I thought my blocked storm drain needed just a cleanout.
The problem turned out to be much worse. Frank and his team
figured out where the damaged pipe was -- 4 feet underground,
underneath concrete. They did a great job getting to the pipe
and fixing it.

They worked all day Saturday until 10PM so the pipe would not be blocked
for the storm due the next day.

The concrete contractor who damaged the pipe last year gets 1 star.

Docking a point for high cost. Folks have a right to charge what they want and i have a right to share it.
The folks at Pro were very responsive and nice and communicated what was going with the line well. We had kitchen sink backing up when doing laundry wash. Our drainage line needed to be hydro jetted and we also asked for a dishwasher air gap to be installed as a separate thing.

Over all the service was good but I am pretty sure we were also charged at the very maximum rate due to the neighborhood we live in (which is pretty well maintained and above average homes but not rich )

Since moving to Simi I find that most business (electricians, plumbers etc are over charging like crazy compared to my last place renting in Encino with even wealthier homes around us.

From now on, I will post exactly what i am being charged and I encourage everyone else to do the same! All businesses need to charge for services but they should be pricing more competitively and they should not default to the max cost just because your home is less than 50 years old and isn't falling to pieces .
In Simi we should not be taken advantage of due to fewer service options in the area! Don't put up greedy pricing everyone and if you find yourself in a bind and need to follow through with a service make sure you post what you are being charged!

Tino showed up to my home and was super friendly, kind, and helpful. His price was better than the other company that came out prior to him and I just felt like he was more honest and authentic. I had been dealing with clogged shower for weeks! I had tried draino and it helped for a few days but slowly the water started backing up again and draining down the tub slowly.
After getting sick of standing in a puddle while showering, a quick call to Pro Quality Plumbing got to it right away. I asked about their special , small drain with easy access and they honored their price and were in and out in minutes! I even showed Frank, the owner, a leaky shower faucet and he tightened the valve so it'd stop dripping.
Talk about winning a customer and a review.
You can't beat great quality work, a low price and quick services.

I don't publish often, however I feel it is pertinent to do so when a company deserves it. We had a broken pipe and had to shut off all the water in the house. This company has great communication, they visited me the same day and performed services efficiently and accurately. The pricing was fair and straightforward vs. (upsells, aggressive BS, etc.). I will use them again and again, because integrity is the most important thing when it comes to customer service. Thank you Pro Quality...it says it in the name...they are pros and they produce Quality results.

I called them to have a kitchen faucet installed. I had bought the new faucet
and made sure it was the same size as the previous one, which leaked. I asked for an estimate of the installation, and was told it would be $450. I thought she made a mistake, and again explained that we already had the faucet as I thought she was including the price of it in the estimate. She said she realized that, but could give us a 5% senior discount (less than $25).

We said no thanks and called another plumber, at half the price.

Kudos to Frank, Crystal & Tino. We needed hydro-jetting in our kitchen sink drain line. After many drainage problems over a number of years, we had the line cleaned & its interior video & found an area of congealed grease buildup about 50-70 feet down stream of the cleanout. Our plumber recommended Pro Quality hydro-jetting to preclude another backup.

Tino was able to come out late in the day & did an excellent job cleaning out all the buildup with the hydro-jet snake. He explained the whole procedure & completed the job in about 90 minutes. He was very professional & friendly as were Frank & Crystal as well.

This was my first experience with this company and it was fantastic. Tino is awesome. So professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail. We had all the drains cleans in the entire house. It was a big job with all the equipment. Tino was efficient and made sure everything was perfect before he left. We went through a remodel and I had Pro Quality plumbing come out a couple times to do various jobs such as installing toilets, a dishwasher, a kitchen faucet and disposal hookup and a bathroom vanity replacement. Frank, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. All the quotes I was given were accurate and if anything required more work it was discussed and approved with me first. Crystal, who runs the office, was a pleasure to deal with and always worked with us on scheduling and payment. All the guys Frank came with and sent out for the various jobs were all very respectful and always did the job to completion and in a clean and tidy manner. I wanted to give it a few days before rating the job performed--just so I could see if the flow from the clog was back to normal. It is, and the hydrojetting done for the root clog did the trick--and took an hour! You guys did a great job and even gave a discount for paying cash. I'll be sure to recommend and use again if and when we need another clog clear out. Thanks to Italian spruces and long haired ladies in the house, clogged drains are not uncommon!

