Company responded timely to our emergency call on Sunday regarding blocked sewer.
The crew worked outside the next day under extremely adverse conditions and freezing temperature.
They excavated the sewer line by hand, found the problem with penetrating roots and fixed it within 2 days.

I made the mistake of paying at the time of service. I have made 2 phone calls and messaged them multiple times. I was told the video was accidentally deleted. I asked if they could provide another camera inspection free of charge since it was their fault for deleting the video. I was told I would have to pay again.ed to watch the video again later to double check to make sure I wasn't missing the clean out before we spent several thousand dollars to dig up the yard. I asked at the time of service that the video be emailed to be afterward and they wrote down my email.

I'm very happy with Flush Plumbing.

My kitchen sink was backed up. I contacted Flush through Yelp, and they got back to me within 5 minutes. They had 2 plumbers over to my place within 1 hour. The plumbers were professional, and got my sink working in a very short period of time.

This all happened on a Saturday afternoon. I appreciate that they got the work was done on a weekend. Also, I found the price fair and reasonable.

I plan on using them again when needed.

They came on a Saturday to fix my broken disposal. After calling, I received a call back right away, saying they would be there within 60-90 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting, I called back, and they called me back, and would be there within 45 minutes.

They arrived, said it was the disposal (it was a goner) and replaced it quickly. Nice guys, fast service.

They charged an exorbitant amount, I have to say. I was in a bad situation; traveling for 5 weeks straight and I didn't want to leave my house sitter with an unusable kitchen sink. Next time, I will not call on the weekend!!

During that recent rain storm that lasted over 24 hours i noticed our pump was not keeping up, called Flush at 5pm on a weekday and they were booked (probably due to everyone calling in). They must have heard the desperation in our voice and they called us back 5 mins later and said someone would be over they were here within in 45 mins (they promised an hour so hooray!). Pump was shot and there was a leak in my wall (that another plumber had allegedly fix). They came back the following week and fixed the leak and did some other work that the previous plumber did not do or suggest. I have been in a plumbing nightmare with another plumbing company and they came to the rescue. They were thorough and explained everything to me. Also answered my 500 questions and concerns. They forgot to email me a receipt at the end but they came back and personally delivered it to me when I called this morning about it. They were understanding about my two crazy German Shepherds while they were here. I will definitely use them again!

I called a plumber from schaumburg to come to my schaumburg home because the basement shower was backing up when a toilet was flushed.WRONG! He came out and told me that the pipe in the cleanout was broken, which it was. He then called his boss for an estimate. He tells me i would need a permit,have julie called and excavate the area for 3,800 dollars.WRONG! I figured to ease my mind, I would call a company from another town to justify the cost. I came across Flash plumbing by chance (reviews).Darren came out, he also stated the pipe was broken and could fix the problem for 2,200 dollars. no julie, or permit. I was a little worried at first thinking they may say this is wrong and this is wrong and up the price.WRONG! job well done for agreed on price. for anybody going to any company other than Flash, you guessed it, you would be WRONG!

Flush your money down the drain. I had flush come out to fix a faucet in my bathtub. They took the faucet out and left to go to Home Depot for the part. In the meantime the pressure from the fixture being off had water going up the pipe and and dribbling over and draining into my basement ceiling. I noticed the huge puddle on the couch and floor a minute before they came back. Their answer - I don't know why that would happen. Seriously I've got water running out of my light fixture just below where you are working and you don't know why?

Turns out he also had the wrong part and had to go some where else for it. Then I catch the helper complaining that the water was all over the junk in the basement. Excuse me but the junk was my sons stuff and he had just moved home from college and had dumped it in the basement . And besides you don't call a customers possessions junk.

My husband and I had to run a dehumidifier for days after this incident.

No apology or explanation what so ever from FLUSH!

