I started a small business and used 365 Maintenace last year to help me with some redesign in the office buildout. There was lots of different jobs to be done to get the location ready for business; 365 Maintenance was able to do it all with excellence, on time, and at a great price. The owner, Chris, took pride in his work and stayed in great communication with me along the way with the project. 365 Maintenance exceeded my expectations, so naturally, I called them back to help me this year when I had additional construction needs within in my office. We have a trustworthy, reliable, hard-worker with this company and I'm glad to have found them! Thanks Chris and team!

It's nice to have someone honest and professional when you need good plumbing service. Scheduling was great and speedy. I called them on Friday morning and theshowed up pretty quick . The plumber who came was straightforward. I'm satisfied with their work, They help us with a water heater problem.

After reading several reviews and researching companies. I selected Capital Care. I call and spoke w/Julie she was very professional and warm. She explained their process and inquired if this was an emergency job. I said no and she ask me what day & time was good. We picked a day & time and she called me on that day to let me know the person that was coming and what time to expect them. Steve & Tucker came in very professional w/mask and booties on their feet. They told us the bathroom faucet needed to be replaced (it was from the builder & cheap) we had them replace the kitchen faucet because I wanted a fancy one. We would use them again for our future plumbing needs. Great job guys!!!

They are a hometown Plumber but I'm sure does a lot of work outside of the community!  During the freeze they were so busy, yet right on time and did an amazing job!  Would recommend them to anyone for sure and it is showing to be true as his business is growing by leaps and bounds!

I called this plumbing company to unclog my main drain line. this company send a plumber in the same day and clear my drain with jetting Machine the plumber that came to my house give me all The option before he started the job. It took him about 45 minutes to clear my line. I am recommend this plumbing company and I will use them in the future thank you for your fast response

Alfanso is who came out (owner) and is super respectful and really a great plumber.
He recently got me out of a huge bind during the Christmas Holidays he came out and worked on our busted pipes and had us up and going.
I Highly Recommend him for all plumbing needs.
Can't leave out one big thing that does it for me is that his Truck, his equipment his attire is super Clean! He always wears covers over his shoes when he comes in your home which is a big deal for me. It lets me know what kind of a person he is. It usually goes hand is hand with his work ethics. Definitely a number to have on speed dial if ever in a tight spot.

Still no end to the job, we've had to hire a different company to fix what they screwed up.. they came in yesterday to dig out the inappropriate drain they put in. They nicked our gas line and wouldn't own up to it. And cut my gas off. Everything in my house including heat uses gas.and it's cood here . they never came back to do all the work that they screwed up!! They where cutting corners and didn't dig a 18 trench, which was what the city said to do. They've just rigged it.
BBB next complaint and then the plumbing board..
do not use them they will , they lied to me multiple times just cover up,
They never owned up to their mistakes. And don't let the women who answers the phone fool u..they don't really care. And what she said when she answers the phone is scripted.. no truth..

I have a property that needed work. I get a call one hour and forty five minutes past the appointment time that Eli can't find the property. I'm not even the person to call about it. Two hours go by I have to call to find out if he even made there. Once I tracked him down first thing I was asked if I was asleep. I work in several times zones and live in several times zones so I found that irritating being asked that by someone who can't even find a location.

I was finally told what was needed, and I needed to write that information down. Eli did not want to wait for me to be clear on what the issues were. I wanted to write the information down since I knew them emailing to bid on the job would not be possible for them. I hung up the phone.

Maybe he does okay work. Not professional enough to get my business or money.

We have been using John Hamm Plumbing for the past 1 1/2. It took us a while to find a plumber we trusted after moving to the Katy area. Wayne has put in a water softener, water filter and replaced the garbage disposal. He was very professional on all three jobs. There was one time that he called to see if we could wait until the following day because he got an emergency call from somebody with a true emergency. My schedule was flexible and I had no problem rescheduling. I appreciated the communication.

I have now used David Hicks at least 5 times. Three disposals installed at three different properties, Leaking Wax seal reinstalled in the toilet, several clogged up drains fixed.
the pumbers are knowledgeable, professional and do not overcharge!

That is right KRAZY plumbing!!! totally KRAZY unprofessional..... I usually don't have the time  to write reviews but I feel like I need  to take the time to warn other customers. I have more than one week waiting for Mr. Brandon Valenzuela to come and finish what he started. Yeap that is right after $75 for diagnosis, bunch unanswered phone calls and text messages still don't know the status of the fix.
