Yelp recommendation.  I was lucky they were available next day.  Robert came to asses the job.  I heard a leak in the showers but I heard more drops than what I saw.  Robert did his best to avoid disturbing the tile.  he found a second leak that was very silent and he had to to break some tiles did that but I am glad it was repaired in the same day.  The cuts he made were precise that it will be easier to patch.  While he was here he also fixed a leaking flapper on the toilet.  I highly recommend Robert and Carlos.  They made sure all was working in order before he left.  We can fix the tile as it is a small thing to do.
They show on time they complete the job and the price was fair.

We wanted to update our bathroom and family room. The Pros were just that, pros!  They came out and helped me with the design by making great suggestions.  We had a budget and they helped me meet it but they didn't sacrifice the quality of their work.

Robert and his team were very responsive and prompt. A leak was discovered in our bathroom and the Pro's handled it the same day. They were very professional and all repairs were completed within just a few hours. I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing needs.

We recently got a new sink and countertop installed so we needed all our kitchen plumbing reconnected.  Robert came out this morning and was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our faucet, dishwasher, and garbage disposal connected. His quote was the actual price he charged me on the invoice. The work was done quickly and professionally. I'll definitely look to use Pro Plumbing and Drains for any future plumbing needs.

My husband and I noticed that our water bill was way higher than normal. We checked the water meter and it was completely flooded and we were nervous about the main line leak. I found The Pro's and they were able to come out the same day. Luckily they were able to fix the leak and we were good to go in about 30 minutes. Super honest and great prices. Super happy with the results from their installation. Converting a 3 valve shower into a single valve they made it look perfect. This was a same day installation. I wasn't home when they finished but they sent me pictures of the installation.  The guys have my confidence and i will use them for my future plumbing needs.  Coming from a service background myself, i can appreciate the work and the way they did the job.

I had my toilet flooding my bathroom and called The Pros!! They were able to come out the same night and clear my clogged mainline. They did a camera inspection in my sewer and found roots! They were able to dig up the problem and install double sweep clean outs. I will be Robert and Carlos with the Pros plumbing for all my plumbing needs!! Thank you guys !!

I hired these guys because I was having problems with my plumbing. They were very knowledgeable and had fair prices. These aren't your usual handymen that half a$$ a job. Robert was very professional and knew exactly what my problem was.

Robert was recommended to me by my realtor so I originally hired him to clear some drains and install new angle stops. He was so professional, personable, and accommodating that I reached out to him again for a major bathroom renovation. He and his team did an amazing job installing a new shower, double sinks, and toilet. I recently needed his help fixing a small leak in the ceiling and Robert came within a couple days to fix it. Not only does he do a great job, he's super down to earth and we'll chat it up for awhile. My wife and I refer him to all of our friends. Such a great guy and good at what he does.

I had a small pinhole leak in my ceiling. I was told the cost would be $280, that was before they saw the problem.  I opened the area to a 1'x1' opening and had The Pro's come out to fix it.  They didn't have to find it or cut away anything to get to it.  It took less than 45 minutes to fix it.  The bill remained $280.  I found the standard price for plumbers is $195 an hour. I called and asked why the high amount.  I was told that they have newer equipment that cost $4,000 that allowed them to fix it so fast and the cost needs to be passed on.  I don't believe that.  The quick fix was because they didn't have to find the leak or cut away to get to it.  It would have taken any plumber the same amount of time to fix it.  It's unfortunate because I have other plumbing I need done, but I won't be calling The Pros.

Had a broken flange and needed new toilet installed. The Pros responded rapidly with a time frame and got here sooner than estimated. Carlos was great, explained everything he was going to do before he started and confirmed with me that everything was in good working condition before he left. Thanks again.

