Let me start my five star review knowing I had a costly repair which is always hard to swallow. They walked me through it piece by piece and helped me understand along the way. I had a problem and they fixed it in a timely manner and the price was fair. Hopefully we won't need them again but if we need a plumber that's attentive and fair, we'll have these guys back for certain.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.
I recommend this company.

We were very impressed with Sheffield.  We received an estimate from Metroflo of $1,497.  Sheffield was only $168 for the exact same work!  Plus Metroflo high pressured for a 5 year contract for $3000.  Go Sheffield!

I have had the privilege of working with Luis on multiple projects now. He is a great communicator, and his team also does exceptional work. He has helped me with tasks as simple as paint and as challenging as replacing posts for the covered patio, working with the city on permitting cement work, etc. He has always been fair and always been kind. He is in a challenging business where reputation typically leads to more business. If you read this, I recommend calling Luis; we have upcoming projects, and he will be our go-to guy. We couldn't be happier having crossed paths with Luis and TLC Group Services LLC.

Had a leaking shower facet, my house is an older home and didn't to make the leak worse. So after calling and checking around decided to do with Mullins.  
They came to my home check the problem gave me a quote which was fair that decided to have two toilets replaced, to ( remember older home).
They showed up the next morning and let me tell you amazing work. Showers is working great, since it was an older shower they had to go to the plumbing store to get the right part for that model. Glad I didn't decide to be a do-it-yourselfers.   For the toilets one needed extra work done to it, leaving it. Both are working great, they do a fantastic job, clean, professional, and they warranty their work.  
We talked about remolding my bathroom which will be a future project.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used them before and have been very pleased with their service but this afternoon we had a plumbing emergency. Leak Geeks sent someone out within an hour and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I feel like they literally saved our lives!! Thank you Leak Geeks and thank you to our plumber Jesse!!

Force home services advertised drain unclogging for a certain price and i called to get an appointment. Was promised a certain time and i had to miss work to fit them in and an hour prior they call to say they need to reschedule for next week. I am not available next week so i requested them to come any other time today or tomorrow and first they said they do not have the time and then they said they cannot honor the price.
Very disappointing as i had not called anyone else and now i am left with a leaking drain , and not appointment. Terrible and will never call or trust them again. This is nothing but a scam!

I researched and found this company on Google. Scheduled it yesterday and had the inspector come out to inspect the property today. As a real estate agent it is very important to me to ensure quality service,  reliability, and I received just that. The technician I worked with, Craig, was great. He explained everything on the spot and prepared report immediately after the inspection. We will hire them to do the work after my buyer. Client closes on the house.  Thank you Ken!

Just had Mai Plumbing out to repair a bathroom faucet handle, replace 2 toilet flush valves and replace a toilet supply line and valve. Total was $187.95. Prices were very reasonable and service was quick and efficient. Couldn't recommend them more! Great service and very fair pricing!

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Roy Adams embodies what great service should resemble. He not only explains every step of his process, but is also honest about if can fix the issue or not. I am a new home owner and he also gave me honest advice about the existing cheap/ builder grade plumbing concerns but, told me not to worry about them until necessary. Most other Plumbers would have tried to have me spend a small fortune immediately. If you hire Flat Rate Plumbing, you will NOT be disappointed!! I used these guys over the summer and had good things to say about them.  I feel like they are honest and forthcoming. That's hard to find these days.

Great service today. Came out within an hour on a Saturday morning to take a look at a possible busted pipe in our slab.

Also, Scott made suggestions to have a leak locator to come out instead of tearing down walls to attempt to locate the problem. In the end, it should save us money and time!

I had an issue with our natural gas firepit that I wasn't comfortable to address so my wife sent out a request to her network for a plumber recommendation. She got an immediate referral with high marks for Carlos .
Carlos called us back immediately (on a Sunday !) and said he would come out Monday morning.  He would have been there immediately if it had been an emergency!
Bottom line not only did he fix the issue but he found several others that were serious gas connection problems. Yikes! Carlos got it all fixed up to code and  was very professional in explaining what he needed to do and providing  an upfront estimate.  Carlos is reliable and will fix it right the first time.  
Oh, btw it should be noted that not all plumbers will work on fire pits.

My wife liked his work so much she had him replace several faucets that had become out of fashion  and had him drain our water heater that was making popcorn noises from our yucky Plano water.

He does great work and is now our go-to plumber guy extraordinaire.  Highly recommend him for any plumbing work you have.

I don't write many reviews but after reading the one from Jennifer V (who seems angry) I just couldn't pass on writing an accurate review.
Most of her reviews are 1 star because she wasn't served as quickly as she apparently deserves. Jen, sometimes things just happen. I'm sure your life is perfect but that's not the way this broken world works. .. I'm  VERY glad my plumbers were driving fast to get to my house! I'll take that over slow driving every day....Sorry Jen V but they couldn't have picked a better person to annoy with fast driving. It's ironic that you complain about slow service AND fast service. Are you just a mad unhappy person? Hope you recover. You must be one of those South Pole Elfs.

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt.  The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms.  Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will.  We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home.  Really nice and exactly what we wanted!

Todd was a solid professional.  Very upfront on the extent of the work and the costs.  The work required several visits, and Todd was on time--there when he said he'd be.  He put time and energy into completing the job and left our home clean and to all appearances untouched by the installation and subsequent wall repairs.  I was impressed with Todd and will hire him again should the need arise.

Great place to do business.  On time, found the problem and fixed it in a timely matter.  Honest and friendly.  Will definately do business with them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

It is a great pleasure getting to meet Steven today.  Steven immediately responded to my quote request and showed up to site promptly on scheduled time immediately attended to issue at hand, he explained every step of the repair process and his fee was very reasonable.  I would highly recommend this business
