Jack from Drainmen came  late one evening to assess a leak from the kids bathroom onto the kitchen ceiling. Gave an estimate, and scheduled a time to come back within 48 hrs. Found a solution and fixed the leak. Great craftsmanship, reasonable pricing and honesty from Jack make these guys recommended highly from me.

Responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled right away.  Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.  Definitely would recommend and use for any future services.

my family has been patronizing Ellis plumbing for around 50 years, and they are so reliable and professional that I wanted to give them a review. we called on Friday for an issue with a funky odor in the house, Ed came out Friday afternoon and checked every possible source, drilled some holes to vent our sewer, fixed a sink stopper that had broken years ago and basically shored everything up, while whistling happily to himself. what a great guy. I had a pipe freeze on Xmas and was desperate to have someone come out asap, since we didn't have any water all day. Keith was responsive, came out right away, replaced the broken pipe and I'm back in business. I really appreciated communicating through the app, and as well via text. I hate calling places. I was able to get Tony to come out to my apartment when I found out a leak in my unit was affecting my neighbor. He was responsive and timely. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the issue was. I will definitely call him for any future issues.

My neighbors and I, as well as friends and family, have been using this plumbing service for a few years and have never had a problem.  They are excellent to deal with and know what they are doing.  I am inclined to write now, since my husband and I used their services last week and we couldn't have been any happier - great team of knowledgable workers.

Nice people and good work, but too expensive. For the same price I could have called the other company that wear shoe slippers and only sends the labor needed.

Maybe it is because I have a Haddonfield address, but they sent two guys for a one person job. No literally, only one guy could fit in the space to do the work. At best the other guy could hand tools and be moral support. Of course I was charged the labor for both.

A customer since 1997, always performed my plumbing needs,, Soon to have my Oil boiler converted to Gas by them and also my bathroom lead pipes removed( original from1925) and bathroom remodeled.. Great guys, great plumbers

Bought a house and needed the furnace/boiler checked prior to the winter season.  Was also having some issues with the system in general.  I called the  company that had serviced the equipment for years (The previous owner had highly recommended) and they no showed on me twice but called me back to see if I wanted to buy a service plan.  (!?!).  That was enough for me.  I started the hunt for a new Heating guy.

Out of desperation I asked a friend for a referral and she recommended G.J. Stimmler and sons.  (She raved about them and how honest they were)  I'm very happy that she referred them.  In no time, I had the owner Andy and his assistant on my doorstep and the furnace was being cleaned and inspected.  They identified the cause of my problems and replaced an electrical part.  The bill was very reasonable and I never felt like they were rushing to get to the next job.  

This is a local, family owned company that's a couple of generations in the making.  I can see why they have endured.  The entire time they were working, Andy answered my barrage of questions about hot water heating systems in general and my 36 year old boiler in particular.  I asked when it should be replaced.  Clearly, there are no high pressure sales tactics here.  I was told my system is past it's normal useful life of 30 years but that it's been very well maintained and does not look it's age at all.  He said it was a coin toss and that the boiler  could last for a few years more or die in a few months. There's just no way to know.  He simply suggested putting money away as and when I can and planning for a new system down the road.  On top of that, when I asked him if he knew of a good tree service, he gave me a name and number that worked out fantastically.

What sealed the deal for me was about a month later, I called the emergency line because my furnace went out.  Andy diagnosed the problem over the phone based on my description and told me what to do.  Heat restored.  Zero charge.  These are the only guys I will use from now on.  I cannot recommend them enough and I see their truck in the neighborhood a couple of times a week at least.

Irrelevant but interesting - I recently looked at some of the yellowed paperwork and instruction sheets that are tacked to the basement wall near the furnace.  (Most pamphlets are for equipment long since removed but they date back to the early 60's.)  These documents were added to over the years by Obsessive owners as new parts were installed/equipment replaced and they have apparently remained untouched for decades.  Being a history nerd, I took them down and sifted through them and discovered that my boiler was installed (in 1980) by none other than G.J Stimmler and Sons.  Irony!  That just gives me warm fuzzies.  One generation of a family business installed the equipment, the current generation will (eventually) take it out and replace it.  Full circle....

Had All Better Plumbing out for repairs on my Sump pump setup. Worked with Xavier who was friendly and efficient in taking care of my backup battery replacement and overall system check up.  I get an answer on the phone every time I've called them to schedule as well (no voicemail or computers).  Highly recommend.

I had a back up in my plumbing and being a first time homeowner, my mind went to the worst case scenario. After calling a friend and a friend of a friend, I was referred to James Michael Fay plumbing.
The lady who picked up put me at ease and said that her guys would be out soon.
Within 2 hours, I had workers knocking on my door, however, between the evening and then, the clog seemed to have worked itself out and there was no need for them to come. They took a look anyway and assured us that things looked ok.
I'm happy that it turned out to be nothing, however, I'm sold on JMF for my future plumbing needs.

Way too expensive! I called them for emergency service and they wanted $220 to show up plus 130 hour, plus repairs. Why would a company trying to build their customer base try to rip you off in a time of need?
I called EnviroSafe and they came out for a reasonable price. Thank you! And thanks to Tom our technician!! I will recommend you!!!!
