Great team and service.  Very professional and did great work.  I put a new water heater in and they were knowledgeable, high quality equipment, explained the job and did it really well.  Clean and efficient.  Came faster than others which was key given no hot water on a Friday. I messaged Andrew about installing a gas burner in my fireplace. He responded right away and gave me a quote immediately. He was upfront about pricing and any extra charges that may incur. I was able to schedule service the same week. He called before arrival and was easy to communicate with. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He finished the job quickly and efficiently. There were no hidden costs and we paid exactly the amount he quoted. My husband said he was such a nice guy, and good looking too. These guys are amazing professional punctual and Covid careful ! My faucet in the kitchen was leaking from the handle I had to shut the water off ! They had someone out to my house the next morning ! The plumber worked tirelessly to get the old faucet out and install a new one ! The old faucet was stuck and difficult to remove.

We called them again because the toilet had ghost flushing problem. Johnny sent Young on the same day. Young is a young and well-mannered guy. He quoted us a reasonable price to replace the fill valve and the flapper. Later he found that he did not have the right flapper in his truck so he went to the store to buy the right one. At the end he did not charge us more so that was good. He really wanted to do a good job and he kept the working area clean. We will call them if we have plumbing problems in the future.

The hot water line from our Titan Instant Hot water heater had burst and was not easy to get to under the home's crawl space.  Another plumber had diagnosed it but could not fix it.  I happened to have just received a flyer from Get It Done Plumbing and called.  They not only stated over the phone that they could fix the issue but scheduled a Plumber to come out within 2 hours.  Within 1.5 hours the problem was completely fixed by Jose Gonzales. Super clean. Super fast.  Super well done.

I am curious about all the positive reviews, but I will warn you with my experience.

I called in for a water pressure issue on our shower. The technician said he was going to try to replace the cartridge and see if that fixed it. He said it didn't and the valve was broken behind, so he had to tier down the wall to replace the entire valve. It was until after he left, that I saw the faucet was now leaking. I called back immediately and they said they warned me that the valve could break and that it was a common thing. No one warned me about breaking the valve, the issue wasn't that bad on the first place, so I would not have allowed the work in that case.

I tired to contact the owner, he was conveniently out, and I never got a call back.

This is a year-old valve. It didn't take too much Googling to find out those Moen cartridges are replaced on 20-30 year old valves carefully without breaking. That made me weary.

It turned out they installed the cartridge incorrectly breaking a gasket and leaving pieces of the old one inside. In the end, the fix turned out to be a simple cartridge replacement.

Unfortunately, and based on other similar reviews, this story seems to be common, and potentially a practice to increase the job size since this was a warranty job.

I am sure the owner will respond here with an excuse saying that this is normal, and It was my fault for not understanding how this works. Judge yourself.

Called at 2pm on 12/18 to get a plumber out to fix an issue. I was initially scheduled for the next day, but he was able to get someone out that afternoon. By 3pm, Pablo was arriving and by 3:40 he had finished the work and everything worked again.

Explained the problem well, didn't overcharge (based on a couple other quotes) and actually showed up unlike my earlier appointment with another company.

Lanco over- charges and workers dawdle while racking up big charges for next to nothing. They appear to pull the old bait-and-switch tactic. Expect a $500 bill to unclog a kitchen drain. Their front office/ customer service lady ain't no lady either. She may have anger management issues.

I dealt with Jerry on the phone and Eric came to do the work in my back yard.  They were both extremely courteous and professional. Jerry let me know exactly what I had to do in preparation for a dig to repair my sewer line. Eric was extremely helpful when it came time for a dig to start.  Jerry kept me informed about how it was going every night until it was complete and Eric let me see the pipe and asked me about all repaired before he did them. I am extremely happy and the prices are very reasonable and the work high quality. B

After the freeze several of my neighbors had to replace their Rheem Tankless water heaters, that is the first time I saw trucks for Hot Water Guys.  I decided my 8 year old Rheem Tankless Water heater needed service, so I called them.  Brian came out and he was just great, he really knew his stuff and Brian told me of the constant training that they have to attend.  I will call them again for sure.  I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a sink that was clogged and backing up. The clog was deep in the wall.  I called on a Sunday evening and a young man by the name of Richard showed up within an hour.   He was very professional and fixed  my issue quickly , and made sure there were no leaks before he left.
