They were able to fit me in to they busy schedule and resolve the issue.
Friendly, polite, and even walked me through a few tips.
We've used PPDS plumbing for an assortment of jobs and they have always come thru for us. Jay showed up in a timely manner and the work was professional as always. I would definitely recommend them.
Very knowledgeable Plumbing service. Jay is the best very friendly and helpful. Won't be the last time I use them for any of my plumbing issues.
I had a leak in my garage requiring a new, pressure reduction valve.

I had a great experience with Jason and Jon today. They found leaks I didn't even know I had in the backyard which explains things like the green algae pouring out of the french drain in my sidewalk. They unclogged the bathtubs that wouldn't drain, stopped the squealing noise coming from the shower, and now we have excellent water pressure in all of our sinks as well! I'm very pleased. They were friendly, quick to respond, and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Place is great. They showed up next day, and were able to get here earlier than originally planned which worked out. The communication was fantastic, the crew is fun and professional, and my problem was solved quickly. 5 stars all day and will use them again if other plumbing issues arise in the future.
Once again Pipeline Plumbing came to the rescue. I had a ongoing drip from my backyard faucet. I called on Tuesday morning and promptly got a response in 30 minutes. Pipeline was able to schedule a technician the next morning. Jay came and was able to figure out the leak and replaced the faucet within an hour. Previous work on the faucet had added a second pipe extension about 12 inches long that went nowhere (maybe for a second outlet). All in all the quick response and work quality has Pipeline as my go to plumbers. Jay is personable and knowledgeable.

This is my second time having Pipeline come to my house. Jay was our technician. We've had a leaking spigot in our backyard for the longest and finally decided to get it fixed. Jay called and asked if I was available for an earlier appointment time, which I was. He was in and out in less than an hour. It was such an easy fix for him. You can't beat Pipeline's prices. Everyone you speak to and encounter is very polite and professional. As I said in my other review, they're my go to company. Thanks Jay!

To Jon and Jason - thank you so much for helping us out and for your quality work. We needed help fixing a leak and install a full house water softener system.
We purchased our own water softener system for our house and I attempted to install it myself.
After spending whole day to myself, I caused a leak from our main water line.
I called Pipeline Plumbing the next morning and they gave me an estimate which was a really good pricing. The following day Jon and Jason came out, removed my messy work, and re-finished all installations properly. They read the installation manual which was complicated and finished the job in speedy but good quality work.
Now we have reverse osmosis system and I'm going to have them install it as well.
I needed a gas pipe lowered for my new range, and needed an expert. Called Pipeline Plumbing, and got not one, but TWO experts who showed up at my door in just a couple of days. Thanks to Jay and Jon my pipe was lowered and my new range is now flush against the wall. As well, I asked them about a bathtub faucet that was making a strange sound, and they inspected the problem, recommended a new faucet, and as they were already headed to pick up parts for the pipe job, they picked up a replacement faucet to fix the problem.
Two birds with one stone as they say....thanks Pipeline Plumbing, you have our future business!

House sewer backed up, called Pipeline, they responded within 2 hours, Jim fixed the issue and added some education for our family. Flushable wipes are a myth, don't use them! Reasonably priced, I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them!

The company replied quickly to my request. The quote was within reason and adhered to. He was knowledgeable about the different valves and brand names. It was installed and restored our water quickly and clean.
What can I say? AMAZING SERVICE!! I called on Monday before Thanksgiving and spoke to Jon. He came the same day and gave me an estimate for a tankless water heater as ours was on its last legs. Said he could get it in on Wednesday if we chose to go with them (no pressure) and we were so excited at how easy and FAST this process was and how incredibly friendly and communicative Jon was that I text him right after he left and asked if he could schedule us for Wednesday since we were so excited. He was amazing and pushed the project to Tuesday the very next day! He and Jason showed up, worked hard and were so friendly and helpful, it felt like long time friends were at our home. I am utterly shocked at the time frame this was done in and how amazing Jon and Jason's customer service is! Our Tankless Water Hester broke! We called Eric and Jon.
Since our unit was several years old, we opted for a new Navien Tankless Water Heater.

This the company that will be your go to for all plumbing needs! They respond immediately, show up on time, friendly, excellent communication in explaining the issues, plus they thoroughly clean up after the job! Pricing is extremely fair.
Responsive, no nonsense work effort and no smoke and mirrors, I had a later appointment scheduled and they called me to like me know they could complete the work sooner. Arrived and done within 45 minutes... even ensured I ordered the right parts from the dealer before starting any work. Jon and Jason where great and left the job site as clean as it was upon arrival. I would highly recommend there services.
Hands down best plumbing business around. Prompt, courteous and customer focused. I've had them out to my house many times over the last 6 years and I've never had a bad experience. In fact, most of the time they're at my house within a couple of hours of calling!
Do yourself a favor if you need plumbing service and choose these guys.
We had a leaky faucet and it was flooding under the sink on Christmas Day. I assumed no one would reply back when I put in a project request through Yelp. Pipeline Plumbing was one of the first to respond and they fit me in their schedule and I was able to make an appointment two days later. Jay was able to come earlier than my initial appointment time due to a cancellation. He was super quick to figure out the problem and fix it. Even was thorough to check the amount of pressure coming from our water system. He was able to replace a new pressure regulator because our water pressure was so high. He probably saved us from other issues occurring due to that. We were extremely happy and satisfied with Jay's efficiency and professionalism. Very nice guy too! Thank you, Jay!

Our water softener exploded, water was shooting out of our pipe and we had to turn the water off. We called Pipeline Plumbing. My husband spoke with John and instead of providing a quote for a new system, he asked for a picture of the piping and talked him through how to bypass for now, so that we could use our water. John is about one of the most ethical people we have met and we will be coming back to Pipeline Plumbing.
We had a drainage problem and we called Pipeline they came right out and unclogged the CLEANOUT they were reasonable and was in and out. They said the CLEANOUT needed to be replaced, but we wanted to get the septic tank pumped first (which we did and that company said the CLEANOUT was fine). Pipeline was right it needed to be replaced after three (3) more calls to different companies they just took our money and unclogged the drain again and again, with a snake type of equipment, which it would clog up again week of working. We finally had the CLEANOUT replaced by another company that used a camera to view the problem. We are seniors and are very cautious of companies that take advantage of older people - Pipeline was up front with us but because we were so worried about being told the truth we paid for extra service calls that just wanted to unclog the drain not fix the problem or they didn't have the knowledge what to do. So take it from our experience they were HONEST and FAST. Our family was seeing how frustrated we were and had the work done by companies that they had previous experience with (since they work in the Winery business. But our THANKS goes to PIPELINE for their quick service and honest evaluation.
Two gentlemen were sent out to diagnose a leak in our front yard. They were both very professional & did amazing work! The water pressure in our house is FIXED & works amazing!! I would recommend this business to anyone!

