We had the pleasure of working with Mark on getting a quote for new interior doors.. We were very impressed with this product and Mark's over the  top professional care and service.. We were in constant contact the whole time..  When we had questions, he was immediately there to respond. We were quite impressed with their new showroom even as it is under remodel.  We will definitely be contacting him when we replace some of our windows.  We highly recommend you call Mark when you're ready for new doors and/or windows..

We really like the windows and the sliding doors. For the most part, the installers did a good job on the windows.
When it came to doing the caulk on new door casings, they fell flat.
The caulk beads were very thick and rounded outward. There was no way to get an acceptable paint line.
 The technician came out to re-key a couple of locks. He indicated that he could not improve on what was there, and it was normal work.
I then spoke to a company VP and he looked at the photos the tech. sent.
 He thought it looked very good on the photos. I decided to just do it myself. I don't appreciate it when a company tries to tell me it is acceptable. I have been in the commercial construction industry for 49 years. The painters would not even attempt to paint over that uneven caulk line.
Not a huge deal.
Would I recommend this company. Yes.
I looked at quite a few different windows and the ones at Desert King looked great, and they work great. Their price was fair.

I meet Mike (One of their windows specialist) at my work. We got to talking about what he did for work and I was in need of some windows for my 4-plex. He helped me out and was there every step of the way. Thanks guys!!

I have wanted to upgrade my windows for at least 5 years. I read all the different reviews for window companies. Thus I chose K & J based on all these comments, I am just in the beginning of my experience, I made a request for service on Saturday, asking not to be called prior to 11 am. I received a call back on Monday at noon, to make my appointment. So nice they paid attention to the comments I made. I just met today, Tuesday, with Cody. Very pleasant, no nonsense kinda sales rep, Awesome. He was here about 20 min, measured my windows, made some smart suggestions. Educated me, the uneducated on windows. I now will wait to see what kind of quote I receive. I know it will cost me a good amount. I hope I do not start hyperventilating. To be continued. I got my quote from Danielle within 3 hours of Cody's visit, this place is great. The quote was totally under what I thought it would be. I did not hyperventilate at all. I sent a reply back, now I wait for the next act.
I received a call to schedule my install date, it is 4 weeks out, May 12th  
I then got a call to come out and recheck the measurements on the windows and give them half the payment. That is on for This Wed April 13. So far so good.
John just got here to do the final check on the windows and found out, Cody only measured 8 of them instead of 9. No big deal, it is my living room window. So it will cost me a tad more, but that is understandable. Let us see what happens now. The next appointment I have is installation day May 12th. I also asked John about a computer desk I have in front of one of the windows. He said that he and his partner will help to move it out of the way on May 12th. They do not need a whole lot of room to move around. That is great cause it is heavy to move. I like John very professional no nonsense. I like that in a company.
April 15th.  Wow all I can say is Wow, I received an email from Cody that said since it was his error, that I would get the 9th window included in my original price quote. That is above and beyond what I expected. This is a wonderful experience so far. Now I can't wait for May 12th
It is now May 12th, all I can say is wow, these guys are great.  John and Julio showed up at 8:30 am they were done at 4:15 pm. Beautiful job. No fuss no Hassle the windows are as clean and beautiful as I imagined. When they were all done I made a comment to John about hoping I would not hear the kid across the street playing his drums. John said well he is playing them right now.I could not hear it at all. I was in the front room straight across the street from the blooming drummer. Thank you to K & J Windows. I want to thank Cody the sales rep, and John & Julio. I will be expecting a phone call to get my final payment, cause they take Credit Cards. AWESOME! The whole thing was great. Price, customer service, sales and installation.

Imperial Windows did such a great job, from the moment I called them to the end of the job. Ken Griggs from Imperial worked with me from the beginning, and he was great. Imperial Windows gave us the lowest price for a great product. The installation crew was great and only took the 1.5 days to install 14 windows. Really happy customer!