Truly a 5 star experience from start to finish! Was referred to Frank at Pro Quality Plumbing by a very reputable local plumbing company that was unable to take on a job of our size. We'd been needing to have our main sewer line replaced for many years due to tree roots. Frank came out the same day we contacted them and did a thorough inspection. His quote was very competitive compared to several others we had received. He was extremely attentive to our concerns and really went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and provide any requested documentation (photos, video, etc).

His team started the work the following day with no significant issues. They used a trenchless system to replace our sewer line and suggested we reinforce additional areas with a liner. While the addition of the liner did increase the price of our quote, Frank continued to be extremely helpful and fair with his pricing. They finished the work 4 days later, had a city inspector come out for the inspection and then patched everything back up.

Really the best experience we could have hoped for. Frank was so kind throughout the entire process. We truly cannot say enough positive things. Highly recommended!!

I discovered that my Hot Water Heater had a serious leak and I immediately called a plumber from Yelp to first find the shut off valve, second give me a reasonable estimate, then fix my problem. Instead, this first company told me I had to pay $79 for them to give me an estimate and this fella did not know where the shut off valve was and he would have to get in touch with the plumber who would call me back.

While my water was still flowing, I immediately phoned Pro Quality and spoke to a very calming Crystal who connected me with a very knowledgeable Frank, on the spot, and he immediately directed me to the shut off valve. I decided to hire Pro Quality and the work was superb. Crystal and Frank handled, requesting the inspection, along with replacing the Unit. I am very happy with my decision to Hire Pro Quality, instead.
Ps. the first company was charging far more for the same job and eventually called back to lower the price by eliminating the county inspection (What?). Do Business with Pro Quality, instead.

I had low water pressure and no cold water in a shower due to old galvanized pipes. Frank responded quickly on a Friday to quote a copper re-pipe. His crew started work the following Monday. They put in a very long day to get a shower and toilet working immediately. They proceeded to have everything re-piped by the end of the week. Patched walls the following Monday. They even replaced an old toilet. Francisco and his crew were great and knew their craft. Excellent customer service!

Frank was amazing. They showed up within 30 min of me calling. I've been having issues with my dishwasher that I thought was because of a clog in my sink or garbage disposal. Frank figured out the sink is fine and it's my dishwasher. He told me to get a new dishwasher and they'd come hook it up. He didn't charge me anything for the visit and was so nice and helpful. Pro Quality came out to do a total install on my kitchen faucet after I replaced my counter and sink. They hooked up my dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. After two days of no water, they came out the same evening to do the job and were a life savor in getting everything done quickly. They were very friendly, reasonably priced (including a free estimate) and very professional! I would totally recommend them and plan to continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs!

This company had 5 stars, but it was less than 1 start for me. Guy came over, checked out the job, gave me a verbal estimate, and said he would check things out, give a formal estimate with a job date. Did not hear from him for two days. Called. Finally he texted me a day later, saying he will try to squeeze me in. Not to be. Over a week later (*), I call him again. He says he feels my pain and would fit me in. (*) granted there was the weekend and I was out of town for another day. Oh, he texts me using his(?) personal phone with a name I did not recognize, so I never answered thinking it was a crank call. Now some lady from Atascadero no less tries to contact me to find out if I still want the job done. Again, did not answer thinking it was another crank call. tried to call back. No response. Company seems to operate out of someone's kitchen! Gave up after almost two weeks with shower still on the blink.