Jay was our plumber and he told us about what would need to be replaced in the future, but did not try to upsell or push for anything unnecessary. Look no further, these guys will handle your plumbing needs. Jon installed a whole house water filter for me, with a drain for the regeneration process. Super responsive and flexible, job was completed quickly. I'm a sucker for friendly service and this was 5 stars. My go to guys for plumbing..
I had these guys in my house and they tried to sell me a very expensive reroute when it turned out all I needed was a couple hundred dollar repair.
The hole in the leaking pipe was in plain sight which they covered with tape, so they are either shady AF or have no clue what they're doing... either way I wouldn't even let these guys in my house let alone hire them.
When I still thought I needed the reroute they were trying to hustle... they gave me a price the day they found it, then jacked up that price significantly the next day when they sent one of their brothers out.
Whenever anyone on Facebook asks for recommendations for a plumber, the owner and his brothers and all their relatives say Pipeline is the best!, what a joke! STAY AWAY!
I had a great experience with PPDS and Jay. First of all, they're dependable. They contacted me quickly, set up an appointment, and showed up! Jay found many active leaks that our home inspector had missed. He fixed them promptly and skillfully. I could tell he took great care when replacing old fixtures that were 20+ years old. When I had a complicated question about a kitchen sink replacement, he immediately called a good friend of his with years of experience, who drove up from San Diego to take a look and give me his advice. I can't imagine I wouldn't use PPDS and Jay specifically for any other plumbing issues that arise in the future. Thanks guys!
True 5 star service in every aspect. I sent a request for a quote and got a response literally 5 min later. That was followed by a phone call a minute after that and 30min later the technician, Jay arrived. Jay was friendly, courteous, professional, and had the issue resolved quickly. Had a few plumbing issues at home and my girlfriend found pipeline plumbing online I gave them a call. Jon came by to my house took a look at the problem and within the next few days I have the pipes in my shower changed out and updated my restroom was flooding water over the next room and they helped me take care of that and guide me thru the process of getting all that repaired.
I also had a washer drain that was incorrectly installed by the previous owner and Pipeline fixed the problem.
These group of guys are true professionals and I will be using pipeline with many more plumbing upgrades in my home.

Removed an old high pressure water pump and repiped. After contacting them, they responded in minutes and arrived within an hour - and completed in less than an hour. The price was very competitive and they did an excellent job - highly recommend.
I had a constant streaming leak coming from my master bathroom bathtub and needed a licensed, honest and reliable plumber. I found Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialists on Yelp and requested a quote from them. They were quick to respond and Jay came out the next morning. He was awesome. He told me upfront what the problem was and provided a free quote to me. I was happy with the quote and had him do the job. He was quick and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialists for all your plumbing needs.
Our plumbing backed up Thursday evening. We called Pipeline Plumbing to see if they could come out the next day. I spoke with Eric and he set up a time between 2:00 and 4:00 on Friday but said they'd try to squeeze us in earlier. Friday morning we got a call from Ryan at 8:00 letting us know he'd be right over.
He showed up and got right to work trying to fix the problem. Of course, it was pouring rain so he was a bit limited on the equipment he could use. After working on it, running back to the office to get even more equipment, and not able to fix the problem, he said they would have to come back on Monday (even though it was a holiday) to dig up the yard and fix the problem. It was assumed to be tree roots or a broken pipe. It would cost about $9000.00
Monday came and Ryan, Jon, and Ronnie showed up bright and early. After using the camera and other equipment, they still couldn't find the problem. But they weren't willing to just start digging up the yard. They searched until they found another drain clean out up under the front bushes. More investigation and they discovered a broken backwash something or other. They fixed it and we're back in business with indoor plumbing. Best part, it was only $600.00......not the $9,000.00 we were fearing. Oh, they didn't charge for the Friday call at all.
These guys are amazing. They are personable, professional, knowledgeable, and our go to plumbers from here on out. You won't go wrong by hiring them for your plumbing needs. A very satisfied customer.
I noticed our kitchen sink's garbage disposal leaking early Tuesday morning after doing the dishes. I contacted PPDS that day and they were able to schedule me the next morning. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional and quick! Would definitely hire them again.
Pipeline has been a savior-- of both money and sanity. I spent probably a good thousand dollars with other local plumbers trying to fix the root issue in my mainline and Pipeline came out and hydrojetted the line for far less than other locals. This solved my problem and thousands of dollars. None of the other plumbers had even suggested hydrojetting. They drove a long way to do the job going outside their regular area and have always been exceedingly kind, personable and absolutely professional. I can't say enough nice things.
They have unique solutions to some expensive problems which make plumbing issues a lot less troubling.
Response was quick and we're here the next day to complete the work. Professional and not pushy a big plus in my book.
I really appreciate that these guys came out within 24 hours of my discovery of a leak appearing on the first floor ceiling underneath our shower on the second floor. I was so relieved that their repair not only appears to permanently fix the problem. They charged me $300 to install a new shower drain and did so within an hour or two. They wore masks, wore shoe booties, and were respectful of our space and our home. We appreciated it.
You might be interested to hear that the leak story started yesterday morning when I discovered the small mark on the underside of the ceiling. We yelped a few local plumbers and had the (mis)fortune of getting a reputable firm come and give us a free estimate that turned into a $150 diagnostic fee to cut a 1' square hole in our drywall to diagnose the leak and then that company told us that it would cost $2850 to fix the shower leak. Yes, you read that correctly...$2850!!! I won't post the name here on Yelp since that firm has good reviews and I think I just got unlucky with that firm. Nevertheless, I can't believe that any plumber would say that it would cost nearly $3000 to repair a shower drain.