Multiple issues with Sal and his team at DunRight. If you need 1 window don't call then, they have a 3 item minimum. Plan on spending at least 5K for the 3 items... Next the door they install actual was a nice install, but when I was scraping the class from the stain. The glass was soft and scratching. Cheap class, I guess. The Window install is my main issue with these guys. We had 2 windows installed. One window I noticed when I arrived home was scratched.  It's a dark frame so the scratch was very noticeable with the white scratch. I took pictures and called Sal the next morning. He accused me of scratching the window frame. Impossible, I just got home and noticed it. After being as nice as I can to Sal he agreed to replace the Frame. Great, 8 weeks later on the date of the install they did not show up for the appointment. (I took the day off work to be there)          
I called and they apologized.  When the frame was finally installed I was there. Sal installed it himself. Immediately when he was done I looked at the window. Another chip. About the size of an eraser at eye level. Mind you this is about 2000 dollar window. I asked if they have any touch up paint. He said yes and I will send you some. I said ok and figure that's all I can get at this point. Then 2 months later, no touch up paint. I had to call the window factory and I got some paint touch up at my house within 3 days. So these guys are high price, poor work and no customer service, stay away from them.

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

I spoke with Kristin to see up appointment for a window repair at one of our rental homes. She was very nice and professional.
She right away contacted our tenant, set up time.  From beginning to end Dependable Glass gave us great service and a fair price.
I will use them again for all our window needs, for the rentals and our own home. I definitely would recommend this company!

Bizarre experience with this company. In January 2020 they replaced a broken window in my house with zero issue.

Then I had them come back out in August 2020 to look at a defective window to get a quote. A gentleman arrived at the time he said he would for the quote, took measurements and even repaired another window frame for me while he was there. As he was leaving he told me I would get a quote within 24 hours on the window that needed to be replaced. Never heard from the company, I reached out 2 days later and the company had no record of the employee coming to my house or even had my measurements anymore. So, they requested to come back out to re-measure my window during a 3 hour time frame the next day. I waited at the house for 3 hours, they never arrived. Called them back after the no show and they told me we have you scheduled for the next day during this 3 hour time frame. Ok that's not what I was told over the phone the day prior?? So next day comes and again, waited 3 hours for them to come out for a re-measurement, no showed. I was giving them the benefit of doubt since I had a good experience months ago. Apparently they showed up today (2 days after they told me they would during a random time frame) and I wasn't home. Seems like they've got some scheduling issues to work out. I don't like my time being wasted, so I have to give them a thumbs down. Hope they can work out the kinks in their scheduling.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Great work, great person, great price.  Tyrone is wonderful to work with.  He did the job professionally, left a beautiful result on our broken windowpane that needed replacement, and communicated well throughout the ordering and scheduling process.  Would not hesitate to recommend him most highly or work with him again for any future glass needs.

By far the most polite, customer service oriented contractor I have dealt with on my bathroom remodel. They do a quality job, show up when they say they will and only deal with quality products. I am extremely happy with the end results. They redid the glass for my walk in shower and cut custom beveled mirrors for my vanity, installed both, and it looks amazing. They spent the time to help determine the right size of the mirrors and the bevel and were right on. Lastly, there was concern about there not being a lip on the step out of the shower so they offered to install a brushed metal (matching the rest of the bathroom's trim) bump as an added measure to make sure water stayed where it belongs. They did it as a complimentary gesture and it was much appreciated.I would hit them again in a second. If there was any constructive criticism at all, I would have liked it if there was not a service charge for using a credit card. BUT, I will say it was my choice to do so -- I could have paid by cash or check and saved the fee.

Top notch operation here! I'm very picky and called several other places before opting to use these guys to install some gutters in the back of my home. Very timely and they look great. I will definitely use them again.

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

A rep from Krasiva came by and dropped of a flyer about the company being in our neighborhood.  We responded and arranged for a sit down with the company rep.  He took the time to make sure we  had all of our questions answered about the products and service.  After about 6 weeks our windows were ready and an appointment was made for the install.  The crew arrived and was ready to start on time.  They were clean, polite, professional and took the time to explain the process and address any questions we had during the instalation.  We had one window pain that was broken from the factory that was re-ordered and later replaced (took 10 minutes with cleaning).  We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our new Krasiva Windows and would not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone.

Very easy to work with, the salesman wasn't pushy. Beautiful windows at a great price.

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
