There was a leak coming from the ceiling, so we contacted several plumbers on Yelp. Among them, Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter provided a competitive quote, but what made them stand out was Zlatko's communication and professionalism compared to the others.

Zlatko was easy to communicate with via text and arrived promptly. He conducted a thorough inspection of the leak and tried various noninvasive tests. When nothing seemed to work, he respectfully asked for permission to drill a small hole through the wall to investigate further, which had been discussed as a possibility over the phone. We agreed, and the camera revealed that the leak was much more severe than we initially thought. Zlatko explained the process and solution step by step without pressuring us to move forward with him.

As promised, he texted us the next morning with an updated quote and we agreed to move forward. He arrived on time and got to work right away. After fixing the leak, he tested it multiple times to ensure that everything was working properly.

I had the slow leak coming from the shower-head. Seems like a small problem, but if you research, you'll find there's more than meets the eye. I messaged Mr Pipe in the morning to inquire about price and availability. Zlatko replied instantly! The quote was reasonable, and he was available in the afternoon. I made one clown attempt to fix the problem on my own and decided I better use his services. He came on time and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Actually, I was able to determine how and where to shut off water supply to my shower, which sped things up a bit (super proud of myself) but Zlatko deserves the credit. I highly recommend him. Best deal in town!

We were looking to stack our laundry machines and install a standing shower in our guest bathroom. I wasn't sure how possible this was but I am beyond pleased with the work Zlatko did. He came out the same day I requested the quote and came up with a plan.

Throughout the scheduling process he was very helpful and communicative letting me know what materials would be needed for the shower install.

He completed the (very complicated) job in only 2 days and the results are exactly what we wanted! He also replaced the toilet in our master bath during the shower job.

My kitchen sink was back up and had still water in it all night. I've tried to unclog it by using Drano, but it didn't work. I messaged Zlakto (the owner) the next morning and he was very responsive and transparent about the cost. He came to fix my drain the same day. He was very patient, snaked for a couple times and finally found the root cause and fixed it. AND...he cleaned up the area afterwards really well!  Finally found a decent and trustworthy plumber, so I have to share with yelpers.

Our faucet snapped off the wall in our guest bathroom while the house cleaner was cleaning the tub. I found Mr Pipe on Yelp and am so happy I did.

Such a Good find! He fixed and replaced the faucet in half-hour. Also, the hot-cold handles fell off when he touched them, so he tightened and caulked both. The problem was rust.  He was professional, reasonably priced and more importantly good! I would definitely recommend them!!

Had a backup of my kitchen sink, luckily the problem turned out not to be a big deal.  Zlatko came out quickly, within a few hours, understood the issue and fixed it in 20-30 min.  Very responsive, communicative and price was very reasonable.  Didn't try to upsell me anything once he came out, which I've seen others do.  Would use him again.

I had a toilet leak that needed to be fixed. I had a home warranty that I thought I could use but the contractor they sent was too lazy to disassemble the toilet. We live on a bottom unit condo and our upstairs neighbor had plumbing issues and both our showers ended up clogged and won't drain as well as the bathroom sink. I found Mr. Pipe and Plumbing on Yelp and left a voicemail. Zlatko was very responsive and accommodating. He came on the arranged time and was very professional. He was able to fix both showers and sink and he even changed one of the shower heads. It was such a pleasure working with him that I am sending him to my stepmom's house to check out a water leak. please let me take a moment and tell you how Z saved the day.  I came home from vacation to a clogged kitchen sink.  I was trying to avoid an expensive plumbing call, so I tried drano, snaking the sink myself, etc. to no avail.  

I contacted Z through yelp and he was immediately responsive and straightforward.  he was also able to accommodate my evening availability due to my strict work schedule, without charging me an arm and a leg for an after hours appointment.  he was straightforward with his quote, and then when he arrived, he was honest with his assessment, and up front about his fees.  Z was also very clean,which was much appreciated! respectfully wore a mask, put on shoe covers without my prompting, and brought towels, trash bags, buckets, and cleaner to clean up all his work.  I would not hesitate at all to call Z again if I ever have another plumbing problem (but hopefully I won't)! Thanks again Z!

I thought I had a serious leak and called Z in a panic. He came out that day, did a thorough search, taking pictures of everything underneath my raised foundation and I am pleased to report there was no leak. Even though Z ended up not doing any work for me I wanted to write a review on his promptness, his attention to detail and his customer service manner.

Zladko called me within minutes of my putting out my Yelp. I needed to have my thermostat in my shower repaired, and the filter changed for the water in my kitchen. He took care of everything the next day, in under an half an hour. He is professional, friendly and trustworthy. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs, and forwarding his information to anyone I know I need of a plumber.

Mr Pipe came to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. Knew exactly what needed to be done and repaired it within an hour. He was very un-intrusive, polite, and clean.

We have a slide in range that did not slide all the way to the wall because of the existing gas line sticking out too far from the wall. Call Z and he came out to help. What looks like a simple fix turns out to be a little more work. Z made it work without doing a major project and came up with a solution. Very happy with the outcome. Like the other reviewers (rightly) say, this is a straightforward, honest, and fair business. And the work is solid and tidy. Basically, this is exactly what I was looking for. Straightforward answers. They come prepared for the job. Clean and professional. Quick but not hasty. And a fair price as agreed upon. No shenanigans and no BS. I had two problems in my house that were handily dealt with and as unobtrusively as possible Plumbing problems suck and it doesn't help that some try to take advantage, or won't even talk to you without a service call, etc. If you're like me, this is precisely the kind of plumbing business you've been looking for. I'll definitely call on Z and his team again, and would recommend 100%.
