Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

Jim came with his excavator John and my work was done within a week, professionally and my lawn was put back better than before it was dug up.  Everyone that came was very nice to work with and corrected within 3 hours.  I would highly recommend them to do any work.

I won't ever tackle an electrical project at home.  It scares me.  But plumbing?  It's just tightening a nut or replacing a washer.  Not a problem.  My quick repair of a leaky bathroom faucet turned into a replastering of my den ceiling.  Now plumbing too is off-limits.  So when both shower faucets started leaking at the same time, I called Scott Plumbing.  

The past few plumbers we used were either non-responsive, too far out of the area, or just plain weird (Your whippet is very fat...thank you Cesar Milan.).  So I called Scott Plumbing in nearby Flourtown and they stopped by the next day, fixed the problem in an hour, and didn't overcharge us.  That, in my mind, is five star service.  Plus, he was nice and knew everything about the plumbing in our style house.   He told me that the washers were the originals from when the house was built in 1955.  I said that that was interesting, but do you think my whippet is fat?  He left posthaste.

Ran a gas line and water line across the house for me. Professional, organized, quick, and fair priced.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

They came out to look at a backed up storm drain. Snaked it with the camera and were able to identify the block. When the technician couldn't find the other end of the line, he called in the engineer who came the following day. Engineer was very honest about proposing a DIY solution which I really admired. Furthermore, the fee I paid the previous day would apply toward any additional work I did with them for the next year. I don't think they're the cheapest, but found them to be honest, organized, well equipped and transparent.

Joseph's is amazing. This is the second time we've used their services and they are extremely fast, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our hot water heater broke yesterday and I called Joseph's at 8:15pm expecting to leave a message and have someone call me back today. But he picked up, listened to our issue and had his team here this morning bc it was important that our hot water was working. They are our go-to plumber and I couldn't recommend them enough.

We've had a problem with roots in our sewer line. We had one person come out and they didn't fix it completely--they weren't able to find a drain outside to get at the roots that way--and it started backing up again.

This plumber fixed it right. He also was on time and friendly. Price quoted on the phone was what they charged, and it was in line with other quotes that we received.

This company was very professional and on time. Very friendly and also pet friendly as well. Walked us through the problem and gave great feedback. Very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend using this service!!

Rich came out promptly at our prearranged time and within 15 minutes fixed a serious clog that two prior plumbers could not fix, one whom was reputable and recommended me going through my homeowners for a broken pipe. He saved me thousands of dollars and his fee was reasonable considering he had to go on my roof!

I have had absolutely the worst experience with this company. I hired them to do 3 small jobs in my house. They came, completed them, and then massively overcharged me.  They also put a horribly ugly faucet in my bathroom as a replacement without first OKing with me. I went back and forth with the owner, Brian, about getting reimbursed for the overcharge and having the faucet replaced, and finally got him to agree to it.  My husband and I later realized that whatever they did to our kitchen sink caused us to not have any hot water. The owners brother came with the original plumber, and claimed that it was not from what they did, and told us we needed a new faucet. They also came with a check for the money I was owed, but it was made out to the wrong name. Since they left, my husband again spoke to Brian who assured us that he would come take a look himself. We have now tried reaching him and the company for over a week, their office phone goes right to voicemail, and no one is calling back. Our handyman was about to fix our sink in less than an hour without replacing the faucet. This company is horrible to work with, does not communicate, and the plumbers they hire are inept. I would NEVER work with them again.

I have used Kniese's throughout the years. I live several minutes from their store. You walk in, are greeted with a smile and a knowledgeable salesperson helps you right away. Their prices are very fair and they know what they are talking about. Very nice place to do business and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I have not used their service at my home yet but after reading all the great reviews that they have received I certainly would not hesitate to do so.

I contacted Zoom Drain for an emergent plumbing issue thru thumbtack and read that they offered a $0 on-site estimate. Not only was my issue not fixed/diagnosed but we paid $140 for the service call.

I had a good experience with Best Choice Plumbing. I was very satisfied with the service. Jackie from customer service was amazing, she attended to me quickly and made sure my needs were attended ontime and made sure I was satisfied. The quote was reasonable. Vincent was who quoted my job. Rooters tried to quote me at double the pricing Best Choice Plumbing did. The crew came on time. Operated a good pace. Did exactly what they were suppose to. The only thing I didn't like was what was stated on the agreement: If you decide not to replace the lead galvanized line we will make every effort to secure the line during the excavation and replace the dirt after the repairs are made. However if the water service pipes leak, it is your responsibility for the cost of replacing the line.
