Hello, my name is Brian and I have been a plumber for the last 20 years. I started my career as an apprentice, working alongside experienced plumbers who taught me the ins and outs of the trade. Over the years, I have worked on various plumbing projects, from small residential homes to large commercial buildings.

Had a nice little leak on a valve that I couldn't easily fix, that was getting worse quickly. I reached out to Brian and he responded quickly and communicated about what the likely culprit was, an estimate, and if there were other things I'd like fixed or serviced. He was there the next day to fix it all and was updating me about his arrival time. Very reasonable prices, courteous, and helpful.

Brian has serviced the plumbing needs in our home for a couple of years now.
He is sometimes difficult to pin down, but that's testament of the quality work he does and very reasonable prices.
Over the last few years, he installed a sediment trap for our water heater, provisioned a quick connect for an outdoor grill, repaired a fireplace gas leak and installed a new valve.
His work is outstanding and when he is servicing our home, he never rushes the work and makes sure everything is left in excellent condition and cleans up very well after himself.
I think Bryan did a great job, I was interested in getting a reverse osmosis filter. He recommended which one to buy on Amazon so I could save a few bucks, then he gave me a very fair price. We scheduled a time, he showed up installed it and I'm very satisfied. I'm also getting quotes on some more plumbing things. I'd like to have done around the house.
Contacted Brian to install a new water heater, replace the old pressure regulator, and fix a few random plumbing related things around the house.
I loved how he was able to come within the week and got everything taken care of for me at an extremely reasonable price. I contacted multiple different plumbers and they all quoted me for much higher prices. When giving me quotes, he was very responsive and was able to provide me with lots of advice.
The day of, he was super responsible, and let me know right away when he was running late. Most other plumbers just showed up late or would just not show up.
He completed the tankless water heater installation really quickly, replaced my old pressure regulator, and even helped me out with some old plumbing under the sink at no additional cost! Instead of charging me just to charge, he gave me advice on how to most affordably get things fixed and get the best bang for my buck. He also let me know of the current rebate going on for switching to tankless water heaters. When done, he helped me take care of the old water heater and disposed of all the additional waste. He made sure everything was up to code and valves were accessible.
He's been in the business for 20 years and is extremely knowledgable with what he does. He's super friendly and taught me a lot about how to keep the plumbing in my house well-maintained. Definitely my go-to plumber for all my needs from now on.

Brian is AMAZING!!! I was 8.5 months pregnant during the pandemic and about to pop and of course had a terribly urgent plumbing situation at a rental property. I reached out to Brian and a few others, Brian was the first and only one to get back to me within a few minutes. He shocked me when he said he was able to come out the same day!!! Mind you, I had used a lot of companies for home repair during the pandemic and was getting used to people simple NOT showing up when they said they would or telling me they wouldn't be able to help me for weeks.
Brian was kind and clean and explained everything. He also calmed my nerves by taking a look around the condo to see if anything else was going to break before my baby came.
Since that interaction I've used Brian for several things and I'M NOT EXAGGERATING-- he has either come to help me the same day I've called him, or the day after. Even on 4th of July weekend!!! He is super reliable. Brian has helped me with the below:

Brian just helped install water filtration and softener for our new house. He went to the city hall several times in order to help us get the permits. Super patient and friendly. I've reached out to a few plumbers in regards to moving my laundry to the garage and turning it into a walk in pantry. Brian was extremely helpful in this process. He was able to give a rough quote via Yelp but once he saw it in person, it was a much simpler job and Brian lowered his prices accordingly. Never at any point did I feel taken advantage of! I had let him into my house as I couldn't be there to open the door for him. He kept me updated through the entire process down to when he was leaving my house to get supplies! Even after the service, Brian had a follow up phone call with me to explain all the previous slab leaks and recommendations for a house of my age.
He truly is a man of his word and I would highly recommend him to others in Orange County for your plumbing needs.

Brian just came out and installed a new washing machine outlet box, a new toilet and flange, and fixed a drain leak. He is very kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, was very reasonable, and gave us some helpful tips on preventing damage in the future. We would gladly recommend him to anyone.

My bathtub was leaking into the laundry room below and it sounded like it was raining it was so bad. Brian came over and opened the ceiling for leak detection and fixed it within a few hours with a new pipe. He also helped me with a few other little things. He was extremely nice and his prices were reasonable. Hopefully I won't have any issues but if I do I will be calling him!
I have been stressed about working with another plumber having been ripped off in the past. I called 2 others before trying Brian. He was super nice, straight forward and responsive, so I booked him right away and cancelled the others. When Brian showed up he was super friendly, easy going and worked fast. He also took the time to explain a few additional things to me. This trip Brian helped me with snaking a sink drain & shower drain and installing a new kitchen faucet and disposal. Messaged this plumber using yelp and they said they were unable to help clear my kitchen sink? What kind of plumber can't snake a drain? I highly don't recommend them, what a waste of time.
Called Brian at Definitive Plumbing for a water softener install, reverse osmosis water filter (RO), as well as general plumbing work the inspector found on our new home.
He was one of the very few plumbers that did not immediately try and upsell me on a fancy whole house filtration system. Told me to go with just a Fleck water softener and an Apec RO machine. Any independent research will tell you that with our water hardness in the South Orange County area, a Fleck/Apec system is exactly what you need and anything else is overkill. Major points for honesty.
I am very big on communication and Brian did not disappoint in this regard. He regularly answers phone calls and responds to texts in a timely fashion. I found that the dishwater was not pulling water after the RO install and I sent him a text, he immediately responded (and called!!) me back walking me exactly through what I had to do to get the dishwasher working again (the water to the unit was turned off under the sink) and this was on a SUNDAY!!!
While working on the house he found some additional problems and instead of upcharging, took a picture of the broken unit, said he'd contact the company to see if the part was under warranty AND followed through on his word.
Overall, Brian is honest, hard working, keeps his word, and does great work - everything you'd want in someone you trust to work on your house. The cherry on top is that he runs his own local business and I am very big on supporting small, locally owned businesses.
BONUS: I noticed that his phone notifications are Super Mario themed. As a HUGE gamer, this was a great added touch and that's when I immediately knew I found my to go plumber for all our plumbing needs.

