Called them up they managed to squeeze me in so had a guy at my house 10 minutes after i called. Had an old pipe that was corroded and cracked. They replaced it at a reasonable price and the guy was friendly. Highly Recommend calling them first I know I will from now on.

I'm very pleased with John. He was very nice to explain and fix our washing machine. And he gladly took a look our water heater and sump pump which I didn't ask initially. I am glad that I found nice, reliable plumber!

Plumbing problems can become a nightmare. So when I need authorized state approved plumbing done in my home, I call Tom. When I don't need the job to be approved by any utility company, I do it myself or call Jimmy ;)
The potential nightmare of DIY plumbing could be devastating. Our last project was a broken water main pipe. As a home owner, I'm responsible for fixing the water pipe outside my house all the way to the valve at the curb. There is a flat metal lid covering the valve in our front yard, on the thin strip of grass between the sidewalk and the road. That lid covers the valve that turns off the water so I can replace the pipe. My father in law had replace a broken water main himself (and 7 other guys with shovels), so I considered it as a possible option. And I may have been able to rent a backhoe. cl. But, the risk of ruining my house was too great so we called Tom.
Tom works with a mechanical contracting unit. The man can't do everything himself. When they were digging, a neighbor was walking down the sidewalk and is hard of sight. These guys held his hand and walked him around the site. They even replaced the broken sidewalk tile with a new one. Which goes above and beyond, in my book.
Thanks Tom, Sean, the two other guys who I did not meet and the Peco guys who had to come back out to fix the gas line that was hit. Which is funny because when Peco marked the line, it wasn't going to be where they found it.
Good thing I didn't do this job myself. Thanks Tom.
peace,
michael

Very professional company. I had to have major plumbing work done due to a broken exterior water pipe. I had a new water tank installed also. Mr Edmondson's office informed me of the City of Philadelphia's Help Program
thru the Water department. It is an interest free loan. Saved me money. Speaking to the City inspectors Mr Edmonson is very respected. I tell you, this man is honest so you can trust him. The employees arrived on time as scheduled and what impressed me more was that Mr Edmondson came also!!. They did excellent work. I highly recommend this company.

Called Tuesday am and Tommy was here that afternoon. The utility sink was clogged (washer drains into it) with roots. Tommy used the machine to get the roots out but it was still super slow. He came back the next day with the bigger machine but the problem resolved itself in the meantime. Tommy was knowledgeable and professional. Price was affordable. 30 day guarantee on the work too!
Bottom line.....fast, courteous, clean, great price.
I definitely recommend these guys :o)

I am pleased in all areas with this visit. Kit is very personable and professional. I didn't get the second man's name but he was great also. Wonderful job installing a garbage disposal. They will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

I had a very small job that needed attention. Usually, very tough to get someone to come quick except for those companies with the rolling trucks that charge just to show up. DeLuca came the day after I called and completed the job. Very professional and thorough. Cleaned up and did work at reasonable price.

I called John Luke Plumbing on a Friday around noon for a toilet problem and within one hour someone was here to help me. Their service is excellent and prompt...they fit me in their schedule and did an excellent job of fixing my problem. I can't say enough about their expertise and prompt service...I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I am new to the area and have used this company twice - 1) to diagnose a leak that was staining a first floor ceiling which called for bathtub caulking and 2) they installed a new kitchen faucet. Work was done professionally and for a reasonable price. Very satisfied with them so far.

Probably one of the most pleasant service folks I've ever spoken to. Realized the toilet was leaking from underneath around 3pm, I'd sent out a quote request from some online service. He called back within a few minutes and provided an estimate over the phone which the other companies I spoke to had to be beaten up for even a remote estimate. He was at my house by 4pm replacing the seal, also swapped out the innards to the toilet because we were looking to do it anyways. I watched the entire time as I'd never seen it done before and he took a lot of care to make sure everything was done right and cleaned properly before putting it back together. He was finished in about an hour and a half at a very reasonable price!

Ray is awesome! He just goes above and beyond. We weren't sure at first where the leak might have come from in our salon so we initially called in the pedicure chair company's repairman. The man arrived late and asked us to pay him quarters for his parking meter before anything started. After about 20 minutes or so he tells us that he doesn't know where the source was coming from. That there was nothing he could do & had absolutely no idea what the problem was. He then proceeded to continue charging us $150 anyway just for coming out. Not only that, he had the nerve to try & sell us their annual yearly membership plan... his exact words were This way, it'll be cheaper for repairs later on. $500 now, free inspections year round. We felt cheated and furious yet later that day Ray came. He arrived promptly & was nice and easy going. He checked the chairs and even the basement downstairs. He stayed and inspected our pipes and tested out each individual chair's water-flow. He also concluded that there doesn't seem to be a problem with the pipes but offered a practical possibility and solution. Thankful for his advice, we asked how much at the end of his service. He just handed us a business card and told us Call me if you have any problems in the future, I'm just one call away, Have a good day. We were stunned and grateful. It's a rare occasion when you meet real people that are passionate about their business and yet filled with enough compassion to truly care & not just soaked in their own greed. Thanks Ray! You've restored hope in us yet when we were flooded with unwelcome distractions this afternoon. Appreciate it & God Bless.

Jamal has team complete a stucco project on part of the house that previous was windows and replaced with a wall. Jamal was reasonably priced, on time and delivered great work. The new stucco transitions very well into the existing stucco. Very happy customer!

After reading all the great reviews and talking to one of their employees I called them to come out for an estimate. They told me they could not come out to give me an estimate because they were too busy doing other job such as heaters. The work I need done is considered small plumbing/service jobs so it does not qualify for them to come out EVER. I have never heard of a company refusing to give estimates. I would never consider this company for any future job LARGE or SMALL. Very disappointed!!!

This business installed a broken water heater and refused to replace even though it was within the warranty period.
