Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

Jim and his team worked quickly and with expert knowledge to replace the sewer line in a home we recently bought. Jim made himself available to answer any and all questions before, during and even well after the great job he did. They cleaned up well, put grass seed down and when heavy rains caused the ground to settle more than we all anticipated, he made sure come back and add more soil and reseed.

Jim stands behind his work 100%, his prices are more than fair, and he is attentive and quick to respond to calls.  We're  so glad to have found such a knowledgeable and helpful plumber!

I won't ever tackle an electrical project at home.  It scares me.  But plumbing?  It's just tightening a nut or replacing a washer.  Not a problem.  My quick repair of a leaky bathroom faucet turned into a replastering of my den ceiling.  Now plumbing too is off-limits.  So when both shower faucets started leaking at the same time, I called Scott Plumbing.  

The past few plumbers we used were either non-responsive, too far out of the area, or just plain weird (Your whippet is very fat...thank you Cesar Milan.).  So I called Scott Plumbing in nearby Flourtown and they stopped by the next day, fixed the problem in an hour, and didn't overcharge us.  That, in my mind, is five star service.  Plus, he was nice and knew everything about the plumbing in our style house.   He told me that the washers were the originals from when the house was built in 1955.  I said that that was interesting, but do you think my whippet is fat?  He left posthaste.

Left messaged and received a call back very quickly. Very professional. Prompt service. Fair pricing. Excellent efficient work.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

I have a clogged toilet, called a plumber who couldn't fix it so he recommended zoom drain. The technicians came with masks and shoe covers, were polite, cleaned up themselves, and fixed the clog in an hour. I am very happy with their technicians, took one star off because (1) it's quite expensive, more than $400 for a clogged toilet, (2) they wouldn't give me a price estimate beforehand, saying that they must inspect the situation fist, but turned out their prices are fixed charge, so why not provide that information on the phone? (3) they rescheduled my appointment so I waited for four days.

Joseph's is amazing. This is the second time we've used their services and they are extremely fast, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our hot water heater broke yesterday and I called Joseph's at 8:15pm expecting to leave a message and have someone call me back today. But he picked up, listened to our issue and had his team here this morning bc it was important that our hot water was working. They are our go-to plumber and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Dave & Charles are both extremely knowledgable and went the extra distance to completely resolve my plumbing issues on their 1st visit & answered any plumbing related questions. They were very professional, courteous, and understanding of my special circumstances as a handicapped person. They are honest & their work was reasonably priced. They are both logical & perfectionists & they explained everything completely to me so i had complete confidence and trust in their plumbing abilities. Their work area is clean & were very careful in my home. They both have great personalities & treated me with dignity & respect. They are both serious about their work as master plumbers, but their occasional jokes were greatly appreciated. i give them my highest recommendation & i thank them both so much for helping me to get through this anxious situation. Nice guy. Friendly, approachable. Followed COVID-19 protocol, but no call back. NOTHING!

If someone doesn't want to perform work, that's fine. I completely understand that sometimes that happens with contractors. Sometimes you don't have the personnel or the time to take on certain projects. No issue there.

However, to leave a family hanging is not very professional. This was an emergency in our eyes and we clearly communicated that.

Rich came out promptly at our prearranged time and within 15 minutes fixed a serious clog that two prior plumbers could not fix, one whom was reputable and recommended me going through my homeowners for a broken pipe. He saved me thousands of dollars and his fee was reasonable considering he had to go on my roof!

Krzyzanowski Plumbing is the best!  They worked with our schedule, quickly evaluated the job and gave us a fair quote.  Then they came out and promptly completed the job professionally and cleanly without any surprises.  A very positive experience that we could not have hoped to go more smoothly.  Thanks!

Sunday morning went to put a load of clothes in washer. Heard dripping sound. Looked up to see pipe leaking fast!! Who to call on Sunday?? Went online and read reviews of 24 hr plumbers and Turner Bros got 5 stars. Okay I call. Spoke with Brian who at first said they could come Monday or Tuesday. I asked what could I do until then. He must have heard in my voice how distraught I was and the son came out as I have 2 adult sons and I know what they would do. He asked where I lived and said he would see. He called back and said his bro would be out. In about 40 mins Michael came, looked at the pipes gave me a price which to me was not bad. I also met his brothet Brian who came out to look too. These guys are so nice and they are not out to get you. We mentioned another problem we had with our bath tub. They looked and fixed that too!! I love these guys. They are the best!!! Call them!! These 2 guys were raised the right way. They remind me of my two grown sons!! Good Guys!! They know their stuff too!! Thank you Brian and Michael!!

Excellent service and staff.  Repair team arrived on time, we're extremely courteous and did a fantastic job, including clean-up after the job.  As a result they are now my go-to company for all plumbing issues.

Wow - first time using them and couldn't be happier. I had an urgent water backup in the basement at my rental property in South Philadelphia. They came out same day, called me in advance of arrival and texted me a picture of the technician. He was beyond courteous and professional, and I absolutely felt as though he was genuine in his approach. They fixed the problem with the cheaper of the two solutions. I would (and hopefully won't have to) call them again!

Very thorough and dedicated to getting the job done right. We couldn't find a shut off valve and Jim R went above and beyond to try and locate it. We were unable to as the shut off was in the basement which we did not have access to at the time. I work for a property management company and we have used Best Choice for years and we will continue to do so for years to come.