Brian is fantastic. This is honestly one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in a long time. Our water heater died over the weekend. He installed a tankless heater on Monday morning. He gave me a competitive quote, communicated frequently with me about scheduling, and was able to complete the work very quickly. He even handles the permits.
On top of all that, he returned to our house to install a cap for the unit. He's also incredibly friendly and kind. What a difference it makes to work with someone like Brian. I couldn't be happier with the work.
Brian did a great job on replacing our kitchen faucet and hose spigot. Would hire him again the next time I need some plumbing work done.

Brian is one of the best plumbers I've come across. He's very knowledgeable and cares about making the job right. I contacted several plumbers but he's the only one who explained things clearly. I would highly recommend.
Amazing service. This man knows his stuff. Not only does he know it, he talks to you and let's you know what he can do. He backs his work. He also follows up to be sure everything is going well. He's polite and you can feel that he genuinely cares about your situation and he really thinks things through. Our water heater went out when we were due to a Christmas celebration. He came over within a couple of hours on a Saturday! The only other person that answered my text that day said they were booked through Monday and they most likely wouldn't be able to get the part. The gentleman texted when he arrived on Saturday so as not to disturb our gathering! (Thoughtful ) and had our home warm and cozy again in no time. His work was clean and Thorough! I was looking through Yelp to find a plumber for our broken garbage disposal. Definitive Plumbing Solutions came up and got in contact with Brian through the quote process. He was quick and easy to reply to. He told me where to get the best deal for a garbage disposal and worked with my schedule to come and replace my garbage disposal. He was quick and efficient and broke down the ideal of a garbage disposal as well.

Another update. We just moved back to town and had some plumbing issues in our new house. Brian was awesome to work with, just like before. Immediately guessed what my actual problem was (which is different than what I initially thought), tested the theory, and then corrected it.
Brian has been absolutely amazing. I had my old tankless water heater removed and replaced with a wonderful Navien tankless water heater. On the first day I reached out to Brian, he was able to give me a quote and assess my situation very quickly after looking at a few photos of the situation. He was then able to source the new tankless water heater and scheduled to come and do the work the very next day. So quick and painless. Brian was very courteous and took the time to explain how to use the new unit as well as how to service it myself. I am very happy to have found Brian and will definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues.
Brian has been my go-to plumber for years. Today was a great example of why that is. I had a big leak with the sprinkler system that Brian helped me fix just after 6AM! Service doesn't get better than that! I appreciate his helpfulness, responsiveness and his prices are great. Thank you Brian.

I had a leaking toilet with a completely corroded flange that needed replacing and Brian did it in about 45 minutes. Price was very fair and he guarantees his work for two years. We needed to replace two washer valves and a gas valve. Used Yelp to find a plumber.
Wow. Brian was excellent. He provided an immediate estimate and time frame for the service. He communicated throughout the scheduled service date keeping us informed about his arrival.
He replaced the washer valves and made a recommendation not to replace the gas valve until our new range arrived - to assure fit.
I was very pleased. A very nice and competent man who runs his business well. I recommend this business.
Connected with Brian via Text Messaging. I found it handy. From the reviews, it gave clues that he's very busy so he may not respond immediately. I had great experience communicating with him. My toilet needed some attention because the stop valve got stuck. Brian kept in touch and arrived as he targeted / planned. He confirmed the angle stop valve needed to be replaced. The fill valve also needed to be replaced because it was just too old and it had a slow leak. Thanks to Yelp for verifying his license is current. Brian is down to earth and easy to work with. He also verified that the flapper had to be specially ordered. He explained the details after he looked at the flapper in detail. It's the manufacturer's intended design (yikes). He gave me warning that after shutting off the main, the other faucets upstairs may expel some air. It will be temporary. He also showed me the main shut off valve from inside the garage and also out in the front yard. He asked me to call him if there are any issues due to his work. Encouraged me to check the area he worked for the next few days, just in case. But he's confident it will all be good. Definitely will call him again for help next time I have plumbing problems.

Brian installed a Navien tankless water heater for us. He was extremely competitive in pricing for this installation. He did an excellent job on the installation and satisfied all our concerns. He has great communication skills and was available for follow-up questions after the installation was complete. He is our new go to guy for all our plumbing needs.

Very responsive and honest. Came over to gave a free evaluation on my thankless water heater. Was quick thorough and knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling him to service my thankless when the time comes.
Had a late Sunday emergency with a stuck bathroom faucet that would not turn off. Called Definitive Plumbing solutions and although they weren't available for that evening, they had availability first thing the next morning, and were super friendly advising that if we couldn't find anyone late that night, to give them a call. We found someone and they came out, but they couldn't help and even suggested that it would cost $1k+ to fix. We called Definitive Plumbing back and they came out first thing and fixed it for such a reasonable price and were quick and in and out. Would definitely recommend!
I contacted Definitive Plumbing because I was told my water pressure was too high from another plumber. That plumber was unavailable,
so I decided to try Definitive. Brian responded quickly with a quote and we scheduled a time for him to come that afternoon. He arrived on time as promised. Our Christmas present from the plumbing gods was a leak under our kitchen sink. We had to shut the water off as it was that bad. Had Brian come out and install a toilet for me. It was not a simple installation. He had to cut-down the flange and modify it. He was prompt, cleaned up and did an excellent job.
I originally contacted Brian from Definitive Plumbing Solutions to repair a blocked faucet. He did a great job of fixing that in a timely, polite, respectful manner and at a cost that was competitive and fair. Through the course of that repair I found out that I needed to replace my rusty water heater. Brian was patient in explaining what was going on without pressure to up sell. I had previously noticed discoloration in the hot water so knew there was probably an issue. Brian ended up quoting me a fair price on that job also and came back to do the job after setting up an appointment which he kept and he did a couple of other smaller jobs while he was at my house.
Brian is timely, offers a fair price for very good work, cleans up nicely at the end of the jobs, is patient in answering concerns I had, and very responsive in terms of answering texts, emails and calls. I highly recommend him and will use him again. One of the hardest things in finding good repair and installation services is feeling that you can trust someone to be honest and give you good value for your money, as well as obviously do the job right. I feel that Brian is such a person.

