Best Windows Installations in United States

I had scheduled to have windows installed. Went through the process of payment. And then shortly after had a medical emergency. I needed to cancel the windows. When I called the sales rep and emailed the manager I thought I was getting bamboozled. I was told it was to late. I'm not from Arizona and was under the impression that if they were not installed that the service had not been completed. Which would allow me to exit the contract.

Needless to say I was very wrong. I would like to apologize for pushing back and for thinking that they were not being forthright. In Arizona you legally only have three days to cancel from when you made the payment.

Greg the owner called and was trying to work with me. The windows were already ordered and as small business owner this would impact him as well. I unfortunately was not in a position to make is offer work. He called the sales rep of the warehouse and they made magic happen.  

Ultimately I got my money back. This was only due to Greg wanting to work with me and the Sale's rep from the warehouse. He didn't have to go out of his way and legally could have said your stuck with it and out of your money. He went above and beyond! I greatly appreciate that and it speaks volumes of your character and how you run your company.

I'm sorry for any push back on my end and my lack of education. This will never happen again. I appreciate you and others involved.

The sales staff and installers are very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond and installed a smart lock and did a wonderful job with the molding I requested.

Everyone I spoke with is highly attentive and committed to the best customer service, which is often difficult to find in this industry, especially for smaller jobs such as mine.

I found Mark's company several years ago through Yelp. I'm finally getting around to posting a review and appraisal of his services. Mark has worked on 5 house projects over the last 4 years for me. So, it's fair to say that I know a lot about his workmanship, integrity and honesty.
First thing you should know is that he works his ass off. His operating hours (65 hours over 5  1/2 days). I'd bet he exceeds that number when the work load warrants it. When he worked on my 1st project it was around Christmas. I met up with him to pay him. He and his workers had been working 14 days straight, no off time. He wanted to meet the demand for his services. He is all at once working owner, manager and technician. And because he demands solid workmanship, he works 65 hours a week to ensure that it is.
I use Mark because is services and products are fair and affordable and I don't have to worry about getting the job done right.  I have budgets to maintain and Mark always finds me cost effective solutions. He has a keen eye for the details of his profession and journeyman smarts when it comes to materials and repairs for my projects. He gets the job done and I don't have to micro manage him.
All of this explains why he is currently ranked in the top 3 window professionals with almost 100 reviews (he was number 1 I think when I originally found him on yelp). I always search first for the most reviews in yelp.  5-star reviews are meaningless if the company only has 7 reviews. For a smaller company to have the quantity and quality of reviews against much larger rivals is a huge achievement. That's why he's so busy and unfortunately folks get upset about that. But, believe me he is worth waiting for.
Garcia's Windows is my 1st and only choice for windows and sliding doors. I feel lucky that I met Mark and look forward to our future projects together.

We had heard about K & J Windows through a friend who had gotten a quote from them.  Our friends ended up going with a different company but we are very happy that we chose K & J Windows!  We are very pleased with our new windows and doors!  The crew was courteous and professional during the installation process.  Our experience with everyone at K & J Windows was very positive.  I would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Had I realized what a great, easy and reasonably priced experience this was going to be,working with someone like John at Imperial, I wouldn't have waited so long to do it.  The whole process was fantastic! He helped me decide what percentage of screens (for example 80% or 90%) on each of my windows at different exposures on my entire house.  He replaced everything and even the back siding patio screen. He was professional and timely and finished exactly when he said he would and even coordinated with me to install the screens when I was working.  He also filled out all the paperwork for me to receive the SRP rebate.  John and Imperial were exceptional!

Just got Anlin windows and doors installed last couple days by Dun-Rite.  What a great experience through the process of sales to the installation.  We got estimates  from about 5 different vendors and Dun-Rite gave the best value and service.  They sold many different windows and doors but they were selling the install as they had no preference on what window we selected.  They educated us on all the windows they sold and allowed us to choose not being biased to just one window company. It's been long process due to supply issues but they came through.  The installers David and Donovan were simply awesome.  They were on time, organized, and explained process of install.  The install was second to none and were very experienced.  These guys represent their company well.  Thank you so much for a great experience.

Dwayne was very professional, friendly, and communicative. Very fair rates and a great job in replacing a broken window that we had.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I wish I could give more than five stars! From first contact to the final clean up of the job, Tyrone was a first class professional. He did top notch work at a fair price and showed pride in his work that you just don't see everyday with other companies here in the Valley. We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

In 2009 I had 2 windows and my front door replaced by Krasiva.  I have been very happy with the work and the product they sold me.  I had thought I was paying a lot for the windows until I spoke to my neighbor about a window he simply had new glass installed in.  Now I know I got a great deal and the windows are very energy efficient.  when there was a problem with first window installed (wrong size), the owner personnally came over to check things out and make things right.

I called for an estimate +when the rep came +realized that I only wanted 3 windows replaced he left without even giving me an estimate.  You aren't worth their time unless you have a big job.  Call American Vision Windows instead!

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
