I can't express how satisfied I am with the level of professionalism, customer service and response time. I will never use any other plumber again. Felt like I hired family. Highly recommend.

Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. I tried to DIY a broken spigot during the freeze and snapped off the pipe inside my exterior wall - on Christmas Eve. So needless to say, I was in a really tough spot. I tried calling about ten plumbers, obviously everyone was slammed or taking time off. A few companies said they'd get back to me but ultimately left me hanging for a few days. I called up the leak whisperers and they had a guy over in 90 minutes. Jerome was super professional and was able to get the pipe capped and water turned back on fairly quickly.  Will definitely use them moving forward - they saved Christmas

Absolute Plumbing worked in our home on a bathroom remodel that involved many steps and procedures. In every aspect of the job, they were very professional and a real pleasure to work with.

From the project bid to job completion, all work was done as scheduled, on time, and with a attitude of perfection. Town code inspections passed without any hitches.

This remodel was an extreme makeover, and we could not be more pleased with Michael LeClair and support staff. The outcome of all plumbing work exceeded my expectations.

I wrote this review about a month or so ago for the very first time  I used Black Tie Plumbing. However, when I added a second review today for a recent service call I accidentally deleted it so I am rewriting it.  

Black Tie was sent through my home warranty company. Kevin who came out was professional, helpful (as I had many questions for him), knowledgeable and kind. I had a broken garage disposal that he worked on. He did a great job. I also had  another company come out for a different issue. There was a district difference in how Kevin answered my questions and in his honesty. I will only request Black Tie in the future from my home warranty company. Thank you Kevin!

Could not be more pleased with the service we received from Pelayo Plumbing. We called because we had water coming from the side of our house. They came out with in 2 days and were so knowledgeable. He told the issue and had it fixed with in 1 hour. They are now saved in my phone for any future plumbing issues!

I began using them starting back in 2010. I had both a kitchen sink and my washing machine drain back up. I had two other companies come out, and both wanted me to spend over $300 to scope the drains, stating that I most likely had a foundation shift. Wanting a 3rd opinion, I called direct source. David, the owner, came out with his guys, listened to me, and then said I want to try something first before running a scope and costing you more money.
He then proceeded to get out the normal drain snake, and then swapped out the tip with a wicked looking claw! He ran that in thru the outside access, and had my drains running perfectly. Only charged me $150 total, when he could've charged me double at least.

I've been using them for all my plumbing needs since then. I'd highly recommend them.

Michael came to the house to fix a shower arm that had broken off in the wall.  Got here exactly when he said he would.  Trouble shot the problem and had us back up and showering.  Even cleaned up after the job was completed.  Reasonable priced.  Future plumbing fixture issues and he will be the one we call.

Explained the issues I was having over the phone and got someone scheduled in a few days. When they showed up, they didn't know what problems I had and said they weren't told about it nor were they willing to fix it.

Love this neighborhood local plumber. He and his father have been doing plumbing for years! I've been using them for about 6 years myself. They are reliable and honest.

I highly recommend this company!  Our unit started blowing warm air after 5:00 last Thursday.  I was worried that being so close to the end of the week, we would have challenges getting someone to come out - IN JULY, IN TEXAS, no less.  I talked to someone at Cody & Sons at 8:15 am.  the woman I spoke to was very nice!  we scheduled a window of 4-6.  Late in the day, but at least same day!  The tech call me at 2:00 that day letting me know they were ahead of schedule and could be at our house in 45 min!  The quickly found the problem.  Instead of upselling me a new system (which is the dread) they were able to fix the problem and service the machine for $150! $150 vs $6k?  ummm YES! Cody & Sons for the WIN!  We will absolutely use them again!
