Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.
I would use them again and would highly recommend this group.

I'm very proud to rate Cooper Plumbing 5 stars on behalf of me as well as my tenant. It can be complicated when multiple parties are involved but Cooper Plumbing made it as easy as possible for me and my tenant to be serviced for a full-home repiping within the shortest time possible. I cannot emphasize how respectful and transparent each member at Cooper was throughout this process to me as well as my tenant. From the office scheduling, to Scott providing an initial cost for the project and length of time, and then David and his mate installing the new water lines. They completed the project within the given time frame and at the exact cost we were originally quoted. Rather than commenting on the quality of work performed (which I don't doubt is excellent), I want to stress how communicative and transparent David was during the installation with not only me, but my tenant. She is a very sharp, older lady who had nothing but praise for David and his partner during this stressful time. I was not present for more than the walk through of the installation but without asking, my tenant expressed her immense gratitude for how hard-working and respectful they were each day of the job despite. You won't find service better than this in any industry. Thank you for everything.

All I wanted was for someone to come out and replace my kitchen faucet.  So many plumbers I spoke to gave me the runaround (one company would not give me a quote, but told me that it would be $70 just to come to my house to give me a quote).  And then I sent this company a request for quote through Yelp.  They were cheaper (by $15) than my next lowest bid.  I set an appointment on a Saturday.   They called and kept me informed of their arrival time.  They were in and out in less than an hour.  Clean, thorough job with no complaints.  I'd hire them again if I needed further services.

My plumbers name was Mr. Tony and boy was he informative and kind.

He unclogged the guest bathroom toilet in just a few minutes and replaced the old toilet seat. This service was way cheaper than Mission plumbing who charged 3x the price and only unclogged the toilet.

Whenever there's a plumbing issue in my house, I always call Johnny first, he responds to me very quickly and resolves the issue with very good quality, and the price is better than others. So far, he has helped me fix the toilet, the leaking bathtub, the broken water pipe, and even take out a smoke detector in the wall! I highly recommend him to everyone!

Found these guys by accident at New years when I couldn't get anyone to come fix an urgent plumbing issue. They came that day, fixed the problem quickly without inflating the price because of the time of year and I won't use anyone else now - don't need to because they always come same day or next day whenever I call. They are always efficient and very pleasant and always return my calls promptly.

Was out of town when friend called to say small leak in bathroom.Called Freddie Baily and asked for service on Friday at 9:00. Plumber arrived ,surveyed situation and did wonderful job fixing the problem and explaining what   happened.
We have used Freddie Baily for 25 years and always very pleased with their work and their wonderful,educated men.

BEWARE!! This company is a rip off. They are very deceptive. I was given a quote for $99 Hr to find a leak in my yard. The employee-owner was the one that gave me the quote on Sept 30, 2016. I called in and requested to be set up ASAP but wanted the owner to come that had quoted me the price so that there was no change of price  or misunderstanding on the per hour quote. He showed up late and also brought a helper.
I was NOT told I would be paying $140 per hour now.
Nothing was EVER mentioned of added charger. Imaging $40 per hour for a helper??? Not a plumber. Oddly enough my leak had been fixed while I was at work by a relatives friend 36 hours before. I was unaware since I was staying with friends while my water was off.
The owner of Lanco admitted my meter wasn't turning rapidly but for the next 2 hours continuous to peruse a leak. He came into my residence and looked at the toilets and said the problem was my flapper which a contractor had just changed in May. He precedes to scrape residue from under the flapper then ask for food coloring. He dropped food coloring in my tank after the fact of scraping such debris off then saying it was a toilet flapper leak. He then moved to two other toilets and immediately drop food coloring in the tank before instead of after so the first toilet was inaccurate since he did scraping before testing to see if there was truly a leak.
He proceeds to lie to me. His helped stood around on several occasions while he (owner) spent 45 minutes looking for any other possible leaks in the home and  15 minutes in his van writing invoice from his iPad.
When I was asked to sign the bill on the iPad which I couldn't see due to the darkness of the device and the sun glaring down i asked what the charges were and he then told me the helper was $40 hour. I saw he charged me for 3 toilet flappers and questioned him. He stammered around when questioned of (3) being installed. I them asked Are you sure? He looked at his helper and you could tell he knew the truth. But reluctantly agreed while also stammering in knowing he hadn't change them all. They drive away while I went to the toilets and found only one changed while being charged for 2. I called the office and the secretary contacted them to return. This company had the nerve to try to charge me for a 1/2 hour labor $50 to fix what they didn't do. This took less than 2 minutes to do both the others, however he stalled upstairs since I wasn't watching them so he could try to justify the time. When he told me he had to charge me!???!! I asked what he was talking about. Just to end this let's just say he told me the office said he had to charge me. REALLY????
I contacted his sister (co-owner) she was extremely rude and told me she would wave the charge this time but to take my business elsewhere next time and hung up.
I was the one getting screwed over here! So I phoned her which they let go to voicemail on purpose so I left a message that I was disputing the $40 HR and putting this on every social media site. Guess what?? I get a phone call back not recognizing the voice since it didn't sound like the same rude and unprofessional person. She admitted she and her brothers (owners) were wrong on trying to rip me off as well as failing to tell me the heller was extra $40 HR. I listened to her try to back peddle just to get me to not expose this crooked company. I opted out of her wasting my time to save from making this public. NEVER ONCE DID SHE OFFER TO CREDIT ME $117 for the added charge so since I have her statement they were wrong on several things I have forwarded this to my disputed department of my MasterCard!!!!
BEWARE!!!!!!' And yes I will take her advice a surely go elsewhere in the future. By the way BBB. has them at a 2.5 out of 5 and several other poor reviews. I now will continue my reporting to other sites.

Hot Water Guys is perhaps the most professional service provider I've worked with as a homeowner, maybe ever. I am a retired professional engineer so know something about the providing of professional services. These folks nailed it.

From the first person I communicated with, to the scheduler, to the service technician who diagnose the problem, to the estimator who came out to size up the job (which was ultimately approved and finalized by their master plumber), to the team of three guys who installed the new machine, everyone was cordial, responsive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered.

They worked together in a seamless way with no wasted motion and nothing fell through the cracks. They kept me informed at every step including giving me a heads up when someone was on the way out, always at the scheduled time, when that service person arrived, and when that person left.

They never left me guessing or wondering about anything, they did the agreed work in a very professional manner, cut no corners, left things spotless, and charged me the agreed price, which I found to be a very reasonable price, especially considering all of the accumulated knowledge I benefited from by hiring then. I couldn't have asked for more.

I have dealt with many plumbing companies over the years who profess to know about tankless water heaters. Mostly they don't.

These folks are by far the most knowledgeable about the topic, the technology in general, and the manufacturers they represent in particular. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a properly designed, sized, and installed tankless water heater solution without any drama, hassle, flimflam, or other time and money wasters.

Bummed... tried helping out a non-chain business.  Was referred to these folks by a home inspector friend.  Spoke to Cecelia and then scheduled with John for a 9-11am appointment today.  No call.  No show.  Moving on to another company...
