Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Our toilet has been slow for the past week and eventually clogged completely. I did everything I could but ultimately realized I needed a pro. He was downtown but drove all the way to Santa Clarita on a same day request for a quote and was here by 11. We found out I have roots growing into the pipes from the tree growing outside, but this guy put in work and did everything he could to solve our problem. I've been working with Arman for a while now and his new company is fantastic. We had the worst issue with a brand new home build where the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water pressure was completely low for our shower and sinks. Not only that, there was no water line installed to the fridge. Arman is super fast and doesnt cut corners. This guy just goes straight to the job and gets it done right. Replaced the water regulator and fixed some other features that was wrong. Perfectly working now. Love working with people who just get things done professionally.
