Get It Done installed my whole house water filter system and did a fantastic job. They removed my old filter and installed a more comprehensive system including a UV filter for those boil water notices. They were very professional, courteous, conscientious and friendly. They kept me informed of their actions, when water would be unavailable, progress, etc. They arrived on time, finished on time, reasonable priced and treated my home with great respect (fitting the components into the available space) as well as ensuring I understood how to change the filters. Overall a solid company, highly recommend.

The hot water line from our Titan Instant Hot water heater had burst and was not easy to get to under the home's crawl space. Another plumber had diagnosed it but could not fix it. I happened to have just received a flyer from Get It Done Plumbing and called. They not only stated over the phone that they could fix the issue but scheduled a Plumber to come out within 2 hours. Within 1.5 hours the problem was completely fixed by Jose Gonzales. Super clean. Super fast. Super well done.

We called Friday AM and they said they would be out around 4PM that day for a sewer cleanout. At 4:30 they called and said they were running late. At 5:30 we called and they said they were still running late and would check and call us back. They also informed us that although they didn't honor their committment for Friday service they did not work on Saturday. I would have either not promised to come out of Friday, or when I couldn't make it Friday, I would have sent someone Saturday, just to show I cared. They never called us back. Guess they don't need us as a customer which is fine since I'm not ever using them as a plumber.

Please stay away from this company! Do not use them. I found them on Yelp, and decided to use them based on the reviews. They installed a water heater last April 2020 and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. I have called them numerous times because it is still under warranty, and they are giving me the run around. They don't pick up my phone calls anymore! I had paid over $1300 for this brand new Rheem water heater. Please save your money and use a reputable company. I don't understand how they have good reviews!!!!! I am reporting them to BBB.

I needed a new water heater and I solicited several quotes. After reading several yelp reviews I eventually reached out to Get it Done Plumbing. I messaged Emilio and he gave me a competitive quote and said they could come out on the next business day between 7:30-8:00. The plumbers arrived on time and completed the job a lot faster than I expected. I received good service and a good price. I will be calling them again for my next plumbing needs.

After an exceptional experience with Emilio & his brother Nestor; we reached out again a little over a year later. We needed to repipe our entire home! It's fairly common in houses built in the early 1980's as the galvanized pipe begins to pit and create pinhole leaks. Emilio gave us an excellent price for the job. Literally thousands less than we expected. On top of that, his pricing included all wall repair, wall & ceiling texturing and painting! A one-stop project!

I won't kid you. The process is a royal pain. But Nestor (Emilio's brother) made sure we had water in our master bath the first day of the project. The team actually stayed until 10pm to get it done. The crew protected our furniture and cleaned up after every day. Everyone was polite, appreciative and clearly wanted to do good work. After 3 1/2 days of running pex through the house, we were completely connected.

The next phase was handled by another team. Auricio, Carmelo & Romero. Magicians. Our walls were patched, then re-textured, then painted. We couldn't tell where the original wall ended and the patch began. They matched everything perfectly. Frankly, I'd hire these guys to paint my home any day of the week.

Here's the bottom line. Get It Done Plumbing (Emilio & Nestor) got it done. With a minimum of pain to us. Again, if I could, I'd give 'em 6 stars. I just can't say enough good things about this project. Major or minor .... call these guys.

Get it Done did our repipe last spring. We'd only been in our house for about nine months when water started pouring out of the utility room ceiling. Since our house was old, and we knew the repipe was an eventuality, we decided to go ahead and do the whole house. We got a few quotes from different companies, but Get it Done had the best price, could start quickly and included all the sheetrock work and painting.

Fast forward to the great freeze of 2018 and after last nights' cold snap we ended up with frozen pipes despite our best effort of wrapping. Once it thawed, we checked for leaks and sure enough one of the exterior pipes had cracked.

