Best Plumbing Services in United States
I decided to try and do some light plumbing work, replace the old kitchen faucet, but when I went to shut off the water, the valve broke. I ran outside it to turn the water off to the house and went on Google to call a plumber. Of course, this happens at 5 o'clock, so I'm asking about after-hours service. Tahnee answered and after I explained my problem, she placed me on hold to try and get someone out. We got disconnected and she called me right back. She found a technician to come out within 25 minutes. Don arrived and was very professional and even put covers on his boots before entering my house. I explained/showed him the problem I created and he was reassuring and quick to quote me the cost to get it fixed. I agreed and Don got to work.
I rarely interact with companies anymore that are this polite and professional, let alone quick to respond. 5-stars across the board.

Late post. However, this is my 3rd or 4th time using Mr Jonathan who is a gem. This time it was installing a new water heater which required alot of services which were needed to pass code. He knew exactly was needed and assured me it would be included in the service.
Love that he gives true estimates and stays true to it. He is kind, timely and I trust him! Will be calling again when needed.
A very satisfied customer,
Ms Amy

This company is 5 star! They are professional, and willing to go above and beyond. We called them out about our hot water not turning off in the spare bathroom shower. After he took it apart he was able to clean out the calcium buildup and saved us a TON of money! We will be a lifetime customer!

During the winter storm of February 2021, billyGo's team showed up at the scheduled day/time to repair our busted pipes (our water had already penetrated the house a couple days before and been turned off). However, billyGo's team also were also able to service several of our neighbors' homes that were experiencing immediate flooding (i.e., as temperatures climbed above freezing that day, pipes were busting all around us). It was a blessing.
And, in just a couple short days, billyGo's team came and installed two tankless water heaters for us, resulting in our pipes and water heaters being repaired before the week was over.
I highly recommend billyGo for any of your mechanical, plumbing or electrical needs.

Outstanding work! Needed a fix fast. The two young men were on time, knowledgeable, efficient and best of all fixed my problem. Afterwards ran a camera down the drains to check their work. Looked great. Very pleased and will use again. Oh and at what I thought was a reasonable price for the time and trouble.

I had a pretty serious drainage issue. These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day, He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue. He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue. His team started work within a day after signing. He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted. I am impressed. I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future. If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Hooper. They've replaced our hot water heater, replaced a leaky valve in our master shower, and just this morning came out to check on a leaking pipe. I already had another sprinkler company at the house since it turns out it was a sprinkler leak, and Hooper didn't charge me anything for the service call! Their customer service is outstanding and their prices are amazing and straight forward - I truly can't recommend them enough!

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

Gave these guys a call when we needed our gas line hooked up at our house. I made sure i did some homework and they have been in the business 28 years. Family owned and operated, and were completely transparent about the work being done. First off they came all the way out to Denison which I was more than grateful for, I know how gas prices are now a days. Bret was the one who helped us with our house. Explained to us what he was going to do and then went right to it! Was very knowledgeable in his craft and had the work done in no time. Will be using them for future plumbing needs. You can't put a price on trust and hard work, with Schlegel Plumbing that's exactly what you get.

We had a leaky hose bib that slowly got worse since the deep freeze we had last year. Brandon from Genzel was able to come out and fix the issue quickly. They were very transparent on the pricing and have a heads up about the variance depending on the severity of the problem. Luckily ours was a simple fix, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing work.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor. Huh?? I looked around (why, I don't know). Then I looked up. Oh f@#k! I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters. Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage. I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened. Panic!
Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back). I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'. So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing. I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what? He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour. In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak. From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.
AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought). When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low. And Frank was very nice. He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done. Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.
AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling. My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on. Now how lucky is that?!
Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber. I sure hope they don't scare easily...

My technician was Ryan Nunez and he did an amazing job. He was on time and let me know what was going on every step of the way. The repairs done were very reasonably priced. I would recommend CTX plumbing to everyone.

Had a leak in my front yard from a copper valve that I didn't need. It was completely removed, did the work for me when I wasn't home. I came back at the end of the job and everything looked good. Didn't shop around, used these guys because they do work for my church. Seemed like a fair price.

