Brandon Jones was Excellent, Professional & the only Contractor willing to meet the very next day --(on a Sunday!) to give a quote for 5 windows!  Brandon called immediately after my inquiry, I was impressed with his willingness to meet right away, knowing he had several other jobs, he agreed to visit knowing we were approaching the end of our inspection period since we are selling the home and pressed with time.
I highly recommend Brandon at the Arizona Door Store, he gave 3 different quotes to give options on a variety of window materials, it was helpful to hear from a professional on what exactly was needed.

This company was extraordinary!  The sales man who came to take measurements and the installers were all very pleasant.  They were open to any and all input we had concerning the purchase and modifications necessary during the installation of our new front doors.  The picture I included is the mess left behind....it's a beautiful mess!  After the hours spent on the construction of framework, the cleanup was over in minutes.  Six thumbs up from our household.

See some people talking about fraud, maybe they were just impatient?  The Windows looked great.  They were definitely on the cheaper side I'd say, but pricewise they were around 30% the cost of what Andersson wanted to extort, and about 75% the cost of the same exact model offered from another door-to-door salesman even AFTER the stupid exercise of haggling.

Lead time is really long due to supply chain issues, welcome to the new world for the time being.

It isn't too good to be true, it's just a really messed up marketplace and Windowz4less seems to be an actual honest broker.

One of the glasses of my french window frame broke and I was looking for someone that would help me with that. Searched on Yelp and found multiple companies but these guys came with the best price and they were knowledgeable, as well.

My order did take a little longer than planned but some of the delays were my own doing. If things started to drag, I would just call Mark until we got in touch. He was always polite, on time for our appointments, and accommodating with my many questions and inability to make decisions. He also helped track down the truck when they missed their delivery window, replaced some glass that was delivered incorrectly, and made sure I was happy with everything when he stopped by after the installation.

Great service, friendly, fast response, got the job done quickly and beautifully and cleaned up the site nicely all for a fair price.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

Did a great job on two very different projects.  

1)  Screens for the downstairs windows to keep out more sun.  Look great, work as promised.  My office feels a lot more open today.

2) we swapped out the classic closet doors for full door-mirrors in my wife's exercise room.  Now she has mirrors on four walls!

James & Johhny B. were professions, tidy, and were very easy to work around our at-home work & school schedules.  Will use this team again for our next projects!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone is great!! We are selling our condo this month and needed to get a window with condensation fixed after our inspection and Tyrone was responsive, gave me the best quote & got it done so quickly! He is a super nice and personal guy too - added bonus! 10/10 recommend Tyrone. Thank you.

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We did not end up having work done by this company, but man are their sales practices suspect. Had an appointment for a free estimate, the gentlemen showed up on time. He was perturbed to find my wife was not home and advised it was imperative we both be there for his sales pitch (this was NOT mentioned by their scheduling team). He wouldn't so much as do any basic measurements or give any preliminary estimates to justify his trip, which he complained about how long it was. He pressured me into rescheduling when both my spouse and I would be home, but I ended up calling back to cancel. I understand why you would want to speak to both homeowners, but leave that arrangement up to the homeowners themselves. He even went so far as to say he isn't trying to twist our arm our anything (then why even say something like that?). My wife and I have had countless projects done on our homes in the past. We know how to communicate with one another and we don't make any final decisions without talking it over first. But in the end, that's OUR business and not the business of a window company who is no doubt trying to employ less than savory sales tactics.

Working with the professional, knowledgeable sales person Bill was an extremely positive experience.  The install crew of Jesus was also an incredible experience.   We would really rate the entire process of Window World a 10 stars.  Can't say enough positive things about this company.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