We called them around 6, they came by about an hour and a half later (understandable given call volume) and we were fixed up by 9 PM. They even ran out to Home Depot to get the right part to get us sorted.

I'm really happy with the original repipe, and the continued high level of service. I'm glad we found them and can continue to rely on them for our house plumbing needs.

I have a plumbing emergency with a Leaky Faucet and I called Emilio that same night and he was to really help me on short notice for the next day for 11am Appointment. As a Realtor, I deal with many contractors and understand a reliable and quality Contrator is Hard to Find these days. The Job was complete the next day and accepts CC and not just cash.

Fast!!! Called, then texted address. This was for an investment property of mine. Had a clogged sink and jacuzzi tub that wasn't draining. They came out fairly quickly and repaired both problems.

They charged $220 for about 2 hours worth of work. I assume that's reasonable.

They charge a $65 trip charge which applies to repairs. I advise if a major company is giving you a high quote, call and get another estimate to avoid overpaying.

In the midst of Houston's deep freeze (January 17), I had to cope with two burst water pipes. The first plumber I called said that I was number 167 on his list and he could get to me in 48-72 hours. Emilio at Get It Done Plumbing had his brother, Nestor, to my home in 45 minutes. Not only did Nestor work overtime to solve my problems, Emilio brought more parts to Nestor for his next call, working well into the night to help as many people as they could. I have nothing but praise for their dedication and will NEVER use any other plumber again.

I sent out a quote for a plumber to repair a running toilet. I received several responses but Get It Done provided the fastest response, along with pricing he requested my address and showed up minutes before scheduled start time (which is a plus) on a rainy day!!! Upon completion, he provide a paper receipt and a receipt via text. The person rang provided services name is Jose. I must say, he was to the point and very professional. If you're looking for a plumber, please give these folk a ring!

these guys kill it! i had them install a new tankless water heater since old waterheater was upstairs as well as replace any questionable pipes. they did a beautiful job. had a drip i kept hearing at nite afterwards. i called them and they came back next day and made everything right! they have been to my house over the years and they will always be the company i use for anything plumbing related. great guys who work hard, are very knowledgeable and are always on time if not early and do whatever it takes to make the customer 100% satisfied! ive been and will continue to be a customer for life!

I have been searching forever for a great plumber! Finally found a courteous, prompt, honest and reasonably priced one! Nester just left my house and he was awesome!

I placed a call in this morning at 8am and he was here by 10am and done by 11:30am. He came in assessed my issues (I have many), consulted with his boss and got my emergency clogs fixed. He wore shoe protectors before entering the house which is to me the first sign of professionalism and caring about the customer. I will definitely be calling them back for other projects I need done around the house!

They will be back for a restroom remodel and I will give another review on that project! I chose them based off of other Yelp reviews, so do like me and look no further, give them a call!

Our response: yes, this was 3 months ago as this review was forgotten and left in draft. luckily, others have had good experiences with this company and good for them. Emilio did promise us our money back but as he stated, decided otherwise due to his review of some video. Where the lack of professionalism comes in is, I had to work from home expecting Emilio provide the refund, but since he decided not to, there was no contacting to let us know. Even when my boyfriend texted him, no response. Sorry, but he left me hanging.

Like I mentioned, we were recommended that a hydrojet was the ONLY means of clearing the pipe and yet, we had a different plumber come in, explain exactly what happened and cleared it in LESS than 30 minutes using a regular snake. Also, said that a hydrojet shouldn't be used. One plumber was able to clear a pipe in 30 minutes and the other wasn't in 2 hours time. So there is clearly a difference in expertise.

After having to replace our hot water heater in our 63 year old house, we had lost all pressure to the guest bath tub. I called GIDP on Sunday (only ones that answered), and set an appointment for this morning.

They were there on time, called me to explain what happened and that our supply line wasn't up to code, gave me a quote and were done within 2 hours. Pricing was where it should be and communication was quick and professional.

