Dave and Paul did an awesome job replacing my toilet, the job was completed in less than 45 mins. They even fixed the flange. Their pricing was great, I will most definitely use their services again and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to hire them.

I recently had Paul and Dave from Heritage Plumbing install a new commode for me in one of our bathrooms. They set up and confirmed our appointment time, and then arrived on time. They were professional, knowledgable and efficient, moving quickly to properly complete the installation of the new fixture and the removal of the old one.
They also fixed a couple of minor plumbing issues which my wife and I appreciated. They wore masks as we requested and totally cleaned up everything when they finished all the work. I will use them again, without hesitation, if I need further plumbing work.

I needed to have a gas pipe moved to accommodate a new stove and Steve from Plumbing answered the call.

An update to my previous post- Heritage Plumbing saw my review, and even though they initially didn't take fault, they did finally message me and own up to their mistake after seeing the screenshot of the texts. They also reached out to my husband to reschedule our appointment. This time they came in the window of time promised, and to make up for their scheduling error, they offered their services for parts only and no labor cost. Our shower is now working perfectly.

Service was prompt. Heritage was great to work with. I recommend this company.

Dave and Paul are wonderful! They came out to the house and were efficient, kind, and did a great job. I would hire them again and plan to if anything plumbing needs fixing. Great to work with and very fast.

I had and issue with a shower and called another plumber that told me it would take days to get parts. I then called Heritage for a second opinion.  They showed up and had everything fixed in less than 20 min and at half the cost. Highly recommended!

I had Heritage install a new sump pump with a battery backup after finishing my basement.   They gave a quick quote which was competitive and were prompt, did good work and I'll use them for sure for future projects.

I don't usually write reviews, either positive or negative.  But Paul, David and the guys at Heritage Plumbing absolutely went above and beyond for us!  When they learned that we were without hot water since early in the week because we were working with a home warranty company, they really helped us out!  Rather than asking me to schedule a convenient time the following week, they said they'd have someone there in a few minutes to get started.  They weren't kidding - within 30 minutes from our first call, they were at the house and 2 hours later, we had our new heater installed and we were up and running!
These guys have helped us a few times over the years, and each time they are more than fair, honest, and easy to work with!  If you have a plumbing problem, Heritage Plumbing is the company to call!

Paul and Dave came the same day I called. They replaced our primary sump pump and the battery for the backup. I especially appreciated them taking time to explain how it all worked and what the typical lifetime of the equipment was.

Great company to work with. I called a few places for a quote to install a new sink and faucet in my kitchen. They were the most detailed over the phone in regards to what needed to be done/changed and also the most competitive in pricing. I booked them over the phone easily and they were on time for our scheduled appointment.

They were thorough and knowledgeable. My daughter (4 years old) was interested in what they were doing and they humored her and explained to her what they were doing nicely and in a way that engaged her.

I felt comfortable with them in my home since they were respectful of their surroundings. They used shoe covers and made sure to clean up any mess they made in the process.

I would definitely hire them in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber for their home.

I'm not sure if they have a receptionist as both times I spoke with the plumber over the phone. One thing I would suggest is for them to call the day prior to confirm appointments. I feel this is the norm especially if I made the appointment a few days/week in advance. I was a little nervous my appointment was forgotten so I called the day of my appointment and they assured me I was on the schedule.

We had Heritage Plumbing out to fix two sink faucets on Monday. They were fast and efficient. Their prices were reasonable. I really enjoyed watching them work and learned a few things in the process.

Update: Hi Paul, just for the record, we did talk over the phone after this, and I did give you a chance to make up for it, and the result was unfortunately again disappointing.

My sump pump battery backup system needed a replacement so I figured I might as well replace both my sump pump as well as my backup system together. Paul picked up the phone when I called and I was pleased with his explanation of the different sump pump brands and why he chose his particular brand of choice. I got a fair and competitive quote for my sump pump project - quality parts and installation included, so I decided to give this project a go.

Paul and Dave showed up as a two-person team a few days later and did a quality job. With my permission, they got rid of my old sump pump which was already rusted out, disposed all the old parts in a contractor bag, replaced a couple of pvc pipes leading into my sump pump which showed signs of water leakage, and properly tightened the pipe fittings. Within 1 hour, a brand new sump pump and a battery (5-year maintenance free AGM) backup system was properly installed. Paul then explained to me how the backup system worked and what to look out for.