First ... thank you Yelp!!! I had a serious plumbing emergency today and where did I go first ... YELP , yep, Yelp. Water was gushing in the basement from a broken connection and the city came and turned it off (hooray Village of Mount Prospect) but I needed a plumber, soon. Zero water. I was prepared though ... 2 gallons drinking water and a case of 16.9's on standby.
I called Flush based on reviews and sure enough, all true! The return call came quickly, they came within 1/2 hour and NOT as an emergency call rate wise and problem fixed! The guys even carried out the damaged tanks. Polite, efficient, professional !
Us 'damsels' can be skiddish of servicemens' tall tales and attempts at overinflated fees but I am confident Flush lived up to their positive image and reviews.
The city returned promptly, turned the water back on and checked out the work done and about 9,000 gallons of sadly wasted water later, I'm back and running. This could've been a nightmare but ended up being just another day in the life ...

Darron is a plumbing rock star! My main drain has been the bane of my existence with 2 sewer backups in the past 2 months. I've been working my way through plumbers until I found Flush Plumbing & Sewer. Darron showed up on time, ran a camera in the drain, found yet another clog, rodded it out, then ran the camera in again and found a broken pipe--the source of the headaches. He's the 1st one to do this out of 3 plumbers! He's now working with the city to get the repair done. Once I agreed to have him do the work on my sewer he had the village and Julie out within an hour. I had a problem with the water pipe on December 31 that needed to be taken care of immediately. Since it was a New Year's eve, not many companies were interested in coming, a couple of them tried to schedule it to the next week, and one quoted me a double price. Who does that? Flush Plumbing was the one who saved the day. They came within an hour, the problem was more complicated than they expected it to be, but one of the guys had tens of years of experience and dealt with it like a boss. These guys seem to thrive on your hardship. Don't go with them if it's not an emergency. I called for a routine maintenance job and was asked if it needed immediate service. I told the lady I didn't, but when Darron got back to me, he asked again. I was quoted almost double the average going rate. I decided to go with them regardless as I had a small extra job I wanted them to do and I wanted it done right. The reviews were all so positive! A week or two went past before I was ready for them, and when I called again, I was asked another time if it was an emergency. Once I did schedule it, on the day of the work I received a call asking once again if I had an emergency!!
When they came, it seemed painful for them to talk to me; didn't want anything but the bare minimum, and no feedback, even when asked. Granted, they did do the maintenance job, but when it came to the extra job we had discussed over the phone......

They said they had difficulty opening the pipes and would have to come back another time. Never heard from them again. Left messages with Darron, called the main number again, nothing.

When it comes down to it, if you don't have an emergency that they can charge a fortune for, they are not interested.

Stupid me washed a gallon of beef stew down the disposal and plugged up the line. After trying Drano and plunger, I called Flush based on the reviews here. Two guys came, and freed up the drain after two hours of rodding. The price was far less than I expected. They were courteous and cleaned up everything at the end. They will get my next call.

Horrible experience! I called for a leak under the kitchen drain on a Wednesday, very quickly after i left my information, i get a call back from the plumber and we schedule a next day service (Thursday morning). i was told that he would be at my house at 8-8:30 unless he gets an emergency call then he might be late. i agreed and took the first half of the day off from work. 8:46 am, i get a call saying that the plumber will not be at my place until 10:30-11 am. i said ok. at 12:10 i called since no one showed up, i was told that someone will call me back. i was called back and told that they can get to me on SATURDAY!! this is after i took the time off from work. not the place to call if you want something done.

I had a leak behind the toilet in the main bathroom. Called on Wednesday afternoon & received a quick response from a technician Darron Reed. He was able to come out 9:30 Thurs morning. He assessed the situation quickly. Determined that I needed a new toilet supply line which was an odd size that he didn't have with him. Left and returned shortly with the correct piece which he installed. He tested it several times before leaving to make sure that the leak was fixed. Price was fair & leak is fixed. I'm very satisfied with the service I received & would recommend them.