Brian was the most knowledgeable and efficient plumber I have ever had. I needed a shower valve replaced and I had 2 previous plumbers who couldn't even get the old one off without cutting into the wall behind the valve. Brian got the old one replaced without cutting into the wall. He also put a new wax ring on a toilet that was leaking because of root invasion. He cleaned out the roots without needing a rooter. Brian knows what he is doing. Call him for any of your plumbing issues and you won't be sorry.
Brian was extremely helpful and kind. Our problem ended up not being as significant as we first thought, Brian helped us by checking it and watching it for any leaking and since it didn't need replacing after all, he was kind enough to not charge us. We will definitely use him again, honest and helpful.

Bryan completed one new Delta toilet installation, and two shower valve replacements. The old shower valves are push and pull type from Price Pfister, and the new valves are Moen posi-temps. Everything was done without having to open up any drywall, and made my shower looks new again.

The owner, Brian, did an excellent job with my laundry washing machine valve box and new toilet install! He arrived on time, always wore a mask, and was even willing to remove his shoes. He even provided me with some good conversation about video games, nerdy TV shows, and the joys of new-fatherhood. After getting quotes from a few places, his prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be returning to Brian for any future plumbing needs.
The laundry valves he installed are nice and level (even though I'll never see them again behind the washer) and the toilet install was extremely helpful. I considered doing it myself, but I'm very happy that Brian had time to fit it in, unscheduled the same day. It turned out that I bought the wrong size hose AND needed a new flange. Brian is great! I had him clean out a bathroom sink drain a while ago, which he did promptly and offered a 6-month guarantee. I just called him back today (at the 5 month mark) and he cleaned it out again for free (just the stopper needed cleaning this time). A few weeks ago, I had also called him on a weekend about some moisture around our hot water heater. He came out that same day to check it out - fortunately nothing to fix at the time -- no charge!
He's extremely responsive, friendly and offers great advice for keeping things running properly! I strongly recommend him.

Our regular plumber wasn't available and we needed someone quickly.
Based upon its Yelp reviews we turned to Definitive Plumbing and hoped that our faith in Yelp would be well founded, it was. We called Definitive
late at night and Brian was at our home around 7:00 am the next day. Despite there being a bit more work than expected, Brian stood by the estimate that he gave the night before and finished the job in 20-25 minutes when we expected it to take at least an hour or more. Brian is one of those people who works non-stop. Which is lucky for us, since our water heater died late in the evening (after showers fortunately) and after some Yelp research, I pinged an SOS to Brian around 1am. Incredibly, he'd already responded by the time I got up around 7am. He was already on another job but said he could look at our water heater by 10am. Brian's communication is the best we've experienced, letting us know when he'd wrapped up work at the other job site and again when he was on the way to us and then he gave us 10 minutes ETA. He was right on time, looked over the work and told us that the estimate he'd already given us before 7am was good. We agreed on the price and he was off to the supply house for a new water heater. Brian is super knowledgeable, very efficient and a really good person. We feel very fortunate to have had him work our problem. He was done in a couple of hours, nice clean installation and left the place immaculate when he was done. The installation is a masterpiece and while there was some extra work to be done to plumb in the utility sink pipe work and to maneuver around some close-proximity garage cabinets, he stuck to his estimate. Brian is a real pro and he sure did us a good turn. We'll certainly recommend him to anyone who asks.

Unfortunately this plumber I formally liked now only gets one star. I would give him no stars if it were possible. He no showed twice. The first time he said he texted my husband he couldn't make it. If he did send the text, it was to the wrong number because my husband never received a text. I rescheduled with Brian for this morning 12/19 with a 10-12 pm window. He never showed and didn't reply to my text or phone message. Moving on.
Brian has done many things for me. Everything from fixing a gas leak, redoing the main sewer line, installing water heater, and even fixing a slab leak. I have been nothing but happy every time. Definitive plumbing is fair, quick, competitive in price and extremely knowledgeable. After the first time calling for service, I knew this was going to be my only plumber I would be calling. Definitive plumbing is best plumber in the area hands down.
I had a moderate leak in my shower faucet. I called on a Saturday at 7:30pm. It was hard to get any plumbing service on the weekend. But Brian answered my call. I was able to send videos, pictures and text messages for him to make a diagnosis on the phone. He gave me a very reasonable quote. His prices are fair. He was patient enough to walk me through turning off my water heater to decrease and to stop the leak temporarily. From the text messages, he got all parts for the repairs prior to his arrival. He showed up, very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it in no time, and before i know it, everything was back to normal again. It's funny how a shower leak, on a Saturday night, could create so much stress and unnecessary excitement in my life; and once repaired how peaceful things are again.

