HISTORY

Established in 1965.
Freddie Bailey purchased J.R. Keith Plumbing in 1965. Mr. Keith called Freddie on a Sunday evening and told him to show up at his shop the next morning because he wanted to sell the business and property to him because he was ready to retire. Freddie showed up and the deal was made. Freddie worked hard to continue the business and grow it and adding additional staff. Eventually Freddie had a son and began teaching him the trade. Freddie Sr. & Freddie Jr. worked together until 1987 when an opportunity for Freddie Jr. to purchase a plumbing company in Katy. In 2014 Freddie Sr. and Freddie Jr. merged the two business. In 2015 Freddie Sr. retired after 50 years of business. Freddie Jr. is continuing the family tradition of serving others with quality service and integrity.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Freddie Bailey Jr. grew up in the plumbing trade with his family's business. Freddie attended Spring Branch High School and graduated in 1982. Freddie passed the Journeyman Plumber exam at 17 years old and the Master Plumber exam at 18 years old. After many years working in his family's business Freddie purchased Nottingham Plumbing in Katy TX in 1987. In 2014 Freddie and Freddie Sr. discussed a merger of the two businesses. In 2015 Freddie Sr. retired. With the retirement of Freddie Sr. the opportunity was available for Freddie Jr. to obtain his father's license number through the Legacy act. In 2016 Freddie Jr. received the permanent license of M-5.

Called at 2pm on 12/18 to get a plumber out to fix an issue. I was initially scheduled for the next day, but he was able to get someone out that afternoon. By 3pm, Pablo was arriving and by 3:40 he had finished the work and everything worked again.

Explained the problem well, didn't overcharge (based on a couple other quotes) and actually showed up unlike my earlier appointment with another company.

I used this company in 2013 and am so grateful I held onto the receipt. They are very honest and take their time to explain what is what and answer any questions until your completely satisfied.
I highly recommend them and will be using them again should I have a need.

We had a laundry list of problems..Freddie Bailey was responsive, all repairs were itemized and fairly priced. All repairs were done to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend

Was out of town when friend called to say small leak in bathroom.Called Freddie Baily and asked for service on Friday at 9:00. Plumber arrived ,surveyed situation and did wonderful job fixing the problem and explaining what happened.
We have used Freddie Baily for 25 years and always very pleased with their work and their wonderful,educated men.