There were no unexpected surprises nor hidden, extra costs above the initial quote for a job done right. I would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for quality, honest plumbing services in your area. This is a family-run business and my experience with them has been quite positive.

Quick, and professional, sewage ejection pump replacement. Showed up in the time frame he said, checked it out while his partner was getting stuff organized, Looked at the old model knew what he had to replace it with and were done in half an hour.

so happy to have been referred to Heritage Plumbing! We thought we had a sump issue and when they arrived they found it was as simple as adding water to the drain. The owners took the time to teach us about the cause of our issue as well as to solve another simple problem in our house. And, they are super friendly guys as well! Heritage is now our go-to plumber.

I recently bought a new house that has very old plumbing. The pipes above my utility sink were leaking. I didn't know what was wrong. I wasn't sure if it was from my washer or the sink.

I called Heritage Plumbing yesterday. Paul and Dave showed up today. They are the owners. Score. I'm so happy to write a good review for a family owned company like this.

After inspecting the leaking pipes, it took about 2 hours and they replaced all the pipes in that area. Like i said, it was old plumbing. They were very organized and clean. You would never know they were there. I could tell they knew what they were doing immediately.

I'm so happy I called Heritage Plumbing. Not only did they fix my leaking pipes but they inspected all the other visible plumbing in my laundry room for free. They explained about old pipes and told what to watch out for in the future.

I highly recommend them if you need a plumber. Their magnet is now on my fridge.

Paul and Dave were awesome from the moment I reached out to them about my leaking kitchen sink. I had just begun the process of a small kitchen remodel and needed a plumber to first help locate and stop my current kitchen sink leak, disconnect my old sink plumbing right before my countertop install and then install a new sink after the new countertop install & I'm glad I reached out to Heritage Plumbing! Both Paul and Dave were very friendly and responsive during this entire process. They came out 3 separate times right on time each time and were more than fair and reasonable on their cost. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them next time I need a plumber!

Paul and Dave were great. As soon as I called, they picked up the phone and were able to squeeze me in within an hour to inspect my faulty back up sump pump. Before coming out, though they asked me to check a couple of things myself to make sure I really needed their assistance and they weren't needlessly charging me for a trip to my house. As it turned out I did need their services and they kindly explained all of my options and answered my questions to help me make a decision. Two days after they installed my sump pump, my kitchen sink line needed to be cleared and they discovered that the existing pipes under my kitchen sink and behind my dishwasher were not properly installed. Once again, they took the time to explain my options and answered my questions before proceeding to complete the needed work. I highly recommend them.

Good honest business - Had tree roots and baby wipes go into a sewer main along with hair - They were able to rod it out and were a pleasure to work with.

Paul and Dave did a fantastic job getting my kitchen sink and garbage disposal installed! They were less expensive than the other plumbers I had reached out to without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. They were also faster to respond and an absolute delight while doing the work. I cannot recommend them enough! I wish all home repairs were this easy!

These guys were great! came over during a somewhat emergency, fixed what was needed to get me through, then scheduled the rest of the work. They practically ran in, assessed the issue, fixed it and were out in 15minutes for the first issue. Then had another minor emergency, then came back for the scheduled work. They were great!

Great company to work with. The toilet in my master bedroom wasn't working and instead of trying to continue to fix it myself I scheduled the Heritage crew to come out. They were very responsive, fixed it quickly and for a good price.  While they were here I talked to them about other work that I needed to get done. Once the weather gets a little nicer I'll be calling them out to help with everything else.

just plain rude! calling for a service and kept insisting i'm doing a sales call how could a business treat future customers like that?! first of all if you're professional w/ what you do you need to learn how to listen FIRST and asses. your customers explanation before you jump in to some sort of BS conclusions. that's not how you do business!

Heritage Plumbing is outstanding. Dave and Paul were extremely knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great advice. There was a problem with the first sink I picked fitting into the hole (hole too big), so they gave us advice on what to get. They were flexible on setting a return appointment, trying to meet my needs. When I finally got the right sink, they came out right on schedule and it was done. I haven't had a great service experience like this in a very long time. Highly recommended!!!

Heritage Plumbing came the same day and fixed my long standing plumbing problem. They are honest and reliable with decades of experience.

Our kitchen sink was leaking and was in need a repair Dave and Paul showed up the as promised and diagnosed the problem and went right to work. While working they were attentive to getting keeping things clean and dry as to not further any damage that may have occurred. Our sink is now repaired and no mess was left to clean up. Now I have piece of mind knowing my home isn't going to flood. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
