We had three doors we wanted done and just some rather simple doors. One door we wanted a dog door for the back yard. I love how half the people we talked to refused to do it...Brandon and Greg said no problem with a smile. NO OTHER COMPANY WOULD PAINT...these guys...No problem. There was a little stucco damage...it wasn't even a question, Nate fixed it like it was never there, got perfect matching paint and did it. Install was very pleasant and they were very clean. The job was so well done we will have them do all the windows in the house no question about it. Thanks for doing such an awesome job!!!

Excellent experience with this company. Quality product, with superior aesthetic appearance over what many other companies are offering. Had 6 windows installed in 2019 & finished the house this month. Every contact within the company has been courteous & professional. Having Nick & Cooper as our installers was simply the icing on the cake. Nice men who take their job seriously, addressed any concerns, and are great to have had in our home over the course of 2 days.

I thought this would be a safe bet based on reviews I read here on yelp, but I was wrong. I sent in a request for a quote, which came very quickly though it was by text message. I didn't really mind getting a text, but it did seem unprofessional to me. I scheduled an appointment two days from that time, and didn't get any kind of confirmation. I sent a text about an hour before the appointment asking if they would still be coming and got no response. No show, no call, and no respect. Choose someone more professional.

We started doing our homework on window companies about a month before we decided on the company. It was a no brainer for us picking K & J Windows over the competition and we are so glad we went with them. Tony our sales rep was great. He was very knowledgeable and he covered everything with us so that making our decision wasn't hard. Tony didn't come into our home and try hard sell us which we greatly appreciated. He is so good at his job he doesn't have to hard sell you.  We had Tony educate us on the high end priced windows and the middle of the road windows and we went with the in between. The process from start to finish was very painless. We ordered 25 windows and the installation only took 2 days. Pricing of the windows and installation was great. Nick and his install crew were outstanding, cleaned up after they were done inside and out. The crew were polite, professional and from watching them I could tell they had worked to gather a long time and they definitely knew what they were doing. This was a very good experience for us and I recommend K & J, Tony, Nick and his crew without any hesitations at all.

I almost forgot we love the windows, our A/C runs less, house is so much quieter, don't need our sun screens anymore (love the fact we don't need the screens ) and our dust in the house has gone away. Can't believe how much cleaner the house stays. You will not go wrong going with K & J Windows.

Purchased a house that had a broken upstairs window. After making a few calls to window companies, Imperial was the first to call back.

We got an appointment within 48 hours of speaking with Ken. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and you can tell they value their customers. I had 2 other window companies give me a bid, and those companies didn't think that they could even make a window that size. During Ken and John's visit, they called the factory to make sure, and they delivered.

Our windows arrived much sooner than anticipated, and their installers did a phenomenal job. We have some very large windows in our house, and also being a two-story, it was a difficult job.

The installers were very professional and polite. They did a great job, and even explained the scope of work.

Their windows were by-far the most energy efficient, and the largest window needed to be triple pane, with extra support, and you could see that they use the thick glass, and build windows designed for the Arizona heat. They are made here, and it's obvious that the build a high quality and very efficient window.

Imperial exceeded all of my expectations, and when they were finished, vacuumed up and debris and left my house clean. After about 45 days with the new windows, our electric bill has dropped substantially and our AC isn't running nonstop.

Our cat, Slinky, asked that I submit his notes from our installation. Though he was not permitted to oversee the installation process (he does not have any thumbs, is easily distracted, and likes to sit on things he shouldn't), Slinky highly approves of the visual clarity now afforded to him through the low-e kitchen window that lets in the light, keeps out the heat, and provides a fully optimized, high-def front-yard TV experience.

Slinky was so impressed by both the initial product performance and the installers who completed the project, that he requested we replace all remaining household windows immediately. This was a big hit with the rest of the cats, who can now enjoy high-def Pigeon TV on the big screen in both the kitchen and bedroom.

Dwayne was very professional, friendly, and communicative. Very fair rates and a great job in replacing a broken window that we had.

We bought our home in Scottsdale and apparently Dependable glass installed our front door. Last week, the knob to close and open the door broke and my handyman husband tried to fix it and in the bargain messed up. The latch for the door fell in the middle of the frame of door.  We actually slept with our front door open. My builder had given me the number and I reached out the morning. Tigen was amazing and she scheduled techs for me. Daniele and Kyle were awesome - they were super friendly and polite. They came at such a short notice and fixed my door and ordered a new part. My dog, Duke loved them too. I would highly recommended them.

Our landscapers accidentally broke one of our bedroom windows and it's an older window, single pane, and finding someone to fix it was somewhat difficult! These guys said they could fix it, showed up on time, and had the glass replaced on both sides and out of here within an hour, if that, and did a great job! Very friendly office and field staff as well which is always a plus! I highly recommend these guys!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I love Tyrone! In a world where prices are exorbitant and companies are ripping the customer off just because they can, in comes Tyrone. He just wants to feed his family, not pay off his entire mortgage. We had a lot of unusual glass situations. He did not hesitate on what to do. He does exactly what he says he is going to do. Do yourself a favor if you need glass and call Tyrone. His helper Ray was an exceptional person too!

Quality and service outstanding.  They did two shower enclosures and a glass accent panel for us .  Work was clean and professional.

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that both my husband and I need to be at home which is fine because I work from home anyways. Made our appointment at 11am on a Friday and the guy shows up 10 mins early. I'm in a meeting but I can hear him. I figured I should be done by 11. I come out and my husband told me that the guy left because I wasn't available. Are you kidding me? He couldn't wait 10 mins to do it at the time he was suppose to do it at? I was literally just at my desk taking a call. My husband said the rep looked like he didn't want to be there anyways. Fine. Guess we'll just go with another company.

We also later realized that another rep from the same company showed up at our door on Christmas eve trying to sell windows and tried to look around our house which made us feel uncomfortable. Who does that on Christmas eve anyways. If I had known it was this company, I wouldn't have scheduled in the first place.

People were professional and worked in a timely manner.  They left the my home clean of debris and all of the windows look great!  The only issue I have is that I was told I could re-attach my cellular screens (block out heat) and that is not true.  The window is smaller because the frame is larger so the screens don't fit.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
