Showed up for the appointment and never followed up with a bid, nor reached out in any way. Awful waste of time and lack of consideration for the customer.

Desert King was on our shortlist of potential contractors and after talking to Dan at the Home Show, we scheduled him to come out for a quote to replace all of our windows (19 plus a sliding door.) Working with Dan and the overall sales process was so much better than the other big name company who gave us a quote. He was on time, friendly, and most important - efficient. He answered all our questions and pointed out a few things that we hadn't thought of. The windows came in faster than expected and James was awesome working with us to schedule a convenient install date - we had to reschedule the install fairly last minute, but James was completely understanding and got us re-booked with no hassle.

The installer, David, contacted us the day before & showed up exactly on time every day. They were friendly, respectful and total pros. They finished on time. The windows are fantastic - the noise reduction is amazing and they look great - not at all like some of the replacement jobs you see with massive flashing around the outside edge. Getting all new windows was a huge investment for us, and we are impressed with the quality of Desert King's product for the price.

Our only real complaint is that they broke a window outside and didn't do a good job cleaning it up; there was glass along our backyard walkway, on the driveway, and scattered over the public sidewalk. Most importantly, they didn't tell us it happened so we could keep an eye out. I called Dan about it & someone came out that afternoon to clean up, but even after that, there was still a lot of glass. Jason, the owner, called to apologize which I appreciated, but it wasn't a great way to end an otherwise excellent experience. That's the only thing that kept me from a five star review, but even with that, I would highly recommend them.

I moved into a new house a few months ago with TERRIBLE WINDOWS. Just awful. I started getting quotes from window installers for literal thousands (2-3k) of dollars per window. Windowz4less came in and blew away all the other competitors quotes.

The everybody was on time and responsive through the whole process.

After a 12 week wait (manufacturer covid delay) I got my brand new windows.

The installation was incredible. The two installers were thoughtful of our home and very polite. They made quick work of the house.

My husband and I decided our home needed a window update our home had the original windows from back in the 70's when it was built.
We have 3 sliders, a 5ft, 6 ft, and an 8 ft plus 6 windows of various sizes.
Tony came out to do our estimate and was very knowledgable and very nice to deal with, He sent us our estimate via email within a day or two and it was very detailed with the window measurements as well as the cost of each window. We did ask him to make a change and it as done right away.
We did get 3 other estimates one from the big box stores and 2 other independent companies. I will say the women from the big box store was very nice but the estimate was beyond high..
The one independent I did not like at all his estimate sheet was very unprofessional and when we told him his estimate was more than another company he asked who it was and when we told him he began bad mouthing  that company. Right than and there we asked him to leave, a professional does not do that. I can't remember the other.
We decided on k and J not because they were the cheapest but because they were the most professional , they have a quality product for a good price. Our windows were ordered and and put in when they said they would be. It takes about 3-4 was for the order to arrive. Our windows  were put in this past November. Our home looks so much better and is a lot quieter now that we no longer have single pane windows.
I would highly recommend them if you are looking for window and doors.

We called a number of companies to get quotes for new sunscreens (at least 7 different companies). This company won our business for a number of reasons: price, knowledge, product and speed.

Unlike other companies that have a team of sales reps answering every call, when you call Imperial you will most likely need to leave a voicemail and wait a day or two for a call back. It's worth the wait. Be patient.

When you do get a call back to schedule a quote you will be given an appointment time, not a window of time. I had a quote scheduled for 10:00am and that is the EXACT time my doorbell rang. Literally 10:00am on the dot. That never happens. Ever.

Bob Nelson is the installation manager that gave me the quote and did the installation. Bob was very knowledgable. I asked him about proper care, average life of screens, energy savings, SRP rebate program and many other questions. He was able to confidently answer every question, whereas previous companies could not. He also gave me the quote on the spot.

The quote was $450.00 cheaper than other quotes I received.

Bob also let me keep the booklet of screen swatches so I could show my husband. The other companies only let me take pictures.

It is now 2 weeks later and the new screens have been installed. They look fantastic.

Very knowledgeable. Thanks for the help. I asked these guys if they did small door jobs. They don't however explained exactly what I'd need to do to fix my door problem. In 5 minutes I had the doors working perfectly and the home owner was more than pleased that we took the time to correct the issue and has given our painting crew even more work to do. Again thanks

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

We originally looked at another glass company, but they were pushy and dishonest.
Apodaca's is a much better choice!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone and team did a great job sealing our windows and replacing one window as well.  He was on time and communicated well throughout the process.  Would definitely recommend!

I just finished my long shower remodel with the assistance of AZ Xtreme Glass. They did an outstanding job in fabricating and installing my beautiful frameless clear glass shower door and glass panel and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality. This business was amazing to work with and they exceeded my expectations. They were on time to every appointment and finished the job on time. Bill and Chad came out to measure for the job and turned out to also be the installers. They were polite and helpful with options. They did a great job. Great company!  Outstanding service from Carrie on the phone, to Jason the estimator and the crew of Jose and Dan.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely and professional  manner.  It was a pleasure to work with this company.  If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Had our front door replaced with a custom made one. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. The team at Krasiva was amazing. They clearly communicated each step with us, the teams involved with the work were always friendly and professional. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work being done. It completely changed the look of our home. I can't recommend Krasiva enough.

They apparently don't care about referrals or helping previous customers. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate at my parents house and was told a sales rep would call me back and I never got a call back. Business must be good if they can ignore customers. They put windows in my house but it doesn't seem like they care about loyal customers. And they did good work as well.  With how crappy this experience is I don't know why I've sent them so many referrals.  (5) this would have been an easy sale as well. I would have given them 5 stars had they given me the same courtesy they did when I was a new customer. Absolutely let down. And let this review serve as warning if you want to be a repeat customer. Loyalty doesn't mean much to this place.

I had spoken to a manager and scheduled an appointment to have my parents windows looked at today and the sales guy just called me 4 hours ahead of the scheduled time (Dave) asking to come early, normally would be fine but I cannot be at the house till 3 pm. Then he went on about converting our windows and how they don't do that. I am sickened at the piss poor customer service I have received from this company. I was angry before but spoke to a manager and now this. Through the whole conversation I felt Dave was trying to get out of the appointment. Absolutely shameful!!! I hope this review at least pushes a few customers away from them.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