You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't call Brian for your plumbing needs. I've called upon him many times and not only does he always comes through promptly but also explains to you thoroughly the services that he will render. He is professional yet friendly, which is a refreshing experience after having encountered other services providers that make you feel squirmy for having dealt with them.
Brian fixed our shower faucets, stopped kitchen sink leakage, and provided advice on a large plumbing issue over texts when a relative called another provider that wanted to charge an obscene amount for a service. He cares about the house and those that live in it. So if you're on the fence, just give him a call/text and you will not regret it.
What a great guy! Brian came to see why our fridge wasn't getting water and to give us an estimate on repairs. After playing around with it he fixed it instantly! We almost felt embarrassed for not knowing it was that easy of a fix. Brian could not be more down to earth. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future when we really need a quality plumber!

We called Brian to repair our AO Smith water heater. He was honest, provided a competitive quote and kept us updated via text and email on the status of our replacement parts and scheduling. The garbage disposal at my house needed to be replaced. I contacted Definitive Plumbing Solutions to ask about installation of a new garbage disposal, and Brian, the technician, was very helpful with offering suggestions. He mentioned where I could purchase a good, inexpensive replacement, at a price lower than the other installation companies had quoted me at. When I told him I would be unable to pick up the item, he offered to pick it up for me.
On the day he arrived, rather than just showing up late, he asked me if it was okay if we moved the time back a little, because a previous appointment had gone over. I had no problem with it. When he arrived, he was very professional, and did a great installation job. He allowed me to pay via Venmo, and was also great about following up with an invoice for the transaction. He also checked the piping in two sinks in the house, at no additional charge.

Brian is an absolute pleasure to work with. Quick and accurate quoting process, he's an honest ethical person, and he got our repipe done quickly. Our pipes started making an awful vibrating noise when we ran water in our house - it was so loud that our neighbors could hear it outside and in their house. I called Brian from Definitive Plumbing to unclog a bathroom sink drain. I researched & I chose this plumber based on their high Yelp ratings. I however had a TERRIBLE experience with this plumber. 100% of our communication was via text messages, which isn't a problem. I'm making a point to mention this to make it clear there was no miscommunication as it was all in writing over text messages. Here is what happened. I called their phone#, which had a greeting stating to text them for fastest response. I texted & after waiting over an hour I began to call other plumbers. While corresponding with the other plumbers Brian finally responds via text. First he says he can make it the same day after 2pm. Once he made that commitment I waved off the other plumbers I was communicating with. Then later that day he tells me Sorry I missed I would not be available today after two.... tomorrow after two. That's my fault for missing that part. He then offers to refer me to another plumber & I declined. I made it clear I was willing to wait for him to be available. He then commits he would come out the following day after 2pm. The next day he texts me a name & number for some other plumber, and I replied again stating I wanted him & not some 2nd string referral. He never responded to my text & never showed up to do the work that he committed to do. What really makes me mad is the fact that I've wasted days waiting for him to just flake & never show up. He would have been better off telling me in the very beginning he's too busy period.

Definitive Plumbing was a definitive let down for us. After waiting for his arrival during two promised time slots, he never showed up, never responded to text messages, never called to explain why, and didn't pick up my phone calls OR return my messages after both windows had expired. We waited around for him all day and he was a no-show. Exactly what you don't want when dealing with an urgent plumbing issue. I would not recommend reaching out to them.
We had a small leak under our sink. Bryan came to our home looked at the garbage disposal, tightened it and (presto) no more leak! He didn't charge us for coming out and when we tried to give him a tip, he wouldn't take it. He was extremely ethical! Thank you Bryan!
I would highly recommend Brian to anyone who needs plumbing work to be done. The job he did and his work ethics are nothing short of impressive. He had to bring the new 50 gallon water tank up a flight of stairs by himself and to bring down the old one and he did all these without complaining or trying to charge me more. He laid out tarp on the floor to protect the flooring and the job was finished with minimal cleaning. This is totally impressive! His charges are very reasonable. In fact the best I have found after asking around. I will definitely make him my go to plumber.

I am in the minority, but agree with a few who have written about their disappointment. I read all the reviews and had high hopes that I found a good plumber. Brian kept putting me off, a week and a half eventually, and did not text me that he was delaying the date. By this time I had white mildew growing on my fireplace. I probably should have found another plumber sooner, but the Yelp reviews seemed so positive.....
Brian was great! He was friendly & fixed a broken disposal, leaky sink faucet & running toilet. He was able to service my request within a day and I definitely will call them again for future plumbing needs!
Earlier this month before the social distancing, we needed a new hot water heater & shut-off valve, 3 bathroom faucets, pop-up drains, and 3 angle stops replaced, garbage disposal flange and splashguard replaced. Brian came out and assessed our needs, explained code requirements thoroughly, and proposed a very reasonable cost. He was prompt, efficient and professional in every way. Our hot water system gave up the ghost on a Saturday, over the New Years holiday. I contacted Definitive Plumbing (and a few others), and Definitive was the first to respond- within 10-15 minutes I had a quote. The price was very competitive. I had a plumbing emergency at my house in Irvine that needed to be addressed next day in the morning so my floor installers could proceed with their schedule. I reached out first to a different company around 5:30pm and was told they'd get back to me momentarily with a quote. I wanted until 7pm and still no response so I called that company to follow-up. I was told they would call me right back. That's when I decided to go back onto Yelp and this time I came across Brian's company. I put in a quote request and uploaded the pictures. I'm not a big Yelp posting person but Brian's service and work were too good not to say something. We recently had a slab leak and needed a repair and short reroute done and needed a competent plumber to fix the problem. After talking with several others and seeing the comments on Brian here on Yelp we decided to give him a call.
He came to the house for the estimate the same day and informed us of a couple of other things that he noticed needed fixing in addition to our main issue but did not push them, which was a pleasant surprise. With other plumbers other things needing fixing usually meant a larger estimate. Brian gave us a very competitive quote and was completely honest with us from start to finish on how the repairs would be made and he followed his project flow without any adds or guess what I founds.
In an service industry that seems hit and miss Brian is by far the one to call. I highly recommend him. His professionalism, attitude, trustworthiness and work product are unmatched and as I mentioned before, very competitively priced.
He is our now our go-to plumber! You need not call anyone else when you call Brian.

