Had a great experience replacing weathered, sorry looking french doors with a beautiful picture window.  Price was right and sales rep was pleasant.  Installers, including drywall and stucco guys, were excellent and they cleaned up afterwards perfectly.  Good job Joe, Tom, Freddy, and Sergio!

Received a phone call for appointment within the week. Lucky enough to have Dallas come to our home.
Not only explaining about install... but helping choose and answer questions.
Decided to go ahead with the order.
We were told it would take between 8-20 weeks. Never though that almost 2 months   To the day..our windows were made.
We had 5 total which also included a pet door. Custom cut with security door.
Chris and Geo came out  to do the install.
Poor guys worked 11 hours putting in our windows. Probably needed a lot more help... but like every business... they are short staffed.
Attention to detail... and so professional. I am so happy ! They look beautiful.

Getting new windows from Windowz4less was a great experience. Mike was very responsive to e-mails/texts and was able to give me a competitive price on some high-end windows, even though I only needed to replace four total. He honored the original quote even though I had to wait several months to get HOA approval. The new windows have an excellent build quality and reflect the majority of the incoming sunlight. So far this summer, the west-facing rooms in my house have been several degrees cooler. I wish I had gotten these windows earlier. Highly recommended!

John Uptegrove from Imperial does a great job!  I've had him do sunscreens on 2 houses and plantation shutters on another home.  His work is impeccable!  The finished look really is dramatic.  I can't recommend him highly enough!  He has great attention to detail and his prices are more than fair for the quality he delivers.

Sal explained all my options for windows suitable to my condo and the HOA requirements, along with the pros and cons of each.  I had 2 very large sliding patio doors and 4 windows to replace.  
The windows were measured carefully and the final design, color, style were reviewed.  Sal kept me informed of all the steps along the way and scheduled a tentative install date when we ordered the windows.  
The crew arrived as planned and carefully moved furniture out of the way.  They were professional and friendly.  They certainly were experienced and the install went smoothly.

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I love Tyrone! In a world where prices are exorbitant and companies are ripping the customer off just because they can, in comes Tyrone. He just wants to feed his family, not pay off his entire mortgage. We had a lot of unusual glass situations. He did not hesitate on what to do. He does exactly what he says he is going to do. Do yourself a favor if you need glass and call Tyrone. His helper Ray was an exceptional person too!

Had windows ordered that were part of warranty work and needed installers to put the glass in. Bill, Rick, Nick and Cheryl went out of they're way to work with me and the warranty company. Installers worked on Saturday because my windows were delayed. Price very fair and can't say enough about the customer service.

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Watch out! High pressure sales!

Got an estimate scheduled. Instead it turned into an hour and a half sales pitch. He didn't measure anything and just said everything was standard sized and came back with a really high price (which in his favor he did say he was going to charge double then any other Joe Shmoe) then said he could make a deal etc, etc. and then said we had to decide right then and there on going with this company. After an hour and a half of non stop talking, most of which, I didn't give a crap about because I was concerned with how much everything was going to be. THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME EVER.

When calling and looking for an estimate it means just that. I'm shopping around not looking to be swindled into some deal by some dude sitting inside my house at my kitchen table.

I refuse to do business with any company that makes their sales team pressure people into a sale that they're not even sure they can afford and then offering financing on top of it to make it seem affordable.

You may have decent reviews from everyone else you pressured into buying from you but that still doesn't make the way you practice business, right.

They do doors! Our home had an existing french door. We wanted the new door to be the same as what we already had. The manufacturer is Therma-Tru and Window World is a dealer. I contacted them and they said they could do a door. Ryan was promptly scheduled and came out to take a look at the job. He then called he boss out to verify measurements.  In a few days, I had my quote. It was about what I expected so we ordered the door. Because it was custom, it took two months to manufacture, also about what I expected. When the door was finished, I was scheduled for install. Within a few days. Ivan and his son, Yaddie were sent to install. They were friendly, respectful and professional all the way. They wore their masks, covered all of my furniture and cleaned as they worked. I was especially impressed at how well they worked together. It was clear they knew exactly what to do and made quick work of the replacement. Because the new door had a thicker frame than the old, slider, I did have the same problem where the molding that surrounds the frame fell short of where the old molding was, leaving a gap. We will either have to texture the gap or find wider molding. Still, I love the quality of my Therma-Tru door and received respectful treatment and quality work by all employees that I interfaced with. Just add paint! Thanks Window World!

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
