Best Plumbing Services in United States
Totally honest and reliable. Randy and Rich are in this business for the long-haul as they say what they will do and then do the job. I have used them for three (3) jobs now and can safely say they are as good as it gets!

John was great! We had a tub faucet that was leaking. I had purchased a faucet cartridge for the unit, but I was not able to DIY. He used special tools to remove the old cartridge and placed the new one. Very nice and efficient. He was the first to respond with a Yelp request, (my prior plumber retired) and we will hire him in the future for other needs when necessary!

Plumbing problems can become a nightmare. So when I need authorized state approved plumbing done in my home, I call Tom. When I don't need the job to be approved by any utility company, I do it myself or call Jimmy ;)
The potential nightmare of DIY plumbing could be devastating. Our last project was a broken water main pipe. As a home owner, I'm responsible for fixing the water pipe outside my house all the way to the valve at the curb. There is a flat metal lid covering the valve in our front yard, on the thin strip of grass between the sidewalk and the road. That lid covers the valve that turns off the water so I can replace the pipe. My father in law had replace a broken water main himself (and 7 other guys with shovels), so I considered it as a possible option. And I may have been able to rent a backhoe. cl. But, the risk of ruining my house was too great so we called Tom.
Tom works with a mechanical contracting unit. The man can't do everything himself. When they were digging, a neighbor was walking down the sidewalk and is hard of sight. These guys held his hand and walked him around the site. They even replaced the broken sidewalk tile with a new one. Which goes above and beyond, in my book.
Thanks Tom, Sean, the two other guys who I did not meet and the Peco guys who had to come back out to fix the gas line that was hit. Which is funny because when Peco marked the line, it wasn't going to be where they found it.
Good thing I didn't do this job myself. Thanks Tom.
peace,
michael

Called them this morning, were at our house same day within a couple hours, resolved our issue within 30 minutes, fair price quick and good service worth every penny and great to know a plumber now that we can call! Highly recommend.

On Sunday we discovered our downstairs toilet overflowing due to a blockage in our main sewer line. It was nerve wracking for me since this is our first home and haven't been officially been broken into homeownership with an issue in our new home. So I was in a tizzy and worried. My husband is in the military and was due to leave early Monday morning for duty so I was going to have to deal with it myself.
Ron was nice and understanding. Definitely worked with us and even though they didn't make it out that evening, he definitely made me feel like it was ok and they would help out the next day.
A half an hour prior to coming to the house, I received a text with an ETA and a picture of the tech who was coming. That to me is awesome - I know that to a lot of people is comforting too.
Tommy and another technician got here before the ETA. He was beyond friendly and listened. He gave me the game plan and price upfront. They were literally done in 10 mins. Price was beyond reasonable and you can't beat that with timely, friendly service. Even though I hope not to need them again (lol) if I do - they will be the first call.

Joseph DeLuca of DeLuca Plumbing just completed my bathroom renovation/remodeling. He is not only an excellent plumber; he is also an outstanding craftsman and has a wonderful eye for design and style. Throughout the remodeling process, Mr. DeLuca was on site every day, working diligently to complete the bathroom. He kept in touch, explained everything, provided expert advice, and was always available for questions. The service he provided was simply outstanding, and he completed the work on time and on budget. The entire experience was flawless, as is my new bathroom! Mr. DeLuca is dedicated and takes great pride in his work. He installed new walls, ceramic tile, exhaust fan, lighting, vanity, toilet, faucets, shelves, towel bars, floor, and created a custom shower. He took a personal interest in the bathroom; he even helped me put up the shower curtain! He wanted it to not only be functional, he wanted it to be beautiful - and it is! Mr. DeLuca also treated my home with the utmost respect, as if it were his own home. I highly recommend DeLuca Plumbing for not only remodeling, but for all plumbing needs. He is an old school plumber, a master of his craft, and dedicated to his customers. He does not try to upsell or recommend unnecessary work, nor did he recommend overly expensive products. He takes great pride in his work and he is an honest, decent person. Whether you need an entire remodel or just a smaller plumbing repair, I highly recommend DeLuca Plumbing.

I was so impressed with John Luke plumbing that I was compelled to write a review. Tom came to our home to give us an estimate on a new hot water heater. He was extremely honest, letting us know that we don't need a new one right away, provided reasonable pricing (especially when compared to the other quotes I received), and took the time to answer all of my questions. I can't say enough good things; when we do anything plumbing related moving forward, John Luke will always be my first call!