I needed a plumber in a hurry! My basement floor drain was backing up when I went downstairs. I couldn't get hold of my go to plumber so I started searching Yelp. Flush Plumbing had some excellent reviews and 24 hour service so I called them at 7:00 in the morning, I was told the plumber would get right back to me and within 5 minutes he called! He listened to my story and said he would have someone out within the hour...30minutes later there they were. Dustin looked at the problem, checked the cleanout in the yard and decided they could get at the problem from the basement. Within 20 minutes they had me back in service and for a very reasonable price.
I have been gouged by several local reputable companies before and after reading the reviews of them on Yelp I see I wasn't their only victim.
Flush will now be my first call for my plumbing needs!

I called around looking for a plumber to come out and take a look at our main sewer line because we were having problems with it backing up into our basement. Flush called me back immediately and was upfront about their prices. Darron was even able to come by after 5:00, which was fantastic since we're not able to be home during the day.

Upon initial inspection, it was discovered that our main sewer line needed to be replaced. Darron explained everything to us and quoted us a price for the job. He came back the next day and got to work replacing the line. He worked with the city to get the permits and inspections.

It took 2 days to complete the replacement, and during this time we were never left overnight without the use of our water. When the job was done, all of the holes were filled in and the excess dirt was removed. I was very impressed by how well everything was cleaned up.

These guys are as good as it gets, professional and courteous! I will definitely keep this number in my phone for the next time I need a plumber.

Well we woke up to black water in our kitchen and laundry room sinks. Not fun. Had to have sinks rodded out before so not too surprised. I also had a new garbage disposal that my husband said he would install over a year ago and never did. So we called these guys and mentioned the disposal as well. They arrived on time and put in my disposal and rodded out the sink in laundry room. The disposal took a little time but was not tricky to them as they said it was easy. Sink took only about five minutes. I was happy everything was finished and clean, only thing is the bill was over $450. Yikes I did not expect that considering I purchased the garbage disposal myself. Maybe that is normal but we always only paid about $125 or less for the sink issue.

Flush helped me out of a real bind. I had a sewer pipe that had separated causing a back-up of sludge into my home. I had a nationally known plumbing company come out to rout the line on a Sunday, and they found the problem. They also quoted me significantly more than I was comfortable to spend.

I called Flush and they came out within 24 hours to assess and quote. Darren is as straightforward as it comes. He laid it out plainly, showed me the camera feed and easily explained what it would take to do the job. Beware plumbers who charge a camera fee just for a quote.

When it came to fixing the pipe, he did all the work himself with the assistance of a small crew, and got it done same day. I cannot more highly recommend his services. I never felt like he was trying to pull a fast one or that there were sudden extra fees that popped up.

Had Darren over with another guy and they fixed our laundry machine drain problem. It was backing up into an adjacent sink and they were able to clear it out. Ended up having to replace the p trap on the sink too, but it wasn't an issue for them. Always support the smaller business!

A Saturday night around 9:30 or 10:00 p.m. our sump pump stopped working. We didn't realize it had stopped until my husband, who was in the family room downstairs, was heading upstairs and saw water flooding the utility room, and part of the downstairs bedroom and bathroom as well as the family room. He hadn't noticed the sewage odor, but upstairs in the kitchen I certainly smelled it about the same time he encountered the water. Needless to say, we needed help pronto.

Called a few places, one of them informing us that they couldn't get sump pumps off the truck after 9:00 p.m., whatever that means, a couple others who apparently don't quote on weekends and Flush who got back to us right away. Darron was out within a very short time and got the sump pump replaced with a much better one, also within a very short time. Yaay! The only reason I'm giving four stars and not five is that is was costlier than we expected, but then we don't know the cost of sump pumps or the going rate for their installation, especially in an emergency situation on a weekend night. We are more that satisfied and can easily recommend Flush.

Done, done, and done. 40% of the price of the other three quotes we received for an emergency service. Told us to call back for preventative maintenance in a year, because it's easier and cheaper than emergency service. Who do you think we'll call? Very happy with the service.