Hopefully we don't have any more plumbing issues, but if we do, I'm calling Get It Done.

My toilet started leaking from the bottom so I called a plumbing company and they came out and spent 2 hrs and 20 mins and charged me a lot of $$ only to tell me they had to come out the next day with a camera to determine the problem. I called Get it Done Plumbing for a second opinion and they came on a Saturday and fixed my problem is less than 2hrs and charged me less than I paid the first company who didn't even fix the issue. The owner Emilio came out along with Diego - they knew exactly what steps to take to figure out the issue. Extremely satisfied!

My review is long overdue! Honestly forgot to write but this plumbing service is by far the best and affordable.

My shower head was not shooting any hot water so the valve needs to be replaced. The plumber that came was polite, helpful and very patient. I had to get the water shut off but no one was in the leasing office! The plumber attempted to fix it with the water on but was unsuccessful. I hate to waste a trip. Luckily for me, I finally got the office to turn off the water.

Two plumbers were able to fix the problem and it did not take that long at all. They even went to the nearest home depot to buy the part with no additional charge.

I wad quoted a certain amount and was completely satisfied with the ending cost. If anyone ask or looking for an plumbing service this is the place I will definitely recommend.

I had a drain clog from my washing machine. It would overflow everytime I wash more than one load in succession. I called up Get It Done Plumbing since it got so many good reviews, in addition to being locally owned. Emilio scheduled to have Jose come by my house the same day after I get out of work. These guys are awesome, had a kitchen sink problem going on and called them at 9am based on their yelp reviews...couldn't have made a better decision. Nestor was here on time at 10:30am and was done by 11:30, he was able to unclog the sink and install a brand new garbage disposal in this short time frame. Nestor was incredibly efficient and explained everything before he started the work. Will definitely use them again if anything comes up.

I had one plumber come out before these guys and tried to tell me they only solution was a $1400 fix! I got a 2nd opinion from Get it Done and let me tell you, THEY GOT IT DONE and for a way better price!!! Diego was quick, professional and did an amazing job even though he was by himself! He cleared the clog, dug up and replaced the pipe himself in only a few hours! I HIGHLY recommend them!

He didn't have the water heater I wanted, but called around and found it within minutes. His people came in three hours, were very polite, and had everything done in two hours. I initially used them to fix/update a gas valve for my new dryer. They were able to come the very next day and even brought protective booties for their shoes to keep my house clean. I was very impressed by that.

He was fast and efficient and even looked at other potential problems and gave me a free estimate. I shopped around and his prices are cheaper than others and his reviews are better.

Then a few weeks later we found a leaky pipe right before we went to bed. I called him the next morning and he came in the afternoon to fix it. He offered us two options, a patch or new pipe. The new pipe was more than double the patch cost. He recommended using the patch and we appreciated that he didn't try to push the more expensive option.

Overall, they are my new plumbers and I'll continue to use them for any other future needs. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs

Emilio's team came out to my home for a gas leak in our home. They were able to quickly repair the issue in about an hour which was such a relief for our family. His two guys, Nestor and Diego were friendly, clean and understanding. They listened to us and got the issues fixed. They also made sure everything was put back in place after they were done. They were able to get thru the wall without leaving hole which was great too! I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I called and talked to Emilio who came by that evening on his way home and was able to fix our tub issue which was causing a leak. Do we recommend them? Absolutely! Will we use them again? I live in an old duplex in the north Montrose neighborhood and the downstairs unit was getting water collecting in the bottom of their dishwasher for no apparent reason. I called John Moore Plumbers out to solve the problem on two separate occasions. They never identified the cause of the problem, but did suggest a $6,000 possible repair -- and weren't even sure if that would actually resolve the issue.

When the issue didn't resolve, I finally looked on Yelp for a different plumber. One of Emilio's guys came out and identified the likely cause of the issue almost immediately. Because I told Emilio about the previous issues, he also came out and spent an hour checking out all of the other possible causes. The issue seems to be resolved. Total cost was $185.

