Reached out to this company through another mate. Company had someone out here by 4:30p.m. and he worked till 8 p.m. to diagnose,estimate fairly might I add and gave 3 options in the bid process. Another plumber upsold me on this job by a thousand dollars. Work done right the first time and same day service. We have this pipe on our 3-in-1 sink that keeps breaking because of how it was set up historically. I had to call Nathaniel back three times. I was frustrated but Nathaniel showed up soon after I called and fixed my problem. He even covered my follow up fees with warranty!

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

I've worked with Hooper for years. This is the first time I'm reviewing because they got a new plumber earlier this week.  Was I blown away!

You get what you pay for at Hooper.  I didn't give them four stars b/c frankly, they are quite pricy. This is the Park Cities.
Patricia in the office is really spot-on, professional, and won't make a promise that their company won't deliver on. They're smart, fast, and really an expert in the field.

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

We were so grateful to Genzel Plumbing for finding a way to come out quickly to fix our outside faucet leak. We had put off getting this fixed but wIth the sudden cold, we were afraid of serious damage to our home's pipes. Although the problem was more serious than we realized, they worked with us on the price and the solution. We highly recommend them!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

Delighted with CTC professionals. The electrician arrived prepared to quote and do the installation of a circuit needed to recharge my Tesla efficiently. He examined the panel, is certified for work on Tesla power solutions,  and gave me a detailed quote for the work parts and labor. I approved the reasonable quote and the paperwork was all done on his iPad and sent to me for signature. He was fastidious in keeping his wall cuts aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for the task. He finished the work in short order. We tested the charging station and it has been running smoothly ever since. I look forward to my next project with CTX!

I really have no way of knowing whether they did a good job They told me that the water heater I purchased from them had a poor quality part and my warranty ran out 3 months ago. They no longer use certain brands because of the issue. I would have no way of knowing whether this is true, however, knowing that they installed something of poor quality, even if they didn't know it at the time, it seems like they would want to help a regular customer and give us some kind of discount on the repair. I was then told that the replacement part is warranted forever. How does that happen? They did not provide me with the warranty statement however, nor did they leave the product information on the parts they purchased or produce the part they replaced which would have defined excellent service. I was disappointed. Maybe they just re-lit the pilot light? How would I know what they did up in our attic?

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. We thought we had a clog in the main line. He came out looked around investigated for 20 minutes or so and said we would be better off calling a septic company because I won't charge you if I can't clear the line he didn't charge us a dime!! Genuine professional service with integrity.   We will us this guys for any future services!!!

We have had NTX do plumbing work for us several times now, both major and minor. Scott and his excellent technicians set a new standard for outstanding service every time. They are quick, honest, and do top notch work. The whole crew is very professional and a joy to have in your home. It isn't always easy these days to find great service that you can trust, but NTX is the real deal. I can't recommend them enough.

AWFUL. Dealing with Olshan was the most horrible customer service experience of my life. Everyone was polite on the surface, but they strung me along for MONTHS before they finally stopped responding to my emails and phone calls altogether. Olshan wanted my neighbors to sign a ridiculous form allowing Olshan workers to access their property, but saying that no matter what the workers did, my neighbors could not hold Olshan accountable. Obviously no one is going to sign a form like that. I pointed this out to my Olshan contacts. As I said above, they then strung me along for months with promises that they would take care of the problem, and I could rest assured that my repair job - now months overdue - would be prioritized as soon as everything was cleared up. Needless to say, they never fixed anything with their contract. Eventually they simply stopped responding to my queries for the status of the contract and my repair job in general. Now I've wasted months. They're awful.

Great service. I needed help with an AC not cooling properly on a Saturday. The tech arrived within 3 hours and was able to quickly repair the issues. Will definitely use them again in the future!
