just WOW!!! my family Could not feel more happier and safer with the high quality Titan security screen doors that were installed to my home recently. I made a purchase for window replacement on Jan5th. Typical 50% down and the rest on install .  The lead time is 8-10 weeks. I'm now close to the lead time and reached out to the window company for an install update. I cant seem to contact them. Have a bad feeling that maybe they are not in business anymore.

We like doing business with small, family run businesses!

We were very pleased with the service we received and the price was less than other estimates we got.

Mark, the owner, takes pride in the quality of his work and he got the job done very quickly.

Fast, efficient and great workmanship! Team arrived on time, put up 7 windows in less than 4 hours. Left the place as immaculately as they found it. Everyone on the team from the first inspection to the billing side were wonderful to work with.

**EDIT**The owner followed up again. He sent his own techs out, not the warranty company, to fix the issues. It is great to see that kind of professionalism: acknowledge an issue and resolve it. I'd happily purchase from them in the future.  

We purchased 3 sliding doors from this company. The install had a warped door and they wanted to leave it like that. After many issues they turned us over to the warranty company. We have been dealing with problems for over 2 months and Imperial has just washed their hands of this issue.

If customer service is important to you, I would not recommend this comp

**EDIT** The owner came out today to look at the problem. He has a plan to fix it. Now that we are back dealing with Imperial and not the warranty companies, things seem to be moving much better!

We've had great experiences from Tony's home visit with an easy-going, no-pressure approach; measurements; finalizing details and install with owner Sal; and installation with a brief instructions and demonstration. We're so impressed with our new sliding doors!

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

I highly recommend Sunny State Glass.

It believe I was bait and switched with the height of the glass I requested. The water literally ricochets off the person showering and covers the bathroom. The install date was pushed back because they only have one supplier who provides the shower I ordered and the owner had a chance to make things right but charged me the full amount anyway. Not recommended

After getting several quotes for a new window, many that were 3x more expensive than Apodaca's I have to say for the value and price it's well worth it. There were some office issues in terms of scheduling. On my appointment day there was no record of it and it eventually got sorted out but they also went above and beyond and came back after the installation to make sure the window install was to my liking and clean as I wasn't aware of how I could do so and it's 20 feet up. Definitely give them a call for a quote.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I can't say enough about Tyrone and Apple hi glass repair. He does excellent work but more importantly he's a really good person. Straightforward, walks you through the entire process, and lets you know where all the costs are coming from. He's a great dude and I can't recommend his company enough.

Excellent & very professional glass company! Found them on Yelp while in dire need of a glass company to replace a big double paned window w/a broken seal. Was contacted immediately after I asked for a free estimate. Cheryl Bobb was great to communicate with & the staff who installed the window were very polite, courteous & clean up was excellent. The cost was very reasonable & didn't hurt my wallet at all! I HIGHLY recommend this company for fast, courteous, professional & reasonably priced work. You won't be sorry!

Top notch operation here! I'm very picky and called several other places before opting to use these guys to install some gutters in the back of my home. Very timely and they look great. I will definitely use them again.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We love our new Krasiva windows and doors.  Our experience  was amazing from the time Perry guided us through the products to the installers Richard and Raul. Fantastic from start to finish. The Sales rep made an excellent presentation. The price was good for all new windows and a 110 door wall. The installers showed up on time. The lead installer really knew his stuff. He knew how our condo was constructed and what to expect at each step of the process. They were both friendly and polite. And the lead installer went out of his way to make sure every little detail was perfect.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
