Faucet Repairs I carry lots of repair parts for most faucets (Delta, Moen, Price Pfister, Mixit, Ect.) and a selection of new faucets if you were to need one. Garbage Disposals I carry 2 sizes and have more available. I also do drain pipe leak repairs, water pipe repairs and locating. If you want a headache, call this plumber. My experience was nothing like the reviews I've read. I called the owner and was quoted $99 for snake service. The technician came out within an hour, snaked the sewer line from the toilet. He then asked for $260. When I try to explain to him what his boss is quoted, he began to argue. He said, call my boss, and let's see what he said. Unfortunately, his boss would not answer his phone or text messages. it is now been four days, still no response. If you're looking for a bait and switch, give these guys a call.
I received a letter from Walnut Valley Water District saying that my water meter was showing continuous water flow, which was an indication of water leak. They required me to fix it within 5 days. Time was running short since I received the letter on a Friday. I checked Yelp for 5-star plumbers who have leak detection equipment. One of them responded Monday morning and sent a plumber over to inspect. The price was high but I had to accept because of fear that Walnut Valley Water District would cut my water supply after the fifth day.
While the plumber was working on it, Dave Holt of Budget Rooter & Plumbing called me. Of course, I would not blame Dave for not responding earlier since he was still calling me within reasonable time frame.
I told Dave I already had someone working on my leak. Instead of hanging up, Dave gave me some good advice over the phone. I realized that he is a kind-hearted and responsible person who wants to do good jobs for his customers.
I certainly will call him again for my next plumbing project. I guess he will do a nice job with reasonable price.

I needed to get my sinks and tubs done as they were not draining properly. I called a big well known plumbing company I found on Yelp and boy were their prices unreasonably high. these big plumbing companies trying to upsell you for work you don't even need.
I called Dave who was able to come over the very next day and quoted me a price right over the phone. He came and fixed it within a few minutes and kept the price we agreed on via phone.
Kinda, friendly, fast service. He's straight forward with no BS.

Charged way too much for something I should have figured out myself. He spent maybe 10 minutes on my issue and charged me a lot. I was too afraid to try to haggle because I am female and was by myself. I can't believe reviewers are saying he is reasonably priced! I won't be using him again. Plumbers are crooks for the most part! Dave is no exception. And it infuriates me that they take advantage of people! Jerk!

Dave replaced all the valves (17) in my house (bathrooms, kitchen, garage), the hot water tank, and the main pressure valve...in one day...and came back the following day to fix two small leaks. I couldn't have asked for a better guy to do the job. He was fast, friendly, and charged me fairly. If you have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't call anyone else. Dave is fantastic.

My garage was flooded! I had many things planned for the day, but my water heater had other things in mind. My morning trip into the garage revealed a steady leak coming from the water heater, which created a significant mess. How long would I be inconvenienced without hot water and an even hotter mess? Not long!
I immediately sought counsel from Yelp and located Budget Rooter & Plumbing. I reached Dave and explained the problem. He was able to fit us in within a couple of hours. When Dave arrived, he went to work. He was extremely professional and quickly installed a high quality water heater at a fair price. The water leak caused plaster to pour onto the garage floor, and Dave even cleaned it up.

Since we've lived in our home, Dave has come out twice for two different plumbing issues. He's professional, honest, knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. The first time he fixed our shower after it would not turn off. He came out quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. The second time we had a leak from our tankless water heater. He offered to come out same-day on a Saturday afternoon. After he diagnosed it was an issue with the tankless water heater and not a plumbing issue, he showed my husband how to turn off the water in the meantime. He gave us advice on what to do (ie call the manufacturer), and did not charge us for coming out! What a stand up guy! We will always use Budget Rooter and Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

Came fixed my outside valve. He was fast, nice and knowledgeable. Not the cheapest quote I got but to be honest I felt his years of experience made me feel safe enough to use him.

I called Dave about my clogged laundry drain, he quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and let me know he could be here the same day within a 2 hour window. Dave called me to let me know he was on his way which was nice. He unclogged/cleaned my laundry drain with ease. I also had him look at my leaky shower and he helped me with some contact for parts since I had told him I have been to a lot of places which were unfamiliar with the shower cartridge I had. I wouldn't hesitate to give Dave a call for any other plumbing needs. His service was great and fast.

