If I could give more stars I would!  Everyone we dealt with was completely professional...from the expert knowledge and honesty from our sales consultant Chad,  to Rachel in the office to schedule the appointments, and the expert installation by Miguel and his team, I can't think of a better company to deal with...this was a rather large job and they completed it sooner than promised.  Oh yes, and the new windows and sliding doors are incredible and have made such a difference in both keeping the heat out and the great new look of them...they are everything we were told they would be and much more. I can't recommend this company highly enough. No need to shop around..they are the very best.  We'll be using them again for sure!

We love Desert king windows. The sales person was phenomenal and the installers were great. They actually came early and we had our new patio door in one day. We would highly recommend using this company.

Reached out 3 times to Windowz4Less and got no return call or email.

Hey not much to say they quoted a price over the phone on my rental property based off a basic measurement I gave them and they came out got started and was done before I even got there about 20to30 min they were there a little late in the day but still got it knocked out.  Only suggestion would be a more detailed receipt,and a follow up call .I know hard to do but they would have got a thumbs up from me over the phone as well .

I just had all the windows in my house replaced by K & J Windows in Phoenix. From initial phone call and then talking to Darin in their showroom, this company is top notch in customer service and professionalism. I was recommended the Simonton DaylightMax (7300) window and I am very happy with them. They are LoE energy efficient and should cut down on the A/C bill. The installation team did a great job in removing the old windows and installing the new ones, with great attention to detail and making sure the job was done right. I highly recommend K & J for your window needs.

I attempted to gather quotes from 3 companies for my new window screens. John was not the first to respond. We had already received a quote from another 5 star rated company and were ready to move forward when John came for an estimate. John's estimate was in line with our others. His had a couple of extra benefits, like screwing down the screens and a couple of nicer decorative touches for two of our windows.

All through the process, John was informative, responsive and just all around great. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would need screens.

Ended up going with a different company due to a lower quote, but let's hope it doesn't nip me in the bud. Anyways, DunRite would've been my second choice. The quote/estimate process was simple and quick, Jan, the consultant, was cordial and honest during the whole process. No frills, no pushy upsell tactics, just straight to the point to meet your needs. Major pro was that I was able to get a same-day estimate. I'd recommend everyone to at least get a quote from DunRite if you are in the market for new windows to be installed.

Dwayne was very professional, friendly, and communicative. Very fair rates and a great job in replacing a broken window that we had.

Let me start by saying that I messaged them on Yelp asking if they could send someone out to look at a window in our house and the owner Stephen messaged me back within a day. I was able to schedule for someone to come out to take measurements and see what exactly we were going to need done. Jason came out, took the measurements and was awesome at explaining things to us. He never tried to over sell us on anything. Actually, his exact words were....I'm not going to try to sell you anything you don't need. He was super honest and friendly. We ended up needing the glass replaced in our window, due to the seal being bad. Also, it was a better price then 2 other companies had given us. We just had the window installed this morning and the men who installed it did a great job. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone! :)

Great company to do business with!
They installed two frosted side lights for privacy that replaced the original clear ones.
They measured, we picked a style of frosted glass.
A week later they installed them. Took about 40 mins to remove the old glass and install the new ones. They were able to remove the old glass and install the new glass right into the original frames so there was no surrounding damage. YES! Not a scratch on anything, including the frames. No need to paint, etc.
They always came on time, were respectful, and called ahead to say they were on the way. Best of all, they were lower priced than two other glass companies.
Great quality too. The glass looks superb!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone and team did a great job sealing our windows and replacing one window as well.  He was on time and communicated well throughout the process.  Would definitely recommend!

Great company!  Outstanding service from Carrie on the phone, to Jason the estimator and the crew of Jose and Dan.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely and professional  manner.  It was a pleasure to work with this company.  If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Perry was an amazing educator. He went above and beyond to demonstrate the ins and outs of doors and windows and provided more info that I ever realized could be possible with this line of work. Their quality and craftsmanship is unmatched. Highly Recommend!

I had faith that this was a decent company. The windows are okay, but the $2000 we paid for a new back door is a complete hack job. I was told by the salesman that the new door would be easy to open and very nice. It's complete garbage, my old door was much easier to open and better quality. This is a door made from plastic and complete junk. They don't make their own doors, they buy them from some other company.
The trim they used looks like they got it from the garbage. They used a nail gun to shoot nails all over the trim board inside and out. It's obvious that they have no idea what they are doing. The 2 inside door trim inside my house looks horrific now. An amateur person could have done a much better job.

I would shop around first for a company that actually knows what they are doing before using Window World. They may have lower prices, but that's about it. Everything else is lower also, quality, service, workmanship and overall experience is at the bottom.

The install crew of three dropped window caulking on the floor and then tracked it all over our new carpet we just had installed. They didn't even put anything down on the floors when they worked. My wife and I had to scrub for 45 minutes trying to get the caulking out of our carpet after they left. We paid extra money so that they would take down our window blinds to install the new windows. The only window blind that was not messed up was the one I took down myself. What a complete joke paying them to take your window blinds down was. They basically just ripped them off the wall.

The head guy at the end of the job says, you need to try them before I leave ( the windows I just paid $7000 for ) I guess it was too much work for them to check that they actually worked. He never even looked up at me or walked around or anything. His attitude was like I was a bother to him as the customer. It's obvious they hate their job.

After they drive off, I walk into my spare room and almost stepped on a long sharp piece of metal they cut out of the window that looked like a knife, it was just laying on the carpet. I guess it was happy hour at the bar, because they were in such a big hurry to leave, they just left tools and garbage all over on my back patio. I would recommend shopping around with different companies first. Don't make the mistake we did. They may have good prices, but it's obvious that doing the job correctly isn't part of their business model. They never even asked me about my outside window solar screens, they just tore them off my windows and hauled away.

Window World you FAILED! I will never recommend you to anyone, and since I have a background in advertising, I'll be sure to tell everyone how awful my experience was. Terrible install crew. Grade of F

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
