they were on time...(sent email ahead of time to let me know they were on the way)...diagnosed the issue....resolved it....pricing was more than fair. cordial...professional...knowledgeable... would use them again in a heart beat.

I do NOT recommend this company at all!  The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable.  I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

Very courteous when I called to schedule an appointment. And scheduled me within 24 hours. The owner's son spent over 2 hours unclogging my kitchen sink and left the area under the sink cleaner than when he started. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Called this company the week of March 7th and spoke with Luis to come out, look at an old room addition that I wanted torn down and maybe some other services. When I spoke to Luis he said that they did do that sort of work and we made an appointment for Thursday, March 18th between 4-6 pm to get an estimate. Well, Thursday came but Luis never showed up, and nobody called to say Luis couldn't make it, or that he was running late or needed to reschedule the appointment - NOTHING. I'm glad this happened now before I got involved because I would be seriously mad if I WAS a customer and found out this company didn't honor their word. First impression is major. Thanks for nothing, will be going with another contractor.

Had an issue when I cut our main water line doing some fence work on a weekend (of course). I got Mullins to come out first thing on Monday morning and they got to work immediately. Got the water line flushed out and restored service to the house promptly. My only complaints were the lack of up-front pricing, and they dug a second hole to hook up their equipment even though I had a perfectly good hole already dug.

Derek  is most courteous and professional.  He arrived in a timely fashion each time,  friendly and knowledgeable. He serviced our leak quickly while patiently answered all questions.  Good job!!

I am selling my house and if that isn't enough stress, I get the inspection report and there are a few issues. I live out of state and after a few calls to companies that were NO WHERE NEAR Denton, I called Force Home Services and spoke to Lisa. She's Amazing! They are locally owned and could schedule 2 separate services (Plumbing & AC) the next day. It took extra effort but Brad and Kevin (plumbers) located parts needed to complete the job. Came back the same day and finished.  Also, big thanks Travis. The AC guys, Johnmark & Emanuel also made sure everything would be completed on the same day. I highly recommend Force Home Services. Courteous and professional and get the job DONE. All this at a very reasonable price. Thanks to all of you...

We have used Parnell Plumbing twice and I have already given their number out to a couple people. We had a slab leak in January that the home builder was responsible for and he didn't even charge me for the service call, just a nice group of guys!

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys certainly deserved it.  We had water gurgling up from our front yard and dug up the area to find what we thought was the water main leaking.  We tried to fix it ourselves, but it just leaked.  So after being without water for a couple days we called multiple plumbing businesses and Carrollton Plumbing was the only one to answer the phone.  The guy said we always answer our phones.  They were booked solid but still sent some guys out within 3 hours to take a look at what we had and give us an estimate.  They showed up when promised and quickly informed us that what we were looking at was the supply to our sprinkler system, not the water main.  They turned off the main shutoff to the sprinkler system and got us our water back on in the house.  Hooray!!  They said that we were well on the way to fixing it correctly, just using the wrong glue.  They told us that they would hate to have to charge us the $400 to re-do the repair when we could just do it ourselves again with the correct glue.  They told us what to buy and headed back to their truck.  When I asked how much for the service call, they said no charge! Just call us next time you need a plumber.  We certainly will and will recommend them to others as well.  Honesty over greed is a rare thing in businesses this day, and it was a real breath of fresh air dealing with these guys.

Just had Mai Plumbing out to repair a bathroom faucet handle, replace 2 toilet flush valves and replace a toilet supply line and valve. Total was $187.95. Prices were very reasonable and service was quick and efficient. Couldn't recommend them more! Great service and very fair pricing!

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Very good job done by Roy! I had an issue with the outdoor faucet in my backyard that was causing a major leak and He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to quote me on the spot. Then when he came he quickly saw the issue and was able to replace the faucet without needing to drill into the brick work. He simply explained to us why the issue developed and how we can prevent it going forward. Couldn't have asked for better service and reasonable pricing! Will be using him in the future.

We had a hot water slab leak in our home.  It was a challenge to find the problems for various reasons, but the team stayed with it until the problems were resolved.  We were impressed with their professionalism and excellence.  If you have plumbing issues, we recommend giving this team a call.

Great place to do business.  On time, found the problem and fixed it in a timely matter.  Honest and friendly.  Will definately do business with them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

When I returned home around noon, I discovered one of the zones in my sprinkler system had not shut off. The excess water had saturated my lawn and  created a mini river in the frontage street. I tried turning off the sprinklers at the control box with no success. Eventually, I had to turn off the water at the water meter box which cut off water to the entire house
I called Steven and  he advised I probably had a faulty valve that needed to be replaced. He came to my house about a half hour after our conversation, and made the necessary necessary repairs in two shakes of a lamb's tail (very quickly).
I was very pleased he was able to come out the same day so water could be restored to my house. Also, he described the repair work before he got started and quoted a fair price predicated on his work assessment.
I definitely plan on using Steven for future maintenance of my sprinkler system.
