Our kitchen sink backed up behind the wall so I ran Yelp to find some professional help after my DIY skills fell short.  After calling a few of the 5 star rated plumbers, who didn't have availability for a few days, I got to Mr. Rooter.  They scheduled an appointment for one hour later.  To be clear, the price was a bit higher than what some of the others quoted on the phone, but now was worth paying for.

Gavin arrived just after text message with his picture came to my phone.  He proceeded to try to snake out the clog from the inside.  After this didn't work, he went outside and tried clearing from two different clean outs on the side of the house.  He discovered that the second clean out went to the kitchen sink.  After about 90 minutes of grinding away from the various angles, the clog was cleared.  Gavin did clean up the area after completing the job.

Thanks to Mr. Rooter for getting to the root of the problem.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with any sort of service tech in our home. Arrived on time, extremely polite, understood that I had napping children in the house and sent me a text rather than ringing the doorbell when he came back from a parts run. Took care of my clogged sinks and running toilets for a very fair price. I will absolutely call them again for any plumbing issue. Highly recommended!!!

Kudos to this organization!  We have had a gas leak around our fireplace that steadily became worse.  Called these folks and they were able to send somebody the same day!  Their technician inspected the area, identified the leak and as it only involved tightening a valve they were done quickly and charge was nominal!  Highly recommend these guys and will call them again for future service!

I purchased a high-end Carrier system from these fine folks. The installation was plagued with challenges (e.g., not enough space for new unit in attic, etc.). A couple of the issues were avoidable, hence the 4 stars. However, I must say that Force Home Services is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. They never made excuses and my satisfaction with their work and product was always their only concern. I know my job cost them more than they made, but they never complained or brought up their expense. They just did the right thing. This commitment to service is not just with management -- every employee I have encountered demonstrates the same commitment.

Not every install goes perfectly, and that's exactly when customer service becomes critical.

It's also worth noting that the owner, Ron, has many veterans on staff. It's great to see a local business giving opportunities to our local heroes. You gotta like that!

Kind and professional! We had a ceiling leak and our plumbing is in the attic. We found the source under the insulation and wet boards under some plumbing. We thought we had a slow leak somewhere. We called on a Sunday and left a voicemail explaining our issue. We we called back on Sunday evening (not a usual thing since he has a route) and we were out on first thing Monday morning.

He came out and found it to be a roof leak instead. Very thorough and a nice guy all around. We asked how much we owed him and he said not a thing since ehe didn't do anything. He just asked we call him if we need a plumber again. Which we MOST DEFINITELY will. And you should too.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I wanted to say if you ever have any plumbing or water heater issues, please call and talk to Travis. He was a life saver after our water heater went out. We had called other places and had been quoted a two to three day wait time. We talk to Travis this morning and less than 30 minutes he had two of the nicest guys at our door ( who did not mind our pup wanting pets every time they passed him).  Our new water heater works perfectly. Thank you for making replacing our heater so easy. ​

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt.  The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms.  Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will.  We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home.  Really nice and exactly what we wanted!

I started working with the owner at Bearcat back in 2015 and even keep in touch to work together today. 3 years and nothing but positive things to say. I would recommend Bearcat to anyone, anytime. Not at all surprised to see this page over 4 stars. I'm more surprised it's not 5's across the board!

I accidentally created an ice skating rink in the street due to some kind of leak in the irrigation system. I had a plumber come out and close the valve, but they recommended I talk to an irrigation specialist since they can fix it for much cheaper. I contacted Steven and he was quick to respond and laid out clear expectations. What really surprised me was that he was able to come out the very same day I sent my request! He showed up when he said he would and got the repair done quickly. Before starting the repair, he did warn me that if the location of the leak was under the sidewalk it would cost extra. I appreciated the heads up and straight forward pricing. Fortunately it wasn't. I'd call Steven if I have problems again!