Wow, I am super amazed by the great service I received from Jay! It was a Holiday weekend and I had a mini leak at my backyard hose spout. I called and Eric was super responsive, he sent someone out immediately. Jay arrived COVID compliant and explained the repair plan. He was able to fix and upgrade the hose spout with great quality materials. His work was very clean and professional. Jay also took the time to educate me on some plumbing safety tips. I would definitely recommend this company!
I found these guys on here and had a great experience. We just moved into a new house and my family does not treat toilets in a polite manner. Needed to replace the puny low-flows with some atomic turd nukers. These guys did a great job with installation and snaked the main line as part of the deal. The price was solid too, because the toilets with installation were a reasonable markup from just buying them Home Depot. Very friendly, smart, communicative and clean. Excellent caulking and sealing work. Highly recommended.

These guys were awesome. Jay replaced 2 old toilets. The drain camera crew also was out and identified a issue that caused a toilet drain stoppage. They indicated it may be a issue in the future but did not try to sell me additional repairs now that may/may not be needed n he future.
Jay from Pipeline came out today to check out the leak I had from the faucet in my tub. He arrived promptly. It took him very little time to assess the situation and give me an estimate which I thought was very fair. I told him to please go ahead and do what needed to be done. He did the job and was done in a very short amount of time. Everything looked great and all is working perfectly now. Jay even checked out a few other things for me, checked the water pressure coming into my condo and tightened some fittings on there that had been leaking. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Pipeline!
My husband got a wild hair that he needed to replace our water heater, so I called several companies for quotes. Jon was incredibly professional and very helpful. He didn't waste my time making an unnecessary appointment to give me a quote and just gave me a quote over the phone. They were prompt, and although there was a minor problem hindering the install they just fixed the problem without charging extra. I highly recommend this company, and now I have a new regular plumber!
Came home to find water in my garage coming from the water heater. I had used Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialist on a previous installation to replace a tankless water heater at my rental, so it was a matter of finding the receipt and hoping to get a response. On the first call out, I was in contact with Jon and let him know that I was in desperate need of help. Within an hour of the call, Jon was at my residence in Menifee. The assessment was not a shock, as I had run through a couple of broken water heaters in the past. The only benefit to replacing a water heater, is replacing it with a tankless water heater. I was given the quote and told there would be some pretty good rebates. I scheduled the install for the next day.
Major repairs can usually be a little unnerving, since you are at the mercy of the repair company on how the repair and install of new equipment will go.
My fears were quickly put to rest from the minute I made the first call. I received updates via text and email on when a technician would arrive to when the installation was complete. Jon and his crew were moving without missing a beat. Once the install was complete, the hot water was working and everything was good.
After the install, I received messages from Eric walking me through the rebate process and forwarding me a contact for a drywall repairman. I highly recommend calling Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialist for any issues with your water heater. The fact that they communicate immediately on everything that is going to happen is amazing and a relief to the customer.
Jason was great! He had the right equipment. With my tools, I never would have been able to snake this thing. Best of all, apparently I don't have a leak in my ceiling.

I AM OBSESSED WITH THESE PLUMBERS!!! They have done extensive work on four of my rentals. They plumbed two brand-new bathrooms as well as improve two existing bathrooms. I saw them on a weekly basis for two months straight and am thoroughly familiar with their work.
First of all, they are a family run business, and they treat you like family. They quote fair prices, show up on time (mostly early), and diagnose issues honestly.
Ryan is an awesome plumber and is willing to do tough, grueling jobs. He will literally get in the trenches to make sure that the job is done right. He will also do whatever is necessary to make the customer happy and overcome challenges, even if it's inconvenient or difficult.
Jay always makes my day. With a kind smile or remark, he has great customer service and bedside demeanor. He put together the finishes on multiple bathrooms, and they look like model-home bathrooms! I'm almost happy when I have a plumbing issue, because he shows up on the scene ready to help.
Eric is the brother who runs the administrative aspects of the business, and he keeps the outfit running effectively. They are always on time and send text messages when they are en route. In my opinion, reliability and organization are just as important as technical skills in a contractor. Eric graces Pipeline with the business and administrative skills that make it a top-notch, professional enterprise.
Jon is a plumbing mastermind. I initially bidded out my rental projects to multiple GC's. No one had the enthusiasm for it because they were confounded by the daunting plumbing aspects. Then I found Pipeline, and Jon walked in and confidently diagnosed what was needed and gave me a great quote. They started the project that following week, and the rental was up and running by the end of the month. I was so happy with Jon's leadership of the whole project that I immediately asked him to do a larger one for me. They completed that project within the next month, despite various setbacks caused by the age and condition of the property.
In addition to these four main company guys, Pipeline also has a team of really amazing workers. Jon Jr. is the sweetest 18-year old ever. He works extremely hard and has a good head on his shoulders. He brightens up any plumbing project. And Ephraim and Carmelo are the best.
I got so attached to the Pipeline team that I was actually SAD when the project was over. Thank you, Pipeline, and see you next time!
When I called Pipeline Plumbing, the gentleman that I spoke to was John, he was very personable. John scheduled an appointment for that morning, the same day I called. He and Cody arrived, got to work right away and fixed our problem. Very professional and good to work with. I will definitely use them again.

The team has a great response time. Ryan was able to immediately find the problem with our plumbing. He also was great in offering suggestions to avoid future plumbing problems. He does not push you to make a quick decision but instead gives you time to think about his suggestion. Jay was also very efficient in installing our new toilet bowl. If you are looking for reliable and professional service look no further than Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialist. I called for emergency assistance since I had to shut off the water to my home. John and Ryan arrived within two-and-a-half hours. They knew how to fix the problem quickly and left without charging me. One would expect to pay over a hundred for a house call, but not Pipeline. This is an exceptional company with a passion for excellence!
I reached out to get an estimate, and received a call and message reply right away. They were very good at communicating and they did have a great offer on the tankless water heater. Although I ended up going with another company, I'd still recommend this company to anyone who needs a quick response to have emergency work done.
None of us like to have to call a plumber. But when you do, you want one that is professional and responsive and have your best interest in mind. That is EXACTLY what you get with PP&DS. Although we have not hired them (due to the costs involved), we were very happy that two workers came out to evaluate a serious situation we have with a non-working kitchen drain pipe.
Making an appointment was effortless and they even came out ahead of schedule when they received a cancellation.
Both workers were courteous and conscientious. They were basically a second opinion to confirm what another local reputable plumber told us, and their estimate (once it is finalized) may actually be lower than the competition.
Once we save up the money, we would not hesitate to obtain a final estimate from Pipeline for this costly project.
I got several recommendations from our Harveston Neighborhood group for these guys, and I was blown away! WOW - they were here in a half hour and replaced our water pressure valve and fixed another problem that another plumber had screwed up (for no extra charge). They are now our go-to plumbers.