I called yesterday and was told a technician would call be back. Darren called right back and said he could be out in 1-1.5 hours. Shortly after that he called again and said he'd be over in 30 minutes. He quickly resolved the backup issue and didn't try to make the problem to be worse than it was. Great company! Darron is the best! Very responsive, professional and prompt, even on Sunday during a Bears game! He came out twice to Buffalo Grove to get the sewer line rodded. Hope it doesn't happen again soon, but now I know who to call.

Flush Plumbing is wonderful. I finally found a plumber! They came the next day, right on time, and very nice. A while back I had an estimate given for a kitchen sink clog that didn't exist and the estimate was about $400. Flush found a very simple clog and had it done in a short time. He was also very reasonable compared to other plumbers I've had in the past! I would highly recommend Flush Plumbing.

Called for an estimate. They had done some work for me a few years ago. They had overcharged me and I found out later they had not fixed the problem, but I thought they could at least provide an estimate since it was related to what they tried to fix before. They never called before coming out. They called me only after they came out, took a quick look and left. They couldn't tell me what the problem was or how much it would cost. They left muddy prints on the porch. They didn't even bother replacing the cap for the clean-out. Expensive and incompetent. The worst plumbers.

8 a.m. today, we had a backup in the basement.
9 a.m., I started searching online, including Yelp reviews.
10 a.m. I called Flush. Darren said he'd be by in about an hour.
11 a.m. Flush arrives.
11:15 a.m. Cleanout is routed out; clog/backup all fixed.
Pricey? A bit. It depends how much you value your own time.
I'd certainly call them again.

About 2 weeks after moving in to my new house, the sewer backed up. This is probably because the house was empty for so long and the tree roots grew into the sewer or something. When I called, the person answering was personable and scheduled me right away for the plumbers to come out to my place the next day and take care of the issue. Two guys came, were professional and knowledgeable. They had to roter root(????) my sewer lines and it was successful. They also recommended some things to think about for the future because the way our lines were routed. I appreciated the education and the recommendation.

Had a clogged sewer drain on a Saturday afternoon. Called the emergency number and had a call back within 10 minutes. The crew was out in 45 minutes, cleared the clog, cleaned everything up and we will definitely be using them again.

Darren just saved me about $6,000. Our main sewer line was backing up in the basement. I had one plumbing company out to take a look at the work. They advised me that I would need to install about 8 feet of new pipe as well as an exterior clean-out valve. The clean out valve in the basement was only 4 inches in diameter so you couldn't properly clean out the exterior sewer line because it was 6 inches in diameter. Decided to get a second opinion from Darren at Flush Plumbing. He came out and recommended we clean out the line from the manhole at the street. Turns out my sewer line tied in directly to the man hole. He routed it out no problem and took care of some other minor plumbing issues for me. No excavations, line replacements, or city permits needed. He'll be my go-to plumber from now on. Amazing.

Wow! Such a great experience with an awesome company. Our usual plumbing company was not able to send anyone out until tomorrow and we needed someone today. Flush sent someone out right away, within an hour of calling. They came prepared and were ready to work. The problem was fixed in no time and the bill was reasonable. They have many coupons online and through groupon. I would suggest checking those out! We are a very happy household!! Thanks again, Flush!!!!!!

With house guests in from out of town, we numbered 4 adults and 6 kids. This was no time for a main sewer line back up. Darron came out within hours of my call for help. He evaluated the situation and gave me several options on how we could proceed. We chose the option that best matched our budget even though there was a 50/50 chance that it would work. Darron worked extra hard to make that option work for us and after just a bit of time our toilets were flushing like a charm. Darron cleaned up after what was quite a messy operation. He was polite, courteous and professional at all times. There wasn't ever a time that I felt he didn't have our best interests in mind. Would recommend and use again for sure.

