This company is not recommended. The salesman sold us the wrong door types for some of the rooms. He was responsive in the beginning, and after some problems started to happen, he avoided our calls and messages. They installed the doors without painting them, because they do not offer that service, but installation could have been offered once we painted them ourselves. It took that much more work to personally remove all doors and hinges to paint and reinstall ourselves. Ridiculous. We waited many extra weeks to have the correct closet doors installed, and despite that, they had the wrong door handles, and had to come back twice just to finalize that problem. From the start of the process to the end, it was over five months. Lastly, they did not take final payment at the end of service, and blindsided us months later to pay the final balance. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

Windows installed promptly and professionally by David and Donovan. Very pleased with the whole experience and my windows were everything they said they would be. Very happy.

Reached out 3 times to Windowz4Less and got no return call or email.  

They do not want your business, if they did, they would return a call/email.

That's what a review is, a look at your actions..called 3 buisnesses looking for windows and a sliding glass door. Left message with all requested info.  Not our fault you failed to reply.

I thought this would be a safe bet based on reviews I read here on yelp, but I was wrong. I sent in a request for a quote, which came very quickly though it was by text message. I didn't really mind getting a text, but it did seem unprofessional to me. I scheduled an appointment two days from that time, and didn't get any kind of confirmation. I sent a text about an hour before the appointment asking if they would still be coming and got no response. No show, no call, and no respect. Choose someone more professional.

This whole team was outstanding. From start to finish. I wish they did more than windows. This was a completed window and door replacement of our house

It started with Cody. He was professional and explained all of our options in a low pressure environment.  Once we decided to go with K & J, they never disappointed throughout the project. The team kept us informed during the ordering stage. Once the windows arrived, they kept their word on the installation start and completion times.  The installation team of Nick, Solo, Carlos, Scott, Gary, and Pepe were unbelievable. They were on time every day. At the end of each day, we came home to clean house.  They even let our dog out during the day.

We kept waiting the bad news to start with a project of this size. It never did. They exceeded all of our expectations.

Great experience all around with Imperial windows. The owner of the company called to let us know the status of our order and let us know a rough timeline and if we had any questions to call him personally. He was very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

We work in a suite in the same building as DunRite and have watched them pleasantly come and go for years. Always thought we would get a bid from them if we ever needed windows.

Recently bought a house and it needed the locks changed. While the locksmith was repairing the locks we mentioned that we were also beginning to do window shopping. This 29 year-old house had inefficient single-pane windows.

He stopped, turned and said, I know a guy you have to meet. He did a door for me and his workmanship is second to none. He was speaking about Sal, DunRite's owner.

Needless to say, we called Sal and he came right over to measure. Then an ad appeared about another company installing 7 new windows for an amazing low price. Guess Google got our thread because we had 4 bids in a couple days' time.

DunRite was not the low bid - we found out windows are not created equal. We are happy we got to see other products. They make DunRite's look great.

The best part was discovering how passionate DunRite is about doing the right thing. Excellent communication. Thorough explanations. Truly professional and personable installers. Promises kept. Awesome follow-up.

Not trying to set the bar for every DunRite customer, but the second best part was they installed all 14 windows in ONE SHORT DAY.

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

These guys are quick and friendly! I called several people first that were very rude and seemed to have no idea what I was needing but these guys immediately understood and were ready to help. The customer service and technicians were both outstanding. They fixed my back sliding glass door and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Great work, great person, great price.  Tyrone is wonderful to work with.  He did the job professionally, left a beautiful result on our broken windowpane that needed replacement, and communicated well throughout the ordering and scheduling process.  Would not hesitate to recommend him most highly or work with him again for any future glass needs.

Don't waste your time with the Craigslist crap shoot, nor dealing with unlicensed  
handymen, unlicensed contractors, fly-by-nighters, and rip-off scammers the
state is known for. I've liked Nick, Cheryl,  and Bill from the get-go !!  Very  
straight-forward and honest service with a smile. They are my first, last, and
only choice for all of my window needs.

Paul, and his team were awesome. Very responsive and clear communicators. They completed my job in no time. Even going the little extra mile by screwing my downpipes back up. Their roof inspection is trustworthy and I'll continue to use Paul and ECS on all future jobs.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

A bit late but I just wanted to share my great experience with Krasiva. Over a year ago, We had a huge single pane glass sliding door in our great room which we wanted to replace. They were going door to door in our neighborhood spreading the word about their wonderful products. Since
We were in the market for a new door anyway, we scheduled a consult for someone to come out and give us a quote. The man we met with was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product and needless to say, we were very impressed with the presentation and the amazing price that was quoted so we jumped on it. The process was quick and easy, the installers were very thorough, quiet, and clean with their work and it didn't take very long at all! Not to mention the incredible quality of the door and glass. I have more windows in the future I need replaced and I will be using them again for sure!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!- PLEASE READ THIS

I can 't even start to explain how badly you want to avoid this company! They have zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero follow up, zero, communication, zero care for your family's safety and zero care for you once they have your money. We waited over 7 weeks to have French doors installed only to have the installers come out and leave our home wrecked, damaged and a fire hazard. The installer who spoke very little English did the best to explain to me that the doors were too big and they wouldn't fit..and left. WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY IN OVER A MONTH! You make calls to the company a customer service rep tells you someone will be back with us in 24 hours to explain what happened, next steps and where we go from here. NOPE! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THE CORPORATION. Our Sales Rep Matt did respond to my texts, but he can do nothing on the installation, construction end of things. They have our money and that's all they care about. Meanwhile, we have a huge hole in our back wall, a sliding glass door and screen that doesn't open and absolutely no idea when we are going to get the French doors we paid over $7,000 for! Do not let them fool you or pull the wool over your eyes with their whole JD Power and Associates ratings! They do not care and they have absolutely no idea what customer service or customer care is! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
