The good and the not so good.
Good quality windows for the price and make quite a difference in the noise level and temperature.  Crews are courtesy and arrived when scheduled. The not so good is the cleanup. The patio was covered in dust, the crew dropped oil from their caulking gun on the carpet and I do not even think they knew they did. They broke a support for the valance and did not even mention it but I found it when I noticed the valance was sitting crooked. On the outside, the crew spilled great stuff on the ledge and did not clean it up. I was able to resolve all the cleanup issues but expect to have some post install work.

Did the whole deal remotely for a rental I have in Mesa.  His price beat the pants off the competition plus Mike's customer service was second to none.  Installation went super smooth and he even went back to take pictures of the windows for me since I couldn't be there in person.  Financed the windows 18 months same as cash.  I even had questions after the install and Mike was quick to answer.  Excellent experience,  highly recommend them!

I submitted a request via email to Garcia's Windows & More on a Sunday evening.  In the email, I detailed out my request for replacing the windows in both the front and rear of my condo with the specifications that I was also looking for windows that reduce the sound since our condo is directly off Frank Lloyd Wright.  

I received a call back from Mr. Garcia on Wendesday and he said that the email was very detailed and we spoke in great length about both the email as well as additional information.  He said he would be out to see my condo within a week and would contact me back.  

Nearly two weeks went by before I made a follow up email regarding the status.  I received a response the following day and in it Mr. Garcia quoted a price but no details in regards to the product and number of windows.  

I sent a follow up email asking if this was for both the front and rear windows as I outlined in the request below and Mr. Garcia stated he did not know there were windows in the rear.  

I asked then for a follow up call and additional details in regards to the price quote and have yet to receive any follow up emails nor phone calls.  

At this point, I would not recommend Garcia's Windows & More based on customer service since this is typically is a reflection of the style of business and work provided.

I can't say enough good things about K & J Windows. Tony was so patient and brought me several options to look at for my specific needs. He answered all my questions and gave me two quotes for the options I was deciding between. I had two other companies come out and quote the same work. K & J had the most attractive package and the most affordable rate. Then Beau and Carlos came to install. Talk about the A Team! These guys worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was perfectly installed and looking it's absolute best. Definitely ask for these two. They're professional, hard working and punctual. Also!! I have two large dogs which didn't phase Beau and Carlos a bit. My pups loved them.

Purchased a house that had a broken upstairs window. After making a few calls to window companies, Imperial was the first to call back.

We got an appointment within 48 hours of speaking with Ken. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and you can tell they value their customers. I had 2 other window companies give me a bid, and those companies didn't think that they could even make a window that size. During Ken and John's visit, they called the factory to make sure, and they delivered.

Our windows arrived much sooner than anticipated, and their installers did a phenomenal job. We have some very large windows in our house, and also being a two-story, it was a difficult job.

The installers were very professional and polite. They did a great job, and even explained the scope of work.

Their windows were by-far the most energy efficient, and the largest window needed to be triple pane, with extra support, and you could see that they use the thick glass, and build windows designed for the Arizona heat. They are made here, and it's obvious that the build a high quality and very efficient window.

Imperial exceeded all of my expectations, and when they were finished, vacuumed up and debris and left my house clean. After about 45 days with the new windows, our electric bill has dropped substantially and our AC isn't running nonstop.

We had a great experience with two teams working together from DunRite: Colin & Chris as well as Kevin & Matt N. They did a great job, worked extremely hard for two solid days, and made sure that we were satisfied with their work and their product. Colin went above and beyond dealing with some heavy furniture afterwards, too. The windows look fantastic! Our salesman was Tony and Estimator was JJ, who both were terrific. Thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will be calling them back to do some awnings very soon.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Stop by the Office and the staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Was able to answer all my concerns and even cut glass while i waited ( maybe 5 minutes) . The attentive office staff went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed at a reasonable price. I will be a continued customer I know found my glass retailer for all my home projects.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

We got seven insect screens from Tyrone for a rental property and are very happy with the product and his work.

Of all the companies I spoke to when getting quotes for the job, Tyrone was able to get to us the fastest turnaround and offered the best price by far. Our screens were installed in less than a week!

Not only that, when I contacted him 3 days post-install about vertical gaps on three of the screens, he came by the same day and adjusted them. Great screens, no gaps, great work. I will be going to Apple High for all my screening needs from now on...

This is a no nonsense business. Tell them what you want, you'll get a price within a day or two, order it,  you'll get it installed.  Hassle free. Very organized. Punctual. Professional.

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

The installers were very personable and made sure everything was done exactly what we had wanted. Everything was on time, from the measuring appointment to the installation time. I will definitely go back to Superior Replacement Windows

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

This has taken me a little while to get to writing, but I just wanted to share my happiness with my new doors while I still had the chance. About a month ago I had four new doors installed after Krasiva's wonderful job with my windows. Yet again, the service and quality of the work was amazing. It's such a relief to be able to open, close, and lock all my problem doors now, because with the winter getting colder and colder I'd be spending a small fortune by now trying to heat my house with the old doors. Thank you so much Krasiva!

We've been upgrading our windows bit by bit over the last year and interviewed/had quotes from 3 companies before we started. We ultimately chose Window World and their representative Ryan because there was literally zero hard sell and the price was by far the best value. We didn't call them back for about 6 months after the initial quote as we saved for the purchase but he remembered me when I called and has been consistently courteous and professional. The windows are beautiful and I've definitely felt the difference in temperature within the house. The install team, Arturo and his father, were amazing, hard workers, friendly, considerate and great with my kids who were DEFINITELY in their way (3 boys!). In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for price, quality, professionalism and their great communication.. when I texted a question Ryan would call or text back almost instantly. It's obvious they value their customers and I'm happy to recommend them.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
