Best Windows Installations in United States

This company is not recommended. The salesman sold us the wrong door types for some of the rooms. He was responsive in the beginning, and after some problems started to happen, he avoided our calls and messages. They installed the doors without painting them, because they do not offer that service, but installation could have been offered once we painted them ourselves. It took that much more work to personally remove all doors and hinges to paint and reinstall ourselves. Ridiculous. We waited many extra weeks to have the correct closet doors installed, and despite that, they had the wrong door handles, and had to come back twice just to finalize that problem. From the start of the process to the end, it was over five months. Lastly, they did not take final payment at the end of service, and blindsided us months later to pay the final balance. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

The installation experience was very satisfactory. I did have to wait way longer than expected to get them installed. It took three and a half months from the time I signed the contract to have them installed. That being said, I'm very happy to have them done - and they did a great job.

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

Mark was exceptional to deal with. He came by to view the window on a weekend, showed up when he said he would ( not making a customer wait around for 3 hours is a huge plus to me..), got back with an estimate quickly and did the repair in the same manner. I really appreciate service providers that use technology as simple as texting to keep customers apprised of their progress and schedule. There is simply no excuse these days for making customers sit around and wait in a vacuum of no information :) Mark fully embraces this and makes the process easy. The window replacement was just as professional and expedient. I will definitely use this company again!

These guys were really great from start to finish. Tony was very professional and helpful while I was choosing a window type, the measurer was on time and thorough, and the installers (Joe and another guy whose name I didn't get) did an amazing job and I'm super happy with the results. I would recommend K&J to anyone!

We were doing a lot of work in our house and we were looking for the best quality products for the best price.  We got 5 different companies to come to our house and give us quotes.  Imperial was by far the best quality for the best price.  They didn't waste our time with hours of trying to sell us crazy expensive windows (like 2 of the other companies).  They did show us sample windows and explained how they work.  We were happily surprised when we saw the price.

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

Two nice guys replaced our front window.   On time.  Very polite.  Much less expensive that our  first quote.   I would use them again if needed

This has not been a great experience so maybe I just got a horrible sales person. My 81 yr aunt ordered 3 pieces of glass in early March at a cost of just under $1,500.00. The order was.paid in FULL the day the estimate was received.. After a minimum of 6 outgoing calls, 2 of 3 pieces were installed in June. I was told the 3rd piece was expected on that very day and might be installed the next day too. It wasn't. 2 wks later when I called to followup, I was told it was delivered. After 30 mins on hold, surprisingly it wasn't delivered but was expected to be received by the vendor that day (again) A wk later I called to followup again and was told it had just come in and would be installed the following Monday. The installer arrived at my aunts home and was let in by the housekeeper. A piece of glass was left on a chair next to the small table it was supposed to be installed into. Left on the chair because it didn't fit! I called that day when I found out what had been done. I was told they would look into it and get back with me. Surprise...they didnt. I called yesterday and without having to provide my name they knew why I was calling and said someone would come to her home today to rectify the problem.  I'm so over this and could and would not ever recommend this company to anyone.  I asked for a refund of the piece when it didn't come with the other 2 but being assured the glass was in the mail accepted that as truth. Who does business like this? Someone dumb enough to pay in full I guess.  Story to be continued

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone came out the same day and was prompt and honest. I highly recommend his work and will definitely use his company again in the future!

The guys who put in my shower glass were amazing. They were super sweet to my dogs and went above and beyond when installing my shower wall. I wasn't fully prepared for the install and they offered to help in order to get the glass installed that day. It went super fast, I was so grateful.

Top notch operation here! I'm very picky and called several other places before opting to use these guys to install some gutters in the back of my home. Very timely and they look great. I will definitely use them again.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I should have posted this review nearly a month ago as it is well deserved, but forgive me, I've been busy. I'll begin by describing the windows. To be brief, they are fantastic. This house is an older house in Central Phoenix that was built in 1959. The windows were those old timey steel casement crank out style windows. I didn't realize how bad those windows were until the new windows were installed. There used to be areas inside the house that were not functional or usable during the summer months because it was just too hot to be near one of these windows. When the sun came up, it was time to get up and out of bed because my bedroom heated up so rapidly it was impossible to be there. These windows have changed all of that. I won't pretend to understand what magic is happening with these windows, but it is a fact that the light comes through but the heat does not. This house is now a very different environment. There is an outside space, and an inside space, and these windows are the barrier between those two spaces.

As for the crew that showed up to install the windows, it would be impossible to ask for a better experience. There have been many projects at this house in the last few months and this window replacement project was the absolute best experience. These guys clearly knew what they were doing, and they did it quickly, efficiently and with a great deal of skill. It was a pleasure to have them here in my home, they were respectful and careful with my property, and we actually had fun. You really can't ask for more than that in a home renovation project.

Full disclosure, I was considering purchasing some standard Home Depot windows and hiring a contractor to install them. Greg somehow convinced me that was not the way to go. I was skeptical at first, but now that it is all said and done, he was correct. I am very happy and grateful that I invested in these windows. It ain't cheap, but it is worth it.

If Greg shows up at your house with his frames, panes, torches, and heat lamps to demonstrate his windows, stick with it to the end. It will be boring, unless you're a science geek, but in the end it gets interesting.

Take your business somewhere else. Not a family company and not for you. Called them for a quote on replacing two very large windows in our house. Richard said they wouldn't come out for anything less than THREE windows. I tried to explain they are large and would be worth the visit. Richard did not budge at all. He kept repeating 'we only come out for THREE windows'. Very dissatisfied, very unprofessional, and very sad they lost my business.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
