We had a great experience with this company and we would highly recommend their services. They were responsive and most affordable. Vitaliy  came to our home several times now, and each time has been so professional and clean.

I appreciate that I could communicate and book an appointment with the business entirely through the Yelp platform. It helps me as a consumer when I can review messages within one platform and don't have to go back to phone calls or text messages to determine conversations. I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours and get the job done, which was essential for me because the drain that was unclogged meant I couldn't washing clothes. The technicians kept things tidy and were efficient.

I scheduled an appointment to get a service estimate 3 weeks ago.  I went significantly out of my way to be here this morning.  No one showed.  When I called 3 hours after the agreed time, I was told we sent you a text to confirm.

But here's the thing: I had a phone call, I spoke to Alex, I agreed on a time, I provided my address.  No one mentioned that they would need a text response and I did not agree to communications by text.  When you make an appointment orally, that should be enough.  If you need a text confirmation, say that you need one.

I get that lots of people prefer text communications, but you should not assume that you can require one AFTER YOU ACTUALLY SPEAK ABOUT IT.  Serious lack of professionalism.

WOW!  If you want to get a new or replace your current Tankless water heater- this is the company!

They are really the best!!   I am super glad the Yelp reviews were correct.  These guys do a fantastic job!  So my 10yr+ tankless went out and I needed to get a new tankless water heater because the bypass control value failed.

I called 5 other companies and the prices were all over the place.  They gave me a fantastic price considering the old tankless still had most of the wires and plumbing.   Their knowledge, understanding, code, and meticulous ability to install a new tankless was flawless!!   These guys are real professionals and took about 3/4hrs to install and replace the old one.

I will be going to them for my annual service checkup and would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing!  These guys are the real deal!

Fast, responsive, courteous, and great service! Vitali came out and gave us the best options for our problems. (and even some recommendations for preventative problems) This was the first plumbing issues with our house since we bought it. But if we ever have any other issues, we are calling AquaPro!!

My old hot water heater was reaching the end of its expected life, so I got a few quotes for a replacement from different plumbers via Yelp. Out of 7 replies from different plumbers, 4 said they'd have to send a plumber out, for a cost ($50-80, which could be put towards the cost of replacement if I went with them), just to give an estimate; and 3 which gave me estimates over the phone. AquaPro was the first company to respond, gave me a quote over the phone, seemed the friendliest and helpful of the 3 I spoke to, was in no rush when answering all the questions I had, and had the cheapest cost of those 3 (which were comparable services; I knew the exact brand, model, and size I wanted and specified this to each company).

They showed up on time, completed the replacement, and cleaned up well when done. It did take a bit more time to finish the job than I had expected, but the plumber did a quality job, and was friendly and willing to let me watch and learn a few things from him while he was here.

This is my first time using AquaPro, but based off this experience, I'd definitely recommend them.

Messaged AquaPro Plumbing via Yelp as we were looking for a reverse osmosis water filtration system. Alex responded and provided a fair quote for an under sick filtration system. The system was installed quickly and on time as scheduled. Will definitely be reaching out to AquaPro for any future plumbing needs.

Water pooling in the basement is always a nightmare but the person who took my call at aquapro scheduled me for an hour later and was very polite on the phone.

i received a text a few minutes later to share my name and address. then i received a confirmation of the 1 hour window. a bit later i received a text that Alex from Aquapro was en route.

Alex was polite and knowledgeable. he diagnosed the issue, snaked the drain, and gave some advice on how to avoid the same issue in the future. he was on his way with the problem solved before the end of the window timing.

i'll be keeping them saved in my phone for next time.

Response was quick and we have a brand new 50 gallon water heater. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends who need any plumbing needs.

I had four water shutoff valves that couldn't close completely, including both of my whole-house valves, and didn't want to venture into soldering my own pipes in such a high-stakes situation.  Alex replaced all four for me quickly and with minimum hassle!  Photos showing old and new valves.

We also initially had a bit of confusion that resulted in Alex doing some additional work, which was done with minimal hassle and no extra charge (despite my explicit request to pay at least a little extra).  AquaPro will 100% be my go-to plumber as long as I'm in the area!

Amazing company, while others tried to charge us a lot with our hot water heater pump, Aqua Pro gave a strategy plan with how they'll tackle the issue starting with a low risk solution to a more comprehensive one in the event the initial low risk solution doesn't work. Other just quickly jumped to costly big project routes. I really appreciate Alex walking me through, and finding the proper solution. They saved us $1500 on cost over the other plumbing companies that came to assess our issue. Thanks, Alex!

Great communication, work, punctuality, cleanliness Alex and his worker were able to take care of our older cast iron pipes and convert them to PVC with no leaks and peace of mind. Alex will communicate and was punctual the two days he and his partner did work. We had one issue with cast iron pipe falling out of ceiling while cutting and gouging our stair railing. Alex told us about the issue and offered to fix it, I told him I would take care of it and appreciated him pointing the issue out. We would hire him again easy to work with and quality work and knowledge. Thank you Alex!!

We had just purchased a home in Barrington and decided to upgrade our water heater from one that uses a 50 gallon tank to a tankless water system and Alex and the team at Aqua pro came out gave out a free estimate and was extremely professional while doing so we gathered estimates from a couple of other companies but we chose to go with Alex and the team at aqua pro they were extremely professional covered their feet and wore facemasks the whole entire time on my property. They showed up on time and when they completed the services they walked us through how it worked and the general maintenance that needed to be done. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Alex and the team at aqua pro I would highly recommend them for any plumbing services and water heater needs.

