We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

I wish I could give more star  I called the main number my called was answered right away I explained my hot water heater was new and in placed I needed it hooked up my husband is not a plumber but my husband insists that he could hook up the gas water heater I asked if they could send me help they sent Miguel in less than 30mins. I was trying to get it done before my husband came home from work but as my bad luck would have it my husband came home early  Miguel was very very nice he talked to my husband he explained to my husband what he was going to do and in less than 1hr HOT WATER... Came out right away and gave us a fair bid. Showed up and installed the under sink filter two days later. Quick and clean, and nice guys too!

Get it Done Plumbing got it done!!  I had a kitchen faucet that had a puntured hose.  Emilio tried to just replace the hose first as the cartridge had just been replaced because it was under warranty.  He took the time to look everywhere and indicated he would have to order it.  Instead, he gave me options.  He was able to replace the entire faucet with labor included for about $100 less than what it would have cost me just to buy the faucet.  Amazing price!  In addition, he fixed both sinks in my master for a very reasonable price.  He didnt make a mess.  He was in communication with me throughout the day.  His labor casts were so much lower than I have paid in the past...but most importantly, he was honest and I trusted him.  I will never use any other plumber!

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. These folks got back to me immediately and were able to fit me in the very next day. Aldo (the owner) and Justo came together and were both incredibly friendly and professional. Aldo goes out of his way to be conversational and personable, which really makes all the difference when you're bringing strange people into your home. I was given a very reasonable estimate up front, complete with a breakdown of the charges. They got right to work and it was all done quickly and with minimal fuss. Bonus: they put everything back exactly where they found it.

These guys are great! They came on time, fixed my issue in a  short amount of time and were profession.

Had a house backup last night and David came and got us back up and going in no time. Will definitely keep using them in the future.

We had a kitchen sink clog. These guys came out quickly.  They were very nice and professional.  We jammed it up good and poured all kinds of crap down the sink trying to loosen the clog. It only made it worse.  He had to take the drain apart.  Was here less than an hour an I was shocked how cheap it was.  Will definitely use again

these guys were really easy to work with and had very competitive pricing on what I was looking for. Install was done a few days after financing approval and the install guy did a wonderful job. I will be working with them again for any of my a/c needs

NON RESPONSIVE! My hot water heater went out.  It was under warranty and the manufacturer recommended this plumber.  I called and explained the situation and had a case number from the manufacturer.  The woman who answered, Carrie, wouldn't even set up appt without an authorization code.  She wouldn't take the serial number the manufacturer gave me, repeatedly interrupting me. I offered to get the manufacturer on the line and she said that was my issue.  RUDE.  Found out from the manufacturer that an authorization code is given to the plumber once the plumber determines the damage and the manufacturer AUTHORIZES repairs - thus, an authorization code.
The plumber came out and said the pictures the manufacturer needed he couldn't get unless he damaged the unit.  
I called the manufacturer - then called Carrie- another rude woman answered - and she said she didn't want to talk to the manufacturer - but he was on the line and said it was ok to damage the unit to get the pictures.  She said the plumber would come back out either this afternoon or the next morning.  She will call me back in 5 minutes.  I called 6 hours later and was told he would have to come out in the morning. NON RESPONSIVE.   I called at 8:30am the next morning for ETA and was told they weren't coming because they didn't  want to work on the unit even though the manufacturer authorized it.  NON COMMUNICATIVE.  Why did I have to chase them?

I called another authorized plumber, he came, got the pictures the manufacturer needed and fixed the unit.  He said the answer HOT WATER GUYs gave me was a cop out because they probably didn't have the expertise.  I could of lived with that answer.  NOT HONEST?

Thank you Joe The Plumber for having great guys on your staff like Michael H.. He was very responsive and helpful. He came out diagnosed the issue and provided a solution to resolve.  His efficiency in getting the job done allowed me enough time to attend a meeting I expected to miss.  Thanks Michael for the excellent work, craftsmanship and timeliness.

Outstanding Again!!!! The anxiety of picking a plumber can be a bit much especially during an emergency crisis. I recommend you save Nicks Plumbing phone number on your phone favorite list.  Get to know this company as they are awesome.  The professionalism, knowledge base and empathetic business practices are all outstanding.  Richard Saad, the owner and his staff's prompt attention to my home prior to Hurricane Harvey saved my house from flooding.  Again, jyst yesterday Dec29 they dispatched a plumber to my house and my neighbors to help us with plumbing issues.  Attentive, proactive in diagnosing the problems and quick to solutions....I can't thank them enough or recommend Nicks Plumbing enough.
