I have used Rick with Texas Strong Plumbing on several occasions to repair plumbing items in my home and I have to say that I would not use anyone else.  He replaced a kitchen faucet for me, no problem and also installed a gas line to my gas dryer so I wouldn't have to go out and buy electric.  Rick is very particular and conscientious about all of his work and cares about the customer. I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me they could come out and look at my tap. She couldn't guarantee they could fix it that day because of their schedule but they could at least look at it and then schedule a repair time. They went on the day they said. Mike called me and we spoke. He then sent me a picture of the issue and fixed it. I needed it fixed so I didn't ask the price. Once he was done I asked what my bill was. I was totally shocked to find it be so reasonable. I know plumbers are expensive and particularly up here but I was so happy that it was totally in line with Houston prices. I was able to pay over the phone and the best part...it was fixed and not just the shoddy work we have come to expect living up here. I definitely don't want anymore plumbing problems but these guys will be my go to and I will even wait for them if they are busy because this company is honest, dependable and truly have integrity.

We had a pipe to break and searched for a 24hour plumber. Yelpers gave great reviews for TPP. My husband called and spoke with a professional gentleman and dispatched Manny. Manny arrived when stated, was very courteous, professional, and explained the process and cleaned up after himself. For using someone, or a company, based on reviews alone, we were satisfied.

Great Job. First they schedule me the following day. Then they arrived earlier then scheduled. Techs were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themself very well. They also provided me with a veteran discount. The price was great and reasonably. Outstanding job and I would recommend them.

Dennis has been working with us on a complicated and expensive plumbing project and he has been great.  I highly recommend him.

Jeremy Miller(My dad) is the best plumber! He works very hard to keep customers satisfied. He makes updates all the time to keep his business as running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. He is very friendly with his costumers and is fair with the price he charges. I assure you that you will be satisfied!

Called them out on a Saturday. They came out and did a fast job on getting  a kitchen sink fixed, He cleaned up and have me some suggestions about the garbage disposal. I would definitely use them again.

Used him for the first time today and all I can say is that he is GREAT! He is very honest and very friendly, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He answered any questions that I had and answered and explained them. Definitely use him if you are in the area.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to an AC unit not working. Placed a call a someone actually picked up the phone. Made an appointment and was told it would be late afternoon before a tech will out to help us. To our surprise maybe 30-45 mins later received a call that a technician was on his way. George was pleasant to work with and completed the repair and our unit was working again. Very professional and would recommend their services.

This place charged an outrageous amount of money to install a garbage disposal, that leaked because of not being installed properly!

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

Incompetent company. They're not a licensed plumbing company or plumbers. Horrible work and they do not stand behind their work. Total rip-off. Had to hire another company to fix the work they weren't qualified to do. Stay away from this company.

not very satisfied, first of all they came out 3 different times , 3 different sets of people each time and they all had something different to say, the first time the guys said everything major was OK and we only had to fix a minor thing, so we fixed it and then they came out 2 days later, different people and then they this time everything failed and before they said that they had already called the town to have them come out and inspect the work for.the next day and after they seen it wasn't going to pass they never called the town back to cancel the inspection. young plumbing said it failed because lines leaking and said the other guys who  work with them , should have caught it the first time they came out... sooooo we had to fix all that and then the next day 2 more different people come out , same company and say it looks good and that it would cost us $35 for the town to come out and inspect it. its always free for.the town to inspec, the reason WE had to pay is because they never called to cancel the town inspection the day they told us it failed due to leaking lines so we had to pay for.there mistake after forking out lots of.money every time they came out . and they refused to acknowledge that the $35 we had to pay for the town to come out was because of them!! never again will we go threw these people!

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.