JKM Plumbing is always quick to respond to phone calls and has performed several jobs for me - each of which has been done professionally and competently. I am always looking for contractors I can trust - JKM is certainly one of them.

Rik and Mike remodeled my tiny bathroom in South Philly. From a previous remodel, I had a leaky shower stall that that was tiled and grouted poorly, and they were careful to demo the problematic walls and floor, while salvaging tile on opposing walls, storage cabinets and cubbies, and a medicine cabinet that I wanted to keep.
When the floor came up, we discovered a rotted subfloor, compromised joists and some water damage. This was not something we had budgeted for in the initial estimate, but Rik recognized that the new priority was structural integrity and was reasonable about additional costs for sistering compromised joists, moving water lines, and giving me a new subfloor.
When there were new issues or detours they had to take (the bathroom is in a 100 year old building), Rik ran all changes by me and let me know what options (and their respective costs) we had. At one point, he even brought in a structural guy to double check the direction he recommended we take on those compromised joists.
Post demo and remediation, they installed everything I had bought for the project - the new toilet, the new shower stall, new shower walls, new vanity, new fixtures and new tiling on the floor. That part of the project took the amount of time Rik had estimated, and the only time-related hiccups were caused by the rotting subfloor and joist sistering, which were not foreseen.
Rik understood that my number one priority was making sure that the shower was watertight, and he pointed out different steps during the way that we accomplished that goal. I'll update this review periodically to let you know how watertight it remains.
Finally, there was the issue of construction debris. Rik and Mike did this work in late July and early August of 2020, when the city's sanitation department was racked with COVID-19 and some trash pickup did not occur on schedule. While they put debris in large white bags labeled contractor bags and expected the city to haul them off. However, once city services resumed, the sanitation department (for 2 consecutive weeks) would take all trash EXCEPT the contractor bags and the old toilet Rik and Mike had placed at the curb.
When I notified them of this, Rik did the right thing. Even though our financial dealings with one another were in the rear view mirror and the new bathroom had been completed for nearly 2 weeks, he swooped by 48 hours later to pick up the debris and properly dispose of it.
In all, I was very pleased with Rik and Mike's work, and I would hire them again.

edit: bumping this down to 4 stars unfortunately because I've called two or three times over the past 6 months and each time no one got back to me. not sure if they're still in business?
this review is long overdue but i forgot my yelp log-in.
On superbowl sunday my kitchen faucet had a slow drip. my boyfriend and i were overly confident in skills we don't have and thought we could fix it, which ended up making it a million times worse. there was now a steady stream coming out that wouldn't stop. so we are freaking out and come on here to find a plumber. we call this number and ray is unable to come out due to not being in the area because of a family death, but he knew that we had no idea what to do so he walked us through shutting the water off between phone calls and us texting him pictures. We scheduled for him to come out the next morning, but in the meantime he gave us a half hour of his expertise just because he was a nice guy who knew we needed help.
He came out the next day at the time we planned and was incredibly nice, explained what was wrong as he beautifully fixed the problem, gave us suggestions for the future, and top it all off, his services were very affordable! Definitely going to call him next time we need someone!

Very honest and reliable. We used the company to replace the roof on our property in PA and Jamal was very accomodating. Showed up when he said he would and completed the work on time. Sent pics after the job was done since we don't live in PA. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest and affordable contractor.

Recently purchase a condo where the former owner enrolled in one of Giannone's preventative maintenance contracts. I contacted Giannone in September to schedule the pre-heating season maintenance but they said they weren't scheduling these services until the start of heating season and that I should contact them mid-October. So, I contact them today, as the weather's starting to turn, and they claim the earliest availability for pre-heating maintenance is December 22nd, but could get out as early as next week if I scheduled it as a service call - which of course would be an additional cost and unquotable by phone. I contested that the preventative maintenance had already been paid for and I was not willing to pay anything additional for the same service. Based on my experience, along with other here, it's clear that this companies only prerogative is to extract as much money from you as possible, with no consideration for pre-paid services.

We had an emergency with a broken pipe that was attached to our water filtration system. They were able to come out the same day to make a quick fix and then returned the next day with everything they needed to fix the pipes and install a new and much better water filter system. They are very responsive and text photos of the servicemen who are coming to your house. Their customer service is excellent and they are clearly concerned about their consumer.