His team was courteous, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and went to great lengths not to perform or charge for unnecessary services. I would highly recommend them over any other plumber I've interacted with in Houston.

Pilot was out on water heater and needed a thermocouple replacement. Emilio came and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. Had another plumbing issue that had been plaguing us for weeks and had him check it out. A handy man had already visited us twice and was always unable to resolve the issue (a tub faucet leak). Emilio fixed it again in about 10 minutes. Had a third issue. He tried to repair it but it required a specific brand part (even his universal replacement would not suffice) and he could not, but he showed me the issue, identified the make and part that I needed and showed me how to do the replacement myself. And the price was more than reasonable. He was fast, efficient, and honest, all of the things you look for in a plumber.

I appreciate your guy Jose showing up an hour late for his appt, not bothering to call to say he was running late, wasting our time essentially. We were charged $120 for literally 10 minutes worth of work to unclog our upstairs bathroom with a snake is utterly absurd. I would understand if it was considered an emergency visit, charging extra but this appt was set up days in advance. Will definitely be shopping around for other plumbers in the future

I had an appointment scheduled for today, which was cancelled via text message last-minute, claiming their Tech wasn't able to get to my home due to Hwy 6 South of I-10 being closed. Having experienced Harvey, I FULLY understand the obstacles impeding traffic right now, however I would think having taken the day off for the appointment, I deserve at at least a courtesy phone call rather than an impersonal text message, saying my appointment is cancelled and NOT offering any recourse or reschedule oprions. I texted the same back to the owner, and never received a response. Get It Done Plumbing certainly did not live up to their name and will not be getting any future business from either myself or my extended family. Very disappointed.

We re piped our home. First, be ready for a long few days! There are pipes running in places you would never expect and half way through the job you will wonder if your house will ever be the same. (It will be! Emilio and his crew are masters.). All the plumbers that worked on our job were absolutely first rate. Friendly and easy to have in our home, and there will be several long days with the plumbers. Emilio and Nestor have painters that will match your texture and Sherwin Williams will match your paint color, and ultimately your home will look as good or better than it was! This helpful service is included in your quote. If you have an 80's home with galvanized pipes that are beginning to leak, these are the guys to call. Thanks to all the men who worked on our house! I had been using Emilio for years and numerous plumbing jobs. Always paid my invoices on time. This past year Emilio ended up double billing me for a couple jobs (on invoices 3540 and 3976) and refuses to properly look into it or refund me. It's partially my fault for just paying the invoices w/o carefully reviewing all of the accounting but when I brought this issue to Emilio's attention on 5 separate occasions (1/24/18, 1/25/18, 5/2/18, 5/9/18, 10/11/18) he kept saying he was either too busy to look into it, or that he would produce additional invoices that would account for the extra $500 I have overpaid him. Ten months later I'm still waiting on those extra invoices (they don't exist). Emilio may be OK at the plumbing but watch out for his accounting if you care about your money. I'm terribly disappointed he refuses to properly address this.

I've had two separate major plumbing issues in the last 2 weeks and used Get it Done Plumbing both times. I can't say enough about this company. They are everything you hope for when dealing with plumbing issues. Quick to respond, professional, no bs, tell you like it is to get the job done, and reasonably priced. I can't even tell you how happy I am with Emilio and the Get It Done Plumbing team. I had a repipe done after my old galvanized pipes kept failing. We set a start date and the team got started. My floors, cabinets, and furniture were all thoroughly covered protected from the debris. They even discovered a second problem and charged me a discounted price because they were already working. And the drywall work was superb. The paints and textures match perfectly! If you walk into my home, you can't even tell the walls and ceilings are patched. I totally recommend Get it Done Plumbing.

