Drainmen came out for emergency service of a clogged pipe.  They gave an accurate estimate of the time they were going to be arriving.  It was pouring rain so we were thankful they automatically removed their shoes (which was awesome because we had just gotten our carpets cleaned!) :)  They worked quickly and the pipes were unclogged in less than 1/2 hour!  The price was very reasonable.  They even gave advice for how to avoid clogged pipes in the future and guaranteed the work for 3 months. Thanks again!

Julian did a great job and make everything tidy after the kitchen drain work. He is motivated by the goal of helping people. I am impressed and he did help me a lot in solving my kitchen crisis today.

I called Bob Harker in August of 2016 for a garbage disposal issue. He got there, put his hand down and removed a piece of plastic that was dropped down by my son. I also told him I had a toilet issue, it just runs. He grabbed a wrench, tightened something and left. No more then 15 minutes of work but charged me $145.. I offered to pay him that day, he said no he bills. He calls me in October and asks me where the payment is. I said I never recieved an invoice. I offered to pay over the phone he said no we accept cash or checks. He said I was the 3rd person that day to state that I never received an invoice. I told him to please email it to me. He said hes not set up to email but he will have his brother in law do it. December 19 i get an invoice via email. I mail a check, it comes back as address not good. I called Mr. Harker and left him a voicemail and nothing. I then get a phone call from a John Harker telling me he wants payment. I told him that I mailed it and it came back, he said send again. I did just that. 3 weeks later I get a voicemail from John Harker stating that he will now begin to come to my home everyday until the check is received, he stated how he is actively checking my facebook page to see where I check into, how obvious it is that I know how to spend money but not pay his bill. I called him immediately and told him a date and time to come to my house to get his money (on his voicemail again) but low and behold he never showed up. I checked my account and the check was never cashed so I had to issue a stop payment which cost me 30 dollars. I then did a certified return receipt envelope and put the check in that and it came back to me 2 weeks later as unclaimed after 3 attempts. During that time, John Harker called me at least 6 times a day, threatening to put a contractors lein on my property which he cant do because its less them 500. He would leave me voicemails about how he is outside my house, looking in my door trying to see if anyone is there, he will not stop harrassing me until he is paid, he will sit outside my house all day everyday until he is paid. He would leave cards in my door with nasty notes so finally i went to the police station to file harrassment charges against him. I provided all the emails, voicemails and texts. I then put 1 last check in the mail to him and guess what, it came back again as unclaimed after 3 attempts. I then get a voicemail while I was at my sons basketball game saying that he was at my house having a nice conversation with my next door neighbor about how Im a deadbeat that doesnt pay my bills and how he will tell everyone he sees on my street about how I am a dead beat until my bill is paid. And included in this voicemail was him saying OH WE ALSO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. but yet never once relayed this to me before. It was only checks and cash. So I called, cursed him out and paid the bill. I would NEVER recommend this man or company to anyone. I dont even need to drop my name because he knows exactly who I am. Petty, overpriced and terrible..

Needed a plumber last week.  Called a local company and scheduled a time for the next day.  Was scheduled 11-1pm. At 230 I called them and The dispatcher said she will call me back with an update. Around 315 I get a call from her and they want to reschedule for the following day.  I took off work to be there at 1030am for them. Wasn't going to take another chance with them. Then I called Larry at the plumbing company.  He told me he would be there the next day around noon. At 9am he called to see if he could come out earlier.  By 1030am he's pulling into my driveway, by noon my old kitchen faucet is replaced and working properly.  Price was fair and his service was excellent.  Would highly recommend...........Joe B.

We had used Albert Ellis team to repair some duct work a few months ago and had a great experience. Our air went out last night so I called right at 8 am when they opened. They were able to send someone over right away and assess the issue. By noon, Brandon had us back up and running! Great service!

I had a pipe freeze on Xmas and was desperate to have someone come out asap, since we didn't have any water all day. Keith was responsive, came out right away, replaced the broken pipe and I'm back in business. I really appreciated communicating through the app, and as well via text. I hate calling places. I'm so impressed, I scheduled more work to be done with Keith, that I had been delaying for months. Thanks again!

In May, the sewer started leaking a bit, and the basement smelled.
Having no plumbing problems in the past (purchased a rehab), I googled plumbers for a non-emergency repair.

Tony came out and told me the water was NOT a sewer leak. That the source was a water-line problem and the smell was street-side requiring 1000's in excavation.
The very next day the basement flooded, with sewer water, because (shock) the sewer line was clogged.

Tony came out and for $300 pulled out a single tampon.  He claimed that one item caused a clog in a main sewer pipe... He did not re-snake, run a videoscope or do anything else.  

The problem which he was called for, the smell, was not solved.  It got worse, so I assumed it was the result of the flooding, and treated the basement for mold. It didn't help.

In July, the basement flooded again. This time far more at about 1/4 inch deep. Tony, laughing, refused to come out.

