We love Desert king windows. The sales person was phenomenal and the installers were great. They actually came early and we had our new patio door in one day. We would highly recommend using this company.

Mike was very knowledgeable about my sliding door issue. Was on time for the appointment and helped choose the right replacement door. The price was in line with what I thought it should cost and was about 75% of what others were wanting for the same product and installation cost

One of the glasses of my french window frame broke and I was looking for someone that would help me with that. Searched on Yelp and found multiple companies but these guys came with the best price and they were knowledgeable, as well.

My order did take a little longer than planned but some of the delays were my own doing. If things started to drag, I would just call Mark until we got in touch. He was always polite, on time for our appointments, and accommodating with my many questions and inability to make decisions. He also helped track down the truck when they missed their delivery window, replaced some glass that was delivered incorrectly, and made sure I was happy with everything when he stopped by after the installation.

Great service, friendly, fast response, got the job done quickly and beautifully and cleaned up the site nicely all for a fair price.

Cody came out for a quote & gave me lots of information about options for installation. He explained everything in great detail, including drawing pictures. He also returned a 2nd time after I decided not to go forward in the future with stucco, which apparently changes everything about the install. The issue I had was too much information, which sometimes can be confusing & was so for me. That's my fault more than his. I mention this because it mattered once I saw the install & it wasn't what I expected. My home is very old & presented challenges. I expressed my concern/anxiety to Jeff & he immediately called the office to discuss options. Cody called me later in the day with an option that would fix the aesthetic concern I had & plans to get back to me with a quote for that.

I had all windows and a slider installed. They started about an hour and a half late but called before their scheduled arrival time to let me know. When they were picking up windows, they noticed a dent in one window & called me immediately to let me know, but had already taken a photo for Milgard, notified Milgard & started a claim for replacement. They installed it in the meantime because it's just a cosmetic issue.

Jeff and the entire crew were friendly, efficient and very careful with all my walls, floors, etc. Everything was covered to avoid dust and when they left you'd never know they had been here. These guys worked long and hard to give me beautiful replacement windows & I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, the install & the look of the windows

Had I realized what a great, easy and reasonably priced experience this was going to be,working with someone like John at Imperial, I wouldn't have waited so long to do it.  The whole process was fantastic! He helped me decide what percentage of screens (for example 80% or 90%) on each of my windows at different exposures on my entire house.  He replaced everything and even the back siding patio screen. He was professional and timely and finished exactly when he said he would and even coordinated with me to install the screens when I was working.  He also filled out all the paperwork for me to receive the SRP rebate.  John and Imperial were exceptional!

Just got Anlin windows and doors installed last couple days by Dun-Rite.  What a great experience through the process of sales to the installation.  We got estimates  from about 5 different vendors and Dun-Rite gave the best value and service.  They sold many different windows and doors but they were selling the install as they had no preference on what window we selected.  They educated us on all the windows they sold and allowed us to choose not being biased to just one window company. It's been long process due to supply issues but they came through.  The installers David and Donovan were simply awesome.  They were on time, organized, and explained process of install.  The install was second to none and were very experienced.  These guys represent their company well.  Thank you so much for a great experience.

Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

We bought our home in Scottsdale and apparently Dependable glass installed our front door. Last week, the knob to close and open the door broke and my handyman husband tried to fix it and in the bargain messed up. The latch for the door fell in the middle of the frame of door.  We actually slept with our front door open. My builder had given me the number and I reached out the morning. Tigen was amazing and she scheduled techs for me. Daniele and Kyle were awesome - they were super friendly and polite. They came at such a short notice and fixed my door and ordered a new part. My dog, Duke loved them too. I would highly recommended them.

We had a stubborn problem with our window, but these guys were able to find us a solution at an affordable price.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone showed up the same day I called, provided a thorough and reasonable repair quote. He is professional and efficient. Give this company a try, you will not be disappointed.

Top notch operation here! I'm very picky and called several other places before opting to use these guys to install some gutters in the back of my home. Very timely and they look great. I will definitely use them again.

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We just had our front double door installed and it looks great! We can already tell a difference in quality and also the fact that the front of our house is a lot cooler. The guys that came to install were nice and did their job in a timely manner. We will be replacing our back french doors next year and will use Krasiva again. We shopped a few other places and Krasiva was the best price and I thought the service was good too.

It was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. Aaron AJ was the sales person that came out to my property to take measurements and provide me with a quote. I was impressed about how well he knew the product and was able to answer all my questions. AJ was not a pushy salesman, he even came back out to the property a few days later to show my partner the product one more time before we made our final decision on 6/29/18.
AJ event took the time to mail us a hand written thank you note about 2 weeks after signing the contract. (Not everyone takes the time to do this).
Our windows would be produced and would be ready in 8-10 weeks. On 9/5/18 our windows were installed by two installers Mr. Carter and ? who were extremely efficient, they placed a blanket on the floor and vacuumed the area.  
I had no idea AJ would show up while the installation was going on to make sure I was happy with the results! #BestsalesmanEver!
After the installation I inspected the windows and was pleased with the results.

My neighbor Frank across the street came over after the installers left and admired my windows I even walked him though the inside of my house so that he could see the great job they did! He will be reaching out to AJ soon to get a quote on installing 2 windows in his property.

My experience with Window World was a wonderful one and I couldn't be happier with my new windows the price was reasonable!

I did shop another company American Vision Windows who quoted me 2X the cost for the same UP package not to mention the super pushy and aggressive salesman that came out to our property!

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