Our downstairs toilet was leaking water onto the tile. Although we weren't sure if it deriving from the connection or the toilet, we knew we had a problem. When I called Pipeline (around 11:00AM) they said they could be there between 11:30 and 1...thought I heard tomorrow between 11 & 1. Twenty five minutes later I received a text that they were already five minutes away. The Team diagnosed the issue quickly and had the leak patched-up in a half hour. All-in-all, it was probably the best plumbing audition we've ever had.
We moved into a new house and the gas company wouldn't turn on our heater because the vent wasn't connect properly. We knew with 3 kids under 3 we would need someone out soon but never expected an hour after calling a plumber we'd have our water heater fixed.
At 9 am on Saturday I sent our 5 requests for quotes. Eric was the first to respond and we were happy we went with his business. He sent Jay put to do the work. Jay is so knowledgeable. He had everything fixed in under 30 minutes. To my surprise they didn't charge an emergency trip charge. They took care of us like family. Big or small job we will continue to use pipeline because Jay is such a knowledgeable plumber and Eric is so friendly definitely treated us like family!
Can't say enough about Pipeline Plumbing and Drain. When our usual plumber took two days to even return our call, we gave them a try, and so glad we did. Eric and Jake were quick to respond, did a great job, and the fee was super reasonable.
This April 2020, once again, Pipeline Plumbing and Drain came to our rescue when our guest bath sprung a leak. They were quick to resolve the matter and did a great job. I would highly recommend their services!

I am so impressed by this company. I reached out on yelp looking for someone who could help us finish installing a sink. They happen to be in the area and we're here within two hours of posting. They were reasonable, professional, extremely friendly and just fantastic overall. I would recommend them and I will definitely use them again.
I am genuinely impressed with the efficiency and the integrity that this company exemplified. Absolute quick response and scheduling. I was quoted and charged a reasonably fair fee. I received EXCELLENT service from Pipeline Plumbing technician Jon. He arrived on time, properly diagnosed the issue and searched in multiple plumbing supply stores to find a pressure regulator valve in stock which was required to resolve my problem. He returned on the same day to install the new pressure regulator valve. After installation he did another walk through testing out the pressure at kitchen sink, shower and other sinks throughout the home. My issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved ! Thanks to Jon and Pipeline Plumbing for their excellent service.

I called regarding an overflow that needed immediate attention. Within 20 min. I received a call back that Ryan was on his way, wow! I was impressed with the quick service. Ryan took immediate action and was very knowledgeable. He used a Hydro-jet to clean out the drain and used a camera to show me it was clear. He was very courteous, kind and informative. I recently moved in and asked him to check my water heater, too. He was able to replace the same day. He saved me a lot of time and money! John and Ryan did a fantastic job. On time, very considerate with masks and booties. Great communication via texts, emails, etc. They checked out water pressure, and tuned it up at no cost when another company wanted to charge over $1K to replace a pressure regulator when it was completely unnecessary. The fee to install our new faucet was totally worth it, and they were very nice to be around. They cleaned up the project after, including taking boxes to the trash for us. Let me start by saying THANK YOU PIPELINE!! My family and I are fairly new homeowners and when things break I begin to freak out because this is all new to me. I first noticed a wet area in my yard that wouldn't dry, I assumed it was the drip system possibly leaking until I checked with the water company and they confirmed they detected continuous running water for more than 24hrs for consecutive days. I immediately began looking for a company to service our needs and found Pipeline.
I initially messaged Pipeline via yelp and they responded immediately and provided me an appointment and a contact number to call if I had additional questions. Of course, I did and when I called, my called was answered and so were my questions. Prior to the appointment I received information about the technician who would be servicing my home. On the day of my appointment I received a text that indicated my technician was on his way. Jay and Ryan arrived on time, very professional and courteous. He listened to all my concerns and immediately went to work. Within no time the leak was found, contained, and repaired. I had also requested some preventative maintenance which was also completed. In addition, the team hrydojetted my drains and replaced my water pressure regulator. I am well aware, I can be a pain in whooo-ha, because of my attention to detail and the need for perfection, so when work was done my husband asked what did you find wrong, I elated to reply absolutely NOTHING, even my yard was put back together exactly how they found it! Not only that but they offered to send my technician out in the morning again to turn the water back on and double check things are flowing correctly.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience during an unfortunate time! They came in at 8am and all repairs and maintenance were complete by 10:30am, and at a fair price. We're a military family and I didn't even bother to ask if they offer a military discount because I felt the work was beyond outstanding and the price was fair! To ask for anything else would be disrespectful, in my opinion. I will most definitely recommend them to neighbors and continue to use them for all my plumbing needs!

Called in the afternoon on behalf of my tenant, who reported two slow flowing toilets and a dishwasher that didn't drain fully. Called their number, a person answered, not a machine, not a call center.
I wanted a toilet replaced. They were able to send a guy out the next day to inspect the area and see what they had to work with.
I was given an estimate that day.
Toilet had to be ordered so it was two days before install, and I received follow up phone-calls as reminders.
Toilet was delivered and installed on time, install was clean and quick, no mess left behind and old parts hauled away.

I have a leak that occurred on our Manabloc plumbing manifold. Jon from pipeline came out very quickly to access the situation and came up with a quick fix that cost me nothing out of pocket. I had someone else come out a take a look earlier in the day and left with a still dripping manifold.
I really appreciate their attitude and willingness to at least offer me an immediate solution to the problem.
I would definitely recommend these guys and will use them myself in the future.

