They came out, got a leaking shutoff valve corrected, and even noticed another related issue.  Pricing was up front and straight-forward, and the work (and cleanup) was done quickly and thoroughly.

Keeley's installed a water heater and a MoenFlo in my condo. Their work was superior and pricing was very fair. They corrected a plumbing issue by moving an almost inaccessible water main shut-off from behind the water heater to an area where I could actually reach it. And, their team was experienced, courteous, and very professional. Highly recommend.

We called yesterday because our laundry ejector pump was not working properly.  Fortunately, there wasn't an emergency but Keeley's was still able to fit us into the schedule the next day.  Sam arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the pump.  The pricing was as stated on theirwebsite, and Sam's service was 5-star.  Our home is a bit outside their service area, so we truly appreciated them coming out out way.  We will continue to recommend Keeley's to family and friends.

What is better than having your expectations beaten?  Having very high expectations constantly met.  Living in an older home, plumbing issues are bound to happen. I'm glad when they do, I know that Tim and his guys will be there to handle it.  Very knowledgeable and professional.  Pricing is transparent and fair.  Just a no nonsense quality contractor.

They quickly responded to our clogged drain/garbage disposal! Explained the pricing and had reasonable prices! The plumber took his time explaining the issue and what the repair would entail, and was very polite and friendly! All done in just under an hour.

These guys should be your first call for any plumbing issues. Very professional in response time (owner answered on first call)  and explanation of what needed to be done to repair my problem. Calling a plumber can be stressful but these guys will treat you right.

They did a great job with replacing the leaky old faucets & plumbing I had in my kitchen & bathroom. They cleaned up after themselves & even wore shoe covers. They were honest & upfront with the very fair pricing from the start (believe me I've gone through myself & heard horror stories of some dishonest & bad plumbers).  I even got a multijob discount. After stupidly trying to fix my toilet myself, I cranked a pipe a little too hard and water started flowing. Tim showed up quickly to help, fixed the leak and let me know about some inherent problems with my current toilet. Tim suggested a good replacement at an affordable price.

We purchased a house that did not have a back flow valve preventing sewage from coming into the house through a Basement bathroom when the Lombard sewer lines fill up. Tim and his crew worked diligently to help us rectify this situation.  They installed an injector pit and pump along with appropriate pipes for our new basement bathroom.

They have helped with additional surprises that have come along with owning  our new home.

I highly recommended them! They are very honest and kind. We have unknown leak on Sunday. They told us that it will be expensive to give us service during weekend. If we could wait Monday morning, they could show up. He gave us some suggestions to prevent leak get worse. We took his advises and wait until Monday morning. Had a great experience! I called Keeley's to come out and inspect the two pumps in our basement (ejector and sump pump). Joe and Tyler who did the consultation were very friendly, thorough and efficient, and clearly walked me through their recommendations. The next day I had a couple additional questions, particularly about the radon cover on our sump pump, and called their main line and spoke to Tim, who despite his busy day, took the time to chat and explain a few things in great detail. The next week Joe arrived to complete the work we'd agreed on. He efficiently and expertly installed new pumps, a new check valve (now quiet!), a battery backup, and even re-organized the discharge pipes into a cleaner simpler route. Definitely an improvement! He took great care in the house to wear boot covers, a mask, and left the basement clean as a whistle. He also answered all my many questions and curiosities very thoughtfully, which I appreciated, as I enjoy learning new things :) Would definitely work with Keeley's again and have already recommended them to a friend.

What a great experience! I had convinced myself that the sewer line was blocked by roots. Tyler was here at the expected time. 1 1/2 hours later my toilet was flushing without over flowing. I was given a price before he started working. Since all it was just getting the clean out open and getting the blockage out, that price was right and far less than I thought. And if you check Yelp, there are NO bad reviews! I even got an estimate on putting a new toilet in. Im certain I'll be calling for that very soon!

