Established in 2015.
Loyalty Plumbing was established by cousins Aldo and Oscar Gonzalez in Cypress, TX in 2015. The company started out with just two employees, one pickup truck and a home garage for a shop. Now, Loyalty Plumbing is a proud employer of 10 technicians, 5 trucks and have a plumbing shop located in Cypress, TX. We service residential repair as well as home remodeling and light commercial new construction. Our family owned business is happy to serve all of Houston and surrounding areas, and we strive to give back to our community!

On the recommendation of my nephew, I called Loyalty Plumbing to replace all the plumbing fixtures in my kitchen (a disposal and new faucet) and my two bathrooms. They gave me three estimates -- low cost, medium and high. I elected the medium cost -- but it turned out that the style I wanted only came in the highest priced items. Since they had already given me a quote on the medium, they gave me the excellent fixtures for that price. I expected to have my house torn up for days, but the two installers, Junior and Juan, came in and got to work and never stopped. They politely answered all my questions. When they finished, they had everything cleaner than when they arrived. And my bathrooms just look like brand new. I love the work they did! Their prices are reasonable, their service is outstanding -- they get 10 stars from me!
We hired them to build a brand new sprinkler system in my back yard. They are very honest with their quote , and no hidden fee finally. Quick and reliable job. Highly recommend
I called Loyalty and explained that I had water overflowing from the drip pan under my hot water heater. They immediately scheduled me for an estimate the next day. (called Thursday, they came Friday.) Juan and his crew arrived on timed within 10 minutes told me that the hot water heater had an Internal crack and needed to be replaced. They quoted me a total of $2200.00 to replace my 40 gallon gas water heater in the attic. They had one in their truck, so the install took a couple of hours. That's it! Simple, efficient, good quality work, and a very competative price. Thanks to Juan and his crew--I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their service. SCAM ALERT!! $400+ for a cartridge that costs $60 at home depot. was quoted $175 (for service fee) + part costs.

I just had these folks out to install a Pentair filtration system. Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person from getting an estimate through installation was very courteous and professional. The installation was timely and very well done. Aldo showed up to look at the property and took the time to describe in detail exactly what they would be doing for the install. The other company that came out just looked and quoted a price but didn't bother to go over what to expect.
Happy with the install and the service.
I had a plumbing issue that came up on Thanksgiving Day. I called Loyalty Plumbing and they contacted me Friday morning with two available time frames. I chose the 9-11am. They called at 8:30am to say that they would be on the way. I was very pleased with the courtesy call and the fact that they were so prompt. Junior and William were the two technicians that fixed my plumping issues. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, hardworking, and kind. If you have any plumbing needs don't hesitate to call Loyalty Plumbing. Great value and great technicians.
I called this guy out, he was here in 45 mins to an hour. Asked him his price and told me he didn't know .....10 minutes later after he dug 2 spots, just the grass and he charged me $275.00. Very disappointed with that, I would have happily paid $200, but he felt the need to gouge me. I'll never call this company again. Another important point.....I asked him not to stand in my neighbors yard, he not only stood in his yard he dug in his yard. It was my neighbors cracked pipe. If he would have followed my instructions.....I would have only had to pay for coming out, but he thought by telling my neighbors about their cracked pipe he would be paid twice.....greed is not a good look. I'll never use this scam man again!

Aldo was next door doing an estimate. i asked him to come and look at the work we needed. he estimated it and i ok'd the estimate. next morning, i got a call from Dracy, who did an outstanding job on our work. he was professional, knew his work quite well, fast, and cleaned up very nicely. after he was finished, he and i checked everything together. very happy.
they will be our plumbers of choice.