Brian fixed multiple leaks at my rental before doing a complete re-pipe. His price was competitive and his quality of work topnotch. He has been helping me and my tenant with all sorts of plumbing issues (clocked sink, patio drain issues, pumping water out of my flooded yard, replacing faucets and sinks, etc.) and I have always been satisfied: He shows up on time, fixes whatever needs to get fixed, goes multiple time to home depot if necessary, cleans up after himself and charges a fair price.
I would refer Brian to all my friends!

2/22/17: Although our initial interaction with Brian was positive, we have not been able to get him to follow up with his original promise to return to fix the issue with our shower. We rescheduled with him 3 times, and each time he either failed to show up, or was completely unresponsive. We feel we have given him every opportunity to earn our business, but he is consistently a no-show and unresponsive. We have scheduled an appointment with another plumber, and would not recommend Brian.
We had been looking for a good plumber for a while, when we found Brian. He was scheduled to come to work on a non-urgent issue with our shower, but we ended up having 2 more urgent plumbing needs, and so, without notice, he worked to resolve both issues. He has a great work ethic, is very thorough, and exceptionally nice a professional. He will be coming back later this week to work on the original problem with our shower, and we would highly recommend him.
I contacted Briana because we needed to replace the cartridges and angle stops on our bathroom sinks! He was able to get an appointment for me pretty quickly and showed at the time he indicated! He was efficient and did the job to our satisfaction. It is so hard to find a company that is not only responsive but will come out and do the work even on a weekend! We are very HAPPY with the work performed and will use Brian again in the future for our plumbing needs! We highly recommend!

I contracted Brian to help me install a water filtration system in my kitchen sink. I ordered the parts he recommended.
Although Brian comes off very polite and cooperative, I have found that he has not been very professional. He doesn't always keep his meeting appointments and you have to constantly chase him down. In addition, my water filtration system is not working correctly and instead of trying to help diagnose it, he basically claims - not my problem (its not his parts) although I ordered the ones he recommended. He is a bit rude on the texts when I inform him something is wrong. I have a real issue with his genuineness and desire to fix the problem. He has treated this job poorly. He offered to pay some money back but I haven't seen it yet. I will continue to escalate this on BBB and other sites until he makes it right. I am really disappointed with Brian and his business. He is the kind of plumber that takes your money and will leave you with the problem if it doesn't work. He has missed multiple appointments and recently didn't even show up on his schedule appointment. Customer Beware
Knowledgeable and quick. Brian replaced the thermocouple on my water heater and was in and out in 30 minutes...and the hot water was back on! He explained why tankless was not necessarily a better solution for me...and didn't just try to sell. I will definitely call him first the next time.

Can't say enough great things about Brian and Definitive Plumbing. From the first phone call to the very the last follow up call Brian was very information and helpful! He made time to come out to my house the same day. He was professional and answered all my questions and eased my concerns. We scheduled the install of a new sink and some plumbing changes. We contacted Brian and he responded immediately for a same day repair. He provided excellent service, quickly replaced our shower spout for a very reasonable price. Also, just a very friendly, good person that you would want in your home. To top it all off, he is a veteran. We will always support veteran business's first as a veteran household.
Just experienced a first! Brian came to fix a leak under my sink, turned out to a loose connection with the sprayer.
He refused to charge for this.

I had contacted Brian on 10/31 and spoke with him about my slow draining laundry drain. He seemed like he was working on another job, so he asked that I text him my address and summarize our conversation, and I did. He texted back and we scheduled him to look our problem from 8-10am the following Monday (11/7). My wife stayed home from work that day to have this looked at. I tried to call him in the morning a couple of times and texted him again at 9:30am to see when he would show up. I just wished that got some form of contact back from him that he was delayed or needed to reschedule so he wouldn't waste our time. It's now a few days past our appointment and still no contact back from him.
Contacted Brian via Yelp messenger, and he got back to me within 10 minutes. Had a day / time set up to replace garbage disposal and get a quote on some other work associated with washer. I had already bought my garbage disposal but his recommendation was $150 less so I went with his suggestion and the disposal is quieter and stronger than the prior unit. Brian was on time, did the work efficiently, then followed up with the quote on the washer plumbing repair. I have full confidence he will do a great job when I do this work in 2020.
I called Brian because I was having issues with my toilet running. Then I tried turning off the water from the shutoff valve and that broke lol. He came out the same day in just 2 hours! He was very professional and also reasonably priced. My other two restrooms had the same shutout valve issues and to prevent the same issue from escalating later down the road we decided to have those changed as well, again very reasonably priced. A few days later and the toilet I originally called him for was still giving me issues & Brian was kind enough to come out and fix the issue for good, at no extra cost! I'll definitely be using Brian for my plumbing needs in the future. Hopefully the very distant future. Lol. Thanks Brian!
I contacted several plumbers to get bids to replace my elderly mother's water heater in her mobile home. Brian responded promptly and his bid was competitive. He went out to measure and ordered the new water heater, installed it with no problem and communicated the progress of the job the whole time. I highly recommend Brian!

We recently had a stellar experience hiring Definitive Plumbing Solutions to re-pipe our single family home in Aliso Viejo. We got a very reasonable price for the PEX pipe solution we chose.
Brian Ramirez is the sole proprietor. He provided a schedule in advance identifying the activities for each day of the 5-day whole-house re-pipe. He completed the job on time and with no added fees. He covered floors and furnishings to protect from dust, though he actually caused very little dust or mess.
Brian is extremely personable and communicative. He was in contact with us before, during, and after the job.
We had hired Brian for a small job in the past, and his service and professionalism for this big job confirms for us that he is our plumber for life. What a relief to have a local, reasonably priced, responsive, knowledgeable plumber that we trust.
Really enjoyed Brian's personably and friendly attitude. His pricing was fair and was very thorough. He called back and arrived when he said he would! Would definitely recommend !!!

