Reached out 3 times to Desert King Windows and got no return call or email.
They do not want your business, if they did, they would return a call/email.

Mark is great. He was quick to come out and measure my windows for glass replacement. The estimate he quoted was very reasonable and there were no surprises. Once the glass was ready a few days later,  he and his partner made quick work of the replacement of 2 different panes in less than an hour.

​I had a phenomenal experience with K & J Windows.  I asked that I be given an estimate for window replacement for my new townhome.  I was across the country and hadn't even closed on my property.  I was also on a time crunch to have everything completed as soon as possible due to work constraints.  Cody very quickly coordinated with my realtor to visit the property and measure all of the windows.  He looked at other windows within my development and came up with a recommendation based on that and my HOA requirements.  He even filled out most of my HOA application paperwork.  After ordering the windows I called several times with questions regarding preparations for installation.  Each time I received very quick and thorough responses.  I had been warned by a handyman that window replacement could damage some of my exterior tile and interior paint and I might have to order additional casing for a sliding glass door.  I didn't have to worry about any of these things with K & J windows.  The installers were very professional and meticulous.  There was no mess inside or out.  There was no damage to any tile, and casing was included!  I was incredibly impressed with their customer service and work.  And my new windows look fantastic and save a ton of energy!  VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home.  We had 12 windows and a patio door completed.  Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows.  He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract.  John, the owner kept us up to date on manufacture shipping times.  The installers were wonderful and completed the job efficiently and were very clean.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Was referred by a neighbor said DRWD were great.  Should have done what I always do with contracts and information, start with the smallest print on the contract or webpage.  That is where the (3) window requirement verbiage resides.  So much for future business, referrals and projects down the road my job was too small.

I'm super happy about my service with Apodaca's. They were able to get someone out quickly to measure and we got the estimate back like a day later too. Had 4 dual pane windows replaced. Everyone is very professional and friendly, I will keep going to Apodacas for my window repairs and replacements. Pricing was good and so was the speed of all the repairs and service.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I had the best experience with this company.  Tyrone was upfront and transparent with the whole process and cost.  He quoted me 7-10 days to order a window for replacement and have it installed.  He got it done in 5.  He did a fantastic job and was so great to work with.  If anyone needs a window guy, Tyrone is highly recommended.

I just finished my long shower remodel with the assistance of AZ Xtreme Glass. They did an outstanding job in fabricating and installing my beautiful frameless clear glass shower door and glass panel and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality. This business was amazing to work with and they exceeded my expectations. They were on time to every appointment and finished the job on time. Bill and Chad came out to measure for the job and turned out to also be the installers. They were polite and helpful with options. They did a great job. Paul, and his team were awesome. Very responsive and clear communicators. They completed my job in no time. Even going the little extra mile by screwing my downpipes back up. Their roof inspection is trustworthy and I'll continue to use Paul and ECS on all future jobs.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

After being prompted by a random street walker, I agreed to have someone come out to give an estimate for windows as I was in the market anyways.  After several calls to make sure that BOTH my wife and I were going to be there, we established a date and time for the estimate.  Initially I was told that we both needed to be there to ensure that no decisions were made without the significant other also liking the product etc.  Right.

On the date of the estimate two guys showed up:  Trainer/Salesman and trainee.  First, the trainer totally removed himself from group conversations to face directly and speak to the trainee.  Way too much on the job training.  Aren't you here to waste MY time?  Secondly, the reason why the company was so in need of my wife to be there is so that the trainer/salesman could use his used car salesman techniques on her.  During our consult, this guy started explaining how complicated a job like this is as he listed the countless tools by name to my wife.  It was absolutely aparant to both my wife and I that the salesman was attempting to quickly overwhelm my wife with information.  However, she knows the difference between single pane and double pane and a cat claw and crowbar...because the salesman made no attempt to explain the difference or what the tools were for or why we would need to reframe....his only effort was in creating an atmosphere of uncertainty...then lets make a deal.  

Originally, we allowed the consult because over the phone we were told we lived in a new area where the company could use some homes as marketing tools with a significant discount given to us.  After waiting for the salesman to deliver his pitch (and train his trainee) I asked about the deal because he certainly was not going to bring it up.  Alas, in order to be part of the deal we would need to spend a bit longer discussing types of windows and, and, and, and....ever sat through a timeshare presentation to get that gift card or free trip?  Well, this was that only with less information given, no products shown, no measurements taken, and the tactics of a used car salesman.  No offense to used car salesman...you can at least see the product they have to offer.

I have no doubt they have excellent windows and do fine work based on the info from their website.  I just expect more from the person sent by the company I am supposed to make a deal with when spending 10-20,000$.

Working with the professional, knowledgeable sales person Bill was an extremely positive experience.  The install crew of Jesus was also an incredible experience.   We would really rate the entire process of Window World a 10 stars.  Can't say enough positive things about this company.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
