Best Windows Installations in United States

This company is a contractor unicorn: Contractors that communicate well, show up when they say they will, install a good product at a reasonable price, and stand behind their work. I'll never use another door or window installer.

The story:

We originally had AZ Window and Door Store install a couple of new windows in our home when one broke about a year ago. The experience was great. Others we called either didn't show up, were very pushy/salesy, or extremely expensive. These guys did everything right, from initial call to sales visit to install. I wish every contractor was this easy to deal with.

Then this year, we decided it was time to upgrade the windows in our bedrooms to help with our cooling bills. We, of course, emailed the Arizona Window and Door Store and Dan came out again to get the order and measure.

But then came the day of the install. Everything was fine until I went to check out the finished install and noticed the windows were white (instead of tan, like the original 2 we had installed). So now I had brand new, mismatched windows. I checked my invoice and saw that they had indeed ordered white ones and I signed the invoice without double-checking. Woops.

I texted the office and Dan called me. He apologized profusely and offered to make it right. And they did! I now have all matching windows. They surely could have pinned the blame on me but did not. THANK YOU Dan, Chelsea, Jaclyn, and the awesome installers. I'll definitely be back in a year or two for the final windows!

Desert King Windows delivered.  Not only was the gentleman that came out to discuss my windows with me not pushy or high-pressure in any way (unlike that OTHER company), but my windows look great.  My husband said the installers were very courteous. One of the windows was quite large and they installed all 3 to the point where you couldn't ever tell they weren't the original windows.  And their prices were almost half of the other 2 bids I received.  Would recommend calling these guys first!

See some people talking about fraud, maybe they were just impatient?  The Windows looked great.  They were definitely on the cheaper side I'd say, but pricewise they were around 30% the cost of what Andersson wanted to extort, and about 75% the cost of the same exact model offered from another door-to-door salesman even AFTER the stupid exercise of haggling.

Lead time is really long due to supply chain issues, welcome to the new world for the time being.

It isn't too good to be true, it's just a really messed up marketplace and Windowz4less seems to be an actual honest broker.

Mark helped me out of a jam. When nobody would even think of coming out Sunday, even after my window was broken during a burglary Saturday night, Mark was there.
I have old school, mid-century crank windows that aren't exactly standard, but Mark was super nice and a total pro. He even have me words of encouragement on my rough day. I should have paid him extra for doubling as a therapist.
Overall, great work at an extremely reasonable price, especially considering the general pain in the a** prices anyone else would have charged for a weekend evening on no notice. Mark is a thoroughly good dude, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

June 2019 - Signed contract for $22K job
Oct 21, 2019 - First scheduled installation date DIDN'T HAPPEN
Nov 5, 2019 - MISMEASURED WINDOW SENT (discovered after original window ripped out and now had to be reset to wait THREE MONTHS for replacement window
Dec 12, 2019 - Told new window estimated to be in Jan 22, 2020
Dec 12, 2019 - I asked for discount for huge delays
Dec 16, 2019 - Was told these things happen and there's no breach of service
Jan 24, 2020 - Same day notice that crew in area and install to happen (thanks for the heads up!) Asked for discount for three month delay on $22K job.
Jan 28, 2020 - Offered $150 discount for three month delay on $22K job
Jan 29, 2020 - Sent an email noting $150 discount is insufficient given size of project and length of delay.  NO RESPONSE
Jan 29,2020 - Left message with receptionist (Jeannie?) to speak to billing manager (Yelonda).  NO RESPONSE
Jan 31, 2020 - Sent another email noting I hadn't heard from email sent two days prior.  NO RESPONSE
Jan 31, 2020.  - Called to speak to billing manager who suddenly wasn't in when she heard it was me (see previous review).  Waited Friday afternoon through Monday morning for response. NO RESPONSE
Feb 3, 2020.  Posted bad review on Yelp and Google.  FINALLY, A RESPONSE.
Feb 4, 2020.  Bill paid in full so that these good folks have zero reason to spin this in to a She just doesn't want to pay us scenario.  They had plenty of time to communicate with me and only when I went public did someone finally reach out.

Wow! Wow! Wow! From beginning to end, my experience was nothing short of amazing. My first Wow! Is for the initial intro. Imperial/John was the 4th company I interviewed and received a quote from. From the moment John walked in, it was clear he knew his stuff. He spent a ton of time reviewing window covering options with me and the pros and cons of each. He didn't pressure me into the most expensive option, he actually talked about the pros of the less expensive options more. He spent a lot of time ensuring I was educated on his products and answered all my questions while not seeming to be rushed at all. I ultimately decided to go with shutters and I am glad I did!!! That's the second Wow!!! Now that they are installed, these are the nicest and highest quality shutters I've ever seen!! This is my 3rd time putting shutters in a house and all I will say is, I sure missed out before but glad I've found him now. And my last Wow! Is for the install... Fast, efficient and end result is beautiful!!! WAIT!!! There's more... John and Imperial also installed French sliding glass doors too!! Everything I said above still applies to the doors too.  My house is beautiful and complete thanks to John and Imperial!

I called this business and received a phone quote followed up with a visit the next day.  One of my sliding glass doors shattered and needed repair quickly.  They were very professional and upfront with their quote.  They called each time before showing up and within a week my window was repaired.  Juan and Julian were the technicians.  They kept the area clean while working and worked fast.  They forgot to move a heavy potted plant back to its position before leaving and offered to come back and move it at the end of the work day.  I declined the offer but were impressed they followed up.  This is a very honorable company.  I gladly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone came and completed the cut down of my mirrors.  It was truly a joy working with him.  Not only is he extremely efficient, and professional, he is so friendly.  While he was at the house, I had him measure and provide me a quote to replace my existing windows with more energy efficient ones.  Can't wait to work with him again.

My favorite mirror is officially up again...so excited 4 years, two moves and many attempts to fix it myself I finally brought it to the experts and I cuddnt be more happy...NO job is too small I was given the same genuine customer care as if I had a whole house of mirrors done.  Thank you Thank you Thank You

Energy Conservation Specialist is a wonderful company to work with. They installed new gutters in areas we were experiencing heavy downpour during the rainy season. When I asked about additional sections to be guttered, Paul (owner), noted they were probably not required. What? No additional unnecessary sales? You don't hear that very often. I will monitor and see, however If I decide I want them installed, I will definitely call Paul and his team as they make sure is done right!

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

In 2009 I had 2 windows and my front door replaced by Krasiva.  I have been very happy with the work and the product they sold me.  I had thought I was paying a lot for the windows until I spoke to my neighbor about a window he simply had new glass installed in.  Now I know I got a great deal and the windows are very energy efficient.  when there was a problem with first window installed (wrong size), the owner personnally came over to check things out and make things right.

The salesperson response was very quick an efficient. He explained everything to me clearly. 16 weeks later i receive a phone call my window is in and they would like to schedule a time to install. Three days later after the receptionist put me on hold twice, and said someone will call you in 5 minutes and never did. If the installers cant call customers back to schedule
an install time, what is the installation going to be like? Totally unprofessional.

But after the install guys came to put my windows in I changed my mind. They were experts took out my old windows and put in my new windows in less than an hour. That included taking down and putting back up my window coverings. This is why they get good reviews, great installers not people answering the phone in the office.

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