This review is long overdo. Brian has been doing work for me for the last 2 years. The service he provides is unmatched. He has done many things over that time. New main sewer line, water heater, gas leaks and slab leaks! Just to name a few. He is very professional and has always gone above and beyond to make sure it is done correctly. Every time he has done work, he has been respectful and considerate of my house and personal things. I am proud to call him my plumber for anything that may come up. I actually had to use him to fix other plumbers horrible mickey mouse work. Another big thing to me is, he always returns calls or text. I am so grateful to the Yelp reviewers for their positive reviews of Brian. I was skeptical and wondered if they might be fake but I experienced the same wonderful service. He deserves every great comment on here. We recently had our house remodeled including all of the plumbing using a bigger company and they were ok. Given that the house was remodeled, I can't tell you how upsetting it was that a month ago, the hot water was going on/off. My husband was in a hurry to get to work and didn't call the company who remodeled the house and called Mike Diamond. I don't like to say bad things but I do have to now.....The plumber came out and charged us over $100 to slightly tweak the device that regulates the heat and sure enough a month later on a Sunday morning, we have no hot water. We called Mike Diamond and got some perfunctory service saying they couldn't come out til Monday and were completely unhelpful and uncaring even though, in our opinion, this fiasco was due to their not properly handling the problem in the first place. Our contractor came out on Sunday (very nice!) and said to call the company who we used for the remodel. They didn't call back until Sunday night....I took a chance and followed Yelp suggestions to text Brian. Within a few minutes, he responded back and asked me to send a photo of our water heater. Within a few minutes more, he knew what the problem was and told me he would have an estimate by 7:30 am Monday and didn't want to waste our money to come out now because he needed a part. Sure enough he followed up with an estimate early Monday and as it turns out my husband decided to get a new water heater. My husband was very impressed with him because of his detailed knowledge and prompt response. He kept us informed about his exact time of arrival and sure enough, he fixed everything just fine. We HIGHLY recommend him! Pricing was reasonable.
I recently tried Definitive Plumbing Solutions for the first time 5/16. I called brain Friday night and told him my office was having a issues with the sink not working. He told me he could come Saturday or even Sunday! That from the get go showed me how professional he was. we ended up scheduling the service for Monday as work is closed on the weekend's. He got back to me early Saturday with a time that was perfect. Once he got here the issue was fixed within minutes of him walking in the door!! outstanding!! I myself was a plumber and have never met someone who has made a service call and small fix for free or charge. I can't thank him enough for becoming our new go to Plumber! Sunday morning we woke up to a leak in our water heater. We reached out to Brian who got back to us immediately. He asked us what the problem was, and asked us to send photos of the water heater. About 30 minutes later he got back to us with a total price on materials and installation. The price he gave us was great and very fair. We approved and he asked us when he can come out. We said that day (Sunday) and 12:30pm, which he immediately agreed. Around noon he texted us letting us know he was picking up the new water heater and was on his way. He arrived on time and started work immediately. He was very professional and friendly. With the COVID-19 issue taking place, he was respectful and had his mask and protective gear on, and maintained the social distancing space as well. He worked nonstop for about 3 hours and got it done. The new water heater works well, and looks top notch, and up to code. Overall, we were very pleased with Brian and the great service he gave us in our time of need. Highly recommend him!

We had to replace a main water line and rebuild a gas supply line at a rental property. I have never met a more honest and hardworking plumbing contractor. Brian is great at communicating and goes to great lengths to make sure the job is done. He does an amazing job! He replumbed or whole house and made sure everything was up to code for the inspector. Brian made the stressful process so much more easy to handle! He also has excellent book reviews!!!
Used Brian again to reset my toilet which was rocking back and forth. Brian suggested that the tile beneath may be uneven and it may need to be leveled. He was out the next day and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I wish I could find an electrician as reliable as Brian is. Thanks man!
Last summer we had a broken pipe under our house, and Brian came, was great and I wrote a great review for this business. However, I've had to remove that review because I called him four weeks ago regarding a plumbing problem with my kitchen and he repeatedly was unable to come on the date he said he would. I'm aware that all the rain may have caused emergencies, but a couple of times didn't even let me know he wouldn't be coming, and he never did contact me again after the last time this happened. This is disappointing, inconsiderate, frustrating and unprofessional.

Brian does a good job and does it quickly. Today was the second time that I have used him. I called him this morning at 8:00 AM for a backed up shower and he was able to fit me in the same day and had the shower working perfectly by 2:00 PM. Highly recommend.
I had the pleasure of working with Brian recently for repairs to corrosion on our exterior gas pipeline. He was able to assess the issue and provide his exact steps to resolve the problem -- very few of the other folks I talked to were willing to commit or set a price, citing difficulties and other unknowns. Brian was able to complete all the work and kept it all within the original estimate despite some unrelated circumstances. I truly appreciate his honesty and highly recommend his service to anyone with plumbing issues. Based on the other positive reviews here, it seems like I'm not alone.

Brian came out to fix clogged drains in my kitchen sink. He found out the pipe was clogged too far out for his equipment. He recommended an excellent rooter service. He did not charge anything for coming out and diagnosing the problem. He was prompt and has such a pleasant demeanor. I HIGHLY recommend him for plumbing services.

