I started a small business and used 365 Maintenace last year to help me with some redesign in the office buildout. There was lots of different jobs to be done to get the location ready for business; 365 Maintenance was able to do it all with excellence, on time, and at a great price. The owner, Chris, took pride in his work and stayed in great communication with me along the way with the project. 365 Maintenance exceeded my expectations, so naturally, I called them back to help me this year when I had additional construction needs within in my office. I used this guys last week for a whole house re-pipe and let me tell you they were awesome, I know a little bit about plumbing and the job was made in such a professional way,they handle everything for me I saw them working they just hassle and they were 100% professional, the job came out exactly like we planned.

After the final payment, he still tended to my last request immediately.  He and his crew are great people,
and David is a man of his word.
The project took longer than I would've thought, but it wasn't David's fault.

We had a leak and needed to get a toilet replaced yesterday. Not only did James and Isaac come out almost immediately, after 3 other companies were unable, they were fast, nice and extremely efficient. The replacement was done within minutes. I called this plumbing company to unclog my main drain line. this company send a plumber in the same day and clear my drain with jetting Machine the plumber that came to my house give me all The option before he started the job. It took him about 45 minutes to clear my line. I am recommend this plumbing company and I will use them in the future thank you for your fast response

Roto rooter came out and allowed me to watch as we video snaked the piping in my home. Roots found all throughout the piping. For a second opinion we called these guys. Said no roots and they could fix us in a jiff... never saw a camera. An unclog of what was described as feminine hygiene products, to which no evidence was provided. In an attempt to reason with an individual who calls himself Bo, words were exchanged and he was extremely unprofessional. He didn't have tools either, he had to wait for someone else to come with tools the second time out to my location. Bo is a habitual liar, has poor customer service, and will pit you against your landlord or property manager. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you work with bo, run for the hills he's like big brother, rather treat u for cancer than release the cure. Heed the real stories here vs the fake ones with 5 stars. Horrible business practices lose you customers.

I hired Eli's Plumbing to replumb the pipes in my house and bring them up to code. Originally I was quoted 2-3 weeks total. Once I gave a sizable deposit it appeared as though I was no longer a priority. After about 2 1/2 months I still was not even half way through the project. I finally was told I passed inspection and I could put the walls up. Now I can't find a record of the inspection and I have a major leak in the plumbing. I also needed to hire another plumber to connect the gas line in my house since I almost died from carbon monoxide poisoning. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I also have not heard from them in any capacity since they caused all these problems.

John is a truly service oriented type guy. He brought his son to my little project and had it finished in 2 1/2 hours. They installed a sink in the laundry room and hooked-up an outside kitchen.

I am very impressed and highly recommend John. he is my new go-to plumber professional.

Came home on a Sunday night to see my master bathroom covered in water. Called David Hicks plumbing at 8am on Monday morning. The man I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was scheduled and Mike was at my home by 9am. He fixed the problem with my sink and the charge was only $140 for one hour of labor (I thought emergency plumbing services would be way more than that). Because water had been all over the floor, it soaked through my subfloor and I had to call out a restoration company to dry it out. Mike recommended a company who was also out within the hour and who were also very knowledgable and courteous. He even then called me later in the day to make sure I was pleased with his recommendation. I am very happy with David Hicks plumbing. I definitely recommend them.

That is right KRAZY plumbing!!! totally KRAZY unprofessional..... I usually don't have the time  to write reviews but I feel like I need  to take the time to warn other customers. I have more than one week waiting for Mr. Brandon Valenzuela to come and finish what he started. Yeap that is right after $75 for diagnosis, bunch unanswered phone calls and text messages still don't know the status of the fix.
