A late Sunday issue with the PTrap was taken care of by Monday morning.  Great service, techs were professional and very considerate of our home, explained the issue and replacement was installed in under 30 min!

This is the greatest group of hard working people. A family business that puts people and their needs first. A person even answers the phone every time you call. We got an estimate and the job done in record time two mini split units. They cared and took the time to finish off everything so nothing on the outside was an eyesore (see photos) We also had emergency plumbing work done on our little 1930's bungalow without a hitch. And when my mom needed a new sump Ellis's came out quickly knowing she was elderly.   I think having a business be in the family for generations creates a strong sense of integrity and responsibility. I had a pipe freeze on Xmas and was desperate to have someone come out asap, since we didn't have any water all day. Keith was responsive, came out right away, replaced the broken pipe and I'm back in business. I really appreciated communicating through the app, and as well via text. I hate calling places. Every single time I call these guys, they go out of their way to be helpful and informative.

This time around, I needed a very specific, hard to find tub. When I called and inquired as to whether they had it in stock, they took down my phone number to call me back (instead of leaving me on hold perpetually) while they looked for the item in question. Not even ten minutes later, they actually returned my call and told me that they were picking it up from their supplier and that it would be at their location within 1.5 hours.

Finding a place with such amazing customer service is a rare find these days, and they definitely deserve to be recognized for it!

Our water heater kept leaking and it slowly started to become worse, so we called and a very friendly lady answered the call and coordinated Andrew's visit to check out what's going on. It was clear that we needed a new heater and two days later, his crew showed up and replaced it.
This was probably one of the most hassle-free experiences I have had so far, the work was done excellently, the pricing was good (the lowest estimate in the area) and the staff was friendly and respectful of our interior.