I've used this company previously. They replaced my my old water heater with a tankless back in 2017. I thought they did a pretty fast and efficient job then, so when I needed my garbage disposal fixed or replaced a few days ago, I gave them a call.
I called on a Saturday, a plumber came out on Monday. The plumber was on time and handed me a card with his name on it. Jose was the Plumber. He informed me that my garbage disposal was no longer any good, so he suggested I replace it. I went out and purchased the best quality (and best priced ) garbage disposal I could find. They came out on a Wednesday and replaced my old garbage disposal with a new one. Jose replaced everything in exactly one hour.
Jose was fast, kept the area in my kitchen pretty clean for replacing a dirty old garbage disposal and they quoted me a pretty good price, as I was looking to save money where I could, since I was not prepared to go buy a whole new system.
Anyway, this is my second time using this particular plumbing company and I am pleased with the work and professionalism they have provided my home each time they have come out to help.
I would recommend their services.

The plumbing guys with the price book wanted $350. Get It Done plumbing got it done for $180. Quick, well done. Will use again, until they get a book (my last plumber was good until he started using a book).
Only drawback is that they are busy, and you may not get same day service, but that is a good sign.

Just had Hector and his helper (didn't catch his name) come in a replace the pipes under the sink in a bathroom. He showed up on time, was polite, professional, and got right to work. He provided an estimate which was spot on. He had to go pick up some parts came right back and completed the job. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled their own trash out. As contractors go I couldn't ask for more. I am already line up a few other jobs I would like them to do.

Quick turnaround time. I had an issue with my kitchen faucet. They checked the water pressure individually and determined that the faucet itself needed to be replaced. Hours on Yelp say they were only open until 7PM. Called at 8:30 expecting to leave a voicemail but instead someone picked up. 30 minutes later they were at my home to clean out a blockage that was outside in our main line.

I am so relieved to finally have found a plumber I can trust! The Get It Done Team first change out the water heater & did re-pipe work at my townhome. I was so happy with the results that I called them to go out to my home in Katy. They are fast, reliable, service is great & prices are more than fair for the quality work they provide. Can't say how grateful we are with Get it Done Plumbing. The owner was very responsive and Jose came to our rescue. Very nice gentleman, knows what he is doing, fixed it fast and quick. Jose went above and beyond our expectations and price is very reasonable. Next time we have plumbing issues will definitely use them again!

OK, based on yelp, gave these guys a chance. I have a home warranty and they sent out a competitor (see other review) to see if my leak was covered or not. After a $60.00 service fee, the competitor said it was the shower pan and that is not covered under my home warranty. I sent them away as I felt like I was being lied to. So, I called Get It Done Plumbing, and got a complete 200% better experience. The receptionist was more than pleasant and kept me in the loop if there were any delays. They arrived and I went over my whole problem again. The plumbers that arrived agreed with me that it did not seem like a shower pan problem at all. They went up in the attic and found the issue within 5 minutes. They fixed it, the price, very reasonable. I highly recommend picking these guys first.

Called this company due to the positive reviews, I am glad I did. I had a leak in the hot water line from my tub and when I spoke with Emilio it was quick, to the point, he made me feel like I didn't need to shop around for another company. They ran behind schedule that day so arrival was later than initially expected but Emilio text me and let me know the new eta. I didn't have a problem with that since they came out on the same day I called for service. Nestor was the plumber who arrived, he quickly assessed the leak, and gave me different options to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and worked efficiently to fix the problem. If I ever need a plumber again I'll call this company and ask for Nestor.

These guys are deserving of their high rating. After I called for help, they got to my house in 30 minutes. They were quick to diagnose my issue, give me a reasonable quote, and fix the issue. Realized there was water coming into the house from a pipe in the attic on a Friday afternoon after most companies were closed, and thought i would have the waterfall inside all weekend. I was grateful when i got a hold of Emilio and he said he would come out same day! He was fast, did a great job and charged a reasonable rate (way less than the big chain company charged me last time). If you need a good plumbing company, you must call Get It Done Plumbing. They definitely have the right company name. I spoke with Nestor and he sent Diego and Pablo to my rescue. They arrived at the scheduled appointment time even a bit early. They were very professional and courteous. They got the job done within the hour and reasonably priced. Excellent team and excellent company Get It Done.

