My second story water heater was leaking into my home. I called Acosta, and kind Sonny arrived within 30 minutes. He climbed into my horribly hot attic, and told me it needed to be replaced. I'm in a tough spot financially, so as soon as I could raise the money I called Acosta, and Sonny was in my home the very next day! There was so much sediment in it, that it was way to heavy to bring it down the foldable wooden attic stairs! He had two other, Acosta gentlemen helping him to solve the problem. They spent hours taking care of me! Sonny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were able to get my awful 400lb, sediment filled water heater down the stairs. These gentlemen worked SO very hard!!! They have my business for life!!! I've been passing Acosta plumbing information to all of my neighbors, as our homes are all the same age, and will need the same help very soon. Thank you Sonny!!! Thank you Acosta Plumbing!

They also put up with my very large German Shepards that I recently rescued, and are still learning to behave. Bless you kind gentleman!

Corrective action, which included a part which was on board his van, Ernesto was able to restore my services.
I should point out that the company responded immediately to my phone call for assistance and Ernesto was at my house earlier than anticipated - and this on a day following an overnight freeze - great service.

We called Acosta Plumbing for a second opinion after another plumber couldn't resolve a problem with our drain. They had someone come out within a few hours of my call. Extremely professional, up front about pricing and expectations, and they were able to resolve the issue. So happy we called them and we will be using them again next time we need a plumber. Definitely recommend this company.

I had a main water line in front of my house replaced. Approx 5-6 feet in the front yard right off the main water valve.  Was quoted 600-700. But plumber requested 1100 when completed.  Nothing out of the ordinary on the job.  Dug up the old line, replaced 5-6 feet and attached to old line running to house.   Just felt scammed since paid almost double on what was quoted.

they installed a leaking manabloc. They fixed it the same day at a good price. Also, crew was very polite. Also fix was done in a way to avoid damage to drywall.

We called this morning because our son overflowed our upstairs tub that we knew had a clog. It was much more than a typical sludge clog as it took them three hours and multiple methods to get things moving again! Cameron kept me informed the entire time. It was a process, but the bathroom remained clean even after the equipment use.

I mostly appreciated how prompt they were, I mean within an hour of the call they had someone available.

I highly recommend them. I'm not sure if their pricing in competitive for the area, but you get what you pay for with this company.

I contacted Acosta Plumbing to schedule service estimate for leaking kitchen sink and PVC.  Isaias arrived on time.  After he inspected and checked everything, he presented a competitive estimate for repairs.  He replaced strainer basket and put in new PVC joints.  Customer service and communication were both outstanding from start to finish.  I highly recommend Isaias and the Acosta Plumbing team.

Very professional outfit all around.  Isaias has came to my house on two separate occasions to diagnose and subsequently repair outdoor main line leaks.  Each time he carefully spent time detecting, explaining, and then repairing the leak.  Price was reasonable, but not inexpensive, and explained quite well.  I will go straight back to Acosta if I need any plumbing service in the future.

There have been lots of surprise repairs after purchasing a 30-year-old home which is also my first house ever. I have used Acosta twice so far in only three weeks. The first time I had a leak under the kitchen sink and an issue with the garbage disposal. Acosta was able to come out the very same day to make the repairs. I ended up having the garbage disposal replaced and the pipes repaired under the sink. They were knowledgeable and quick. The second repair happened when I heard water pouring in the backyard. An old pipe that supplies the water hose had disconnected. I called Acosta and they were able to work me in the very same day. The repairs were thorough. The person who answers the phone is super nice and you can tell she really cares about the issue at hand and works to get someone out to help. I highly recommend this business!

Cameron and the entire Acosta Plumbing Solutions Team did a great job fixing my leaks, changing the shower head and new faucets as well! Excellent Job and very personable service from the team which I greatly appreciated!

They installed the plumbing for a washer in a commercial property.  Isaias was very knowledgeable and professional.  His assistant was also very courteous.  They squeezed me in over a few days when another plumber no showed.  I'm very appreciative of their efforts.  Good guys.  They're expensive but you get what you pay for.

