They came out quickly during the winter storm to fix my broken pipes and did a great job at a reasonable price.

My water main recently broke and after calling a few places for estimates I decided to use Professor Plumb.

It was immediately apparent that they really know about pipes and plumbing which was what set them apart and swayed me to choose them.

They are easy to reach, arrive on time and their work is very well done and completed on time. They even made sure I wouldn't be without water during the repairs. Professional on all levels.

I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and keep knowledgeable plumbing company.

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

GREAT!  I can't recommend this company more highly.  Their price of $207.75 was half what I expected to pay.  I had a leak in my water line at the connection to city water near the sidewalk.  He dug out my water line outside the connection box, fixed the leak using quality parts, and was finished in less than an hour and a half.  They were able to help me the same day I called.  The one guy who did the job was quick, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. I called Pelayo Plumbing to help me install two hot water re-circulation pumps. Right from the start, Michael was super helpful and answered all my questions. He arrived to the appointment right on time, installed the pumps, fixed a few leaky faucets, and was on his way. His prices are totally reasonable, the work was done perfectly, and most important Michael is just a very cool person to work with. Seriously: best plumber I've ever used.

Daryl and Taylor saved the day! Our toilets started backing up into our showers on Mother's Day and almost ruined our day. We got it cleaned up and gave ABC a call the next morning. They had these two guys at our house in under 3 hours! They were prepared and knew exactly what to do. They even acknowledged our dog that was very hyper and nosey with them while they worked. They were fast and explained everything to us as they worked. The best part is, it didn't break the bank. I was not shocked at the check I had to cut because it was so affordable. These guys were personable, trustworthy, and efficient at what they do. I will continue using ABC for all my future plumbing issues and I recommend them 1000% to anyone who needs plumbing assistance.

Wow! I used Yelp to find this company, had my decision affirmed by a friend and neighbor and couldn't be more pleased with our service. When I called, I had a very easy booking conversation with the person I spoke to on the phone. They were prompt, able to get me in the same week, they were no back and forth phone tag games with voicemails that weren't set up (typical plumber). They called in advance to confirm the appointment and time frame. There were not gimmicks with the pricing. Everything was straightforward! The service guy arrived on time, put on booties before entering my house, clearly described the issue within minutes, gave us a fast estimate. After approval the problem was resolved. We even got an invoice in our inbox. Very professional, easy to use. I would use them again and recommend them any Oak Cliff neighbor! Glad to have found you guys!

They came out pretty fast to fix the leak I had from the faucet in the back yard but very pricey. . I paid 243.00 for a 30 dollar part and 15 minutes of labor. .SMH. . 1st time using them and last time. .
