Our meeting with Daniel was eye opening to replacement windows. His explanation, and demonstration of these windows convinced us 100%. We were in, and extremely excited. Daniel was personable, pleasant, and knew his window business. He helped us with filing our HOA paperwork, and even came by the house, again, to assist us with the application.

As promised, the windows came in within the expected time, and the date for installation was set. The two installers, James and Briar, showed up on time, they remeasured all the windows before they started the installation, and work began. The first 8 windows were installed the first day, and they cleaned up before they left the site. They told us they would return at 8am the next morning, and they came back promptly at 8am. The second set of 6 windows went in without a hitched. These two men worked very well together, each knowing what the other needed to do. They were very conscientious, polite, personable, and pleasant. The windows are wonderful! They look great, and we are enjoying the fact that we can open our windows for fresh air without having to go to the gym to build up muscles to do so. Our neighbors have complimented on the looks of these windows. We are soooooo glad we invested in these windows.

Mike came to look at the issues we have and is reordering us a new window. I asked that they have a different installer.  I will update

If you need windows be sure to contact Mark Garcia. He's busy and he keeps his overhead low so if he doesn't respond immediately be patient. He is worth the wait. Among 4 estimates his price was low. Yelp reviews along with meeting him gave me confidence to give him the order. My 53 x 95 window replacement was installed yesterday. The installation was on time, perfectly and professionally done. We're very pleased. Based on their performance Mark and his team deserve 5 stars.

Fast, efficient and great workmanship! Team arrived on time, put up 7 windows in less than 4 hours. Left the place as immaculately as they found it. Everyone on the team from the first inspection to the billing side were wonderful to work with.

We found John and his crew through other Yelp reviews and got a quote from them for a bay window, a sliding glass door, and a large dining room window (all replacements).  We were shocked at how reasonable he was compared to the other quotes we'd received!  Not only were they the best price, but they were professional, responsive (text messages, which I LOVE), cleaned up after the work was done and gave a full explanation before, during and after the work.  Needless to say - look no further if you need replacement windows or patio doors.
We will be replacing the rest of the windows in our house at some point in the future, and I know who we'll be calling!

Pay attention to those multiple 1-star reviews..........there's a reason for them:  Lousy customer service!!  We set a date and time for Apodaca to come to house and review the work requested.  No show.  No call.  Didn't even answer text message until following day.  Said they called several times, and also left a message.  BS.  There's good companies out there...........this isn't one of them.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I can't say enough about Tyrone and Apple hi glass repair. He does excellent work but more importantly he's a really good person. Straightforward, walks you through the entire process, and lets you know where all the costs are coming from. He's a great dude and I can't recommend his company enough.

AZ repaired and replaced our Glass in windows of our new home. They showed up on time and did a fabulous job. Will use them again to replace the rest of our old windows with new energy-efficient ones. Fast friendly service with a smile. Would rate them 10 Stars if we could.

From start to finish working with Paul and his crew/staff was a high level of professionalism and customer service! The installation crew of the gutters were very patient and helpful. They took much pride in their work and were very considerate of us and took the extra time to make sure everything was completed to our approval. We had a small added request at the last minute and they took great care of us! We would highly recommend this company for your gutter needs and all the services they offer! Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

This has taken me a little while to get to writing, but I just wanted to share my happiness with my new doors while I still had the chance. About a month ago I had four new doors installed after Krasiva's wonderful job with my windows. Yet again, the service and quality of the work was amazing. It's such a relief to be able to open, close, and lock all my problem doors now, because with the winter getting colder and colder I'd be spending a small fortune by now trying to heat my house with the old doors. Thank you so much Krasiva!

I ordered 6 windows from window world and added a color for the exterior.
The salesman was very good and Ii was off to a great start.
The installation was a bit rough. Put a hole in my stucco, chipped bathroom tile, and coated my swimming pool with all the plastic from trimming the windows. Aside from that, the outside trim pieces were never painted on the inside before assembly - thus were two trim pieces meet, you see a white line. Most of the windows also had scratches in the brown paint, which they touched up, but this looks terrible with a blob of paint on a sprayed or powder coated finish. I made a complaint and had Keith show up to look at the windows. He was very nice and agreed to have the windows remade.
I am well over a year into this and when the new windows came in, i asked for a different installer that was their best and they said they would. the same installers came and they had the same problems as before with the addition of marks from the cardboard packaging in the brown paint that could not come off. They offered to remake again for the third time, but they make them the same way with the same problems. If I ordered the windows without the extra 1300.00 for the exterior paint, I would be fine.
Beware of adding any color to the window frames!!

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