Could not be happier with the service I received yesterday from Riddell Plumbing. Had a broken pipe outside my house and they came over ASAP and fixed it in no time at all. Pricing was more than reasonable and the crew was polite, professional, and funny. Could not ask for better service.

These guys are great. We bought a 1956 fixer with issues. Low hot water pressure needed immediate attention. Very low! 3 quotes for whole house repipe. A plumber friend gave some advice and joe from Jr's fixed the issue with just work on the hot water heater and clearing debris out of a faucet. $4000-$ 5000 were other quotes. Jr's fixed it for less than $1000. Friendly patient attitudes were a great bonus.

NTX Plumbing came to us as a referral. We made the mistake of going through our home warranties plumbing companies twice, and since then I've had a sincere distrust in plumbers. They (home warranty plumbers) had told me my pipes were done and I needed to spend $20k-$50k to get them fixed. After I called NTX in a panic, they said that didn't seem accurate or reasonable, and just told me to keep an eye on the situation and let them know if it happened again. Fast forward to yesterday where my hallway had a minor flood and my laminate floors were buckled and bubbled in several places. I thought for sure I have to spend $50k to fix this now. I emailed in to NTX and was responded to almost immediately, and was even scheduled for a same day appointment (what?!?). Scott showed up and actually knew the background of my situation (unlike the other plumbers who I felt were playing the never ending telephone game with the operator), ruled out our pipes being the issue, and figured out the issue was coming from our AC unit and one of those pipes. He very well could have told me to contact the AC company and his job was done, but he actually snaked the pipe for the AC unit. While submitting my payment (no where NEAR my thought of $20k-$50k at $210), he took the time to interact with my dogs and son, and then let me know the things to look out for if my pipes do ever start becoming an issue. I've already passed his info to friends and family, and told them I found the unicorn of the plumbing world. Thank you Scott, Mai, and Nancy!!!!

Our home in Dallas was built in 1968 and has a slab foundation. We recently completed some remodeling work and noticed several new cracks in the den where we removed old paneling and replaced it with sheetrock. I called Oshan to get an opinion and was very pleased with the service they provided. Bill Ford spent well over an hour inspecting the premises, taking readings and measurement and recording the information. All of the measurements for our home were within the tolerances identified as acceptable by engineers. I respect the professional opinion they provided and the fact that they didn't attempt to suggest there was a problem needing work when there was none. We'll retain their information for future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

This was our first time to use this company. The technician seemed nice enough but seemed to be having difficulty with the condenser outside. Now keep in mind our unit is a brand new Trane and it's not even a year old yet. I had them come out to do a tune up. I was told he had to add a lot of refrigerant which I find very hard to believe since it is not even a year old. To which he also said he was having a hard time doing (makes me wonder if he even knew what he was doing or if it was even done correctly). Our old unit was leaking water inside (moisture didn't dry out enough before new install I assume) and so the outside of the new blower housing assembly had bacteria from the old moisture left in there. He said imagine if you hadn't had us come check on the unit. You would be breathing that in and it would just continue to get worse. First of all, I was still breathing it in anyway because you put the panel back on and left the bacteria on it. Second of all, I would never let my hvac system go without it's scheduled tune-ups. So all of that bacteria was left on there and I was told that I needed to spend $1318 to let him install a UV Light. I'm sorry but an hvac UV light only costs about $200-$300. I highly doubt that your labor is worth $1100. No thanks. I happily cleaned the housing off myself. And if the bacteria comes back I will continue to do so. And then I am told I should invest additionally in a surge protector (never had one on my other one and it lasted a long time) and also a compressor saver (for a brand new hvac system that has a 10 year warranty) to the tune of a little over $1224. This company only knows how to try and upsell apparently. Why in the world would I need all of that? That's right I don't and I'm pretty sure, in my opinion, he probably thought since I'm a female I'm probably not that educated about my own hvac system. Well, needless to say, now the unit is taking twice as long to cool the house and the schrader valve caps were just laying on the ground next to the condensing unit. He didn't even bother to put them back on which makes me wonder what else was done or not done. Unfortunately we purchased a membership that came with two tune -up visits. Sure wish I could get my money back. They are supposed to send someone back out to look at the unit again. Not really looking forward to another upselling pitch. I see the owner said she would message me but I never received a message.
