Lance was AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

I've never called a plumbing company and unfortunately they get a bad rap, but Daniel's Plumbing proved that stereotype wrong. I was able to get someone out the next day, and I got Jeremiah -- very courteous, walked me through what will happen, educated me what was happening as I had a lot of questions, up front pricing we agreed upon before any work started, very easy to work with and just a good honest guy. I had a unique situation, but he was determined to figure it out. After some testing and digging, it was concluded it was not our side leaking, but the city. Jeremiah wanted to confirm his findings with a few colleagues as well as a Master Plumber, and all agreed on his findings; it is definitely good to get opinions of others who may have seen unique situations. I would use Daniel's Plumbing in a heart beat again and recommend them to anyone, just not to my worst enemy... LOL

Plumber came on short notice to fix a leak in my galvanized pipe. He actually replaced the pipe with pictures pipe. Now I have water in my house again and no leaks

Our recirculating pump was making a loud noise and was very hot.  I called Johnny but he said he was out of town.  We set up an appointment for the following day.  He came right on time and immediately went to work.  His first thoughts was that the pump is shot.  He said the pump is expensive and instead of offering to replace it he took the time to uninstall and troubleshoot it.  He was able to free up the impeller, cleaned it up, and now it's working just fine.  Plumbers like Johnny is very rare.  I can't say this enough but don't waste your time looking for a great plumber.  Consider calling Johnny for a fast, responsive, honest, and professional service.

Emilio is the best! I live in midtown Houston, Tx and had a hot water heater go out at our base location. He was on site by 1:00 pm and installed a new unit by 3:39 pm. Great prices, Great services! I will be back!

I contacted Loyalty Plumbing to replace garbage disposal.  Their fee was very competitive.  They were able to accomplish task same day and customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

I used this company in 2013 and am so grateful I held onto the receipt.  They are very honest and take their time to explain what is what and answer any questions until your completely satisfied.
I highly recommend them and will be using them again should I have a need.

He responded very quickly to my work request and came out the next day. He was right on time and super nice and patient while waiting to be let in since we ran a bit late. He checked my plumbing issue for me and fixed it immediately. He was super professional and overall a pleasure to work with.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has fixed same issue twice in past 2-3 years. Guess what leaking again. Instead of backing up their work  and fixing the problem the lady gave me every reason why it should be leaking. She said if it has lasted 2 years then their work was good. She refused to guarantee the work and it would just be another service call. Funniest thing of all she said they been in business for 40 years and a+ on BBB and have good reviews. Well I looked they have 1 star on reviews and they 2.5 out of 5 in BBB with complaints not addressed. She said maybe I should look elsewhere for this repair. Well guess what I did. Will never do business with them again.
By the way we are talking about a 2 foot piece of pvc and a fitting that has cost me over 500 dollars and still leaking.

Jason is awesome , he walked us through the whole process and made it easy for us to understand everything . A hard worker , dropped off a borrowed AC  and set it up while they came out later that week to install the house unit . Jason rocked .

From the start, they were great. Very accommodating: I called on a Sat AM after having been told by a few other local plumbing companies that I had to wait over 2 weeks to have someone service my tankless water heater. Brittany (sp?) was incredibly helpful and resourceful over the phone and Brian arrived at the appointed time (within 2 hours), efficiently cleaned/flushed my heater and took time to answer all of my questions. Overall very positive and professional experience. Problem solved, great experience.

I have used them twice one at home and one for business. The first visit was at my home  which went great. Good service reasonable price. The tech was awesome.

So after first experience when we had a issue with our hot water heater at work I immediately thought joe the plumber. Everything was great made call hour  later come out tech. Not same as my house, he was totally  rude and gave outrageous prices. He continued to tell me it would just cost little bit more to replace unit. The unit was just over year old. I call manufacturer and we were just out of warranty due to use in commercial setting. The went to tell me all parts that would need replaced would be no more than $50 for all. He was trying to take total advantage of me. Im a small business owner and every penny really matters. After finding out actual price i called office to discuss why such high quote and was told tech would call me back. Upon his call he was extremely rude and basically told me to call some other plumber to do the work. I was in total shock. So that's what i did I called a different plumber who got job done asap for only $185. They provided great service and great price. I hope they fix the techs attitude cause he will continue to lose them quality customers. I will not go back again.

NEVER AGAIN!  If I could give this business 0 stars, I would.  They are extremely expensive, quoted a low price over phone, then came out and charged $800 over quote...not to mention, they didn't even tell me they were proceeding with this extra work.  I would NOT recommend this company as they have deceptive business practices.