Our water heater broke leaving a water leakage in our basement. Called Tim on the recommendation from our realtor. After telling him our issue, he gave us an estimate over the phone. Being a Friday afternoon, he told us he wouldn't get to us that day but said he could be out early afternoon on Saturday after another job that morning. A little while later he texted saying he'll try to get to us earlier and to our delight, the next morning he let us know that he could. Two hours later, a new, working water heater, professional installed. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Tim is a very nice guy and his work is excellent. Don't hesitate to use his expertise. He is fantastic and will be keeping him at the top of our call list for plumbing needs! Thanks Tim!

Honest, timely and clean.

We needed our toilet replaced and didn't have time to do it ourselves. We called Keeley's (based on their good yelp reviews) and were given a quote over the phone with the understanding it might change if there was something strange that needed to happen.

They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. The price was as quoted - no hassles. They did great work. We will absolutely use them again.

I had Tim out last spring for a pipe problem that no one else was able to figure out.  He knew right away and did a great job!  I just had one of his men out today for a new toilet and sink drain cleaned out.  Kyle was so pleasant, helpful, and did a great job in a short amount of time.  In the past, getting the sink drain cleared meant someone coming with a big bucket, tools, and spending a lot of time.  It never was cheap either.  Kyle took a quick look with  his flashlight, knew where the clog was, and cleaned it out in a few minutes at no charge.  Who else does that!!

Both Tim and Kyle were a pleasure to deal with and I recommend this company to everyone I know.  I'm a distance from them in Mt. Prospect, but it was no problem. You can't go wrong with this company.

We have an old house, with very old plumbing. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking, so we called Good Guys Plumbing and after making us wait at home an entire day while they kept pushing back our appointment, they sent a guy who took 4 hours (including 2 trips to the hardware store), tracked mud all throughout the house, left the bathroom in complete disarray, and handed us a huge bill. Not to mention, we had the work inspected and it is not done to code.

Needless to say, when our other bathroom had the same problem, we didn't call the same plumber. We called Tim and are so thankful we did!

Tim did the exact same job in an hour, correctly, less expensive, no mess, and arrived on time. He left the bathroom spotless because he took the time to lay down blankets and then cleaned up after himself.

Very happy with the service we received from Keeley's. Had a sump pump installed outside for our garage that flooded every time it rained. They provided superior service, professional work, and completed the work with concrete to make everything look professional. They went above and beyond so the drains go into the backyard underground and it is all hidden and works perfectly. Very happy with the service, done at reasonable prices. Will definitely hire again for next major project.

Keeley's Plumbing is an extremely reliable company. They never tried to oversell anything during their visit. Tested the whole system , told us it's a minor issue and fixed the problem very quickly.

Tim swapped out a sump pump for me today and re-plumbed the whole pipe layout from check valve down. His work is impeccable! His attention to detail is unlike any other contractor that I have hired. His work is extremely clean, he's very friendly and his customer service skills are excellent! I cannot recommend Tim and his team enough. I am very impressed!

This has been our preferred plumber. They know older homes very well. Always honest and reliable. Aways need them in an emergency. Andy is our go to guy. They clean up after their work and it is immaculate.

I work with vendors every day at my job and I know all of the horror stories of having someone show up late, not show up at all, or doing a terrible job. Working with Keeleys was nothing like that! It was quick easy and even informative!

I went to my moms one day and heard the toilet running and the tank almost empty. I called Keeleys and I was able to send him pictures and videos of the issue when flushing and he even listened on the phone! He knew exactly what the problem was before he even got to her house. I wasn't there when he came to fix it but my mom said he was super quick and very polite!

Flash forward to a new house for myself and come home to a non flushing toilet. Great. Who do you think I called? Not the poopbusters. Keeleys!
He was able to stop by and the problem was SO simple-- it was clogged from some workers we had here. Hey- new homeownership is scary stressful and confusing. We've since invested in a plunger and are keeping Keeleys number handy.

There is a reason for all the 5-Star reviews, these folks are good. Return phone calls, arrive when they said they would, very clear about the work to be done (answered all my what if questions), got right to work, solved the problem, checked all seams for any leaks and cleaned up after themselves. Plus, just good people, what's not to like! That's how you run a business.

