacing a broken window that we had.

It was an adventure in dental surgery to find a glass company in Phoenix to measure and provide four panels to fit my kitchen cabinet doors. Either the job was too small, the people were too busy, out to lunch, will call ya back, working on a bigger job, or they prefer broken auto glass because more $$ can be made. NOT THIS WAY with Dependable Glass. I spent literally hours driving around before I found them.

I called them up, was able to come in, the gentleman took the precise measurements straight away (no hard sales nonsense) and I agreed, we ordered the panels and VOILA they arrived days later and we went to pickup. They even helped me out when I needed to have a friend pick up the panels. While I did not use the service they also offered to glue the panes into the door panels.

The prices were EXTREMELY reasonable. Why finding a reputable company for this purchase is so complicated/difficult in this day and age I cannot say, but I sure am appreciative for Dependable Glass!

Our landscapers accidentally broke one of our bedroom windows and it's an older window, single pane, and finding someone to fix it was somewhat difficult! These guys said they could fix it, showed up on time, and had the glass replaced on both sides and out of here within an hour, if that, and did a great job! Very friendly office and field staff as well which is always a plus! I highly recommend these guys!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

We got seven insect screens from Tyrone for a rental property and are very happy with the product and his work.

Of all the companies I spoke to when getting quotes for the job, Tyrone was able to get to us the fastest turnaround and offered the best price by far. Our screens were installed in less than a week!

Not only that, when I contacted him 3 days post-install about vertical gaps on three of the screens, he came by the same day and adjusted them. Great screens, no gaps, great work. I will be going to Apple High for all my screening needs from now on...

My favorite mirror is officially up again...so excited 4 years, two moves and many attempts to fix it myself I finally brought it to the experts and I cuddnt be more happy...NO job is too small I was given the same genuine customer care as if I had a whole house of mirrors done.  Thank you Thank you Thank You

Energy Conservation Specialist is a wonderful company to work with. They installed new gutters in areas we were experiencing heavy downpour during the rainy season. When I asked about additional sections to be guttered, Paul (owner), noted they were probably not required. What? No additional unnecessary sales? You don't hear that very often. I will monitor and see, however If I decide I want them installed, I will definitely call Paul and his team as they make sure is done right!

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows
if I needed windows put in.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

After being prompted by a random street walker, I agreed to have someone come out to give an estimate for windows as I was in the market anyways.  After several calls to make sure that BOTH my wife and I were going to be there, we established a date and time for the estimate.  Initially I was told that we both needed to be there to ensure that no decisions were made without the significant other also liking the product etc.  Right.

On the date of the estimate two guys showed up:  Trainer/Salesman and trainee.  First, the trainer totally removed himself from group conversations to face directly and speak to the trainee.  Way too much on the job training.  Aren't you here to waste MY time?  Secondly, the reason why the company was so in need of my wife to be there is so that the trainer/salesman could use his used car salesman techniques on her.  During our consult, this guy started explaining how complicated a job like this is as he listed the countless tools by name to my wife.  It was absolutely aparant to both my wife and I that the salesman was attempting to quickly overwhelm my wife with information.  However, she knows the difference between single pane and double pane and a cat claw and crowbar...because the salesman made no attempt to explain the difference or what the tools were for or why we would need to reframe....his only effort was in creating an atmosphere of uncertainty...then lets make a deal.  

Originally, we allowed the consult because over the phone we were told we lived in a new area where the company could use some homes as marketing tools with a significant discount given to us.  After waiting for the salesman to deliver his pitch (and train his trainee) I asked about the deal because he certainly was not going to bring it up.  Alas, in order to be part of the deal we would need to spend a bit longer discussing types of windows and, and, and, and....ever sat through a timeshare presentation to get that gift card or free trip?  Well, this was that only with less information given, no products shown, no measurements taken, and the tactics of a used car salesman.  No offense to used car salesman...you can at least see the product they have to offer.

I have no doubt they have excellent windows and do fine work based on the info from their website.  I just expect more from the person sent by the company I am supposed to make a deal with when spending 10-20,000$.

I had 10 windows installed in 2007.  They are inexpensive, professional,   and the windows came with a lifetime warranty.

Boy, shopping for windows was an education back then--I actually had one company (whos name I cannot remember-dang it!) send out a rep that was high on drugs.  So when I met the people from Window World,  I was so excited to be dealing with professionals!

The ordering process was so easy I was actually a little bit worried.
When they told me about the warranty, I was skeptical.

Anyhoo,

It is now just a bit shy of  5 years later, and one of my windows broke.
**insert sad face here**

They are so nice!  They are so efficient!  They ordered my window, showed up when they said they would, and I have a brand new window!

Need windows??  Call them!
Recommend??  HECK YES!

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
