Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.
I would use them again and would highly recommend this group.

I called and spoke with Jeremiah yesterday. I told him I needed a plumber to check out a floor leak in my bathroom. He said he'd come by in the afternoon.

He didn't show up, didn't call, didn't text. I sent him another text last night asking what happened, and no response.

Business must be pretty good to blow off a paying customer. What a tremendous lack of professionalism to just blow me off like that, with no explanation whatsoever!

Take a pass on this company. If you really need someone to show up, there's a good chance they won't.

Came at the appointed time and gave me a fair and honest quote. The the had on a mask and booties to keep my floor clean....the work only took a couple of hours and he even check my water heater while he was here...

Couldn't recommend P&G highly enough! I called on a Sunday, and Efram (sp?) was able to come out first thing Monday morning to take care of a leaky toilet at my rental property. Very communicative, timely, polite, and excellent pricing. Don't hesitate for a second to use P&G for your plumbing needs!

if you want honest, then don't look any further. This is where you want to be. I highly recommend this business and will definitely stick with them in the future!  It is so rare these days to find somebody who is not wanting to pad, nickel and dime or gouge. I picked this business because of the ratings on yelp. i'm glad I took the time to go over the reviews.

I appreciate your guy Jose showing up an hour late for his appt, not bothering to call to say he was running late, wasting our time essentially. We were charged $120 for literally 10 minutes worth of work to unclog our upstairs bathroom with a snake is utterly absurd. I would understand if it was considered an emergency visit, charging extra but this appt was set up days in advance. Will definitely be shopping around for other plumbers in the future

Called at 2pm on 12/18 to get a plumber out to fix an issue. I was initially scheduled for the next day, but he was able to get someone out that afternoon. By 3pm, Pablo was arriving and by 3:40 he had finished the work and everything worked again.

Explained the problem well, didn't overcharge (based on a couple other quotes) and actually showed up unlike my earlier appointment with another company.

I found Trademark Home Services on Thumbtack after calling a plumber out and finding out my 40 gallon water heater was leaking and needed replacement.  Jason in the sales department contacted me the same day and sent me a quoted price to remove old water heater and replace with a new Rheem.  After taking a few days to shop around, I went with Trademark because they had the best price and parts and labor warranty.  After accepting quote and providing additional information on my old water heater, Jason let me know the removal and install was scheduled for a few days later and technicians would arrive within a 4 hour window.  The morning of, a Trademark technician arrived promptly within promised window at 9 am, after I received a heads up call from Jason, and began prepping old water heater for removal.  Shortly after, a second Trademark technician arrived, and, in the total time of 2 hours, my new heater was installed.  The technicians were both named Eric (interestingly enough) and were respectful and professional.  They pulled the tag from new water heater for me so that I could easily have information when I called to register warranty.  A few hours later, Jason called me to follow up and ensure everything went well.  I plan to recommend Trademark to friends and family as they were efficient, professional and followed up on their work.  Jason was great to work with and is truly a one-man show in their sales department.

Best customer service ive ever received from a home repair man in any capacity. Sam is awesome! Would use them again and again in a heartbeat. Def. the best company in Houston to repair/replace/diagnose your water heater!!

The driver in vehicle #10 nearly caused a huge accident today.  When I called to report it, the guy that answered the phone with an attitude so I have a feeling it was him.  He said that he was the supervisor and asked me what I wanted.  After explaining what happened he still had an attitude so I told him that I will handle this a different way.  His comment to me was what are you going to do, call the police?  He said it's not like they are going to write a ticket for cutting someone off.  REALLY?  I will never ever do business with this company.  If this is how the 'supervisor' handles business, I would hate to see how they would handle a plumbing issue.

Had an appointment scheduled between 8a-9a this morning (First Call).  At 9:25a I called to find out when the tech would be here and they said that they would call me back.  They never did.  I called back at 10:00a and they said that the tech would be available in 45 minutes, maybe.