Brian is a true professional! I am so thankful to have found him. I had him redo my old 1940's to 1970's bathroom pipes and it looks likes a 2018 home now. What I love most about him, besides that he reliable, passionate about his work, keeps you updated on his timing & what's going on with your project, is also how thorough he is. He found that my old cast iron pipe was cracked....and worked so diligently to repair it. I've lived here for 12 years with this strange mildew house smell.....who knew it was because of a cracked cast iron hidden. I sent Brian out to a property for a quote for a water heater replacement. After receiving his quote, I gave him the approval and he came back saying it was more money. After approving the additional amount, I did not hear from him again! I have emailed him numerous times over the past several weeks as well as sending numerous emails. I decided to call him from a different number and he answered! FINALLY! I advised him who it was that was calling and he hung up! WARNING! Do not use this company! They are a shady company!
Since I cannot find the emails about the pricing since it was through another rep of mine, I am updating the review to delete that since it was verbal and not through an email. I do however have emails showing that she spoke to someone with your company stating they would go out same day. She emailed definitiveplumbingsoluti… with a work order approval assuming your company would stand by their word of going out the same day on (12/15). She emailed the same work order again on (1/9) asking for an update. She then called your company on (1/16) requesting an Update. No response! She emailed again on (1/23) asking for an update with no response along with a voicemail. Then I personally called on (1/26) for an update requesting a call back. Nothing! Then I called and left your another voicemail on (2/3) along with an email requesting a simple yes it was done or no we cannot do it since we have been left in limbo. I called again blocking my number and then you magically answer! When I advise you of who I am, you hang up! If you are at a Dr. appt.Why even answer? Why not let it go to voicemail like a professional? To be be exact, the email to me wasn't after he realized who I was, it was right after I posted a negative review on yelp! How convienant to get a response. So, I will update my review about the pricing since it was verbal and I cannot retrieve emails. All other info is correct and emails correlate. Thank you..
Brian answered the call and showed up about half an hour later. I had a leaking pressure relief valve and weak hot water pressure from the on-demand hot water heater. He noted a few discrepancies in the original homeowner's installation (including the inability to flush the system.) He went out and bought the parts after explaining everything to me. After about 2 hours, all said and done and good as new. We examined several spots in the house where the pressure is low and he removed the shower heads, etc in those areas to demonstrate they suffer calcification - thus the need for a filtration of water into the hot water system. I'm currently soaking the calcified parts in vinegar and soon will get the filtration system added as well. The price was right and the work was stellar. You'll be in good hands with Definitive.

I have used Brian Ramirez many times over the past several years. I've had new kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced. I have had shower knobs changed from two handles to one handle. Each job has presented its own set of challenges based on poorly thought out installations from the original builder. Brian has always been able to figure out a way to install new replacement fixtures. Sometimes he has had to make several trips to get the job done, but he comes through.
This time our Whirlpool Hot Water Heater stopped making hot water. He's worked with enough water heaters to know that ours was one that had had a class action suit filed so after coming to look at the problem, he had to order, then reorder a part from the company. He was finally able to complete the job after the third visit. He's a busy man, but when he knows its and emergency like no hot water, he figures out how to make the time to get the repair done. Of course I will call him again when we have our next plumbing problem.

He called me right after to explain the problem. Since this repair was for my elderly mother's house, and I live in a different city, I cannot tell you how helpful it was that Brian was in touch with me so much. Brian is prompt and efficient. He figured out the leak in my house fairly quickly without taking down much of the dry wall. He truly enjoy doing his job and take pride in his business. After fixing the leak, he also recommend me a dry wall repair right away. I will continue to use him in the future.

Brian has tackled a number of projects for me both at my home and my office. He recently re-piped my home and replaced our water heater with a tankless unit and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. He's fixed leaks, replaced garbage disposals, unplugged pipes, fixed gas lines, you name it.

Great personality and was more than happy to answer all my questions
I had a slab leak and he diagnosed the problem quickly and capped off the line to stop the leak that same day, had to comeback next day to do Reroute but it went according to plan and less holes than I anticipated. He was clean, courteous and professional

I think the best thing I can say about Brian is that I no longer dread having a plumbing problem like I always did before. It's a good feeling to have someone you know you can count on. He did a full-house repipe for us, and proved himself to be very reliable, honest, hard-working and attentive to every detail. He did a great job and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Brian is the most honest plumber I have had the pleasure of doing business with! He does not charge a service charge or minimum fee. We had a small job and he gave us two choices, the least expensive and the more expensive. He was very articulate in explaining in layman's terms how each procedure would be accomplished. He also promises a free consultation. I had him go ahead with fixing my sink. FYI-he also did not offer an extra deal to go on yelp and writie a review. That is how good he is. I was self-motivated to write this:)

I've been using Definitive Plumbing for several years now. Between my 3 businesses and my personal residence, I end up calling them about every other month with all sorts of plumbing needs (clogged sink drain, clogged toilet, leaking shower, instant water heater not working, sewer pipe backed up, install new toilet...you name it, we've had that issue!) Brian is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY! I've never questioned his pricing or his work, and anyone who has dealt with plumbers before know what a rare find that is! I would definitely recommend Brian to my family and friends.
The promise was a new hot water heater installed today.
Five other plumbers contacted through Yelp had offered one installed tomorrow or next week. Brian not only matched their price but the heater he was offering came with a 10-year warranty and everyone else a 6-year warranty.
He was running late on his previous job but kept me up-to-date on his progress by text messages. He asked for photographs of the job, something that no-one else had done and he didn't threaten me with extra charges for bringing everything up to code, which several others had done.
He arrived slightly later than he expected but I knew exactly when he was coming. He did the job and then some, even testing our water pressure in case it had contributed to the early (7-years) demise of our old Bradford White unit).
The installation was better and neater than prior installations and everything worked perfectly.

