Lance was AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

I just can't highlight enough how professional, fast and fair the services are.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

Johnny did a great job helping us with getting our new faucet and vanity hooked up. He had to reroute the plumbing since the old one was too low and he did an amazing job. He also fixed our toilet bowl. It was sitting too high and did not seem stable. He was able to cut the pipe down and get the toilet to sit properly. Thirdly, we had a our outdoor water pipe that was leaking ( super old) and he was able to cut the old pipe and replace it and solder on a new one that works quite nicely now.

I rehired him after we moved and he has able to fix our bathroom sink that was clogging and leaking.

The price was fair, great service and great workmanship. He was able to come quickly to get it fixed as well.

They live up to their name. They were at my house within the hour. They solved the problem and offered a price that was very reasonable. Not to mention friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

I called this guy out, he was here in 45 mins to an hour. Asked him his price and told me he didn't know .....10 minutes later after he dug 2 spots, just the grass and he charged me $275.00. Very disappointed with that, I would have happily paid $200, but he felt the need to gouge me. I'll never call this company again. Another important point.....I asked him not to stand in my neighbors yard, he not only stood in his yard he dug in his yard. It was my neighbors cracked pipe. If he would have followed my instructions.....I would have only had to pay for coming out, but he thought by telling my neighbors about their cracked pipe he would be paid twice.....greed is not a good look. I'll never use this scam man again!

Called at 2pm on 12/18 to get a plumber out to fix an issue. I was initially scheduled for the next day, but he was able to get someone out that afternoon. By 3pm, Pablo was arriving and by 3:40 he had finished the work and everything worked again.

Explained the problem well, didn't overcharge (based on a couple other quotes) and actually showed up unlike my earlier appointment with another company.

I've tried them twice for some minor issues, both times they billed me for coming out after not fixing anything.

I found Trademark Home Services on Thumbtack after calling a plumber out and finding out my 40 gallon water heater was leaking and needed replacement.  Jason in the sales department contacted me the same day and sent me a quoted price to remove old water heater and replace with a new Rheem.  After taking a few days to shop around, I went with Trademark because they had the best price and parts and labor warranty.  After accepting quote and providing additional information on my old water heater, Jason let me know the removal and install was scheduled for a few days later and technicians would arrive within a 4 hour window.  The morning of, a Trademark technician arrived promptly within promised window at 9 am, after I received a heads up call from Jason, and began prepping old water heater for removal.  Shortly after, a second Trademark technician arrived, and, in the total time of 2 hours, my new heater was installed.  The technicians were both named Eric (interestingly enough) and were respectful and professional.  They pulled the tag from new water heater for me so that I could easily have information when I called to register warranty.  A few hours later, Jason called me to follow up and ensure everything went well.  I plan to recommend Trademark to friends and family as they were efficient, professional and followed up on their work.  Jason was great to work with and is truly a one-man show in their sales department.

Hot Water Guys congrats and thank you for being the only company that did what I asked without trying to lie, cheat and steal. Integrity goes a long way and you have earned yourselves a loyal customer. I called several other service providers who turned out to be complete liars, con artists or didn't bother to even call back. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend you!!!

I called tonight to request an estimate on service for an emergency plumbing issue with garbage disposal. I spoke with a female from the  Cypress emergency line. She advised me that estimates have to be scheduled and that I would need to call tomorrow for scheduling because she only handles emergencies. After giving her a better description of my concern and advising her that I wanted to take advantage of the emergency scheduling she told me I still needed to call back tomorrow. At this point I've gotten the impression that its 6:30pm on a Friday and obviously past her hours of giving assistance. I inquired on how this emergency thing works if I still needed to call after 9am the next day? I also asked how do I bandage the issue until I call back, she proceeds to ask me well how long have you already been dealing with this problem because it doesn't sound overnight? I kindly told her never mind, I'm not interested in their services. I can't give any feedback on wether their plumbers are skilled but I can say their front line intercepting potential revenue sucks!

Refusal of giving rates before job completed. No quote, which is the first red flag.
Over charged, when got comparison quotes after the fact. I should have trusted my gut instinct ad shopped around instead of going with convince.
The job was done and was done well, but I was over charged so embarrassingly high that I just cannot be satisfied with the job done.
I would suggest shopping around and never going with someone who refuses to give you a quote.
