Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.
I would use them again and would highly recommend this group.

Cooper Plumbing is incredible! They've fixed two issues for me (so far) in my house. The most recent was a mysterious leak from my bathtub that Travis found immediately! I was so impressed with his work and his determination to fix our issue. I'm so thankful that I contacted Cooper plumbing before anymore damage was done to my house.

This review is for H-Town Emergency Plumbing. Don't  confuse with another plumbing service with similar name. The H-Town Emergency team were great at communicating and explaining issues and options and made every effort to repair my plumbing quickly, efficiently, and with the least amount of cost. Service was excellent!
I will definitely use them again.

I contacted Johnny to fix the pull-plunger mechanism under our bathroom sink and he called me back within 10 minutes. He was available to come that afternoon and even arrived early. Once he saw how easy it would be to fix he said that there would be no charge. I insisted that he take something, at least a tip and he said just keep me in mind for next time. I am so impressed I feel like service like this is unheard of these days. Before I called Johnny I called Dempster plumbing twice (who we have used in the past) and they never even got back to me! Johnny is our new go to plumber and I hope you give him a try too.

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. These folks got back to me immediately and were able to fit me in the very next day. Aldo (the owner) and Justo came together and were both incredibly friendly and professional. Aldo goes out of his way to be conversational and personable, which really makes all the difference when you're bringing strange people into your home. I was given a very reasonable estimate up front, complete with a breakdown of the charges. They got right to work and it was all done quickly and with minimal fuss. Bonus: they put everything back exactly where they found it.

TL;DR - great work, great people, great prices.

David is a rockstar! Courteous, prompt, and great value for his service...what more could you want? He replaced my toilet in less than an hour and kept me informed through the whole process. I didn't have to do a thing. Don't let the low number of reviews distract you. David is a veteran and master plumber that has worked for years and only recently started using Yelp for his own business.

Have used LANCO plumbing for years.  Would recommend.  The service is good, not as good as when the father was still working he was more a people person.  Still a good company..

Poor customer service. I'm quite disappointed as I have used Trademark several times in the past with no issues, however, when I most recently contacted the company to schedule a routine maintenance the individual who spoke to me was extremely rude and dismissive. He seemed severely uninterested in coming out to check out my system due to it being too late in the year for a maintenance and he had several other customers whom had appointment as far as two weeks out. When asked what service they would come out for, as I was willing to pay this fee, he seemed frustrated when asked to details of the service that would be provided again emphasizing how busy he is. I will be taking my business to someone who is not bothered by coming out for a paid service.

Hot Water Guys congrats and thank you for being the only company that did what I asked without trying to lie, cheat and steal. Integrity goes a long way and you have earned yourselves a loyal customer. I called several other service providers who turned out to be complete liars, con artists or didn't bother to even call back. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend you!!!

Horrible price gouging. We left a message and sent an email to be on their waitlist after the freeze. The day the plumber was supposed to come, of course, he was hours late. Then once he arrived he tried for maybe a half hour to order the parts he determined were needed to fix our tankless water heater, then told me I should try to order the parts. I asked for a quote for them to fix it and he said he'd get back to me the next day. Never heard from him, so I called and spoke with a lady who said shed call me right back. Guess what, she never did. Two days later I called and asked for her, and she said oh he never gave me the quote, hold on. Only a couple minutes later she magically found the quote. $4,500! I asked her for a breakdown of parts, labor, etc, and this is what I got via email a few minutes later. No model numbers or anything. I asked more questions and learned the water heater they were going to install retails for $1399, so they were going to charge me $3100 to install it!!

I ended up buying a water heater on my own and had another plumber install to for $250.

Take your business elsewhere.

What a waste of our time & money. We have a Rheem gas water heater and the pilot had gone out three times in a month but relite without a problem each time. Nick's Plumbing came up on my search for a plumber that serviced Rheem's and I scheduled for them to come out and give us a diagnosis. The water heater is still under the parts warranty with the manufacturer. First, they canceled my appointment, as they had the wrong phone number associated with the appointment. The guy who did come out didn't even have a screw driver on his person. My husband had taken the screen off of the front of the unit. He noted that the pilot was lite, which was obvious. He did no type of diagnosis, but told us it was the pilot assembly or the thermostat. I called Rheem to let them know and they asked if he'd checked the gas pressure and the vent.  He checked the vent on the roof, visually from at least 10 feet away, but not the gas pressure. I called Nick's Plumbing back to complain the same day (a Saturday) and that I wanted it done properly. Did not receive a call back on Monday so I called again on Tuesday afternoon. Was told a manager would call me, didn't happen. They called this am to say they were sending someone out but there would be an additional charge for the diagnosis and if they did the work they'd take off the prior service charge. I said I'd already paid for a service charge and nothing was done so why was I paying again. I was told I'd been charged for a service call not diagnostics. We still don't know why it goes out, but Nick's will never get any money from our family again.