Installed outside sewer clean out. Fast, professional, reasonable and fair price. My house was built in the 60's and did not have a sewer clean out and therefore could not be rodded. Tree roots got into my sewer line and caused my crawl space to back up with water. With in minutes of calling Flush on Sunday evening they returned my call and were out first thing Monday morning at 8:00am. They even called 15 minutes before arriving to tell me they were on their way. The scope of work included find sewer outside house, dig down and install outside clean up. Power rod sewer line in both directions and camera sewer after for inspection $2,800. 5 year guarantee on material and labor. 1 year guarantee on rodding. After ABC plumbing failed to show up after we waited all day and then told us we would have to pay a premium for emergency service since it was now after a after 6:00pm we called Flush. ABC plumbing also quoted us $4,270 to complete the job during non premium hours. Flush quoted $2,800 for the same job and guaranteed their work for 5 years versus ABC only guaranteed parts and labor for 3 years. ABC did not guarantee their rodding for 1 year either. My whole experience with ABC was miserable and they were over priced. My experience with Flush was exceptional. Thank you Flush.

I set up an appointment yesterday to have my bathtub drain unclogged. I was told a plumber would call me in the morning to let me know when they would be coming over, between 8-10am. They called at 9. I didn't hear my phone ring, so they left a message saying it was a courtesy call to let me know they are on the way. Nobody had arrived by 10:20, so I called back. He said we didn't come over because you didn't answer your phone. I let him know that the reason I didn't call back was because he said he was on his way. He said, oh, must have been miscommunication. It wasn't miscommunication. He said one thing and did another. The voice mail I saved clearly says he's on his way. He asked if I still wanted them to come over, but he couldn't tell me when that would be. He just said sometime this afternoon. Needless to say, I went with another company. I don't know the quality of work they do, but this was not a good sign of a well-run company. If you value your time, go with another company!

Upon waking one morning to a major plumbing issue, we quickly researched our options and reached out to Flush. Darron responded almost immediately and in spite of widespread problems and high call volumes, he found time to help us that day. His team provided a quick fix and they were back the next day to provide a more permanent solution. They closed the loop with us a few weeks later to patch up a couple of other small issues which should prevent any future problems. They were quick, polite, reasonable, and knowledgable. We will definitely use Flush for any future plumbing or sewer needs!

Used them once, thought it was just me, then used them again to install a water heater. Just make sure you get a written estimate, because IIRC, they tried both times to upcharge me. I've used two other plumbers since then and have found neither to behave like Flush did....

Great experience recently using Flush! Called them at 11am Saturday and Darron came out by 1pm to fix a sink drain issue. He was very helpful, gave good advice, and got the job done quickly. The cost was more than fair, especially for a weekend and on such short notice. I will use Flush for any plumbing issues in the future, and highly recommend them if you need a plumber! Don't hesitate!

100% satisfied customer. I called these guys for a clogged sewer line issue due to tree roots. They came the next morning and about 20 mins early. They were able to quickly remove the roots and were in and out in about 15 minutes and our lines were running freely. But then something very unexpected happened. The toilets started clogging up again after a couple of days!!! And this time it was much worse. Before it was just draining really slow now it was a complete blockage. I called them back so they can take a look at it and they were also puzzled at how it backed up again so quickly but they were able to clear the blockage no problem and they did it FREE OF CHARGE. This was back in November and we've had no problems since. I was very satisfied with their promptness of the job and them taking care of the second blockage without charging extra. Can't recommend these guys enough. You won't regret it!

I couldn't be happier. Water was backing up in my basement. I called Flush Plumbing & Sewer. They came right out to my home. Fixed the problem. He explained everything to me as to how and why this happens. The cost was much more reasonable then any other company I contacted. I will definitely use this company if and when I have other problems and recommend them to everyone.

Two star for promptness of service. Darren came promptly but he quoted $465 to replace a main sump pump. Now consider that decent sump pump can be purchased for $150 on Home Depot and installation usually takes less than an hours (that's how long it took for my friend of friend who came to install it). His rate would be $300/hour and that seems high. Our back up pump was functional but he scare my wife that if it rains, we're screwed. Well, I ended up spending $350 including $85 charge by Darren. Just watch out for such tactics.