They were very fair with their pricing made appropriate recommendations that were even less than the option I was considering. I am curious about all the positive reviews, but I will warn you with my experience.
I called in for a water pressure issue on our shower. The technician said he was going to try to replace the cartridge and see if that fixed it. He said it didn't and the valve was broken behind, so he had to tier down the wall to replace the entire valve. It was until after he left, that I saw the faucet was now leaking. I called back immediately and they said they warned me that the valve could break and that it was a common thing. No one warned me about breaking the valve, the issue wasn't that bad on the first place, so I would not have allowed the work in that case.
I tired to contact the owner, he was conveniently out, and I never got a call back.
This is a year-old valve. It didn't take too much Googling to find out those Moen cartridges are replaced on 20-30 year old valves carefully without breaking. That made me weary.
It turned out they installed the cartridge incorrectly breaking a gasket and leaving pieces of the old one inside. In the end, the fix turned out to be a simple cartridge replacement.
Unfortunately, and based on other similar reviews, this story seems to be common, and potentially a practice to increase the job size since this was a warranty job.
I am sure the owner will respond here with an excuse saying that this is normal, and It was my fault for not understanding how this works. Judge yourself.

Scam call this company out for a water leak. The owner told me he has parts to do the job of course the technician gets here and he says he doesn't have the parts to do the job. I had the parts he continues to make up excuses why the job couldn't get done at that time. The technician lies and tells me I have the wrong cartridge another lie. They just want the 175 for service call and move on technician wasn't even here a good 20 minutes to find out why it was leaking. Avoid these crooks!!!

Quick response time. They did charge me a lot to fix a simple mishap, but all around good service.
We have used them three times for services pertaining to plumbing in our house! They are honestly the best. We have never had any issues with them, they are also reasonably priced, quick and most importantly know what they are doing. Justin did a replacement for out kitchen sink faucet and it looks great/works even better than before. Call them!!!!
Asked for a quote due to a water leak, got a call few mins later were at my house in 30 mins and repair done in an hour

Called Loyalty plumbing after seeing they have a 4.5 star rating on Yelp. They said it will be $75 for the service call. I had a leak in the garage from the Pex pipe connecting to the top of the manifold. The leak is on the connector, therefore the 1 threaded Pex connector to the manifold had to be replaced. When Antonio and Bradley came out they spent 10 to 15 minutes, didn't fixed anything (did not have the part) and charged $125. The video on their website has the owner saying they're honest people and they don't overcharge. The next working day, I got a call from Oscar Gonzalez with the estimate for a new 1 threaded connector. $650. He said I won't get a better price. They will replace both connectors (hot and cold) for $650. I asked how much for the one that's broken, he said $625. I priced the connector online for $12. The installation will be screwing on the connector to the manifold and then crimping the existing Pex pipe to the connector. Over $600 labor for a 5 minute job. I got other quotes for $350 and $300. Stay away from these criminals. Not good people.
Oscar and his coworker do a great job replacing our water softener and installing a new whole house water purification system. He took the time to assess the problem, then listened to our ideas and then shared his unbiased opinion and options on moving forward.
Oscar consulted with us to understand where we wanted the new equipment installed and then explained how he could set up the new system to meet our needs and to best access the valves and equipment for long-term maintenance.
I'll be calling Loyalty Plumbing next time we need help.
Our new purification system now provides Bobby Boucher (The Waterboy, 1998) quality H2O.
The whole house filter takes out chlorine and sediment, the water softener removes the scale-causing calcium and minerals, and the ultra violet light tube kills any pathogens or living bacteria.
The water in our toilet is now cleaner than what most people drink from the tap every day.
My shower was dripping water. Loyalty Plumbing diagnosed the problem - they first replaced seals and when that didn't fix it, they diagnosed it as a worn out shower valve. They returned the next day and fixed it promptly. Its been working well so far.
I wish they retained receipt for the valve so that the homeowner can file for warranty coverage. This is the only downside - would take off half star for this. But other than that, good work!
Hired Loyaty based on reviews. Had tried 2 other popular companies only to get wild wait times and broken promises. Loyalty showed up on time and with proper manpower to diagnose issue ( tree roots). Had to dig under foundation, but put everything back neatly. Extensive repipe necessary and rightly expensive but I had complete trust in them.