I highly recommend Keeley's. We noticed that the ceiling underneath our upstairs bathroom was wet and bubbling, so we called Keeley's to see if they could help. I appreciated that Tim explained their pricing over the phone, so we knew exactly what we were getting into. They were also able to get someone to our house the very next day. Andy came to our house and could not have been nicer. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the different pricing associated with each possible issue/solution. After determining the actual issue, he repaired it very efficiently and talked me through the entire process. He also provided some really helpful suggestions for the future. I couldn't have been happier with Andy and Keeley's overall.

Keeley's had to do some corrections on a modified overhead sewer that was installed incorrectly by the former owners. We were getting sewer back-up in our laundry basin every time we had a hard rain. Tim took the time to work with the Lombard Village overhead sewer grant program and made sure we were up to code so we wouldn't have any problems in the future. His team did everything with a smile and cleaned up after themselves (beautifully) when they left. My basement looked cleaner than when they arrived. In addition to doing great work, Tim texted me the first night we had a hard rain to check in and I was happy to report that we didn't have a single drop of water in our laundry basin. We've had several hard rains since then and still--no water. Thanks, Keeley's Plumbing! You will be our go-to plumber as long as we're in the area!

I've had Keeley's (specifically Andy) out twice to do some work (toilets), and have been very satisfied both times. They do a thorough job, care about their work, and are very transparent about pricing and details on other potential plumbing work (water valves, laundry room plumbing, etc.). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keeley's to anyone who is looking for a plumber in the area (we're in Glen Ellyn).

Tim is awesome what more needs to be said?  I called him at 6:30 AM with a leaky pipe and he was at my house as soon as I let him know the City was coming to shut off the water.  Took a nerve wracking situation and handled it professionally.  Very friendly and straightforward and had everything needed for the repair with him.  Quoted me a price on the phone and stuck with it.  Even brought 'inside shoes' because he thought his boots were too dirty (they weren't but much appreciated).  Will definitely have him back for future repairs.  Highly recommended!!!

My experience with Tim was great! Unfortunately for me, my clogged bathtub was a bigger issue than I had initially thought. Tim explained to me what was going on, and all possible options to fix it. Scheduling a time was easy and now my tub is like new! He was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

The kitchen sink wouldn't drain despite my attempts to use conventional drain openers & a manual auger, so I called a professional. Tim Keeley from Keeley's plumbing is exactly that.

Scheduling was super-easy and he was flexible enough to reschedule when I ran into a conflict. He arrived on time, quickly assessed & isolated the issue, & proposed a solution that worked.  He triple (maybe quadruple)-tested his work.  All prices were as quoted up-front  before starting work.  I'd recommend with high confidence.

Outstanding to work with....Installed 2 hot water heaters. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, cleaned up, and did it at a fair price....

I called Keeley's Plumbing after not getting help from a previous company and wasted a day in the process. Tim had no problem coming out to check out the issue with my water heater not working. While he was able to get the pilot light back on, he noted that the unit was returning an error code and shut it down for safety.

He then took his time to see whether my unit was covered under warranty. The unit came with the house, so we had no idea if it was covered. I really appreciated Tim's honesty in the matter as it wouldn't have been hard to get us to go straight into buying a new water heater. Tim gave us all the info we would need to call about the warranty and charged us the normal service fee. In case we weren't able to get warranty service, he left us a very fair quote (my brother-in-law is a plumber but lives too far away to help out) on a replacement water heater.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the unit services due to issues with the previous owner, so I called Keeley's again to move forward with the new water heater. Now keep in mind, it had been about 4 days since the water heater broke down. Tim was very accommodating and squeezed me in so I could have the new unit installed the same week.

And the job wasn't an easy one as my water heater is in a sub-basement and that you get to through a hatch. It also didn't help that the previous owner had the old one installed halfway rigged up. Tim didn't have a problem with it at all though and put the new water heater in and new copper piping so it was up to code. He even got the job done earlier than he estimated!

It's been about a month since I've gotten the new water heater and no problems at all. Great service all around and I'd easily recommend Keeley's Plumbing to anyone without reservation.

Tim was so helpful. As new homeowners,  he made sure to explain everything he did. He also worked quickly and neatly. His rates are reasonable and he has a lot of experience.  He cleaned out the main sewer line to 50 feet and made sure to check the flow and drain speed  of our toilet, bathtub and both sinks. If we have any other plumbing needs, we will be relying on Keeley's Plumbing.