This is overdue!!! We first came to use Nobke Plumbing after our home warranty found roots in our pipes and advised it was not covered earlier this year in March. This is overdue!!! We first came to ymuse Nobke Plumbing after our home warranty found roots in iur pioes and advised it was not covered. I had previously used Thousand Oaks Plumbing on a sprinkler leak issue and was not satisfied with their work so I went to Yelp to help me search for a better plumber option for this job. Noble Plumbing was at 5 stars and there were reviews for the exact issue I was experiencing. And just as previously written about Noble Plumbing, they are hard-working, honest and reasonable. They don't nickel and dime you or try and get you to agree to work that isn't necessary or cost-effective.

I have since called on Frank to assist with other household plumbing issues we experienced (sink (ultimately replaced faucet) and water heater). He also helped us, at no cost, to successfully fight with our home warranty about a subsequent back-up/stoppage issue that they were trying to not cover. And honestly, for how many times he came out to try and help, I was asking if I could please pay him!!!

The amazing work Noble does and the exceptional service they provide is also why they can be too busy at times. But, if your project or issue can wait, I would highly recommend you wait it out for Frank/Noble.

Noble Plumbing is great! Highly recommend. My dishwasher wasn't draining. Water was drainging out of that little valve that is right by the edge of the sink. I called a couple of plumbers who wanted between $90-$130 just to come out and look at it.

Noble charges $49 for a blocked drain which already is the best deal in town and so when they came out and took a look they said that it was probably just a bit of food that got blocked in the line from the dishwasher. We stuck a coat hanger down that little valve on the sink and ran the dishwasher and it drained fine! Problem solved in a couple of minutes.

Now, the guy could have taken a couple of things apart, checked a couple of other things and charged me, but he didn't! No charge at all. Now that is honesty.

I will use these guys in the future for any of my plumbing needs and I would encourage you to do the same.

I was calling around to get pricing for my clogged kitchen sink and everywhere I called they quoted me $80-$100!!!
I was like oooh no... so luckily I came across Noble Plumbing and they quoted me $49!YES!
Frank came out to my house and snaked out my kitchen drain with no problem, I was so happy how fast he was and he didn't even leave a mess. Much appreciated!

Noble Plumbing was fantastic, clean and quick. Had a backed up sink drain and my 25' snake could not reach it. Called Noble and they came out in just a couple of hours and quickly found and cleared the blockage (just about 30' down the line). Also they let me know that the egg shells they found in the drain were likely the culprit...

Very happy with the service, and they will be my first call if I have an issue in the future.

We were in need of replacing the faucet, yep in the bathroom and one in our kitchen. I reached out to the team at Noble using Yelp and they got back to me very quickly and told me all of their rates and availability up front.

Julio arrived right on time and got to work right away. He did an excellent job switching out two bathroom faucets and installation of the new kitchen faucet. There was no bait and switch here and I got honest opinions from him about other work I may have down the line. The install took a little less than 2 hours and he tested everything and did a great job cleaning up and removing the old stuff.

They had the best rates for this and other type of work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I need to get my hose bib replaced it was leaking. Francisco came out and did a great Job. He was very thorough and their price was very competitive. He also installed another hose bib and all work was done professionally. They also indicated that they are licensed, bonded and insured. I wanted to let everyone know that Frank and the people at JC Plumbing is the very best service you can get.. A+A+A+...
Our main line at home was backed up and we couldn't use either bathroom period..
Toilets, showers and sinks were clogged..
I had a guy from another plumbing company here yesterday that spent

We had multiple bids, some cheaper than Franks. We chose Frank because of the reviews and my wife thought he was very courteous.

It's unclear what license they have.

Frank is friendly, does a great job of reassuring. BUT BEWARE! We paid $8300.00 for questionable and incomplete work. See his written quote, attached photo.

Frank came out, inspected our plumbing using the camera. He quoted $7200 to replace the sewer pipes from the back house to the street. His written quote said we will do sewer trenchless replacement form backside of the house where existing clean out is to the city line....

He left some old pipes, and replaced most. WHAT IS THE POINT OF REPLACING FROM EXISTING CLEAN OUT TO CITY LINE... if portions of cast iron are left?

