Best Windows Installations in United States

Currently in process of during business with them.
They were quick coming out to give me a quote. Once I decided a week later, somewhat difficult getting ahold of them to tell them I wanted to tho through with the project. They never told me my installation date even when I asked, I found out by the 2nd guy who comes out to double check measurements.
I had to push back the date they setup for me due to work which took days maybe a week to get ahold of someone. Finally rescheduled. Weeks later, I get a voicemail saying my installation date was a week and a half later than what was confirmed. I have plans that were made to make my confirmed date work. I was told the materials won't be available that date (which was a later date than the original that they scheduled me for.)
Why schedule me if the materials aren't available??? I'm back in limbo with them. My work plans and travel plans are set in stone.
People can't change their schedules short notice.
I'm not impressed so far.
Whenever the installation does happen (which I put down a down payment for) better be flawless.

Never got back to me when they said they would.

My salesman Jim was very professional and knowledgeable. I received quotes from other companies, but Jim was hands down the best. No pressure, he just gave me the facts and showed me what they had to offer and told me to take my time, unlike other companies who pressured me into making a decision on the spot.
My installers were were all prompt, clean and professional. I had a crack in a window and Mike came out to replace it. I cannot say enough about how professional and customer service centered Mike was when he was in my home. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction and treated me with the utmost respect. Hands down Desert King has my recommendation to anyone looking for a quality product at a decent price with amazing customer service.

Getting new windows from Windowz4less was a great experience. Mike was very responsive to e-mails/texts and was able to give me a competitive price on some high-end windows, even though I only needed to replace four total. He honored the original quote even though I had to wait several months to get HOA approval. The new windows have an excellent build quality and reflect the majority of the incoming sunlight. So far this summer, the west-facing rooms in my house have been several degrees cooler. I wish I had gotten these windows earlier. Highly recommended!

Would recommend Mark and his team for any window needs. He was quick, responsive, courteous and super helpful with two panes we needed replaced.

They installed 25 Milgard windows at my house 2 weeks ago. This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it.

Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great.

Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.

We recently had windows and sliding glass doors installed and we are very pleased. The process began with Ken Griggs and he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Once installation time came the crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We previously had very old windows and can definitely tell the difference. I have and will recomend them to others.

Good window installation companies are hard to come by. Other have very high pressure sales tactics and use third parties to do the actual install. These windows were installed right on schedule, without making any false promises. The crew took their time to make sure the install was perfect. We will be using them in the future.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

When we moved into our home the owners before us had windows installed incorrectly and the window in my daughters bedroom leaked every time it rained. I called Dependable Glass and they were awesome, they first came out to reseal the window to stop the leak. It stopped the leak but then a smell came the next time it rained, so we called them back out. James suggested that we put in a new weep hole because the window was sagging in the middle and collecting water. While he put in the weep hole he took the liberty of measuring the window just in case this didn't work and I wanted to replace it so they would have the measurements on hand and he wouldn't have to come back out just to measure. I really appreciated that! The weep hole kind of worked but it the smell remained when it rained so we decided to have it replaced. Since James already did the measurements it was a smooth and easy process to call and order the window.
On the day of install because of COVID I had asked if they would please wear masks. They were happy too! James and Johnny were AWESOME! They made a great team, they cleaned up everything and the window looked great when it was done! When I need to have more windows replaced I will absolutely call Dependable Glass. Their process is seamless and they have wonderful, respectful and kind people working there. Thank you to Kristen for setting everything up and to James and Johnny for replacing my daughters window!

Seem to be nice enough people. But after having them come out and measure my patio doors, waiting a week and never hearing from anyone, I spent three weeks calling them numerous times to send me a quote. First they said lost my patio door measurements and kept saying they would call me back when I kept calling. Which never happened. I finally said scratch my original measurements, let's get scheduled again to measure, and suddenly they found my measurements. They had promised me a bit of a discount for having to chase them around for the last few weeks and said they would call me back today to let me know the discount. Unfortunately no one called me.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I wish I could give more than five stars! From first contact to the final clean up of the job, Tyrone was a first class professional. He did top notch work at a fair price and showed pride in his work that you just don't see everyday with other companies here in the Valley. Tyrone even anchored in my slider at the top of my shower to keep my little ones safe at no additional cost. My favorite mirror is officially up again...so excited 4 years, two moves and many attempts to fix it myself I finally brought it to the experts and I cuddnt be more happy...NO job is too small I was given the same genuine customer care as if I had a whole house of mirrors done.  Thank you Thank you Thank You

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We love our new Krasiva windows and doors.  Our experience  was amazing from the time Perry guided us through the products to the installers Richard and Raul. This was the worst experience. They measured the window in the master wrong and already removed the old window so they filled it with foam and I waited another month. They then called on me to do more business but the original issue still remained. When the new window came they found out the wrong screen was ordered. Meanwhile their billing department was calling me repeatedly telling me I'm past due for a job that isn't even complete.The sales person gave me a line how it was coming out of his pocket for the bad window. He is the one who measured it wrong. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Needless to say I would never do business with them again.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