AquaPro was very professional, and did what they said they would.  The work looks like it is excellent quality.  They did a bunch of jobs that were on my plumbing list, including installing a garbage disposal, replacing two bathroom faucets, clearing out a clog, and adjusting some faucet handles.  Everything looks great.

Alex was wonderful to work with!  He took care of all the required paperwork with my condo association, and gave me pricing upfront!  He called to confirm the appointment the day before and, on the day of, he let me know who was coming and what time they would arrive.  Bob did an amazing job inspecting my pipes with video camera technology, providing me with images of the inside of my pipes, and installing my new toilet and hauling away my old toilet.  I definitely recommend AquaPro Plumbing!

I cannot praise Alex and the AquaPro plumbing team enough. We had water flowing from our basement ceiling on Easter Sunday. I called Alex and he was here within an hour. Upon arriving he quickly identified our sewer line was backed up. He rodded our sewer line, explained everything in plain English, and had it fixed within an hour. We will be using Alex and his team going forward for all plumbing needs.

Showed up earlier than promised, fixed the clog and charged exactly what they said they would. They also cleaned up the yard afterwards!

We had a leaky faucet that needed replacement. Alex was clear and quick with communication. He provided estimated times of arrival that were accurate to the minute as well. His initial visit, he saw that the water valves needed replacement, and was patient as I called my association about shutting off the building's water. He came back a second time a few days later to fix the faucet, and was efficient in doing so. He also gave some advice about other things that may need fixing in the future.

Alex was unbelievable in helping me with a pretty serious plumbing issue. He got the emergency permit needed, and began excavating the next day. Previously, we were dealing with water issues for a while, and we have had zero issues since he completed the work. I will highly recommend Alex and Aquapro to all of my family and friends.

Alex was awesome! He installed a battery backup sump pump for us, and he also taught us about all of its functions and features if it ever were to turn on. Install was quick. Alex was very courteous; he also wore shoe covers and a mask. Priced better than some of the other quotes I got too!

Firstly was glad to get an emergency appointment within an hour of calling them for my flooded kitchen sink . Secondly they were utmost professionals . Came with masks and booties . Performed the work quickly and cleaned everything up as to how it was earlier . Explained whatever they did and took pictures of the work . They were very reasonable on the prices they charged me . Especially if you compare them with the other plumbing complies in the market they are very reasonable labor. They also gave me a 10% off on the first visit . Will surely use them and refer them in the future .

5 stars isn't enough for these guys!!  I called and explained my problem in non-technical speak, and Alex knew exactly what I was talking about!  They came out the next day, gave a quote, and the day after that, fixed my issues!  They moved some pipes, and basically customized my new vanities in the most minimally invasive way possible!  Adjusted pipes, drains, and installed the vanities and faucets - all while being very COVID conscious!  I am SO happy that I called the experts in to do something my handyman was going to try and do! I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs repair work done!

Very rapid response and professional workers. I sent out a quote and this company was by FAR the cheapest but most reliable company for your plumbing needs! I sent Alex my address along with contact info and he was here within the week. I purchased the faucet I wanted, he walked me thru the process, and even suggested a promo the company was running ($150 service for $100) So yea, I will be calling them back for future jobs because of their professionalism and ability to exceed my standards!

Our pipes were in bad shape and it all came to a head on a Sunday morning.  Alex was very timely with his response.  He was on time for his visit which came on a same day call on a Sunday! He Wass very professional, and courteous of our home.  Wearing booties, laying down tarps, etc.  He diagnosed an issue that had gone unnoticed for 10+ years.  He fixed the issue and got our plumbing running like new in just a few hours.

I have very much enjoyed their service! Quick responses and good work! Our pipes are a mess and we are slowly replacing them bit by bit as things go wrong and AquaPro is who we will use for it all! He even took the time to explain why some areas keep clogging more than others. Other plumbers just kept coming out whereas this one fixed the current problem, but explained that it will keep happening because the pipes we have are installed wrong, which is unsurprising considering how the previous owners installed things. I much prefer services that work to make sure I never have to call them again rather than the ones who just put a bandaid on the problem so they can keep making money. These guys are amazing!

They were timely and diligent. Gave us notice when they were on their way, cleaned up behind themselves, and walked us through what was happening, and left us with a little advice for maintenance in the future.

I had one plumber tell me he no longer does R/O water filtration systems. A different plumber elaborated & told me he doesn't do R/O systems because last time he had trouble maintaining water pressure. I had two other plumbers/companies tell me they could not drill a hole for the tap in my stainless steel sink & would rather put the hole in my counter. I messaged AquaPro and confirmed they would have no problem doing either (filter install and tap mount) with 5 quick messages (via the Yelp messenger.) They were here the next morning & my awesome 5 step R/O APEC water filtration system was hooked up & running perfectly. They had some of the best prices comparatively as well and offered a 1 year warranty. No brainer. The technician Alec texted to give me a heads up that he was 20 minutes away which I really appreciated too. And he was quick and professional. Turns out AquaPro is the go-to company for these system installs when bought thru Amazon, and they had specific training how to install them. I'm so happy, that I found the PERFECT company for this job. I'm a new homeowner & these guys are now going to be my go to plumbers for everything.

Great work by Alex. AquaPro just completed some plumbing toilet work in a rental property of mine and they did a great, clean, and professional job. Alex was one of the only companies that was interested in coming to look at the work that needed to be done before giving me a price. Furthermore, the price was very good and competitive.
