I honestly don't write reviews very often, let alone give a 5 star review. Nobody is paying me to do this. I just genuinely want to give credit where credit is due. This company is seriously awesome!! So well run. We had an awesome experience from start to finish. I had gotten several other quotes for new windows from other companies and it was truly the worst experience ever with each company. I happened to find these guys on google. I called and asked for a bid and they very quickly set one up. The gentleman (Dameon) who came to do our bid was on time, wearing a mask and very friendly and kind. I loved that he didn't pressure us at all. He was very honest and frank, and I valued his opinion. When we decided to move forward with this company (we liked our experience, the reviews and were okay with the price-not the cheapest and not the most expensive, we felt we were getting a great deal), Dameon continued to be there for us every step of the way. He answered my calls and emails so fast and answered everything perfectly. The girls that work at the front desk are awesome too! Real people, but also professional and hard working. When our windows were ordered, they got us set up for installation for as soon as possible. Looking back I do wish someone had warned us to move everything before the installers came, but it wasn't a big deal to move things away from the windows. We LOVED our installers, Patrick and Mando. It was a 3 day process, and I have absolutely zero complaints. They worked their tails off, did an absolutely perfect job and they just took awesome care of us. My kids fell in love with them and begged for them to come move in with us. :) They did absolutely flawless work, cleaned up perfectly and left our house looking far better than it did before they came. Patrick even went the extra mile and made sure that the stucco guys got scheduled to come when he was done. The stucco guys showed up on time and worked fast-and they too did an incredible job. We have a block home, so I was really curious how they were going to fill in the extra space (we had to reframe a window to allow for a smaller window at one part) and they blended the stucco beautifully to match the block.
I 100% recommend this company. I have never ever dealt with such friendly and professional people, ever. They deserve the very best and I'm so proud to give this 5 star rating!!

I called and told them that I wanted 2 windows replaced and maybe my front doors. Later someone named Ron left a message that he'd come out and give me a quote. I called back and the lady who answered the phone now told me that they have a 4 window minimum and it would take 20 - yes, TWENTY WEEKS to install!!  OMG. Who would want to wait that long? That throws off our entire schedule, as we wanted to do the windows prior to other work planned. Stay away from this company if you need anything done in a timely manner.

I moved into a new house a few months ago with TERRIBLE WINDOWS. Just awful. I started getting quotes from window installers for literal thousands (2-3k) of dollars per window. Windowz4less came in and blew away all the other competitors quotes.

The everybody was on time and responsive through the whole process.

After a 12 week wait (manufacturer covid delay) I got my brand new windows.

The installation was incredible. The two installers were thoughtful of our home and very polite. They made quick work of the house.

Mark is a window wizard!  I got a quote from another window company for my sticking and balance broken windows -- not repairable and need $10,000 worth of new windows...
Mark came out and told me the windows were fixable - and he did for just over $1,000.  He is so popular and so busy that you might have to wait for a call back - but he is worth the wait!

Very happy with the windows, the buying process, installation, and the price.  I don't expect any problems, but based on reviews and a check on the Better Business Bureau web site, I am comfortable that if any issues do come up, they will be handled just as smoothly.

We got new windows and shutters from Imperial.  We got about 8 quotes and decided to go with Imperial. I am extremely happy with the product and the service. John is awesome and you get top notch service and price from someone who is local and is passionate about making his customers happy.  The installation team performed exceptionally and finished work on-time. Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

Dependable Glass was just that...dependable! Called for a quote to have a 9'x3' glass mirror removed from my wall. They were out two days later, took care of my broken mirror and were finished within 30 mins!! The two technicians, Shane and Justin, were great! Very professional, friendly and very good at their craft. Will use this company for all my glass/mirror needs...and request Shane and Justin as well. Great job!

When the landscapers shattered my back Acadia Glass Door I wasn't sure who to call to replace it.  I never had to replace Glass before and wasn't knowledgeable about the procedure.  After I called a dozen of so companies I decided to go with Apodaca Glass, and I am so glad I did.

The customer service at Apodaca Glass is excellent. From the Sales Manager to the actual installers, everyone answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone was pleasant and made the whole project easy and pleasurable. The cost was very competitive and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I ordered my glass on Monday and early Friday morning my install was completed perfectly.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone came and completed the cut down of my mirrors.  It was truly a joy working with him.  Not only is he extremely efficient, and professional, he is so friendly.  While he was at the house, I had him measure and provide me a quote to replace my existing windows with more energy efficient ones.  Can't wait to work with him again.

Nick and his team are first rate professionals.  I am extremely happy with his work and communication.  If I need glass done again, I will call Nick and his team first.  I am a loyal customer.

We've had these guys come out to help n us with a core c of problem areas with our gutters. They were very responsive and did a great job. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We just had our front double door installed and it looks great! We can already tell a difference in quality and also the fact that the front of our house is a lot cooler. The guys that came to install were nice and did their job in a timely manner. We will be replacing our back french doors next year and will use Krasiva again. We shopped a few other places and Krasiva was the best price and I thought the service was good too.

We've been upgrading our windows bit by bit over the last year and interviewed/had quotes from 3 companies before we started. We ultimately chose Window World and their representative Ryan because there was literally zero hard sell and the price was by far the best value. We didn't call them back for about 6 months after the initial quote as we saved for the purchase but he remembered me when I called and has been consistently courteous and professional. The windows are beautiful and I've definitely felt the difference in temperature within the house. The install team, Arturo and his father, were amazing, hard workers, friendly, considerate and great with my kids who were DEFINITELY in their way (3 boys!). In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for price, quality, professionalism and their great communication.. when I texted a question Ryan would call or text back almost instantly. It's obvious they value their customers and I'm happy to recommend them.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
