Really impressed with the company and process of getting a new front door! We had wonderful experiences with both our salesman, Vinny, and the operations manager, Dave! We recently bought an old home with a really strange front door setup and Vinny took the time to help us find a door we loved and that would improve the aesthetic of our home! Dave came in and clearly explained our options for installation of our new door step by step! We really have been blown away by their creativity and commitment to clients, especially after having a poor experience with one of the big box stores. Thank you Vinny and Dave for everything!

33 windows replaced and installed in 3 Days ! Just had new windows replaced and I must say we are more the pleased. From the start Dan Gorden  480-800-9707 our sales rep came out was so thorough with his whole presentation . We had several quotes but decided to go with this company . So professional and the install went so smooth. Couldn't be happier. These should be your choice if you want value and quality .

Did the whole deal remotely for a rental I have in Mesa.  His price beat the pants off the competition plus Mike's customer service was second to none.  Installation went super smooth and he even went back to take pictures of the windows for me since I couldn't be there in person.  Financed the windows 18 months same as cash.  I even had questions after the install and Mike was quick to answer.  Excellent experience,  highly recommend them!

I cannot speak more highly of Mark and Garcia's Windows and More.  We just replaced the windows in our home and could not be happier.  From Mark's business ethics and how polite he was to the great craftsmanship and attention to detail, he did a fantastic job.  

It is funny as I now look at my neighbors windows and wish I could have connected them with Mark!  I could not recommend him more!

When I requested a bid I was sure to add specific notes about what we were looking for AND asked the scheduler that the estimator was aware of our request so that we maximized our appt and he would be prepared. After I left a voicemail for the estimator making sure that he'd read the notes, so that we were on the same page, and ten minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time, Sal called to tell me it wasn't going to work for them. I don't know which is worse, the lack of professionalism and arrogance in that statement or the lack of consideration for our time and the needs that were clearly stated two weeks ago. No doubt they will rationalize their bad behavior and try to flip it on me... Buyer beware. By the way, we did find an excellent custom installer with great communication and fair pricing. Very quick response to inquiries. Great, reasonable price for services rendered and friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Best experience I've had with home repairs, ever. If I ever need a similar service I will be using this company again. 10/10 would recommend.

The installers came out and installed my window today. My experience from start to finish has been great. Kristen was so helpful, kind and considerate. The installers were great. They got the replacement glass installed effortlessly and cleaned up after themselves. Left the area better than they found it. Thanks Dependable glass!

Pay attention to those multiple 1-star reviews..........there's a reason for them:  Lousy customer service!!  We set a date and time for Apodaca to come to house and review the work requested.  No show.  No call.  Didn't even answer text message until following day.  Said they called several times, and also left a message.  BS.  There's good companies out there...........this isn't one of them.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone showed up the same day I called, provided a thorough and reasonable repair quote. He is professional and efficient. Give this company a try, you will not be disappointed.

Hired them to install and frameless shower recently. Nick came over to measure and when comparing to how the other company measured he was more detailed. He answered all my questions and was quick to respond which sold me. What really made them stand out was taking care of a problem that occurred. Cheryl was on top of it and they didn't shy away like some businesses would. I recommend using them.

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

The salesman for Kraisva windows and doors was very knowledgeable on their products and explained in detail all our options for window replacements.  The workers who installed our windows were also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  All work was done with skill and on time. Great windows and a fabulous lifetime warranty!  The warranty sounds too good to be true, but it is the best warranty ever!  Replacement windows for any reason at all. The only downside is you actually have to take the screen to them if it needs repair but they do come out for the windows if they need repair.

The experience was very smooth, from the salesman coming out to show me the product to the installation. The installation guys were great and very hardworking.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
