Best Plumbing Services in United States
Outstanding! Live Oak Plumbing provided excellent service. They were prompt, fair, and trustworthy professionals. They communicated every step of the way so we understood the problems, the diagnosis, and what they would do to fix the problem.
They came out to our home because we had a leak somewhere in the front yard. They responded the same day to look at the problem, and they easily diagnosed the first problem and fixed it. The second problem required a diagnostic tool to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. In both cases, they were able to dig a relatively small hole and fix the problems quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and you can barely tell we had work done.
Lastly Easter Sunday, we had a problem, a different plumbing issue caused by my husband that flooded the downstairs closet and bedroom. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. Unbelievable customer service.
I am seldom impressed by home repair people but have complete faith and trust that they will help us with any plumbing repairs we may have in the future. They are truly a family-owned business that takes care of its clients.

Nathaniel with Peradventure Plumbing is my go-to for all plumbing needs. He has helped us for several years now with our rental properties and he's professional, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and all around just a wonderful guy. They are a local, family owned and operated business. Nathaniel has assisted us with so many projects from tough jobs fixing another contractor's shoddy work to small needs. The pricing is always fair for top quality work. I'm extremely grateful to have found Peradventure plumbing. I wish I could say the same of all the other trades that we use. If you're looking for a company with integrity, this is is.

This business came to my home and did work and 3 days later I called them due to the action needed to be repeated. They have a 30 day guarantee and even today it's still within the 30 days and they are refusing to stand by their guarantee. This is horrible business. And it will now be turned over to the BBB due to not honoring their own guarantee. Don't hire this company use a reputable company that will stand behind their work.

Good service, reasonable prices. We received this recommendation from 2 neighbors and a friend, we will call again when needed.

I had a pretty serious drainage issue. These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day, He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue. He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue. His team started work within a day after signing. He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted. I am impressed. I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future. If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Do not use this company. They are gouging prices. I found a plumber who would just repair my water heater.
They tried to charge $3000 dollars and came with a water heater thinking I would finance it. Absolutely not!

Bret was so nice! After calling the City, multiple plumbing companies, spending 24 hours completely stressed out about water coming from the main shutoff... or somewhere nearby I finally got help. My dad has been working with Alan (Bret's dad) and told me to call them. No kidding- on a Saturday after 5:00 he picked up the phone and said I'll be there in 19 minutes, ma'am! And he WAS! Still working on everything but he and his dad are top notch. They actually care about their customers. 100% recommend!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor. Huh?? I looked around (why, I don't know). Then I looked up. Oh f@#k! I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters. Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage. I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened. Panic!
Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back). I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'. So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing. I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what? He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour. In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak. From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.
AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought). When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low. And Frank was very nice. He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done. Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.
AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling. My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on. Now how lucky is that?!
Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber. I sure hope they don't scare easily...

I tried to call this company for a service call today. When the phone was answered the response was, Hello. No business name. I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes. When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me. However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.

They have been great in helping us get through our busted pipe. They have been on time and contacted and scheduled what we needed. Extremely knowledgeable and great customer service.

Have used Bob for several problems, always very happy. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Only plumber I trust anymore, would never consider anyone else, so he better not retire anytime soon.

I have been a customer for 17 years. I've used them for repairs, remodels and replacing hot water heaters. They have really gone down hill. Customer service is non existent. Michael who is charge of service should not be allowed to deal with customers as he hung up on me when I complained about the lack of communication when parts are going to be late or his men were not going to make their appointments. I called about a leaking tub faucet over a month ago. Sean couldn't even figure out how to get cartridge out to replace it. That cost me $75. I got a new faucet and Javier spent a few hours here and two trips to Home Depot. He got the old cartridge out but needed to order supply line connections for the new faucet. Maybe I could have saved on the new faucet if he came out first. It took over a week for the parts and another week for the appointment to replace it. When Javier didn't show up for appt time I called and they said he was running four hours behind. I would have called another company but they had the parts to my new faucet. He came the next day 30 minutes late. I hope my new faucet gets replaced. I will update this review and let you know. They have been working for almost an hour but the second plumber has spent most of that time in the truck looking for tools. Seems like Riddell is losing their touch. Time to find a new plumber.

Great service replacing our water heater. It was very easy to get estimate and schedule installation.

NTX plumbing was amazing in responding to my mom's plumbing issue. It's always a challenge trying to coordinate work when you don't live in the area but they made the process so easy. They were super quick to respond. Bonus points in that the office manager spoke Vietnamese so she could coordinate directly with my mom. My mom was so happy with their work, she had them come back to install a hose bib. A+ experience!!!!

Their word is their bond. Olshan performed extensive repair work on my parents house several years ago. Because of their age Mom and Dad opted for a solution that corrected the perimeter slab issues and avoided the disruption of having break the slab inside of the house. Olshan warned of possible new movement and promised warranty return. Years passed, house needed adjustment and I called. They were back and work was completed within 2 weeks, perfect work and parents were treated like family. Thank you Wayne Brown and staff. You guys are a blessing.

My A/C went out on a late Saturday afternoon. There were not a lot of options, so I called the one with trucks and advertisements everywhere. I read the negative reviews, but was also impressed that they all had responses.
The get points for being very courteous and helpful when I called and calling several times throughout the evening to give me an update on the status of the call. The tech arrived almost exactly on time; six hours after my initial call, which is impressive timing. It was also nice to hear a relatively quiet knock rather than a loud doorbell. They certainly get points for that.
Turns out my outside compressor popped the breaker, so resetting that got everything running again. More points for A#1 Air.
But then things took a turn.
I was told that my compressor was bad, the breaker popped because the unit was pulling too many amps (30-ish amps), and replacing it would cost nearly $2000. After an inspection of the unit in the attic, that unit would likely need to be replaced. More $$$. My best bet was to replace the entire system for a total of nearly $11,000. But, hey, I get a free thermostat (which I don't need, already have one), a free door video doorbell and a Google-mini, neither of which I want or need.
Next day, I call another company to get a second opinion. I'm not going to spend that kind of money without one. The tech from the second company shows me the specs on my compressor where it says that 30 amps is on the low side of what the compressor should pull, that the unit is a little low on freon and that the compressor is dirty and I need to wash it off on the back side which is a little hard to get to. A combination of the unit being low on freon, being dirty, and the extreme heat likely led to the unit pulling FAR MORE than 30 amps and popping the breaker.
So we are running some diagnostics, I spent a few hundred dollars and my final bill will probably be 5% of my initial quote.
And on top of it all, the second company quoted me a MUCH better system for $2000 less.
Nice commercials, great marketing and customer service, and a certainly am happy that they got my A/C system running that night, but I thinking lying about the problem to see a new system is pretty bad.