Had an issue with a badly leaking tub that I had previously fixed. Another plumber quoted me $900 to replace the valve. After I discussed the issue with John he suggested replacing the cartridges I had previously replaced with knock offs with oem Delta parts and provided a reputable supply house (Winnelson) who stocks them. Installed them and lo and behold, no more leak and a savings of $850! These guys will get all of my business going forward and it's really a great (and sadly rare these days) feeling when you know some companies really want to provide excellent and honest service, not just make a quick buck. I always do my research before even considering contacting any company for hire.
After noticing a leak under my kitchen sink on a Saturday morning, I came straight to yelp and compared the top plumbing services.
Ultimately, I decided to call Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialists for 4 reasons: 1. they have a verified license, 2. over 100 5-star reviews and 3. 25+ years of experience and 4. they're open on Saturdays.
Within 1 hour, Ryan was at my door (with a mask on and offering to cover his shoes) and assessing the leak around my kitchen sink. He calmly explained that the leak was being caused from a small hole in the facuet, gave me a few more tips and encouraged me to get a free scan to detect moisture.
Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend this company to others.

We had a couple stubborn sinks and a toilet that we just couldn't keep flowing. We have used Pipeline in the past for another home so I knew who to call right away. Jon and his son JR came on a Saturday and took care of all of it very quickly. He even gave us some recommendations on how to keep them from getting plugged. They were professional, on time, and extremely polite. We will continue to use them whenever we need someone, and you should too.
These guys were great. Jon and his buddy performed a camera sewer line inspection and were great doing it. They showed on time and went straight at it. They offered to have us with them throughout the inspection which was great and he explained everything that we saw on the screen. Although we did find a problem, he was very thorough about how it causes, temp repairs, replacements and also gave us estimates. They guys are professional and if I need plumbing in the future, for sure I'll contact them again.

This review is way over due I was just thinking about this company who came out to my house and installed two toilets right after a holiday weekend. The gentleman who came out was Jay he was very easy to talk to and explained everything that he would be doing and the cost of the overall job I would recommend this company if you have any leaks or jobs that might need to be done. 2nd time around, and still a Five Star Experience! Last week we scheduled an appointment, and because of some technical difficulties, Pipeline was unable to make it by. No big deal. They were apologetic, and offered to reschedule immediately, which we did not take them up on. Today however, we called to reschedule, and were offerred service in less than an hour! Jay has been to our home now twice, and both times have been nothing less than perfect experiences. Couldn't ask for better people to work with. Pipeline plumbing and drain is a fantastic company. I found them on next-door neighbor when I was in need of a somewhat immediate issue. My garbage disposal stopped working and I had water backing up in my kitchen sink.Couldn't drain it, and really gross, and of course it was after 5 PM.
I remember seeing something on Nextdoor about a similar issue, took a look at the recommendations (Pipeline was highly recommended several times on ND) and has solid yelp reviews. Although I reached out to a bunch of companies, Eric from Pipeline Plumbing was the first to respond. He was very nice and gave me some quick suggestions to try to get the clog cleared, and the water removal. Nothing worked but i appreciate the suggestions. A couple of the other companies got back to me within an hour or two but their availability was several days away and this really couldn't wait.
Pipeline was available to come the next morning between 8 and 10 AM, so I booked them. I received a text about 20 minutes before Jon arrived which was greatly appreciated.
Jon was fantastic, diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix it right away. I needed a new garbage disposal and having gone through this before in another house, I found their pricing to be completely fair and in line with what I paid before. Jon was professional, very nice and left my kitchen spotless!
I highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing and thank Jon so much for his professionalism, attention to detail and fast response.
From my experience they had a good price and the guys went over and above to make sure the problem was solved. No pushy up-selling of other plumbing services.

I had Jay do some work for me. They were prompt with getting back with me about a quote. Very easy to communicate with and I felt at ease with the process. They quoted a fair price and completed the job. I had a shower cartridge replaced, they replaced an outdoor nozzle, troubleshot some issues, and replaced old connectors to the water heater. This was a rental property and they sent photos of the completed work since I couldn't be there. I would definitely call them again and have their number saved. Thank you!!!

Sadly we have had multiple plumbing emergencies in two different homes in the last 8 weeks. We had two toilets that needed the insides replaced, a sink valve thingy that was rusted shut, and two separate shower cartridges that burst (weeks apart) and caused thousands dollars of damage to our home. My parents had a sewer clog today that caused a back-up into all their bathtubs. Pipeline responded quickly each time and got the problem fixed immediately. I will definitely use them for all plumbing needs in the future.
We had just moved here and had mixet showers in all of our bathrooms. We needed to get 2 of them replaced because they weren't working at all. They came out and gave us a fair quote and were SUPER helpful. They also replaced our water heater and water control valve for the property. I had a clogged kitchen sink the Saturday before Christmas. I used my HomeAdvisor app who got me in contact with Diamond House Construction. They sent out a technician to my home. Upon his arrival, he told me it was $200 just for the service charge. I was not told that on the phone and I didn't ask, which was my fault. The technician use a camera and determined the sink was clogged with a lot of grease. The technician never attempted to unclog the sink. He told me he would not be able to unclog the sink by using a snake. My only option was to hydro jet the clogged sink. The cost was going to be $1500, but they would subtract the $200 service charge, so the cost would be $1300. I initially agreed, because I did not know any better. Luckily, he told me he would be back Christmas Eve to fix the problem. Well, I called around and came into contact with Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists. I was told the $1300 price that I was quoted was a ripoff. Even if they needed to hydro jet, it would not be anywhere near $1300. They would send someone out to look at my sink for free. Ryan showed up on Christmas Eve and was able to unclog my sink by snaking it. I believe it took him less than 30 mins. Also, I was only charged $90 for the service. Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists saved me $1200. I normally don't write reviews, but I was so grateful that Ryan was able to come out on Christmas Eve and fix my sink. Also, everyone I spoke to was so nice and professional, I really felt like this company really cared. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the service you provided me. I will never use another plumbing company. I am a customer for life.

