Not happy with this company at first. The doors are beautiful, but the guys who installed our front door the first time did a poor job. We couldn't even shut and lock the door without strong force and he tried to leave it that way. We had to get a manager involved and he did fix the situation. The screen door they put on our back door was rather cheap and ripped within 4 days. They offered to replace it but we went ahead and got a new screen through a different company that was higher quality and would hold up against kids and pets. Overall we are happy with them because the doors really are nice and good quality.

Called Desert King Windows to schedule the FREE NO PRESSURE IN-HOME ESTIMATE to replace my sliding patio door. They refused to come out unless I replaced a minimum of 4 windows. I don't need 4 new windows, I only need a new patio door. So much for their NO PRESSURE.  Unethical business practice requiring you to purchase more than you need or want.

Mike was very friendly and got me my quotes quick. He came out and walked me through the whole process and showed me all the windows they have.

Mark was great. Replaced two windows and hung and curated an oversized mirror for us. Reasonably priced, reliable and great quality.

Excellent company. The installation and the quality of the installation was outstanding.
The installers and sales people were highly knowledgeable.
We had all of our windows and sliders replaced and we are totally satisfied.
If you are looking for a professional window company this is the one to use!

The staff was amazing from the start.  C.J. was amazing with the installation. C.J. and Kenneth were so fast at getting the job done  and letting my family get back to their day.  The woman in the office (Sylvia i believe) is so very sweet and helpful. I would 100% use this company again,  very professional and polite, the entire company.

Apodaca installed new glass on my broken window. The gave a competitive quote and promptly completed the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Unfortunately my experience with Apple High glass repair did not turn out as expected. I will not get into detail as I'm sure Tyrone will dispute it. I no longer recommend him nor his business.

Quality and service outstanding.  They did two shower enclosures and a glass accent panel for us .  Work was clean and professional.

Great people to work with. Paul is professional, personable and on time.  Prices are very competitive. We had skylights and attic insulation installed. And they are completing a small 'Alumawood' pergola. Would definitely recommend!

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

After being prompted by a random street walker, I agreed to have someone come out to give an estimate for windows as I was in the market anyways.  After several calls to make sure that BOTH my wife and I were going to be there, we established a date and time for the estimate.  Initially I was told that we both needed to be there to ensure that no decisions were made without the significant other also liking the product etc.  Right.

On the date of the estimate two guys showed up:  Trainer/Salesman and trainee.  First, the trainer totally removed himself from group conversations to face directly and speak to the trainee.  Way too much on the job training.  Aren't you here to waste MY time?  Secondly, the reason why the company was so in need of my wife to be there is so that the trainer/salesman could use his used car salesman techniques on her.  During our consult, this guy started explaining how complicated a job like this is as he listed the countless tools by name to my wife.  It was absolutely aparant to both my wife and I that the salesman was attempting to quickly overwhelm my wife with information.  However, she knows the difference between single pane and double pane and a cat claw and crowbar...because the salesman made no attempt to explain the difference or what the tools were for or why we would need to reframe....his only effort was in creating an atmosphere of uncertainty...then lets make a deal.  

Originally, we allowed the consult because over the phone we were told we lived in a new area where the company could use some homes as marketing tools with a significant discount given to us.  After waiting for the salesman to deliver his pitch (and train his trainee) I asked about the deal because he certainly was not going to bring it up.  Alas, in order to be part of the deal we would need to spend a bit longer discussing types of windows and, and, and, and....ever sat through a timeshare presentation to get that gift card or free trip?  Well, this was that only with less information given, no products shown, no measurements taken, and the tactics of a used car salesman.  No offense to used car salesman...you can at least see the product they have to offer.

I have no doubt they have excellent windows and do fine work based on the info from their website.  I just expect more from the person sent by the company I am supposed to make a deal with when spending 10-20,000$.

First of all, I have to say that everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with.  The prices were fair.  I did a lot pf pricing comparison and found that Window World was a great price.  The windows are beautiful and open and close seamlessly.   The issue I have is with the color of the window panes.  I had blue/green tinted windows in my last home which was a new build and so I thought I knew what I was getting.  These windows were installed and the entire interior of my home changed.  I no longer have that beautiful golden light pouring into my home.  The color is so blue that my husband refers to our living room as the aquarium.  I actually had to repaint the main parts of the house because our linen colored walls turned teal.  Overall, great company and wonderful employees but if you enjoy beautiful light streaming in through your windows, you might want to look around a bit.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
