This is the second time I have used Arizona Window and Door and highly recommend them for any need!
Their quality is exceptional in both product and service! Bobby, Freddy and Kurt installed 13 windows last week and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism!  I chose the windows with the reflective exteriors and am glad I did. From inside it appears like high definition glasses. The windows are beautiful and the pricing was the best in comparison with the other 8 companies I interviewed for the job!
I encourage you to check them out before making a decision on who to install your windows!!

I ordered windows from Desert King and was initially told a 16 to 20 week build before installation. As I was in no hurry, I said no problem.  Signed contracts and about 5 weeks later was told my windows were in and ready to schedule installation.  That was scheduled for a few days later .... Christopher Garcia and his co-worker Melissa showed up and got to work right on time. They ran into a slight snafu on one of my windows, but Christopher quickly addressed the issue, fixed it and finished installing all 10 of my windows in just a couple of days. The work was excellent, he finished them off on the inside, so they look like they have always been there. The quality of the windows themselves was what sold me on Desert King to begin with.  I had one issue after the installation, with a screen being torn.... they fixed that within a couple of days.  Overall, I would recommend Desert King to anyone needing new windows.  I found the company to be very honest in every aspect, from the initial estimate, to the final measurements,  thru to the installation.  Christopher was very professional and respectful while working.

Mike came to look at the issues we have and is reordering us a new window. I asked that they have a different installer.  I will update

He also called before each appt to let me know his eta.
I find that there are too many service people that do not.
In addition his pricing was the best. I called several other businesses to compare.

They installed 25 Milgard windows at my house 2 weeks ago. This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it.

Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great.

Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.

Called John last summer to replaced 14 windows and 3 glass only.
Great customer service and he came out and walked around the house to check that everything was correct after the job was completed.

I found John to be very friendly, informative and personable. I ended up having Imperial do the work I requested. I went with the local window maker and WOW those windows kick butt. Heavy duty and you cant beat the price.

The house stayed warmer and my heater did not turn on as often. Waiting to see this summer since I got the windows last July. Cant wait to see how the windows do a whole summer this year.

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! We bought our home in Scottsdale and apparently Dependable glass installed our front door. Last week, the knob to close and open the door broke and my handyman husband tried to fix it and in the bargain messed up. The latch for the door fell in the middle of the frame of door.  We actually slept with our front door open. My builder had given me the number and I reached out the morning. Tigen was amazing and she scheduled techs for me. Daniele and Kyle were awesome - they were super friendly and polite. They came at such a short notice and fixed my door and ordered a new part. My dog, Duke loved them too. I would highly recommended them.

They set an appointment to give me an estimate for my broken outer pane window, and I was pleased that they showed up on time,for both the estimate and the instillation. It was also only 2 weeks from when they measured the window and when they installed it. The workmen were professional and courteous and the job they did was great.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I had the best experience with this company.  Tyrone was upfront and transparent with the whole process and cost.  He quoted me 7-10 days to order a window for replacement and have it installed.  He got it done in 5.  He did a fantastic job and was so great to work with.  If anyone needs a window guy, Tyrone is highly recommended.

Quality and service outstanding.  They did two shower enclosures and a glass accent panel for us .  Work was clean and professional.

Great people to work with. Paul is professional, personable and on time.  Prices are very competitive. We had skylights and attic insulation installed. And they are completing a small 'Alumawood' pergola. Would definitely recommend!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Only reason they get a 4 star is because they cant service me. The timely response and communication was on point. I can tell this is a good company to put your project in the hands of.

Super disappointed with this company. We just moved to Gilbert and thought why not save some money. I ordered a sliding glass door that took 20 weeks to get installed, that's right 20. Once it got installed, one of the panels was scratched so I'm expecting a manager to call me to negotiate price because at this point I work so taking another day off is going to be difficult. Nope a receptionist calls me asking me how I want to pay. First of all, are you joking me? I'm not paying full price for a scratched door. Do not recommend this business to save a few bucks. Customer service is terrible. I'd recommend just spending the extra grand for better service

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
