I had five companies bid installing a new sliding door. I used this company because of the salesperson (Vinny),  He understands customer service. He showed me a sample of the door casing and color choices. He explained the benefits of using their product. He gave me a bid on the spot for replacing the door. He told me upfront how long it would take to get the door from the manufacturer. They installed the door two weeks before the date I had expected. None of the other companies did any of the things above. The installation people showed up on time and did an excellent job installing the door. They sent a guy out to repair a couple of tiles that got damaged during the installation. They provided great service and installed a quality door.

PLEASED Do NOT buy windows from this company. It has been 5 months since I ordered my windows.  I called the office for about 2 weeks. I asked them nice to come to install my window that one of them said that the window was already there. After two weeks of calling them with No success, I strongly told them to keep the window. The receptionist was extremely rude and ended the call. Please consider other companies. I am extremely sorry that I got involved with this company.

I made a purchase for window replacement on Jan5th. Typical 50% down and the rest on install .  The lead time is 8-10 weeks. I'm now close to the lead time and reached out to the window company for an install update. I cant seem to contact them. Have a bad feeling that maybe they are not in business anymore.

We had an unexpected emergency when our bulldog (she's ok) crashed through our Arcadia door early on a Saturday morning. I shot Mark an email after finding him on Yelp and he called me before he opened for the day and set up a time to come by later that morning. He came on time and had the glass replaced, cleaned, and reinstalled all within an hour. His price was absolutely affordable, and I would call him again without question. Highly recommend Garcia's Windows.

Best contractor we've ever worked with. Why? Thorough, knowledgeable, flexible, and patient in helping us choose the right product. I never felt rushed. Excellent at setting expectations, then exceeding them. And by far the cleanest and most professional install experience we've ever had. Big box guys might have started out a little lower on price, butI have no doubt  the product and service we received were superior. And based on the few surprises our 1970s home threw at us, no doubt we would have spent more in the end. Cody and Chris were great problem solvers and owned every step of the process. I was impressed right til the end when they wouldn't bill us until the hfollow up items were completed and the last bit of caulk went down. Truly impressive and much appreciated - we will definitely be back!

I got quotes from 5 different contractors (including the worst--Home Depot on Baseline) for replacing the 8 side-sliding windows in my newly purchased house. My husband and I wanted to replace the single-paned, damaged aluminum frame windows that currently stood in the house before the summer. John came to my house and was professional, informative, and helpful. His price was reasonable--in the median range of what I was hearing, and the windows that he sold were top of the line. While he highly recommended the Aegis windows that he carries because of their exccellent value, my husband and I went with the Simonton windows that he does because of their widespread name and guarantee that were worth a little extra money. We got texturing on the bathroom windows and tinting on the East-facing ones, and John tried to do everything possible to keep costs down (like not tempering glass when it didn't need it for regulations, that other big names had told me I needed it).

My husband and I have a do it right rule when it comes to homeownership, and John and his team did just that. The windows were ready in 6 weeks and Jose, his installer, had them in within a day. Everything was cleaned up quickly and well, but there were a few small holes in the caulking once it dried and shrank. Jose came right out to go over all the caulking that he needed to, included in the price of the guaranteed service.

Let me tell you, our new windows are BEAUTIFUL! So beautiful, in fact, that our wood frame back door that adds to the house's character (we initially thought) now looks like an eyesore in comparison! While we're looking for something with a dog door like the current one we have, John says he wouldn't want to damage the integrity of an energy-efficient replacement door. As soon as the two of us figure out a solution, We'll be getting a quote :)

John and Jose shared expertise with me when I asked about other things around our house, like a sun-worn exterior side door that needs replacing. It's always great to have people to trust to help you out as a homeowner. Our Realtor is always looking for excellent local companies to recommend to her buyers, and I have shared Imperial's contact information with her in order that other people's houses can look as good as mine!

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! When I chose our beautiful shower glass door, I had no idea how difficult it would be to find someone to install the darn thing. We bought the door on homedepot.com and even had a tough time finding a Home Depot installer to install the door. When we did find one he was significantly overpriced.

When the installers arrived to our house, it was even MORE clear how difficult this door would be to install. He took an hour out of his day to read the instructions on the door and make sure they would have everything that was needed for a successful install. He also warned us that putting this shower door onto glass tile had a HIGH rate of breakage and was able to install without breaking a tile PHEW! The installers also cautioned that over time the weight of the door could possibly still create breakage (which it did) but just barely enough to notice. I 100% appreciate the heads up and honesty as it gave us a good idea of what to expect.

THE ONE bad thing was that when my husband called to book, he gave the company all of the info including the shower door model number and that we had glass tiles. However, this information was not passed onto the installers and clearly not enough time was allotted for the install. They were given a 1-hour window for a 3-hour project. Unfortunately, my husband took the day off work to be present for the install, which isn't the easiest to do, so it was a waste of PTO for nothing. Luckily, his off Friday was later on that week and we were able to reschedule for that day, but had it not lined up like that we would have had to reschedule for 2 weeks out. If I were to use them again, I would make sure this information was passed into the installers. But in the end, the quality of the install and knowledge of the door is enough to trump the initial booking issue.

I came home to a shattered window thanks to an errant golf ball.  They were able to come out within an hour to temporarily fix my window while the replace glass was made.  Very fair and reasonable prices!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

The best part is his personal service. You don't get that kind of service anymore. We replaced a large picture window with laminated glass in order to conform to a City Ordinance and upgrade the window efficiency. His suggestion to replace the glass versus the entire window saved us substantially.

My husband and I recently used AZ Xtreme Glass & Mirror to put up a glass shield for a recently remodeled bathroom and walk in shower. I'm a little bit of a research freak before I hire anyone, and I find Yelp to be one of the best resources to find vendors. I actually took the top 5 highest rated Glass companies in Yelp and got quotes from each. Bill was professional and helpful with answering questions I had.  I knew what I wanted just not exactly sure what I needed. Bill was good at walking me through my options AND his quote was very reasonable as well. His team came out as promised and did an on site measurement, ordered the glass and came back out for installation.  They all had very timely arrivals and I appreciated their advance notice when they were on their way, and how professional and so friendly all of them were. Honestly, the only reason why I didn't rate them a 5 was because I had to have them come back out due to a very small leak around one of the clips. But even then when I called, they were on top of it and came out fairly quickly and once again did not disappoint.  I would highly recommend AZ Xtreme, very fair, friendly, professional and affordable!

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! I love my rain gutters and i appreciate the hard work! Thank you

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Only reason they get a 4 star is because they cant service me. The timely response and communication was on point. I can tell this is a good company to put your project in the hands of.

Called for an appointment 5/18, person who answered said i would receive a return call within 3 days. I asked  for sure and he replied   YES.
I verified that it was in fact  Jim Ballads company and,  yes, again from man.
Well, never returned my call.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