Great service from the office and from Darren himself. Have had them do sewer work at my house and plumbing work at my mom's and they did great work every time. In addition, Darren was very courteous and understanding with my mom, a senior citizen who can be easily confused.

I've been helped by Flush Sewer Service twice,: October 2011 and June 2011.
Power rodding of sewer line to city main connection. First service $85, 2nd service $95.
I called on Tuesday morning June 23, I was told by Darron that he'll call me back, an hour passed ...nothing. An hour later, I texted him, he said he'll call back within an hour...nothing.
Wednesday, I called the office number, and a man asked if I'm the same guy from Harding and said he'll check schedule and call me back. More than an hour later, nothing.
I called the office, a lady answered and I told her about the the no-calls, and in few minutes Darron called back to say he can't come Wednesday. I described the problem (same as what they've serviced in the past 2 visits). He said he could come Thursday and it will be $165 this time. Wow! $95 in 2011, $85 in 2009 and now $165? Yes, it's the nearly double cost, but more so the I'll call you back within an hour'' and nothing. I work in sales/customer service and I expect professionalism/courtesy.

BEWARE!!!! These guys came to my house and were rude and one of them seemed like he may have been drinking. They rotted my main line for 15 minutes and told us that they could not get through. They didn't even bring the machine in our crawlspace even though it could have fit. Their remedy was to tell us we needed to have our front lawn dug up. These guys are crooks. Charged me over $250 for 15 minutes of nothing. I called another service (North Shore Sewer in Chicago) and they came out and took their time. They rotted the line with 2 different machines and fixed my problem. No dig up was necessary.

I think the reason why I called him is for him to diagnose where the problem is. So I went to a different plumber and Got the problem solved in as quickly as 1 hour...

My sewer line was plugged on a Friday afternoon and I had out of town guests coming that evening. I made a lot of calls to try to get someone to come out and clear the line. Flush Plumbing & Sewer was the only company that I got a live person on the phone. They told me they couldn't get there on Friday, but they could be there first thing in the morning. As promised they showed up at 8:30 AM and cleared the line within an hour. They then explained what had happened and recommended installing an outside clean-out so they could clear the line better. I called other pumping companies and they agreed with their recommendation. In the end, they showed up on time, fixed the problem, explained the situation, and charged a fair price. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

I chose flush plumbing based on the reviews I read on yelp which is why I am writing a review. I called them to come out to look at a laundry room drain that is overflowing occasionally which I have had looked at by ABC plumbing in the past year and the problem is not fixed. The called before the appointment, they were on time, and they appear to have fixed the issue all for a very reasonable price. They also cleaned up very well, I wouldn't even have known they were here! I'd highly recommend them, it's hard to fine good and honest plumbers!

My sewer line was backing up into the basement as the main line needed to be cleaned. Looked on YELP for someone in my area and found Flush Plumbing with a number of 5 star reviews. They promptly returned my call and Darron (the owner) was out within the hour and quickly cleaned out the roots causing the issue. Prompt service and a fair price means I won't hesitate to use them again. His business card is now pinned to my board of service people that I will use and reccomend.

I needed help on a Sunday night. Had no idea who to call. Based on reviews on Yelp, I called Flush. The woman on the phone was very courteous and said someone would call me shortly.About ten minutes later, Darron Reed the owner called me back. They were very busy, but said he would try to get to me within two and a half hours. He ended up coming over in about two hours. In twenty minutes time he and his assistant had my problem solved. He was very professional and I thought the price was fair considering it was an emergency Sunday night call. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I couldn't be happier. I called in the morning and the woman answering the phone was courteous and asked me a few questions about my problem. I got a call back from Darren within 30 minutes. I got lucky he happened to be in my area so he came within an hour. He took care of the problem and we discussed some other possible work that needed to be done and he quoted me prices for each thing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling to schedule the work shortly. Very pleased!
