Michael and his team are what you would consider going above and beyond what is expected. We had a leak in our finished basement over Memorial Day weekend and they made all our problems go away. They took the time to explain what it was they were doing and you can tell they were genuine and not just out to make a cash grab. It's rare these days to find that kind of service. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

Robert E. Harker has been my plumber since I bought my house in 1995.
He, John Harker and other staff have always provided professional service to me with big jobs and small, at reasonable prices.  My phone calls are promptly returned and every effort is made to get to my house as needed, including emergencies as well as scheduling jobs  At times, I have received suggestions for minor jobs that I have been able to complete myself, and have done so successfully, saving me time and money. This advice has always worked.  I trust Harker Plumbing with the plumbing needs of my home and I highly recommend them without reservation.

I called Larry first thing on Monday morning and he was at my doorstep within several hours.  I was very impressed. Thanks Larry!!

The employee that came to fix my water heater told me that what he had just spent 2 hours doing would not likely help, and suggested I call the office if I had bill related questions.  So I called to talk to Dave Ellis, who yelled at me for calling to complain.  When I politely asked him to not yell at me, he got angrier.  I spoke calmly and reasonably, and was shocked by Mr. Ellis's response.   The secretary called back the next day and offered to lower the bill and said that Dave was just having a bad day, and that I should understand that people just get frustrated sometimes.  I asked her to have Dave call me to resolve it since I may have to talk to him again in the future.  He just installed a brand new system in my home and I wanted to be assured that I can call in again if there is a problem without getting yelled at.  I never heard back, even with a follow up email.  So I am left with the understanding that Mr. Ellis has no interest in treating his customers with respect.

I had a pipe freeze on Xmas and was desperate to have someone come out asap, since we didn't have any water all day. Keith was responsive, came out right away, replaced the broken pipe and I'm back in business. I really appreciated communicating through the app, and as well via text. I hate calling places. I'm so impressed, I scheduled more work to be done with Keith, that I had been delaying for months. Thanks again!

Such an amazing experience!! I've been a home owner for several years and those that are would know that you find someone to do some work an it's a terrible experience. NOT IN THIS CASE AT ALL. The response time was less than 30 minutes . He did tell me over the phone that it would cost for an estimate and that he couldn't tell me exactly what the cost would be until he got there . My schedule was free that day and within 2 hours he was here! Professional, knowledgeable, and even said I could wait for the work or replace my garbage disposal now. Trust me when I say LOCK THIS NUMBER IN!!!!  Awesome job and thank you !!!!

Can't say enough about this restaurant the food is so good and you better be hungry when you get there the sandwiches are extra large but prices are very reasonable steaks and hoagies are so very good and big . I don't think many people will be able to finish one, they are family members who operate the place and very friendly they bring your food and they leave you alone to enjoy your meal I wish I could give them 10 stars but that's not a option. Can't wait to go back again soon love this restaurant and it even smells good too.

I have been a 20 year customer of Len Schmidt; first in my residence in HaddonHeights and now with my rental duplex. They are reliable and responsive- invaluable to me as a landlord. I can count on them to work with me, respond quickly , and do a thorough job.

They're a bit pricey, but they get the job done and done quickly. We've never had a problem with any of their work, and their price is worth the quick response and service.

What a rip-off! Do not use this plumber. They installed a new toilet about 1-1.5 yrs. ago. I called them because the base was wobbling - not  even a year old. I called again because the toilet runs for no apparent reason, but I can count on it to run every time I sit on it. They came by and refused to repair because the one year guarantee had expired. They do not stand behind their work and customer service is horrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Will replaced a water heater for me. He helped me get the best model out there, beat Home Depot's price on the service and even helped me patch some holes in the wall next to the water heater that I was going to pay someone else to help me with! Great service, will use again!

I've used these guys twice. The first time, my kitchen sink was backing up, and the plumber said We can't reach it, it must be in the drain. JMF came out and found the clog: a whole lot of food waste at the bottom of the stack (vertical pipe), some 10 or 12 feet down. They cleaned it out-- problem solved.

This time it was my toilet. Again, my first call was the plumber, but again their tools couldn't reach the problem. The number they gave me for a drain guy wasn't working right,* so I called Fay Corp. again. Their man Mike was here and had it cleared up less than an hour-and-a-half from my call.

Yes, their prices seem high to me, but I don't have a scale to compare to and I don't feel deceived. For the kitchen job they told me it would be more on the weekend, so I waited till Monday.

Had a small leak in a pipe.  Called Ben's ProServ and they came in about an hour on a Saturday! Dan B was very professional and explained the options and cost for fixing the pipe. The cost was what I expected - no surprises.  Everything worked out well and I will definitely call ProServ in the future.