It cost me $60 to rent an auger to get the clog cleared. It caused about $1000 in damages, 2 weeks to clean.

For $300 Tony's sloppy self missed a quart of tampons. 31 to be exact - an entire box minus one tampon he found- a former tenant flushed into the toilet. The smell is gone, of course.

Oh, I-fixd-it, alright. Tony didn't.

Please, hire someone else.

Edit: the response includes numerous ad-hominem accusations, the least that I am not a real customer. Included is that they guarantee their work. I had to tread ankle knee for several hours in the value of THAT guarantee.

I am having a septic issue.  I need to hook up with the township now.  Bummer.  I was given Keith Klein's name by the township I live in.  I checked with my normal general contractor and he approved Keith too.  The estimate was very fair and less than a few other estimates I received.  I am most grateful that he responded to my call quickly and that he came out quickly for the consult cause I was in a rush to get the job done.  Thanks.  Appreciated.

We had Sunny's Services install a water heater recently.  Not only did Josh do an excellent and thorough job at a very fair price, he but was very respectful, knowledgeable and hardworking.  The owner was extremely responsive and truly cares about customer satisfaction and building long term relationships with his customer base.  They will be installing a well water filter for us shortly at a fair price again and we expect to have another very positive experience.  We will continue using this company for future projects. Thank you Josh and Jay and keep up the good work - it is truly appreciated especially in today's market.

Every single time I call these guys, they go out of their way to be helpful and informative.

This time around, I needed a very specific, hard to find tub. When I called and inquired as to whether they had it in stock, they took down my phone number to call me back (instead of leaving me on hold perpetually) while they looked for the item in question. Not even ten minutes later, they actually returned my call and told me that they were picking it up from their supplier and that it would be at their location within 1.5 hours.

Finding a place with such amazing customer service is a rare find these days, and they definitely deserve to be recognized for it!

Nice people and good work, but too expensive. For the same price I could have called the other company that wear shoe slippers and only sends the labor needed.

Maybe it is because I have a Haddonfield address, but they sent two guys for a one person job. No literally, only one guy could fit in the space to do the work. At best the other guy could hand tools and be moral support. Of course I was charged the labor for both.

I called when our bathroom shower began to leak through to our kitchen due to a faulty drain. They were able to come out and fix the problem in less than 20 minutes for a reasonable price. They were great with communication, calling when they were on their way                                                                                                                                         and working around my schedule despite having a packed day.

After reading a few previous reviews, I decided to call Stimmler GJ & Sons. The woman who answered the phone could not have been any kinder - and I received a return phone call within the hour AND Andrew showed up almost immediately. My son is in the process of buying his first house - and Andrew could not have been any more informative, patient and thorough than I would hope for someone to be- explaining all of the plumbing and heating issues. NEVER did I feel pressured to do any work, in fact, he was so honest, he told me I could wait and handle a few small issues with a trip to home depot! If honesty is an important factor in hiring a plumber - call this company.

I've had them out a few times over the past couple of years. Will is very good and reasonably priced. I just had a water heater start to leak (12 yrs old). He came out,checked it out. His guys were out the next morning and wer done in a couple of hours.

I've never felt more deceived in my life dealing with a business. I had a bad clog in my kitchen sink. I replaced the S trap and still nothing. I was referred to this company and told them that I needed my sink snaked. I was told that it would cost more if I had them come out on a Sunday, so I decided to wait until Monday to give them a call. I called Monday morning and I told the woman on the phone of my news and that I needed an appointment. I told her that I needed an appointment at least after 4pm since I get home from work around that time. The woman said ok and that they would be out by then - SHE EXPLAINED NOTHING ELSE FURTHER. Later that day,  the guys showed up around 4:03pm. They snaked our drain through our trap and removed nothing. The snaking worked and it took them only 15 minutes. The guys were nice, on time, and quick. The only star I give is to them. The men charged 1 hour of work for a quick snake of the drain. My wife and I were shocked to realize that it cost $240 for that job! Doctors make less per hour for heart surgery! I was expecting to pay $160 like I was told by my referral (who is my uncle who is a plumber!). The men explained that they charge an extra $80 if the appointment is after 3pm! It would've been nice if the woman I talked to who scheduled the appointment would've told me this. By the way, the guys told me that the woman on the phone is apparently the owner's wife! I called her the next day and she told me that she said that there would be an additional charge when we first talked on the phone. She BLATANTLY LIED saying that she told me there was an additional charge.  Apparently if you deal with her the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG! Her tone could not have been more spiteful. Very rude! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED $240 for 15 minutes of easy work! Terrible experience. I will never use them again.

I don't need to say much as the pictures show what kind of service they will provide you. They also drilled over brand new computers and appliances and didn't ask for them to be moved or covered. The best part is that those pictures were taken after they came back and cleaned up. They won't be coming back in my house and I wouldn't recommend you let them into yours.