I can't say enough about Acosta Plumbing.  We had a water main break so our house had zero water!  As soon as I found out from our MUD district that the problem was indeed ours to fix, I put my Yelp to work.  
Randy came out and gave a fair and honest estimate. His professionalism was amazing and he was a joy for my husband and I to talk to during the work being done. His crew worked fast and the grass having to be removed to do the job was cut precisely and laid back on top.  Our front yard did not get torn up and that saved us money too not having to re-sod the whole thing.  I will use Acosta Plumbing for any plumbing jobs from now on. Really happy with the work Acosta did for us (sewer connection and septic removal). They were responsive to any issue we had. Plus, Marisol helped us navigate annoying issues with city inspectors 9 months after they finished the project. Highly recommend them.

I messaged them through Yelp and got a response pretty quickly. I also checked 2 other businesses and 1 told me to call them (if I could do that, I wouldn't have sent a message through yelp) and the other one went straight into suggesting I replace my water heater. Randy offered to come out the same day and take a look, no charge. Turns out, we never connected gas service so that's why we didn't have hot water.  He was very friendly and patient with us and our mess. We had just moved in. Well, when there's a real problem with our water heater or etc, we will definitely have him come out again.

I contacted Acosta to replace 2 toilets in my home, and they were very quick to respond with the quotes I requested. Their prices beat out the 6 other plumbers I contacted... so between that and their great Yelp reviews, we decided to go with them.

So glad I did!! These guys were quick, efficient, kind and very personable while working in my home. And the work they did was great!

This review is a week late, but it is better late than not keeping my words. I committed to the owner Acosta Plumbing (Randy) that I will be writing a review of my experience no matter if is bad or good.  He did not fail to impress. I honestly can say that rarely I would met or conduct business with someone whom has such high integrity. Randy will be continues to earn my business.

Let's start from the beginning, I called the posted contact number--no answer. Mostly, Randy was busy with other jobs. I left a message on Yelp for a quick quotation to diagnose the issue with two broken water heaters.  Randy responded within 24 hours window, which is a plus in the business world. Set an up appointment to have him take a look of the problem.  Mind I tell, there were two other people (1 plumber/ My property Sup) checked my broken water, and was not able to give me a clear solution.  Randy stop by the house as arrangement. Communication and on-time was excellent. I really appreciate anyone who keep their appointment and provide clear communication.  

I already have done my research and ask around, what would be my estimated cost to repair or install two brand new water heater.  After Randy 1st, he provided his honestly feedback and multiple options of solution. He even suggested that I should contact my builder to fix the issue since it is under warranty.  Again, I truly appreciated an honesty business operator. I took his advice, and it was a fail. My builder did not want to help.  After failing to get any assistance from my property builder. I was glad to give my business to Acosta plumbing rather than to my original contractor whom installed the units.

Overall, price is definitely reasonable and was much better than other whom quoted me. Service and communication were outstanding. Honestly won me over.  Thank you, Randy.

We needed to have a toilet re-seated.  Acosta came out the day after we called to give us an estimate.  They returned two days later to do the actual work, and completed the job under time and estimated cost!  Very pleased with their work; they cleaned up after themselves and left the room spotless.

Randy and his crew are honest, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly and quality service.  Called Acosta this morning to fix a galvanized water line that broke during the freeze.  The crew arrived on-time, quickly looked at the job and gave me an estimate.  They were able to get all the necessary parts and finish the job today.  They replaced the galvanized parts with PEX and copper, then insulated everything.  Although I was just looking for a fix, they improved the entire set up of that area.  Thank you!

Both men were friendly, and explained what the problem was and how they will fix it and why. We had two toilet issues(weren't flushing right and backing up) and two clogged bathroom sinks, and a backed up garbage disposal.  He fixed everything in one visit and in a little over an hour, if that and made sure all fixtures are in correct running order. I will use Acosta plumbing for all future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends.

WOW! I have not hired Acosta yet and I was totally impressed with the appointment setting, response time and willingness to accommodate our schedule for an Estimate!  As a Realtor Professional, I have done business with all the ARS, John Moore, Mercy, Hartford, but Acosta is now #1 on my preferred contractor list. We really Love Acosta Plumbing because they are genuine and not just about chasing and charging money.

My drainage line from the ac was clogged and water was escaping behind a wall in the house. I contacted Acosta plumbing at 8 pm that night and had someone at my house at 9 am the next morning. Cameron was the name of plumber and did a fantastic job. He was very cautious and made sure to keep distance during this time with the Coronavirus. Did a great job of investigating and explaining the exact issues. He went above and beyond on the work and giving me advise to mitigate the issue in the future. Definitely was happy with his work and would recommend Cameron and Acosta solutions plumbing!