Keeley (Tim) hooked up a water line to the refrigerator along with connecting gas dryer and fireplace.  They dropped in new larger pipe to ensure that all appliances would get the correct amount of gas.  I appreciate that they went above and beyond to not only fix what I requested, but to do it the right way.  Pricing was very reasonable and they were on time ready to work on both appointed times.  Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I needed to have a gas line installed to service a newly installed gas cooktop (switched from electric to gas).   Tim from Keeley's arrived at my house well within the time window he provided.  He provided a reasonable estimate for the work (I did get other quotes) and was able to squeeze my job into his schedule within the same week.  The Keeley team arrived to perform the work again within the time window they provided.  They were respectful of my house taking care to protect my floors and cabinets.  They were efficient and completed the work in the time they had estimated.  All in all their work was excellent.

I have been putting off replacing my outdoor spigot and burst pipe because I did not know who I could trust to do a decent job at a fair price. Someone at work recommended Tim Keeley, and I called him the next day. I called Keeley's when our sink/tub was backing up.  He responded quickly and we scheduled an appointment for the same week.  He arrived on time and explained exactly what would be done and the pricing.  What I expected to take a long time only took about 40 minutes.  Great job would use again.  Highly recommend.

First time we've used Kelley's but Tim and Kyle were tight on time, replaced our bathroom faucet with little fuss and left everything clean.  Will use for work going forward.

I'm very impressed how responsive Tim was. Our garbage disposal stopped working, and while getting under the sink to troubleshoot, I found a leaky pipe too. He was here within 24 hours and made the necessary repairs. We're planning a remodel of our master bath within the next couple years, and we'll definitely call Keeley's again.

I have used tim on two occasions.  Tim installed a new sink, vanity and faucet after a small flood.  He also replaced the water heater and ran a new exterior hose bib for us.   Both projects were completed on time and for significantly less than the other companies we considered.  He was very knowledgeable and we would recommend him to anyone.

Plumbers tend to be one of the most dreaded repairs for our household. Keeley's Plumbing made me happily surprised.
Pre-appointment:  He responded very quickly to our request for a quote. After reviewing some pictures he gave a very reasonable and fair market quote.
He was available to complete the job within an acceptable time frame. We didn't have an immediate emergency (however it's darn inconvenient to turn on and off your kitchen water valve whenever you need to use kitchen sink) and some of his competitors were 2 weeks out.

On-site: He arrived within the agreed upon time frame and he called after evaluating his first appointment of the day with a more specific arrival time. On arrival he was genial, professional, and reassessed the situation.
He discovered something that would have been a much bigger problem under the dishwasher. This could have resulted in cabinet and hard wood floor damage had he not thought to check there.
In addition to the under dishwasher catch, he was very knowledgeable regarding the quality of products currently in the market place. Due to his knowledge he was able to fix versus replace one of the bathroom faucets. We had the new faucet on hand, and a previous eval advised us it was not fixable. Had this individual not been honest then we would not have known it was a fairly simple adjustment.
Then when everything was said and done he cleaned up after himself. No dust, grime, or trace that he replaced 3 joints under the sink, dishwasher connections, the main kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet, and the plumbing mess was gone. Well done!!!!

Tim was so professional.  I spoke to him over the phone and explained my problem (sewage backing up into my house)- he knew exactly what the problem was. He was at my house in less than an hour, he had all the right tools, and got right to work! Within an hour all of my sewage problems were over. He was knowledgeable about how to reduce the chance of this happening again and how to maintain my drains. I will never use another plumber again!! Cant say enough great things about Tim and his work.  We came home from a trip to find out our hot water heater was shot.  He came out right away, and on top of it saved me some money as I wanted to buy a bigger heater that he told me was not necessary.  He was right, more than enough even with my wife's hour showers.   I've since referred to other friends and they thanked me for the referral.

Tim was amazing -- he came out right when we called, fixed the problem AND MORE! He fixed a tub that was not draining (gross!) and now it works fabulous. He also helped fine a water line off valve that many other people, including another plumber, couldn't find. He was very patient and did all this work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend to anyone!