Once our driveway was dug up, Frank called to say everything busted. He needed to charge another $1800, because he had to dig two more holes to connect another pipe. We have two bathrooms in the back, which were pointed out to him when he initially provided the quote.

Adding $1800 was shocking. There was NOT much else we could do after things were dug up. He agreed his office would allow him to do it for $1100 more. We agreed to pay the extra, for a total of $8300 and cut our losses.

At this point, some red flags prompted our request he provide photos of his work as he continued, before burying everything. He assured us he would send us photos of his progress.

My wife texted him a friendly reminder to photo the pipes and replacement progress. When she returned to check on things, Frank claimed he forgot to photo and advised we can see it by camera when next we have a plumber out.

See photo. He did NOT replace everything. He claims he promised only to do it from the clean out. He threw a lot of plumbing jargon. The photo reflects he left the old cast iron pipes from the clean out, without replacing them.

After getting his $8300, he advised us there was a cap to the clean out he would return on Monday to install. On Monday he called my wife, presumably to demand more money? My wife advised him to email us rather than call. He never responded to our email. He never returned with the cap.

He did quite a bit of work digging up six holes. Whether he actually did what he promised is questionable.

Terrible experience. I reached out to a few different plumbers locally for some work that needed to be done on a house we were in escrow on. We intended to hire whomever came out to do the job once escrow closed. Well this company came out to the house for a free estimate and met with my realtor. After I never received any kind of follow up or update on the quote. I reached out twice and still no response over text. So I decided to call and keep in mind here we are now 17 days after originally contacting them. The man said the company had sent me a quote. Hmmm interesting as I had never given them my email. And I definitely didn't get a text, as I had been the one trying to get in contact with them over text. So unprofessional and will definitely not be using them at this point.

Pro Quality Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have dealt with. Their workers are very helpful and they go above and beyond to help you. I had a leak outside from an issue that happened when we had a carpet cleaner here. They called me and helped me over the phone and I was able to fix the solution. I don't write many reviews but, this company deserves a 5 star rating for their service. I was having an issue with the water pressure in my house and the sprinklers (after a previous job done by a different company). The company sent a technician out for a free estimate and he found the issue right away. I wasn't sure if it was the regulator, the main shut off by the street, or something else. He explained what the issue was, and also gave me a few pointers regarding my sprinklers. Great company! I wish I had called earlier. Thank you.

Owner and operator of a hotel in Simi Valley. These guys popped up first with 5 stars. They live up to it for sure. Not only did the kind receptionist call her boss to make sure our emergency was taken care of but she also squeezed us in, from their already packed schedule. She was a delight. The boss came out and handled every issue we had. As we were new to the property and had very little experience with the drain points, Frank was able to provide a complimentary site survey and explain his approach to resolving our issue. We agreed on a very low generous price and began work. He was so thorough and precise that we will now render his service bi-annually for preventive maintenance. Great response from this company along with communication of arrival time. Had a leak from our master shower going into the lower portion of our house into the walls. I stupidly put a clay based Cat Litter down the Toilet and couldn't Auger it.
So I called Frank on Saturday morning and I texted him my address and he called me 30 minutes before our arranged appointment.
It only took him a ten minutes to auger it clear, and we have not had any problem's.

We hired Frank L. to snake a drain and install our gas dryer. Frank is A++. He came out the following day. He's super professional and friendly. He also answered my call at 9:40 p.m. the evening after his work because I'm an a$$ and thought the number he gave us was an office line. Regardless, he figured out our problem the very next day and much to our chagrin was an issue we caused. He laughed about the situation with me - though I think secretly he was probably thinking... ugh!!! Anyway, I wholly recommend Frank for your plumbing and appliance installation needs.

Pilot light on our water heater keeps going out after about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, warranty only covers parts. I called Pro Quality Plumbing for service. The girl told me they could light it again, but I would have to pay each time it goes out again. She said they cannot guarantee it will stay lit. I have no problem lighting it, but need someone to find the cause! It probably needs a new thermocouple, but they were unwilling to investigate the underlying issue.

