Stellar.  On time, got the work done as quoted, expected...and did a good job.  Even then there was still some follow up left, and they made sure to promptly communicate and get all the diagnosed work done.  Great guys, knowledgeable, friendly...and fast.  Which for plumbing is kinda important.

A big ZERO.  They charged me $900 to to fix a leak in my bathroom in December. The link was never fixed. I scheduled another appointment in March and they were a no-show. Someone showed up the next day claiming to work for this company and brought no supplies with him.  He said a quote would be delivered. Never received the quote. Honest to God the person I let in not my home could have been a criminal. I contact the company and was told I did not contact them within 90 days of the original service and as a result there is nothing they can do.  Hmmm. Contact the company in March is within 90 days. Shame on you Magic Men.  What a complete disaster.  I will file a complaint with the BBB but do not think this company is accredited.

My kitchen sink was clogged, so I called Magic men service. They arrived on time, are really courteous, friendly and helped with a few other things in my home they noticed weren't working properly. I highly recommend. So glad I got to work with them. Not hoping for any other issues in my home, but if there are in the future, I'll be giving them a call.

Arrived just when promised.  Took care of my leaking dishwasher quickly.  Highly recommended!

This is our 2nd time working with Magic Men and it definitely won't be our last. We had a new water heater installed today and it was a great experience. They are extremely responsive, professional, and overall pleasant people.  My search is finally over.

Problem = leaking 2016 water heater tank that has not been serviced in minimum of 3 years (unfortunate ignorance on my part)

I was horrified by the price and faced with further expenses of having to cut my countertop and remove the cabinet to my leaking/dying water heater (per the first consultation with another plumbing company). I randomly found Magic Men under local plumbers so I called Magic Men for a second opinion. Mike's quote was affordable and his assessment was very informative so my father and I proceeded with the job with his team.

He was able to find a good unit for me despite the Labor day weekend (it's an uncommon type of water heater). When his team arrived on the job, they were able to overcome the handful of surprise hurdles presented by my strangely inconvenient kitchen (remodel done by the previous owner). They also informed me of issues they discovered surrounding the mess that is my kitchen.

I am happy with their service and look forward to possibly having them do future projects.

I posted on Yelp for quotes to replace my hot water heater and this was not only the first to respond, but also was the best price.  They came when promised and did a great job with the install.  I was just waiting for something to go wrong because nobody is the first to respond with the best price and then actually follow through and do a good job.  But they did!

Reached out on Friday night after our 20+ year old water heater went out. I sent a couple of photos via text and got an estimate right away. Magic Men was able to source a replacement for install the next morning. They showed up right on time, and we had hot water in a few hours. Not having hot water is a pain, but getting our heater replaced with Magic Men was painless. Highly recommend!

very professional and nice. they came as soon as i submitted a quote on yelp and took care of a clogged drain with this huge electric drain snake. would recommend them again for minor plumbing fixes like a clogged drain vs. the usual plumbers who asked me for $269 just to reserve a  spot

Called Magic Men after my water heater went out. Reached out to multiple plumbers and they were the only ones who would give me a quote over the phone. All others needed to come out to give me a quote and I had already had one other plumber come over who quoted me much higher than what Magic Men came out at. They installed the new water heater with no issue and gave me some tips about maintenance and other things around my condo that I was unaware of. Professional, friendly, and cost effective. Couldnt ask for more. Highly recommend!

Called for an immediate need to clear out main sewer line. They were very responsive and efficient with hydro jetting with great results.  Very competitive pricing compared to others.  Would hire again and highly recommended!!

Called them about a leaky sink & they were extremely quick and reliable! Definitely going to give them a call anytime I have any problems EVER! *well.. hopefully I won't have another plumbing problem.. but you get what I mean

The sewer pipe that leads out from our building started leaking. Magic Men came and took a look. They suggested doing a hydro jet and camera inspection.

They came back two days later and do the work. They took the time to show me the camera inspection and explain what was happening.

The other firm I had out to look at things suggested digging before doing a camera inspection. While we did find an issue that will eventually require digging it is about 10 feet from where the other plumber wanted to dig.

The hydro jetting was much less expansive than digging and i can deal with the other issue later.

Mike who did the work was friendly, helpful and punctual. Would call them again.

I live in a 100+ year old building and have had plumbing issues with my master bath toilet for years.  Finally I have found a plumber who is honest, capable, reliable, fair-priced and very professional.  I had called several of the Best Plumbers Near Me and none would give me a quote over the phone, except for the guy who answered at Magic Men Service.  I was told that a  Master Plumber would be out the next day between 10-11.  Mike and his assistant showed up at 10:00 and showed me exactly what was going on.  I had agreed to pay extra for them to use a camera feed.  So glad because the pipes were full of crud.  They showed me every step they took; they cleaned up all their mess and made sure the toilet was functioning properly before they even charged me.  They aren't the cheapest or the most expensive.  I think their price was very fair and highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.

Mike and his team are very professional and diligent. They did a great job on the services I requested and even provided the excellent workarounds when things didn't fit with my old house. I would highly recommend them and call them in the future.

I had a problem with a unit for a tenant and these guys were pretty quick to get over there. Apparently there was nothing wrong because there was no charge. I can't make this stuff up. They definitely earned a new customer for any unit I own in Chicago west loop and for anyone else that has a problem nearby.

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and I had a pleasant experience speaking with Mike. The issue was solved quickly and I'll use Magic Men Service again in the future. Thanks again!