Dave fixed some issues we were having with our outside faucet and bathroom sink. He showed up on time and took care of it. When the bathroom sink started leaking again a couple of months later and I texted him, he was here the next day to take care of it no charge. He's the best!
Dave contacted me shortly after my previous review and offered a refund, I did receive the refund, I also received quite a few texts and calls requesting to remove my review which I will not. It still doesn't take away the fact he over charged me and tried to over charge me for the other work I needed/wanted
I hope this doesn't happen to your mother, sister or daughter for the simple fact of being a female in need of 'men's' work.....I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and the fact you lost what would've been a loyal, repeat customer if you would've been honest & fairly priced in the first place.

Although the service is great, it's overpriced. I was quoted $135 after coupon for a clogged sink, the work is finished less than 10 mins. I decided to use the service b/c I didn't get any response from other plumber yet. But later I get quote from other plumber and I'm quoted for $75.

He showed up at our front door 20 minutes after the call. He was polite and walked through with me to diagnose issue. While working, he gave me a few tips to avoid future plumbing issues which were very helpful. Final price was less than he originally told me on the phone.

Set an appointment for 4-5 pm the next day to have them come out and check a flooded toilet. Place was already flooded and my water was shut off. Get a text the day of the appointment saying, sorry, can't make it. No response as to why or to set another appointment with me. Already waited a day with the water off and no excuse as to why he could not get here or get someone else to help me. Waste of time.
Our shower wasn't releasing enough hot water. So I went out Yelp and found Dave and Budget Rooter. Dave communicated with me and gave me a 1 hour window today. He came and fixed the problem right away. Thank you Dave!!!!!!!!!

Dave came today at 10:30 on the spot to install our new water heater tank, which was the exact time we scheduled him for. Pretty impressive, considering that other in-house services I've had (ex: cleaning ladies, garage door repairman, previous plumbers...) tend to show up MUCH later than their scheduled time.
He got the job done in about an hour and a half, and was gone before I knew it!
Glad we found a reliable and fast guy to take care of our plumbing needs.
Dave came out an hour after I called him, went above and beyond the repairs that I needed at my house, and was a pleasure to chat with. Honest and fair pricing. Highly recommended :)

I called Budget Rooter because the restroom sink at my business was draining very slow and would fill up quickly while washing hands. Dave came out and found that there were small tools stuck way down in the drain that were collecting gunk and blocking the water passage. Where the heck did these come from? A real mystery. Anyway, Dave fixed us right up.

Dave was efficient in diagnosing our low water pressure problem and promptly located the part and replaced our water regulator at very reasonable price. Fast and prompt service. What more could you ask for from plumber?
Our water heater went out on Friday night, and Dave came to replace on Saturday. He arrived pretty much exactly at the scheduled time, and sent a text 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. Unfortunately the unit he installed was defective. But he came by on Sunday (not sure he's actually officially 'open' on Sundays), we thought it was fixed, but went out again Sunday night :(. So he came back on Monday (earlier than scheduled) and replaced the unit. These are times when you appreciate hot water! Throughout the three days, Dave was friendly and professional. I hope I don't need to call him again soon, but if I need help with plumbing / water heater, I will!

I had a leaky shower faucet and called Dave after reading the good reviews on Yelp. He answered straight away and showed up the same day a few hours later. He took one look at the issue and knew exactly how to fix it, he even had the parts in his van. Quick fix, yes but it was not something I would have handled on my own. Fair price for quick work! Since my last review, we have had to have our water heater fixed, as our hot water stopped working. I called Dave and he immediately responded and came out the same day to look at the problem. He saw the problem immediately, needed a new heat thermostat. The water heater was still under warranty so he ordered the part and when it came the following day, he came out and installed it immediately. If you need a plumber-Dave is the go to guy!!

Wow, I've used many plumbers over the years. Wish I had found Budget Rooter & Plumbing earlier. He responded to my call quickly, texted me when he was on the way, was there the same day and ahead of schedule. He figured out the problem with my shower knobs instantly and was done within 30 minutes. Fair price, great service. Dave's my first call from now on.
EXCELLENT SERVICE! He was able to come the same day to snake our kitchen sink. The clog was something like 20 feet out so there was no way we would have been able to do it our selves. Dave is the man you want to call to take care of all your plumbing issues efficiently and quickly. He arrived the same day we spoke. Clogged up toilet. Called multiple places that either wanted to do major construction or couldn't come out til days later. Called Dave and he came within the hour. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. Extremely satisfied with the result.
Dave's service was prompt and friendly. Charged me $120 for unclogging a toilet, not sure how that compares to other places but he was very nice!

