Jireh Plumbing

I was looking for a plumber on a Saturday for about 4 hrs. I had a problem
that resulted in me shutting the water off in the whole house.  My 2yr. old grandson was visiting from Nashville, so that just made it even more urgent.
Brandon was so sincere in helping me out while no one was available. I'm not sure how I would have managed if he didn't call back & come out.
Emergencies are so unexpected, even though I really didn't have the funds, it was worth me using the money I had for another bill.
I am so thankful for Jireh Plumbing & Brandon, saved the day.

I needed my toilet serviced due to constant running water. Amazingly, Brandon was able to make it out same day! He assessed the issue, knew the root of the problem, bought the part that needed replacement and fixed it in no time. I appreciated the prompt response and quick resolution. We're having plumbing issues and Brandon and team were super responsive in asking questions beforehand to understand the problem and providing guidance before they could get here. Also we were able to be scheduled quickly to resolve the issue, gave us detailed explanation of the issue and what our next steps should be.

After having dealt with a number of plumbers from both large and small companies, having used those from warranty companies also, I am happy to have found Jireh plumbing. Brandon was honest, thorough, respectful and punctual. Although he was called out to rod my sewer line, he addressed ALL of my plumbing problems and fixed a couple of minor issues without charging me. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Oh how I wish, more contractors were like him.