Super happy with Mike's responsiveness and turnaround time. His technician, Gabe was on site immediately and they had my water heater completely replaced (wow) and hot water restored to my house within a few hours of first meeting him.  This business is supportive of military veterans in their hiring and discounts.  Highly recommend for your plumbing and water heater needs.

Mike and his team were great. Had a leak the building engineer couldn't find, called multiple plumbers and none responded as quickly as Mike. Came same day with estimate, him and his crew arrived 10 minutes early the next morning and got right to work. Explained what they were doing and did just a wonderful job. Couldn't possibly be happier with Magic Men Service and while I hope to never need the services again, if I do, they'll be first call I make. My roommate is a property manger and asked to add them to his companies list of they reach out to!

called Magic Men when we started to smell a terrible odor in the house - came over within an hour (scheduled via text) and fixed clogging issue in sump room free of charge in about 30 seconds. Explained the issue to me and how to fix should it ever happen again.

The guys that came to assist were incredibly friendly and professional. Would call them again in a heartbeat should we have any plumbing issues.

I flooded under the kitchen sink and my floor due to an issue with my disposal. I called Magic Men and the two nicest guys came over and replaced my disposal.  It was a great experience. I'll definitely use them for any other plumbing needs in the future!

My bathtub was draining very slowly.  I went on Angi f/k/a Angie's List for plumber recommendations.  Magic Men Service had great reviews so I chose them as the company I would use.  Mike called me promptly and told me he could have someone stop by in a half hour.  Willie arrived within that time frame, assessed the problem, and rodded out my bathtub drain.  Willie was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.  I would highly recommend him.  The reason I didn't give Magic Men Service 5 stars is because I thought the price they charged was a bit high.  I would consider using them in the future.

Mike and his team did a fabulous job of pulling me out of a terrible plumbing situation with my grease trap. He was honest, paid attention to detail and was creative; the perfect combination for a plumber. He saved me a lot of money. I will definitely be using his services for all future plumbing needs.

I called for an external water pipe to get replaced and within 1.5hrs from my first call the job was done. Shockingly fast. Will use again if needed.

I had an issue with a jet tub and they were the only firm out of 5 that were willing to check it out. They were also the first to respond to the request. He showed up on time and was able to fix the tub ridiculously fast. I would highly recommend their services.

We had a toilet leak in one of our bathrooms and after a few handyman recommendations from neighbors, I decided to try a random company on yelp that was licensed and bonded, lol. The Manager responded promptly to my request and they were able to get someone out that evening. The guy that arrived figured out what was wrong very quickly and fixed it in about 20 minutes. So far, no more issues from that toilet! Also a plus is that I received an invoice shortly after that I could pay from my phone. Easy experience. Would definitely call again.

My vanity came loose from the wall and experienced major water damage.  Mike and the Magic Men team came in and replaced the vanity and plumbing for me at a reasonable price.  He even went to the store for me to buy parts I had forgotten to buy.  Mike made this very easy for me and the job was completed on time.  When I told Mike my furnace wasn't working he offered to take a look at it for me as well.  Was able to help me identify the problem so I can get it properly serviced and he didn't charge me a dime for the assessment.  I couldn't recommend these guys more.

Came through on about a days notice and knocked out my wax ring replacement pretty quickly in my new house. They were prompt and went above and beyond in helping me understand my issue and making a short term fix on another issue I wouldn't have gotten to otherwise. If I decide to look at a water issue in my attic I plan to call them back as well.

Only small beef is they didn't sweep up after they lifted the toilet before they left (I hadn't noticed, I'm sure they would've if I asked). I highly recommend  Magic Men and look forward to working with them in the future.

Requested a quote after business hours via Yelp and Mike responded within 15 mins. Mike was very professional, responsive and provided great service. He followed covid protocol, carefully prep the space, quickly addressed our drainage issue. He stayed with the quotes price, provided multiple payment options and gave me the opportunity to use what was best for me. Great service and customer experience!

Mike and his team were FANTASTIC!  Basically I had two floors of sewage in my place and they did whatever was needed to clean it out and put my condo back together.  When I asked Mike, do you know someone who could take care of this random item? he said we'lll take care of it for you.  And he said that a lot.  They are fast, reliable, and their product is very high quality.  I won't use anyone else.

Was in need of quick, reliable plumbing services to replace a toilet and Magic Men Service did not disappoint. I submitted a late evening request for service the next day and Mike responded very quickly and had someone out the next morning. Charles showed up as scheduled and quickly advised on my options to replace the toilet and everything was taken care of as promised. The customer service, quality of the work, and price were excellent and I'd certainly use them again for my plumbing needs.

Extremely fast, very good communication, Got everything done quickly.  Turned out to only be the 'floater' (see what I did there) stuck with some debris that had to be knocked loose forcing it to run continuously.   A bit hard to get to the rusted out bolts holding the basin cover down - so the true labor was there.  Very nice guy, clean.  Only ding is overall cost was abit on the higher side - but they were out in less than 2 hours - so I can't complain

We had a guy come out to fix a gas leak. He wasn't comfortable doing the work because of the wording on the gas company report, which is fine. However, he spoke over us, wouldn't let us get a word in, and  continued to act like we didn't understand what he was saying or believe him. This company came to us by a recommendation so maybe we got a bad apple. If you get Mill (spelling?), avoid at all costs.

I hired them for a drain install, dishwasher hookup, and disposal installation. They were exceptionally professional, and definitely the best contractors I used during this entire kitchen renovation. They arrived on time, were professional and uniformed, friendly, and did the job for the price quoted with no nonsense. Their price was in line with other quotes I received, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I was truly impressed and wish I had more jobs to hire them for!