I'd hire The Pro's Plumbing and Drains simply for their PROFESSIONALISM. Here's the short, after breaking a 15 plus  year old shower handle/ knob I attempted to replace & install the tub/shower kit (from Lowe's) but after taking off the shower plate I knew this was more than what I bargained for... so I decided to contact a professional.  From the initial contact with TPPAD to the completion of the project I can reassure you it'll be worth your time & effort. Before I continue my review, I'd like to think I'm thorough when it comes to my business search. I'd like to reassure you TPPAD are the real deal. They are a small business truly interested in helping you. When Robert (Plumber) initially responded with a follow up he did with with sincerity, my concern was real and he was eager to help... without knowing if I was going to hire him or not, Robert offered a solution to my project with some options. I didn't need a call back during these hours and our first available times are two-three days from now? At a time most convenient for them, not you! ...and that's what I love about small businesses. They are their own bosses and they care for the person taking the time to reach out to them (in this case, him). He gave me some time to visit options and I concurred with my preference. On the same day, he pulls up in his work truck ready to start the project. He was prompt & courteous! He even put on plastic footies without dragging in any dirt or debris from the outside. After an hour of work, he completed the task that I miserably failed to complete with no complaints. I delightfully have to say, the area looked way better than when I started. Oh, the best part (other than getting my project completed), actually was he offered additional information to fight/ prevent hard water concerns that potentially could plague my home going forward and can possibly help reduce any future unexpected repairs which I greatly appreciated... That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE with the emphasis on customer, in mind  I have about three more projects (reverse osmosis/ carbon filter, bathroom and kitchen renovation) so it looks like I have a plumber in waiting to handle my upcoming projects. We were hearing some water dripping behind the wall below the kid's bathroom. We also noticed some water bubbles in the tile. My husband contacted Pro's Plumbing and Drains. They came out at the time agreed upon. From the time Robert and Carlos enter my home, they were very professional, and informative on what they will be doing to assist with finding the leakage. Robert and his team came out immediately when a toilet wouldn't flush and seemed pretty clogged. They discovered they needed to get the camera and see what was happening, and came back first thing the next day. They had to take the toilet off and get in there... and they did it very cleanly and neatly. Robert was kind and comes across as a very honest guy just wanting to give his customers good value.

Did some research and read all reviews from various other plumbers. Called these guys out and they gave me a fairly decent quote/price. Had a few other estimates and they were way over. Scheduled them to have them install my whole house water filter and they came next day! They were professional, did a great job, and were super efficient, and I can tell they used quality parts for the job. I will consider using Pro's Plumbing and Drains for all my future plumbing needs given they continue to keep their prices reasonable and not outrages like some other plumbers out there. After having snaked our main line, we thought we had fixed the issue. One month later, all the plumbing was backed up. Found Robert, the owner of Pros Plumbing, through Yelp and gave him a ring at 4:55 pm on a Friday. Saturday morning he was at my house ready to work. Him and his partner Carlos worked their asses off, breaking concrete, digging, reconfiguring all the main line plumbing. He even put in a new water line.   Fast forward a few weeks and I had another issue with a little condo I own.  Called him and again the stars aligned and him and Carlos worked their magic and fixed the problem before my guests arrived. I will never call another plumber again. Their prices are lower than any competitor and their quality is superb. Thank you Robert and Carlos a million times over!!

I was lucky that I found these guys when I needed an emergency job done. Robert came out within the hour and was able to replace my refrigerator shutoff valve (I think that's what it was). Apparently this is a common issue when people replace their refrigerators. We were very eager to get our new frig and once it was delivered we found out it couldn't be replaced due to the valve being frozen and stuck. I sent out a service request thru Yelp around 6pm and Robert responded within minutes and was able to help us out right away. He went above and beyond and even helped me install my new frig and hauled away the old one! I cannot say enough about Robert's customer service and professionalism. He went to the trouble to have booties on the entire time he was in our house. That was a huge plus for us! On top of the refrigerator work We had another existing issue with our sprinkler system and Robert addressed that too AND fixed it. He was here to replace and fix that valve to replace our frig and he did so many other things on top of that and only charged a little more for the extra work. I cannot say enough about Robert and how much he helped us out. I highly recommend using these guys. We will absolutely call them again if we need any help.

Robert is our go to plumber for our plumbing needs. He is very responsive, friendly and explains everything that goes into the job. We bought an older home that requires a lot of plumbing repair. To date, we have had our main shut off valve replaced, garage drain de clogged and backyard pipe replaced.  Plumbing can certainly be a daunting problem but Robert makes it easy and we have never had any issues after the repair. Would recommend this plumbing company to all our friends.