Frank and his crew came out and carefully assessed our issue with the drains, he came up with a plan that was least costly, but soon found that our problem was much bigger than anticipated. His pricing was reasonable and never asked us for any money prior to finishing the project to our satisfaction. This company is hands down the best. Plumbers and electricians are notorious for going crazy charging for things you don't need but they do not. I'm so over yelp because I feel like the the reviews are bought but I will tell you that we renovate a lot of houses on a budget but want things done right so believe it or not this is a real review!

I hope people can tell a real review but if not I will give you details on the work we had done: Our plumber at this company was Ceaser and a few other guys, they did a whole house hydro jet, changed out a main line and put a camera down all the pipes to make sure everything was flowing properly.

I hired Noble Plumbing to fix what turned out to be a big hair clog in my shower drain. Frank came to my house this afternoon to remove the clog and he did an excellent job. I found water on the soil by the main water line to my house late Saturday afternoon. The pipe was underneath the ground. I called Noble Plumbing and Frank arrived in a short notice.

Frank dug the soil and vacuumed the water to determine where the water leak was located. He gave me an estimate to replace the pipe. Price quoted was reasonable.

Frank worked on the repair for approximately 4 hrs. He did not leave till the repair was completed so we can turn the water back on that night.

The right name... in 20 minutes, Frank and his helper had my kitchen drain cleared and were packing up their gear.

I knew it was going to be a favorable experience when Frank got out his Camera and Monitor to check the pipe...Wham... Bam... and DONE...

Unlike the not to be named rooter company that showed up the day before...
Did not even have the correct auger on his main cleaner... AND, got his Milwalkee stuck in the pipe... and I had to show him how to get it out...The only thing good about them was they didn't charge me for a service call...

Outstanding service on a major main-line job. The best experience I've had in my life of homeowner services. This problem was 20 years in the making; it was not simple, and it was expensive. Noble was the only company that offered free camera diagnosis. Frank knocked politely on my door morning & evening to give me updates, since the job took several days. He was assuringly present throughout the job, supervising a 6-man crew who worked their butts off on a tree root-infested main line. They had to dig several holes 6'-10' deep to expose the lines, working on a 35° hillside half the time. 10' diameter x 2.5' piles of dirt, the perimeters kept neatly controlled on thick plastic to avoid ruining the lawn. Entire crew was conscientious, respectful. Frank figured a way to avoid breaking the driveway and sidewalk concrete, saving me extra expense. On the final day, begun at 7 a.m. -- they didn't just walk away. 12 hours of intensive labor, yet they took 1.5 hours to hydra-wash my driveway & sidewalk; then took the same machine to wash the street below my hillside, so that any remnants of the job would be invisible to the entire community I live in. Finished the job around 8:30 pm. Unbelievable commitment to service. It was an honor to employ Frank and his crew - I've found a life-long plumber at last.

Julio is the best, most honest, and reasonably priced plumber I have ever had work in my house. He went to pick up the toilets that I bought online at Lowe's, brought them to my house, adapted a connector so that I would not have to buy a new one, made sure the accessible seat was properly attached, and told me to call him and he would come back if I had any problems. No problems. He took the old toilets on the house and to the dump. They also cleared out pipes of roots and debris, which he didn't charge extra for, and in fact the whole job cost less money than he had estimated. Every time I call JC Plumbing to fix something, replace something, or just look at something that I'm concerned about, I know I can trust what he says about the work that needs to be done, if any, and what it should cost. Aside from that, he is a nice guy, and very respectful of my property and the people who live here.

Called Noble Plumbing after my scheduled plumber had an emergency. Frank fit us in the next morning -- arrived at time, assessed the job (which was more than he thought it would be); gave a quote and got to work!!! He was confident and competent which quickly put me at ease. He made this final stage of the kitchen renovation a breeze. We're big fans of Noble Plumbing!

40$ WOW for a plumber in Agoura Hills, AMAZING. Don't let the price fool you! He does quality work! Amazing what he did for us!