Found this family company on Yelp and am very happy with their service. They were the only company I called that actually answered the phone! Although they were available the same day, I scheduled for the next morning. I received text updates alerting me that they were en route and Ryan arrived 15 min prior to appointment window. Jon and Pipeline were a big help during a difficult situation. Showed up ASAP, diagnosed what was causing our issue and quickly got to work helping us with the fix.
When a secondary leak was found after the six month reconstruction process had, we thought, been completed, Jon and Eric were again on top of things, coming back out and guaranteeing to find the problem and get everything fixed and rebuilt to our satisfaction. Okay, I'm impressed. Another company told me that there was probably a blockage in the main line, and was going to charge me $485 to pull the toilet and send down a camera. Luckily, they had told me that they would be by the next morning. No one showed. A bit after noon, I called them to find out that they had me scheduled later in the day. I canceled. I called Pipeline for an estimate, and they came out same day. There was no main line problem, just bad toilets. The two amazing plumbers gave me two options, which I appreciate. Extremely helpful with my obscure plumbing problem. They missed the first day's appointment but made up for it on day two. I will be using them again.
These guys were amazing. They are now our go to plumbers. Our water heater stopped working overnight. Had to take a cold shower in the morning. Called Pipeline they were able to get someone out to take a look the same day. We were dreading the possibility of having to replace our water heater like several of our neighbors had.
The tech was able to diagnose the issue a sensor was bad. Was able to get use a paper clip so we would have hot water until the part came in. The total cost for repairs was only $155. Thank you Pipeline. I will be recommending you guys to all our neighbors

He checked the pressure. Showed me where the shut off valve is. Just very comprehensive. Ultimately we discovered a crack in the toilet then needed to be replaced ASAP. My son told me three days later that the toilet upstairs had been clogged. We tried everything we could to fix the clog on our own but were unsuccessful. So my water heater burst and we awoke to no hot water and some clean up. Happy Sunday. Asked for some quotes on yelp and Eric was the first to call. Apparently a 75 gallon water heater is hard to come by on a Sunday. Only one other guy even considered doing it on Sunday because of the size. Eric came over quickly. He had to get someone to open up to get the the correct size. He and his crew were professional and got it done. I now have hot water and am so much happier than I was in my shower less morning. Thank you. It wasn't that cheap but considering he had to pay overtime to his workers for a Sunday call and the equipment was expensive, I googled it, I feel lucky. We have installed a few water heaters before but this would have been something we couldn't have done ourselves. I highly recommend this business. Thank you.
We had a leak in a water softener .and also our regulator wasn't working.. After having a horrible experience with a plumber pipeline was a breath of fresh air. They were so kind and were in and out so quick for the job. They were on time and made sure to send text notifications of when my appointment was. I had a stubborn yard drain that floods every time it rains. Called out Pipeline and they worked so hard on trying to clear it for me. They found all the other drains in my yard and cleared them but the one that flooded had palm tree roots blocking it. They offered to get me a quote on the price to dig it up and fix it. The drain is still an issue, but I feel they tried everything they could and they cleared all the other yard drains (I didn't even know I had). Plus, they told me what the issue was and I now have options. I feel good about this company and would recommend them to others looking for a good plumber. Thanks Pipeline for all your hard work! I discovered that my water heater had quit at 3:30 PM on a Friday. I called another plumber I had used previously but they weren't available until Saturday afternoon at the earliest.
I called Pipeline based on their Yelp reviews. They had two techs who were on their way home but they diverted them to fix my water heater. Ryan and Jon arrived promptly and had even brought a replacement water heater with them. They got the old one out and installed the new one as quickly and efficiently as they could and I had hot water again by 6 PM. Great response and great service! I would definitely recommend Pipeline!

Jay installed a washing machine hook-up and drain in our casita (where a washer/dryer had never been). His work was clean and neat and he completed the job in just a few hours. I just had Ryan and Jon come out to my house to look at our outdoor draining system that is clogged. They were able to come out within a few hours after I had called them to look at our front yard that was flooding near our house. The best plumber I've ever used.
I had a major drain leak that involved wet walls, tearing out walls, floor, including foundation, testing for lead, and restoration. Pipeline came out the same day I called, found out the mess I was in and lined up the other three companies I needed. I never had to make another phone call. Saved me I don't know how much time on the phone. The other companies they sent were also very prompt, and professional.
Can't say enough good things about Jon who did the plumbing work. He was very professional, and did the work in one day. He is a very nice person as well.

My sister recommended Pipeline Plumbing and I have been very satisfied. I've used them a few times so far. To begin with, my first encounter is always with Eric when I call. He's amazingly warm and welcoming whenever we talk on the phone. Eric can usually schedule me within in a day or two, if not that day. Ryan is a fantastic plumber. Not only does he know his stuff, but he is personable and always on time, if not early! I am happy with all the work they've done, such as resetting a leaky toilet, fixing my cousin's unhandy garbage disposal installation, replacing a toilet, and adding a water pressure regulator.
I requested a quote for a full new tankless water heater Friday morning, two hours later jay was able to come out and take a look I had a quote the following Monday and today which is Tuesday jay and Ryan were able to come out and complete the job ! This plumbing company saved our Christmas Day. We had a back up in our entire house and called several companies frantically and no one could help us or if they could wanted an absurd deposit. We came across pipeline plumbing and Ryan was so helpful and told us he would be here within 2 hours. We got text alerts of when he was on his way and once he got here her went straight to work. He was very honest, up front, no hidden fees, professional and even wore shoe covers inside the house. He cleared the issues within an hour and gave us excellent pricing with his services. I have had the pleasure of meeting Jon and I'm sorry, but I can't remember his partners name from PIpeline Plumbing and speaking to Ed on the phone. I have found my go to plumbing company. These guys are awesome, and I love the fact they communicate with you me over text when I had a question. They also keep the time window for arrival very accurate. If you need a plumber, give these guys a call, you won't regret it.
Pipeline plumbing and drain has EXCELLENT customer service. A bit pricey in my opinion for just running a snake ($225) compared to other companies that eventually got back to me but Pipeline was the first to answer the phone and come out in a reasonable amount of time. Two other companies later called me back and quoted around $85 for running the snake about 20'. The plumber was friendly and naturally tried to sell me their high pressure cleaning service which I have no doubt is excellent. He raked the wheel tracks in the rocks out so cool points for that. Overall I was pleased with the service but I have to give 4 stars for the price.
We had a plumber come out from a different company and his fix broke within 24 hours. We called pipeline early on a Sunday morning they sent Jay right out and we got it fixed with no issues. Very great service, very reasonably priced and we are very grateful.
Was refered by a post on Facebook in Temecula Talk. I emailed Eric pictures of my slab leak last Wednesday night, and was given a quote within an hour. Ryan came out Thursday morning and finished the job in a timely and efficient manner. From start to finish, they were very polite, quick, and knowledgeable of the situation. Ryan was very professional and took great pride in his work. Will be returning in the future.