Brain was one of the 10 quotes I revived in 2 days for a main water line repair and replacement. He came out took one look and gave me a very competitive quote. The work was performed in a professional and timely manner he even let me use the jackhammer for a few min which was AWSOME.
Great service and Brian even scheduled me after work as late as 5:00 and no extra charge. The overall pricing was very reasonable as well.
I was having plumbing issue at my house. Brian came and fixed it last week. He did a great job. He also replaced my water heater two years ago. Never have any problems. I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to use his service in the future. I hope you guys will too. Thank you and keep up a good work Brian!!!
Thank you Brian!! Bought my house less than and year ago and home warranty denied my claim when I had a hot water slab leak. Brian came and fixed everything for me when the other plumber the warranty sent me wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Brian came on time and now I have water again. Brian is super talented and exceptionally honest at what he does. I have used him a few times. The last time he didn't even charge me for the service call as it was minor but it still required him to drive over as soon as I called. You don't usually get this kind of service from anyone. I would recommend using Brian for any plumbing task.

Brian with Definitive Plumbing Solutions is terrific to work with. I had an old hot water heater that decided to suddenly die and start leaking water everywhere and after calling several Plumbing companies I decided to go with Brian at Definitive Plumbing Solutions. His prices were competitive, but what really won me over was his customer service and how flexible he was. He was able to squeeze me in and come out the following day (I contacted him really late in the day/evening), understanding that not having hot water is a big inconvenience. Upon arrival, he was polite, friendly but also focused on getting everything taken care of. After the job was complete, he made sure to clean up and even took the time to personally deliver a rebate form after the job was completed on a separate day for the new tankless water heater I had installed to replace the old broken hot water heater. I would definitely recommend Brian with Definitive Plumbing Solutions. You won't be disappointed.

Brian with Definitive Plumbing Solutions recently did a a complete repipe of our house. I honestly cannot give him enough stars or enough praise. You just need to call him immediately for any of your plumbing needs. We decided to repipe after multiple slab leaks. Brian was a referral from a friend. He completely put us at ease. He is a consummate professional. Honest, trust worthy, reliable with an emphasis on customer service. I will never call another plumber again and have given his name to multiple of my friends that are in similar situations.
Brian is awesome! Very quick to respond, personable and does high quality work. He has been our go to plumber whenever we have a plumbing issue and we've been very happy. Not only has he helped with miscellaneous plumbing issues but he also installed pex piping, which has been a growing trend in south OC due to the poor original copper piping. I highly recommend!

He's very friendly came over to fix my leak I was having in my bathroom. He pinpointed the problem and said it wasn't anything serious and basicly told me I could do it myself, so I did. He's very honest he could of easily tried to say the problem was something else but he didn't. I highly recommend him.
Just like the business description states, Brian is honest, reliable and affordable. I'd also add extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional... He promptly responded to the call last Sunday (when almost noone else would) to look at the slab leak in our garage, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and was very reasonable with the pricing without any pressure, surprises or upsell. He even offered to add some improvements at no charge. Highly recommended.

I've used Brian at 3 facilities over the past couple months. We've had leaks in the attic, water coming out of the ceiling, clogged drains and broken pipes. Brian was able to come out on the same day each time, communicated clearly, charged fairly and was great to work with. Best plumber around!

It was moving day at our new house and we came to find out we had no hot water. Called Brian and he came over quickly because he could hear the panic in my voice. He was very nice and knowledgable and fixed it without a problem. Would 110% recommend!

Amazing! Came out on a Saturday evening and diagnosed our leak as an air conditioning problem. Did not charge us a penny since it was not his expertise. Referred us to a company which responded right away and took care of our problem inexpensively. Honestly, who makes a trip like that on a Saturday evening of a holiday weekend and won't take any money? We tried but he wouldn't take anything. So happy to have met Brian and we will be using him for all our plumbing needs in the future!

What can I say? Brian came to the rescue today. I woke up in the middle of the night hearing a hissing sound in the wall. I immediately knew that something wasn't right with that sound, as I have experienced various plumbing issues with my home. I called and left Brian a message in the wee hours of the morning. He promptly responded and showed up on time. He did a superb job with repairing a copper pipe that had leaked within my wall and began to spread along the foundation. I also had him replace my faulty pressure regulator since it was dangerously pushing 120psi. On top of his skill and professionalism, he is a very personable guy and I really appreciated his help! I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
Brian did an awesome job for me recently. Brian just completed a complete repipe of our house and we highly recommend him! We also had him replace worn faucets and a toilet. He went beyond what would be the norm to provide us with materials that we had no way of knowing were needed. Brian was very responsive to emails and texts and always let us know when he was coming or if he had any delays. He provided us with a 3 year labor warranty and a 25 year parts warranty. Brian was very kind and courteous at all times and was careful to put protective covering over our furniture/floors to minimize dust as much as possible. We felt he charged a fair price also. Please call him, you won't be sorry!
I recently purchased a new home. Brian helped us with repiping - Pex - along with a new tankless water heater and various other plumbing work. Brian was referred to me by several co-workers as I was very weary of plumbers based on past experience. He was at our house for 20 min+ and fixed a problem we were dealing with for months. We had a great experience with Brian! We had a shower leaking down into our kitchen due to a problem with the piping. Brian came out the same day we called and was able to identify and repair the leak. He is honest, even suggesting how my husband could repair the problem for less. I hired Brian with Definitive Plumbing Solutions to relocate the plumbing under my house for a kitchen remodel and to run a gas line to the kitchen for a new gas oven. I considered several other plumbing contractors, but I chose Brian because he was very knowledgeable, was able to come quickly, and also offered the best price. All of the work completed had an exceptionally clean and professional appearance, clearly performed with great care and attention to detail. While Brian was working at my house, he also removed and capped off an old gas line for an outdoor grill that was no longer in use, and discovered and repaired a leak at my gas meter free of charge. Everywhere he worked was left as clean or cleaner than it was before. In addition to the top notch work, outstanding work ethic, and professionalism, Brian is a cool guy who's easy to talk to and will keep you entertained with good jokes if you hang around while he's working. Brian will be the last plumber you'll ever need to hire!