Water heater broke. Dave came quickly when about 5 other companies couldn't come until the next day. He did a quick fix but let me know that I was likely looking at a new water heater. Sure enough, next day I needed a new one which he promptly brought over. He completed the install same day even with some minor obstacles. He even took off half the cost from his first visit since it didn't completely resolve the issue. A couple days later the hot water pressure in my kitchen sink was low so he came back and resolved the issue free of charge. Dave is super friendly and easy going. I'd definitely call him again.
Dave was here at the beginning of the time window he gave me. He was in and out to fix a clog at my main line. He was very patient despite some communication issues on my end (lack of sleep). Most importantly he was trustworthy. I would recommend him to others. I'm in the Pomona area.

Dave saved our Christmas !!!! We had a backed up kitchen sink on Christmas eve, he did not hesitate to come right over, and worked for hours to until he solved the problem. Such a great guy, we will definitely call him anytime we are in need of a plumber. Would highly recommend!!!

Very personable, professional, and QUICK. He was in and out in about 45min. I got hosed by Mike Diamond the last time I had a clogged kitchen sink (3 years ago). Dave's price was fair and the discount was a nice bonus. I will definitely call him again the next time I need a plumber.

I've had some leaking issues with several kitchen sink pipes and faucets for quite a while that finally imploded over the holiday weekend. Although the ex's, several friends, and neighbors have tried to fix, nothing was ever not leaking water.
After reading the reviews on Yelp, I called Dave this morning and within 2 hours he arrived and evaluated the situation. He gave me options to either just fix the immediate problem, or to do a more overall fix job. I opted for the latter.
He was very focused, extremely professional, and pleasant. I couldn't be happier. And, in the event something dares to drip again, he encouraged me to call him to come back and repair it. I don't anticipate that to be the case, but I do have other optional plumbing projects that i will definitely be calling him to handle.
Dave came out about 2 hours after I called him. He fixed our clogged sink and gave us a discount!!! Very nice man and had recommendations for the future. Called Dave as I suspected my Water Heater was leaking. We scheduled a time and he called to inform me that if someone was home, he could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. Long story short, it turned out it was residual water from a pipe adjacent to the water heater. He honored his Yelp discount and it came out to only $24 for the visit. I appreciated his honesty and service. Will use him again for future plumbing needs.

Bill was amazing!!! My mother was selling her townhouse and the shower handle was broken and the toilet needed to be installed. He installed the toilet at a reasonable price for sure. The shower mechanism was so old that he could not locate it at any of the pluming stores nor at any hardware stores and her spent a lot of time looking for the part. He then advised he'd need to search for it via the internet. He found it several days later, ordered it, returned to install it and it worked perfectly. It passed the home inspection!! He charged us a very reasonable fee. I recommend him highly!!

Dave is quick, clean, and knowledgeable. Other companies may advertise on the radio about service and taking care of the customer....Dave makes it a reality.
Dave has installed faucets and a new toilet in my home. He has managed a leak that was causing the stucco on the outside of my house to form mold. Dave came in....did the work....was reasonably priced....and friendly. Look, if you don't know anything about plumbing...when you have an issue...you would pay almost anything to get the issue solved and get back to normal. Am I right? Dave can do it. His prices are reasonable....he knows his business...and I trust him. Can you ask for more with an contractor?

Contacted Dave at 11am and had a diagnosis by 3pm while I was still on the job site. Great service. Being in the service industry myself I am more critical than most. Dave has earned my business.
Just had Dave come out to clear my Kitchen drain. He came out the same day I called and cleared the drain within minutes. Also replaced some leaking pipes under the sink. He was careful not to make a mess and cleaned up so everything looked as good as new. The cost of the job was very fair and well worth the money spent. Definitely would use him in the future.

I had a problem with a faucet outside and didn't have the tools to fix. I figured by the time I bought the neccessary tools and parts, it might be worth my time to call a professional. I have to admit...I was not looking forward to calling a plumber on the weekend $$$$$ : (. Dave showed up on time and did the job in a neat and timely manner. I was glad I called him and won't hessitate to reccomend his services to my friends. Oh...and the price was very fair.
Fast & Friendly! We called Dave to clear a clogged drain. He arrived quick and took care of it for us. Will definitely use Budget Rooter again!

I had a pressure regulator, water shutoff and hose bib replaced, Service was completed quickly using quality parts, price was reasonable. Dave made what I consider a complicated job look easy.
I brought a fixer house in Montclair and through a referral, I called Dave at Budget Rooter for several plumbing issues. Dave fixed everything that leaked, and replaced what couldn't be repaired. I was completely satisfied with his work. He's my go-to plumber now and I refer him to others frequently. He's straightforward and hands on. I really appreciate that. Oh yes... if you ever need a deal on a new water heater, call Budget Rooter!
