Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.
I would use them again and would highly recommend this group.

Cooper plumbing is awesome. I've had several plumbers try to overcharge me, but Cooper is fair, has great, timely service, and their staff is so friendly! Would recommend especially in times like these in the Houston area!

Our bathtub wouldn't drain after we filled it for Hurricane Harvey. After trying a few at home remedies, we finally decided to call the plumber. With 5/5 star reviews, we thought we would give H-Town plumbers a call. Alex came out first thing the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue after hearing about what was happening. Apparently, it was due to bacteria overgrowth and not my hair that was clogging the drain (Take that, husband!). He snaked our tub and got the drain working again!!! Not only that, but he checked all the other drains in our master bathroom and snaked a sink that was flowing slowly as well - all for the same price he quoted me for the tub.

Alex was super friendly and a conscientious worker. He worked fast and kept everything clean.  He also took the time to educate me on what was causing the issue and how I can prevent further back ups. Overall, a great guy and would definitely recommend!

PS- they did not offer an incentive to leave a yelp review. Just wanted to let everyone know how great the service was!

I have found a new plumber in P&G! They responded very promptly to my request, charged a very reasonable (kinda cheap) fee, and then went above and beyond to make a couple of small, helpful fixes without charging extra. Couldn't be more satisfied.

READ READ READ!!!     Had issues with our drainage. Water would not drain from toilet or tub all of the sudden. Had issues with for a while but the water would drain over a period of time. Finally last night, it clogged up completely. Johnny came out the same day I called him. He used his camera and found a tube of calk in our line!!! Unbelievable. SJ and Rooter/Johnny did everything in his arsenal to extract that tube and unclogged my line. At such a great price and upmost professionalism.

The plumbing guys with the price book wanted $350. Get It Done plumbing got it done for $180. Quick, well done. Will use again, until they get a book (my last plumber was good until he started using a book).
Only drawback is that they are busy, and you may not get same day service, but that is a good sign.

Asked for a quote due to a water leak, got a call few mins later were at my house in 30 mins and repair done in an hour

Called at 2pm on 12/18 to get a plumber out to fix an issue. I was initially scheduled for the next day, but he was able to get someone out that afternoon. By 3pm, Pablo was arriving and by 3:40 he had finished the work and everything worked again.

Explained the problem well, didn't overcharge (based on a couple other quotes) and actually showed up unlike my earlier appointment with another company.

These guys are amazing; they really care about the client.

I have had Lanco complete a a couple of of repairs in the past and they just installed a water heater for me today. I have always found them to be professional and they get the work done quickly (e.g. I called about the water heater yesterday and they were able to get it done today). Their prices are fair, and their office staff is very knowledgeable as well. I spoke to Fran several times to set up the appointment and she was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. After working with them a few times over the course of 4 years or so, I can confidently recommend Lanco!

Very responsive.  I had an AC condenser go out during July 4th weekend.  They came out during the holiday weekend to assess the damage and fixed it the next business day.  It wasn't cheap but the company is honest and does good work.  Will use them again.

Best customer service ive ever received from a home repair man in any capacity. Sam is awesome! Would use them again and again in a heartbeat. Def. the best company in Houston to repair/replace/diagnose your water heater!!

Free quote cost $87... We had someone from the gas company come out and showed us several places where the gas line outside was leaking. Called joe the plumber the same day and they sent someone out two days later. The plumber could not find any of the leaks the gas company showed us (except one inside an appliance they can't fix, which is fine) then charged me $87 to check for gas leaks again. They did not disclose that there would be a charge before checking for leaks. Not very helpful.

Good luck getting them to show up, I had a 12-3 pm appointment window that they never bothered to show up for. I called them at 4pm and they said they were running behind but would be there. I called again and got a machine that connected me to a full voicemail box. If they had told me they couldn't do it from the beginning I would have been able to get another plumber and move on, but instead I had to pay $200 extra to get a real plumber to come out after hours.