I was referred to them by a friend who recently used Pipeline. I gave them a call early in the morning for a problem I was having with my water heater. I spoke with Eric and he was professional and understood exactly what I was talking about. He then proceeded to let me know who was coming to assist me and explained everything very detailed. He sent out Ryan, and he changed my water heater out fast and did a extremely clean job. I was amazed with the work he did in a timely matter. Pipeline plumbing and drain is an amazing company I would recommend them to everyone they are fair fast and give excellent service I was very happy with Jay who came and installed my brand new water heater he did it quick he kept it clean and made sure there was no leaks or any issues afterwards. This was a perfect service call. Ended up having to replace the water valves to our washer, so I called these guys. They came out, explained what was going on, why it was happening, and what needed to be done in a way that I could understand and answered all of my questions. Two guys came in, finished in about an hour, and that was it. I couldn't have asked for more. Pipepline is now my go-to if we have any plumbing issues.

I reached out via yelp when we noticed our water heater was leaking. Seeing as it was almost 15yrs old we pretty much knew it needed to be replaced vs fixed. They were able to come out next day between 12-2 I think it was. Jay ended up there closer to 11 but I was not home, he waited graciously until I arrived about 20 min later. Once I arrived he started to work straight away. He gave me my options since we had some water damage and immediately I went into panic stress mode. I think Jay took note and reassured me he would make sure I was taken care of. And true to his word we were. He left that day and would not take a tip. Fast forward about 3 weeks I called and spoke to Eric who sent Jay to come back out to move the water heater - we finally completed the water damage repair. Not only Was he early again and and out the very next day he would not accept a tip again. Thank you Jay and pipeline for your awesome customer service and team! I highly recommend.
We had a pipe burst in the garage and in the bathroom wall. I called Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists and spoke to Eric he was very nice and told me they could definitely help us. Ryan, Jay and Jon should be wearing super hero capes!! They came in and saved the day at our house. I had to excuse myself because I had to go cry I was so relieved. They all went above and beyond and worked beautifully as a team. They fixed a gigantic mess of a job that a previous plumber at a different company did the day before and I have to say that they earned my lifetime loyalty. I'm sticking a magnet on this business card and it's going on the fridge. They will forever onward have my business!! Jay, Ryan and Jon, I cannot put into words how absolutely grateful I am.
Honest, efficient and on time. You won't believe it, but the repair only cost $98. I am a senior and most companies try to rip us off, but not these guys. I recommend them without hesitation.
Eric and Jon are fantastic and most professional. I contacted Eric at the last minute for a washer pan install that I tried to do myself, 2 days before I was to have my washer and dryer delivered. To my relief, he responded to my message, answered my questions and scheduled the appointment. Jon came out, I wasn't home and let's just say there were some communication failures, not at all because of these gentlemen. Even with that, they came out two more times on their own dime to work with me and ensure I was satisfied. This is a good business and I would recommend them to anyone, simply due to their professionalism, their being accommodating was an added bonus. Thank you both very much!

If I can give them 10 stars I would. The team was awesome!!! Took care of my water tank and replaced with Tankless. The price was the best out there and also the professionalism is hands down all the way !!! Eric, Jay, Ryan and Jon took care of everything in an efficient manner. I am blessed to have found them amongst so many other plumbing companies. They have me as a customer the rest of my life and will definitely refer them to family and friends.
Had a leak in my outdoor line that was buried and out of site. Called and they fit me in that same day. Very professional and work was outstanding. Would definitely recommend them and I will use them for all my plumbing needs from here on out.

Jon was here first thing Sunday morning, Diagnosed the problem gave us options, and we ended up having a new water heater installed Within a few hours(on a Sunday!). Professional and punctual! These guys arrived quickly and got to the root of the problem with a clogged toilet (tree roots growing into the pipes). I would recommend to all and would definitely call back for any future plumbing issues.
These guys are the best. We had an emergency plumbing issue and they promptly came out to our house. We contacted several plumbers prior to pipeline plumbing and the all did not want to come out due to the time of day. Pipeline fixed our issue and got to the root cause of the problem. True professionals and a great business ethic. They will be our plumbing company in any future matters. I can not recommend them enough.
I had been dealing with a clogged drain from my upstairs sinks and for a while I have been using liquid drain products with no success, I called my home warranty company first American home warranty and they scheduled a plumber to arrive a week after from the day I called. One week later the plumber from direct connection plumbing Inc. Showed up and attempted to clear the drain but after 5 minutes he said it was impossible to clear the drain and that we would have to open up the foundation I said no then he offered to use the camera for an additional fee again I said no and at that point I said that I would get a second opinion. I found Ppds via yelp and made the call immediately I was thankful that I made the call Ryan the plumber offered to show up that same night in a Saturday but it was late so I asked when his next available time was and he offered to come on Sunday at 8 am I took the time. The next morning Ryan text me in the morning letting me know he was on his way and arrived on time, first he asked about the situation and then got to work, it took him about 10 min or so working on clearing the drain and he told me he was not giving up. Finally it was cleared and the drain was flowing and for some reason I had miss placed the clean out cap so Ryan offered to go to the hardware store and pick one up. Amazing service, above and beyond customer satisfaction and quick response for a reasonable price the best plumber ever!!! Thank you Ryan and the ppds crew.