Loyalty Plumbing came to our to fix a huge cracked line. They came into our home and took a camera to look for the problem. The company was on time, each of them were efficient, they explained what the problem was amd how to fix it, and they were affordable. Each time I called , they were here to help in a matter of hours. They came to help and understood a family of five. Thank you Loyalty Plumbing.
We called Loyalty Plumbing to come out and pump our septic tank. They were able to come the next day, and their prices were reasonable at 45 cents/gallon. Very friendly and professional.
Aldo and his crew came to fix my burst water heater pipes. Very professional transaction starting from contacting me after hours in the evening the pipe broke to the final completion of work.
Excellent communication on phone calls as well as texts. Prices seem were fair for the amount of parts, labour and turnaround time. Definitely my preferred plumbing company for upcoming work.
Amazing response time and great staff. Friendly, affordable and knowledgeable.

They would rather sell you a water heater than try to fix one. Tried to say it would take a control valve for $500.00 plus a burner for another $375.00. Sell a new heater for $1475.00. I told them to try a new control valve. (replaced one 5 years ago). They installed part of valve without draining tank. It did not work. Said I needed burner. Bradford White rep said needing new burner was rare. He said probably need pilot. Talked to owner and he agreed to send out men to install control valve correctly. Amazing how that worked. HOT water!

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. These folks got back to me immediately and were able to fit me in the very next day. Aldo (the owner) and Justo came together and were both incredibly friendly and professional. Aldo goes out of his way to be conversational and personable, which really makes all the difference when you're bringing strange people into your home. I was given a very reasonable estimate up front, complete with a breakdown of the charges. They got right to work and it was all done quickly and with minimal fuss. Bonus: they put everything back exactly where they found it.
TL;DR - great work, great people, great prices.
Here is the job that Justin and Chris do at my house today, they can't fix it and they left job like this ( look in the picture ), and I have to pay $185 for incomplete job, and Justin also assuming the leaking that because of shower valve is broken and that cost $725, they said they have to tear the wall to fix that, but I said let me think about that and I'll call back. After they left with $185 charged, I took out the cartridge and clean a little bit and put it back it work no more leaking. Thank goodness if I made decisions to fix the valve that mean I have to pay for shitty job again.
I called this place because of a non-responding water valve that needed replacement. Someone was out in less than 15 minutes and replaced the valve so i didnt have to shut water off to the entire home. There service was professional and smooth - the repair was a permanent fix.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
My warranty company called these guys to snake a drain that was backed up. The owner of the company sends a report to my warranty company different to that which was left for me. His technician left my house saying the job was fixed and told his boss and my warranty company something completely different.
I called them to come back, they show up and refused to do the job. Never heard of a company who sends a plumber out to fix a pipe and refuses to do a job which I paid for. Also these guys only schedule between 9-11am for warranty companies. Makes it impossible for some ppl to schedule around work. They arent flexible at all. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs!

I had the pleasure of using this company today. Originally, I was going to use a company via my home warranty with American Home Shield. Because that company had such a low rating, I cancelled it and contacted Loyalty. They called me when they were on the way and were on time. They charge a 45.00 trip charge which they apply to your repair bill. They did the repair with 30-45 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well. The repairman advised me that he thought they were contracted to our home warranty, but upon checking, they were not. Irregardless, We will use them again.great experience!

We recently bought a rental home in Conroe. Unbeknownst to us, both water heaters needed replacing and thankfully we bought a home warranty which helped tremendously. Loyalty plumbing came out ASAP to check the water heaters and replaced the first one the next day. The second one still needed to be ok'd by home insurance and they sent a different company to check it. This guy wanted us to build platforms with bolts in the attic . It was an added expense that didn't need to happen whatsoever. We recalled Loyalty and they brought the second water heater the next day no problem. Our renters were happy and we are happy. They are super quick !
After I spent 180 for flush they wouldn't honor any type of warranty when same problem occurred less than 2 weeks later. When I called back they wanted another 220 to check it out with camera this time and the guy had a horrible attitude, he didn't seem to grasp the concept of customer service. Maybe he was unhappy he had to cook the turkey or something this year... who knows. Anyway I took my business to Roto and was very satisfied.
Great Great GREAT! Came in, fixed our problem in WAY less than expected time and the price was amazing. Super nice and polite. Even gave us a referral to a handyman who could fix a different (non-plumbing) issue. Oscar & Justin are the best in the business.