Acosta Plumbing was great! Randy came the same day and resolved my issue right then. He took the time to talk to me ahead and after about it. Very reasonable pricing as well. He will definitely be my go to plumber.

This is the first time I have used Acosta.  I initially communicated with him via YELP.  He responded promptly and his price was very reasonable.  
He arrived at the job site early and took care to cover his shoes and lay down a floor covering. The job to remove and replace and existing toilet was completed in about 1 hour. Leaks were not found after the install.
I would use Acosta Plumbing again.

Hot water heater failure. I contacted Acosta and got a thorough inspection and it was determined that  a replacement was needed . I was given fair,  honest pricing and the job was delivered as agreed , on time and very professionally!

Used Yelp to find a company that would do a repair of my tankless water heater. Yelp gave me their number in response to my request for tankless water heater repair.  Acosta tells me they don't do repairs.

Acosta plumbing is Awesome! We used them on a few occasions. Most recently, we had a toilet that needed to be replaced- Randy came there next day and did a quick and effective job. We will be calling Acosta plumbing every time we need plumbing help!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Had minor issues since the winter freeze and received a ridiculous quote from John Moore. Saw the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Arranged an ACTUAL appointment time (no window). They came on time, were completely honest and professional. Fixed the issue in a short amount of time for a very reasonable price. Anytime we need anything in the future, we will call Acosta.

Acosta Plumbing Solutions is the best!! After terrible quotes from other plumbers I messaged Acosta late Monday night on yelp and received a response within minutes. Randy sent an awesome plumber from his team the next afternoon to assess the leaking water in our garage. Cameron was extremely nice and quickly assessed our broken water line and got right to work. Cameron thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave us the best quote. Other plumbers said the job would take 5+ hours but Cameron finished the job in 2 hours. We were extremely impressed with Acosta plumbing and would highly suggest them to anyone!!

I have called twice and booked appointments with Randy and he has never made the appointment. The first time I had to call him and I rebooked. Now today I have a day off work and he was scheduled for 10am which I booked weeks ago. Again no show and when I called he was at another job. Poor business person who deserves a bad rating. You cannot count on him .

Very friendly guy, who responded almost immediately to my Yelp quote inquiry. He doesn't normally do this, but he accommodated my late work schedule and was able to see me the next day. I'm very appreciative of this. He was also willing to help me learn how to resolve my plumbing problem myself, but unfortunately I needed more professional equipment. Nonetheless, super nice genuine guy who walked me through solutions to my plumping problem should they come up again. Will definitely use this guy again.

Customer service is very responsive and awesome. Staff is honest and Prices were very compatible. Work was done on time and cleanly. I wish they would have taken some considerations into account on separating main water supply connection between  the garage and the rest of the home via an additional stopper device.

I communicated with Randy through yelp before hiring him to repair a very old leaking shower faucet. Though the job turned out to be on the bigger side of my estimation  (the whole shower valve had to be replaced)  and along with some unusual surprise (one of the brand-new replacement components I bought from home depot was defective, -_-!), Randy and his pal did a good job and fixed everything. Randy charged me the same promised price (I quoted for labor cost only) without charging me using his replacement component. After fixing the shower faucet, he and his pal put everything back in its original order and cleaned up everything.

I am very satisfied with his work and I will definitely recommend him to my friends for the following reasons:

1. He arrived at the promised time;
2. He and his pal did a good job in a very professional manner;

Great service. I contacted the company regarding a leak in our home. Randy promptly replied and gave me an appointment right away to come to my home and assess the issue. Randy came out to the house and quickly found the problem and gave us a no pressure quote. Price was very reasonable so we went ahead and had Randy take care of the repair. Excellent service!! Very happy with his service, very professional... had been having issues with toilets and bathtubs backing up. Other plumbers would just temporarily fix the issue and it kept reoccurring... called Acosta plumbing at 11:00 Am, said he was busy couldn't get to me till the next day. To my surprise, he called me at 3 :00 pm saying he got a cancelation and was on his way! Not only did he fix the issue but after hearing what issues I was having he said and I quote now, I want to know why this keeps happening to you ! Got a cámara and sent it in the pipes, now I know what my issue is!! And he didn't charge me extra!! Because of that, I am working with him to go underground to fix the main issue... very happy with his service!!

Had multiple clogged pipes in my home.  Acosta showed up on time, fixed the issues in a prompt manner.  He had excellent customer service and I'll be using this service again in future.
