I called requesting a quote for a new window, because the commercial that I heard was that this company would walk you through the process of properly measuring your windows, so that they can give you a quote over the phone. Well once the receptionist answered my call, he was quick to take down my information and then asked for the measurements. I told him that I was at the window, ready to measure and he was quick to abruptly disconnect from the call, saying that someone would call me back. It is now past the closing time for the business and no call, like promised.
Windows are not cheap and I will be taking my business elsewhere as I am not sure if I can trust a business like this, that does not keep their word.

Mike was very knowledgeable about my sliding door issue. Was on time for the appointment and helped choose the right replacement door. The price was in line with what I thought it should cost and was about 75% of what others were wanting for the same product and installation cost

Don't waste your time. Two appointments schedule. First, no call no show. Second, no call no show. At least have the decency to let your customers know you aren't coming.

Thanks to Cody and the team for the professionalism and subject matter expertise. I had to replace a wall of full of windows in my condo that were improperly selected and installed by a different (now out of business) company. I spoke with multiple companies, but didn't get the confidence that their solution would solve our problems. K&J was recommended by the manufacturer as technically solid and trustworthy. Cody worked with me, the manufacturer, and the remediation company to ensure the new windows were properly sized and installed correctly. He treated me (a female customer) with respect and went the extra mile. We would have had K&J install the windows, had there been no concerns about potential mold damage. Highly recommend this company!!!

We had been searching for a year for a contractor who would do dual pane windows with sunscreens because our HOA requires sunscreens with a grid pattern. Finally found John and we are very happy with the job he did and the quality of the windows and sunscreens. He worked with us to find out just what we wanted. We have beautiful energy efficient windows now with the screens as required.
The price was very reasonable, less than just windows from most companies and it included the sunscreens.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Steve and his team were total professionals, honest, fairly priced, and did a really thorough job in removing and replacing our shower glass post-remodel.  
Working with the subcontractors throughout this remodel process has been utterly frustrating, but the guys from Dependable Glass were the one truly bright spot in the process. You will be in good hands if you choose to work with them.

After getting several quotes for a new window, many that were 3x more expensive than Apodaca's I have to say for the value and price it's well worth it. There were some office issues in terms of scheduling. On my appointment day there was no record of it and it eventually got sorted out but they also went above and beyond and came back after the installation to make sure the window install was to my liking and clean as I wasn't aware of how I could do so and it's 20 feet up. Definitely give them a call for a quote.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Great communication and service!  Tyrone came out the day after I contacted him to do an estimate, and was able to repair my leaky window on the spot for a very reasonable price!

Nick and his team are first rate professionals.  I am extremely happy with his work and communication.  If I need glass done again, I will call Nick and his team first.  I am a loyal customer.

Great company!  Outstanding service from Carrie on the phone, to Jason the estimator and the crew of Jose and Dan.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely and professional  manner.  It was a pleasure to work with this company.  If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

After being prompted by a random street walker, I agreed to have someone come out to give an estimate for windows as I was in the market anyways.  After several calls to make sure that BOTH my wife and I were going to be there, we established a date and time for the estimate.  Initially I was told that we both needed to be there to ensure that no decisions were made without the significant other also liking the product etc.  Right.

On the date of the estimate two guys showed up:  Trainer/Salesman and trainee.  First, the trainer totally removed himself from group conversations to face directly and speak to the trainee.  Way too much on the job training.  Aren't you here to waste MY time?  Secondly, the reason why the company was so in need of my wife to be there is so that the trainer/salesman could use his used car salesman techniques on her.  During our consult, this guy started explaining how complicated a job like this is as he listed the countless tools by name to my wife.  It was absolutely aparant to both my wife and I that the salesman was attempting to quickly overwhelm my wife with information.  However, she knows the difference between single pane and double pane and a cat claw and crowbar...because the salesman made no attempt to explain the difference or what the tools were for or why we would need to reframe....his only effort was in creating an atmosphere of uncertainty...then lets make a deal.  

Originally, we allowed the consult because over the phone we were told we lived in a new area where the company could use some homes as marketing tools with a significant discount given to us.  After waiting for the salesman to deliver his pitch (and train his trainee) I asked about the deal because he certainly was not going to bring it up.  Alas, in order to be part of the deal we would need to spend a bit longer discussing types of windows and, and, and, and....ever sat through a timeshare presentation to get that gift card or free trip?  Well, this was that only with less information given, no products shown, no measurements taken, and the tactics of a used car salesman.  No offense to used car salesman...you can at least see the product they have to offer.

I have no doubt they have excellent windows and do fine work based on the info from their website.  I just expect more from the person sent by the company I am supposed to make a deal with when spending 10-20,000$.

Worst customer service of my life! The lady who answered the phone had the worst attitude with me and was completely unknowledgeable about my inquiries. Choose this place if u want never ending headaches

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
