I had some kind of a leak in my garage coming from the ceiling. It was a stain on the ceiling. They cut a huge hole in my ceiling and said that they didn't know where it was coming from. It appears to have stopped so call us back if you notice more water on the ceiling and charged me $200.00. Not to mention left me with a huge hole in the ceiling of the garage. I would not recommend this company. No satisfaction on my end and now I have to pay someone to fix the ceiling.

UPDATE: I spoke with the owner and he apologized after I showed him the invoice. Attached are a few photos. Also, Randy the tech refused to take his shoes off in my house because he said he was in the military and injured his leg and needs the boot support which the owner said was a lie and apologized. I had a brand new house with brand new carpet and he walked on my new carpet with his filthy boots.

John was such a nice guy! Talked to me like a human and let me know the status of my furnace. Even gave some free advice and ideas to help me save money. Guys like him are few and far between. Definitely someone I'll be calling in the future anytime I need him. The transformer in my furnace was buzzing, John and I texted to pick a date and iron out costs. Super easy to book. Came right on time, respectful of my house, fixed what needed to be fixed. Awesome experience! Thanks John!

Plumbing problems can become a nightmare. So when I need authorized state approved plumbing done in my home, I call Tom. When I don't need the job to be approved by any utility company, I do it myself or call Jimmy ;)

The potential nightmare of DIY plumbing could be devastating. Our last project was a broken water main pipe. As a home owner, I'm responsible for fixing the water pipe outside my house all the way to the valve at the curb. There is a flat metal lid covering the valve in our front yard, on the thin strip of grass between the sidewalk and the road. That lid covers the valve that turns off the water so I can replace the pipe. My father in law had replace a broken water main himself (and 7 other guys with shovels), so I considered it as a possible option. And I may have been able to rent a backhoe. cl. But, the risk of ruining my house was too great so we called Tom.

Tom works with a mechanical contracting unit. The man can't do everything himself. When they were digging, a neighbor was walking down the sidewalk and is hard of sight. These guys held his hand and walked him around the site. They even replaced the broken sidewalk tile with a new one. Which goes above and beyond, in my book.

Thanks Tom, Sean, the two other guys who I did not meet and the Peco guys who had to come back out to fix the gas line that was hit. Which is funny because when Peco marked the line, it wasn't going to be where they found it.

Good thing I didn't do this job myself. Thanks Tom.

I had a very small job that needed attention. Usually, very tough to get someone to come quick except for those companies with the rolling trucks that charge just to show up. DeLuca came the day after I called and completed the job. Very professional and thorough. Cleaned up and did work at reasonable price.

I'm very happy with John Luke Plumbing & Heating. I needed some heavy duty but not urgent plumbing work. Their price was fair and I appreciated their honesty. Another plumber wanted to charge us for a bunch of unnecessary work and these guys came in and told the truth and did what they said they would do. Imagine that.

Good guys. Also John Luke himself came in to check and verify some things and offered me some sound advise about home owners insurance while he was here.

I will happily recommend this company.  While I wouldn't say they're cheap, they are fair and honest and don't charge for unnecessary stuff.

We've used for big jobs and small, inside and outside. Brian and his crew always do a great job!

this review is long overdue but i forgot my yelp log-in.

On superbowl sunday my kitchen faucet had a slow drip. my boyfriend and i were overly confident in skills we don't have and thought we could fix it, which ended up making it a million times worse. there was now a steady stream coming out that wouldn't stop. so we are freaking out and come on here to find a plumber. we call this number and ray is unable to come out due to not being in the area because of a family death, but he knew that we had no idea what to do so he walked us through shutting the water off between phone calls and us texting him pictures. We scheduled for him to come out the next morning, but in the meantime he gave us a half hour of his expertise just because he was a nice guy who knew we needed help.

He came out the next day at the time we planned and was incredibly nice, explained what was wrong as he beautifully fixed the problem, gave us suggestions for the future, and top it all off, his services were very affordable! Definitely going to call him next time we need someone!

Very honest and reliable. We used the company to replace the roof on our property in PA and Jamal was very accomodating. Showed up when he said he would and completed the work  on time. Sent pics after the job was done since we don't live in PA. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest and affordable contractor.

Leon was thorough, took time to explain everything to us and did a great review of our A/C unit.  We're all ready for the summer!

They came in and serviced my hot water heater today & I was very happy with their service. The owner was very thorough in explaining the steps he took to diagnose the problem and educated me about the hot water system and the possible causes for the breakdown. Even though he couldn't fix it today (waiting on a part to arrive), the fact that he explained to me how to install the new part once it arrives (so I could save money) made me feel that he wasn't just trying to make as much money off me as possible. Also, the quote he gave me to do the installation himself was considerably cheaper than the company that gave me a quote on the same job the day before (and the other company left without me knowing the cause of the problem). I am so happy they serviced my heater and I just wished I contacted them first and saved the $50 I spent on the first company.