Buyer beware -- these guys will try to rip you off. They sent a subcontractor out to my house and tried to charge me more than double of what the price should have been. How do I know this??? Because my friend is a plumber out of town and he told me. I'm not sure where they got all their good reviews -- they must have a lot of friends and family they do work for. Stay clear of this company!

Good service, they responded on a Saturday in about an hour to hour and a half after first contact. Were able to diagnose a problem quickly, were reasonable on price, and did good work. I had the main water line leading into my house crack at the valve. They installed new Ball valve and PVC pipe.
These guys charge outrageous prices. They quoted me $10,000 to run a new gas line to my pool heater. Got it done for $1,800. I wouldn't waste your time even getting a quote from them.
Highly recommend this company. We had a gas leak and they worked closely with our home warranty company to get the issue fixed. They were thorough, efficient, courteous, and always on time. They even swept the floor and left their work area just as they found it. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this plumbing company. They came out to fix my hot water heaters and said they replaced 2 thermocouplers and charged me $170. The hot water heaters worked for a day and then stopped working again. I called another plumber to come out and after looking at the hot water heaters, he told me that the thermocouples had not been replaced and that I needed new water heaters. I called Loyalty Plumbing and let them know what happened and requested that someone come out and confirm that the thermocouples had not been replaced and if so refund my money. No one came and I have not received a refund. Very disappointed in the integrity of this company.
I contacted Loyalty Plumbing to replace garbage disposal. Their fee was very competitive. They were able to accomplish task same day and customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
Aldo and his team at Loyalty Plumbing are awesome! They found and repaired the source of the sewer smell that was getting into our house. They also replaced 2 of our toilets, replaced the faucet in one of our bathrooms and snaked a few drains. We're really happy with their work, and their prices are surprisingly good. Plumbers we have dealt with in the past have charged way too much for a very small amount of work. Not Loyalty Plumbing though! They did a lot of work for us, and we felt like the prices were very fair. I highly recommend Aldo and his team! We will absolutely be using them again whenever we need plumbing work done. I called because my sink was draining very slowly. They came out and snaked my drain. I thought everything was ok but my sink still drained really slow. It took me several days to find the phone number again. They sent the same 2 guys back and these guys told me that I would have to give them $275. More to snake it again. They stood around and told me there was nothing else they could do as they DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK. They did not ask for a service or trip fee. They were glad to stand there and tell me how people like to scam plumbers by putting grease down the sink and make them come back. I'm 71 years old and did not appreciate being called a scammer. They were in no hurry to leave as they seem to enjoy telling me all the things I could have done to my sink. I had to ask them to leave. I would think twice before calling a plumber that admittedly does not warranty his work
I recently had Loyalty Plumbing replace my garbage disposal in my sink. Bryan, Antonio, and Khan were all professional, quickly removed and replaced the unit in a timely manner, and even gave me maintenance tips. In and out within 20 minutes, certainly appreciated the work and service they provided.

I needed two complete shower fixture replacements and they were able to get a crew out within a couple of days to get it done. Justo was the nicest guy and very hard working! He made sure the job was done right! You need a plumber? Give these guys a call!

Awesome company with excellent customer service! We've used Loyalty for repiping, re-routing water lines and other troubleshooting plumbing. They are flexible with tenants schedules. Aldo and team are always responsive. Now my go-to plumbing company.
Call this company. I like to fix things myself, but encountered a plumbing issue I couldn't tackle. In desperation and under time constraints, I called Loyalty Plumbing early Good Friday. The gentleman I spoke with was knowledgeable and pleasant. We connected over a shared appreciation of our mutual professions. He had a team at our house in less than 30 minutes. The guys were professional and speedy. Wonderful attention to detail and courteous. They saw other issues that need to be addressed, but didn't push the up-sell. They wore protective bootie over their shoes and cleaned up a mess they didn't make! This company is the real deal. I feel they want to serve the community. Most definitely will recommend and call again.

