From the first consultation appointment to the final product - AZ Window and Door Store did a fantastic job. I was waiting to post this review a few weeks after my new front door was installed because I wanted to make sure it held up through the weather. And it does! No water or dirt has come through the door. The best part about this new door is that it closes firmly and locks great. I'd recommend this company to install your doors. Thank you again!!

Had to have one of my largest window replaced.  They broke my drywall trying to push the previous window back where it should be.  It took them 6 months or more to finally replace the window and then said that they would get someone out to repair the drywall.  It's been a year and I haven't heard anything.  I have called until I'm blue in the face.  I have texted Johnny repeatedly.  I even had a long conversation with one of the owners and he apologized and promised that they would get right on it.  I don't like giving bad reviews but their follow up sucks and a year later I'm still looking at broken drywall.

A great company that works quickly at a great prices. The quality of the windows is fantastic and the installers are also efficient and incredibly professional. I could not recommend them more.

Hello Everyone, I wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with Garcia's Windows.  Mr. Garcia came in person, was prompt, gave me a quote on site and within 24 hours repaired my broken window.   He even outperformed the 24 hr window glass repair places.  Whereas Mr. Garcia did the work in 24 hours the other places were quoting me 3-5 days to get the work done. Mr. Garcia didn't leave until the job was done which meant he didn't leave until 7pm.  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mr. Garcia.  He is very professional, very price competitive and I highly recommend him to you.

We had all the windows (13) and patio door replaced last week by K & J Windows. Love our new windows and door! It was a pleasant and professional experience with the K & J sales team. We were kept informed and install date on time. The installation team (Jose and Scott) were the best! They were professional, skilled with attention to detail, spot on with cleanup, and friendly. Highly recommend them!

Had high hopes for Imperial as they were recommended by family, but it just wasn't the best experience overall. Took quite a long time from the time of order until the actual install. The team wasn't the easiest to get ahold of and seemed slightly unorganized. The install crew was friendly enough, but the inside of my house was left covered in dust from the work that was done. Now, one of the windows is warm to the touch, when they weren't supposed to be. I would say to check out other companies that may have a more streamlined process before going with Imperial.

Update - Imperial immediately reached out to me regarding my review. The owner offered to come out personally to talk about the issues. Ended up connecting with the sales lead due to scheduling. While the window is warmer than the other windows due to the direct sunlight it receives, it was explained to me that it was functioning as expected and was within variance. We spoke about possible solutions and may go with a sun screen.

Also spoke about the dust caused by the installation. Was advised that while it should have been cleaned up better - the nature of my install, with a higher than normal amount of construction (framing the windows up) caused more than the usual amount of dust etc...

I was satisfied with the response overall and await to see what can be done about the window that registers warmer due to the direct sunlight.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

We ordered an entirely new and complete shower enclosure because the original shower door fell and shattered.

Dependable Glass was highly recommended (by our son after they did glass work on his home) and they did not fall short of our expectations in the least.

From the admin folks (Kristen & Michelle) who we spoke on the phone with numerous times to the estimators and thru the installers, we received professional and courteous service through and through.

They were always punctual and thorough. The installers (Jeremy and Emilio) did an exceptional job of removal of the old shower enclosure and installation and area cleanup of the new product.

The finished product is beautiful.

This has not been a great experience so maybe I just got a horrible sales person. My 81 yr aunt ordered 3 pieces of glass in early March at a cost of just under $1,500.00. The order was.paid in FULL the day the estimate was received.. After a minimum of 6 outgoing calls, 2 of 3 pieces were installed in June. I was told the 3rd piece was expected on that very day and might be installed the next day too. It wasn't. 2 wks later when I called to followup, I was told it was delivered. After 30 mins on hold, surprisingly it wasn't delivered but was expected to be received by the vendor that day (again) A wk later I called to followup again and was told it had just come in and would be installed the following Monday. The installer arrived at my aunts home and was let in by the housekeeper. A piece of glass was left on a chair next to the small table it was supposed to be installed into. Left on the chair because it didn't fit! I called that day when I found out what had been done. I was told they would look into it and get back with me. Surprise...they didnt. I called yesterday and without having to provide my name they knew why I was calling and said someone would come to her home today to rectify the problem.  I'm so over this and could and would not ever recommend this company to anyone.  I asked for a refund of the piece when it didn't come with the other 2 but being assured the glass was in the mail accepted that as truth. Who does business like this? Someone dumb enough to pay in full I guess.  Story to be continued

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

For a very small project - one pane in the door, basic glass, 9x11 $17 at Lowes, they wanted $175, highway robbery. I could buy a new door for that.

handymen, unlicensed contractors, fly-by-nighters, and rip-off scammers the
state is known for. I've liked Nick, Cheryl,  and Bill from the get-go !!  Very  
straight-forward and honest service with a smile. They are my first, last, and

Had a difficult gutter installation (2 story hillside house). Paul was able to quickly provide a completive quote. Crew was professional and did an amazing job. Fantastic customer service!

Absolutely Fantastic,   The only company to deal with.  James was a complete professional, price was right and service was great. Up front and very honest people to work with

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Krasiva Windows did a great job on replacing our front and side windows. Our house was built in 1985 and still had the original single-pane windows.

Someone from Krasiva came to our door, introduced himself, and left a flyer last fall. They followed up via phone to set an appointment for the pitch. The pitch from Gary went well, we learned a lot, and we scheduled our window replacement. Someone else came to take final measurements and then we waited 6 weeks for the windows to be made. Everyone we dealt with at the company was professional and friendly.

As soon as they were ready - right after Christmas - they called and scheduled the team to do the work. A team of three came over in the morning and they were done by early afternoon. They were professional and worked fast - we barely knew they were there. Clean-up was a breeze.  And Gary came by in the morning and brought our dog a toy which was a great customer service touch!  

The only thing that keeps this from a five-star review is that one of the window parts had a problem with the coating from the factory. The foreman noticed the problem and filled out the warranty information. Another six weeks later, that one portion was ready and it took less than an hour to pop out the problem pane and drop in the new one. The warranty process was easy, so the review only loses a star because we had to wait longer for the project to be complete.

Our house gets more light, less heat and less outside sound -- our dog was happy that New Year's fireworks were muffled.  The only thing I wish is that we had our bedroom windows done too!

We had our kitchen window, bathroom window, front door, and bedroom windows replaced - they did OK but the foreman was a fan of yelling f-bombs at his workers. They were pretty messy and I still need to touch up paint and get my front steps repaired from where they ripped out the threshold for the front door and they ripped of the concrete. We have more windows to replace but I think we might shop around and see what the other places have to offer. For what we paid I expected a better result.

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
