I have used 365 Maintenance for 3 projects now. The first time I used them I found them online and they were the only company willing to help with my project. I needed a window unit taken out and returned and the new one installed. I was out of town and they were able to fix my problem without me being there.

Since the first project went so well I used them again to redo a master bedroom. Drywall repair, added a new light fixture, replaced rotten wood, painted and they replaced the carpet. Once again they made it look better than it did when it was new!

I have used them once more time again. This time they replaced all my outside facia boards on my home. The attention to details let me know that this is a company that knows how to do it right. Thank you Chris and Oswaldo you did a great job.

I will never use anyone else ever again but 365 Maintenance!

Unfortunately nowadays some businesses will intentionally post 5 star reviews or even hire someone do it.  Case in point, these couple of reviews here are posted by people living California when the business is in Houston, TX.... hmmm, go figure.  And they barely got any other reviews here too.  BIG RED FLAG.

Extremely happy with our new water heater! We found out that our 16+ year old unit was leaking Sunday evening, so I gave them a call right then & there. We all agreed that it would be best for them to come by the following morning and they were here bright & early.

They gave us a quote, picked up the new unit, and had it hooked up by Noon. Personally, I don't think they are very expensive for a highly legitimate and professional company. Will happily recommend and use again. Thanks guys

They are a hometown Plumber but I'm sure does a lot of work outside of the community!  During the freeze they were so busy, yet right on time and did an amazing job!  Would recommend them to anyone for sure and it is showing to be true as his business is growing by leaps and bounds!

I called this plumbing company to unclog my main drain line. this company send a plumber in the same day and clear my drain with jetting Machine the plumber that came to my house give me all The option before he started the job. It took him about 45 minutes to clear my line. I am recommend this plumbing company and I will use them in the future thank you for your fast response

100% recommend this plumbing top notch team!! Alfonso and crew seriously come through every time for our Top Notch Construction company! They are our go to preferred plumbers and that says a lot coming from another contractor, always kind, educated, thorough, clean, respectful and done right the first time, worth every dollar!

I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

If I could give this company zero stars I WOULD. This company was hired  by my home warranty provider, American Home Shield to repair my leaking garbage disposal. The technician came out and repaired my garbage disposal. After completion of the garbage disposal repair the tech asked, Have you ever had your hot water tank serviced because due to the tank being over 10 years old we recommended replacing them? He then proceed to ask if he could take a look at the water heater it'll be free of charge. Of course, I agreed. Why not let someone check out your water heater for free?! So, he went up to my attic and came down maybe 5 minutes later to tell me there is nothing wrong with the heater, it's just the age that put it at time for  replacement. He proceeded to show me this graph that rates hot water heaters to determine whether or not they should be replaced or not. He went over different pay packages for water heaters. Again, it's nothing wrong with my water heater at THIS time. So, I politely declined his offer and informed him I'll follow up if I would like to proceed in the future. Well, I went on by my day and when I returned back home to shower, there was no hot water. I call the 24 hour hot line and left a message. No call back until 0730am the following morning. I spoke with Taylor and her supervisor and told them what happened. They proceeded to tell me per protocol the techs only visual inspect the hot water heaters. So, at this points it's my word against Andrew's (tech) word. Of course I'm frustrated at this point because they kept telling me there is nothing they can do about my water heater and it's just coincidental that it happened after he went to VISUAL inspect the water heater. So I said one curse world that led me the DO NOT SERVICE list; how convenient. I was able to get another plumber to come out to assess my hot water heater and was informed that someone turn off my pilot! That's a visual inspection alright! I'm telling you, do not use these people they are liars and deceitful! He turned my water heater off so he could come back and replace with a entire new water heater. I guess he wanted commission really bad! However, that is not how you treat your customers. I'm glad to be on your do not service list! You're only doing me a favor! Tried to take advantage of a woman, smh. You should be reported to the BBB!

Eli put the plumbing in the new build house we bought, and I had him also put the plumbing in when we finished out a garage apartment later.  Honest, straight shooter, reasonable prices, cares that his customers are satisfied.  Highly recommended.

Outstanding work. Work was done expediently. Plumber was professional and a pleasure to work with. Price charged was more than reasonable compared to other plumbing companies contacted for same service.

My place is ooooold. It's a very old building. And things tend to break. A lot. So when my water heater went out, along with some pressure issues in the shower, the landlord called in these guys. Normally, they use some other (creepy) guy, but I'm so very thankful these guys were able to help me out.

They took a look at my water heater late in the day, so by the time they got permission to buy a new one, I had to wait til the next day. Not too big of a deal since I'd been showering at my sisters. So the next morning, around 10am, there they were. They replaced the water heater and made little noise doing so. I easily continued working on my own as they handled their business.

And when I showed them the water pressure I was having with the shower head, they took a look at it for me AND FIXED IT. The previous plumber that inspected it around February had a different solution: replace the piping. But the fellas at David Hicks simply cleaned it out and it's now working better than even before I moved in. I'm sure the landlord needs to replace the pipes since this is such an old place, but this was a fast and easy solution for now. AND he cleaned out my shower head too after I insisted I'd take care of it.

That is right KRAZY plumbing!!! totally KRAZY unprofessional..... I usually don't have the time  to write reviews but I feel like I need  to take the time to warn other customers. I have more than one week waiting for Mr. Brandon Valenzuela to come and finish what he started. Yeap that is right after $75 for diagnosis, bunch unanswered phone calls and text messages still don't know the status of the fix.
