Great business to work with.  Lance is highly professional and quickly identified the issues and resolved them.

We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

I just can't highlight enough how professional, fast and fair the services are.

Andrew was super responsive to my quote request on Yelp as well as being very professional and easy to communicate with. Unlike other companies, he offered a quote up-front. He was also able to schedule a same-day visit for me.

He gave me a reasonable price quote for snaking a sink drain ($210).

The tech arrived on time and worked quickly and effectively. He also ended up adjusting our pipes (there were multiple loops, leading to a higher likelihood of frequent clogs) for a reasonable price.

Will definitely work with this company in the future.

I had several plumbing companies come out for estimates and this company beat all of them by quite a lot.  They were running a little behind, which is understandable because you never know if a job has more problems than anticipated.   They let me know they were behind and when they were on their way.  The plumber who came out, I think his name was Eddie, was very nice and did a fantastic job.  There were more problems than anticipated and he took care of all of them.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing related services.

My review is long overdue! Honestly forgot to write but this plumbing service is by far the best and affordable.

My shower head was not shooting any hot water so the valve needs to be replaced. The plumber that came was polite, helpful and very patient. I had to get the water shut off but no one was in the leasing office! The  plumber attempted to fix it with the water on but was unsuccessful. I hate to waste a trip. Luckily for me, I finally got the office to turn off the water.

Two plumbers were able to fix the problem and it did not take that long at all. They even went to the nearest home depot to buy the part with no additional charge.

I wad quoted a certain amount and was completely satisfied with the ending cost. If anyone ask or looking for an plumbing service this is the place I will definitely recommend.

Good service, they responded on a Saturday in about an hour to hour and a half after first contact.  Were able to diagnose a problem quickly, were reasonable on price, and did good work.  I had the main water line leading into my house crack at the valve.  They installed new Ball valve and PVC pipe.

I have had Lanco complete a a couple of of repairs in the past and they just installed a water heater for me today. I have always found them to be professional and they get the work done quickly (e.g. I called about the water heater yesterday and they were able to get it done today). Their prices are fair, and their office staff is very knowledgeable as well. I spoke to Fran several times to set up the appointment and she was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. After working with them a few times over the course of 4 years or so, I can confidently recommend Lanco!

They were recommended by another plumber regarding the installation of a tankless water heater. The crew did a good job installing my tankless water heater, removed the old water heater, and provided a good explanation afterwards.  

Sam S. was very professional and courteous.  I use them to do the annual maintenance of my tankless water heater.

To date my experience with them has been good.

Had 2 problems, water heater went out and a leak from a 2nd floor bath. David was sent out, he seemed highly competent at his job, and had a professional demeanor and attitude. He was able to replace my water heater and identify the leak (a previous plumber couldn't find). Not only was he able to fix our leak he repaired some shoddy work on our bathtub hardware and sealed up everything better than I had hoped.

Above my expectations,  highly recommend!

Out of 5 quotes, this company quoted the most for the same exact job. Their price was over $6K more than what 3 of the other plumbers quoted. Make sure you shop around first.
