my family has been patronizing Ellis plumbing for around 50 years, and they are so reliable and professional that I wanted to give them a review. we called on Friday for an issue with a funky odor in the house, Ed came out Friday afternoon and checked every possible source, drilled some holes to vent our sewer, fixed a sink stopper that had broken years ago and basically shored everything up, while whistling happily to himself. what a great guy. I had a pipe freeze on Xmas and was desperate to have someone come out asap, since we didn't have any water all day. Keith was responsive, came out right away, replaced the broken pipe and I'm back in business. I really appreciated communicating through the app, and as well via text. I hate calling places. Tony came out right away let me know up front that there was an estimated charge which would b waved and included in the price if I wanted the work done . The next day after his other customer was serviced he was here as promised, he took his time and made sure the job was done RIGHT! My neighbors and I, as well as friends and family, have been using this plumbing service for a few years and have never had a problem.  They are excellent to deal with and know what they are doing.  I am inclined to write now, since my husband and I used their services last week and we couldn't have been any happier - great team of knowledgable workers.

Every single time I call these guys, they go out of their way to be helpful and informative.

This time around, I needed a very specific, hard to find tub. When I called and inquired as to whether they had it in stock, they took down my phone number to call me back (instead of leaving me on hold perpetually) while they looked for the item in question. Not even ten minutes later, they actually returned my call and told me that they were picking it up from their supplier and that it would be at their location within 1.5 hours.

Finding a place with such amazing customer service is a rare find these days, and they definitely deserve to be recognized for it!

Nice people and good work, but too expensive. For the same price I could have called the other company that wear shoe slippers and only sends the labor needed.

Maybe it is because I have a Haddonfield address, but they sent two guys for a one person job. No literally, only one guy could fit in the space to do the work. At best the other guy could hand tools and be moral support. Of course I was charged the labor for both.

I had a very positive experience with these folks. They replaced my shower valves and shut offs.

They were easy to schedule and responded promptly. They showed up late, but called and told me that their previous job was running long. They were even respectful of my son napping in the other room which was awesome.

The best part: I was quoted a price to have my entire shower diverter replaced + shit off valves. When they showed up they realized that they couldn't remove the brass diverter without destroying the wall. So they improvised with the existing diverter. Now, I was ready to start chiseling them on the price because the quoted work wasn't completed to specifications. But before I knew it I was told I owed about $200 less than quoted. Think about that. I didn't have to haggle or anything. They were just *gasp* honest. That's worth a lot.

Heater malfunctioned on the coldest night of the year (1/7/2018) and called Stimmler and Sons. They got back to me within 10 minutes. Andrew came out and quickly diagnosed the minor problem and had the house warm in no time! I would recommend Stimmler and Sons to everyone.

I called at 1:30 on a Monday afternoon about a problem with the sewer line from my house. Techs were here within an hour and the problem was resolved within another hour. The two guys they sent were very pleasant to deal with and knowledgable, the price was affordable, and there's a 30-day guarantee on the work. I'd recommend them to friends, and will call them again if I have another problem.

Had a small leak in a pipe.  Called Ben's ProServ and they came in about an hour on a Saturday! Dan B was very professional and explained the options and cost for fixing the pipe. The cost was what I expected - no surprises.  Everything worked out well and I will definitely call ProServ in the future.
