They are an excellent company and they do superb work! In January of 2021 they replaced 3 sets of exterior upstairs French doors replaced, because I had a water issue with my old ones. The doors are beautiful and over a year later not one drop of water comes in my house!! Thank you Bobbi the installer!! The General Manager is a great man also! I had a paint issue after the doors were completed resolved immediately!!! I highly recommend this company!! Donna H

We really like the windows and the sliding doors. For the most part, the installers did a good job on the windows.
When it came to doing the caulk on new door casings, they fell flat.
The caulk beads were very thick and rounded outward. There was no way to get an acceptable paint line.
 The technician came out to re-key a couple of locks. He indicated that he could not improve on what was there, and it was normal work.
I then spoke to a company VP and he looked at the photos the tech. sent.
 He thought it looked very good on the photos. I decided to just do it myself. I don't appreciate it when a company tries to tell me it is acceptable. I have been in the commercial construction industry for 49 years. The painters would not even attempt to paint over that uneven caulk line.
Not a huge deal.
Would I recommend this company. Yes.
I looked at quite a few different windows and the ones at Desert King looked great, and they work great. Their price was fair.

Windows seem to be good quality and pricing is competitive, however- pretty negative experience from the time we signed the contract. No quality checks before arriving, so came twice with windows incorrectly manufactured. Quoted 2-3 weeks to get correct ones installed each time. Each time, we had to call 4 weeks later. One window was installed and unfinished- with insulation exposed- for 4 weeks. All in all it took over 3 months to get all correct windows installed. Delays would've been tolerable if we'd been treated better. Our salesman violated the contract, and his satisfaction guarantee, by charging us 2 months before the work was completed. When we brought up any of our concerns, he vacillated between saying he wanted to make it right and talking down to us/being passive aggressive/justifying poor service. It was strange and unsettling. I recommend giving your money to a company with a longer history and many more positive reviews (which illustrate customer experience as a key focus).

Mark was excellent and so easy to work with. He communicates by text which is super convenient. He even sent a picture of the finished job because we weren't home. Trusty worthy and genuine company. I would highly recommend. Thanks again for fixing our window!

Other estimates came up with..your doors are custom $$$ ..we can replace but $$$..here's our cost $$$...yada yada...When Tony from K&J Windows came to our home..every word he said was sensible and the cost was reduced because Tony thought about our custom sized replacement French doors and came up with a solution. A line of windows & doors that they install (good quality Simonton) that could still be considered a STOCK size. This, fortunate for us reduced the price significantly. It was so good we almost thought it was too good to be true! Just as he said from the second we said YES to our order, to the scheduling and to the install..there was not one kink, question or problem. The installers (John & his brother) were prompt & worked extra long to do our job in one day! With their respectfulness to our home, the cleanliness and their skill ..well let me say we are so proud and happy to have our new sliding patio doors. The quality, the ease, the retrofit on the install in our old 1980's replacement worked. Even with the surprise that our old french door were built into the old frame of an old imbedded slider they did what was necessary to bring things up to par ..they went above and beyond to do our job as if it was there own home. We've had great experiences from Tony's home visit with an easy-going, no-pressure approach; measurements; finalizing details and install with owner Sal; and installation with a brief instructions and demonstration. We're so impressed with our new sliding doors!

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone showed up the same day I called, provided a thorough and reasonable repair quote. He is professional and efficient. Give this company a try, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I recently used AZ Xtreme Glass & Mirror to put up a glass shield for a recently remodeled bathroom and walk in shower. I'm a little bit of a research freak before I hire anyone, and I find Yelp to be one of the best resources to find vendors. I actually took the top 5 highest rated Glass companies in Yelp and got quotes from each. Bill was professional and helpful with answering questions I had.  I knew what I wanted just not exactly sure what I needed. Bill was good at walking me through my options AND his quote was very reasonable as well. His team came out as promised and did an on site measurement, ordered the glass and came back out for installation.  They all had very timely arrivals and I appreciated their advance notice when they were on their way, and how professional and so friendly all of them were. Honestly, the only reason why I didn't rate them a 5 was because I had to have them come back out due to a very small leak around one of the clips. But even then when I called, they were on top of it and came out fairly quickly and once again did not disappoint.  I would highly recommend AZ Xtreme, very fair, friendly, professional and affordable!

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Krasiva Windows and Doors just completed a job at my second story townhome. We had a sliding glass door replaced and 2 large windows. Derrick at Krasiva was extremely friendly and helpful. He always had the time to go over things and explain everything in detail. Tyrone, who led the installation crew, was extremely professional. The crew did amazing work. I am already noticing a drastic difference in the amount of time that my air conditioner is running and the noise level from the outside coming in. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a great product installed by a professional company.

We purchased all new windows and patio sliding door as well as a front door. The salesman was very polite and professional. The wait was a bit long for the windows but what isn't nowadays. When the windows came in the schedules and installed the windows very quickly and did a great job. The front door came a few months later. The door was installed crooked and was told the hinge was bent and they had to order a new one. Weeks later they installed the hinge and the door was still crooked. They had to send someone else out. He couldn't fix it. They said it needed a new door. The screws were too small and they stripped the holes. 5 visits later still no door and this one almost fell off. I had to put longer screws in to keep the door from falling off. We have to pull up on the door just to open it when we can actually get it unlocked. Started this in August and now it's March. In the mean time we're making payments on a door that barley opens. I guess that's why it's not called door world. Very disappointed!

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