They came out to fix my clogged sink and leaking toilet the same day! Excellent service.
Excellent customer service: Aldo answered my phone call on Mother's Day while he was at the park with his kids. Soon after he came over with his kids in tow and checked the source of the busted waterline in our kitchen foundation which had caused flooding of our kitchen. He gave me options for repair and a report for my insurance claim without hesitation. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Should've called Loyalty first!!! Called them after being stood up for two days by two different company's with no hot water. They sent a crew literally five minutes after I told what the problem was. The two gentlemen came right out tried to fix the problem I ended up having to replace the water heater (lasted 14 years no complaints about that) they worked diligently, neatly, stayed late didn't rush me, blow me off, or up sale the job. Sohail and Dracy work very well in sync together and communication between the two was great! I will not hesitate to keep this company on speed dial for any and everything. I was looking at my water heater and noticed it had rusty water and was rumbling. With it being old I was thinking it's about to time to replace it. I called several plumbers and all plumbers were asking outrageous prices just to show up. I kept looking and stumbled upon Loyalty. It's unfortunate they don't have many yelp reviews because I feel I've stumbled upon a hidden gem. Not only was their fee MUCH more reasonable it was waived from the final bill. That being said, as I suspected I did need a new water heater. Oscar and his crew did a great job with the installation. The work was done in the time he said and he was able to answer any questions as well as suggestions for maintenance. I'm very pleased with the work Loyalty plumbing did at my house and will make sure to contact them with any plumbing I may need done. Thanks.

We had an unfortunate experience with Loyalty Plumbing. We have two hot water heaters and neither of their pilot lights would stay lit for more than a few seconds. We called and Aldo sent two very nice guys, Justin and Chris, to come check them. They said that the thermal couplers were faulty. We asked if they thought it was odd that both went out on the same day, at the same time, and they said it happens. They also said that the thermal couplers were 10+ years old and needed to be changed anyway. We said how could that be possible because the house was built 5 years ago? And they said builders do that. Once the two new thermal couplers were installed they said actually, it wasn't the thermal couplers - you don't have any gas coming through the line and so you'll need to call Centerpoint Energy - it must be a problem with them but we'll only charge you for the $125 service fee. Once they returned inside with the debit card machine they said Aldo told them they must charge us $250. Centerpoint Energy came out and confirmed that gunk in the regulator was causing low gas flow. Once the regulator was changed both pilot lights stayed lit. One would think that the plumber could check the gas flow first before changing perfectly good thermal couplers and charging $250. We called Aldo to talk about this and he was less than understanding ... he said I will do you a favor and refund you $25 dollars. This refund has not been given - but more disheartening than that - we feel we've been unfairly treated by Aldo and Loyalty Plumbing. We recommend you call a different plumber.

Found these guys by accident at New years when I couldn't get anyone to come fix an urgent plumbing issue. They came that day, fixed the problem quickly without inflating the price because of the time of year and I won't use anyone else now - don't need to because they always come same day or next day whenever I call. They are always efficient and very pleasant and always return my calls promptly.

Prompt, efficient, and reliable. Oscar came yesterday, on Saturday, to fix a stoppage in both master bathroom sinks. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed immediately. They took care not to mess up anything and they were respectful and professional. Will definitely use them again!

We had a major plumbing issue when a cable company drilled a fiber optic line through our sewer line. I called the warranty company and they dispatched Loyalty Plumbing to fix the issue. Aldo and his crew were totally punctual and professional every step of the way. He kept me informed of their progress while they snaked the line, jetted the line, then sent a camera down stream to see what was actually causing the stoppage. Once the cable penetration was confirmed with their camera, the tight confines of the area including a fence and other wiring/plumbing running in same vicinity forced Aldo and his crew to hand-dig a 5-ft deep hole spanning two addresses in order to cut the bad portion of sewer line out and replace it, while also ensuring the entire line from the house to the main sewer line junction maintained its proper drop rate. All repairs were made and Aldo ensured I had all of the required information to go back to the cable company for reimbursement of my repairs.
Bottom line: Loyalty Plumbing is now in my contact list for any future plumbing issues for us or our extended family in the area.
