if I could do a no star I would.It took them 5 months to get the doors......and two attempts at installation and I am still waiting on them to get the right parts don't do it choose a different company

We recently got two west facing windows and an east facing sliding door installed by Desert King Windows, and are very happy with the results! The company was professional and a pleasure to work with, from the initial visit to receive a quote all the way through to the installation process. They were easy to communicate with, always showed up on time (we had three visits: quote, final measurements, and installation), and we received a very fair and competitive price.

And let me tell you about the window quality! One of the windows we replaced was for my 2 year old's room. The first night after the installation, he slept until 9:45 in the morning. 9:45!!! I can only assume it was because his room was finally comfortable and quiet! If finally getting to sleep in on the weekend isn't instant gratification, I don't know what is.

Mike was very knowledgeable about my sliding door issue. Was on time for the appointment and helped choose the right replacement door. The price was in line with what I thought it should cost and was about 75% of what others were wanting for the same product and installation cost

We saw the Milgard windows on a neighbors home and found that K&J Windows sold them.  Tony, our sales rep, did a great job showing us what was available and we replaced all 9 windows.  Jose and Jake were our installers and we could not be more pleased.  They did excellent work and took time answering all our questions.  They were so friendly and went above and beyond.  Our friends / neighbors are getting the exact same windows now.  They actually were able to install our windows earlier than expected, which we loved!  They absolutely earned a five star review!!!

I scheduled 3 companies for new windows installation.

One representative of a company had a great presentation, but after doing my homework, I realized he was a little deceiving on the information provided. The other representative didn't get our proposal until 2 weeks later. She forgot.

Ken from Imperial Windows came over and gave us a proposal to replace 1 sliding door and 6 windows. He was very knowledgably and gave us the proposal as promised the next day. We didn't feel that he was pushy or deceiving. He was very upfront.

The proposal did not have any hiding cost and it was what it was. The price was very competitive to other estimates.

Once the windows arrived, John the owner called me and worked around my schedule for installation. John the installer
(there are two Johns) came over with the crew and they did a very good job. They made the job look very easy, and that's when I know they know what they are doing.

We did have two small delays:
1- A window was mistakenly measured, so they had to reorder it and come back to install it. We are human and I understand.
2- A bathroom window was correctly measured, but it needed a little creativity to avoid the water from standing in between the window sill and the tile. This is an older home.

Outstanding response:
1 - Within a week or so, owner John called me and informed me the new window arrived and once again he worked around my schedule to complete the job. Of course, they was no extra fee.
2 - John the installer was very creative with the bathroom window. He did an amazing job! Very creative!

My opinion about Imperial Windows:
Upfront and honest.
Competitive pricing.
We got exactly what was proposed.
The job was so well done they made it look easy.
The crew cleaned up after the work was done.
Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
I never got any push back for the small delay.
Excellent customer service.

I would use Imperial Windows again if needed and I recommend them 100 percent.

I am very happy that I chose DunRite to replace my windows.  My older block home has steel window frames which required sawing through the block to remove them.  It also required interior plaster refinishing and exterior stucco repair.  The finished Andersen 100 series windows are beautiful.

Let me start by saying that I messaged them on Yelp asking if they could send someone out to look at a window in our house and the owner Stephen messaged me back within a day. I was able to schedule for someone to come out to take measurements and see what exactly we were going to need done. Jason came out, took the measurements and was awesome at explaining things to us. He never tried to over sell us on anything. Actually, his exact words were....I'm not going to try to sell you anything you don't need. He was super honest and friendly. We ended up needing the glass replaced in our window, due to the seal being bad. Also, it was a better price then 2 other companies had given us. We just had the window installed this morning and the men who installed it did a great job. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone! :)

Hired them to fix our back door that wouldn't stay shut. They fixed it but it only lasted 2 weeks. Trying to get them out to fix it again failed twice due to two no shows. They just don't care. We got someone else to fix it.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Great communication and service!  Tyrone came out the day after I contacted him to do an estimate, and was able to repair my leaky window on the spot for a very reasonable price!

*UPDATE: The company has replaced the glass with the thicker 1 inch original thickness and waiving the installation fees, in addition to a full refund. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We just had our front window installed (after a three week delay due to errors in the order) and it was the wrong size. They ground it down and put it in. We were very patient throughout this whole process. However, the installers left without the vinyl window seal lining up correctly - large gaps all the way around the inside and outside of the window (able to easily slide a nickel around in the gaps). When we called to have this fixed we were laughed at by Nick and treated very badly over the phone. After being in contact with the main office, we were informed that Nick was the owner! It was worked out that Nick would come by the house - look it over - and fix the issues. Upon arriving he apologized for his inappropriate behavior over the phone stating is was due to the day he was having. He looked over the window and came to the conclusion that it was our vinyl frame because they took out 1 inch glass and only installed 7/8 inch glass. Unfortunately he also said these things with a very strong attitude and even stated I was being unreasonable. Later the office called and very kindly refunded us the cost of the window.

Great company!  Outstanding service from Carrie on the phone, to Jason the estimator and the crew of Jose and Dan.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely and professional  manner.  It was a pleasure to work with this company.  If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

Absolutely Fantastic,   The only company to deal with.  James was a complete professional, price was right and service was great. Up front and very honest people to work with

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We just had our front double door installed and it looks great! We can already tell a difference in quality and also the fact that the front of our house is a lot cooler. The guys that came to install were nice and did their job in a timely manner. We will be replacing our back french doors next year and will use Krasiva again. We shopped a few other places and Krasiva was the best price and I thought the service was good too.

We had 4 windows replaced and I had heard great reviews on the radio and TV for Window World.  We had a great experience from start to finish.  From calling the office and speaking with a very nice young woman to schedule someone to come to our home, scheduling the actual work to be done and receiving a follow up call, we were very pleased with the results.  The windows look great.  Dave and his helper really tried to keep things neat and orderly while removing the old windows and replacing with new.  We would definitely recommend Window World to anyone.  We give them 5 stars!

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