Short and sweet: Excellent response time, knew what they were doing, and genuinely honest and nice guys.

Long version: I've have issues with my kitchen and washroom drains for a while, and finally gave up waiting for another plumber who's cancelled on me three times. Emilio called me right back after I left a voice mail and was at my house in under an hour. He quickly confirmed that I have a break in my drain line which will need to be repaired, and gave me a couple of options for a temporary workaround and a more long-term solution. Both were reasonably priced, and I'll be calling my insurance company to discuss before making a final decision. I've also gotten them to quote me for an installation of an outdoor work sink, which they were more than happy to do in combination with the work I'll already need done for a very reasonable fee.

Both brothers were pleasant and seemed to know what they were all about. They also took care to prepare before and after they'd finished their work, protecting the surfaces they were working on and cleaning up after.

Once I make my decision they've informed me that they can have a crew out for a two day job as early as next week, which really makes it easy for me to make a decision. I would definitely recommend Get It Done to anyone needing an honest plumber.

I can only jump on the wagon and give these guys a 5 star review. They deserve nothing less. We had water leaking from our upstairs master bathroom down into the living room for 2 days. Hubby and I were trying to pinpoint where exactly it is coming from and couldn't. We did figure out that it has nothing to do with drainage after using the sink, toilet and shower because the dripping was constant.
I've found these guys online on yelp and was impressed by their reviews. Their reviewers are not kidding! Nestor came out with his helper the same day, looked through the small dry wall hole my hubby made, with a flash light and knew exactly what to do. They quoted us $390.00 and after they were done the quote was too high. Charges are $290 00. Now...who does THAT???

Great service again! Called Emilio, who sent out Julio to fix a clogged sink. Julio arrived earlier than planned, worked fast, answered questions, and was done and out quickly. The price was really reasonable, even though this was work done after their normal business hours. Thanks again for such great help!

Came in to clear out my extremely clogged shower drain. Was able to come on the same day I called. Good communication to notify me of the arrival time. Very transparent on the phone about what the charges would be: call-out fee of $65 if I decided not to use them after they came and looked at the issue (compared with others on this site in the $150 to $200 range), He also told me on the phone what the two most likely causes would be and how much it would cost for each. I appreciated the transparency up-front on cost. He came by, did a good job, kept the house clean by putting covers on his shoes. Overall great experience, and I will use Get It Done Plumbing again.

Great service! Emilio came out the same day that I called. We needed the kitchen faucet replaced. Our old faucet did not have a sprayer but had one of those stub that worked in conjunction with the dish washer (never had one of those til we moved in this house). He said it was simple to move the connection and replace the stub with the sprayer that came with the new faucet we purchased. It took less than an hour to install and they cleaned up afterwards! I would highly recommend his service.

We requested a consultation after our home owner's insurance said that we have galvanized pipes. The company sent Emilio and he was really great. He looked at all the areas (under sinks/water heaters) and really went above and beyond by going into the attic. Ultimately our insurance was wrong! We have copper and metal. Get It Done and Emilio really helped. Emilio was prompt and polite. I'd recommend and use them again!

We've had Get it done plumbing come out twice, for different problems. Emilio, the owner came himself, which is very helpful. He knows what he's doing, came the next morning after our emergency. The guys wore booties & were careful to clean up afterward. Both times, our problem was fixed quickly, & promptly. I feel his pricing is very fair too. ( sometimes, after a service call on other issues), I feel taken for a ride. I hope not to need these guys in the future, but certainly will use them if I do. Also, I would recommend them to family & friends. Great service company

Great service! Emilio stayed in contact with me through the process of getting the estimate and completing the project. The guys had to replace an outside gas line that was leaking. After digging down to the buried line, there was alot of mud. The guys washed down the area and cleaned all the excess mud from the concrete and fence. They also came inside to relite the water heater, but not before putting on booties to cover their shoes. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are number one on my list for any further plumbing repairs I may need.

