They diagnosed all the plumbing issues with the property quickly and professionally and gave me expert advice about repairs needed, showing me what needed fixing and why. Another great experience with Blue and Professor Plumb!

The gas line to my mother's house corroded and filled with water just days before Christmas.  With the city inspector office closing and well-below freezing temps coming, Blue, his partner Brian, and their team came out and fixed it all before the  inspectors left and we were able to have a warm home and cook over the holiday!

The quality of work, Blue's honesty and professional courtesy, and their concern for our needs are phenomenal.  They went above and beyond to fix the issues and didn't nickel-and-dime us when unexpected issues cropped up.  We trust them completely and will ALWAYS call them for any plumbing needs we have.

Helped out in an emergency! Very reasonable pricing. Great service! Extremely knowledgeable. He made time to come out on his wife birthday. I would definitely use again.

Billy from Dean's Plumbing did an awesome job putting in a shutoff valve for my fridge. He was very professional and provided a fantastic service at a great price! I'll be calling Dean's Plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

Hubby and I discovered a leak on a Saturday where a patch of our master closet carpet was soaking wet.  A local plumber indicated that he was afraid that we may have a slab leak, and will need to call someone with the right equipment.  I found Leak Whisperers, and left a message.  When we received no response by the end of day, I went online and made an appointment for 8a Monday morning.  Got an email from the office manager later in the morning on Monday asking me what I needed.  Via email and two messages, I asked for someone to please call me because all we know is that there is water flowing in the closet.  It took almost the entire day for someone to respond to me.

The next day, Cody, was sent to our house and was told that the toilet needed repairs.  Totally incorrect, and it felt like despite trying to talk to someone, I was totally ignored.  Cody found the source of the leak, but had to leave to get proper materials for the fix.

Cody was great and fixed the damaged water line.  The annoyance is that we were charged per hour for the fix.  Because Cody was sent with the wrong information, we paid for him to go out to shop for the right materials.  The work was over $400.00 and pretty pricy.

It took over a week for the office manager to send the invoice.  Cody was brilliant, but the office manager could have had better communication.  The price is high for everyday plumbing needs.

Used Absolute Plumbing for the first time this week after being recommended to me by a trusted source. I had a tub/shower spout replaced that was initially installed incorrectly by another company. Steven did a great job coming up with a solution and fixing the problem at a very reasonable price. The two folks (one a trainee) both wore masks, were very pleasant, and prompt in arriving. Setting up the appointment was a pleasure due to the friendliness, concern and follow up activities of the front office person. I wish I had known about this company years ago.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! The plumber that came over to fix  our water heater was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Even my mom, who is rarely impressed by anyone, thinks he is great. Will use him again for future problems.

I've used Michael twice for plumbing issues.  Very courteous and affordable, and have never had an issue with his work.  Usually call him after I've fiddled with it myself for too long and get frustrated.  What would take me three hours and still get wrong takes him ten minutes and is done right.  I really need to get into the habit of just calling him first, and save myself the aggravation.

I would like to thank  Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.  They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem.  One was to re-pipe  the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers  took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do  and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent.  Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.

This is hands down one of the best home repair experiences I've had. And who said plumbers aren't nice? Seriously, these guys are friendly, courteous, and know their stuff. In fact, it was a home inspection that revealed a leaky kitchen faucet. Anything Plumbing saved the day with their cute little shop truck! Affordable, knowledgable, and wonderful. My wife and I thank you for being so fecking awesome! Blessings!

My garbage disposal was leaking and I needed a plumber. Michael Hairston had great reviews. I was not disappointed. He called me back pretty quickly. Because he wasn't sure if something was loose or if the disposal needed replacement until he looked at it, he recommended I purchase one at Home Depot or Lowes. If replacement was not needed I can always return it. My disposal stopped working before the appointment date. He came, checked it and replaced the disposal very quickly. I would definitely call him for other plumbing needs.

Daryl and Taylor saved the day! Our toilets started backing up into our showers on Mother's Day and almost ruined our day. We got it cleaned up and gave ABC a call the next morning. They had these two guys at our house in under 3 hours! They were prepared and knew exactly what to do. They even acknowledged our dog that was very hyper and nosey with them while they worked. They were fast and explained everything to us as they worked. The best part is, it didn't break the bank. I was not shocked at the check I had to cut because it was so affordable. These guys were personable, trustworthy, and efficient at what they do. I will continue using ABC for all my future plumbing issues and I recommend them 1000% to anyone who needs plumbing assistance.

We were in need of an emergency plumber when Dallas utilities suddenly shut off our water. Speck plumbing quickly came out and assessed the surroundings. We were able to identify a leak in the sprinkler system. I would highly recommend this company. They were honest and trustworthy, which is not always easy to come by for home repair companies. Great local service.

Cody the plumber called prior to arrival to confirm my appt. then called again prior to arrival. He came and installed two bidets in both our bathrooms.  He was professional, covering his shoes, wearing gloves, efficient with the time he used not lagging.  Cody was personable and friendly.  As far as I am concerned his service was a 5 out of 5.  
The only thing the price was a little high but he was willing to negotiate.  So really a 4.5 out of 5 over all.  I would definelty use them again.

CROOKED, BROKE OUR AC UNIT ON PURPOSE. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
We were on a subscription with this company to come out each year and maintain and service our AC unit. Our AC unit worked perfectly fine-- they had just come over to check it.

Before the man left he said it is about to go out. We didn't believe him because it works perfectly fine. Within ONE hour of this man leaving our house, the AC went down and the house was horribly hot. Which never happens.

How did this man mysteriously know our AC was about to go out in ONE hour if there were no issues with it? He was just there to service the upkeep of the unit. Then they quoted it will cost 20,000 to fix.

These people broke our AC unit on purpose.
