Best Windows Installations in United States

I bought a security screen door (Titan Ultimate Security Screen door -meshtech) for our front door. We are very pleased with the look and the quality of the door.  In addition, the installers - Derek and James - did a terrific job with the installation. It was a little tricky to build the frame due to minimal wood available in the existing door frame but they figured it out. It looks great (the screen door is on the front door) and there are no gaps.The door itself is very sturdy.  

We had previously bought a security screen door for our back door at a big box hardware lumber store. Though it was much cheaper, there is no comparison in the quality of the screen door and especially in the installation.

Stay far away from this business!! They lie!! We have waited for over a year for a replacement window and all we ever get is an email saying it was delayed again!! The owner is rude and the biggest liar of them all!! They sent a replacement glass and the installer showed up and the replacement was damaged and so he put the broken glass back in the frame only now it is wrapped in plastic and it it the front picture window of our home!  Stay very far away from this business!!

We needed one of our upstairs bedroom windows fixed, one of the dual pane windows was cracked from a rock. Mark was able to give us an estimate based on my measurements via text. Then came out to get precise measurements. He worked with OUR schedule and was able to do most of the correspondence via texting (super convenient for me). I thought the windows were clear, but turns out they had a green tint to them, who knew? He did! Knowledgable and he was really friendly and nice. The wholesaler end up sending him a defective window, he spotted it and got them to do it right. He kept us up to speed on the whole process, so we knew what was going on and weren't left in the dark. Overall good experience, good service and convenient. Would recommend him anytime and won't hesitate to call him again if we have anymore flying rocks :{

Had new windows installed today. The crew was very professional and efficient. Everything look great! They cleaned up their mess and I can't even tell they were here.

I had several quotes and follow ups with other companies. K and J was the only one who didn't tag on a bunch of unnecessary fees.

Highly recommend Imperial for window replacement!  We replaced all of the windows in our house with Imperial, Jon Uptegrove.

We did it in 4 phases over a year period.  I wanted to pay cash and not finance or use credit.  Jon was great to work with.  He was very responsive and always on time.  The product is excellent.  The temperature improvement in my east exposure bedrooms is amazingly improved.
Jon gave the perfect recommendation to achieve the desired result in the various rooms with different exposures.

We don't need sunscreens!  The windows do it all.  And they give our 1980's home an updated look.  Couldn't be happier.

We had a great experience with two teams working together from DunRite: Colin & Chris as well as Kevin & Matt N. They did a great job, worked extremely hard for two solid days, and made sure that we were satisfied with their work and their product. Colin went above and beyond dealing with some heavy furniture afterwards, too. The windows look fantastic! Our salesman was Tony and Estimator was JJ, who both were terrific. Thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will be calling them back to do some awnings very soon.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Working with dependable glass is great! The ladies in the office are great and always helpful! Thanks Michelle, Silvia, Kristen and Teagan are all so great to work with, on top of it and super kind! Techs are great and super knowledgeable.

Loved that they replaced my glass door fast. Out of lot of places that I called they were the only ones to be able to come out for measurements very next day and replaced my glass within the 4th day. Most places take a few days just to show up for measurement, then few more days to order the glass and then they schedule you for replacement. Plus, they did a great job of replacing the glass. Clean and knowledgeable.
The only thing I was not happy about is that they are not really good at communicating when they are going to show up for the work. I had to call them several times just to get a confirmation time and day.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone came and completed the cut down of my mirrors.  It was truly a joy working with him.  Not only is he extremely efficient, and professional, he is so friendly.  While he was at the house, I had him measure and provide me a quote to replace my existing windows with more energy efficient ones.  Can't wait to work with him again.

DO NOT USE this company under any circumstance
They came and worked on our shower door, moved over the door on his own and put in poly carb trim to prevent leaking
WE HAVE NOT BEEN Spraying the water toward the door like he suggested we were doing because it's leaking again
They called and the owner call and gave us a very bad time told us you can't fix old after we told him were going to replace it somewhere down the road but were not having this local yokel do it.
RUDE, Argumentative, disrespectful.

Great company!  Outstanding service from Carrie on the phone, to Jason the estimator and the crew of Jose and Dan.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely and professional  manner.  It was a pleasure to work with this company.  If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

After being prompted by a random street walker, I agreed to have someone come out to give an estimate for windows as I was in the market anyways.  After several calls to make sure that BOTH my wife and I were going to be there, we established a date and time for the estimate.  Initially I was told that we both needed to be there to ensure that no decisions were made without the significant other also liking the product etc.  Right.

On the date of the estimate two guys showed up:  Trainer/Salesman and trainee.  First, the trainer totally removed himself from group conversations to face directly and speak to the trainee.  Way too much on the job training.  Aren't you here to waste MY time?  Secondly, the reason why the company was so in need of my wife to be there is so that the trainer/salesman could use his used car salesman techniques on her.  During our consult, this guy started explaining how complicated a job like this is as he listed the countless tools by name to my wife.  It was absolutely aparant to both my wife and I that the salesman was attempting to quickly overwhelm my wife with information.  However, she knows the difference between single pane and double pane and a cat claw and crowbar...because the salesman made no attempt to explain the difference or what the tools were for or why we would need to reframe....his only effort was in creating an atmosphere of uncertainty...then lets make a deal.  

Originally, we allowed the consult because over the phone we were told we lived in a new area where the company could use some homes as marketing tools with a significant discount given to us.  After waiting for the salesman to deliver his pitch (and train his trainee) I asked about the deal because he certainly was not going to bring it up.  Alas, in order to be part of the deal we would need to spend a bit longer discussing types of windows and, and, and, and....ever sat through a timeshare presentation to get that gift card or free trip?  Well, this was that only with less information given, no products shown, no measurements taken, and the tactics of a used car salesman.  No offense to used car salesman...you can at least see the product they have to offer.

I have no doubt they have excellent windows and do fine work based on the info from their website.  I just expect more from the person sent by the company I am supposed to make a deal with when spending 10-20,000$.

Ryan came out and gave us a fair quote and delivered on everything he promised. On day of installation we definitely got Window Worlds A Team who was lead by Jesus.  Jesus and his team were professional and made sure to keep everything clean the job they did was A+.

Being in the military I take pride in my work and I can see the level of professionalism in  Window World, Ryan and Jesus!

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