We had a plumbing issue at one of our investment properties that our regular repair man could not fix. It was a blockage in the pipes from out tenant flushing toilet sponges down the toilet. The blockage caused the pipes to back up and water coming out of the bathtub and Jacuzzi drains. I needed someone to come out quickly and take care of the problem. Called Emilio, the owner and he had one of his guys come out within the hour. When his guy wasn't able to take care of it, Emilio came out himself and handled the situation. Very friendly and courteous owner! He got the job done quickly and was also very informative and kept me up to date on what was going on. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family!

After calling four different plumbing companies, Emilio returned my call and was very easy to talk to compared to the others! Also, he was the ONLY ONE who quickly gave me a quote over the phone for my plumbing job, and it was much less than I expected. Jose arrived very quickly and was professional and friendly. He stayed an extra hour to search for the water line in the front of the house, but didn't charge me any more than the original quote! I will only call Emilio from now on whenever I need a plumber!

I originally called Emilio so that he could check out a leaking water heater in my attic. He determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. I was sad. He quoted me a price of $960 to replace the water heater that I currently had (which was about 16 years old) with a new 40 gallon gas Rheem water heater with a six year warranty. I had recently signed up for a home warranty that promises to repair or replace your water heater but I was in the 30 day wait period. So instead of taking Emilio up on his services, I paid him drain the water heater and waited for the warranty to kick in. When it did, I called the warranty company to assess the situation and they quoted me a replacement price of $1840 for a cheaper brand of water heater with only a 1 year warranty...and said they were only going to cover $500 of that cost. I immediately canceled my warranty policy and called Emilio about replacing the water heater. He scheduled 2 of his technicians to come the next day and provided excellent service. I was having my town home painted that same day so his team took extra care not to touch the walls while replacing the very heavy water heater in the attic. The service was quick and efficient. They made recommendations of things I should look into replacing (my town home is pretty old) without being extra pushy or salesy. I highly recommend Get it Done plumbing for your plumbing needs!

I am quite pleased with the service provided by this company. I've gotten two repairs done by them and so far so good. The first time I was definitely overcharged for replacing a small valve in the toilet but the owner was nice enough to give me a better deal with my second repair. If all goes well, I plan on using this company for future repairs, given they keep their prices reasonable. The owner is a nice guy and is understanding of your needs so I'd recommend messaging him if you have any questions or concerns.

I called three plumbers to get an estimate on a kitchen faucet replacement. One, whom I used before, was more that the Moen faucet. Other two needed to look at the faucet for a $ trip charge. Lowes posted a price. A neighbor referred Get it Done. Emilio gave me a good quote over the phone and could get the job done, now. He had Nestor, close by, finishing a job. Nestor came within the hour. He and his partner put covering on their shoes. Nestor removed my under sink slide out drawer. Installed new faucet. Then, reinstalled the slide out drawer. He hauled off broken faucet. They were gone in less than an hour. I found my new plumber and am telling all my friends.

Get it Done Plumbing got it done!! I had a kitchen faucet that had a puntured hose. Emilio tried to just replace the hose first as the cartridge had just been replaced because it was under warranty. He took the time to look everywhere and indicated he would have to order it. Instead, he gave me options. He was able to replace the entire faucet with labor included for about $100 less than what it would have cost me just to buy the faucet. Amazing price! In addition, he fixed both sinks in my master for a very reasonable price. He didnt make a mess. He was in communication with me throughout the day. His labor casts were so much lower than I have paid in the past...but most importantly, he was honest and I trusted him. I will never use any other plumber!