At 7:15 am I contacted another company to come out and unclog my bathroom, they told me they would be out in 1 to 1.5 hrs. At 11:00 am, after 2 phone calls saying they were still at least an hour out, I contacted PPDS who told me that unfortunately they were booked for the day, but would make an appointment for the next day just in case the other company didn't make it and they would call me if they got an opening. At 12:15 Eric called me back and said someone could come within the hour and since I was still waiting for the other plumber, I happily accepted. At 12:45 John showed up at my door. Very professional, very quick and very clean. They respected my home and in my opinion went above and beyond the call. I will definitely (hopefully I won't have to) use PPDS if needed in the future. These guys are top notch, the best. Always responsive and willing to give great great advice and direction. I have had them out a couple of times. They are super responsive, work fast and are professional. They replaced our water heater when our crappy GE one broke for the 3rd time. Where do I start, these guys are great!! Long story short, my water heater starting leaking and had water gushing through out my whole garage! These guys were out here within the hour and had the problem fixed in about an hour and a half. Our guy, Ryan, was very friendly and professional, and took care of our problem fast and at a good price. He even cleaned out all of the water from my garage. If I know anybody the needs any plumbing work done, this would be the first place I would recommend. You will NOT be dissatisfied!!

Pipeline Plumbing was awesome from start to finish on our water heater problem. They were one of a very few companies that responded and gave me a time when they'd be here. I contacted this company to give me an estimate for a repair on a gas line inside the club house, the customer representative was really nice and address my concerns in a really nice way (this type of service you can't find it everywhere), we setup and appointment to see the damaged pipes , technician arrive to the site 10 minutes before the actual appointment (way to go!) he inspected the pipes and gave me a really good explanation of what the issue was and how he planned to solved it. He gave me the estimate right on the spot, price was fair for the amount of work that was need it. I approved the estimate and he started to work on the leak from my gas pipes. 20 min later he called me to go and check his work. The leak was completely gone.
I really like the way this company treated their customers and the quality of craftsmanship they provided.
I definitely will contact them again in case of another plumbing issue.

Fantastic service! I called in the morning and they were able to get somebody over right away. Luckily it was a relatively easy problem to fix and the technician was in and out. He even taught me something about my plumbing system I didn't know. Overall a really great experience.

Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom, which was leaking into the garage. Pipeline plumbing came out and assessed the issue, to which it was a quick and minor fix. They were professional and curteouse. Best of all, they didn't charge us anything. Great customer service if you ask me!
Requested a quote on Yelp and Eric called right away. We had two concerns, that our hot water tank may be going bad and our water regulator for the house needed to be checked. Thank you Pipeline for coming out when needed and last minute. Our outside water faucet was leaking and wouldn't shut off. I contacted pipeline and he tried to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone and no luck. Said they could come out in the morning which I was totally good with. Then like 5 mins later Eric called back and said someone could come tonight. So awesome! Ryan came out and fixed the problem. No more leaky faucet. Great customer service.

Eric from Pipeline is the man!! I would HIGHLY recommend them for plumbing/water heater repair. I called several other local area plumbers and I found Eric to be the most friendly and cordial over the phone. I'm a firefighter and had been stuck on-duty for 3 weeks when my wife called and informed me our water heater wasn't working. We tried re-igniting the pilot light to no avail! When I called Eric and told him of the problem, he seemed to already have an idea of what was wrong with it. And as it turned out, his hunch was correct. Eric was also very flexible and worked around my stubborn wife's schedule, I had to change the appointment time a few times, at no fault of Eric. (He seemed to have sympathetic understanding of my predicament). After getting my father-in-law to come to my house to give Eric at Pipeline access to my home, Eric came in and handled business like a Boss! He showed up on time in the 2-hour window he quoted. According to my father-in-law, he made the repair in a short amount of time. Eric called me on the phone when he was all done and gave me the run down of the repair. He allowed me to handle payment over the phone since my wife and I were both at work. He was even kind enough to give me a firefighter discount. I will absolutely use Pipeline Plumbing again and highly recommend him to anybody in search of a good plumber / water heater repair in the Menifee / Temecula area! Eric is the man!!
My water heater went out and I was referred to Pipeline plumbing by someone within French Valley Chat on Facebook. I left a message and was called back within 5 minutes. They did not give a sales pitch and gave me all the options of repairing the water heater or swapping it out with a new one. My water heater was 10 yrs old and the best decision was to buy a new one but it was what I wanted to do rather than a sales pitch. I am active duty military and they gave me a military discount as well, which was really appreciated. They came out the next day with my water heater and came during a time period that I was available. They asked me what time was best for me rather than giving me a huge time period when they may arrive. I found this to be very professional and respectful of my schedule. When the installer finished the job he made sure he cleaned up all the trash and debris to leave the area just as he found it. I can appreciate someone that takes pride in their job and takes care of the customer. Great local business that is here for the community!!

I am beyond pleased with the service they have provided. They gave me a free quote for a leaky faucet, told me what to order, and Jon came back and had it fixed with my new parts in about 45 minutes for a super reasonable price. I was so pleased with them I had them come back about 2 weeks later and help out with our hot water recirculating pump. Jon realized it wasn't working properly and in some areas it was taking 4 minutes to heat! He quickly fixed the problem and installed a top of the line pump which has already saved us so much wasted cold water. With a baby on the way, I was nervous about how much it would cost but again, they were super reasonable. Jon is friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. He also unclogged a drain and fixed one of our drain levers while he was here without me even asking. I will be calling him for any and all of my future plumbing needs. Thank you so much guys!
These guys are awesome! Our water heater went out on a Friday. We talked to Eric late Saturday afternoon and he said they could be over to fix it in a couple of hours. They were able to be there sooner than that. Jay showed up and did a great job replacing it for us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, took pride in his work and just an all around cool guy. Ryan came out and installed my new sink / garage plumbing. He checked that everything was working well. The work was done quickly and area left clean.
These guys are amazing! I will never use a different plumber. We were trying to diagnose a plumbing leak but couldn't turn our shut off valves off. I was afraid they were going to need to be replaced. A different local plumbing company came by first this morning, briefly looked at the valves and quoted me $975 to replace them; I wanted to cry as we are on a very tight budget after the holidays. Ryan with Pipeline Plumbing came by shortly after. I told him what the problem was, he looked at the valves and said those are not broke, they are a very good brand of valves and are just difficult to turn. He went out to his truck to get a tool, came back and first shut off the valve to our house so we could check the meter. Then turned off the valve to our irrigation, voila, the water meter stopped moving! Now we have a very good idea where to start looking for our leak. Thank you guys so much! You totally made my day. I have already shared your card on our housing development's Facebook page so all 500+ of my neighbors know to call you if they have a plumbing issue and want to work with an awesome company that isn't out to rip people off.
